If Your Life Revolves Around Netflix, This Shiba Inu Is You
We're all guilty of binge-watching Netflix, and some of us might even have a problem. Turns out, we're not alone. A 7-month-old Shiba Inu named Chiko is also addicted to watching Netflix, making him the most accurate spirit animal for everyone.
When Chiko was first adopted by his owner, Olesia Kuzmychova, she would leave a movie on Netflix or keep the TV on while she was out. He loved watching the screen so much, he'd watch even if Kuzmychova was home. "For the first month I was completely surprised," said Kuzmychova to Metro. "I know some dogs like to watch TV, but not hours like him." A video of Chiko watching TV is below.
Chiko likes to Netflix and chill in bed like the rest of us but mostly enjoys catching up on his shows by sitting - like actually sitting upright in a chair. "One time, I was watching Netflix with him and after a few minutes he put to legs downwards like a human," said Kuzmychova. The proof is below.
We'll be sure to invite Chiko over for our next streaming sesh - he's obviously perfect for it.
Love Dogs but Suffer From Allergies? Here's What to Do
Problem: you love dogs, but you're allergic to them. You lean down to pet an adorable puppy, and suddenly you're sneezing. Pet dander sets off your immune system, which overreacts and causes a plethora of unfun symptoms. If this describes you, then you're part of the 15 percent of the population allergic to pets. What's a dog-crazy person to do? Do you have to give up puppies altogether? Say it ain't so!
Don't worry. Just because you have pet dander allergies doesn't mean you have to forgo owning a pet. You do have to be a little extra cautious about eliminating fur from your living space, but it's not as hard as you might think. We've got the scoop on simple, everyday strategies for reducing allergens from pets. These four practical tips emphasize prevention and can help allergy sufferers experience the joy of pet parenthood.
1. Baths and Brushing
Grooming gets the job done. No matter how fluffy your pet, a regular grooming routine will help to reduce allergens in your home. It's important to note that you're not actually allergic to your dog's fur. Instead, your immune system is overreacting to the dander, which are the dead skin flakes present in all that fluff. Er, yeah. Pet parenthood can be gross - which doesn't make us love our dogs any less.
Luckily, strategies for getting rid of pet fur will also help you get rid of the dander. This is where your grooming routine becomes key. Bathing your dog frequently removes the dead skin flakes that cause all that sneezing. In fact, giving your pet plenty of baths can reduce allergens by as much as 84 percent.
Just be sure to use a mild, pet-friendly shampoo, as you don't want to dry out your dog's skin. There are even shampoos and wipes specifically designed to reduce dog allergens while remaining gentle on your pet.
When it comes to brushing, there are lots of great pet hair removal tools that range from low-tech (rubber glove, anyone?) to high-end. Whatever you use for grooming, it's a good idea to get the fur removal done outdoors. That's right. When possible, brush your dog outside! This simple tip will reduce the likelihood of pet dander sticking around your home.
2. Allergen-Resistant House
Are you ready for this? For dog-lovers with pet dander allergies, it all comes down to one simple tip.
Get rid of the carpet.
True, that can be a big step. But consider that carpet is a likely spot for pet hair to hide - and those allergens can stick around for a long time, causing symptoms year-round. If you can swing it, have the carpet pulled up and replaced with dog-friendly flooring like laminate, tile, or hardwoods.
Even if it's not possible to get rid of your carpet, you can reduce trapped pet dander by ensuring that certain parts of your home are dog-free. This is particularly important for your sleeping area. As cuddly as your dog can be, don't let her sleep on your bed. Keeping your pet out of the bedroom will keep the allergens off your pillow.
3. Vacuum Power and Laundry Day
OK, so your dog has a tendency to hop that baby gate and sprawl out on your bedroom floor anyway. No worries: a powerful vacuum will still prevent pet fur from invading your space. A great vacuum is an allergy sufferer's friend. A HEPA filter is especially effective for keeping your home allergy-free.
Pro tip: Once you have the right vacuum, make sure you empty it outside! If you put those piles of fluff in your outdoor garbage can, you'll prevent clouds of pet dander from lingering in the house.
Frequently washing bedding - your own as well as your pet's - is another critical step for reducing pet dander. It helps to have dedicated dog blankets and beds for your pet, which you can wash often.
4. Proper Nutrition For Your Dog
Can your dog's food really make a difference when it comes to pet allergies? In a word, yes. Making sure that your dog is eating a nutrient-rich food that contains plenty of omega-3 or omega-6 fatty acids should help. These nutrients ensure a shinier, stronger coat of fur.
