8 Hands of the King (or Queen) on Game of Thrones
Being the Hand of the King (or Queen) on Game of Thrones is a double-edged sword. They have almost all of the power and influence of the king but get little of the recognition. The Hand is the king or queen's most trusted adviser and can even act on behalf of the ruler. As a result, the Hand often gets stuck with a lot of responsibility and work that the ruler doesn't have time for (or doesn't want to deal with). It also means that a particularly power-hungry Hand could influence events far more than people realize.
Over the course of the six seasons, we've seen a lot of Hands come and go (and a lot of rulers too). But just who exactly has shouldered the responsibility of second most powerful person in the Seven Kingdoms?

Fergie's Sexy "M.I.L.F. $" Music Video Stars Kim Kardashian, Chrissy Teigen, and Ciara
Fergie has a new song called "M.I.L.F. $," and on Friday, the star-studded music video hit the web. It's a play off the classic term "M.I.L.F." (Mom I'd Like to F*ck), but in this universe, the final word is actually "Follow," to add a social media *edge* to the whole affair. The video stars a slew of sexy celebrity moms, including Kim Kardashian, Alessandra Ambrosio, Ciara, and Chrissy Teigen. Fergie, of course, is the mother of Axl, the son she has with Josh Duhamel. There are plenty of other crazy visuals to call out, including a Kim milk shower and Fergie taking a milk bath. One moment even features Chrissy breastfeeding her 2-month-old daughter, Luna. We'd try to tell you more, but we really think you should just watch the video for yourself.

5 Fashionable Reasons You Need a Duster Coat This Season
The following post was originally featured on Love, Grey Skies and written by Tiffany Diana Torres , who is part of POPSUGAR Select Latina.
It's been a minute since we did a style-related shoot and, boy, did I miss it. I was super excited when Sunday rolled around because we had plans to shoot and vlog. While I was thinking about what looks to actually photograph, I started thinking about some of my most prized possessions.
Without a doubt, duster coats came to mind. It also helped that I wore mine the day before and got a ton of compliments, so it was basically a no-brainer. Then, I started thinking about all the reasons as to why I love wearing them and then the ah-ha moment happened. Why not share it with all of you? So here I am. Not only is this a must-have in my closet, but it should be in yours. Here are five reasons why.
1. They're Curvy Approved
The most important thing I love about duster coats is that they're shape friendly. I always tend to go down a size because I prefer them fitted and think they look best that way. Plus, I love how your silhouette shows as you're graciously strutting down the street. Girl, you better work! Some duster coats even come with belts like this one, so if you wanted to define your curves even more, you could by cinching it in at the waist.
2. They're Both Spring and Summer Appropriate
This has definitely become a transitional staple. It's great for those in-between-seasons when you're not sure if you should dress warmer or strip down to the basics. You know, like this East Coast weather. Personally, I'm looking forward to throwing this on in the Summer with some distressed shorts and wedges for a nighttime BBQ. They even have sleeveless ones!
3. They Provide Instant Chicness
Another reason why I love a good duster coat is because it saves you time while making you look instantly chic. On the days where I have "nothing to wear" and I'm pulling my hair out from the stress, this is my savior. It adds that street style vibe to any look and works great with basic pieces.
4. They're Comfortable
How could you go wrong with a light robe-like coat? I mean, seriously. It's the most comfortable piece to wear, especially when paired with other light pieces like these jeggings and a sheer top. Meanwhile, it looks like you're busy slaying life.
5. They're Versatile
The great thing about a classic piece is that it should be versatile. You should be able to incorporate it into your wardrobe in numerous ways while getting different looks, and this is true when it comes to the duster coat. Wear it with these leopard pumps for a quick business lunch or go street style chic with sneakers and ripped denim. The possibilities are endless!

Zoe Saldana is not going to sugarcoat it for you: being a mom (yes, even in Hollywood) can be complicated, draining, and messy. When You Go to Bed Tonight, You'll Dream of Sofia Vergara's Perfectly Elevated Street Style
If you're looking for laid-back sweats and t-shirts, you won't find them here. Colombian-born actress Sofia Vergara is not into cool of-the-moment sneakers and comfy boho looks. To Sofia, street style means form-fitting dresses, tight flared jeans that show off her curves, and always (always!) sky-high heels.
A scroll through her best off-the-red-carpet moments of 2016 easily proves that. You'll see the Modern Family actress, who recently shared a throwback bikini Instagram you'll never forget, running errands carrying an Hérmes bag and wearing an Alexander McQueen all-white crop top and skirt like it's no big deal. Keep reading to see what we mean - she might even inspire you to elevate your weekend look or use the opportunity to mix your effortless pieces with more body-hugging items.

