If Fashion Were an Olympic Sport, Queen Máxima's Dress Would Win Gold
Just one day after showing off her toned shoulders in a floral strapless jumpsuit at the Olympics, Queen Máxima wore yet another winning outfit as she excitedly watched Dutch gymnast Sanne Wevers outperform Team USA's Laurie Hernandez on beam and win the Netherlands' first-ever gold medal in the sport.
Máxima caught our eye during the intense competition in a flattering Vita Kin embroidered linen dress with a subtle slit at the front, a belted waist, and the right amount of pouf in the sleeves. While the entire royal family sported the country's signature orange hue, the fashionable Queen used her shawl to incorporate a chic dose of patriotic flair that perfectly complemented the hints of blue in both her outfit and satchel bag. Simply gorgeous! Keep scrolling to see more pictures of Queen Máxima and her family enjoying the Games, and then take a scroll through her most animated moments ever.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth Are Dripping in Gold at His Sister-in-Law's Birthday Party
Let it be known: the Hemsworth clan goes all out when it comes to parties. Over the weekend, Liam Hemsworth and his fiancée, Miley Cyrus, attended a gold-themed birthday bash for his sister-in-law Samantha. While Miley, who brought along her pals Wayne Coyne and Katy Weaver, wore a gold jersey and a fake Olympic medal around her neck, the Australian actor showed a little bit of leg by donning gold shorts and a tank top from Venice Beach fitness center Gold's Gym. And the craziness didn't end there. The eldest Hemsworth brother, Luke (and husband of the birthday girl), also took to Instagram to post a fun snap of the guys posing with a life-size gold horse statue. If this is any indication of what's to come for Liam and Miley's wedding, their guests are in for one wild reception.

If Kate Middleton's Your Bridal Icon, These Wedding Dresses Are For You
You stayed up into the wee hours of the morning to watch the royal wedding, and seeing Kate Middleton walk down the aisle was better than any fashion show. Ever. Kate Middleton's your bridal style icon, and despite her gown's long embroidered train that extended to 110 inches and intricately stitched Chantilly lace bodice, that's totally viable. You can easily use Kate Middleton's look as inspiration for the one you'll wear down the aisle, though Alexander McQueen's Sarah Burton may not source your fabrics and stitch them together from scratch.

We rounded up 16 designs that boast special details the duchess would approve. In fact, she might even be jealous of your modern update. There Are More Horses in This Painting Than Your Eyes Can Register
Another day, another optical illusion to drive you mad. Today, we bring you the mystery of counting how many camouflaged horses you see in this painting. It might appear easy to spot at first glance, until you start confusing the snowy mountain with the horses' patched pinto coats with one another. Bev Doolittle, the artist who created this painting, is known for depicting disguised horses - but we have to admit, this might be her most puzzling. Think you know the answer? Look for yourself.
The number of horses in this painting was hotly debated at the POPSUGAR offices. Some saw three, others saw four. Guess what? There are actually five horses: one in the foreground to the left and four grouped together on the right side. Time to challenge your friends' eyes and find out what they see!

