Download Your Google Data With Just a Few Clicks
Nothing is permanent - especially on the internet - so Google is allowing users access to emails anytime, even long after the company's online services are gone. Google offers an export system to download a copy of your data from Gmail and Google Calendar.
Previously, users had to turn to not-always-effective third-party backup or extraction services. Now, Gmailers can download their entire archive of mail in a .zip, .tbz, or .tgz format. You can also send the download link to your email or add it to Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive, plus download other data from services like Hangouts or Google Plus.
Ahead, see the steps you need to take to export your personal data. You'll be thankful you know how!

Serena Williams's Real Engagement Ring Is Stunning, But You'll Like Her Fake One Too
Serena Williams has built up the anticipation for her engagement ring reveal. So much so, in fact, that we've already made predictions for her wedding dress. After she shared a photo of a taco jewel to fake us out, we were discouraged. Would she ever flash the sparkler Reddit founder Alexis Ohanian slipped onto her finger?
But Finally, Serena uploaded a post on Reddit titled "Engagement Shoe Game." The tennis pro and designer is wearing a pair of Nike trainers, which if we're being honest, don't do much to compete with the ginormous diamond she's rocking. But we like the message Serena's putting out: an engagement ring shouldn't be a big deal to the rest of the world - it's special to the girl who wears it, and she should feel proud to sport it casually.
Scroll to see Serena's new bling posted up against her man, then laugh over her taco band, and shop either of the two styles you like. It's clear Serena approves of them both.

This Bride's Wedding Dress Landed Her in Vogue, but Wait Till You See What the Bridesmaids Wore
It's not every day we peel our eyes away from a stunning wedding dress to "ooh" and "ahh" over what the bridesmaids wore, but looking at photos from Annabelle Caufman Soudavar and Maximilian Moehlmann's big day, that's exactly what happened. While the bride's classic Carolina Herrera was no doubt breathtaking - especially when the lacy, fitted number was paired with a long, dramatic veil - the ladies who stood by her side wore different floral dresses, a fun, trendy choice that simply made us swoon.
Annabelle wanted it this way, though. "I had asked that they all select their own dresses with the direction that they should be pale, romantic, and floral," she told Vogue, which covered the chic East Hampton wedding. "I wanted everyone's individual style to come through, and for my friends to feel beautiful and like themselves."
The choice definitely paid off in the end: everyone looked so stylish, we're starting to wish we were in that wedding party! Scroll through for more views of Annabelle's gown, then check out what the bridesmaids - including fashion influencer Hannah Bronfman - wore.
The Pickup Line Ice T Used on Coco Austin When They Met Is Amazing
Coco Austin and Ice T have been together for almost 15 years now, which is sometimes hard to come by in Hollywood. While some couples date for years before getting married, others quickly elope, which is exactly what the parents of baby Chanel did when they tied the knot on Dec. 31, 2001, after just two months together. But while we're aware of all the cute moments they've shared since getting together, we've always wondered how they first met. Ice T first laid eyes on Coco when he stopped by his friend's movie shoot, where Coco was working as a model. After being introduced to her by his friend to "give him something to do" since he admits he was in a bad mood, Ice T boldly asked her, "Would you ever consider dating a gangster rapper?" Coco reveals she didn't really know what to say except that she thought he was nice, to which he epically replied, "Well, baby, if you take the 'n' off nice, you get ice." And the rest is history. Mic drop.

6 Things Models Always Do to Achieve Flawless Skin
If you haven't had the pleasure of seeing a model up close and personal, take our word for it: nearly every single one has flawless skin that looks like it's been photoshopped. But when we've asked these catwalkers what products they use in order to achieve complexion perfection, the answers have been impossibly simplistic. No peels or retinoids here - we've found that most models stick to the holy trinity of rosewater, Bioderma, and coconut oil.
Turns out, we were asking the wrong question - it's not what they use on their skin but what they do that keeps their faces fabulous. And who better to get the scoop from than a model-approved facialist? We asked Ildi Pekar, the esthetician of Lindsay Ellingson, Miranda Kerr, and Irina Shayk (just to name a glamorous few) what her clients do on the regular for glowing skin.