Also, providing plenty of fresh drinking water keeps your pet hydrated, which in turn leads to a healthier skin and coat.
What About Hypoallergenic Dog Breeds?
If your allergies reach a critical point and prevention just isn't helping, you can always search for a hypoallergenic dog breed. Keep in mind that no dog is truly 100 percent dander-free, but there are around 20 breeds that produce less dander and often shed less, as well.
Check out 13 of the most popular hypoallergenic dog breeds here. Many of these dogs, such as poodles, have hair rather than fur - but that's not the reason they're considered good for allergy sufferers! In fact, it's because they have a single, rather than a double, coat - so you can expect less shedding.

Change the Shape of Your Butt With This 30-Day Squat Challenge
Squat challenges are all the rage now, and while it certainly is an accomplishment to work your way up to 200, 500, or even 1,000 squats (yikes!), doing the same kind only works certain muscles. Here's a new challenge for you to try. It involves five different squat variations that you repeat and eventually work up to 200 reps in 30 days.
Here are instructions for the five different variations followed by a 30-day plan to get you all the way to 200. It's not advised to skip right to day 30 if you want to be able to walk the next day, so follow the plan and adjust it slightly according to your schedule and ability level. For a quick guide, here's a printable version of this Squat Challenge.
Number 1: Narrow Squat
- Stand with your feet touching. Hold your hands comfortably in front of your chest to help you stay balanced and bend your knees, lowering your hips deeply, bringing your thighs parallel with the floor if you can. Be sure to keep weight back in your heels.
- Then rise back up, straightening the legs completely, squeezing the glutes at the top of the movement to get the most out of the exercise.
- This counts as one rep.
Number 2: Narrow Squat With Back Kick
- Stand with your feet touching. Hold your hands comfortably in front of your chest or on your hips, and bend your knees, lowering your hips deeply so your thighs are parallel with the floor. Be sure to keep weight back in your heels.
- Then rise back up, straightening the legs completely, and lift the left leg behind you for a back kick. Lower the foot back to the floor in a narrow squat position.
- Do another squat, then straighten the leg, do a back kick with the right leg, and step the right foot back to meet the left.
- This counts as one rep.
Number 3: Basic Squat
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width distance apart, feet parallel. Hold your hands out in front of you for balance. Bend your knees, lowering your hips deeply, bringing your thighs parallel with the floor if you can, keeping weight back in your heels.
- Then rise back up, straightening the legs completely, squeezing the glutes at the top of the movement to get the most out of the exercise.
- This counts as one rep.
Here's a video demonstrating the basic squat.
Number 4: Basic Squat With Side Leg Lift
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width distance apart, feet parallel. Hold your hands out in front of you for balance. Bend your knees, lowering your hips deeply so your thighs are parallel with the floor, keeping weight back in your heels.
- Then rise back up, straightening the legs completely, and lifting the left leg out to the side, squeezing the outer glute.
- As you step the foot back into shoulder-width distance position, squat down again. Then stand up and do a side leg lift on the right side. Lower the leg back to the starting position.
- This counts as one rep.
Number 5: Sumo Squat
- Stand with your feet wide, toes pointing out. Hold your hands comfortably in front of your chest to help you stay balanced and bend your knees, lowering your hips deeply so your thighs are parallel with the floor. Make sure to keep weight back in your heels
- Then rise back up, straightening the legs completely, squeezing the glutes at the top of the movement to get the most out of the exercise.
- This counts as one rep.
The Plan
Unlike other squat challenges, this involves five different variations to not only sculpt your legs and booty more effectively, but also to beat boredom and prevent overuse injuries. This plan incorporates rest days, so while you can hold off on squats that day, you can (and should) still do other workouts to target your nonsquatting muscles.

Drop 1 Pound by Next Week With This Plan
If you're trying to drop pounds and new to the whole exercise scene, then knowing exactly what to do can be a struggle. Since cardio, strength training, stretching, and days of rest are all equally important, here's a weekly schedule to help you balance it all out and still see results.
In order to lose one pound a week, you need to burn 3,500 calories per week or 500 per day. But exercise is just one piece of the weight-loss puzzle; if you utilize diet changes by cutting calories, then you won't be bound to intense 500-calorie-burning workouts every day. The chart below will give you an example of how to exercise and cut calories in order to burn 3,500 calories per week.
