The season six finale of Game of Thrones is an eventful episode for the major characters. There are a ton of cliffhangers, and a number of major deaths. Here's where everyone stands at the end of the season!
- Daenerys Targaryen: At the end of season six, Daenerys has amassed a fleet of ships and is sailing to Westeros with her dragons. She's finally, officially on her way to take back the Iron Throne.
- Jon Snow: After Jon wins the battle for Winterfell and defeats Ramsay Bolton, the other lords of the North declare him the new and rightful King in the North, despite his status as a bastard.
- Tyrion Lannister: Tyrion stands at Daenerys's right hand as her newly appointed Hand of the King.
- Arya Stark: Finally finished with her training with the Faceless Men, Arya decides she wants to be true to her identity as a Stark. She departs from Braavos and returns to the Seven Kingdoms. She's already back to work on her kill list, baking Freys into pies and slitting Walder Frey's throat at The Twins in the Riverlands.
- Sansa Stark: Having just saved Winterfell by calling on Arryn forces, Sansa's busy keeping an eye on Littlefinger, who still wants to marry her and rule Westeros. She's now the Lady of Winterfell, and supports the move to make Jon the new King in the North.
- Cersei Lannister: Cersei's blown up most of her enemies in King's Landing but, in a cruel twist of fate, loses her son. Since King Tommen is dead, she declares herself Queen Cersei and takes the Iron Throne.
- Jaime Lannister: After retaking Riverrun, Jaime returns to King's Landing to find the city on fire, his son Tommen dead, and his sister sitting on the Iron Throne. He doesn't look thrilled about the circumstances.
- Theon Greyjoy: Theon's finally got his groove back, now that he's escaped Ramsay Bolton. He's pledged a hundred Ironborn ships to Daenerys and is sailing alongside his sister to fight for the Targaryen cause and retake the Iron Islands.
- Melisandre: After Davos reveals how Melisandre burned Shireen alive, Jon Snow exiles her. We last see Melisandre riding south, under threat of execution by both Jon and Davos if she ever returns to the North.
- Brienne of Tarth: The last we see of Brienne, she's rowing away from the Riverlands after failing to convince the Blackfish to fight for Sansa.
- Varys: The Spider convinces the Martells and Tyrells to pledge to Daenerys's cause. He sails alongside Daenerys toward Westeros.
- Petyr Baelish: Baelish might have saved Jon at the Battle of the Bastards, but he's as shifty as ever. He tells Sansa he intends to rule Westeros by her side. When the Northerners declare Jon the King in the North, Baelish is present and looking shady.
- Samwell Tarly: Samwell, Gilly, and Gilly's son Sam finally arrive at the Citadel in Oldtown, where Samwell marvels at the giant library.

Get Your Grunge On With This Hilarious Black Bath Bomb DIY
Like everyone else, we were infinitely impressed by that mesmerizing video of a black bath bomb in action. However, because that short clip went viral, it quickly became impossible to snap up a similar product for ourselves. We (and our dreams of becoming a gothic bath beauty) were crushed!
Thankfully, the DIY-obsessed team behind the YouTube channel ThreadBanger came up with a video tutorial on how to whip up your own brooding bath bomb at home. After a few (hilarious) failed attempts, the team came up with the perfect recipe that dramatically transformed the bathwater into a mysterious steaming cauldron. After watching the hilarious video, use the instructions below to make your own, then learn to make more bath bombs.
Black Bath Bomb DIY
- 1/2 cup baking soda
- 1/4 cup citric acid
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup Epsom salts
- 1 tablespoon activated charcoal
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- Approximately 1 teaspoon of black gel food coloring - ThreadBanger used Wilton Black Icing Color ($2)
In a large bowl, combine your dry ingredients with a whisk. Set aside. Pour the vegetable oil, water, and 1/2 teaspoon of the food coloring into a spray bottle and shake to mix. Carefully spritz your dry ingredients with the liquid, mixing with the whisk until the consistency is similar to that of damp sand. Pack your mixture tightly into a bath bomb mold (you can buy some on Etsy) and let it set for 10 minutes. Remove your finished bomb from its mold and let it dry overnight, then enjoy!

Get an Awe-Inspiring Watercolor Tattoo Without the Commitment
Watercolor tattoos are beautiful, right? But if you don't want a commitment, you can re-create the look by using food coloring and any waterproof liquid eyeliner you have handy.
Practice a little by tracing geometric shapes (or whatever design you like) on a piece of paper. Then, using different brushes, pat on the food coloring. Prince Harry and Joss Stone Spending the Day With a Young Choir Hits Just the Right Note

