This Ingenious Workout Hack Will Inspire Exercise Every Single Damn Day
A little bit of exercise really does go a long way. So even if you can only squeeze in a few minutes here and there, if you do a few intense and effective moves, you'll notice a difference.
A Fun Way to Inspire Moving in the Morning
Here's a fun way to ensure those short little workouts happen. Grab a white board, and hang it in a place you walk by every day, like your living room, or next to the TV. Write down five to 10 basic moves - I did bodyweight moves, but you can also do ones using dumbbells, a kettlebell, a TRX, exercise ball, or a resistance band. Keep these the same or change them up every few days to prevent boredom. Put the numbers one through three in front of each exercise - do these in permanent marker to save you time later. Every time you complete one set of each, cross off the number.
Complete the moves when you can, just aiming to cross everything off by the time you hop into bed. Maybe you only have time to fit in one set of each of the five moves, so you do them three times a day. Or you have 15 minutes while your veggies roast for dinner and want to pick and choose a few sets of each. Or maybe you want to do them all at once while watching some late-night TV. The goal here is to get moving a little each day - just think of how accomplished you'll feel once everything is crossed off!

2 NYC Faves Team Up to Create the Ultimate Vegan Milkshake
For one weekend only, New York City favorites Black Tap and By Chloe are teaming up for the ultimate vegan milkshake creation. Already well-known for its crazy-insane milkshakes, Black Tap has decided to expand its offerings this Friday through Sunday to include a vegan selection with ingredients curated and made by plant-based brand By Chloe.
I got a sneak peek at this beautifully massive creation, and I have to say, as someone who loves milkshakes but is, like, 90 percent lactose intolerant, I was so excited. The milkshake is made with Chill by Chloe coconut ice cream, which is made with coconut milk instead of dairy milk. The rim of the glass is smeared with vanilla frosting and coated in sprinkles. The whole thing is topped with whipped cream made with rice milk, a Chlostess cupcake, and a whirly pop.
This is probably the best milkshake I've ever had for two reasons. Because it's vegan, it doesn't sit heavy in your stomach like a typical dairy milkshake, and also, it's just so damn cool. I watched one of Black Tap's employees create these milkshakes, and they're little works of art. However, I must warn you that the whipped cream deflates really fast, which just means you need to slurp up this treat quickly.
If you're in New York City, get yourself down to a Black Tap location this weekend to try out this collaboration, but be aware that quantities are limited, and once the vegan ingredients are gone, they're gone for good!

7 Celebrity Romances That Lasted Way Longer in Your Head
When it comes to celebrity couples, there are some that you just can't let go of, no matter how long it's been since they broke up. Some of the high-profile romances from our youth seem so iconic and so important that we tend to believe they lasted a lot longer than they really did - and what's even more fascinating is when you realize that some of those same stars are in current relationships that have actually stood the test of time. From Britney and Justin to Brad and Jennifer, keep reading for seven celebrity romances that were much shorter than you remember, then check out more things you loved as a teenager in the 2000s.
Sarah Paulson Says That AHS: Roanoke Is About to Go "Nutty Bobo Nut Town"
After a second episode of American Horror Story: Roanoke, we're more convinced than ever that there's more than meets the eye when it comes to this season. While the stars divulged almost next to nothing about the season before the premiere, they've finally started to talk about what's to come. In particular, Sarah Paulson spoke to Variety and teased some very interesting details.
"Something's happening that people are going to go nuts for," she said. "They're going to go nutty bobo nut town . . . I haven't (filmed) it yet. It hasn't been shot yet, but it's something that will be part of this season."
I'm not familiar with "nutty bobo nut town," so I'm not sure what happens there, but I'm hoping it has to do with mixing up the show's format, which so far has been very different than any other season. As of episode two, it seems pretty cut and dried that both the character she's playing and Cuba Gooding Jr. make it out alive (their "real" alter egos are narrating the story), but we're wagering that creator Ryan Murphy has something mind-bending up his sleeve, and this quote just gets us closer to confirmation.

