Every '90s Girl Will Love Lily-Rose Depp's Spice Girls-Inspired Outfit

Lily-Rose Depp may have been born at the tail end end of the '90s (1999, to be exact), but that doesn't mean she can't embrace a good Spice Girls-inspired look every now and then. The stylish star was spotted out and about in West Hollywood on Thursday, rocking a casual outfit consisting of a simple gray tank, sneakers, and a very "Sporty" pair of blue track pants.

Lily-Rose's ensemble also confirmed that these are definitely the pants to add to cart immediately. Not only are they comfy, but nearly every top model - from Bella Hadid to Kendall Jenner - owns a tracksuit, making it a must-have in our book.

Alessandra Ambrosio's Bride-Squad 1-Piece Is Perfection - and You'll Want It So Badly

Alessandra Ambrosio is wearing the swimsuit every bridal party spending time by the pool or the beach will want immediately! The Brazilian beauty, who just spent a few bikini-clad days in Ibiza with her family, is in Mykonos to celebrate the wedding of fellow model Ana Beatriz Barros to Egyptian businessman Karim El Chiaty. To kick off the celebration the day before the nuptials with a little relaxing time by the cliffs of the beautiful Greek island, the bridesmaids went all out in matching bride-squad black one-pieces featuring a superlow back and a cute puckered lip print.

In a series of adorable photos posted by the bride, her friends, and Alessandra, we see the squad sexily posing in their cute bridal party attire reminiscent of Hailey Baldwin's recent "Just Married" swimwear - don't freak, she's not actually married. Though Alessandra's swimwear seems to be custom-made for the occasion by her own brand, Alé by Alessandra, scroll ahead to see more photos of the look and find a few suggestions for similar pieces.

Whoa - You Would Never Expect a Pair of Converses to Have This Cool Feature

Fans of Converse Chuck Taylor All Stars will be excited to know that the sneaker has received a major upgrade. During a Hack a Chuck competition, design agency Critical Mass created a pair of Chucks that has a built-in wah pedal. For those who are not in a band, a wah pedal is a type of guitar effect that delivers distinctive tones.

All you have to do is move your foot while wearing the shoe and it adds a wah to any plugged-in guitar. This is possible since there is a sensor in the sole of the shoe that registers movements similar to when you press on an actual wah pedal. The information is then sent via Bluetooth to a wah box.

Although there is no news on when this genius sneaker will be released to the public, you can check out how it all works in the video above. A lucky group of 13 guitarists got to test out the prototype shoe early, and they are rocking it.

Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato Hit It Out of the Park With Their Latest Outing

Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato took their friendship to the ballpark when they attended a New York Mets game in NYC on Thursday. The two, who are in town for their tour, were all smiles as they took to the field to greet some of the players before the game. While Nick showed off his athleticism (and his protruding biceps) in the batting cage, Demi got a little silly as she posed with the team's mascot, Mr. Met. When they're not making us jealous of their sweet friendship, the two have been keeping busy with their careers. Not only did Demi release a sexy new single called "Body Say" recently, but Nick also has an intense movie on the horizon called Goat. See more of their cute outing below.

Kristen Stewart and Nicholas Hoult Can Barely Keep It Together on the Red Carpet

Kristen Stewart and Nicholas Hoult hit the red carpet at the LA Premiere of Equals at the Arclight Hollywood on Thursday, where they could barely keep a straight face. Although Nicholas and Kristen play star-crossed lovers in the upcoming sci-fi movie, the pair are more like BFFs in real life, supporting each other at movie premieres and grabbing dinner together. Their friendship was on full display as they giggled in front of photographers and chatted with fellow costar Jacki Weaver and the film's director, Drake Doremus. Dressed in an intricate, see-through, black lace dress and rocking some Justin Bieber-esque blond hair, Kristen looked badass and elegant as always before she switched out her gown for jeans and a white t-shirt, while Nicholas rocked a dapper gray suit. Check out all the fun they had here!

Who Has Kaley Cuoco Dated? Look Back on Her List of Lovers

Kaley Cuoco recently found love with equestrian Karl Cook, but he isn't the first guy to ride straight into her heart. These Photos of Kate Middleton Coordinating With Her Family Will Simply Make You Melt

There have been plenty of times where Kate Middleton stole the spotlight with her outfit alone: a bright yellow dress, a stunning gown, etc. It's rare that she wears something that doesn't make us swoon. But some of her best fashion moments? The times she opted to coordinate with her family, just like she did during a visit to the Royal International Air Tattoo.

Seeing Kate and Prince William both dressed in blue was adorable enough, but add Prince George's navy and white look into the mix and, well, we're melting. See Kate's outfit in full ahead - which, paired with the headband, seemed very Blair Waldorf to us - then, keep scrolling to see how she matched her husband and son.

Kylie Jenner Adds 4 New Shades to Her Line of Lip Glosses

Kylie Jenner wasn't kidding when she said she had "so many exciting things" coming this season. She recently revealed on the official Kylie Cosmetics Instagram that she'll be launching four new shades of lip gloss on July 15.