This Behind-the-Scenes Footage Proves That Jason Momoa Was Born to Play Aquaman
Ever since we saw the intense fitness regimen that Jason Momoa used to get into superhero shape for Justice League: Part One, we've been anxiously awaiting his debut as submarine hero Aquaman. Not only did Momoa part with his beloved chest hair for the role, but he also completely redefined the traditional DC Comics idea of the hero! So when we caught a glimpse of the ruggedly gorgeous actor behind the scenes of Justice League, we thanked our lucky stars (and the folks who run DC Films' Tumblr account) for such a blessing.
The two behind-the-scenes GIFs of Momoa in a large pool (presumably between takes), complete with his Aquaman armor and faux full-body tattoos, were accompanied by a quote about the actor from producer Deborah Snyder. "Jason is a physical presence. He's enormous - kind of scary, but at the same time he's warm and loving," the quote reads. "And we felt like these were the characteristics Aquaman needed to have."
And we thought we couldn't get more excited! If you need us, we'll be counting the minutes until Justice League: Part One hits theaters in November 2017.

Outlander is, without a doubt, one of the sexiest shows on TV right now. This Theory About Bran on Game of Thrones Might Just Be Insane Enough to Be True
Bran Stark might be on a lot of people's sh*t list after season six of Game of Thrones for messing with the time-space continuum of Westeros and turning innocent Wylis into Hodor - AND THEN getting him killed. It's safe to say everyone's going to be judging his next moves as the Three-Eyed Raven very carefully. But if this theory proposed by Reddit user svenhoek86 works out, things could get pretty crazy for the young Stark.
The theory: Bran will warg into a dragon. Let that sink in. Sounds awesome, right? Now, you might be wondering about logistics. Bran just barely makes it back to the Wall, and the three fire-breathers are accompanying their mother across the Narrow Sea. They'll presumably make their way to King's Landing so Daenerys can finally do what she's been saying for like 27 years now and take back the Iron Throne for the Targaryens. All of that is far, far from the Wall.
However, once Bran reaches the Wall, he'll likely discover at Castle Black that his half-brother (who we now know is actually not really his half-brother) Jon has left for Winterfell with Sansa and taken it back for the Starks, thank the gods. Assuming nothing interrupts his journey, he may reunite with Jon and Sansa not long into season seven. He now also has some very interesting knowledge about Jon to share . . .
Before season six, Bran is a well-meaning kid without the use of his legs, but with weird visions and warging talents. Now he's the Three-Eyed Raven, and his new responsibilities (and new visions) could make him a serious ally for the new King in the North.
Meanwhile, if Daenerys is on her way to Westeros with the intention of making allies as well as fighting her enemies, it might only be a matter of time before she meets Jon Snow - and perhaps Bran as well.
This theory about Bran calls attention to two details that actually make the whole idea seem not so far-fetched. In the A Song of Ice and Fire book series, Daenerys is told in the House of the Undying at Qarth that the Targaryen dragon must have three heads - which reflects her house's sigil of a three-headed dragon, but also refers to the well-accepted idea that there are always supposed to be three dragon riders. If one of the Targaryen riders is Daenerys herself (which seems to be a given) and Jon Snow is another, as many people believe, that still leaves the identity of the third up for grabs.
When Bran meets the Three-Eyed Raven for the first time at the end of season four, he asks if he'll ever be able to walk again. The Three-Eyed Raven dashes his hopes by telling him he won't walk . . . but he'll fly. Bran, like Jon, is well aware of the threat the White Walkers and their army of the dead pose to the rest of the world. And it's clear by now that whoever ends up being the real victor of the Iron Throne will have to fight the real battle for the world, between the living and the dead. Perhaps once Daenerys has taken her place as queen (and informed of the impending White Walker attack by Jon and Bran), she'll lead her armies (and her dragons) north to fight the White Walkers.
While Bran can't actively fight the White Walkers himself, controlling one of Daenerys's dragons in battle as her ally would be even more impressive. And after being separated from all the madness and chaos of Westeros for so long, it seems fitting that Bran could ultimately help save the world, right?
Even Kate Middleton Could Take a Few Style Tips From China's First Lady
You've probably seen China's first lady, Peng Liyuan, before. Standing alongside Kate Middleton or Michelle Obama at a state affair, she's hard to miss. Let's just say she's been working Olivia Palermo-level styling tricks for quite some time.

