Beauty and the Beast Soundtrack: Ariana Grande and John Legend Are Singing the Title Track

It's a tale as old as time: Disney puts out a new musical and the hot duo of the time gets the honor of singing the highlight song of the soundtrack. Back in 1991, Celine Dion and Peabo Bryson had the honor of singing the title track from the animated hit Beauty and the Beast, and now, 26 years later, Ariana Grande and John Legend are the voices tasked with the song for this year's live-action film starring Emma Watson. The song is the first to be announced for the soundtrack, due on March 10, just days ahead of the film's March 17 release. Even though the song will also be in the movie, don't worry - you'll still hear Emma Watson singing the famous song. Stay tuned for more fun news about the movie's soundtrack - and hopefully more of Watson's beautiful voice!

18 Times President Obama Was Unequivocally You

Over the past eight years, Barack Obama has risen to fame not only as the president of the United States, but also as one cool, relatable dude. His hilarious, candid facial expressions have become memes, and with VP Joe Biden by his side, he's been at the center of many moments that most of us would call "normal." Among these occurrences is when President Obama gets up close and personal with everyday Americans, shares sweet moments with kids, or looks totally, completely over it. Basically, he's more like you than you probably realize.

21 Veggie "Noodle" Dishes So Cheesy You Won't Even Miss the Carbs

It's easy to have a love-hate relationship with veggie noodles, aka zoodles, spaghetti squash, or other spiralized vegetables posing as "carbs." But one ingredient that's guaranteed to turn you into a convert and make you forget all about the carbs you're missing is cheese. And lots of it. Because when there's so much melty cheese covering up the rest of the dish, you'll forget you're eating vegetables and feel like you're indulging, even though you're still eating a lightened-up meal. To ease your transition into the world of vegetable "pasta," try the following 21 recipes that don't skimp on the cheese or the flavor.

Ben Affleck Tears Brother Casey a New One For Not Thanking Him in His Golden Globes Speech

Ben Affleck is currently making the press rounds for his new film, Live by Night, and during a stop at Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Monday night, the conversation quickly turned from the '20s-era crime drama to his younger brother Casey's recent win at the Golden Globes. After being announced the winner of the best actor in a drama category, Casey thanked his kids, Matt Damon, and even Denzel Washington - but as Ben said, "Someone was omitted," adding, "I was a little taken aback."

The two then continued to have some fun at Casey's expense - not only did Jimmy cut to Ben's 1998 Oscars speech, in which he very clearly called Casey "brilliant," but the host also showed footage of other famous brothers paying homage to each other in public. Ben also took the opportunity to share some embarrassing childhood stories about his little bro, including his being "scared of butterflies" and not brushing his teeth "from ages 10 to 14." Watch the hilarious exchange above now.

Here's a Strange Thing: Jonathan and Nancy Might Be Dating in Real Life

Image Source: Getty / Starzfly / Bauer Griffin

The first season of Netflix megahit Stranger Things ended with a good handful of cliffhangers, but one thing seemed pretty cut and dried. Even though Nancy (Natalia Dyer) seems to go back and forth in a love triangle between her boyfriend, Steve Harrington (Joe Keery), and the bashful Jonathan Byers (Charlie Heaton), the final episode confirms that she ends up with Steve. Here's the thing: we must be living in the Upside Down here, because it would seem that costars Natalia and Charlie might be romantically entangled in real life, according to a new report from Us Weekly.

The speculation stems from new photos of the alleged couple that have emerged; the two were spotted catching a flight out of LA together on Monday. Of course, with no confirmation and no concrete displays of affection, it's equally possible that they're just friends. And, for the record, they both attended the Golden Globe Awards the day before. Now that we know season two of the show is in production, they may just have been heading back to set together.

All the above considered, Charlie and Natalia have been spending their free time together for months. Natalia featured him in a Halloween snap this past October, and according to Us, they were also seen grabbing coffee in her hometown, Nashville. We'll leave the rest of the detective work up to you, but we'd be lying if we said this doesn't affect our secret hopes for more romance in Stranger Things season two.

Gigi Hadid's Outfit Looks Pretty Darn Simple - Until She Turns Around

It seems that just around this time each Summer, Gigi Hadid likes to remind us what team she's on - with her outfit. When she walked the red carpet at the Much Music Video Awards in 2015, Gigi flaunted an unforgettable #Hadid patent leather jacket. Gigi recently hosted the 2016 ceremony, and clearly she geared up by paying homage to last year's look. Of course, she's rocking the Hadid uniform once again, this time in the form of a chambray Mother x Jacquie Aiche shirt.

