Channeling her days as Barbie in Never Been Kissed, the actress and entrepreneur, who is promoting both her new movie Mechanic: Resurrection and the Honest Company Hair Care, stepped out to appear on The Today Show on Aug. 25 wearing a fuchsia maxi dress that could have been plucked straight from the doll's closet.
We know Jessica was feeling inspired by the 90s, and her time spent on set with Drew Barrymore, because she paired her bright look with silver platform sandals and hoops - hoops! Not convinced yet? Meghan Oeser is a stay at home mom with six kids who she loves very much. But she's had enough. They're going back to school, and the hilarious mom couldn't be happier, so instead of photographing her kids on the first day of school, she decided to take a picture of herself to mark "Mom's First Day of Freedom" (featuring one of those adorable signs full of stats about herself).
"I love the sh*t out of my kids," she wrote in a blog post featuring the photo. "I'm not saying I don't love staying home, but EFF ME!!! Well, the long days of sippy cups and looking at poop have now been resigned to the nighttime hours, and Meghan is embracing her daytime freedom. In fact, she's loving it so much that when we asked her if it was OK to share her photo, she actually delayed getting back to us because she was taking a nap! She told POPSUGAR Moms: "I suppose with my newfound freedom I should look into that whole cooking and cleaning thing that I see other women talk about. As for right now though? Naps will do."

During Both Of Her Kids' Public Meltdowns, 1 Stranger's Quick Thinking Saved the Day
With an 11-month-old baby boy and an independent "threenager," Hannah Young finds herself in the middle of two major meltdowns on a daily basis.
But on this particularly awful day, Hannah could tell that both of her kids were about to lose it. Yet knowing that they had no food at home, she made the decision try and quickly stop into Trader Joe's - while hoping for as little tears as possible. However, that didn't last long as both kids started to meltdown as soon as they entered the store. Hannah immediately felt embarrassment and a feeling of being totally overwhelmed wash over her.
Instead of being judged as a bad mother, like she feared, a stranger approached Hannah and said exactly what this struggling woman needed to hear. "Don't worry honey, just remember that no one is gonna die right now!" Hannah shared on Frank Somerville's Facebook page.
This woman's upbeat delivery and honest message was exactly the perspective that this stressed out mom needed in order refocus her energy. But when Hannah's little girl started to flip out again, this stranger appeared again.
Noticing Hannah's impending tears, she came back over, and said to her daughter, "I saw a bunny over there, will you help me find it?!"
Instantly, the little girl's mood changed as she searched for the hidden bunny and it allowed Hannah to wrangle her baby boy off the ground and grab her grocery cart. Even after the women left, the now delighted little girl continued to happily play her new favorite game.
"It was so simple and so sweet, but sometimes people are quite judgmental about small children, so this woman really made my day! " Hannah wrote. "When you hear a screaming child in the store please remember that their parents just want to buy food, so give them a smile or make a joke, it goes further than you think!"

As if news about her upcoming VMAs performance and the release of her new album, Glory, weren't enough, there's one more new project to look forward to - a TV movie! On Wednesday, Lifetime announced that they are making a biopic about the singer's life, and there are already a handful of details, including the actress who will be playing her. What It's About
The two-hour biopic, currently titled Britney, will follow Spears's entire journey to and through fame. Some important moments will include her split from Justin Timberlake, her parents' divorce, and her failed marriages to Kevin Federline and Jason Alexander.

Natasha Bassett, who recently starred in Hail, Caesar!, is set to play the iconic singer.

- Reduction in price: The 9.7-inch iPad Pro will reportedly come as a "low-cost" model.
- A new display: Kuo's last speculation surrounds a new "revolutionary iPad model" coming in 2018. The new iPad will include a "flexible AMOLED panel."
For now, it looks like we'll need to wait till at least next year to see what other leaks start circulating, but this is a pretty good start on the iPad Pro.