Ms. Liyuan is one of Vanity Fair's best dressed, and she was recently recognized as one of Porter magazine's 100 Incredible Women for spotlighting Chinese designers at perfectly appropriate events. With each appearance she makes, Peng Liyuan soars higher on our list of style icons. Read on for 50 solid reasons.
Dick Van Dyke's Impromptu Mary Poppins Performance Is Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious
Calling all Disney fans: Dick Van Dyke's latest appearance will flood your heart with emotions. While visiting Walt Disney's birthplace in Chicago recently, the actor, who is known for his role as Bert in Mary Poppins, gave an impromptu performance of the film's iconic number "Let's Go Fly a Kite," and it was even more magical than you could have imagined. Not only did he sing the tune with his wife, Arlene, and his a cappella singing group, The Vantastix, but the crowd even joined in for the chorus. Of course, this isn't the first time he has spread cheer. Last December, he had a jolly holiday when he celebrated his 90th birthday with a Mary Poppins flash mob. Try to suppress your tears as you watch his sweet video above.
13 Real-Girl Ways to Style Your Rings
In order to master a good styling trick, you've got to first shop for the necessary pieces to pull it off - sort of how a chef gathers ingredients before starting a recipe. But when it comes to rings, everyone has a different taste.
Some girls prefer chunky statement baubles with hints of turquoise while others like thin, delicate gold bands - and that's quite alright. Because regardless of what type of jewelry you like to adorn your fingers with, there's a way to get that cool-girl look. You know those hands complete with stacked midi rings, cuffs, and chains that always seem to catch your eye? They're about to be yours.

If This Theory Is True, Jon Snow May Find Out About His Parents in a Truly Bizarre Way
Here there be dragons! That's pretty much the tagline that should go with Game of Thrones, but it could also, possibly relate specifically to Winterfell. While we personally ascribe to the theory that Jon Snow will find out about his true parentage via the Crypt Theory, there's another (far-fetched) possibility.
According to what's known to A Song of Ice and Fire readers as the "Testimony of Mushroom," a probably-not-so-reliable accounting of Westeros by the court jester, Mushroom, when Prince Jacaerys Velaryon visits Winterfell with his dragon, Vermax, during The Dance of the Dragons, the great beast lays eggs in Winterfell's crypt.
This is important because Jon Snow is now at Winterfell on the show, and, as we now know, he's a Targaryen. Here's the theory, as proposed by Reddit user jamieandclaire: Jon Snow, morose as ever, wanders the crypt under Winterfell, trying to get his head around this whole "King in the North" business. Exhausted, he decides to take a dip in the hot springs for old times sake. That's when he spots the eggs. As he reaches for them - plop! In they fall into the (very hot) water. So now, you've got a Targaryen and dragon eggs in a heated place. Targaryen magic, inevitably, happens. A day later, dragon hatchlings in tow, Jon Snow realizes that Ned Stark is not his father. And then he starts to sift through the possibilities. Of course, as Vermax was probably male, this conjecture probably isn't true.
There are, however, other ways Jon Snow could discover his heritage. Aside from the popular Crypt Theory, there's also the possibility that Bran could tell him. There is, also, another nifty theory that states there is an actual dragon slumbering under the crypts of Winterfell, which Jon, being a Targaryen, could ride. Then again, Jon could hook back up with Melisandre, who has a way of discovering powers she never knew she had, courtesy of the Lord of Light. Furthermore, there's the idea that Varys and Littlefinger, who know (almost) everything there is to know about everything, could tell him.
In any event, the possibilities for Jon Snow discovering the truth about his parents are endless! We'll have to wait until season seven to find out what happens.