The original trend went viral after an Iranian baker posted them on social media, according to BoredPanda. Soon after, food blogger Sam Melbourne posted an alternative vegan recipe on her Instagram account called sobeautifullyraw, along with several shots of galactic varieties. Let Prada Transform Your Spring Wardrobe
Miuccia Prada has a way of even making feathers seem charming. The Spring '17 lineup was trimmed with Marabou hems, finished with feathered shoes, and feathered crop tops layered over printed blouses. The effect is a tad quirky, yes, but elevated, evolved even; it's not done for the sake of being ostentatious. You wouldn't have to be a party girl to wear these statement-making clothes; they're more cerebral than that. For every pair of hot pants and whimsical bralette, there were knee-length hemlines, turtlenecks, and jumpers layered underneath with a patterned button-down. Dresses for practical women who adore fashion, and will delight in the details.
23 Ways to Repurpose an Old Princess Dress Into a Fresh Halloween Costume

With the addition of some clever accessories or a few easy embellishments, you can recycle that overplayed gown into a creative look that beats a pricey new option. Check out these 23 clever ways to refresh your child's old princess dress into an entirely new ensemble.
Michael Fassbender's New High-Stakes Thriller Looks Criminally Good
Michael Fassbender is all over the map this year. In addition to starring in the high-stakes Assassin's Creed and a sweeping romance with Alicia Vikander, the actor really amps up his game in Trespass Against Us. The story follows three generations of a family with a deep-seated criminal history, and at one point, Fassbender literally drives a car into the side of a house. It won't hit theaters until 2017, but you can watch the exhilarating trailer as many times as you want.
It's Apparently Legal For Employers to Discriminate Against Applicants With Dreadlocks
Just a week after Marc Jacobs sent his models down the runway in multicolored dreadlocks at New York Fashion Week, news broke that the US Court of Appeals found that employers have a right to discriminate against applicants who wore that very same hairstyle.
The federal case began when Chastity Jones of Mobile, AL, came forward about an experience she had with a human resources manager in 2010. Chastity had already received a job offer from Catastrophe Management Solutions (CMS) when the human resources manager, a white woman, probed Chastity about her dreadlocks. According to Chastity, the manager said dreadlocks "tend to get messy, although I'm not saying yours are, but you know what I'm talking about." After Chastity said she did not intend to change her hair, the job offer was suddenly revoked.
The Reason This Woman Was Sent Home From Work Will Fill You With Rage
Zara Employee Feels Humiliated After Being Told Her Hair Was Unprofessional
After the incident, Chastity filed a lawsuit with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and ultimately argued that she was racially discriminated against since her hairstyle is "physiologically and culturally associated with people of African descent" and "can be a determinant of racial identity."
In the end, the US Court of Appeals shot down Chastity and the EEOC's argument and ruled in favor of CMS on Sept. 15, declaring that CMS was not being racially discriminatory. Judge Adalberto Jordan emphasized that CMS was instead focusing on grooming and cleanliness as opposed to the hairstyle itself and its cultural implications.
Though the judge's final ruling can be - and is being - debated, the fact that the human resources manager was so swayed by Chastity's hair and not her qualifications is something worth questioning.

