The Best Exercise For Toning Your Triceps and Core
If you want to tone your upper body and core, push-ups are one of the most effective exercises you can do. If you're used to doing them with your elbows out wide, try this challenging variation that targets your triceps for a more defined upper body.
- Begin in plank position with the arms and body straight, shoulders over the wrists. Keep the core engaged.
- Bend the elbows behind you and lower your chest to the floor. Keep your upper arms tight to your body so your elbows are against your ribs on both sides.
- Straighten the arms, coming back to plank position.
- This counts as one rep. Do as many reps as you can with correct form.

7 Before and After Photos That Prove Things Aren't Always as They Seem
With perfectly round and well-lit booty pictures taking over our Instagram feeds, it's almost impossible to not want to get squatting to build that perfect Insta-tush for yourself, but one fitness blogger is using her platform to tell people that those photos aren't always as flawless as they seem. Meet Sara Puhto, a 20-year-old Finnish YouTuber on a mission to have her followers see her at all angles. Oh, and she goes by "Saggy Sara" - need we say more?
Sara uses her platform of over 27K Instagram followers as a way to dispel all the misconstrued messages about body image all over the internet. She posts photos side by side - some flexing, some not; some sitting, some standing - as a way to show that there's a lot more that goes on in a seemingly perfect photo. She's inspiring her followers to love themselves from all angles and sharing that any goal is achievable "with the right amount of determination." She shows that we can't hold ourselves to the standards of perfectly angled celebrity photos, because they might not show the other side of the photo for a reason.
"Don't think you can't because you're comparing a posed photo of a body to your everyday body," she wrote on Instagram. "Use them as motivation but don't get too caught up on them."
Keep reading to see some of Sara's incredibly realistic and eye-opening photos.

Sculpt and Strengthen Your Arms With This 3-Week Challenge
Everyone has their own reasons for wanting strong, defined arms; we're here to help. After following this 21-day arm plan, not only will your arms look toned - you'll also be stronger. First thing's first: don't worry if you've never lifted a dumbbell in your life. This arm challenge was designed with everyone in mind - whether it's your first time working out or you're at the gym on a daily basis.
Getting started: The challenge consists of five basic exercises that help to target all the areas of your arms. Over the course of the challenge, you will increase the number of reps you're doing of each exercise, eventually working up to three sets of 15 reps for each exercise.
Below is an explanation of how to do each of the five exercises, followed by the plan itself. Choosing the appropriate size weight is key here - you want one that fatigues your muscles by the end of the three sets. If the challenge ever feels too easy, that's your cue to increase the weight of the dumbbells (and if you find you are fatiguing too early, decrease the weight amount). Beginners should start the plan with five-pound weights, and for you more-experienced lifters, make this challenge work for you by grabbing a heavier set.

This Photo of a Mom at Target Is What We All Dream Public Breastfeeding Should Be Like
Whoever said dads can't be part of the breastfeeding process hasn't met this guy.
A member of the popular Breastfeeding Mama Talk Facebook page posted a photo of her family's recent shopping trip to a local Target, and it is the definition of public breastfeeding goals.
"When you've been in the Target toy section for 45 minutes with your 10-year-old birthday girl and the 15-month-old wants to nurse, you take their seat and nurse her while the hubs pushes you around," the proud mom wrote.
Just look at this picture, and - aside from imagining that this is how Kate Middleton must nurse all the time - make a mental note to snag one of these carts the next time your whole family is out on a Target run.