Are you headed to the theater this weekend to catch The Legend of Tarzan? NSFW: Kanye West's "Famous" Video Features a Naked Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Amber Rose, and More
Kanye West is no stranger to pushing the boundaries, and the rapper did just that with his "Famous" music video. In June, Kanye hosted a huge premiere for the song's visuals at the Forum in LA, which brought out his family members - including wife Kim Kardashian and her sisters - as well as lots of industry friends. While it was only exclusively available on Tidal at first, the rapper just released the video on YouTube for all to see. Toward the end of the clip, the camera pans out to show Kim and Kanye lying in bed surrounded by a group of fellow celebrities, who are all fully naked.
Next to Kanye is a nude Taylor Swift, while Kim's former flame Ray J lies next to her. You also see Kanye's ex Amber Rose as well as Caitlyn Jenner, Anna Wintour, Chris Brown, Rihanna, Bill Cosby, Donald Trump, and George W. Bush. The imagery is insanely jarring at first, so much so that it takes a while for it to sink in that they are likely wax figures - very lifelike, very realistic-looking wax figures, pressurized to simulate breathing. In the credits for the video, Kanye thanked the celebrities he featured "for being famous" and told Vanity Fair that the performance-art-style piece is "a comment on fame." It will be especially interesting to hear what Taylor has to say about the depiction, as she, Kanye, and Kim have been embroiled in a bit of a feud over Taylor's reported involvement with one of the song's now-infamous lyrics.

This Is the Latest Eyebrow-Raising Way to Save Your Avocado Halves From Going Bad
I was browsing the new products on Williams-Sonoma and came across this unitasker that made me burst out laughing: an Avocado Storage Container ($8). I immediately sent the link to a co-worker and asked, "Is this the most awesome or awful unitasker in the world?" Admittedly, we struggled to decide! On one hand, I think back at all the poor avocado halves that have turned black overnight in my fridge from my refusal to use plastic wrap. And I think about the ridiculous things I've done to avocado halves to prevent them from browning like running them under water or spraying them with Pam. Avocado halves are a fact of life, and the container would get a lot of use. However, is it still just the most ridiculous, unnecessary thing to own in your kitchen? Weigh in.
Here's What It Means When a Recipe Calls For Salted Boiling Water
In culinary school, the first rule a student learns is how to properly salt boiling water. First, boil the water (with a lid). Don't add the salt to the cold water! The reason for this is salt increases the boiling point of water, so it will take longer for it to come to a boil. That's minutes of your life you can't get back, y'all. Once big fat boiling bubbles appear in the water, remove the lid and toss the salt in. How much salt exactly? Enough so that the water should taste like the ocean, but if you're not really interested slurping a teaspoons of salty water to taste, here's the ratio to remember:
1 tablespoon salt to 1 quart (4 cups) water
As you can see from the photo, I usually use a heaping tablespoon, but I also like my pasta and boiled veggies on the saltier side. Once the water is salted, it's ready for the pasta or veggies you're looking to boil.
The 1 Thing I Learned in Italy That Changed the Way I Cook
I thought I knew how to cook Italian food . . . until I went to Italy. I got the amazing opportunity to travel to Tuscany to stay at Casa Buitoni, home of Buitoni, the fresh-pasta brand you've likely seen in the refrigerated section at the grocery store. I was in good company with chefs who develop authentic recipes for the nearly 200-year-old brand (it was founded by the Buitoni family in 1827), so I think they know a thing or two about Italian food. After a week of making pasta from scratch, visiting wineries and restaurants among the rolling hills of Tuscany, and eating too many incredible meals to count made by chefs born and raised in Italy, I learned an invaluable lesson that really stuck with me and will change the way I cook for myself from now on.
Simplicity is key, and less is more.
The mentality that surrounds food in Italy is unlike everything typical about food in the US. Italians eat slowly. They savor every single bite and every single moment at the table - "family style" means more than just passing around a plate of food for everyone to try. A young woman who grew up in Italy told me her family never served a meal without setting the table, complete with a white tablecloth. And yes, of course I realize that setting up a gorgeous tablescape with a movie-worthy view is not something most people have the privilege of re-creating at home, but what we can (and should) copy is the overall idea. Eating is a time to unplug from the rest of the world and to connect with the food and the people right in front of you.
And most importantly, authentic Italian cooks let the ingredients shine. If you start with the best quality ingredients you can find, you only need a few to make an amazing dish. I'll be the first to admit that using restraint in the kitchen is not my strong suit. My favorite pasta recipes often involve a long list of ingredients (spaghetti with garlic, white wine, thyme, lemon, and more, for example), but now I realize that there is such a thing as too much, and you don't always need 20 ingredients to make the most flavorful dish.
The best thing you can do is start out with really, really good olive oil. Spend the money on that fancier bottle - it's 100 percent worth it. Because, as I learned, olive oil is just as much an ingredient as pasta or parmesan cheese. When you simply use olive oil to sauté vegetables or throw in a tablespoon to prevent your pasta from sticking before adding other ingredients, the pure flavor gets lost in translation. The rich flavor of homemade olive oil is unlike anything else, and it's truly at the heart of Italian cooking - let it be the star.
Use good salt and fresh garlic. Invest in the freshest seasonal vegetables when you can. And, most importantly, take the time to savor every single bite. I thought this pizza topped with merely tomato sauce and a thin slice of roasted garlic would be boring, but I could not have been more wrong. After one bite, I realized it embodied everything Italian food is about: freshness, simplicity, and flavor. And that's what I'm going to aim to re-create in my own home.