You Will Cry Laughing at This Mom's Instructions to Her Husband For Watching the Kids
"I'm writing this to you out of love, not fear," starts Meghan Maza Oeser in a letter to her husband that outlines instructions for watching their kids while she's away. "I wanted to go over a few things with you before you embark on this weekend alone . . . with the others." In the letter, Oeser details everything from meal preferences to which sippy cup is acceptable for bedtime, and the way she describes her children's antics will make you fall off your chair laughing.
"Upon arriving home after work, things won't seem so bad. The others will hug, jump, and for the most part, be pretty excited to see you. This will be short lived . . . I promise." Oeser continues by disguising horror stories as directives that will help her husband "survive" the weekend:
Dinner will suck. Bailey will want pizza, while Harper will ask for hot dogs. Quinn will cry when you say the word hot dog, and will insist on mac n cheese (not the orange kind or the white kind, but the purple kind). We'll be fresh out of the purple kind, so she'll ask for toast. You'll already have started making mac n cheese for Penny, but since she heard Quinn ask for toast, she'll also want that toast.
You'll want to sit down and relax after dinner, but I'm warning you against this. It will get quiet...REAL quiet. This is when you'll realize that the threenager has fallen asleep somewhere. Do NOT let the threenager fall asleep. You're basically f*cked if this happens.
Pajamas. F*CK pajamas. Don't even ATTEMPT anything but a nightgown for Penny. And if you cannot find a nightgown for Penny, keep f*cking looking. She'll ask for her Minnie Mouse nightgown, but once you put it on, she'll scream in agony because the sleeves are CLEARLY ripping her f*cking arms off. Just find her Elsa one. Chances are, it's dirty as sh*t, but so what . . .
Quinn, Harper, and Bailey will go down seamlessly. Just wait. As they lie in their beds, they'll then realize that their tiny mouths are on God damned fire . . . They will come down one by one every god damned five minutes for water. Don't let ANYONE use Quinn's pink Elsa cup. If she sees this, she will lose her holy sh*t.
Breakfast. . . . Penny might want cereal, or she'll go for toast. Whatever you do LET HER PICK HER SPOON. Chances are, Quinn will have the ULTIMATE spoon, and Penny will convince you that you've left her with the sh*ttiest spoon in the bunch. Sometimes I'll give her a fork, and then flip her off.
Oeser ends her hilarious note with a few more good lucks, a subtle jab at him, and a simple, yet incredible, "Kisses." Read the whole incredible thing above.

5 Times Snow Patrol's "Chasing Cars" Destroyed You in TV and Movies
Heartbreaking moments in movies and TV shows have a tendency to stay with us for a very long time. While the actual story is always emotional, it wouldn't be nearly as moving if it weren't for the perfectly paired songs that we can sob along to. Shows like Grey's Anatomy have perfected tearing our hearts out with devastating deaths and unlikely disasters, while movies like Just Go With It add heartwarming moments to an otherwise lighthearted comedy. And what's the first song that always comes to mind when thinking about the most memorably sad movie and TV moments? "Chasing Cars" by Snow Patrol. Keep reading to see all the times it made you reach for that box of tissue.