"First surprise of the Summer!" she exclaimed. The upcoming colors are a perfect match for four of her matte liquid lipsticks: Exposed (a latte brown), Posie (light mauve), Candy (rosy pink), and Koko (ballet slipper). They will presumably be the same price of the existing colors, which are $15.

She's only showed her fans the first three hues, as samples of Koko have yet to come in. However, the formulas look to be as rich, creamy, and opaque as the original lip glosses.

Kylie has come under fire in the past for her lip gloss packaging. Many customers shared complaints on social media of leaky tubes and splayed brush bristles, but the star gracefully responded to these claims. She corrected the manufacturing error and sent new tubes (free of charge!) to all who had received the faulty batch of product. We're looking forward to seeing how these new glosses fare! Read on to see more swatches.

Wreck-It Ralph Was Missing Something HUGE, According to This Fake Trailer

Wreck-It Ralph may have been a hit in theaters in 2012 - but the animated film definitely left the crew behind Screen Junkies scratching their heads in confusion, making it the prime target for the latest Honest Trailer video.

The clip hilariously points out that while the film was supposed to bring your favorite video games to life, it actually left out a huge component . . . actual video game references. Iconic characters, like Sonic the Hedgehog, only make brief cameos, and digital video game details are also very subtle. The trailer goes on to refer to the movie as a Toy Story reboot while taking a jab at Disney for using wit and bright colors to distract viewers from all of the film's questionable moments and blatant lack of detail. Watch the full clip above for all the humorous (and slightly painful) blows.

Should You Teach Kids to Share?

There is a sharing policy at my son's preschool. It's a parent-run co-op, so we have to have policies like this so that we will all handle situations relatively the same way. The policy is that a child can keep a toy as long as they want to. If another child wants the toy, they have to wait until the first child is done with it. We'll even "save" toys for the child if they have to go to the bathroom, go to the snack table, etc. so that it won't get taken before they're done. This applies to anything in the yard or school that can be played with, including swings and monkey bars.

At first, it didn't really occur to me to wonder why this was the policy. I just went with it, because that's the rule, and it didn't seem like a big deal to me. The kids all know the rule, so outside of maybe their first two weeks at the school, they don't throw a giant fit when you tell them, "You can have it when Sally Jo is done." But lately I've been noticing a totally different attitude toward sharing in other places we go, and I'm starting to really know exactly why this is the school's policy.

Two Questionable Sharing Practices

Here are a couple of examples of questionable sharing practices that I've seen recently. The first comes from a good friend of mine. (And I hope she doesn't mind that I use her story as an example.) She and her almost-2-year-old were at the park one day. He had brought a small car from home to play with. Another child, a little bit older, wanted to play with the car and was demanding that my friend's son give him the car. A typical toddler scuffle ensued, and the other mother told her son, "I guess his mom didn't teach him how to share." Never mind the fact that the car belongs to him and that when someone asks you to share, "No" is a perfectly legitimate response.

My second story happened one morning at the local rec center. Friday mornings they fill the gym with tons of Little Tykes climbing structures and those plastic cars they can drive around, tricycles, big balls, even a bouncy castle. Basically a toddler's dream play room. There's this one red car in particular my son really likes playing with, and the last time we went, he drove it around the entire hour and a half we were there. While most of the moms with smaller kids will shadow their kids as they play, my son is old enough now that I can sit on the sidelines and watch. From there I watched a mom whose son wanted to drive the car approach my son repeatedly, saying, "OK, now it's time for you to give him a turn!" Of course he ignored her, and eventually she gave up. There were a million other little cars for her son to drive, including one that was almost identical. Or maybe I would have stepped in at some point.

Real-World Lessons

I don't agree with the approach of the mothers in either of these situations. I think it does a child a great disservice to teach him that he can have something that someone else has, simply because he wants it. And I can understand the desire to give your children everything they want; we all have it. But it's a good lesson for you both to learn that this isn't always possible, and you shouldn't step all over other people to get these things.

Furthermore, this is not how things work in the real world. In your child's adult life, he's going to think he's owed everything he sees. This is already happening in the next generation. I read a fascinating article about how today's teens and 20-somethings are expecting raises and promotions at their jobs for reasons like, "I show up every day."

If you doubt my reasoning, think about your own day-to-day adult life. You wouldn't cut in front of someone in the grocery checkout line just because you didn't feel like waiting. And most grown adults wouldn't take something from someone, like a phone or a pair of sunglasses, just because they wanted to use it. (Well, maybe some of you would. In which case, this post may not be for you.)

It's hard, as with so many things about parenthood, but let's teach our kids how to cope with disappointment, because it happens. And we won't always be there to fix it for them. Let's teach them how they can get things they want through diligence, patience, and hard work.

How do you feel about the concept of sharing where young children are concerned? I know you likely don't have a "policy," as I sure didn't before the preschool told me they had one. Now I notice a variety of different takes on the subject from the parents I see around. Makes me wonder if we need to be talking about this issue a little bit more.