14 Ways The Crown Gets the Royals Wrong
Ambitiously lavish and costing a rumored $130 million to make, new Netflix drama The Crown has won fans around the world since the first 10 episodes dropped on No. 4. The jewels are painstaking replicas of the real thing, the filming locations include 10 stately homes around the UK, and there are over 20,000 costumes worn. But how much of what we see on screen is fact and how much benefits from a little sprinkling of showbiz fiction? The production has been scrupulously researched and much of what is depicted is true to life, but as with any great retelling, it also benefits from a little dramatic embellishment.
- In the opening scenes, we see King George VI coughing up blood into the toilet, but given the series opens in 1947 and the king wasn't diagnosed with lung cancer until four years later, it's unlikely he was exhibiting symptoms at this point. However, the king was in poor health for much of his later reign, so this is an effective device to depict that.
- At Princess Elizabeth's wedding, assorted floral displays are positioned around Westminster Abbey, whereas in real life, there were only two floral displays used - one either side of the altar - because of postwar austerity.
- Princess Elizabeth is portrayed as being very nervous on her wedding day, stumbling over her vows and needing to be prompted. However, a real-life letter from the king to his daughter afterward reads, "You were so calm and composed during the service, and said your words with such conviction."
- Princess Elizabeth's and Prince Philip's wedding was attended by his mother, but although she is depicted in the show wearing a nun's habit, that is not how she attended in real life. She did wear her habit to the queen's coronation, however.
- Cine-camera footage marking the one-year anniversary of Princess Elizabeth's and Prince Philip's wedding is captioned, "Twelve months later, eight months pregnant," when in reality, the princess celebrated her first wedding anniversary with a six-day-old Prince Charles.
- When King George had his lung removed, his anxious family is shown all gathered in the room next door, when in reality it was just his wife who was present. Queen Mary was at Marlborough House and visited afterward, Princess Elizabeth and Prince Philip were at Clarence House and came in the evening, and Prince Charles and Princess Anne were in Scotland.
- When the king knows he is dying and calls for his daughter Elizabeth to sit with him as he works, she asks what paperwork is sent over by the government. However, it seems unlikely that at the age of 25 she wouldn't already know this. This is, after all, a young woman who has always been conscientious and aware and on her 21st birthday gave a speech where she showed a deep understanding of her future role.
- There is no record of Prince Philip making insensitive remarks to the Kenyan dignitaries he meets on his first royal tour. It's likely this is used as a way of portraying how he has become known over the years for making diplomatic faux pas.
- In the wake of the king's death, Princess Margaret's married lover, Peter Townsend, is cautioned by his senior about the affair, saying that everyone is talking about them. However, it was reported in the royal biography Snowdon that at that time, the affair was not common knowledge.
- A dramatic moment in the show comes courtesy of a letter written by Queen Mary to her granddaughter the new queen, advising her of her role and responsibilities. In real life, however, there was no such letter. Queen Mary did have a close relationship with her granddaughter though and had always taken a great interest in her royal development.
- When Prime Minister Winston Churchill advises the new queen to move from Clarence House to Buckingham Palace and retain the surname Windsor instead of her husband's Mountbatten, she resists. Later she seeks the counsel of her uncle the Duke of Windsor and changes her mind on both issues. The general consensus is that the queen is not likely to have sought his advice in this way.
- In the episode featuring the great fog, we're drawn into the intriguing relationship between Winston Churchill and his secretary, Venetia Scott, but in real life Venetia didn't exist. It's likely the government scenes could have come across as a little flat, and so a fictitious character was brought in to add more emotional depth to this part of the story.
- The great fog didn't create as much of a panic as was depicted either, because Londoners were used to thick fogs. A doctor who was alive at the time recently said, "there was no sense of drama or emergency." The impact on mortality was only realized afterward, and there is no record it caused conflict between Churchill and the queen.
- One of the biggest plot points that has been refuted is Prince Philip's reticence to kneel before the queen at her coronation, as there is no record of it happening. Philip did struggle with his own life taking a back seat, but he came from royalty himself and understood how is worked as a concept, so it seems unlikely that he would have had a problem with this.

Volunteers Rescue Sick Pup Covered in Glue and Left Out to Die
Pascal has not had an easy time in his very short life so far. This pup was tortured, drowned in glue, and left for dead. The glue hardened and nearly killed Pascal by cutting off his circulation, but thankfully some gracious rescuers picked him up to save him. He'Art of Rescue has worked tirelessly to cut off all of Pascal's fur to remove the glue, and surprisingly the dog is doing OK. However, according to the rescue, Pascal's spirit is a bit broken. Thankfully, this sad puppy is surrounded by people who are showering him with the love and affection he deserves. Check out the video above to see more on Pascal and keep updated on his progress (and hopefully adoption!) with He'Art of Rescue.

Sticks and stones may break kids' bones, put a parent's words can truly hurt them. In moments of anger and frustration, we tend to say things to or around our children without thinking of the consequences. There are some, like our favorite four-letter word, that evoke laughter from kids. And there are other, less humorous phrases that can make kids cry, lower their self-esteem, and potentially ruin their relationship with a parent. Though it may take some extra effort, here are a few phrases you should stop saying to your children (along with some compelling reasons why) immediately.