The Bitter Regret Moms Feel During the Aftermath of Holiday Gift-Giving Insanity
The best part of giving your kids presents is that look on their faces. You know the one: eyes wide and sparkling and a grin big enough to fit a face on Mount Rushmore. They squeal, they scream, they squirm and dance and jump for joy - it's just a vision of pure bliss. They gush about how you're the "best parents ever." And while absorbing these priceless reactions, we devoted moms and dads get a rush of warmth and happiness that I guarantee would rival any drug.
Maybe, like an actual drug, that rush truly is addictive. Maybe parents are hooked on their kids' happiness - we're absolute fools for making them smile, and we'll do almost anything to see it. Because that's the only reason I can think of that would make us lose our ever-loving MINDS around birthdays and holidays the way we all do.
It happens every year when it's time to buy gifts for my children: I venture into the toy store, and suddenly it's like some kind of temporary insanity takes me over. I spot a certain item, and literally all I can envision is how much they're going to looooove it. My common sense is hijacked by the promise of their reaction, those shiny eyes and delighted claps.
Dealing with the aftermath of kid gifting insanity is a hard, cold dose of reality.
This renders me momentarily blind to the reality of how messy or loud or annoying (or all three) the gift is going to be. Only after the occasion is over, and the rush has subsided, does the fog lift and I enter the "what the hell was I thinking?" phase. Dealing with the aftermath of kid gifting insanity is a hard, cold dose of reality, the reality I so conveniently seem to overlook during the purchase.
One time, for example, I bought my insect-obsessed son a huge tube of very lifelike plastic bugs. A whole variety of types. Like, a hundred of them. As I'd suspected, he was thrilled. I, however, cursed my own stupidity every time I found one lurking in a random location - barely sticking out from underneath the couch or nestled into my shoe. I can't count the number of times I nearly sh*t myself discovering a centipede in the closet or a spider in the sink. Worst of all was the fear that one day I'd pick up an actual spider thinking it was fake. I secretly threw them away one by one, but since there were so many, it took months.
Then there was the "slime lab" that I just knew would dazzle the pants off my little budding scientist. But did I consider the fact that my kid couldn't even eat a tube of yogurt without slopping it all over the place, let alone handle using chemicals to concoct a glowing-green sludge? Or how the slime would stain every surface it touched? Or how it would crust into my carpet like radioactive boogers? No. No, I did not. Boogery carpet, 1; Mom, 0.
Without fail, birthdays and holidays come and go, and I'm left with puddles of half-solidified plastic on my kitchen counter (from the must-have 3D drawing pen) or the migraine-inducing screech of those coveted walkie-talkies. Never again, I grumpily lecture myself - and anyone else who's listening - as I google "how to remove fake lava from upholstery" or unearth the ten-thousandth scattered plastic bead from the bottom of my foot.
Is all the irritation and hassle worth it just to see my kids' faces light up like fireworks? Nope. Absolutely not, but you can bet I'll do it again at the same time next year.

9 Reasons You Should Eat More Avocado For Your Mind, Body, and Spirit
We all know that avocado is arguably one of the most delicious foods around, a versatile ingredient that enlivens dishes from guacamole to toast, and even drinks like smoothies. And we've heard that it's a healthy food too, full of good fats and lots of vitamins.
But we wanted to dig down a little deeper. What, exactly, is so healthy about avocados? And how can we use this knowledge to increase our avocado consumption even further?
Here are some of the fun facts we discovered about one of nature's finest superfoods.
- They're high in "good fat." Avocados are packed with monounsaturated fats, which fight heart disease and can reduce potentially harmful cholesterol.
- Antioxidants are abundant in avocado. Avocados are full of antioxidants, which are believed to protect cells from damage caused by free radicals.
- Avocados are chock-full of vitamins. Amounts of the vitamins in avocado can vary, but the fruit is full of important vitamins K, C, B5, B6, and E.
- They've got protein! Unlike many other fruits, an avocado actually contains protein. The amount of protein depends on the size of the fruit, but about 100 grams of avocado contains 2 grams of protein.
- You don't have to eat avocado to reap benefits. OK, eating avocados is really good for you, but it's also a great addition to your beauty routine.