American Horror Story: Which of These Trailers Is Actually Teasing Season 6?
We have a bunch of new teasers for American Horror Story's sixth season, and, needless to say, we're still scratching our heads. A few teasers came out weeks ago, and we couldn't help but notice that they didn't feel, well, related in the slightest. Turns out that's because they're not. During the Summer TCA, FX Networks CEO John Landgraf revealed that the show's marketing team "went out and created many more trailers than you've actually seen for hypothetical seasons of American Horror Story, in different genres, different places. One of them is accurate, and the others are all misdirects." Wow. "There is a theme and a setting and a place and time, but we're not going to reveal it because we think it will be fun for the audience to have the surprise this year." So we were right all along about the network purposely not releasing information!
For now, we can only speculate about the return of the Antichrist and a sinister cult. With an official premiere date of Sept. 14, we'll have our answer soon enough.
Why You Might Want to Reconsider Dressing Up as a Día de los Muertos Skeleton This Halloween
Pan de muertos, la catrina, flor de cempasúchil, traditional colors, dishes, and altares or altars: all of these play an important role in what many know as Day of the Dead, but what my culture and family refer to as Día de los Muertos.
"Hija, preparemos el altar" or "Honey, let's arrange the altar" are words my mother would say days before Nov. 1. Usually the preparation begins on Oct. 31, the same day Halloween is celebrated in the United States, and while the holidays almost overlap in date, it's important to understand they are different.
I was born and raised in California, but my heart and culture come from Mexico. Like many other Latinos or Mexican-Americans, dates such as Day of the Dead are important and celebrated in my family. So what exactly is behind this day? Let me break it down.
Día de los Muertos is celebrated in many Latin American countries but emphasized in the Mexican states of Michoacán, Jalisco, and Oaxaca. Traditionally, this festivity traces back to the Aztecs and was at one point a month-long commemoration. Have you ever heard of Día de los Angelitos or All Saints' Day? This plays part in what Day of the Dead celebrates today.
It all begins with the altares or the altars. Being from Jalisco, it's tradition for my family to begin preparing the altar of the person we are commemorating three days prior to the actual holiday on Oct. 31. Together, we begin gathering ofrendas or offerings that remind us of the person who has passed. This can be anything from food to drinks, clothing, music, photos, colors, and religious images or representations. Altars are decorated and placed in either the person's home or a tomb in the cemetery. Papel picado (literally punched or perforated paper) is seen on the altars usually with cutouts of skulls and skeletons.
Once you've prepared the altar, you can welcome the souls of those who passed. Children are celebrated on Nov. 1. The next day is dedicated to the adults, and the festivities are similar on both dates. Imagine a cemetery filled with people, music, colorful decorations, food, and lit candles.
While in the US, many paint their faces on Halloween as skeletons to mirror death, the same is done in Mexico on Día de los Muertos but with a different essence. La catrina, which translates to "the lady in the hat," is a female skeleton and is probably the most recognized symbol of the holiday. She wears an elegant bright-colored dress, which many women wear as a way to mock death. In comparison to how a skeleton is portrayed on Halloween in the states, there is nothing scary about la catrina. In fact, she represents the upper-class outfit of the Europeans.
The same goes for the cemetery. While in the US, the cemetery is home to scary stories and haunted houses, the cemetery in many Latin American countries is home to everything just the opposite. Even the word skeleton has a different meaning. Calaveras refer to funny rhymes on that day. For example: "Comadre pelona, me alegro de verte. No andemos con chanzas, que yo soy la muerte". Translation: "Bald lady, I'm glad to see you. Let's not joke around, I am death."
The holiday, which at one point only existed in Mexico, has now migrated to other countries including the US. You don't have to be in Mexico to celebrate, but you do need to know the meaning behind the celebration to appreciate its culture and know that it's a traditional event not related at all to Halloween. The beauty behind Día de los Muertos is its symbolism. As a family and with your community, you celebrate death.
3 Quick Reasons You're Going to Fall in Love With ABC's Conviction
If you can't get enough of the political and legal twists and turns in female-lead shows like Scandal and How to Get Away With Murder, prepare to fall deep, deeply in love with ABC's new legal drama, Conviction. It's scheduled to premiere during the network's Monday night lineup on Oct. 3, so if you've been itching for a new TV obsession to add to your roster, this is it. Although it's not helmed by the great Shonda Rhimes, it sure feels like something she'd make, so with so many new shows flooding our TV screens this Fall, allow us to make a case for one of the most addicting TV shows of 2016.
- The plot feels simultaneously familiar and fresh. The show centers around brilliant attorney Hayes Morrison (Hayley Atwell), a former first daughter and out-of-control wild child who hasn't lost her rebellious streak. After getting busted for cocaine, she's blackmailed by NYC's dashing DA (Eddie Cahill) into leading a high-profile legal team that aims to overturn wrongful convictions. It's procedural style with each week introducing a new case that the team has to solve within a five-day time limit. That TV formula certainly isn't new, but the quick pace of the plot should keep things from feeling too stale.
- It has star power. Atwell is the main attraction of Conviction thanks to her beloved work as Agent Peggy Carter in the eponymous TV show (which sadly got the ax last season) and Captain America. In addition to her, there are a smattering of actors from your favorite movies and TV shows making up the rest of the cast: Emily Kinney from The Walking Dead, Shawn Ashmore from X-Men, Cahill from CSI: NY, Manny Montana from Graceland, and Merrin Dungey from Once Upon a Time.
- The drama is pretty much nonstop from start to finish. The pilot episode opens with Hayes biding her time in a jail cell and ends with her giving one seriously cutting monologue to the DA. In between? Oh, just a whole lot of bloody pigs, betrayal, mother-daughter issues, and a parade of gorgeous gowns. The usual.
Will Hayes Morrison be the next Olivia Pope or Annalise Keating? You're just going to have to watch to find out.
This Is What a Muffin-Bagel Looks Like
Buckle up and get ready to head to Brooklyn, NY, foodies, because the guy who brought us the Rainbow Bagel is back with his latest creation and it looks incredible. First came the Rainbow Bagel, then the Oreo bagel, and now, we present you with the Mufgel! The Mufgel is the love child of a muffin and a bagel and was conceived at The Bagel Store in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. It's the latest mashup from Scot Rossillo, proving once again that he is the Picasso of bagels. With a crunchy top like a muffin and a chewy, bagel-like bottom, this trend is about to take over your Instagram feed.
The Mufgel comes in different flavors, including a Fruity Pebbles Mufgel, Chocolate Chip Crumb Mufgel, Mozzarella Cheese Pizza Mufgel, and so many more, each with a suggested cream cheese paired to perfection. The flavors are changed regularly, but you're going to have to wake up early to get yours, as they're guaranteed to sell out before closing time. Ironically enough, Rossillo came up with the idea after listening to a commercial making fun of hybrid food crazes, but he used the joke to his advantage and came up with the latest social media sensation. We can all agree that the crazy food combinations aren't stopping any time soon, and this is just the beginning for the Bagel Store! Check out some of the latest drool-worthy Mufgel photos.