10 Watermelon-Inspired Items Every Cool Girl Needs This Summer

One of the best things about Summer is the fact that fresh watermelon is readily available at the supermarket for all your snacking (and cocktail) needs, but have you noticed that it's also making a statement elsewhere? As in, everywhere.

The watermelon print, like its pineapple and coconut counterparts, can be found on everything from clothing to accessories and even home decor. We're not kidding! If this sounds like music to your fruit-obsessed ears, read on for all the watermelon goodies you need this season, and figure out what Latin American beach to visit.

A No-Sew Guide to Making Your Clothes Fit Better

We may qualify as full-grown "adults," but we still enjoy avoiding extra work when there's an easier, less complicated option. Why do math when there's a calculator on your phone? Why stand up and get the remote when you can grab it with your foot? And really, why take a trip to the tailor when there are so many fashion hacks to try, ones that'll make your clothes fit better ASAP?

That's right: there are plenty of quick, supereasy ways to tighten, hem, and cinch oversize pieces, none of which involve a needle and thread (or an awkward measuring process). Read through to find the solution you're looking for. Then, discover a few creative ways to cuff your jeans.

The Easiest Way to Make Your Legs Look Longer in a Swimsuit

High-waisted bikini bottoms nip at the smallest part of your torso to highlight your curves, and scalloped edges give your booty a boost. But when it comes to your legs, there's one swimsuit silhouette that will lend you some length: the high-leg cut. It's exactly like you're picturing: fabric that curves upward right above your thigh, adding inches at the highest point of your stems, right below the hips. Read on for a few examples you can shop right now - two-pieces and maillots included - and jog your way down the beach Baywatch style. Things are about to get leggy up in here.

21 Mascaras That Will Dramatically Improve Your Lashes (and Your Life!)

Even if you're not a major beauty junkie, you know that limiting yourself to just one mascara is virtually impossible . . . and almost masochistic. It doesn't matter how satisfied you are with your current formula. Chances are, you still have a deep, nagging feeling that pushes you to question what other lash-lengthening opportunities are out there.

I myself always have a minimum of three tubes on rotation in my makeup bag, and while I love them all, they each serve different purposes. Sometimes, I want a more doe-eyed look. There are other moments that I want to appear as if I'm wearing thousands of dollars' worth of eyelash extensions. But regardless of my love for the products I currently use, I'm always open to trying something new.

I know I'm not alone in my fringe fanaticism, so I reached out to my editor colleagues about their favorite mascaras. They run the gamut from drugstore classic to recently launched luxury formulas, but they're all incredible in their own right. Read on! You might just find your new lash love.

Prince George Is THE Cutest While Catching a Helicopter Ride With His Mom and Dad

Prince George is getting so big! The adorable 2-year-old kept the royal family's fun Summer outings coming on Friday when he stopped by the Royal International Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire with his parents, Prince William and Kate Middleton. The family, who was sadly missing Princess Charlotte, took part in an event called "The Next Generation: Inspiring Innovation," which helps encourage young people to get involved in the aviation industry. And it looks like Prince George didn't need too much convincing. While touring the 247 aircrafts from 19 different countries, he looked overwhelmed and excited while sticking close by his parents' side. Wearing shorts, a polo, and protective headphones, George sat in a helicopter and a red arrow jet plane. He also made sure to show off his adorable personality by waving to the crowd and flashing a funny face for photographers.

The supercute outing is just the latest we've seen of George in recent months. In addition to melting just about everyone's hearts during the Trooping the Colour parade in London in June, the preschool student also casually met President Barack Obama in his pajamas in April. And we might be getting much more of the little one in the future, as he may be heading to Canada with his famous family. Keep reading for more of his latest outing, then check out his and Princess Charlotte's cutest pictures from 2016 - so far!.

14 Everyday Struggles of Bilingual People

I speak 2.5 languages. I'm fluent in Spanish (my birth language) and English, and I know enough Italian to help a lost tourist in the subway. Though being able to communicate in more than one tongue has its serious benefits - there are more jobs available to me, I have an easier time when traveling abroad, some studies even say we're smarter (tooting my own horn here) - there are struggles. Boy, are there struggles.

More than once, I have spoken Spanish to someone who has no idea what I'm saying, and words have come out of my mouth in a total jumble of Spanglish that not even I understand. Minor issues, sure, but if you're bilingual, you know it doesn't end there. Keep reading for a list of the everyday situations you probably also face - bilinguals, unite!

11 Things All Parents of Preschoolers Think

If you're the proud parent of a preschooler, then you will understand what it's like to be befuddled by the little things they do. For example, did you ever truly believe 4-year-old girls could form cliques? Or that your preschooler would go to school sharing details about mommy's "magic vibrating wand"? Oh, the preschool years are so precious! And sometimes . . . so dreadfully embarrassing. If you have a preschooler you just can't live without, you will most likely think and relate to all of these things in this list.