Here are 12 delectable ways to snack on the melt-in-your-mouth creaminess of an avocado.
Mindy Kaling's Description of a Perfect Indoor Cycling Class Instructor Is Hilarious
If you've taken an indoor cycling class, you're probably familiar with the types of instructors. The drill sergeant, the preacher, the best friend (looking good, Sam!) - we've seen them all. Hilarious Mindy Kaling shared her own criteria on li.st for "My Dream Spin Class Instructor," and it's spot on. We've included our five favorites ahead - if you come across an instructor who meets Mindy's needs, let us know ASAP.
- "Will not ask us to interact with the people next to us: No high fives, no saying 'I'm proud of you.', no turning up their resistance for them."
- "Will tell us about their lives but not very much: I like knowing you were a little hungover this morning. I don't like knowing you had problematic parents."
- "Will not call me out by name in the positive or the affirmative: I'm a ghost, I want to flit around in sweaty anonymity."
- "Will keep to the times she or he announces: If you say '10 seconds left' and then it's like 40, I'm literally so betrayed and pissed I cannot speak."
- "Not spend a ton of time feting a rider with a birthday: We all have birthdays! I'm not riding for Susan on her 27th birthday! I don't care!"
10 Helpful Ways to Hack Your Stress
When stress takes over, it can really throw you for a loop. Stop anxious feelings before they happen with these 10 helpful tips and tricks. They'll help you feel calm, cool, collected, and happy all day long.
- Wake up earlier: Snoozing begins your day on a stressful note. Waking up five to 15 minutes earlier leaves you extra time to welcome the day and relax before heading to the office. Just get up when your alarm goes off.
- Get to yoga: Connecting movement with breath has been proven as one of the best all-natural ways to beat (and prevent) stress. Do this short sequence every day to stay balanced.
- Listen to music: Turn up some sweet tunes and let it go. Research has shown that lying down and listening to music is as effective as massage - a big win for anyone on a budget who needs a stress-relieving outlet.
- Exercise often: Exercise boosts your feel-good endorphins, and new research is showing a link between regular exercise and the less well-known neuromodulator norepinephrine, which may help the brain deal with stress more efficiently.
- Keep peppermint close: In a NASA-funded study, researchers found that during their commute, subjects who smelled peppermint decreased their anxiety and fatigue levels by 20 percent and decreased frustration by 25 percent. Sip on peppermint tea or keep peppermint essential oil on hand.
- Stop procrastinating: When you put off tasks you're dreading, it only makes it harder to do later. Don't let this happen to you. Do your best to get these things out of the way, so you can direct your energy and attention elsewhere.
- Start meditating: A short meditation can change your whole day. Breathing deep and sinking into relaxation is more than a hippie practice - it rewires your brain to be more resilient when stressful situations arise.
- Write it down: Instead of trying to remember all your tasks, keep writing things, both large and small, down as they come up. This way, you don't deal with unnecessary stress at the end of the day when you realize you've forgotten something.
- Keep things clean: Coming home to an apartment that's in disarray leaves you with chaotic feelings. Make your bed, wipe down surfaces, do your dishes, and follow these other things people with clean homes do every day.
- Go to bed: Not getting adequate sleep can lead to major stress the following day. If you constantly find yourself stressed when the lights go off, try this anxiety-relieving trick that will help you fall asleep fast, so you wake up calm and rested.
These Protein-Packed Snacks Will Help You Hit Your Weight-Loss Goals