This Storks Movie Clip Might Look All Too Real to Sleep-Deprived Parents
Most animated movies are pretty far removed from reality. There are usually talking animals, the characters typically burst into song at random moments, and the evil villains (because there's always an evil villain) often come with superpowers.
None of this is to say that Storks, the new animated flick hitting theaters Sept. 23, is a grippingly realistic docudrama . . . there are coparenting wolves and a talking bird in the first 10 seconds of the trailer. But, man, does this movie look viscerally relatable.
Case in point, this exclusive clip features a girl and said talking stork trying to put a newborn baby to sleep.
It's as if the exchange between the two exhausted "parents" was gleaned from hacking into real-life baby monitors. (For what it's worth, my husband and I had that exact sleep-deprived "I can't believe you went to bed!" / "You just said it was OK for me to go to bed!" argument about 4,973 times in the first month of our baby's life.)
Enjoy! Or . . . try to?
15 Headphones You Won't Regret Spending Any Money On
Getting through the work day is no easy feat but at least most of us get to zone out, put on headphones, and chug through. Picking the right headphones is tough, though, seeing as there are hundreds out there. We all know that making the right headphone choice is definitely important, as there are earrings and comfort levels to think about. We asked people at POPSUGAR what their favorites are and rounded them up for you, so you already know they are tested and approved by our ears (and hopefully yours, too, in the future)!
How We Already Know Who Might Die Next on American Horror Story
If we have learned anything from the past seasons of American Horror Story, it's that anyone can probably die at any moment - but now we have a hint of whose head will actually be on the chopping block next! So who will it be?
In the second episode, Shelby and Matt discover a cellar out in the front yard of their house. There they basically find a hideout that someone has been living in, along with a camcorder. Watching the videotape, they see a distressed Dr. Elias Cunningham (Denis O'Hare). He explains that two sisters who were nurses has made the house a living facility for elderly patients and would kill them according to the first letter in their name. Their goal had been to spell out the word "MURDER," however they were stopped before they could finish. They were only able to get "MURDE."
We know that the ghosts of these evil nurses have also been haunting the house; Matt sees them murder an old woman for "back talk," then paint "M" on the wall for Margaret. After watching the tape, Matt tears away the wallpaper to find the bloody letters on the wall. It looks like the evil nurses are up to finishing what they started, which means whoever has a name that starts with "R" is in deep trouble. So far we don't have anyone that fits the bill, but it's definitely something to keep in mind once new characters start popping up.

The Whimsical Details From This Unicorn Birthday Party Are Truly Magical
Each year, Reese and her mom collaborate to come up with a unique birthday theme. For her latest celebration, the pair decided on a pastel rainbow unicorn party centered on the idea of "magic is FOUR real."
Luckily for these ladies, they enlisted Lucinda and Juliet of The Coop to bring their whimsical celebration to life. With an array of feminine ribbons, they created a delicate table runner and backdrops. Each place was set with a hand-glittered wooden unicorn head and clusters of pastel sweet peas decorated the main table. "To add to the magic of the day, we hired a real unicorn named Willow who dazzled the guests with her golden hooves and glittered eyelashes," Lucinda told POPSUGAR. "The party was completely magical and had us all believing that unicorns are real!"
This Optical Illusion Is Making Us Question Our Eyesight
A bizarre and maddening optical illusion recently went viral on Twitter and has left people (ourselves included) booking appointments with their optometrists. Twitter user Will Kerslake first shared the illusion on Sept. 11. The picture features a repeated gray pattern and 12 black dots strategically placed throughout the grid. If you look at the design, however, it's practically impossible to see all of the dots at once, as your eyes will only pick up a few at a time. Pretty frustrating, right? Try it for yourself below.
There are twelve black dots at the intersections in this image. Your brain won't let you see them all at once. http://pic.twitter.com/ig6P980LOT
- Will Kerslake (@wkerslake) September 11, 2016
The illusion is referred to as Ninio's extinction illusion, named after French scientist Jacques Ninio. This is how it works: the eye is stimulated by a few of the dots in clusters at a time and effectively ignores the rest. So if your eye is focusing on the top right corner, you'll see the dots and the rest of the image will appear to be homogeneous, like an uninterrupted continuation of the gray lines.
Naturally, the internet is freaking out. Look ahead for some choice reactions.
@wkerslake @GWillowWilson I can see two and I SWEAR I can see the others running away from me.
- Kate (@mscogsworthy) September 11, 2016
@wkerslake This is so cool. I had to make the pic bigger to see all 12...I could only see 4 at first but still not all at once! 😱😱😱😱
- WildBillWill™ (@JacksGapsRaps) September 12, 2016
@PJCavan @wkerslake @siracusa nah, I can see them as well but I've had a bottle of wine. Maybe that helps!