- You can substitute avocado in place of more fattening oils or butter. The California Avocado Association details how avocado can be a healthier alternative to regular baking ingredients.
- It might be a nutrient booster. The growers' group also suggests that avocado consumption could help the body absorb other nutrients from food; one study seems to support this idea.
- They're good for pregnant women. Avocados contain folate, which is essential for growing babies.
- And don't forget about the potassium. Avocados, like bananas, contain potassium, which is an important mineral to consume for a number of bodily functions and processes.
Why I Shamelessly Shop in the Men’s Section
It started out as an average shopping day; I aimlessly strolled through the mall empty-handed with nothing but Auntie Anne's cinnamon-sugar pretzel bites in hand. Glancing at window displays and browsing through clothing racks, I waited for something to jump out and grab me. But everything was so darn average and uninspiring.
And that's when it caught my eye: the dopest, wackiest button-down shirt I'd ever seen. The only problem? It was in the men's section at PacSun; I'd have to cross the unspoken invisible line that divided the store by gender. One quick glance around the store confirmed there were no employees or shoppers nearby, so I took the plunge and beelined it to the shirt.
As I thumbed through the rack to find an appropriate size, a sales associate approached me with a semi-confused look on her face. "Cool shirt, right? Are you, like, shopping for your boyfriend or something?" she asked me. I felt my face turning red, so I fibbed and said, "Yes." Embarrassed that I was actually thinking of buying the shirt for myself, I put it back, telling the sales associate that it may not suit my nonexistent boyfriend's style. Aaaaand cue the awkward exit.
Fast-forward to the present, and you'll regularly find me fearlessly wandering into the men's section. My favorite stores for affordable menswear are PacSun, Forever 21, H&M, and thrift shops, though the options are really endless. To date, my collection of men's pieces includes everything from a striped button-down and skateboarding sneakers to a jean jacket and four (yes, four) spunky Hawaiian shirts.
You may be struggling to understand my love for menswear, so let me break it down for you with a few reasons all women should give it a go.
- The clothes are never too tight. I've always gravitated toward loose-fitting silhouettes for shirts and dresses. Usually a men's size small is the perfect option to comfortably hide a food baby while also not swallowing me whole.
- You'll never be matching another girl. Want to stand out from the crowd of trend-worshipping fashionistas? Sporting some cool menswear is a surefire way to make sure you're the only one at the party wearing your outfit. So long, "Who Wore It Better?" face-offs.
- Yes, the clothing is actually flattering. Menswear isn't just loose-fitting; it's also surprisingly flattering. Of course, this is totally dependent on the size and style you're going for. Sure, some clothes may look like an actual potato sack on you, but for more structured pieces like button-downs, the tailoring is pretty spot on.
- You'll have the chance to experiment with your personal style. At first, I wasn't really sure how to style my most recent menswear acquisition, a thrifted gray and black t-shirt. But adding it to my wardrobe allowed me to experiment and figure out cool ways to adapt it to my style (aka pairing it with a red skirt and my favorite high-top Vans).
- The men's section is a great place for no-frills essentials. Most dudes are pretty simple when it comes to fashion, so the men's department is chock-full of go-to basics like plain tees and tanks. You won't have to sift through ultratrendy pieces like off-the-shoulder tops or striped culottes like you do in the women's section.
- But it's also a great place for some really unique pieces. The women's department just doesn't sell cool patterned button-downs like the men's section does. Your friends will constantly be asking you, "OMG, where did you buy that?"
- You'll be able to wear the pieces for more than just one year. A lot of womenswear is designed with trends of the moment in mind, so most clothing is only "in style" for a short period of time. But menswear, for the most part, tends to be more about the classics - structured jackets perfect for layering, comfy sneakers for all-day wear, and plain shirts that are versatile enough for day or night.
Next time something catches your eye in the men's section, don't be afraid to tell the sales associate that it's for you and not your (imaginary) boyfriend/brother/father/friend. If you're not quite ready to take the plunge at the mall and prefer to do your browsing online, there are some cool menswear pieces ahead that will give you a hearty dose of swag.
