This Hilarious Map Shows How Oddly Close These Celebrities Live to Their Moms
Image Source: Getty / Jeff Vespa
Just because you're a big-time celeb doesn't mean you don't need Mom. And clearly, that applies to the Jenner-Kardashian family, the Hawn and Hudsons, and Leonardo DiCaprio. Trulia mapped out exactly where each mentioned family member and their mother lives and turns out they're all oddly close at drive's distance. Aside from Kendall Jenner, all the Kardashian-Jenner kids are located roughly six miles or less from mom Kris. Kate Hudson is only a mile away from her best-friend-slash-mom Goldie Hawn, and her brother Oliver isn't too far away either. Lastly, Leo's mother Irmelin Indenbirken lives nine miles away in the home her son bought for her in Silver Lake, Los Angeles.
Check out the chart ahead for yourself!

Oh Sh*t - Everyone Can See What You've "Liked" on Facebook, but Don't Panic!
We all absentmindedly scroll through Facebook "liking" and reacting to posts as they come up on our News Feeds. Sometimes, you might "like" a post you shouldn't - like one of your former significant other that no one should know about - except any one of your friends can easily look it up. Don't fret! You can fix what you "like" on Facebook super quickly.
First, you should see if you even have any incriminating "likes" on your account. To do so, just search "photos 'liked' by me." At the top you'll see a collage of photos you've "liked." Hit "see more," and you'll get the full deal. If you see any photos you want gone from your history of "likes," you can easily un-"like" it from here. Or you can head to your activity log and un-"like" items there. To get to that section, hit the down arrow button at the top of your Facebook News Feed. From this drop-down menu, select "activity log." Once you're on this page, you'll see everything you've "liked" and who can see what.
You might not think this is such a big deal until you realize you can search for "photos 'liked' by my friends." There, you'll see every photo they've "liked" - which might include people you're not on good terms with, an ex, and so on. An example is below.
Thankfully, now you know how to change that. To master Facebook even more, check out more tips and tricks.
How Pet Insurance Saved This Sick Dog's Life
For me, pet insurance is one of those things that you're aware of but never actually take advantage of. Even though I have two cats, I've never even considered getting insurance because I just think they'll always be fine. (Something I regretted when my cat got sick last year.) But Pets Best Insurance is there for if I ever change my mind, and the pet insurance company has a whole host of success stories to show for itself to convince the nonbelievers. Take, for example, this story about Rex, as told by his human, below.
Nov. 20 was just like any other day in my household with work, gym time, and dinner for myself, my daughter, and my dogs. My Great Dane, Rex, had the hiccups and looked "off" to me after dinner. He began to wretch non-productively and started to drool uncontrollably. I suspected the worst - bloat. Bloat is a life-threatening condition that occurs when a dog's stomach distends with gas and fluid. I rushed Rex to the vet and soon enough, he needed surgery to the tune of $1,800. This amount would take up all of the Christmas money I had saved for my daughter, and I began to panic, until the reality of having insurance had set it. About six months prior to this incident, another one of my dog's has spinal cancer and I spent $4,000 to save his life. I had just finished paying off the debt. Being a single mom at the time, It was really hard for me to afford this. I couldn't be happier when I realized that this time I wouldn't have to pay an outstanding amount to keep my dog alive. Plus, I'd be able to give my daughter the Christmas she deserved!

Don't Freak Out, but Hackers May Have Gotten Access to Your Email
You might want to change your password ASAP. Due to a massive hack, approximately 270 million email usernames and passwords have been exposed and left vulnerable to a shady, underground network of criminals in Russia. The majority of compromised accounts are from a popular Russian email service, Mail.ru, but the breech has also affected Gmail, Yahoo, and Microsoft credentials.
According to Reuters, the hack was uncovered when the experts at Hold Security found a Russian hacker openly boasting about it in an online forum. The hacker also disclosed that he was planning to sell all the account information he had gathered. In total, 24 million Gmail, 40 million Yahoo, and 33 million Microsoft accounts were exposed.
One security officer, Alex Holden, discussed the magnitude of the situation to Reuters. "This information is potent," he said. "It is floating around in the underground and this person has shown he's willing to give the data away to people who are nice to him." Holden also spoke about the bleak outlook for these passwords. "These credentials can be abused multiple times," he said.
Then it got really weird. Apparently when the hacker was approached by Hold Security, he said he would agree to hand over all the data so long as the firm just posted nice comments about him in popular hacker forums. So, problem solved, right? Well, it's recommended that you still change your password if you happen to have an account with one of the affected services . . . just in case.