The Harmful and Helpful Effects of Spending Time on Facebook After the Election
Image Source: Getty / Chip Somodevilla
When Donald Trump was announced as the president-elect, I was shocked. And it very quick made me realize: I live in a Facebook bubble.
As a New York woman who works at a liberal (mostly female) media company, my network is mainly made up of like-minded voters. We all posted "I voted!" selfies and #ImWithHer photos on Tuesday. Based on who I interact with, it felt inevitable: of course she would win!
Clearly that wasn't the case. The country is extremely divided, with just about half the popular vote going to each candidate. That left roughly 60 million people celebrating and the other 60 million devastated.
In the immediate days after the election, my Facebook feed was dominated by crying emoji, dramatic soliloquies from angry Democrats, and friends sharing news articles and op-eds about the results.
Every time I load that familiar blue-and-white screen, I am sucked into a Facebook political vortex.
Sometimes that can feel soothing (I'm not alone!), but it can also be overwhelming. Every time I load that familiar blue-and-white screen, I am sucked into a Facebook political vortex. But the experience can also be isolating, especially if you're a Republican with mainly Democratic friends or vise versa.
Regardless of what your stream is showing, Facebook is one of most polarizing and dynamic places to spend time in our post-election world. The social media platform is one of the easiest and most obvious ways for people around the country to express themselves, discuss the issues, and find solace. But we also need to remember to take a break sometimes.
"Facebook provides a forum to vent, speak your mind, and find support," Jonathan Alpert, a psychotherapist and author of Be Fearless: Change Your Life in 28 Days, said to me via email. "That's all good, but there's a downside. Venting without a plan to resolve or move forward can keep someone stuck. There's also a contagion effect of Facebook. Sure, you'll find people who share similar views and values, but there's a possibility that complaining to a captive audience will perpetuate anxieties and stress."
To dive deeper into this topic, I spoke with friends, POPSUGAR editors, and an expert about the effects of using Facebook post-election and what to do when you log off.

The Pros of Spending Time on Facebook
You Can Stay Informed: Facebook is a fantastic way to get news. Media outlets and users are posting content about the election nonstop. It's like an RSS feed occasionally peppered with photos of babies and puppies!
"I often scan Facebook throughout the day for news, but since the election, I have been clicking refresh more often than I care to admit," said POPSUGAR Beauty editor Emily Orofino. "It's not just the articles - I like seeing what my friends are reading and learning their perspectives."
In addition, it gives anyone who isn't a journalist a place to create their own "news" and op-eds, so to speak. It eases a feeling of powerlessness since every user has the opportunity to be heard by the masses. In the past week, I've seen friends who are usually pretty politically quiet release multiparagraph mini essays about their election reactions. There are even leaders who have emerged among my friend group, whose pages continue to stream fresh articles and statuses.
It eases a feeling of powerlessness since every user has the opportunity to be heard by the masses.
The shocking election results have also sparked political conversations between different generations, parties, and geographic locations. This type of open dialogue is step one toward uniting our country. It only takes a few seconds to type up comment on your phone. Facebook also allows people who might not feel comfortable calling or texting each other to communicate.
You Can Find a Community: As I described earlier, Facebook can feel like an awesome support group if you need that right now.
One of my Facebook friends, Jessie Diaz, who is the blogger behind Curves With Moves and an self-proclaimed "proud Latina," wrote, "I like that my Facebook is a bubble. It keeps me away from the racist people who are really trying people after the election. Not me. I'm happy living in my Facebook bubble filled with so many cultures, socio and economic backgrounds, intellects, and genders. What I won't see is anyone trying to come for me, my friends, or family, or any group in general. Because as a human, I feel their pain."
There are a lot people, especially minorities, who are feeling scared right now. If Facebook provides you comfort, then keep refreshing that screen!