24 Times Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Was the Best Dressed Woman at the Airport
Rolling up for a flight in sweatpants sounds great, until you are landing midday at your final destination and have to get dressed all over again. I've been there more times than I'd like to admit, and I'm always in awe of the women who seem to get it right, looking breezy, comfortable, and confident without even trying. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is at the top of that list, and it makes sense. As an actress and model with a career that comes with a jet-setting lifestyle - and looking good wherever she goes - she can't exactly roll out of the terminal in her pajamas.
While most of us don't have the same demands, we can certainly learn a few things from her flawless airport outfits. And after studying up a bit, we've found it comes down to one basic formula that she reinvents again and again. Relying on skinny denim and a slouchy t-shirt as the foundation, Rosie expertly mixes in cool outer layers, trendy footwear, and a luxe bag to tie it all together. Sounds simple enough, right? Inside, we're looking to 24 of her best travel outfits ever for the major takeaways. Just read on to see how she makes it work, then shop the key pieces to do the same.
Why Didn't Anyone Tell Me: Excruciating Third-Trimester Pelvic Pain
For the most part, I had an ideal pregnancy. It took me a while to even realize I was pregnant because I wasn't showing any of the classic symptoms you see in the movies - no racing to the nearest trash bin to throw up my breakfast, no weird cravings of ice cream and pickles. However, as the weeks zoomed by, I was feeling a little too lucky. Sure, I had a few bumps in the road, like swollen feet and a few periods of rapid weight gain, but entering my third trimester, I was still doing well and getting positive feedback at my weekly checkups.
Then, one morning, which happened to be the start of my 35th week of pregnancy, I woke up feeling as normal as one could feel under the circumstances. I awkwardly fumbled out of bed and stood up. But as I took a step, I fell back onto the mattress, doubling over in pain. It wasn't an alarming internal pain, thankfully. It didn't feel like anything truly bad had happened to me or my unborn baby. But it also wasn't something I'd been expecting. I was never warned about this pain . . . a dull yet stifling trigger that came on suddenly and didn't go away. Better put, it was the type of soreness that could only be acquired from some sick workout routine that involved me sitting, legs out, at the end of a bowling alley while someone kept rolling strikes.
I could barely walk. Each step caused the constant dull pain in my pelvis to shoot out in all directions. I tried to stretch. I tried sitting on an exercise ball. I tried heating pads. I tried cold compresses. I tried pushing up on my pelvis with my bare hands, as if to force my baby to quit trying to poke its head out. Nothing helped.
Then I turned to Google. I searched "severe pelvic pain at 35 weeks" and lo and behold, I was not alone. I found message boards of pregnant women, one after another, asking what the hell was going on with their body all of a sudden. Hundreds of them, united in unplanned pain, cried out for answers.
The good news: it's normal. But, annoyingly, as I came to find out from my doctor, that's really where the good news ends.
Although not all women go through it, and most women who do experience pain do so in very low levels, for some, it's excruciating . . . and debilitating (and, for me, worse than my eventual labor contractions).
Caused by a pesky hormone called relaxin, its purpose is to stretch your intrauterine ligaments, thus allowing the uterus and pelvis to expand in preparation for the baby's descent through the birth canal. In some cases, the relaxin does its job too well, and the ligaments around the pelvic bone get especially loose and even unstable.
As for how to lessen the pain, that's more bad news. For some, it will go away on its own, but don't count on it. When I asked my doctor what I could do to feel better, her response was: "Have the baby." Great.
And although some women begin to feel the awful effects of relaxin as soon as their 32nd week of pregnancy or as far along as 38 weeks, it does not mean labor is imminent. So, you might be saddled with teeth-clenching pain for the long haul.
My best advice is to, before you are in the thick of your third trimester, brace for impact. If you are among the unlucky few who get this pain, it will be severe, and you'll have to find other ways to pass the time besides taking leisurely walks in the park. And just know that my doctor was right: the pain typically does go away right after childbirth. There are just a few other things that take its place . . .

The Duchess of Cambridge usually looks elegant and composed when she's performing her royal duties, but, like every human, she does occasionally drop her picture-perfect grin to reveal deeper emotions. Indeed, Kate Middleton tends to show off her least "princess-y" expressions when she's doing one of her favorite things - watching sports. Since the duchess isn't too princess-y to play sports, it's only natural that some of her funniest moments would come while she is watching athletes do their thing! Keep reading to see Kate's funniest faces from over the years.