This Will Make You See Percy Weasley in a Whole New Way
In the words of Ron Weasley, Percy Weasley is, in many ways, "the world's biggest git." Of the Weasley clan, the third oldest brother is always the butt of the family jokes. He is pompous, he's an overachiever, and he famously chooses his job at the Ministry of Magic over his family. Percy might be many things, but most of all, he is misunderstood. So let's talk about Percy, who is perhaps the least endearing Weasley sibling but certainly not without his strong suits.
A recent Reddit thread explored why Percy is the way he is and delved into his motivations behind both his good and his bad choices in the Harry Potter series. He doesn't always have it easy, but considering his circumstances, things aren't quite as black and white with the former head boy as they seem. And if you really think about it, he is pretty remarkable in his own way. Redditor booksblanketsandtea brought up some pretty interesting observations.
Can we talk about how an incredibly ambitious young man likely ended up in the worst possible House for him because he was terrified of disappointing his family? Can we talk about how he'd been told his entire life that to be ambitious (to be Slytherin) was a bad thing? Can we talk about how protective he was of Ron and Ginny when they came to Hogwarts? How proud he was of Ron, for besting McGonagall's chess set (because who do you think taught Ron how to play? It certainly wasn't the twins, and I doubt either Molly or Arthur had time).
Can we talk about how Percy felt more accepted and comfortable at the Ministry - where people couldn't even remember his name - than he did with his own family, who made him the butt of practically every joke, who either looked down on his goals, or couldn't be bothered to show an interest simply because it wasn't something they themselves were keen on? (And people wonder why he sided with the Ministry over his family, over Harry - who was a complete stranger and was more easily accepted than he ever was?)
Let's talk about how maybe Gryffindor was the right House for him - because even after all this, when he was proved wrong, he had the guts to come back, to apologise to his family that he loved (and who did, of course, love him - even if they didn't really understand him). Can we talk about how brave that was? "Perfect Percy" admitting he was wrong to his Father who [he] had once idolized, and then working as a spy for the Order? Keeping that distance between he and the rest of the family in place so he could feed them info about the Ministry? Before he turned up at the last minute to help fight at the Battle of Hogwarts? About how he lost his little brother, who - if Percy had been just a minute or two later down that passageway - would have died practically hating him? About how Percy likely went the rest of his life thinking that - if given the chance - his family would rather that he had died, instead of Fred? How he himself likely wished that that had been the case? Can we talk about how Percy Weasley was, in the end, perhaps the perfect amalgamation of Slytherin and Gryffindor? Just - can we talk about Percy?
Should we give Percy a little more mercy? Maybe if Percy had been in Slytherin instead of Gryffindor, he would have been able to foster his talents differently. Maybe if he'd been able to relate to his family more and if they'd been more open to who he was despite his undeniable prat-like qualities, he would have felt closer to them despite his job at the Ministry.
But let us not forget that when it really matters, Percy comes back for his family. He bursts into the Battle of Hogwarts ready to fight alongside the rest of the Weasleys, and he does something that many people - even the beloved heroes of Harry Potter - have a hard time doing: he admits he was wrong. He initiates a reconciliation and does what he can to start to repair his relationship with his family and begin again with them all. Brave, brilliant, calculating, ambitious, and loyal. Yep, sounds like the perfect combination of a Slytherin and Gryffindor to me, too.
The 8 Best New Features in Microsoft Windows 10
The next Windows update is available now, and best of all, it's free - until July 29. At the Build 2015 conference, the company described Windows 10 (Windows 9 was surpassed altogether) as an operating system that will run across all kinds of devices. From tablets to computers to phones to wearable tech, the latest Windows 10 is designed for compatibility with all screen sizes and is intended to be Microsoft's "most comprehensive platform ever." We're impressed by the multidevice functionality - but what's truly noteworthy are new features that might actually make you want to switch to Windows.
The previous release, Windows 8, was met with some mixed reviews, but we're liking what we're seeing in the Windows 10 so far (watch below for more details). Here are some of the features you need to know before installing the operating system.
- Cortana not just on your phone - Microsoft's digital personal assistant is now available not just on your phone but on PC and all Windows devices. A few of the things she can do for you: send email, play music, pull up pictures, and search apps.
- The Start Menu and the Live Tiles are now one - You used to have to switch between the new Metro view with big, bold tiles and the traditional desktop view with the Start Menu. Now, the Start Menu and Live Tiles have combined into one. In the Start Menu, you can see interactive Live Tiles that show you constantly updated information like the weather and daily news headlines.
- Search your computer and the web at the same time - The search bar now says "search everywhere," and it will show you results from the web and your computer. It's now in the Start Menu and the task bar.
- Apps don't have to be full screen - When you downloaded apps from the Windows App Store, previously the apps were forced to be full screen, as they were optimized for tablet view. Now you can resize them, as well as maximize and minimize!
- New Task View - This button allows you to quickly switch between all your running apps.
- New Snap feature - Drag a window to one part of the screen, and it will automatically snap to half of the screen or just one-quarter to make multitasking easier.
- Windows 10 can run Android and iOS apps - Thanks to an "Android subsystem," developers can easily transfer their Android apps into the Windows Store.
- Compatibility with Microsoft Edge - Microsoft's new Internet browser (the replacement for Internet Explorer) is optimized for Windows 10 devices, and we can't wait to try it out.
Jonah Hill Is Moving up in the Real-Estate World With This Big Splurge
Comedian and Wolf of Wall Street actor Jonah Hill dropped $9.16 million for a spacious condo in Manhattan - quite an upgrade from his Hollywood Hills home and the $3.5 million SoHo loft he listed in 2014. Jonah's new digs sit on the fifth floor of the seven-story Schumacher building in NoHo and feature four beds and four-and-a-half baths, spanning 3,280 square feet. Exposed brick ceilings are vaulted at 12 feet, while black steel details and oversize windows, which allow plenty of natural light to flood throughout the unit, add contemporary character. The living and dining room share 750 square feet and lead into the rest of the condo's bedrooms and master suite, which includes a nine-foot-by-nine-foot walk-in closet. The building's central courtyard can be viewed from any of the four bedrooms.
The Schumacher building, which is equally nice as the unit itself, was formerly a printing factory and now houses 20 luxurious apartments. Residents can enjoy a gym, library lounge, children's playroom, and 24-hour doorman. Fredrik Eklund from Million Dollar Listing New York was one of the agents for this property, and from the looks of it, he did good.
Check out photos of Jonah's new condo ahead.
The Running Man Challenge Is the Latest Addictive Internet Trend
Just as the hype over "Damn, Daniel" begins to wear off, the internet has created a new, obsessive trend. It's called The Running Man Challenge, and is similar to other viral dance trends like the Harlem Shake.
Started by two University of Maryland basketball players, Jaylen Brantley and Jared Nickens, the challenge is simple: do the running man to an old '90s hit song called "My Boo" by Ghost Town DJ's. Though the first video was only posted three weeks ago, versions of other people doing the dance are starting to spread to the the NFL, NBA, and everyone else.
Check out our favorite videos of the challenge ahead and don't be surprised if when you hear "At night, I think of you," you find yourself doing the running man.