*Check with your doctor before starting any type of exercise plan.
| Day | Workout | Diet | Caloric Deficit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monday | Cardio: 60-minute walking-jogging workout (330 calories) Stretching: 10 minutes (40 calories) |
Cut 200 calories | 570 |
| Tuesday | Cardio: 30-minute bike ride at 14 mph (steady-state pace) (270 calories) Strength training and stretching: 60-minute fast-paced yoga class such as Vinyasa (269 calories) |
Cut 50 calories | 589 |
| Wednesday | Rest day or take a 20-minute walk at a 20-minute/mile pace (66 calories) | Cut 250 calories | 316 |
| Thursday | Cardio: 60-minute indoor cycling class (413 calories) or 45-minute vigorous swim (446 calories) Strength training: 20 minutes (119 calories) - if you biked: 10-minute arm and shoulder workout and flat-abs workout - if you swam: 10-minute leg and butt workout and 10-minute tighter-core workout Stretching: 10 minutes (40 calories) |
Cut 50 calories | 655 |
| Friday | Cardio: 20-minute run at 10-minute/mile pace (180 calories) Strength training and stretching: 60-minute fast-paced yoga class such as Ashtanga, Vinyasa, or Power (269 calories) |
Cut 50 calories | 499 |
| Saturday | Cardio: 60-minute Zumba class (324 calories) or 60-minute hike/snowshoe (324 calories) Strength training: 20 minutes (119 calories) - 10-minute arms and core workout Stretching: 10 minutes (40 calories) |
Cut 100 calories | 583 |
| Sunday | Rest day or take a 20-minute walk at a 20-minute/mile pace (66 calories) | Cut 250 calories | 316 |
This is just an example of how you can break down your weekly workouts, so you can mix it up as you see fit with your schedule and exercise preferences. Each week, it's best to include at least four cardio workouts (mix up the types and always stretch afterward) and two to three strength-training workouts. And don't forget to throw in days of rest so your muscles have time to recover and get stronger.

Does the New Chips Ahoy! S'mores Flavor Taste as Good as It Looks? An Investigation
Chips Ahoy! unveiled two new chewy cookie flavors today in celebration of the start of Summer: S'mores and Red Velvet. We haven't seen new flavors since last Winter when the cookie company created a hot-cocoa-flavored cookie. In POPSUGAR fashion, we ate the cookies for breakfast and assessed if they would be considered a best new snack or a flavor dud.
S'mores
With a fudge center and marshmallow-flavored chips, we thought the S'mores flavor would be undeniably delicious. However, one bite of these toothachingly sweet cookies made us settle on calling them "just alright." They don't really taste like s'mores. They aren't bad per se, but they aren't a fraction as good as the regular chewy chips.
Red Velvet
There is nothing redeeming about this poor little Red Velvet cookie. It's a mouthful of sugar with a chemical aftertaste. We never thought we'd meet a cookie we didn't like . . . but it turns out this cookie made that possible.

Gordon Ramsay's Transformative Way to Scramble Eggs
Yes, there are a million different scrambled eggs techniques out there, but Gordon Ramsay's will be your full-stop method. While at a press event to promote his new game with Glu Mobile, I asked chef Ramsay to go through the proper way to scramble eggs. His unique method has a heartwarming tale:
"After training in London, I wanted to become French, so I went to the birthplace of all cuisine. I remember seeing this amazing dish with scrambled eggs and sea urchin. I tasted the sea urchin through the scrambled eggs . . . and they topped it with caviar. I thought it was wild. I had never put sea urchin in scrambled eggs. The texture was just incredible. It made it so much creamier. What was more accessible to the average person at home making scrambled eggs - I knew that was crème fraiche. I perfected that craft in France making scrambled eggs to order, standing in Guy Savoy's restaurant behind the line as a 22-year-old."
But crème fraiche isn't the only thing that makes these scrambled eggs different from the rest. It's cooked in a pot! The eggs aren't seasoned from the start! Most of the cooking is done off the flame! Are you baffled yet? Me too, which is why I had to try the method out for myself. So where to begin? Start by watching Gordon's YouTube video. He shared a hilarious story about it:
I think there's about 15 million people online who have [watched] that scrambled eggs video. And it transforms the way you eat eggs. Incredible. It's a kind of rich, sumptuous way to eat scrambled eggs even for dinner, even with all the steps. It's just delicious on sourdough bread. My video, with 15 million downloads on YouTube, I burn the f*cking toast. I'm not so far down my backside. I make mistakes. I just start again. It's funny. I'm so into my scrambled eggs, focusing away. Fire alarm is going off and I burn my toast."