After stepping out in London on Wednesday to visit a hospice center, the royal couple made yet another sweet appearance on Thursday when they stopped by a helpline service run by the charity YoungMinds, which helps adults who are concerned about their child's emotional or mental well-being. While William donned a navy blazer and khaki pants, Kate looked delightful in a fitted red dress. As strong advocates for raising awareness for mental health, the two partook in casual conversations before making their way inside to meet with helpline volunteers. After travelling through space for the last five years, NASA's spacecraft finally reached Jupiter on July 4. The mission's goal, led by the spacecraft JunoCam, is to explore Jupiter and its four moons: Io, Europa, Ganymede, and Callisto. When Earth and Jupiter are at their closest point, we are still 365 million miles apart - which explains the lengthy travel time.
On July 12, JunoCam transmitted its first batch of images after entering Jupiter's orbit. Taken from about 2.7 million miles away, the photos show Jupiter's famous Great Red Spot and three of its moons. JunoCam's mission will continue to capture closer images of the planet, but these images indicate it's capable of moving through the planet's harsh radiation. The principal investigator of JunoCam's images, Scott Bolton, said "this scene from JunoCam indicates it survived its first pass through Jupiter's extreme radiation environment without any degradation and is ready to take on Jupiter."
The next images of Jupiter are expected sometime after Aug. 27, when JunoCam makes its ascent towards the planet. If it is able to reach Jupiter, those images will be the closest taken of the planet since space exploration began.

Every teacher has their own unique way of starting off the new school year, and for Mr. Dwayne Reed, that something is a rap. Instead of sending a "boring, old, 'Welcome Back' newsletter," the first-year teacher posted a video to YouTube called, "Welcome to the 4th Grade," in which he raps and sings about all of the fun things his students are going to do in class this year. A variety of bizarre (and meaningful) makeup challenges have been flooding the YouTube beauty community lately. Beauty mavens have been ditching their typical tutorials and hauls to slather on 100 layers of every product you could imagine including face masks, Kylie Lip Kits, and even body wax.
Among the challenges bubbling up on the internet are those using one cosmetic product and finding ways to apply a full face of glam using the single selection.
Tiffany of MissTiffanyMa decided to take her shot at the viral challenge, but she ditched cosmetics altogether and painted her face using only finds from the art supply store. In her innovative tutorial, Tiffany sculpts her cheekbones with paint and colored sidewalk chalk. She relies on colored pencils to define her eyebrows, a Sharpie marker to draw on a cat eye, and crafty glitter to illuminate the high points of her face.
Though Tiffany's final look is pretty incredible considering the supplies used, we highly recommend that you don't embark on your own art supply makeup challenge at home. Craft products can contain toxic ingredients and chemicals that settle beautifully on canvas but can be harmful when applied to sensitive skin.

When Bella Hadid opted for a night out with her sister Gigi, we knew to expect some sexy outfits. The model sisters are both fans of crop tops, sheer styles, and plunging necklines, and it was definitely more of the like when the two stepped out at The Nice Guy in West Hollywood. Gigi showed off her toned stomach in a teeny, tiny off-the-shoulder shirt. Bella's black top was low-cut and she paired it with lace-up pants. But with all that statement-making style going on, it was actually a simple leather jacket - the one that Bella had draped across her shoulders - that truly caught our eye.

Sometimes it's hard to believe that the series finale of Friends aired more than 12 years ago, especially because reruns of the hit show continue to attract new generations of viewers. But while the Central Perk gang drank their last cups of coffee together, the real-life stars still love getting together. Matt LeBlanc, who played Joey Tribbiani, recently opened up about his bond with Jennifer Aniston, Matthew Perry, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, and David Schwimmer while speaking on a panel for his new CBS show, Man With a Plan, earlier this month. When asked about his relationship with onscreen roommate Matthew, Matt said, "I saw him yesterday. I could not see him for five years, and then put me in a room with him, and it will be like I saw him yesterday. We still have this shorthand with one another. It's amazing, really. Ten years in a building with no windows, with the door locked, we got to know each other pretty well. I love that guy." A 9-Year-Old With a Pacemaker Was Held Up at the Airport by 18 TSA Agents
Nine-year-old Chille always goes through alternate screening at the airport because a pacemaker implanted in his heart doesn't allow for him to go through metal detectors. However, last week at Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix, AZ, Chille was traveling with his mom, Ali Bergman, when he was refused security screening because TSA allegedly told the pair, "Some terrorist plots use children with pacemakers."
Upon arriving at the airport, Bergman, Chille's scooter, and their four bags passed through security, and instead of the "typical smile and use of the other machine or swiping his hands for explosives," Chille was surrounded by no less than 18 TSA agents and police officers.
After a nightmare experience in which their bags were repeatedly screened and the young boy spent over an hour crying on his mother's lap as he was continually denied alternate screening, Chille wants to make sure that this never happens to another child with a pacemaker.
"Strangers were literally crying along with Chille, giving me their names and numbers as witnesses 'to this horrific situation!'" Bergman wrote in a post to Facebook outlining the entire ordeal. "They surrounded him! It was terrible! In the end, they . . . said that this wouldn't have happened if Chille would have just submitted to alternate screening of his hands being wiped, which Chille had been BEGGING them to do for over an hour. . . . Chille said, 'They should be fired for treating heart kids like this. They were so mean and lied and wouldn't swipe my hands for over an hour! . . . This needs to go viral to protect other kids!'"