How Old Are the Actors on The Vampire Diaries?
They say age is just a number, and that's definitely the case when it comes to The Vampire Diaries. As a show centered around immortal beings, it can get pretty hard to keep track of how old everyone is, especially when you're taking vampire years into account. Of course, what's even more astonishing than the age of our favorite characters is how old the actors who play them are. We did a little digging to uncover all of the above, and the results just might surprise you. Check it out and then sink your teeth into all the juicy details about the final season.

Paralyzed Dog Shocks His Owner When He Walks Again After Surgery
In this video from 2008, one dog owner got the surprise of a lifetime when her paralyzed pup walked for the first time after having surgery and going through rehab. The California dog named Sammi had once been a happy-go-lucky guy until a degenerative change in his neck made him a quadriplegic. His owner took him to Santa Monica's California Animal Rehabilitation facility for surgery and extensive therapy to bring him back to his old self. This video captures the moment Sammi walked toward his owner for the first time since his surgery, and her reaction couldn't possibly be more heartwarming.
5 Major Things You Can Expect to See in Fifty Shades Freed
We're less than a year away from Fifty Shades Darker hitting theaters, and watching Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey's romance progress is something that can't come soon enough. But while the next installment of the steamy franchise will undoubtedly be great, it's the third and final book, Fifty Shades Freed, that really brings their love story home. While Fifty Shades Darker will focus on things that are, well, very dark, Freed is all about tackling difficult situations (and people) and coming out stronger on the other side. We've already been treated to a handful of delicious set photos and know some solid details about production, but here are five major plot points you can expect to see unfold on the big screen when the final movie hits theaters in February 2018.
1. Ana becomes pregnant. While at the hospital to care for her stepdad, Ray, Ana finds out she's pregnant. The news isn't welcomed by Christian, however, as he accuses her of falling pregnant on purpose and worries that she will choose their baby over him in the future.
2. Ana's stalker kicks things up a notch. After Ana and Christian return from their European honeymoon, Christian goes out of town on business, leaving Ana to meet up with her friend, Kate Kavanagh, for a few drinks. But when Ana returns home, she finds that her former boss, Jack Hyde - who turns extremely dangerous in Fifty Shades Darker - has broken in in an attempt to kidnap her. Later, he successfully kidnaps Mia Grey and demands $5 million in ransom money from Ana, who ends up in the hospital after shooting Jack in the leg during a struggle.
3. "Mrs. Robinson" is still causing trouble. In addition to Christian still meeting up with Elena Lincoln, their past affair causes major trouble when her scolded ex bails Jack out of jail out of spite.
4. Christian discovers a dark secret from his past. After Ana recovers from the attack, Christian, who is adopted, finds out that he and Jack were in the same foster home together as children.
5. Things finally take a happy turn. The book jumps forward a few years at the end, showing a happy Ana and Christian getting ready to celebrate the second birthday of their son, Theodore (nicknamed Teddy). Ana is also pregnant with their daughter, whom they plan to name Phoebe.
The 23 Stars Who Keep Popping Up on American Horror Story
American Horror Story switches up its spooky theme each year, but there are usually a handful of recurring actors. Series staples like Evan Peters, Lily Rabe, and Sarah Paulson have appeared every season, but creator Ryan Murphy has added more and more actors to his growing stable throughout the years. With the mysterious sixth season on the horizon, we're excited to see what this year's cast will look like this time around. Lady Gaga will be back, which means we can add her to this list once we get an official look at her new character (cross your fingers that it's soon!), as will a handful of actors from Hotel. For now, take a look at the many faces of the American Horror Story cast. We included everyone who has been on multiple seasons, even if they played the same character more than once, like Matt Ross (aka Dr. Charles Montgomery) or Naomi Grossman (aka Pepper).