The Harmful Side of Spending Time on Facebook
Facebook Can Be an Angry Space You could be surrounded by supportive people in your hometown but face bullies on Facebook, or the reverse: your Facebook friends are comforting, but the people around you are isolating you.
This is happening to both Democrats and Republicans. One of my Facebook friends put up a post describing how she was accosted by a customer in a Philadelphia grocery store for "looking like a Trump supporter." People from both parties are feeling fired up, and much of that is being taken out on Facebook.
"I'm from the suburbs of Chicago, and a lot of people (mostly white men) that I went to high school with have been posting very aggressive things on Facebook since Trump's win," said a woman who prefers to remain anonymous. "They are forcibly telling parents to tell their kids to deal with it; convince other people that Trump is not a racist, rapist, and homophobe; and are spreading the same hate that these election results are based on. It makes me feel extremely angry."
She went on: "People have been respectfully disagreeing, and they respond with anger, entitlement, and aggression. They are clearly seeking out fights with people."
When it comes to these situations, it's best not to engage. The aforementioned editor chose to simply unfriend those people.
Facebook Can Become All-Consuming and Anxiety-Inducing: Even if almost everyone on your feed is "on your side" of the political divide, spending too much time on Facebook can become obsessive.
Personally, I've found it difficult to focus, and all I want to do is check my feed to see who has posted up new rant I can "like" or shared article I can read. While it's important to stay in-the-know, the outpouring of raw emotion and information is, at times, overwhelming.
Step away and ask yourself, "What's more important: our leadership at the top or my health?"
"I have mostly been avoiding Facebook, even though most of my feed agrees with me, because I find it just makes me angry and fuels the drama and keeps me from moving on," said POPSUGAR executive editor Nancy Einhart. "I prefer to talk to people in person because it feels more productive."
Alpert, the psychotherapist I consulted with, also brought up the point that radical reactions can bring on restlessness. "One should be concerned about the propaganda spewing from both side of the political aisle," he said. "Comparisons of Trump to Hitler, for example, or claiming Clinton has a terminal illness. Neither help to calm people's anxieties."
If closing your computer or turning off your screen is difficult (Facebook is addictive!), and especially if you have clinical anxiety, remember that you have a choice about how you spend your time. "Ultimately you must step away and ask yourself, 'What's more important: our leadership at the top or my health?'" Alpert advised. "Anger has profoundly negative effects on the body and can lead to stress-related issues: headaches, stomach aches, body aches, cardiac issues, and more. So ask yourself, 'Is it really worth it?'"
He adds to remember the basics of stress management: good sleep, healthy eating, exercise, and avoiding drugs and alcohol.
And finally: "Don't personalize the results," he said. "If your candidate lost, it's not a reflection on you, but rather, it speaks to the political process that's been in place for 200+ years. Understand that what divides this country is also what makes it stronger - diverse ideas, hard-fought battles, and working toward a stronger, more perfect union."

How to Cope With Social Media Post-Election
If Hillary Clinton can lose the election and still be OK enough to take a walk around the neighborhood with her husband and dogs, so can you.
"Facebook has its benefits, but there's more to life than sitting in front of a computer talking to online friends," Alpert said. "That can be limiting and isolating. Log out and get connected through real life interactions - meet friends for dinner, drinks, or coffee. Get involved in activities. Do something that provides old-school interaction and communication."
I found it therapeutic to take a head-clearing, hip-hop dance class after work one night this week. I wasn't be able to check my phone while memorizing steps and rocking out to Justin Bieber's "Children."
Do something that feeds your soul, be it an indoor cycling class, grabbing brunch with an upbeat friend, or reading a fiction book. It might involve admiring the new Starbucks holiday cups or pretty Fall foliage.
Talk to people. In person. A lot is lost through a screen: nuance, tone, facial expression . . . POPSUGAR Latina editor Ale Foresto credited having a strong group of girlfriends that helped her through the disappointment of Clinton losing.
"By being around people who share similar views, you'll be able to talk out your frustrations and work toward an acceptance of the outcome," Alpert said.
And if you can't get together with someone, make a phone call! It's still more personal than texting or Facebook messaging.
Enjoy what is great about America right now IRL.

Try Not to Weep While Watching Ed Sheeran Serenade a Young, Sick Fan (You'll Fail)
Superstar singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran has been keeping a low profile ever since telling fans he'd be taking a break from social media in December 2015, but he happily answered the call of young superfan Melody Driscoll. The 9-year-old, who suffers from Rett syndrome, has spent 80 percent of her life in the hospital due to her condition. Since she's obsessed with the "Thinking Out Loud" singer, her parents decided to create a Facebook campaign to get Ed's attention, in hopes that he might come meet Melody and cheer her up. Luckily Ed, a veritable master of surprising his fans, delivered. The 25-year-old chart topper visited the children's ward of Epsom Hospital in early November, where he joked around with Melody and serenaded her with one of his more emotional songs, "Photograph." According to Melody's parents, she's apparently "still on cloud nine" and "can't stop smiling." Coincidentally, neither can we.