Gigi completed her ensemble with a pair of lace-up leather skinnies, mirrored Illesteva sunglasses, Adidas sneakers, a pendant necklace, and a Versace bag, mastering supermodel-chic style yet again. While you may not be able to find a button-down embroidered with an eye-catching design and Gigi's name on it, there are plenty of embellished tops that show personality. Read on to get another glimpse at Gigi's, then shop away.

Watching Someone Squish Objects on This Instagram Account Is Oddly Satisfying

The internet loves a lot of things, but nothing might compare to watching anything that's oddly satisfying. It's why we continue to see different Instagram accounts every day that let us indulge in this pleasure.

Our latest favorite is rainbow.squishes, an account where someone pokes and prods different items. It's not as interactive as some accounts that use sand or paint, but it still does the trick - especially if you're into ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response). We're not the only ones who think so, considering this account has more than 57,000 followers.

See some of our favorite "squishes" ahead, and don't be surprised if you watch every single one.

Don't You Kind of Wish Ben Affleck and Sienna Miller Were a Couple? Be Honest

Ben Affleck and Sienna Miller hit the red carpet together for the London premiere of their new film, Live by Night, on Wednesday. The duo, who play love interests in the '20s-era crime drama, were all smiles while posing for photos, and Ben even gave Sienna a sweet kiss on the head for the cameras. There have been no shortage of romance rumors between the stars since they began filming on the project back in 2015. While they are super cute together and clearly have chemistry (admit it), Sienna is currently dating her Foxcatcher director, Bennett Miller - which is really nice, because if they decide to tie the knot, she won't have to change her last name. Ben is still single after his split from Jennifer Garner in 2015.

Before Ben flew across the pond to promote Live by Night, he talked up the movie during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! His visit came just a day after the Golden Globes, where his younger brother, Casey, won the best actor in a drama award for his work in Manchester by the Sea; unfortunately, Casey failed to thank Ben during his acceptance speech, to which Ben admitted, "I was a little taken aback."

Paris Jackson Is "Incredibly Offended" by Joseph Fiennes Playing Her Dad, Michael

A teaser for British TV show Urban Myths was released earlier this week, and one person who isn't happy with the results is Michael Jackson's daughter, Paris. After it was revealed that Joseph Fiennes, a white man, would play Michael, the internet went into a frenzy as did Paris, who shared her disgust over the controversial casting on Twitter on Tuesday. In a series of tweets, the 18-year-old admitted to being "incredibly offended," by the casting, adding, "It honestly makes me want to vomit." See her messages below.

The series, which is set to air on Sky Arts in the UK, focuses on a rumored road trip that Michael went on with Elizabeth Taylor and Marlon Brando after 9/11.

Living a truly "healthy life" goes beyond exercise and making smart eating choices. We're starting to see more prominence given to the mental health side of the equation, but that's such a broad category as well.

Healthy living includes how you view yourself, how you view others, how you interact with the world, and what difference you make each day, large or small.

That's why I want to share these inspiring videos from 2016 with you. Yes, there are dozens of others that could be included on this list, but these seven offer a well-rounded look at what it means to live a healthy, inspired, meaningful life.

I get it. Stuff is going to come up. Thing will happen. People will say stuff. There will be times when that noise in my head will scream at me so loud. "I'm on the wrong path. It's too hard. I can't do it. I'm not good enough." But, those moments are not going to stop me.

2. Overcome Depression, Anxiety and Hard Times

Life is unpredictable. Sometimes, even when we're making all the "healthy" choices, life just feels hard. You don't need to pretend that things are okay … but, do you have hope?

3. See Beneath the Surface

OK, So, Is the Next Game of Thrones Book Coming Out Soon or Not?

It's been more than five years since the most recent Game of Thrones book, called A Dance With Dragons, was first published. Ever since, fans of the books and the accompanying TV series have been anxiously awaiting the sixth installment, titled The Winds of Winter. We've received plenty of teases in the time since; in 2014, Martin released a single chapter from the book, and almost exactly a year ago, the writer lamented that he still hadn't finished. When you consider how the sixth season of HBO's adaptation officially blew past the events of the book series, it might explain why fans might be upset. So, the question remains, where's the book?!

This week, Martin indirectly gave an update on his progress. On Monday, he posted on his personal blog, but his intention wasn't to give an update on the next book. Instead, he wrote about the current football, with a small nod to Sunday night's Golden Globe Awards. It wasn't until a fan commented on this post that he gave an update. Here's what the fan wrote (please note we included the text exactly as it was written, so forgive the errors).