Arizona Dogs May Not Have Broken a Record, but They Sure Looked Cute Trying
On May 1, PetSmart and the Arizona Diamondbacks set out to break the Guinness World Record for dogs in attendance at a sporting event. They needed to draw 1,000 dogs to Chase Field, and they came so close. The final count was 858 dogs - just 142 shy of the record. All of the dogs and their humans in attendance for Bark in the Park, though, were able to enjoy the stadium's pet-friendly areas and a day at the game. The dogs even got to parade around the stadium. How cool is that?

This Small-Space Laundry Room Is Full of Genius Ideas
Like most of us, Bri of Emerson Grey Designs hated doing laundry, but she thought that if she could make the space she did the laundry in prettier and more functional, perhaps the task would be less miserable. While Bri already had the front-loading Frigidaire washer-dryer to swap in, she had a next-to-nothing budget for the actual room makeover.
"This redo cost little to nothing and that is what I want many of you to understand," she wrote on her blog. "Making a space likable, functional, and appealing doesn't have to cost a fortune. Sometimes it just takes being resourceful, handy on a small measure, and creative."
So, how did she pull off such a gorgeous makeover for so cheap? First, she gave it an aesthetic overhaul by repainting the tired walls and cabinets and ripping up the old carpet. Then, she set out to make the space more functional. Tired of socks slipping between the machines, Bri knew she needed a surface to fold on, but all shelf and counter tops were proving to be over her budget. In a stroke of genius, she decided to repurpose an old door as her folding surface. She installed a bar overhead to hang clothes from and added baskets for attractive storage.
Some graphic black decals, framed art, and a new runner completed the stylish transformation. Get all the DIY details on Bri's blog, and check out her Instagram account for more home decorating inspiration.