12 Stylist-Approved Airport Outfits That Are the Perfect Mix Between Comfy and Fashionable
Remember the good old days when people used to get all dressed up to travel? Carefully selecting each piece of clothing to look their best while getting to their destination was part of the adventure. I love watching old movies and reliving those days, when it was all about the details and putting together a special travel look, featuring a powerful suit and a fitted blazer, hats, gloves, scarves, hanker chiefs, and overcoats. Both men and women of all ages, and even children, looked sharp, complementing their looks with the right accessories, like leather trunks and hand-held cosmetic bags and dressing cases.
Today, I feel a little mortified when I see people at the airport traveling in pieces meant for the gym or to run weekend errands. Wearing worn-in shorts, a t-shirt, flip flops, tracksuits and, in my opinion the worst, old pajamas. We all want to travel comfortably, but there are ways to do so and still look put together and stylish. Scroll ahead for some functional and still very comfortable looks to try next time you're getting on a plane!

Family Circle Wants to Know Who Makes a Better Cookie, Melania or Hillary
Since 1992, Family Circle, a food and family magazine with 16 million monthly readers, has a tradition of throwing a First Lady Cookie Competition. The wives of each presidential candidate submit an original recipe to be baked by magazine subscribers and eventually voted on for a winner. It's something many avid American bakers look forward to each election, including myself! With Hillary Clinton running as president in 2016, this year's cookie competition is posing to be a little awkward, that is unless you know the history behind the competition.
Rather than pitting Melania Trump against Bill Clinton, the magazine opted to rename the cookie-off as well as Hillary Clinton's recipe to something more gender-neutral: the Presidential Cookie Poll and Clinton Family's Chocolate Chip Cookies. Perhaps Family Circle made the conscious decision to not include Mr. Clinton in the competition after Huffington Post exposed his oatmeal cookie recipe, submitted in the 2008 Presidential Bake-Off, as a direct copy from the Betty Crocker Cookbook. Talk about troublesome!
As a result, this year's contenders are Melania Trump's Star Cookies, a sugar cut-out cookie enriched with egg yolk and sour cream and Clinton Family's Chocolate Chip Cookies, an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie that Hillary submitted in the '92 and '96 First Lady Cookie Competitions. If it's making a comeback for the third time, it must be that good.
While I'm disappointed Bill Clinton didn't directly participate in this year's cookie competition, I have a work-around. In 2012, I tried both Ann Romney and Michele Obama's cookies and even created a bi-partisan cookie, meshing the two recipes together. I'm thinking Bill Clinton star balloon cookies are in order . . .

I've always been huge fan of Halloween and have a blast putting together costume ideas - the more unique, the better! Although, I have done the whole "toga" look while in college, I thought I'd revisit the look in full costume form and leave the twisted bed sheet out. To achieve this makeup look, you'll need a few key products:
- Gold or bronze eye shadow (with high pigment)
- Liquid eyeliner
- Neutral lip shade
- Bronzer

Start with clean washed skin. Prep, prime, and thoroughly conceal with your foundation of choice. Lately, I've been loving Dior's Diorskin Star Studio Foundation; it goes on incredibly smooth, and the coverage is fantastic!
Eyes:
This look is just as much about the eyes as it is the hair. Start by priming the eyes with a neutral primer. I used Urban Decay Primer Potion in Sin (any neutral with do!). Next, I added my base color to the lid, since this is going over the entire eye, opt for a matte shade in a golden hue, I used MAC's Butterscotch eye shadow, which is unfortunately no longer available. Bobbi Brown's Banana is a good alternative.
Your next shade will create definition and accentuate the wing of the eye. Choose a satin medium dark brown with golden undertones. I used Espresso from MAC. Using a tapered eye shadow brush, really buff the color into the outer crease, working your way in toward the center of the lid.
To add lightness and shimmer to the center of the eye, use a shimmer/glitter golden eye shadow. I used Trick from the Urban Decay Naked 3 palette. Using a stiff shadow brush, apply color to the center of the lid, working your way toward the inner corner. Using a smudge brush, apply under the lower lashes, and line.
Once both eyes are complete, use a liquid liner to apply a cat eye. You can also apply a pencil liner to the waterline to add more drama to the look.
Curl lashes, and add one or two coats of black mascara.
Cheeks:
Using a angled bronzer brush, apply a matte bronzer along the cheek bones and around the perimeter of the face and bend. Once skin has been contoured, use a highlighter or illuminator along the top of the cheekbones, ridge of nose, and Cupid's bow. I used Nars "The Multiple" Stick in South Beach.