Depending on your weight and activity level, a woman needs between 40 and 60 grams of protein daily. Sometimes it can be difficult to meet your protein quota in meals alone, so here are some snack ideas with at least 10 grams of protein.
Do These 10 Things in Your Kitchen to Lose Weight
The kitchen is the heart of the home, but it's also the place that can make or break you on the weight-loss front. If you're on a quest to slim down, do these 10 things in your kitchen.
- Make fruits and veggies as accessible as a bag of chips: Wash, cut up, and store produce such as grapes, melon, kiwi, strawberries, carrots, peppers, and celery in reusable containers in the fridge so they're easy to grab. Make sure they're right up front at eye level so they're the first thing you see when you open the fridge door.
- Prepare a big container of salad: Having a salad before dinner is a great way to fill you up so you eat less of the main course, but preparing a salad every night takes so much time that it's tempting to skip out. Ensure you get a bowl of greens every night by making an enormous bowl of salad at the beginning of the week. You're sure to eat a salad with dinner if it's already made - just scoop out a bowl, top with vinaigrette, and enjoy.
- Have measuring cups and spoons on the counter: Measuring your food will keep portions in check since overestimating serving sizes is a huge reason people don't lose weight. Seeing measuring spoons and cups on your kitchen counter will be a visual reminder not to forget to use them.
- Premake snack packs: You know what happens when you eat chips or crackers out of the box - you practically end up polishing off the entire package! Take your favorite healthy snacks such as mixed nuts, popcorn, cheese, and fresh fruit, grab some Ziploc baggies, and make some 100-calorie or 150-calorie snack packs you can keep in your cupboard or in a snack box in your fridge.
- Freeze fruits and veggies: Buy larger bags of fruits and veggies at the store and wash, cut, and store them in baggies in the freezer. You'll not only save money when you buy in bulk, but you'll also have them on hand to add to your smoothies, yogurt, pasta dishes, soups, and omelets. You can also puree veggies and freeze cubes to add to soups, tomato sauce, mashed potatoes, dips, oatmeal, smoothies, or use as a spread on sandwiches.
- Freeze smoothie bags: If you're in a rush in the morning, prep these fruit and veggie smoothie bags and keep them in the freezer. Just empty the contents in the blender, add the extras labeled on the bag, and you'll have a low-cal, fiber- and protein-packed breakfast that'll keep you full all morning long.
- Ditch the unhealthy foods: Your hubby and kids might be fans of an occasional can of soda, bowl of cookie dough ice cream, or Hershey's Kiss, but if those foods are within your reach, you're bound to crave them. Throw out or give away the junk, because if it's not in your kitchen, you can't be tempted to eat it.
- Use smaller-sized plates: When we prepare a plate of food, we feel the need to fill it up completely. If you start out with a smaller-sized salad plate, there's only so much you can pile on, so you'll end up consuming fewer calories.
- Double or even triple the recipe: Whether you're making soup, roasted veggies, homemade veggie burgers, or something else for dinner, don't just make enough for one meal. Package the leftovers in containers you can easily grab for the next few days' meals. If your lunch or dinner is already prepared, you won't have to resort to unhealthy takeout.
- Put food away before you sit down to eat: After you've cooked up an amazing vegan mac and cheese, serve yourself an appropriate serving size and then wrap it up and put leftovers in the fridge. If you leave it out, you're more likely to go back for unnecessary seconds or thirds. Out of sight means off your hips.