These Tweets Hilariously Show What Thanksgiving in a Latino Household Is Like
For most people Thanksgiving is about the turkey, football, and having a quiet and relaxing evening with family. For Latinos, it's much more complicated. It involves uncountable amounts of family (and pretend family) members, uneatable amounts of food that run the gamut from traditional (sure, mashed potatoes) to purely Latin (tamales, coquito, arroz con pollo!), a definite touch of dancing, a little pressure to follow tradition, and lots and lots of gossiping.
And because Latinos are all about banding together and sharing, the Twitter-verse created the hashtags #ThanksgivingWithLatinoFamilies and #ThanksgivingWithHispanics. Keep scrolling to see the best memes and tweets that define what it is like to spend this particular Thursday with your relatives, then check out a few ways that Latinos make Thanksgiving their own.

Meghan Markle Can't Hide Her Smile After Visiting Prince Harry in London
Meghan Markle appeared to be in good spirits while walking around the set of Suits on Saturday afternoon. The actress, who is currently dating Prince Harry, could not hide her smile as she met with crew members and made her way to her car. Meghan bundled up for the chilly Toronto weather in a trench coat, navy scarf, and a baseball cap. Her latest appearance comes just one week after it was reported that Meghan visited Harry in London; the actress was spotted grocery shopping near Kensington Palace, and sources close to her say she's "head over heels" for Harry and is "doing everything she can to make the relationship work." We wonder if she'll be visiting Harry during his Caribbean tour too!
A Mom Shares 8 Years of Elf on the Shelf Antics
The following post was originally featured on Jenny Cookies and was written by Jenny Keller, author of Eat More Dessert.
Buddy and Snowflake are our elves. They arrive every year the day or two after Thanksgiving and fly back and forth to the North Pole each night in December, reporting the children's behavior to Santa. Then on Christmas Eve, they fly back to the North Pole until the next year. It's a daily reminder for kids . . . "The elf is watching you . . . "
There is a part of me that is just beside myself looking forward to all the joy and excitement our elves bring to Ally and Hudson's little faces, and there's another part of me that is absolutely exhausted just thinking about it. We've had Buddy since Ally was 1 year old - 1. She is turning 9 in January. That's a lot of shelves. Is there retirement in our future? A decade of the Elf on the Shelf feels worthy of retirement.
Our elves have been a favorite holiday tradition in our home. We've done some insane things with our elves. I've stayed up late making tiny gingerbread houses or wrapping miniature gifts, but there is little more that I want in life than for my kids to grow up remembering all the fun and special things we did for them. Yep, I'm crazy.
You may be new to this tradition or just needing fresh ideas, so here's a little elf inspiration from our Keller family elves over the last eight years.

Never Lose a Family Memory Again With Google's New Photo-Scanning App
There might be nothing I love more than going home to my parents' house and looking through old photos from my childhood. The only problem? I now live 3,000 miles away from them and I can't exactly take all these photos with me. That's where Google's new app, PhotoScan, comes in; the new app will scan and digitize old prints - without the glare and hassle that comes with a scanner.
PhotoScan, which is available for free on iOS and Android, is easy enough to use. Place the photo in the frame and take one photo. The app will then guide you to move the camera around three different dots. The end result is a photo that's stitched together and eliminates glare. You can also edit the photo and make adjustments before saving the photo to your Camera Roll and the Google Photos app.
The app should save you countless of hours scanning photos or teaching your parents how to do it properly. Plus, you can carry these photos in your phone - easy enough to use for a quick #TBT photo on Instagram. Watch the video above to see how it works.
Gigi Hadid Isn't the Only Supermodel Who Walks Down the Street Like She's on Set
Here's the thing about supermodels: even when they're not on a shoot, they're so confident, cool, and effortlessly styled, you'd swear they walked right out of a fashion campaign. While some ladies like Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid, and Chanel Iman turn to stylists like Monica Rose for outfit tips, their fashion sense seems totally inherent.
It's no wonder these ladies look like they're on set as they walk down the street to grab fro-yo. We rounded up 23 hot shots from 2016 we could have sworn would end up in Vogue, but alas, these are just pictures of It girls running errands. Print them out, hang them up, and by all means let them influence tomorrow's look.