Why White Chocolate Is a Misleading Term
Image Source: POPSUGAR Photography / Anna Monette Roberts
White "chocolate" is a pretty misleading term. If it were named for what it really is, it would be called sweetened milk solids and cocoa butter, but that's not a very enticing description, now is it? I always knew white chocolate was far from milk and dark chocolate, but I got the full breakdown while visiting the Perugina School of Chocolate in Italy (home of Baci!). Confused about the difference between white chocolate and regular? What is white chocolate, anyway? Here's a complete breakdown.
Chocolate Comes From Cocoa Beans
This is chocolate! Well, basically. Chocolate comes from the Theobroma cacao, aka the cocoa tree that contains seeds called cocoa beans that are used to make chocolate. Cocoa beans contain a significant amount of cocoa butter, which is fatty and thick. Cocoa solids are what remain after cocoa butter has been extracted from the beans; this is what becomes cocoa powder after it's ground, which is the differentiating factor between regular chocolate and white chocolate.

Chocolate = Cocoa Solids, Milk, and Sugar
Milk chocolate is made of milk (usually milk powder), sugar, and cocoa powder, which is what gives it its brown color. Dark chocolate follows the same recipe formula, except the ratio of ingredients plays a huge part in the bitterness. If a chocolate bar has "70 percent cacao" on the label, that means it's made of 30 percent sugar and 70 percent cocoa.
White Chocolate = Cocoa Butter, Milk Solids, and Sugar
White chocolate is made of only the fatty cocoa butter extracted from the cocoa bean. There's no cocoa powder, which is why it doesn't have the classic chocolaty taste. It's a combination of cocoa butter and milk solids that's sweetened with a lot of sugar.
In any case, you're probably craving chocolate now (if that aggressive plant image didn't deter your appetite). No matter which kind you prefer, now you know exactly what you're eating.
Why You Should Always Salt Watermelon
The trick to having the best tasting watermelon is . . . salt it. Sure, it may sound weird to salt a sweet fruit, but you've probably had a watermelon margarita with a salted rim or a savory salad like watermelon caprese. The salt enhances the flavor of the fruit, adds a nice contrast to the sweetness, and draws the liquid out, making the fruit even juicier. As an added bonus, the added salt helps quench your thirst on blistering days. My friend recently told me it's her favorite thing to snack on during summertime barbecues and post-workouts alike. Use normal kosher or table salt, or experiment with flavored salts (like smoked salt). If you want to get fancy, try flake salt for added crunch.
You Can't Not Make Memes Out of This Usain Bolt and Andre De Grasse Moment
When you're an insanely, superhumanly talented athlete like Usain Bolt, a 200-meter Olympic qualifying race is like a casual jaunt at the track. Share a laugh with friends, maybe break a world record . . . it's all just a bit of fun.
Usain Bolt Wins 100-Meter Sprint, Simultaneously Wins the Internet
Sharing said laugh on the track with a friend was captured in this candid moment between Usain and rival Andre De Grasse. And naturally, the internet is responding in the only way it knows how: with memes. The Bolt-De Grasse rivalry has been called "the friendliest rivalry in sprinting," and we can see why. The question is, what do you think they were saying to each other? What's so funny?