Give an alcoholic an hourly drink: Why a controversial Canadian program is catching attention in Australia
A controversial Canadian program that gives a regulated, hourly dose of wine to alcoholics to help manage their addiction and keep them safe has caught the attention of health care researchers in Australia.
What Does Kate Middleton Do With All Those Flowers?
One of the best things about Kate Middleton's royal walkabouts is getting to see her interacting with the people - both children and adults seem to soak up the duchess' sweet energy and don't hesitate to greet her arrival with cheers, homemade signs, stuffed animals, and flowers. If there's one thing you can expect from a Kate Middleton appearance (besides seeing her being supercute with kids) it's that you'll get to see her accept bouquet after bouquet from her well-wishers. Most recently, while wrapping up her royal tour in Canada, Kate even got her 1-year-old daughter Princess Charlotte in on the fun, letting the little one hold and sniff a bunch of roses from a young boy.
Kate has said that the rest of her family teases her for spending "far too long chatting," during her public appearances, but it's one of the things we've come to love most about the duchess. While she never turns down a pretty bunch of blooms, we do have to wonder: what does she do with all of them? Typically, she will hand them back to staff members walking through the crowd with her, and they often end up going to churches or charitable organizations - though we wouldn't be surprised if Kate keeps some florals for herself every once in a while.
5 Tips to Help You Lose Weight This Winter
It's cold, it's dark, we get it - when it comes to working out and staying healthy, it's hard to motivate in the Winter. Not to fret - there are actually things specific to the cold weather that you can use to your advantage in hitting your weight-loss goals. And besides keeping you healthy and on track, these five items will keep you warm and toasty when the weather is anything but.
- Spice things up: Warming spices like cinnamon, ginger, cayenne, and turmeric not only take drab dishes to the next level, but also help boost the body's metabolism, increasing its ability to burn more fat. Whip up a batch of this vegan chickpea curry, or blend up this ginger citrus smoothie. You can also sprinkle a little cinnamon into your coffee to give your morning a nice little kick-start.
- Always reach for oatmeal: On cold, dark mornings, people should be awarded medals just for making it out of bed. On days that seem impossible to face, take comfort in a warm bowl of oatmeal. Regardless of the season, oatmeal is a weight-loss wonder when it comes to breakfast. The popular porridge has been shown to decrease cholesterol and waist size, and because it's full of protein and fiber, it will keep you full and satisfied until lunch.
- Make soup often: While not every soup falls under the healthy umbrella - we're looking at you, delicious, creamy broccoli cheddar - when made right, soup is a well-balanced, filling meal that's easy to digest. So much so that celebrity trainer Joel Harper calls it the perfect weight-loss meal. Given how cold it is, make a point to warm yourself up with a healthy bowl of soup on the daily.
- Take your workout outdoors: OK, it may seem crazy to head outdoors in the freezing cold, but cold-weather workouts burn more calories. You may even work a little harder to build up internal heat! Being outside will also help you breathe better, and that extra kick of endorphins that comes from exercise can help kick the blues you're feeling from the cold and dreary weather.
- Put the kettle on: Green tea and hot water with lemon are two cold-weather warmers that do double duty in helping you meet your weight-loss goals. Besides keeping you hydrated - key when it comes to maintaining a healthy weight - both beverages have been shown to increase metabolism and stimulate digestion.

What Happened After I Gave Up Gluten For 10 Years? It's Not What You Think
At age 13, I made the connection that chicken nuggets were made from actual chickens and became a vegetarian on the spot. I was also insanely picky, so pasta, bagels, and pizza were my main staples. Sadly, vegetables, fruit, and whole grains hardly made it onto my plate, especially when I went off to college. Going vegan wasn't a big jump, since meat was already out of the picture, and I found giving up dairy eased my ongoing digestive issues. I still wasn't 100 percent though, until the day I gave up gluten.
No lie, the first day I passed on gluten, I felt instantly better. Without all those crackers, cereal, and bowls of pasta weighing down my digestive tract, my belly felt more at ease. Since I was new to the whole gluten-free scene, I ate foods I knew were gluten-free like fruits and veggies. So for the first few weeks, I had no bloating, no gas, no constipation. I felt like a new me, which almost made it easy to give up on all my favorite foods.