Everything Is Poopy. Everything

It doesn't matter what the joke is, the punchline is always poopy. Poopy this and poopy that. You're pretty tired of fecal matters and, in fact, every time you see the poop emoji, you want to vomit. If someone even says a word that starts with "P," you instantly cover your ears thinking, "No, not again!"

Why Are They Wearing That?

If your child wears the most bizarre ensembles and you cannot understand for the life of you why your 4-year-old needs to wear earmuffs in June, you are the proud parent of a preschooler!

Embarrassing Body Comments

Had to love it when my 5-year-old told me that my "breasts were bigger than planet earth." It wasn't worse than when she said the words "vagina, vagina, vagina" to the cashier at Panera! She was just 2 and a half then, and that was the worst. Ever.

Not My Friend? Really?

How in the world do 3- and 4-year-olds really have social hierarchies? If you have a girl preschooler, you know what I mean. The "She's not my friend " or "She said I'm not her friend" nonsense is ridiculously intense for a young age. You'll wonder how you ended up with friends yourself if it was that intense early on.

Please Let That Not Be My Kid

Whenever a classmate's mother talks about a kid who did X, Y, or Z and it was the single most ridiculous thing ever, like shoving a Shopkins up one's nose, you think to yourself, "Please let that not be my kid," because chances are, it was your kid!

Don't Let This End

Preschool years are the cutest years, in my opinion. There's nothing like a toddler or baby, sure, but preschoolers are still so lovable, yet they're smart and forming personalities. It can feel like a never-ending discovery with these little guys because they grow and demonstrate all they're learning so concretely and uniquely. It's a wonderful time to be a parent!

If Frozen Went Away, I Would Be OK

For the moms of little girls, if Frozen went away for a very long time, we would all be grateful. If I never heard "Let it Go" again, I would be a happy woman.

Not Every Object Is a Lightsaber, Kid

If you have stopped to remind your preschooler that no, Mommy's hairdryer/the broom/flashlight/any other object that is within reach of your preschooler is not a lightsaber, you know you're the parent of a preschooler!

And please, duck. That broom is about to hit you!

Welcome to Another Ridiculous Fear, Brought to You by My Preschooler

If your child has a ridiculous fear, like they can't stand lobsters (they are sort of ugly), or finds cracks in the sidewalk appalling (OCD, anyone?), you may think your kid is weird, but chances are he's just a preschooler!

Thanks For the Lack of Gratitude

If you ever sat and thought, "Man, my kid is not grateful. What am I doing wrong?," congratulations! Welcome to the preschool years in which egocentrism reigns and the most important point of view is always, indefinitely, your preschooler's!

Why Is Toilet Paper So Interesting?

It's not just Charmin, parents! Toilet paper is an awe-inspiring toy and meant for play! Yards of toilet paper have been destroyed by preschoolers for centuries. It never ends!

9 Signs You Are a Parent Who Was Born in the '80s

The '80s. The great decade of excess, spandex, Aqua Net hair spray, turquoise mascara, Jem, hair metal, Michael and Madonna, RUN DMC, and more!

If you grew up in the '80s, you probably watched after-school specials, know who Woodsy the Owl is, owned gummy bracelets, wondered why Madonna was writhing on a gondola in Italy, and dreamed about being a mall singer like Tiffany and Debbie Gibson.

Of course now, you're a mom. Your days of Wigwams and hot-pink lipstick are over. Mostly. Instead, you're probably working or at home with a bunch of littles, hitting the gym, wearing yoga pants and not Wigwams, using lip balm if you're lucky or neutral lip shades rather than hot-pink lips and turquoise mascara, and most likely, you've listened to Justin Bieber or Frozen rather than "Like a Virgin" - sadly.

Here are just a few signs you are a parent made and born in the '80s!

Your Guilt Over Foods

You buy the organic brand of boxed mac 'n' cheese because you need something quick to make your kids but want it to be somewhat healthy. You buy "healthy" chips and snacks, presenting them to your kids even if they taste like cardboard. You then feel sort of terrible because let's face it: you most likely downed at least three dozen bottles of Cheese Whiz, the most processed crap known to mankind, and ate Doritos. Let's not forget the Ramen Pride you enjoyed on numerous occasions. You sort of feel like the flavor police and are so glad your kids don't have a window to your childhood goodies.

Justin Bieber Annoys You, but What About the "New Kids," Etc.?

If you have to see that face again - "The Bieber" - you might get sick, but your daughter loves him.
When you complain about "The Biebs," your partner reminds you of your once-strong lust for all the members of the New Kids on the Block, New Edition, or let's go way back here - Menudo.

Your Child's Lack of Interest in Hairdos

When your toddler, preschooler, or elementary student daughter refuses to let you brush or do their hair in the stubborn way that girls do sometimes, you get a little sad inside. You remember all that time you spent "feathering" and "stacking" your hair, using a teasing comb, and killing the environment with your Aqua Net hair spray.