Mariah Carey's Holiday Collection For MAC Has Arrived - and It's Next-Level Amazing
When we heard that MAC Cosmetics would be launching a second holiday collection with elusive chanteuse Mariah Carey, we had only one hope for the launch: bling. An assortment of cosmetics inspired by the diva demands sparkle - in the formulas, all over the packaging - and thankfully, MAC delivered.
The collaboration, which launches on Dec. 15, is obscenely glamorous. Silver glitter and metallic gold elements accent every single product. The formulas themselves boast luminous shimmer as well as names inspired by some of Mariah's greatest hits.
We're especially enchanted by the all-over body sparkle (named "Touch My Body," natch), which comes in a retro canister complete with a bow-accented puff. And we're pretty sure that we don't need to tell you that this collection's stunning gold highlighter - which features the face of Mimi herself on the powder - will be an instant collector's item for MAC and Mariah fans alike.
These pieces are bound to sell out fast, so check out the collection now in anticipation of the launch date . . . you're going to need a plan of attack on Dec. 15!
How Grey's Anatomy Star Jesse Williams Made a Positive Mark on 2016
It's hard not to be smitten by Jesse Williams. Besides being insanely good-looking, the 35-year-old Grey's Anatomy star has emerged as one of the leading voices for social activism during a year filled with political unrest. In 2016, Jesse spoke out against racial, gender, and economic inequality, and called on us all to do our part to make a change. While we can never get tired of staring at Jesse on screen, here are seven times Jesse Williams stole our hearts this year for being beautiful on the inside, too.
Chrissy Teigen's Date-Night Outfit Was So Hot, John Legend Wore It Too
As far as everyday couples style goes, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend don't share too many similarities. While Chrissy is drawn to body-hugging dresses and sexy cuts, John is more casual, often favoring a solid t-shirt or sneakers. And it's cool the pair doesn't always match, because we love when a couple has their own individual style.
So when the two finally did step out in coordinating looks for a dinner event Tuesday night, we had to do a double take. Chrissy and John both wore all black, and to top off the twinning moment, Chrissy chose a furry top in a similar texture as John's coat. Perhaps she chose her top with John's coat in mind or they just happened to coincidentally match. In either scenario, we're just glad that moment happened.
As the two walked hand in hand, we couldn't help but also think of all their past date-night looks. After further research, we've discovered that Chrissy always wears a sexy dress or top while John favors a safe go-to piece: the coat. Though the two each have their own fashion preferences, when it comes to a romantic night out, their outfits together are always a solid 100. Keep reading to see the couple's rare twinning moment, then check out their other date-night outfits.

NASA's Newly Released Images of Mars Are the Next Best Thing to Space Travel
We may not all be able to experience Mars firsthand, but NASA's newly released photos are the next best thing. NASA's Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter (MRO) recently sent back a large batch of over 1,000 images of the planet's surface, and they are stunning.
It's not the first time the MRO sent back photos; we started receiving them in 2005 when it first set out for signs of water. However, the high delivery of images occurs only every 26 months when the sun and Mars are standing opposite of each other, reports Gizmodo.
Luckily for us, the High Resolution Imaging Science Experiment catalog has a total of over 44,000 images of Mars so far. See some of the best recent photos of Mars ahead!

A Reminder That The Holiday Contains One of the Most Heartbreaking Scenes in Movie History
The Holiday isn't necessarily lauded as a Christmas classic due to the fact most people watch it home alone on Friday night when it airs on TBS, Ben and Jerry's pint in hand. Despite this, the romantic comedy has really held up over the past decade. Since the movie's 10 year anniversary is coming up in December, it's time to give ageless actress Kate Winslet's flawless performance as Iris its due. As a romantically challenged British woman desperately searching for a distraction from her doomed relationship, there are plenty of gut-wrenching moments. However, none of them compare to the scene when she delivers an epic speech about heartbreak that perfectly encapsulates how it feels to break up with someone (i.e. torture and death). Watch the speech above if you have a big box of tissues handy, and if you need a pick-me-up, check out 17 other essential holiday movies.