Cut Pineapple Like a Magician With This Unexpected Hack
Calling all pineapple-lovers: you're finally about to master the art of cutting the tricky fruit. Learning how to cut a pineapple can be intimidating and lead many people to buy the prepackaged (less juicy, overpriced) pinapple spears, but this video of a street vendor demonstrating the best way to cut a pineapple is about to majorly help you out.
Instead of focusing on the traditional method of getting rid of the skin first, which can easily leave you with pricked fingers, this guy starts by cutting from the inside by running a knife around the flesh to separate it from the skin. From there, he removes the whole core at once, and then carefully slices the pineapple into chunks before squeezing them directly into a bag - it sounds confusing, but once you watch, you'll totally get it. It's clear that his supersharp knife (which looks like a flexible fish filleting knife) is the key factor in successfully prepping the pineapple. As long as you've got a good knife and know how to work with it, you'll be able to mimick this method and get perfect fresh-cut pineapple, minus the juicy mess, every time.

These 2 Students Fell in Love on Snapchat and Prove Love Knows No Boundaries
The next time you're looking for love, try Snapchat. Two University of Wisconsin-Madison students used the Wisconsin Snapchat story to find each other and see if they were a match made to last more than a few seconds.
Their story begins with the "Memorial Library Girl" spotting a supercute dude in a Vikings jersey. She posted a snap video to the Wisconsin story, stating that she was "seriously in love with [him]. Find me." Fast forward a few hours later, and the Vikings jersey man responded asking her to meet him at a certain location and time. Unfortunately, she missed it - but Snapchat swooped in to save the day. The company created a special filter with a banner at the bottom labeled "Help Vikings Fan Find Mystery Girl." Soon, other students from the school started chiming in and wanting them both to meet and find each other.
Did they though? You'll have to watch the video above to find out. Warning: the different snaps might stress you out and feel like you're watching the story unfold in real time. Guess this proves Snapchat can do more than create hilarious face swap lenses.

How Did Hodor Start Saying "Hodor"? This Theory Could Explain Everything
Hodor may be a man of few words, but he's a major player in the Game of Thrones universe. There's been plenty of speculation about his lineage (does he have giant's blood?), his level of competency (how much does he actually understand?), and his vocabulary (why the hell does he only say "Hodor"?). In the wake of season six's second episode, which featured a young Hodor - then-called Wylis - talking and behaving like a normal (albeit abnormally large) child, the internet has overflowed with theories.
In the comments of a ridiculously contrived Reddit theory about Wylis's transformation into Hodor - we're ruling it out as pretty unlikely, since it involves Hodor being a warg and channeling his consciousness into a horse - a secondary idea about Hodor's background stands out.
The aforementioned "Tower" refers to the Tower of Joy, a key moment in Ned Stark's history and a major factor in the most popular Game of Thrones theory, R + L = J. Lyanna refers to Ned's sister, whose "kidnapping" by Rhaegar Targaryen leads to a violent faceoff between young Stark and the Targaryen prince.
Other fans quickly latched onto the the theory, adding more specifics.
The most convincing proof in favor of this Hodor theory is, of course, the title of episode five. Perhaps we'll finally learn the truth about Hodor saying "Hodor" when that episode airs!