Winona Ryder Breaks Her Silence About Ex-Fiancé Johnny Depp's Abuse Allegations
It's been one month since Amber Heard was granted a restraining order against estranged husband Johnny Depp after she accused him of domestic violence in the wake of their divorce. Members of Johnny's inner circle quickly came to his defense, and now his ex-fiancée, Winona Ryder, is also speaking up. The Stranger Things actress opened up about the allegations in a new interview with Time magazine, saying, "I can only speak from my own experience, which was wildly different than what is being said. He was never, never that way towards me. Never abusive at all towards me. I only know him as a really good, loving, caring guy who is very, very protective of the people that he loves." The two first met on the set of their movie, Edward Scissorhands, in 1989. They got engaged soon after but eventually broke up in 1993.
While she insisted she's "not calling anyone a liar," she did mention that it was "unimaginable" to think that Johnny was capable of hurting someone. "I wasn't there. I don't know what happened," she continued. "I'm just saying, it's difficult and upsetting for me to wrap my head around it. It's just shocking. I have never seen him be violent toward a person before." The actress's statements echo those of Johnny's other ex-partner, Vanessa Paradis. In May, she came to his defense by penning a thoughtful letter about the 14 years they spent together. Two days later, their daughter, Lily-Rose, also showed her support by posting a childhood photo of her and her dad on Instagram, calling the actor "the sweetest, most loving person I know."

Will Someone Please Let Gordon Ramsay Battle Bobby Flay in a Cook-Off?
Gordon Ramsay has told the world at least three times that he wants to battle Bobby Flay, but is this epic chef-off going to happen? He first mentioned the concept back in March at a press event to promote his new game, Gordon Ramsay Dash. Chef duels are a big feature in the game; in fact, it's one of Gordon's favorite details. He told me in an interview, "Any question of opening your own territory and your own domain is a kick-up-the-ass for anyone. I love a chef battle, a duel, because that's what makes [the game] a little bit more real." He then applied it to his own life: "I would give Bobby Flay a 20-minute head start tomorrow morning in a one-hour cook-off. That's not because I'm blowing smoke up my own backside, I just know my f*cking craft, so I would go up against anybody."

In May at Vegas Uncork'd, he hinted there would be a showdown at the end of the year between the two chefs. So when I had a chance to talk to the chef again at the opening party for Gordon Ramsay Dash, I had to ask him if the game is on! He replied, "I hope so. I can't do any more. Bobby Flay is an amazing chef, let's get that right. I'm so keen to have that final cook-off. Bobby, we're always going to rub each other up, but it's about competitive edge. You know, I want and need a challenge. He's my number one prime candidate." Snapping his fingers, chef Ramsay continued, "Sign the deal. I'll pay him."
Funny enough, Alton Brown recently shared with his Facebook fans that he would "never compete against Bobby Flay," because he's "an amazing cook and very, very good under pressure." Alton joked, "The only way that I could beat Bobby Flay in a cooking competition is if he was like blindfolded or had his hands tied behind his back. And then still it would be really, really tight."
And yet, a win or a loss isn't going to devastate chef Ramsay. Rather, Gordon sees a chef duel as no more than a sports game. "It's the same in basketball; trust me. It's the same in soccer, and in football," he assured. So what does it take to win a chef duel or . . . to really "know the f*cking craft" of cooking as well as chef Ramsay? Gordon claims:
"My first condition, from a chef's point of view, is to never to be faced with an ingredient that you never know what to do with it, whether it's golden caviar or dragon fruit from the back end of Asia. I never, ever wanted to be faced and in a position of not knowing what to do with it. So once you've gone on that journey and lived it, you take that knowledge away."

We Tried Mac n' Cheetos - They're the Best and Worst of Humanity
Burger King recently released Mac n' Cheetos, and we scrambled for a bite. The Cheetos-coated, deep-fried mac and cheese sticks ($3 for five) certainly sounded awesome, and editors flocked for the taste test to determine once and for all if they lived up to our expectations. Turns out, they did and more.
In promo shots, the Mac n' Cheetos look like Cheetos Puffs, but in real life, they sort of look like jagged chicken tenders with burnt edges. This is called the lunula. And it's more than just a built-in design element - it actually says a lot about your health. To get to the bottom of the case, we chatted with celebrity manicurist, Fashion Week pro, and brand owner Jin Soon Choi.
POPSUGAR: What is the lunula part of the nail?
Jin Soon Choi: The lunula is the light crescent marking on your nail where the nail emerges from the skin. It is part of the nail root, and most people have prominently visible lunula on their thumbnails and diminishing sizes to their pinky nails.
PS: What does it say about someone's health - both the lack of it or the presence of it?
JSC: The presence of eight to 10 milky white lunula indicates good health if the lunula edge is sharp and clear. I believe in the ancient Chinese view of the lunula as the barometer of one's health and the modern medicine ideas with regard to specific conditions. The condition of the lunula really is an indication of your health. When your health declines, it is manifested in changes to the lunula, or the disappearance of it altogether. And when your health is restored, your lunula returns to its original condition.
PS: Any advice on making your nails healthier in terms of diet or care?
JSC: Diet is very important - eat dark green vegetables, fish oils, and nuts. Also be sure to stay hydrated, both orally and topically.
PS: Anything else we should know about lunulas?
JSC: Make sure your manicurist doesn't ruin your lunula when pushing back the cuticles. Pushing very hard on the lunula with a cuticle pusher can cause damage, which will be evident when the nail grows out.