You won't make her wear a banana clip, but her lack of hairdo-ed ness makes you feel strong pangs of nostalgia for hair mascara, scrunchies, and high hair!

Of course, you would never do that to your hair again!

Makeup on Boys

When your child first sees a man in makeup, he or she seems surprised. Your kiddo will say the usual stuff like, "Boys don't wear makeup, Mommy," and you'll be thinking: "Of course they do. Especially if they're members of the bands Skid Row, Poison, Bon Jovi, or Warrant."

Instead of being surprised, you'll tell your kid it's no big deal and ask your kiddo to appreciate that everyone and anyone can wear makeup. While you're showing tolerance and love, you'll secretly be analyzing his eyeliner to be sure it's done just like Bret Michaels would have!

Your Teenager's Love of Hip-Hop

Your teenager loves hip-hop and even likes that whiny narcissist Kanye West. You get annoyed hearing the same songs over and over and over again, until suddenly you've got a great idea:

You hit Pandora to cue up Public Enemy and A Tribe Called Quest.

You know all the lyrics because back then, lyrics had substance and meaning. They were political and challenging.

Your teen catches you in the middle of "911 Is a Joke" or "Bonita Applebaum," and he sort of wonders what the heck is wrong with you.

And then tells you you're not cool. As if!

Just Go Down the Street

Your child is annoying you and so you want an hour or two to yourself, so you say, "Just go down the street and play with your friends," forgetting that these days, kids don't do that anymore and you feel bad that your kids don't have what you had. Instead, they FaceTime and hit the Xbox to play . . .

Hated Presidential Fitness Challenge

You lecture your kids to get off the tech tools and get outside and run. You enroll them in sports and take them running or jogging with you.

As a mom, you are the dictator of fitness, sports, and healthy habits.

As a kid, you are also the same person who hated Ronald Reagan's Presidential Fitness Challenge and dreaded the pull-ups and awful rope climb you had to do. You may have played sick on those days, and if you didn't play sick, you might have claimed that climbing a rope was against your political and religious values.

If you were me. HA!

What's Up, Toys?

Monster High dolls look creepy to you. And have you seen the new Garfield? Yuck. He's ruining the old fat cat. The new Scooby Doo has Daphne running around in miniclothes. And can someone tell me what the purpose of Shopkins is? Other than driving parents crazy?

Your kids' toys seem odd. But then again, you collected Garbage Pail Kid cards and watched Snorks.

The Smurfs lived in mushrooms and had only one female character, and you collected charms for charm necklaces like they were going out of style. Still, our toys were better!

A Piece of Paper Dictated Your Romantic Future

Your tween texts about her crush with her friends and pontificates about him being her boyfriend, even though she's too young to have one. She talks about the "future" with him, and you laugh because you didn't have to worry about those things as a kid. When you tell her that and she asks why, you show her the game MASH, which predicted you would marry, have four kids, and live in a mansion.

She might question the game's accuracy.

15 Times BFFs James Corden and Dominic Cooper Had Better PDA Than Most Couples

Before James Corden was hosting the Late Late Show and Dominic Cooper was kicking ass and taking names in Preacher, the two were just a pair of struggling actors sharing a flat in London. James and Dominic met in the early 2000s after they both starred in the Royal National Theatre's 2004 production of The History Boys, and it's been all love between them ever since. From holding hands on the red carpet to nearly tackling each other with excitement, these are the best moments the A-List BFFs have shared over the years.

We've Already Been Spoiled With Snaps of John Legend and Chrissy Teigen's Daughter

It seems like no time has passed since we found out that John Legend and Chrissy Teigen welcomed a baby girl, but we've already gotten tons of good looks at the new bundle of joy. In April, Chrissy took to Instagram to share the first snap of her daughter, Luna, leaving us overwhelmed by our emotions. The month got even better, though, when John posted a heart-melting picture of his own. 9 Underappreciated Mom Talents

I've held a few thankless jobs in my life, but none so grossly underappreciated as motherhood. Don't get me wrong - I'm not expecting a parade and a tiara - but it would be nice if, for once, someone recognized the mom talents that everyone seems to take for granted. When you think about it, those motherly superpowers are nothing short of amazing, working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. I mean, what would our families do if Mom couldn't . . .

Find EVERYTHING

Moms can locate the most random items in the most obscure places: the Xbox remote wedged under the couch, the action figure in the bottom of the clothes hamper, the fairy costume where the wing part is in the toy box and the dress part is crumpled into the drawer. We know where to find that shirt you haven't worn in eight months, those shoes we put away that will probably fit you now, and the fudgesicles that are buried underneath the bags of frozen chicken breasts in the freezer.

Remember Dates

Moms have an incredible mental calendar. We keep track of doctor's appointments and soccer games and school programs and birthday parties. We know the birth dates of our entire families. We can tell you when it's Teacher Appreciation Week . . . and we never forget Father's Day. (Ahem.)