We know you love to polish your tips, but when you finally remove the lacquer or gel, take a closer look at your bare nails. There, you'll find a white half-moon shape that starts at your nail beds. This is called the lunula. And it's more than just a built-in design element - it actually says a lot about your health. To get to the bottom of the case, we chatted with celebrity manicurist, Fashion Week pro, and brand owner Jin Soon Choi.
POPSUGAR: What is the lunula part of the nail?
Jin Soon Choi: The lunula is the light crescent marking on your nail where the nail emerges from the skin. It is part of the nail root, and most people have prominently visible lunula on their thumbnails and diminishing sizes to their pinky nails.
PS: What does it say about someone's health - both the lack of it or the presence of it?
JSC: The presence of eight to 10 milky white lunula indicates good health if the lunula edge is sharp and clear. I believe in the ancient Chinese view of the lunula as the barometer of one's health and the modern medicine ideas with regard to specific conditions. The condition of the lunula really is an indication of your health. When your health declines, it is manifested in changes to the lunula, or the disappearance of it altogether. And when your health is restored, your lunula returns to its original condition.
PS: Any advice on making your nails healthier in terms of diet or care?
JSC: Diet is very important - eat dark green vegetables, fish oils, and nuts. Also be sure to stay hydrated, both orally and topically.
PS: Anything else we should know about lunulas?
JSC: Make sure your manicurist doesn't ruin your lunula when pushing back the cuticles. Pushing very hard on the lunula with a cuticle pusher can cause damage, which will be evident when the nail grows out.

A lot of the fun of Halloween is dressing up as someone or something else. For me, it's even more fun when I can extend that to my pets. However, none of them like clothes. My dog used to actually eat the clothes off herself because she hated them so much. So what is one to do when your dog hates clothes but you really, really want him to be festive for the season? Paint him with pet-safe paint. If you have a black or dark brown dog, you can simply spray his fur with white pet paint in the pattern of a skeleton, and voilà. Someone Made a Pokémon Go Helmet and It's Hilariously Ridiculous
Simone Giertz makes shitty robots - at least that's what she refers to them as. Her YouTube channel is bursting with hilariously unnecessary (but well-made) machines like a lipstick robot and an oddly aggressive hair washing robot. Recently, Simone debuted a pretty timely creation: a Pokémon Go helmet.
Simone starts off the video by saying, "Pokémon Go isn't just a game, it's a lifestyle." She then straps on the clunky helmet which allows her to play the game hands-free by . . . using her face or tongue. Things progressively get stranger and funnier before Simone ends the video by saying, "Catch it now . . . or, you can't because I only made one. I have no plans to sell this sh*t because this helmet makes me feel stupid."

Jenna Dewan Tatum Jokes That She and Channing Will Force Their Daughter to Watch Step Up
Jenna Dewan and Channing Tatum have been one of Hollywood's most adorable (and A-list) duos for a while now, but they always make sure to remember where they started. The two famously met on the set of Step Up in 2006 and got engaged during a vacation in Hawaii two years later. They went on to tie the knot in 2009 and welcomed daughter Everly in May 2013. Most recently, Jenna revealed that she and Channing will most definitely let their little girl watch Step Up to see exactly how her mom and dad fell in love. "We keep saying we are going to force feed Step Up to Everly," she joked during an interview with Women's Wear Daily. "Like, 'You have to watch. You have to see where you came from.'"
Jenna, who is a professionally trained dancer, also revealed that Everly is already turning into her little mini-me, saying, "[She's] a very free-spirited little kid. She likes to run around and do her own thing. But she loves a tutu and she will put on three or four and go around the house and do little shake moves." Since Channing and Jenna just celebrated their 7-year anniversary in July, we're sure Everly gets to witness a few of their romantic dance movies in real life too.