"As i stated in my last attempt, i respect you immensely and do not want you to rush or release anything untill you are completely satisfied with it. That being said, it has been a whole year since we have received an updated. You have placated our hunger with another superb sample ch. (the Forsaken), and for that, we are grateful. But unless you want to be bombarded with im's like this, i would suggest another updated. Even if its as simple as, 'not done yet, but ive made progress( or not) ', or ' it'll be out this year (or not)'. Anything (or not). Either way, have a great new year, and thank you for, imo, the best fantasy series out there."

For some reason, one year after his last update, Martin chose this comment as a place to respond. "You really think statements like that would make a difference? Ah, you sweet Summer child. I have years of experience with this that tells me otherwise," he wrote. "But okay, I will try it your way. Not done yet, but I've made progress. But not as much as I hoped a year ago, when I thought to be done by now. I think it will be out this year. (But hey, I thought the same thing last year)." So, there you have it. Winds of Winter might be coming out sometime this year. Or maybe it won't. But hey, at least it's something, right?

Bella Hadid Unfollows Selena Gomez on Instagram After Pics of Her Kissing The Weeknd Surface

Well, that escalated quickly. On Wednesday, pictures of The Weeknd (real name Abel Tesfaye) and Selena Gomez kissing made the rounds, and one person who didn't seem too pleased with them was The Weeknd's ex-girlfriend, Bella Hadid. Not long after the photos surfaced did Bella hit the "unfollow" button on Selena's Instagram profile. However, Bella still follows The Weekend, and Selena also remains one of Bella's followers. While it's still unclear if Selena and The Weeknd are officially an item, the photographs pretty much speak for themselves.

Sip These Teas to Soothe Your Stomach, Lose Weight, and Get Clear Skin

Tea is a soothing Winter drink, and it can have pretty miraculous healing properties. Did you know the teabag you choose can give you a unique result? Whether your goal is calming down, perking up, or recovering, there's a tea for that.

We asked tea expert Kristina Richens - a director at The Republic of Tea, certified tea specialist from Front Range Herbal Institute, and speaker from the SF International Tea Festival - to share what she's learned from her travels to China, India, Japan, and South Africa. She spoke about which teas you should brew up for each time of the day, as well as which ones help with certain physical goals (even if your goal is just to fall asleep!).

  • Supercharge Your Morning: Black or Green Tea. The caffeine content with L-theanine (present in these teas) will give you a calm state of alertness.
  • Get Through an Afternoon Slump: Green Tea With Ginkgo Biloba. Kristina told us that green tea can enhance performance, while ginkgo biloba can keep your memory sharp.
  • Recover After a Workout: Black Tea. A cup of black tea has 88 milligrams of potassium, which contributes to muscular recovery.
  • Reduce Stress and Anxiety: Green Tea, Lavender, or Chamomile. Time to unwind. "Chamomile and lavender are known as nerve-soothers and calming herbs," she said. Lavender and lavender oil are great ingredients to look for when relieving anxiety, and green tea and matcha also promote relaxation.
  • Snooze Soundly: Chamomile or Valerian. Soothing and mellowing chamomile and valerian root will help you slip into a peaceful slumber. Valerian root, referred to as nature's Valium, is a common ingredient in sleep supplements thanks to its relaxing properties. "Valerian is also great for drinking before bed as it won't interfere with REM sleep," Kristina said.
  • Slim Down: Dandelion or Peppermint. Dandelion has been said to help eliminate excess water weight, as well as aid in digestion - a key component in weight loss. "Dandelion's use traces back to the 10th century when Arabian physicians revered the root for its cleansing properties and as a natural aid for digestion," she said. Peppermint tea can help curb your appetite and support digestion as well. In herbal blends, Kristina says to look for ingredients like "gymnema leaves, which are known as the 'destroyer of sugar' in Ayurvedic medicine," and "cordyceps, a Chinese medicinal herb, [which] may boost energy and endurance, and can help rev up your internal engine and increase metabolism."
  • Clear Skin: Rooibos or Green Tea. Antioxidant-packed rooibos and green tea can both help alleviate acne, pimples, sunburns, and uneven skin.
  • Soothe an Upset Stomach: Dandelion or Ginger. The dandelion root is a natural aid for digestion and has cleansing properties, while ginger root is known to settle a stomach in all its forms.

Netflix is smartly marketing it like a real diet, complete with a commercial that reads like a parody of well-known diet programs. It's funny, gross, and we are here for it. The show will be available on Feb 5; check out the trailer now!