Like Gordon, my first attempt didn't go off hitch-free. I'm unfortunately going to need a few more practices to end up with perfectly custardy, voluminous eggs like Gordon, but what I did make was truly exceptional and unlike any scrambled eggs I've ever had before. I can't wait to keep on practicing, and neither will you once you've memorized the steps.
A Hands-Free Hack For Peeling Hard-Boiled Eggs
As easy as hard-boiled eggs are to make, they're a pain to peel, that is until I learned this hack. It involves shaking the egg in a glass cup with a bit of water until the eggshell breaks into a million shards. It seemed completely unfathomable until I tested it out myself and discovered it's completely legitimate! Here's how it's done.
Fill a glass cup or a mason jar with about 1/2 inch of water. Then add the egg. If you have a mason jar, screw on the lid.
Turn the cup to the side, pressing one hand over the open end so the water doesn't pour out.
Start shaking! Don't let the egg roll around the glass, but rather make sure it's hitting the sides of the glass. You'll begin to see the eggshell cracking . . .
Keep shaking until the shell slips off! Rinse the egg under cold water to remove any small shell shards, then enjoy.

Danielle Brooks and Adrienne C. Moore Think Orange Is the New Black Could Change the World
When I first walked into the hotel room where I'd be interviewing Orange Is the New Black actresses Danielle Brooks and Adrienne C. Moore in late March, I heard laughter. Boisterous, happy laughter. Brooks, wearing a fluffy, white hotel robe and eating apple slices, chuckled away while Moore belted out a song, and although I wasn't in on their joke, it was hard not to want to smile right along with them. Brooks and Moore radiate the same kind of genuine closeness that makes watching their onscreen counterparts, Taystee and Cindy, so captivating and why thousands of people will be binge-watching the new season of Netflix's addicting prison drama this week. In between bouts of banter that felt just as hilarious and illuminating as anything that might be said between Cindy and Taystee in Litchfield's cafeteria, they discussed their characters, OITNB's stellar fourth season, and why the show just might have the power to change the world.
Is Sansa Pregnant? This Theory Makes a Heck of a Lot of Sense
We first suspected Sansa Stark is pregnant in the middle of season six, and we're even more convinced after this week's episode. Here's why we're so sure she's growing a little Ramsay.
"The Door" episode of Game of Thrones is so eventful that we wouldn't blame you for missing a very important line of dialogue. While Sansa is telling off Littlefinger, she describes to him exactly what she suffered at the hands of Ramsay Bolton. "I can still feel it. I don't mean 'in my tender heart it still pains me so' - I can still feel what he did in my body standing here right now." Yes, of course she could be referring to the fact that Ramsay brutally rapes her, but could the line imply something else? Ramsay had been aiming to produce an heir with Sansa; is it possible that he succeeded in impregnating her?
During episode nine, Sansa has one final controntation with the man who terrorized her. Before he's viciously ripped apart by his own dogs, Ramsay tells Sansa that she can't kill him, because he's a part of her now. Mentally, sure, she'll never forget her time with him. Physically though, this remark definitely puts a check in the "Sansa is pregnant with Ramsay's demon baby" column.
It's not the first time this rumor has surfaced; back in February, the internet freaked out when an official picture of Sansa from the new season made it look like the character could be pregnant. It could definitely be the way her cloak is draped . . . or it could be that she's pregnant with little Ramsay. If that's true, heaven help us all.

Who Is Daenerys's Dad on Game of Thrones, and What Do We Need to Know About Him?
As we get closer to the end of the sixth season of Game of Thrones, the big reveals about the secrets that lie in the history of Westeros are coming fast and furious - especially since we saw Bran Stark's jarring visions of the past. In a flashback early this season, Bran sees the "Mad King," Aerys Targaryen, screaming "Burn them all!" He also comes up in the most recent episode when Danaerys and Yara Greyjoy meet and discuss their fathers. Of course, Aerys is Daenerys's dad, and he earned the nickname of the Mad King for good reason.
To understand more about why it's important for Daenerys to distance herself from her father (and avoid making the same mistakes), let's start with looking at what we know about the Mad King himself.
- He was the father of Daenerys, along with her brothers Viserys and Rhaegar.
- His Hand of the King was Tywin Lannister, who many say was the tail that wagged the dog.