But after the first two weeks, I was so, so sad - I didn't realize I was obsessed with gluten until I had to give it up. I found myself daydreaming about stealing muffins from the bakery and swimming in bowls of Honey Nut Cheerios. I became completely focused and utterly upset over all the foods I couldn't have. I mourned for all the times I was hanging with friends and couldn't sling back a beer, grab a slice of pizza, or enjoy someone's adorable birthday cupcakes. It seems silly to get depressed over missing out on Gramma's baked ziti, but it was very real for me.
Before spiraling into a deep, dark, gluten-free hole, I took my first trip to the health food store and discovered all the gluten-free alternatives to my fave foods. I bought it all and ate it all. I even bought foods I never ate like gluten-free waffles and mini pecan pies, just because I could eat them. These foods uplifted my spirit tremendously, but big shocker here - my stomach once again waged war. And to make matters worse, after two months of eating this way, I found my need for elastic waistbands increasing. Isn't going gluten-free supposed to help with weight loss? Uh, not if you eat gluten-free junk food full of empty calories.
I realized I needed to cut back on all the gluten-free crap if I ever wanted to fit into my jeans again - a woman cannot live on French fries and gluten-free cookies alone! It forced me to really take a look at my diet, and I slowly started eating fewer gluten-free alternatives and more actual food. I began branching out, enjoying such a huge variety of healthy foods that I started feeling as good as I did those first couple of gluten-free weeks. And it wasn't because I wasn't eating gluten - it was because I was eating real food and less processed junk.
After 10 years of living without gluten and eating a superhealthy diet, I felt amazing. My new boyfriend at the time (my now-husband) suggested I try eating gluten, just to see if my body had changed. The thought had never crossed my mind, but love makes you do crazy things. On an apple-picking trip in the Fall of 2005, a freshly baked cider doughnut was calling my name. That's me in the photo above, taking my first magical bite, and I couldn't believe it, but I felt totally fine. No tummy issues whatsoever. Even after going back to whole-grain bread, crackers, and pasta - gluten didn't bother me anymore. It took me 10 years to realize this, but gluten wasn't my enemy. This might be TMI, but constipation caused by a crappy diet was. Giving up gluten forced me to get out of the habit of eating bread 24/7, to start branching out to eating more nutritious foods, and to get more fiber into my diet. Now I'm able to enjoy gluten without going overboard, and because my vegetarian and dairy-free diet is so much healthier than it was 10 years ago, I'm also able to maintain a healthy weight. Hooray for gluten! And hooray for whole foods!

6 Easy Tweaks For Healthier (but Still Tasty) Latin Meals
Let's be honest, most Latin fare isn't healthy - whether it's lots of starches, heavy sauces, dough, or salty cheese, the food tends to be on the heavier side. When there's no way you're giving up your favorite family dish in the name of health, there are a few simple changes that can cut a few unnecessary calories. Follow these tips from Amanda Foti, RD, a dietitian with weight-loss service Selvera, to keep a nutritious diet without sacrificing flavor.
- Choose whole grain starches, like brown rice instead of white rice and whole wheat tortillas instead of corn, to increase fiber. White rice and other white flour products break down into sugar once digested and are stored immediately as fat. Incorporating fiber slows down this process, reducing fat storage.
- Healthy fat sources are important for both weight loss and general health. There is much debate regarding oil use and which oil is safe and which you should stay away from. Contrary to popular belief, canola oil is just as healthy as olive oil. In fact, canola oil contains less saturated fat, which can be damaging to your heart. One thing is certain: oil is better than butter. Replace butter with either of these oils when cooking to reduce LDL or "bad" cholesterol levels.
- Remember even healthy fat sources are calorie-dense and can have a negative effect on weight-loss efforts. Using spray oil to panfry or bake dishes rather than liquid oil is a great way to control fat portions.
- Sauces and dressings are a great way to zest up a dish, but can quickly pack on the calories, fat, and sugar. Instead, use a variety of spices (mixes like Italian or adobo seasonings are great time-savers) to add flavor without the extra calories.