Remember Numbers

Our amazing memories aren't limited to dates alone; our brains are databases of other numerical information, too. Moms know their kids' birth times and weights (and current weight, and current height), and the phone number of the pediatrician, and the hours of stores and pharmacies, and a whole bunch of other things. We may not recall our kids' names sometimes ("You! Whoever you are! Come here!"), but we can come up with their correct shoe and clothing sizes at a moment's notice.

Remember Food Preferences

This kid eats pancakes with butter only; that one prefers them slightly undercooked with no butter, just syrup; the other one wants both butter and syrup, but will only eat a certain brand of pancake mix because the others "taste like chemicals." Remembering all the individual likes and dislikes is definitely a challenge, but moms do it flawlessly.

Multitask

Mothers take multitasking to a whole new level. For being mere mortals with a limited number of hands, we're downright impressive when it comes to doing a bazillion things simultaneously. Who else could cook a meal with a baby on one hip while talking a girlfriend through a life crisis over the phone - and still make sure the kids aren't burning the house down?

Be Prepared on the Go

If you are ever in a jam and find yourself in need of the most random item - a safety pin, a packet of crackers, a bandage, a glue stick, stain remover, a variable-speed buzz saw - find the nearest mom and ask her for help. Chances are we've got what you need either in our purses or our cars, which are both like mobile convenience stores.

Remove Any Stain Imaginable

We've gotten chocolate pudding out of t-shirts, poop out of carpets, and Kool-Aid-tinted barf off of couches. Whether it's grass or grease, mud or marker, moms know how to remove a stain from anything from burlap to velvet.

Make Meals Out of Nothing

Sometimes, when we haven't been to the store in a while, our dinner choices seem limited - but never underestimate the ability of a mom to whip up a feast from a near-empty fridge. All that's in the house is a pound of hamburger and an old banana and a stale loaf of bread and some oregano? No problem.

Know When Something Is Wrong

Our maternal radars are quick to pick up on anything amiss. We can spot an impending illness from the slightest change in our kids' behavior and recognize the difference between genuine sickness and math-test-induced faking in the time it takes to say, "I don't feel good." When our kids get home from school, we can tell what kind of day they've had just by the way they close the door. And whenever something is wrong, no one fixes it like Mom.

Our contributions may not be celebrated (or even noticed all that much), but believe me when I say that they're important - no, crucial - to the well-being of our families. If it weren't for those everyday talents, things would be in chaos.

We're total rock stars. Even if nobody recognizes it but us.

Nicki Minaj is a force to be reckoned with. She slays the hell out of every verse she spits, even when it's on another artist's track. Why 1 Mom Took to Photoshop After Her 5-Year-Old Called Her Fat

Being told that you're fat can hurt no matter who says it, but Katie Reed learned that it's a particularly harsh sting when it comes from your own small child.

As a busy mom to three young kids, Katie felt like she had a "mom bod," but with the support of her husband, she wasn't too concerned about her physique. However, after an innocent exchange with her oldest son, Dexter, this mama was sent reeling and in question of whether her worth is dependent on her size.

According to Katie, as she was tucking her 5-year-old boy into bed, he said, "Mommy, you look like you're having a baby! Don't worry. It's just 'cause your belly is so fat!"

Understandably, Katie was caught off guard by her child's observation and sudden proclamation. "I actually asked him to repeat himself, as I didn't quite get what he was saying when he said it looked like I had a baby in my belly," Katie told POPSUGAR. "Then, when he called me fat, I understood it in glorious Technicolor!"

Instead of letting her son unintentionally body shame her, Katie decided to teach her children a valuable lesson.

"As the mom of boys, I've realized that it is up to me what kind of men they turn out to be," Katie wrote on her blog, A Mother Thing. "Will they be the kind of guys who call an impressionable classmate fat because she still has some of her baby weight? Will they be the kind of guys who won't look at the overweight cheerleader because they're afraid what their friends will say? Not if I can help it."

To make a powerful point, she took her kids to Target, let them pick out any bikini they liked best for her (and of course the rainbow option won!), and asked her oldest to take a photo as she stood in their backyard.

When Katie took a look at what her son captured, she was shocked.

In order to show the surprising difference between how Katie assumed she looked versus her reality, she posted two versions of the photo side by side - one photoshopped to reflect what she thought her body looked like compared to the untouched truth that she's working to be proud of: "This is how I thought I looked: I had curves and a banging body. Overweight, yes, but not too bad. But alas, the reality . . . hit hard. I was at war with myself. I saw only my cellulite, my lumps and bumps, my body that was so far removed from what I thought it was."

Katie then made peace with a difficult truth: just because she didn't see it doesn't mean it isn't there.

"I think moms in particular are so exhausted from giving their all to their kids that they kind of hide from themselves instead of seeing their reality," Katie added. "By seeing ourselves as we really are and celebrating our postpartum bodies, we can teach our children that every scar, stretch mark, bulge, or lump tells a beautiful story."