- He was infatuated with Tywin's wife, Joanna, which caused a rift between Aerys and Tywin.
- He denied Tywin's request for Cersei to marry Rhaegar, instead choosing Elia Martell of Dorne. He then appointed Jaime Lannister to the Kingsguard, robbing Tywin of an heir, as being in the Kingsguard means no family. This led to Tywin's resignation as Hand of the King.
- His son Rhaegar Targaryen kidnapped Lyanna Stark or ran away with her. Either way, this action led to Ned Stark's brother and father being killed by Aerys and Robert Baratheon seeking vengeance and then the Iron Throne.
- In his later years, Aerys became increasingly infatuated with wildfire (that incredibly dangerous explosive green substance).
- As Tywin's army rode in to take back King's Landing, Aerys gave the order to "burn them all." It seemed he wanted to burn all of King's Landing with wildfire. Jaime plunged his sword into the Mad King's back to save them all.
The prevalent theory now, based on Bran's flashback to Aerys, wildfire, and the White Walkers, is that somehow Bran will do to Aerys what he did to Hodor - a warging time travel that changes the course of history, possibly by driving Aerys mad himself.
Alternatively, it may simply be more revelations that the Three-Eyed Raven thought would be important to Bran's education. Perhaps Bran just needs to learn the truth of what happened, or maybe Bran will come to rely on Jaime at some point in this war and having seen what really happened gives him reason to trust the so-called "Kingslayer."
Game of Thrones: There's a Reason This Shot of Jon Snow Looks So Familiar
This week's intense, heartbreaking, and ultimately satisfying episode of Game of Thrones features some very fancy camerawork. While it's a gorgeous episode to watch, one shot in particular may have been more than meets the eye. As Reddit user Epiphronic points out, we've actually seen an angle like this before with another main character.

The Important Things You Need to Know About the Game of Thrones Season Finale
It's that happy-sad time of year when Game of Thrones is still on, but the end of the season is in sight. It's been a real roller coaster of emotions this season, especially after the epic penultimate episode, and the finale is probably going to be one of the biggest ever. I mean, it better be, because we wait all year for this. Anyway, the Game of Thrones showrunners and HBO have revealed a few things about the final episode of season six that you're going to want to know for your viewing preparations. Here's everything we know so far.
The Internet's Best Reactions to the Battle of the Bastards and That Brutal Death
Ramsay Bolton has been just as (if not more) despised by the Game of Thrones fandom as Joffrey once was, which made for some pretty passionate reactions to his gruesome death. The character's final moments were made all the more intense because Sansa finally - finally! - got her revenge, and he had his hounds turned against him. Relive all the insane moments from this week's episode, and keep reading for a look at the best internet reactions to Ramsay Bolton's death.
29 Shows That Are Ending in 2016
We might not be even halfway through this year, but already we're seeing shows, old and new, get the axe. Whether they're going out on top, like The Good Wife, ending after a long run, like Castle, or leaving the air after just a few episodes, like Angel From Hell, keep reading to see every TV show that has an official expiration date in 2016.
The Actor Who Plays Ramsay Reacts to This Week's Intense Episode of Game of Thrones
Episode nine is (in this editor's mind) the best episode of Game of Thrones' sixth season, and possibly even the series as a whole. Jon Snow is pitted against Ramsay Bolton, and in the end, the Starks prevail over the monster. Jon beats Ramsay to a pulp, but the villain dies by being ripped apart by his own hungry dogs. He calls the pups loyal, but as Sansa points out, no creatures are loyal when you starve them for a week. Actor Iwan Rheon spoke to Entertainment Weekly about his character's gruesome demise; here are the highlights!
- He's happy with Ramsay's death: "Yeah, I feel really lucky he got a proper send off. And it's a gruesome death. It's so ironic. He's been banging on about those hounds all this time."
- He received the infamous "your character is dying" call: "I had received half the scripts, five episodes, then I got the call. They joked, 'Isn't it great Ramsay ends up on the Iron Throne?' As soon as they said that I said, 'He's dead isn't he?' It's cool."
- Though he hadn't shot his final scene at the time of EW's interview, he thought Ramsay's final scene was "great": "It leaves Sansa in an interesting place as a character, because he's saying, 'I'm inside you now.' It's horrible, and I think he probably has done some damage. He's gotten in her head. But I think it's nice too, because it's such a great scene to go out on."