Alexander Skarsgard's Intense Diet For His Tarzan Role Will Shock You
The newly released film The Legend of Tarzan equally features star Alexander Skarsgard and his insane eight-pack. But it wasn't easy bulking up and adding on 25 pounds. In addition to heavy lifting, the 39-year-old actor had to triple his calorie intake to 7,000 calories per day - what?!
His friend and trainer-nutritionist, Magnus Lygdbäck, helped him whip into shape at 4:30 a.m. every morning. When shooting began, Alexander's strict diet was removed of sugar, gluten, wheat, dairy, and alcohol. He ate six small meals throughout the day in between his two workouts. He clearly missed even the little things he was prohibited from eating, according to his costar Margot Robbie. "I remember the day that he was allowed an apple, and he kissed the apple," she told Entertainment Weekly. "It hit me how deprived you are if you're that excited to see a piece of fruit."
As soon as filming came to a wrap, Alexander did what any of us would do after grueling months of dieting.
"I spent four days just in bed, being fed by Dad," he told EW. "He cooked these pastas with rich sauces and bone marrow and fried mozzarella and tons of beer and wine. It was the most incredible weekend of my life."

Take a Break From Instagram With This 1 Easy Tip
I have a love/hate relationship with my Instagram. There are a lot of things about it that I find #superf*ckingannoying, but from a photography standpoint, I do love following people with beautiful shots. And keeping up with my friends is cool, too. I'll often push Instagram away when I need some space, but like an ex I just can't quite quit, it will come creeping back into my life, and before I know it, I'm obsessed all over again and chronicling every detail of my #blessed life. Sometimes I just need a breather from social media in general, but I don't want to lose my prized portfolio of cat glamour shots and book porn in the process.
The solution? Disable, don't delete. Like with Facebook, Instagram users can temporarily suspend their accounts and return to them without losing their photos, comments, "likes," or information. Here's how to take a break without throwing away all your memories.
This Cheap Wine From Walmart Is Ranked as One of the Best in the World
If you're one of those people who orders the cheapest glass of wine on the menu because you can't tell the difference (no shame), this news is going to make your day. A $6 bottle of wine sold at Walmart has been ranked as one of the best in the world by Decanter Magazine, which covers wine and spirits. The award-winning red wine is La Moneda Reserva's Malbec, a Chilean wine whose description notes that it has a "deep purple color with violet tints, rounded and velvety tannins, complex plum, fig, and strawberry flavors and excellent length."
The wine earned the title of Platinum Best in Show at the Decanter World Wine Awards, where more than 200 experts tasted thousands of wines (blindly!), proving that a wine's price tag is not always associated with its quality. The only downside is it's sold by Walmart's UK-based grocery brand, Asda, so it's not available in the US. You can, however, buy it online, but unsurprisingly, it's currently sold out. Here's to hoping it'll be restocked ASAP, but budget-conscious wine drinkers might have to stick to Two Buck Chuck from Trader Joe's for now.
I Tried the Starbucks Drink That Tastes Just Like Pink Starbursts
The changing season calls for a new go-to Starbucks drink, and the internet is going crazy over a pink drink that's perfect for Summer. Scroll through #PinkDrink on Instagram and Twitter and you'll see a flood of images showing off an iced powder-pink drink. The beverage is creatively dubbed the Pink Drink for its unmissable hue that's reminiscent of Pantone's Color of the Year. But the Pink Drink isn't something off Starbucks's new Summer menu - it's a remix of the Strawberry Acaí Refresher, which comes with freeze-dried strawberries and uses coconut milk instead of water.
While my usual Starbucks order is very uncomplicated and not sugary at all (iced green tea, unsweetened, light ice please), my obsession with everything coconut really convinced me to give this a go. I bravely volunteered to be the taste tester and set out to my local Starbucks, only to find that my cashier hadn't been checking her Instagram feed lately. After having to explain what I really wanted - no, not the Birthday Cake Frappuccino - I walked out with my own little pink cup in hand.
The Pink Drink is sweet and refreshing with a distinct tart taste, while the coconut milk gives it a dreamy, creamy escape. Fans of the drink are comparing the flavor to strawberry Starbursts, and my co-workers and I couldn't agree any more. But I would even go as far as to say this dairy-free beverage tastes just like Summer.

Ree Drummond: Pan Fried
The Pioneer Woman just might be the queen of recipes that are both easy and comforting, and her pan-fried pork chop recipe definitely qualifies. You only need a few basics (flour, salt, pepper, cayenne, canola oil, and butter) to make a crispy, juicy pork chop.
Alton Brown: Molasses and Coffee Glazed
You might need to make a special trip to the store for Alton Brown's molasses and coffee pork chops, but it's totally worth it. Commenters have mentioned they love the teriyaki-like marinade so much that they use it on chicken, too. If you have a little extra time on your hands (to marinate the meat for at least two hours), your taste buds will be rewarded.
Giada De Laurentiis: Parmesan Crusted
Giada is among the loyal group that believes parmesan cheese makes everything better, including pork. Her parmesan-crusted pork chop recipe calls for parmesan plus Italian breadcrumbs, ensuring a crispy and flavor-loaded exterior as they crisp up in an oiled pan.
Sunny Anderson: Simply Grilled
The best part about Sunny Anderson's easy grilled pork chop recipe is that even if you don't have a grill or grill pan, you can make the recipe using a regular pan, too. After you let the chops sit in a marinade of honey, oil, apple cider vinegar, and cumin for about an hour, you're on your way to superquick and easy pork chops, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Tyler Florence: Smothered
Chef Tyler Florence knows you should never let pan drippings go to waste. His smothered pork chop is indeed smothered in a creamy gravy made by deglazing the pan with chicken broth, then adding buttermilk. It's what to make when you really need indulgent, home-style comfort food in your life.