Understandably, the hilarious (and supercute!) photo has since gone viral, racking up over 270,000 shares and 347,000 reactions on Facebook thus far.
We love how this group put a creative spin on the event, which can typically seem so formal and tradition-ridden, and we hope it serves as a much-needed reminder to not take these types of fun milestones so seriously!
11 Little-Know Facts About Food Network's Chef Marcela Valladolid
If like us, you're a little addicted to the Food Network - isn't there something so relaxing about watching other people expertly whip up delicious dishes? So you're probably more than familiar with chef Marcela Valladolid. The Mexican chef has been a staple on the network since her first show, Mexican Made Easy, premiered in 2010, delighting us with her finger-licking recipes and great personality for the past six years.
But have you ever wondered where Chef Marcela got her culinary degree? Or the food trend she just can't get behind right now? Or why she decided she wanted to be a chef? We found out for you, directly from the source herself. Read on for a few interesting facts about Marcela, including a few exclusives she shared with POPSUGAR Latina.
- She was born in San Diego but was raised in Tijuana, Mexico.
- Her first culinary job was at her aunt's cooking school in Baja, Mexico.
- She attended the Los Angeles Culinary Institute and the Ritz Escoffier Cooking School in Paris.
- Her first TV show was Food Network's Mexican Made Easy, but she's also been a judge on American Baking Competition. Now, she appears on The Kitchen.
- Her favorite dish to cook is lamb chops. She said, "With fresh herbs from the garden and on the grill, it's a fave for grown-ups and kids alike. I like adding a little spice to my herb marinade with some minced chile serrano. My fave in general is cooking foods from a good source (um, my garden, for example). Then, you only need a simple cooking technique and little seasoning. No-fuss cooking."
- Chef Marcela told us chia pudding is the food trend she just can't get behind.
- The first dish she ever learned to cook was egg in a hole. "The recipe is in my first cookbook [Fresh Mexico: 100 Simple Recipes For True Mexican Flavor], and I learned how to make it while living in Tijuana," she told us.
- While she cooks, she likes to listen to music and drink wine.
- She can master a recipe before even making it. "It took a while to get here, but now I'm at a place where I can just read something and know if it will work. I make my necessary changes on paper before I even get to the kitchen. I used to retest recipes two or three times until they came out perfect. Now, I'm much better at troubleshooting even before I turn the oven on."
- She said her goal wasn't to be a chef. "It was to change the perception that people had of Mexico, its culture, and its people through food. I think that's why I overshare so much on social media about my family and community. We're good people with beautiful families. And we bring salsa!"
- She has two adorable sons, Fausto and David. She loves to share photos of them (with hilarious captions) on her Instagram.

Trader Joe's Among 42 Brands of Frozen Fruits and Veggies Being Recalled Due to Listeria Concerns
Trader Joe's is among the brands being affected by CRF Frozen Foods' nationwide recall on frozen fruits and veggies due to possible listeria contamination. The recall, which affects more than 350 products sold under 42 separate brands, comes after seven people from three states became ill and were hospitalized. The US Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are working with CRF Frozen Foods to recall all of the frozen organic and nonorganic fruit and vegetable products manufactured or processed in the company's Pasco, WA, facility since May 1, 2014. All of the affected products have the best-by dates or sell-by dates between April 26, 2016, and April 26, 2018.
According to Trader Joe's website, the affected packages have the code "BF" (e.g. 115 16 BF 22:58 C PRODUCT OF USA) and should be tossed out. The list includes the following:

The full list of recalled products - which includes organic and nonorganic broccoli, butternut squash, carrots, cauliflower, corn, edamame, green beans, kale, and more - can be found here.

The Shallows: Paradise Turns Into a Nightmare For Blake Lively in the Trailer For This Shark Thriller
Just in time for Summer, Blake Lively is making us terrified to go back in the water. The latest trailer for her shark thriller, The Shallows, shows a whole lot more of the hungry Great White than the initial teaser trailer did, but it's just as unbelivably tense. Lively's character is stranded on a rock after getting bitten on the leg while surfing a few yards off the shore of an isolated beach, and as the tide rises, she's circled by the menacing, massive shark. Let's just say that the sound of her ragged screams will haunt you for days. 20 Things That Happen When You Stay at a Sandals Resort
Whether you're 9 years old or 90 years old, you've probably seen an ad for Sandals Resorts. (Think iconic cursive logo set against a beachy backdrop.) While it may seem like a massive operation, the all-inclusive chain remains intimate and family-owned, just like when it was founded in 1981.
Today, the company boasts five brands and 24 properties throughout the Caribbean, including places like the Bahamas, Jamaica, and most recently, Grenada. Sandals invited me to visit their newest resort - formally called Sandals LaSource Grenada - in late April to find out what the property is actually like beyond the commercials. The place is as beautiful as you can imagine, and the clientele ranged from couple friends in their late 20s and 30s to elderly pairs celebrating their decades-long anniversaries.
Although Sandals often offers sales, prices aren't exactly cheap - you'll most likely drop more than $1,000 per night. If you're thinking of staying at a Sandals resort anytime soon, here's what you can expect.