- Why Ramsay is smart to deny Jon's request for a one-on-one battle: "It's actually quite intelligent of Ramsay. He would like to fight him. Jon Snow tries to wind him up. But Jon would probably beat him and he knows that. Ramsay knows Jon is an amazing swordsman."
- The show has a twisted sense of justice. "Jon Snow needs to win because otherwise there's no hope left in the world. But it is interesting that it isn't fair. And afterward, Ramsay still thinks he's won. He's so arrogant and self assured he thinks he'll still be fine - until the last minute. He always thinks he's going to be okay."
Shay Mitchell Says "No One Is Safe" in the New Season of Pretty Little Liars
We're surging ahead into the seventh season of Pretty Little Liars, and we've got a lot of questions that need answers. In hopes of getting exactly that, we recently visited the set of the TV show to interview a bunch of cast members. One of our more memorable chats was with Shay Mitchell, who had quite a lot to say about Emily Fields's love life, the mysterious "A.D.," and how she wants the show to end.
POPSUGAR: Can you walk me through where we're kicking off this season?
Shay Mitchell: Right out the gate, I think with all the girls it's kind of like . . . "What do we do, where are we going?" . . . So, I think with all of them it's sort of like, "OK, can we wrap this up so we can get back to our normal lives?" You know, but that's not the case. So, I think it's kind of just having to go along with the motions and keep it moving while trying to get to the bottom of it.
PS: This has been teased as the most romantic season yet. But Emily hasn't really -
SM: Where the hell is her romance?!
PS: That's what I want to know! Can you give me any idea of what's in store?
SM: I honestly don't have any idea what's in store . . . I've heard rumors of things, but you never know. I don't know if I ever even trust the writers sometimes. I'm like, you change your mind last minute and bring in somebody else!
PS: If Emily does end up finding love this season, do you hope it traces back to her roots in Rosewood? Or do you hope it's someone new?
SM: I think it could be either or. I think that's like, "Such is life." I think it would be cute to marry your high school sweetheart, but I think it would also be nice to be sitting on a plane with somebody who lives across the world from you. So, I don't know, I think either story could work out, as long as her heart's in it.
PS: We're in an interesting position as audience members, because we know about Dr. Rollins and Mary Drake, but no one else really does. What's it like for the girls to finally get in on that secret?
SM: I think it's sort of a crazy realization. Like, "OK, they're working together? . . . How closely? Who do we trust? Could they be working together for the benefit of people?" We don't know. I think the girls, for the most part, hope that Dr. Rollins is there to be a doctor and be a good husband.
PS: Especially when Alison is the one under his care.
SM: Exactly.
PS: Do you have any hopes for Alison and Emily rekindling things?
SM: I know that's what people want. That would be awesome, but she's married. That's kind of a problem.
PS: Well, she's married to someone who's about to break her heart.
SM: It's one of those things where, yeah, it could be good. It could be a cool nice ending, or the writers could totally do something that's unexpected.
PS: For sure. What can you tell me about "Uber A"?
SM: Not one to mess with. Yeah, that's basically it.
PS: I'll take it.
SM: The uber-est of all.
PS: And obviously, we're looking forward to finding out who that is. What else are you excited to answer for fans this season?
SM: I'm excited to answer all their questions. I'm excited to see who's good and who's bad . . . I think, with this season, it'll honestly be the one where you get the answers.
PS: I think that's one of the most intriguing parts of the show. You never really know who's good and who's bad. Some of the people we've trusted the most have betrayed that trust.
SM: Even Mona! It's like, come on! You never even know. I think Emily will always look at her with a side-eye. So, it's kind of one of those things.
PS: Do you think there's a chance that we should be looking at Emily with a side-eye?
SM: I think you should be looking at all the girls with a side-eye to be honest. No one's safe.
PS: Absolutely not. Who do you think is especially suspicious right now? Aside from the people we know are suspicious, of course.
SM: I think it could be somebody that's unexpected. Where's Lucas at? Hello?! Where's Arya's little brother [Mike] at?
PS: That's what I want to know. For SURE.
SM: My God. Where has he been?
PS: He's busy being a werewolf, I guess. Or something.
SM: Chad Lowe. He looks very suspicious.
PS: How do you hope Emily walks out of all this carnage? Where do you hope she ends up at the end of the show?
SM: I hope they can wrap all this up with a really nice bow. I know the other girls are like, "We want somebody dead."
PS: But you want the bow.