Queen Letizia's All White Outfit Seems Totally Simple, Until You Zoom In on All the Details
For those who had doubts about Queen Letizia of Spain's role as a trend-setter, there's this outfit. Sure, it might look simple at first glance - white cigarette pants and a white blazer, what's so special? - but it's all about the details when it comes to this look in which the always-stylish royal proved that rule about not wearing white once Summer comes to an end is just silly.
Pairing her perfectly-hemmed loose pants (which hit just below the top of her heels) with pointy nude shoes allowed her to add a little touch of fun with a star-printed top, while still keeping the look totally professional as she led a forum on cancer research in Barcelona. Add to that her gorgeous bouclé blazer, and we really can't think of what else she needed to do to make this a great work-appropriate outfit. Scroll ahead to check out more photos of Queen Letizia's first day of Fall fashion choices and to find a few shopping ideas to get the look on your own.

12 New Books You Need to Put on Your Reading List This Fall

Watch Ghost in the Shell's 5 (Yes, 5) Creepy-Cool Teaser Trailers
Instead of releasing a minute-long teaser trailer for Ghost in the Shell, Paramount decided to break it down into five individual clips, each coming in at about 10 seconds long and giving us ever-the-slightest glimpse at how the already-controversial film is going to take shape. The movie initially got people talking due to Scarlett Johansson, a white woman, being cast as popular manga character Major Motoko Kusanagi, a Japanese law enforcement agent who happens to be a cyborg. Ill-advised whitewashing aside, the new trailers suggest that at the very least the big-screen adaptation will stay true to the dark, moody vibe that Ghost in the Shell creator Masamune Shirow perfected in his anime series. Watch each teaser below to see Motoko interacting with a human, charging herself like you would an iPhone, stumbling upon some kind of cult, and more before it arrives in theaters on March 31, 2017.

Here's When You Can Watch The Fall Season 3 on Netflix
If you too have been mesmerized by The Fall on Netflix, you may be wondering when it's finally returning with new episodes. Jamie Dornan is every bit as attractive here as he is in Fifty Shades of Grey, though he's playing a fully psychotic serial killer. The good news is that season three is on the way! Thank goodness - the last episodes left us with a cliffhanger that found Spector's (Dornan) life in danger, with Gibson (Gillian Anderson) frantically trying to save him. Here's what we know!
It's the Final Season
The upcoming season (or "series," as they call them across the pond) will consist of five episodes, and they will close out the entire story.
The New Cast Members
In addition to Dornan and Anderson, the upcoming episodes will feature new cast members Krister Henriksson (Wallander), Aidan McArdle (Mr Selfridge), Richard Coyle (Covert Affairs), Ruth Bradley (Humans), and Aisling Bea (Trollied).
The Trailer
This is the best look we have at season three so far, and it spoils the fact that Spector very likely survives his gunshot wounds from the season two finale. (Did you honestly expect him to die?)
Jamie Dornan's Comments
Dornan himself tantalized fans during a recent press conference, saying, "There's quite remarkable turns in the third season that I really genuinely think people won't see coming that are hugely exciting."
There's Finally a US Release Date
The Fall's third season is premiering in the UK on BBC Two on Sept. 29, but it won't be on Netflix until Oct. 29.
Your Favorite '90s Beauty Trends Got a Chic Makeover on Fendi's Runway
From chokers and backpacks to grunge makeup and shaggy hair, everything '90s is getting new life in 2016. It seems the revival of these trends will extend well into next year, because the beauty look on the Fendi Spring 2017 runway was basically the cool-girl version of #TBT.
Stylist Sam McKnight arranged the models' strands into various styles we wore back in the day - half-up, pigtails, supersleek - all accessorized with funky studded hair clips. Instead of looking like a punk metallic accent, they appeared almost like Legos or candy, and their petite size reminded us of butterfly clips.
Makeup artist Peter Phillips crafted dramatic, graphic cat eyes that were sketched far past the inner and outer corners of the models' eyes, making them look large and doll-like. He completed the face with salmon-pink glitter lips that from a distance resembled molten rose gold. We're pretty sure that the finished look is something Baby Spice would totally approve of.
Read on to see the ladies of the runway - including sisters Gigi and Bella Hadid - rocking these gorgeous takes on '90s trends.