These Photos of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck Will Take You Way Back

Back in the early 2000s, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez made headlines in Hollywood with their high-profile relationship. The couple first started dating in July 2002, after meeting on the set of their movie Gigli, and later became engaged a few months later in November. Less than a year later, their wedding was postponed because of "excessive media attention," which led to their breakup in January 2004. While the two eventually moved on with other people, they haven't been shy about talking about their relationship to the press, with Jen referring to it as "a genuine love" in an interview with People. If you're feeling a little nostalgic, you'll definitely get a kick out of these incredible throwback photos of the couple.

15 Ways William Is the Most Modern Future King

When Prince William was planning his wedding to Kate Middleton back in 2011, it became clear that this was very much a 21st century royal who wanted to leave behind some of the outdated
practices of the past and move into a more modern age. He tore up suggestions by courtiers, opted for a buffet for dignitaries at Buckingham Palace instead of a sit-down meal, and whittled down the guest list to become just friends and family by the time evening fell. Since then, he has continued to do things his way and is proving himself to be a very contemporary king-in-waiting.

Hayden Panettiere Cuddles With Her Daughter in This Stunning Family Snap

Hayden Panettiere appears to be back to her usual self after completing her second round of treatment for postpartum depression. The Nashville actress took to Twitter on Thursday to share a stunning black-and-white photo of herself cuddling up to her fiancé, Wladimir Klitschko, and their 1-year-old daughter, Kaya. Hayden also took the opportunity to shut down rumors of trouble in paradise, explaining that her relationship with the professional boxer is doing just fine despite being recently photographed without her engagement ring.

Hayden first entered treatment for postpartum depression in October 2015, just 10 months after she gave birth to Kaya. She then announced in May 2016 that she was seeking more treatment to "reflect holistically on my health and life." She's also been very open about her personal struggles, telling People, "It's like being in a tunnel. You can't even remember when you felt good. You try and think back to when you felt good, when you felt positive, when you felt happy, and you can't. All you see is this enveloping darkness."

Beyoncé Speaks Out Against Police Brutality: "Fear Is Not an Excuse"

This week, the news world has blazed with tragic reports of police brutality. Alton Sterling was killed by Louisiana police while trying to sell CDs at a convenience store, leading to a social media outcry. Philando Castile bled to death after suffering four gunshot wounds in a car with his girlfriend, who live streamed the aftermath on Facebook. The devastating event yielded a heartbreaking interview with the victim's mother. Hollywood's elite spoke out in droves; John Legend even directly called out the NRA. And now, Beyoncé has stepped up to the plate.

On Thursday, Bey posted a powerful, moving, incendiary statement on her official website. In the piece, she calls her entire community to arms and urges action from any individual who has ever felt marginalized. "Fear is not an excuse," she says. "Hate will not win." She provided links to contact Congress (which subsequently caused the site to crash), to voice protest for Alton Sterling, and to voice protest for Philando Castile.

Meanwhile, Beyoncé made an even bigger statement during the Thursday night show on her Formation World Tour in Glasgow, UK. On her giant onstage screen, she projected the names of scores and scores of recent victims who have tragically lost their lives to police brutality, plus "countless others" over the weeks, months, years, and even decades. In a clip from Twitter, she sings "Freedom" without the accompaniment of any music. See Beyoncé's full statement and her in-show tributes here.

Lea Michele and Robert Buckley Break Up

Lea Michele and Robert Buckley have already called time on their short-lived romance. They are currently filming Dimension 404, an upcoming science-fiction drama set to air on Hulu. The two are just the latest celebrity couple to call it quits so far this year.

What Happened When 1 Mom Posted a Photo of Her Toddler "Breastfeeding" in Public

After one mom posted what she thought was an innocent photo of her daughter, the internet's reaction left her wondering, "Am I wrong?"

When her 2-year-old daughter, Charlotte, decided to "feed" her doll, her mom captured the sweet moment and shared the snapshot on Facebook along with the caption, "You know you're a breastfeeding mother when you look over in the middle of the store to your toddler saying, 'Baby cry, baby just wants eat…'" However, when she woke up the next morning, this anonymous mother of two was flooded with comments about her parenting, and one stranger shared her daughter's photo with this statement:

I just saw some of the nastiest sh*t of my life!! If you're okay with your daughter lifting up her shirt and putting her baby doll's mouth to her little 'dots' pretending to breastfeed then I personally think you need punched in the d*mn face!

The understandably frustrated mother posted her thoughts on Breastfeeding Mama Talk explaining that she supports both formula-feeding and breastfeeding - and didn't think she deserved to be shamed for what her daughter did. "Breastfeeding is something that is natural and IS normal. A baby putting a bottle to its dolls mouth, they are feeding their baby doll, correct?" she asked. "She said her baby wanted to eat, so she fed her. Charlotte says she wants to eat, in public or not, I nurse."

To Charlotte's mom, her daughter's innocent action was no different than when she pretends to do her makeup or when her son pretends to fix cars with his dad. Charlotte has never had a bottle, so to her, the only way you feed a baby is from the breast. Her mom originally saw this as Charlotte simply mimicking "normal" daily behavior - but everyone's reaction has her questioning if she's the one who is completely wrong.