SM: Yeah, put a bow on it! Let's have a happily ever after. Let's walk into the sunset . . . Hopefully, with one of the couples. Fine, kill everybody else. Just have one couple walk into the sunset like, "We did it."
PS: So you want at least one happy ending.
SM: I think there could be a "Mr. and Mrs. Smith," or a "Mrs. and Mrs. Smith," or somebody that just walks into the sunset like "Booya."
PS: And you're hoping that Emily is that person? Maybe?
SM: Yeah. With my Mrs.
Did Robert Baratheon Curse the Starks? This Scene Has Some Eerie Foreshadowing
Think back all the way to the very first episode of Game of Thrones, when Robert Baratheon is still king and he comes to visit Winterfell. He gets off his horse and greets the Starks one by one - but he only touches a few of them. It may not have seemed relevant at the time, but as Reddit user NANAs_mic points out, Robert only touches members of the family who are now (spoiler alert) dead. It's not quite in order of their deaths, but it is very curious that Robert would only touch the doomed members of the family. Coincidence? You decide. Here's a play-by-play of the scene.
The Delightfully Creepy Trailer For Miss Peregrine's Home For Peculiar Children Will Stick With You All Day
Tim Burton has courteously brought one of the coolest, creepiest YA books to life in the new trailer for Miss Peregrine's Home For Peculiar Children, and it looks like he nailed it. The movie tells the story of Jake (Asa Butterfield), who discovers an unusual orphanage on an island home to children with extraordinary abilities and their caretaker, Miss Peregrine (Eva Green). Samuel L. Jackson, Allison Janney, and Kim Dickens round out the cast of the movie that shows what X-Men might have looked like with a Burton-esque twist. Attention: Gigi Hadid Approves This Chic Jacket-Wearing Method
The coats are coming off - but not because it's nearly Summer and we're shedding our layers. In fact, we're still keeping our arms in the sleeves of our jackets, just not fully fastening the piece as it's meant to be. While you'll see Kim Kardashian and style stars making the switch from the cape style - when the jacket is draped across your shoulders - to the "undone" slouch, the look started on the Fall '16 runways.
At Balenciaga, Demna Gvasalia pulled puffers down and away from embellished turtlenecks, achieving the perfect blend of luxe polish and street cool. And the Off-White models let their tailored coats slip ever so slightly south. Bloggers and editors attended the shows in ensembles that followed suit. Susie Lau, Aimee Song, and Chiara Ferragni are all fans of this updated, more casual method of layering.
Of course, it was only a matter of time until Kim Kardashian stepped out, taking the trend to the next level. She unzipped her pearl-finished Balmain design and draped it around her see-through dress like a shawl - and now the Hadid sisters are following suit. Read on to see their go at the latest jacket styling trick, starting with its transition from the catwalk, where it all began.

The Costumes on Game of Thrones Have Been Surprisingly on Trend

Sure, they might not be our style for, say, happy hour or a wedding (because, yikes, Game of Thrones weddings . . . ), but there's still a part of us that nods in approval, saying, "I would wear that I have no idea where I'd wear that, but I would so wear that."

Accessorizing during the Winter is pretty easy: add a scarf here, throw on a layer there - the possibilities are endless, and we're always spotting new tricks we can't wait to try. She walked the red carpet in a sophisticated Mugler suit, but Gigi Hadid wasn't about to leave fashion fans bored as she entertained at the Much Music Awards in Toronto. For the supermodel's first-ever hosting gig, she slipped into five different looks. Some were more laid-back, like a three-piece August Getty Atelier set that came complete with a duster coat. Others were ornate, confirming Gigi was queen of the stage. But no matter what she was wearing, Gigi owned her outfit, boldly showing sexy flashes of skin as she's known to do. Blake Lively Is Back on the Scene, Dressing Like Disney Princesses
Just a few months ago, Blake Lively was in Cannes promoting her films. With each red carpet look she debuted, she gave us clues as to which Disney character she was channeling. After a brief press break, Blake's back on the style scene, giving interviews for her new movie, The Shallows. Of course, her looks aren't any less playful. In fact, we're pretty positive she was inspired by Belle when she stepped out for the Today show in this Jenny Packham dress.
While her chiffon gown may not feature tiers or an off-the-shoulder silhouette, Blake put a modern touch on the princess's iconic ensemble with a Madewell denim jacket and chevron print Christian Louboutin heels. Blake shared a detail shot of her blue jewels - she wore bracelets by Mociun and Lorraine Schwartz and rings by Jennifer Meyer and Alison Lou.