Count How Many Diamond Rings French Montana Just Put on Iggy Azalea's Finger
Iggy Azalea is proudly showing off her new bling on Instagram, but she's not keeping mum on who gave it to her. "He told me pressure makes diamonds @FrenchMontana," she wrote. While Iggy has insisted that she and French Montana are just friends, this new row of sparklers - delicate little stones that Iggy can stack and rearrange as she pleases - speaks volumes. If the jewelry is just a casual gift from a BFF, well, someone give us French's number, so we can take him to coffee. Read on for a detail shot of Iggy's rings, then shop similar bands until your own French Montana comes along.
Look Out, Anna Wintour - Lil Bub Is Ready to Take On the Fashion World
As rabid fans of Lil Bub's Instagram (where she accurately describes herself as a "lady, and a magical, one of a kind space cat"), we nearly jumped out of our seats at the chance to catch up with her about her latest project. Beloved internet starlet Lil Bub is currently dipping her paw into the elite world of fashion design as a celebrity judge for the 12th annual Sock It to Me Design-a-Sock Contest. Designers and fans of all ages are encouraged to submit a creative sock design sketch to Sock It to Me for a chance to win up to $2,000 and have their winning design manufactured as part of Sock It to Me's Fall 2017 collection! That is, if their designs are up to Lil Bub's high standards. Read ahead for our candid chat with Lil Bub about what makes a top-notch sock design as well as her deepest thoughts on distant galaxies.
POPSUGAR: You're a celebrity judge for this year's Sock It to Me design competition – tell us about that experience! What does Lil Bub look for in a winning pair of socks?
Lil Bub: I have a true passion for socks, despite not being able to wear them. My favorite part of being a judge for Sock It to Me's Design-a-Sock Contest is really just looking at so many amazing socks. In terms of "judging" for a winning pair, it requires such a deep level of focus and concentration that I find it difficult to express in words how to achieve it. All I know is that I look at the socks, enter an altered state of consciousness, and then snap out of it with my final decision. (Also, let me just say that if the sock design features dinosaurs, I'm gonna be all about it.)
PS: We love dinosaurs, too. Great choice. So, describe your personal style - who are the style gurus (four-legged or two-legged) you look to for inspiration?
LB: My style is best described as being minimalistic – well, I'm basically completely naked at all times. It's mostly inspired by exotic cloud formations on planets in distant galaxies, as they are all "nude" in their own very special way.
PS: Ah, yes, nude cloud formations are going to be big next season on the runway. You're onto something, Bub. Moving on, we know the fashion industry has a reputation for being pretty demanding. How difficult has it been to navigate that world as a cat?
LB: Really? I had no idea! I've been navigating this world rather effortlessly, using my relatively thorough understanding of your planet's gravitational pull combined with the intricacies of the movement of my own limbs.
PS: You're obviously a motivated feline - what's your ultimate career goal?
LB: Genuine world empathy and compassion. That will solve all of our problems.
PS: What should we expect to come next in Lil Bub land? Any exciting new design projects we should be on the lookout for?
LB: I'm glad you asked! Look out for exclusive, limited-edition Knit BUBgly Christmas Sweaters coming this holiday season.
PS: Any advice for all of the kittens out there who aspire to be an entrepreneur cat like you one day? LB: I realize this may sound hypocritical following my last answer, but the truth is I'm not really an entrepreneur, at least not in the traditional sense. I just roll with the punches. I landed on this planet, people saw me, they were inspired and in love, and had a strong desire for cool stuff with my amazing face on it. I saw [the Sock It to Me competition] as an opportunity to raise money for animals in need. As a cat that never actively aspired for what success has transpired, I'm afraid I don't have much advice to give. With that said, my advice to kittens who aspire to achieve peace, love, and harmony is to just be yourself.