"How can I or why should I tell her this is wrong when it is what she knows?" she wrote.

An Infant Was Saved From the Hot Car She Was Locked in While Her Mom Shopped

Deidra Nicole Williams, a 23-year-old mother from Alabama, has been charged with willful child abuse after leaving her infant in a hot car while she shopped. Alabaster police received a call around 1:30 p.m. on Saturday afternoon informing them that the 5-month-old was found conscious in the back of Williams's hot, locked car. The heat index outside the car was estimated to be 102ºF, and though it was initially reported that the child was only inside for a short time, investigators later determined that it was an extended period of time.

Williams was released from Shelby County Jail after posting the $5,000 bond, which has a requirement that she have no contact with her child.

Summer Is Just Getting Started, but For the Royal Family, It's Already Lit

Just as we pass the halfway point in 2016, it's time to take stock. In the context of the royal family, this year has been really remarkable. From last month's family affair at Trooping the Colour to Kate and Will's monumental tour through India and Bhutan in April, it's hard not to live vicariously through the British royals. But even if you just take a small slice of their year, it's clear the family is having picture-perfect moments on the regular - it's practically day to day. To prove our point, we're recapping the royal family's best pictures from their Summer.

Leonardo DiCaprio Is Reportedly Dating Model Nina Agdal

Well, you certainly can't fault Leonardo DiCaprio for knowing what he likes. The Oscar winner has reportedly started dating another blonde model, 24-year-old Nina Agdal. If she looks familiar, that's because you've probably seen her strutting the catwalk for Victoria's Secret and posing with Chrissy Teigen and Lily Aldridge on the 2014 cover of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue. A source close to Nina exclusively revealed to Us Weekly that the two "are dating" after taking vacations together to Montauk, New York, and a private island in the Bahamas in June. Despite the trips, one of The Revenant actor's friends told the magazine that "it's supercasual," which makes sense since Leo has recently been linked to Dutch Victoria's Secret model Chelsey Weimar, Polish model Ela Kawalec, and his former flame, Rihanna. Only time will tell if this relationship with Nina puts an end to his wild dating days, or simply ends up being a fun Summer fling.

The Baby Isn't the Only 1 in a Diaper in This Mom's Honest Postpartum Photo

"I'm sharing this photo because it's real," starts Amanda Bacon in a post to Facebook that has been shared over 84,000 times in just 19 hours. The post, which features a photo of her husband holding their brand-new baby with Bacon in the background in a diaper, was shared to show some of the (humorous) realities of childbirth.

"Having a baby is a beautiful experience, and the realities of postpartum life aren't spoken enough about. And definitely not photographed enough. Some people probably find this uncomfortable, but why? I seriously don't get it! It's probably because this part isn't talked about. We all should try and educate, empower, and embrace every aspect of childbirth, including moments like this. And do it while having a sense of humor."

Do Parents of Babies Really Need to Bribe Fellow Airplane Passengers With Treats?

Two parents have been getting worldwide attention following a flight they took with their twin 18-month-old girls, in which they handed out goodie bags to passengers seated within earshot of the toddlers.

Christina Galese, who was one of the passengers on the airplane bound for Orlando, Florida, posted a photo of the clear bag filled to the brim with Hershey's chocolate – along with a typed note "written by" twins Ashley and Abby – on the Facebook page Love What Matters. Part of the note read:

We'll try to keep our cool, but in case we decide to get crazy, we've provided a sweet treat and some ear plugs for your enjoyment. "Thank you for your understanding and enjoy your flight!

In the post, Galese said the gesture was a "thoughtful, simple act of kindness that I am so happy to have experienced," but perhaps part of the reason the post has gone viral – it's been shared almost 2,000 times – is that so many others have vastly different opinions on what has quickly become a popular trend in baby air travel etiquette.

"I wish society would get over this whole children should be seen and not heard mentality," Brandy Teasley commented. "Children will be children. They will whine, cry, and fuss. Raising kids these days is tough, just because of the judgments from others anytime your kid is, well, a kid. We were all fussy kids at one point or another in our life – best we remember where we came from and lend a hand to help a parent or cheer up a child instead of scoffing."

Still others felt the bags were unnecessary, but because kids shouldn't be misbehaving enough to even warrant them:

"I personally do not have children but do know that when I was a child I was taught by my parents how to act in public," Melissa Hurn Adamson wrote. "I was not allowed to run all over the place, yell and scream, and act like I had no respect for anyone else. I find it very irritating today that parents have no control over their children. If they were taught to behave in the first place, there would be no need for these little care packages."

Although these parents aren't the norm when it comes to gift-giving while traveling with young children, they are certainly getting mixed responses for their sentiment. Is it a good idea for parents to preemptively apologize for their baby's uncontrollable cries with sweets, or should we all expect a bit less? Tell us.