This Man Lost 330 Pounds By Ditching All the Food in His House
Three years ago, weighing in at 605 pounds, Pasquale "Pat" Brocco, got a wake-up call to lose weight or make funeral arrangements. His doctor said his high cholesterol and high blood pressure could cause him to die in his sleep.
80 Pounds Down and Cancer-Free: How Zumba Saved This Woman's Life
Pat went home and snapped a shirtless selfie, with his belly reaching down to his thighs. "I was disgusted," Pat said. He made a major change by throwing out all the food in his house - not just the junk - everything! He decided that when he was hungry, he would walk one mile to the closest Walmart, buy food, walk one mile back home, then prepare his meal and eat. He did this three times a day and after a year and a half of walking six miles a day, he lost 200 pounds.
He changed his diet too, ditching fast food and soda, and choosing foods like vegetables, meat, sweet potatoes, quinoa, brown rice, and steel-cut oats. Pat said, "Once I figured out dairy was my downfall, I took it out of my diet, and instantly I started losing weight again." He traded walks to Walmart for incline walks on a treadmill, lifting weights, and using machines - this was a huge milestone because at over 600 pounds, Pat recounts, "I didn't fit on the machines."
Now with a total weight loss of 330 pounds, he's training to be a bodybuilder and his old nickname of "Fat Pat" is no more. Say hello to "Possible Pat." With tears in his eyes he said, "I'm setting an example for my son so he can be Possible Pat too."

13 Burning Questions We Have Ahead of Grey's Anatomy's 13th Season
Time is ticking down to the 13th season of Grey's Anatomy, and we've got a lot to mull over until then. As you might recall, last season's finale didn't have any major deaths, but there were plenty of emotional twists and turns. As such, we've got a few questions we'd like to have answered when the next chapter arrives.
- So, like, will Jackson and April get back together? They seem so happy, and they have a healthy baby girl together! It's meant to be. It's meant to be!
- Are Meredith and Riggs going to keep gettin' down or what? I mean, they were getting pretty hot and heavy at the end of the season. How could they stop now?
- And what about Riggs and Hunt? Are they cool now? Things between them seem oddly settled . . . at least for the moment, right?
- DeLuca, are you OK?! Please tell me that beautiful face hasn't been irreparably mangled. We need as much eye candy on this show as we can get.
- Will Alex ever have to deal with those anger management issues? He just straight-up beat the sh*t out of another doctor.
- Is Stephanie going to be OK? We're worried. Get that girl some comfort food and wine, stat.
- How many times would Cristina Yang have rolled her eyes by now? Running theory: a lot.
- Jo basically has to tell Alex about her secret past now . . . right? How else is she going to explain this whole situation? How can she convince DeLuca to keep her secret?
- If Owen wants kids really bad, does that mean Amelia's going to get pregnant? The interesting thing is, Caterina Scorsone is pregnant in real life, but given April's traumatic loss of her son on Private Practice, it seems like it might just not be in the cards right now. That said, kids would be Amelia and Hunt's next big step.
- And Callie's just . . . gone forever? Is that right? Cool. Listen, we love Callie so much. It would've been nice if her exit weren't so sad and abrupt. But hey, Grey's, you do you.
- How long will it be before Maggie finds out about Mer and Riggs? We give it, like, one episode.
- How long will it be before Maggie and Mer hate each other? We give it like, one episode and a half.
- Does Warren get to sleep in his own bed again? He saved the day! But, well, is that enough to make up for all the other sh*t he pulled in season 12? We'll have to wait and see.
Here's the Cast of American Horror Story Season 6
American Horror Story season six has been set up to be the most mysterious season yet, given that we don't know the theme, we just found out that the trailers are intentionally misdirecting us, and we're allegedly not going to learn anything until the show actually returns on Sept. 14. What do we know, though? Much of the veteran cast is returning, and has been confirmed to do so, including Mother Monster herself, Lady Gaga. Ryan Murphy confirmed a whole slew of returning actors in March at Paleyfest, and we're sure to be pleasantly surprised by who else is in when the series comes back. For now, here is everyone who has been officially confirmed for the cast.

10 Horror Movies That Will Most Definitely Make You Afraid of Summer Camp
Summer camp can be a place where memories are made, long-lost twin sisters are found, and romance can bloom. It can also be a place where frisky teens are stalked by psychopaths previously thought to exist only in stories told around the fire. Summer camp has been one of the most popular locations for horror films since the 1980s, and there's a reason. So many things can be lurking in the shadows, behind trees, in the lakes, and even inside the safety of a cabin in the woods. Perhaps you're too old to go to Summer camp these days, but these movies will ensure that you'll never want to go camping again.
14 Actresses Reveal Why They Refuse to Be Naked on Camera
Despite the fact that stars like Emily Ratajkowski and Kim Kardashian have been championing being naked in selfies lately, there are still quite a few female celebrities who would rather not strip down for a movie or TV show, thank you very much. From Julia Roberts to Jennifer Garner, keep reading to see why these actresses, singers, and reality stars have turned down nudity in Hollywood.
26 Movies That Will Remind You of the Magical Summers of Your Childhood
Summer is all about being outside, whether it's cooling off in the neighborhood pool or getting dirty while playing an intense game of Capture the Flag. But while everyone soaks up as much sun as they can during those precious three months, it's also nice to stay in and watch movies that transport you back in time. And since Summer is the perfect excuse for adults to still act like kids, why shouldn't your movie selection reflect that? We've rounded up some of our favorite films that we watched on a couch cushion while sitting way too close to the TV when we were young. From four friends on a mission to buy a tree house to a group of boys playing baseball on a sandlot, these movies are guaranteed to put a smile on your sun-kissed face. So, grab a Capri Sun, put on those matching pajamas, and press play to go back to a time when Summer was all about freedom and adventure.