- Know your portion sizes. Balancing your plate with 50 percent vegetables, 25 percent protein, and 25 percent fibrous starches (like brown rice) is a great rule of thumb to follow to ensure a balanced meal.
- When eating family style, use smaller plates, and don't go back for seconds. Take your time, and enjoy every bite: when the plate is finished, so are you.

This Badass Mom Delivered Quadruplets Just Weeks After Being Told Her Cancer Had Returned
Kayla Gaytan was full of joy when she learned that her lymphoma had gone into remission while she was pregnant with not one but four little ones. "It was exciting. It was nerve-[racking]. But to see them when they all came out and to hear them crying, that was really exciting," Gaytan told WKRN-TV, a local news station in Nashville.

This Is How All Your Favorite Food Stars Do Game Day
Let's be honest: the only important part of game day is the food. If you're like me, the only touchdown you're interested in scoring is serving the perfect chicken wings, queso dip, and chili. To fuel your inspiration for the ultimate game-day feast, look no further than the following popular recipes from some of your favorite Food Network personalities and food experts. Alton has you covered on wings, Ree Drummond's got the ultimate queso, and Giada de Laurentiis gets extra points for her homemade mozzarella sticks. Go team!
Alton Brown: Baked Buffalo Wings
It's hard to choose a favorite game-day recipe from Alton Brown, but he's pretty well known for his buffalo chicken wings. All you need (besides the wings) is butter, garlic, salt, and hot sauce, and you're on your way to perfectly roasted - not fried - spicy chicken wings that are just as good as any restaurant's.
Marcela Valladolid: Game-Winning Guac
It's not game day without guacamole, and Marcela Valladolid's guacamole with fresh-baked tortilla chips is the way to go. Going the extra mile to make homemade baked tortilla chips totally pays off, and they're the ultimate vessel for scooping plenty of lime- and cilantro-filled guac.
Giada de Laurentiis: Homemade Mozzarella Sticks
You'll never go back to the frozen kind once you try Giada's homemade mozzarella sticks. This DIY version tastes infinitely better and is surprisingly easy to make with mozzarella cheese, Italian breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, and homemade marinara sauce.
Sunny Anderson: Southwestern Quesadillas
Cut up Sunny Anderson's Southwestern quesadillas into party-ready portions, and you'll be everyone's favorite person. Be sure to make extra of the cilantro-lime sour cream, because everyone will want to dip their cheesy, spicy quesadillas in it.
Ree Drummond: Chile Con Queso
Queso is arguably the most important part of game day, and Ree Drummond's chile con queso is your go-to recipe. Even The Pioneer Woman admits there's no shame in using a block of processed cheese for essentials like queso. In fact, it's the best.
Aaron McCargo Jr.: Buffalo Chicken Cheese Balls
This Food Network Star winner is known for focusing on bold flavors, and his buffalo chicken cheese balls are proof. Any buffalo-chicken fanatic would be crazy not to try these bite-size appetizers that are perfect for feeding a crowd. He recommends taking a shortcut by using store-bought rotisserie chicken and combining it with hot sauce, cheddar, and scallions before rolling the balls into a crunchy panko breadcrumb coating. The homemade blue cheese dip is what really takes this dish to a new level.
Trisha Yearwood: Cornbread-Chili Casserole
Southern comfort foods are always a good idea for game day, especially Trisha Yearwood's cornbread-chili casserole. Everything you love about chili is covered in a buttery, crumbly cornbread topping, and a generous sprinkling of cheddar cheese and dollop of sour cream takes it over the top.
Chrissy Teigen: John's Famous Chili
Not only is John Legend famous for his mac and cheese, but he also makes a pretty mean chili. John's chili, as Chrissy Teigen calls it in her cookbook, Cravings, packs a serious flavor punch with chili powder, red pepper, garlic, and the secret ingredient: Lawry's Seasoned Salt.
Paula Deen: Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ditch the store-bought jar for Paula Deen's hot spinach artichoke dip. Loaded with the good stuff (namely sour cream, mayo, parmesan, and pepper jack cheese), this ooey-gooey dip is the ultimate match for toasted bread, tortilla chips, and even crudités.