15 Mexican Recipes to Mark Día de los Muertos
Although Día de los Muertos is a religious celebration in Mexico, there's plenty of food on the day (which in some places is actually celebrated for weeks on end). As tradition often says, when the souls of your loved ones return for the night, you better have something good waiting for them to enjoy. In that spirit, we've rounded up 15 festive and delicious recipes, from crafty sugar skulls to traditional Mexican dishes.
This Gucci Dress Will Remind You of Your Favorite Childhood Cartoon Character
When I was in nursery school, I watched a lot of Sailor Moon. Parked up in front of the television set with a bowl full of Cap'n Crunch, watching a blonde in pigtails save the world. That was me. So you can imagine I'd recognize her red, white, and blue outfit anywhere. As I watched the Gucci runway show, waiting in anticipation as every magical Spring look strolled down the runway, I did not expect to see said outfit. I was ill-prepared, my bowl of Cap'n Crunch nowhere in sight.
But alas, Alessandro Michele designed an artsy dress that looked just like Sailor Moon's kitschy costume. It had a red silk bow, albeit tied around the waist instead of affixed to the collar. Its sleeves are basically two ear-shaped ruffles, so this look has no room for elbow-length gloves. And the Sailor Moon dress is long, so I can only see a peek of the gemstone metallic platforms that are underneath.
Even so, I'm embracing this throwback moment. I can't wait for one Gucci muse like Florence Welch or Dakota Johnson (Michelle Obama?!) to wear this number on the red carpet. I'll probably scream, "It's the Sailor Moon dress!" It will probably show up in my dreams. It will probably make me want to eat a bowl of Cap'n Crunch.
GIFs That Show Soni Nicole Bringas Might Be the Best Thing About Fuller House
Kimmy Gibbler's daughter, Ramona, might be the best thing about Netflix's Fuller House. The character is full of spark, but it is all about 14-year-old Soni Nicole Bringas's perfect delivery of the lines and on-point body language.
We see a bright future for the ubertalented actress - whose mom was born in Barcelona, Spain, and whose dad was born in Montevideo, Uruguay - not only in acting but also dancing. So now that the show has been renewed for a second season (thank you, Netflix gods!), we thought it was only appropriate to round up the best GIFs of Ramona's first few episodes. Keep reading to see all the times she was simply perfection.

You'll Think Gigi Hadid Pulled This Look Straight Out of Kim Kardashian's Closet
There are looks that come down the runway each season, begging the question, "who would actually wear this in real life?" The answer might just be Gigi Hadid. After all, the supermodel's proven she will wear just about anything on the catwalk; but her street style is just as compelling. Sure, she's had her lazy-girl moments, but Gigi can pull off a high-fashion outfit with ease. Take this for instance, a knit bodysuit she slipped into at Milan Fashion Week on Wednesday. Complete with furry-trimmed heels and a sequined coat thrown nonchalantly over her shoulders, she oozes confidence and elegance, despite the fact that, well, her bottom half is almost entirely exposed.
How does she make it look sophisticated? Maybe even normal? The truth is that it has a lot to do with just being Gigi. We're not entirely surprised to see her baring her stems so boldly, adding such a dramatic coat, or seemingly impractical heels, as you do when you're a major model. Regardless, we don't think there are many women out there who could make going pantless look so polished. Read on to see her statement-making look in full.

Um, Did Scream Queens Just Re-Create an Iconic Twilight Scene?
Taylor Lautner will forever be known for his role as Jacob Black in Twilight, and even Ryan Murphy knows it. During the season two premiere of Scream Queens, the show seemed to be poking fun at the famous franchise with one simple scene. It starts when Lautner's character, an attractive young doctor named Dr. Cassidy Cascade, accidentally brushes arms with Zayday (Keke Palmer) in the hospital. Although the action seems innocent, she quickly remarks that his skin is cold to the touch.
Even though they're not making fun of Lautner's previous character, the scene has a striking similarity to Bella Swan's infamous encounter with Edward Cullen in the first Twilight film. His response? "I run cold" - and the vampire references don't end there. When Zayday compares his skin to a block of ice, Lautner retorts by giving his best tortured soul impression. "I envy ice," he croons. "At least if you give it warmth, it melts." So, is Murphy just having a little fun with the writing, or is he actually foreshadowing that the doctor is a bloodsucker? He did include vampires in American Horror Story: Hotel so it's not completely out of the question. Guess we will just have to wait to find out!