10 Commandments of Working Out
It doesn't matter if you do one workout a week or one workout a day - if you exercise at all, follow these 10 essential rules in order to get strong and lose weight effectively, prevent injury, and love working out enough to stick with it.
1. Thou Shalt Enjoy Working Out
If the exercise you're doing isn't fun or you cringe whenever you think about HAVING to do it, that workout is as good as skipped. Sweating it out shouldn't feel like a chore, so find workouts that inspire you, that you can't wait to go to, and that make you feel good about yourself.2. Thou Shalt Work Hard
A typical workout is only 30 to 60 minutes out of your day (plus extra time for getting ready and travel), so get the most out of this short time by giving it 100 percent. Push yourself, get your heart rate up, and get sweaty. After an intense workout, you shouldn't still look cute.3. Thou Shalt Do Cardio
Heart-pumping cardio not only keeps your cardiovascular system in tip-top shape, but it's also essential for building endurance and burning major calories. For overall health, make vigorous cardio a part of your weekly workout schedule for 20 minutes a day, three times a week - up it to 60 minutes a day, five days a week, if you're trying to lose weight.4. Thou Shalt Strength Train
Strengthening your muscles makes them look toned and defined, and for a double bonus, having more muscle means your body is burning more calories. Include strength training sessions three times a week; focus on targeting all the major parts of the body. Bodyweight exercises are great for overall strengthening, but if you want to build muscles faster, you'll want to use weights. Keep in mind that lifting heavier weights will help you lose weight faster.5. Thou Shalt Stretch
To prevent injury and keep your muscles supple, always stretch after your cardio and strength training workouts. It doesn't take much time, just 10 minutes will do it. Or commit to yoga sessions two to three times a week to not only keep your muscles loose, but to calm and clear your mind as well.6. Thou Shalt Mix Up Thy Workouts
Think your brain gets bored going for a run every day? Your muscles do too, which means you're more prone to reach a plateau. Be sure to vary your workouts, doing different kinds of cardio, a mix of strength training moves, and trying new types of workouts at least once a month. It's a great way to challenge your muscles and also prevent overuse injuries.7. Thou Shalt Nourish Thy Body Before and After Workouts
Your body needs protein, carbs, and healthy fats, so be sure to fuel up before and after your workouts with fruits and veggies, whole grains, lean proteins, nuts, seeds, and don't forget the water! If you're putting in the time to shape your body, eating clean is the best way to build muscle, lose excess fat, and have the energy to keep up with your workouts.8. Thou Shalt Schedule Workouts
Workouts don't just happen when you have time - you have to make the time. Find what works for you whether it's exercising out at the exact same time of day, pre-signing up for classes, paying a fitness trainer, or planning workouts with friends to keep each other accountable. Take some time Sunday to schedule out the week and write it down in your planner so you know it's as important as any other meeting you schedule. Go the extra mile by doing laundry, packing your gym bag, and getting together any gear you might need like headphones or equipment for home workouts. Planning ahead makes it more likely to happen.9. Thou Shalt Set Goals And Celebrate Them in Healthy Ways
You set out to go to the gym five days this week, and you nailed it! Now don't undo all your hard work with a celebratory burger, fries, and margarita. Try to avoid food as a reward, and choose something that will help you continue on your healthy path like a new pair of capris, download new tunes or an audio book to listen to on your next run, or buy a new blender for smoothies.10. Thou Shalt Rest