While she didn't provide a caption that paid homage to Beauty and the Beast, we'll go out on a whim and call this a subconscious fashion move we definitely won't forget. Read on to compare Blake's yellow silhouette with Belle's, then get a close-up glimpse at her accessories.
150 Resort Looks We Want Hanging in Our Closet STAT
Karl Lagerfeld debuted his Chanel Cruise Collection in Cuba, while Nicolas Ghesquière hightailed it to Rio to show Louis Vuitton. The Dior models were led by Bella Hadid in London, and Westminster Abbey was bursting with color with Gucci's arrival. Finally, Marc Jacobs took us on a trip back to the '80s in Paradise, and Jeremy Scott had us feeling groovy, baby at Moschino. But while the Resort runways are scattered all over the map, they've got one thing in common: casual elegance.
Floaty dresses are being worn over pants (the wide-leg silhouette is still in, lest you expected a return to skinnies), and feminine details like silk scarves, ruffles, and frills are challenged by fierce cutouts and chunky boots. The looks here not only define the fashion houses they come from, but they're also hit-the-street cool and as flashy as you'd expect from the designers who continue to churn out It pieces - every Spring, Fall, and season in between.

How Pilates Became the Answer to My Summer Exercise Woes
For me, Summer is a really hard time to fit in workouts consistently. I'm traveling what seems like every other weekend and can't always make it to the gym or to a class. So in preparation for this annual pattern of mine, I set out to adopt a new regimen that I could take anywhere. Pilates was the answer, and the difference I've already seen in my body is pretty unbelievable.
Luckily I took a Pilates Reformer class before taking a mat class, because I found that I enjoyed it much more. After my first session was over, I sat down with the instructor to talk about which areas I really wanted to focus on: toning my glutes and thighs and improving my posture.
"[For better posture] you want to work the abs, because they support the spine and the back," Sylvia Ostrowska of Pilates by Silvia told me. "Always make sure your back and your abs are strong so there isn't an imbalance." She continued to explain that having a strong core will support the rest of the body and make you less likely to slouch throughout the day.
When I asked how to tone my legs without bulking them up, her response came as a surprise. "In Pilates, we use our own body weight, which will never make you bulky," she said. "You just have to make sure to do enough repetitions to feel the burn, and if you do it the right way 10 should be enough."
I feel stronger in my midsection and already see a change from the waist down, but the true test will come as Summer steams ahead. I'm confident that having the knowledge and skill to practice Pilates, whether in a studio or on a towel at the beach, will encourage me to make time for exercise no matter where my warm weather travels take me.
Golden Milk: the Antidepressant, Debloating, Weight-Loss Boosting Wonder Drink
Ready to simmer down and give your body a boost before bedtime? We've got the perfect, healthy nightcap for you, and you may have heard of it: golden milk.
Used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine, golden milk is a combination of the powerful spice turmeric, coconut milk, and sometimes coconut oil. Black pepper is often added (in small amounts) to increase the bioavailability of (i.e., your body's ability to absorb) the superspice turmeric. Creamy and spicy, soothing and warm - this delicious drink is more than just a tasty treat. Rich in electrolytes and digestive-aiding properties, your body is going to love every sip.
- Benefits of Turmeric: Turmeric's benefits are so good, one 2013 study said it's almost too good to be true. The anti-inflammatory spice has "shown therapeutic potential against a number of human diseases," including cancer, and could even help with Alzheimer's. Because of the reduced inflammation, turmeric can also help with gas, bloating, and digestive discomfort, and some studies have mentioned its help with weight loss. Also, some studies and sites have shown that turmeric has antidepressant properties, leading to better moods, less stress, better sleep, and improved brain health.
- Benefits of Coconut Oil: Similarly, coconut oil can help with digestion and gut health, thanks to its antimicrobial properties (which come from good fatty acids, MCFAs). The healthy fats can also raise your good cholesterol, HDL.
- Benefits of Coconut Milk: Did you know that coconut milk can also help with digestion? It "nourishes the digestive lining" with natural electrolytes and healthy fats, which can improve gut health and help with IBS. Like turmeric, it can help reduce inflammation, and even aid in weight loss. MCTs, another kind of fatty acid, are found in coconut milk and help with physical performance - allowing you to build muscle and lose fat.
Ready to mix up a batch? We like flavoring with a little honey or agave, and sometimes a bit vanilla bean or vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ginger. You'll be sweetly sipping your way to health in no time!