Prince William Opens Up About Being "Very Angry" After Princess Diana's Death

It's been nearly 10 years since Princess Diana's tragic death, and Prince William is opening up about the struggles he went through during that time and how he overcame them. During his visit to London's Anna Freud Centre with Kate Middleton on Wednesday, the royal met with Lorna Ireland and her 12-year-old son, Shinobi Irons, who were filling a memory jar in honor of Shinobi's late grandmother and godmother. Lorna told a royal correspondent that William confided in him and shared a confession regarding his mother, saying, "He told my son that when his mum died, he was 15 at the time, and he was very angry and found it very difficult to talk about it." He then offered Shinobi some advice, adding, "So it was very important that Shinobi talked to somebody about how he was feeling, even now years on. It was very personal, and it was very special."

Princess Diana died in a car crash when William was only 15 in 1997. On Tuesday, he paid homage to his mom by visiting a Centrepoint hostel, a charity that Diana had been a champion of and William is now patron of.

The 1 Photo Going Viral to Help Women Detect Breast Cancer

Earlier this week, many Facebook users were posting red hearts in support of breast cancer awareness, but one woman is opening up about why a "cute heart" isn't going to help save lives. Erin Smith Chieze posted the photo above on Facebook, giving an explicit description of how breast cancer can look and feel, and it's going viral for all the right reasons. In response to all the red hearts Erin has seen on Facebook, she explained the importance of these lemons.

"In December of 2015 when I saw an indentation that looked like one of those pictures, I instantly knew I had breast cancer," she wrote. "I tried to feel for a tumor, but my tumor was non palpable. I was diagnosed with breast cancer 5 days later and with stage 4 the following month. A heart did nothing for awareness. I knew what breast cancer was. I knew all about self exams, but a picture of what to look for keyed me into knowing I had a terminal disease."

She continued, "We need to give REAL information, not cute hearts. Without having seen a picture randomly with real information, I wouldn't have known what to look for. Do us a favor, stop playing games with my life and start truly helping people. Metastatic breast cancer treatment research and real awareness."

After feeling frustrated by the red hearts on Facebook, Erin decided to take matters into her own hands and post her touching story in an effort to help save lives the way a similar photo helped her.

3 Things to Know Before You Go in For a Piercing

With sites like Instagram, Tumblr, and Pinterest making a case for masterful, delicate, and multiple piercings, the pros have seen an influx of young clientele into their parlors. When it comes to emulating a celebrity's look, the sexiest - and possibly most attainable part, outside of their lipstick - is their body piercings. But celebs don't leave these accessories to just anyone, and neither should you.

Stars like Beyoncé and Bella Thorne trust Brian Keith Thompson of Body Electric Tattoo in Los Angeles to outfit their piercings. Brian, a leader in the industry since 1992 whose studio recently won a Best of Los Angeles Award, works to create a look that is tailored to each of his clients. "I don't have a chart I go by; I do it uniquely with every client," says Thompson. "I don't want to stereotype things. It's more organic than that. It's the way you come in dressed; it's the way you're wearing jewelry, your style. Are you a lawyer or a pop star? You can be a blonde lawyer and a blonde pop star and I'm going to pick different things."

10 Ways to Lose Weight, No Gym or Diet Required

Losing weight takes a lot of sweat and discipline, but even when you're not powering through a treadmill interval workout or counting calories, there are a lot of simpler ways to see those pounds drop on the scale. Employing these 10 little tricks daily will help you lose weight, no gym or diet required.

  1. Always start a meal with a glass of water: You'll stay hydrated and feel fuller instantly, which can help keep you from overeating.
  2. Make a few simple swaps at every meal: Going for a vinaigrette dressing instead of a Green Goddess dressing at lunch can save you 80 calories, while opting for fresh fruit instead of dried can save you dozens as well. Get a list of simple swaps to save calories here.
  3. Have a piece of dark chocolate for dessert: Instead of opting for the cookies in the break room, quiet your sugar cravings with a piece of dark chocolate. It may not feel quite as satisfying the first few times, but as you wean yourself off your sugar addiction, you'll be glad you're saving calories while having a healthy yet decadent treat.
  4. Be diligent with portion control: If you want to lose weight, sticking to the right portions at every meal is important. Measure out snacks beforehand instead of eating from the bag, use smaller plates to visually signal that your meal will satisfy, and put away leftovers so you're not tempted to go back for seconds.
  5. Move more: Even if you're not dedicating an entire chunk of time to a workout, you can burn a few extra calories by making an effort to move a little more during the day. Taking breaks to walk around the office, opting for the stairs instead of the escalator, and parking a little farther from the office entrance are all simple ways to up your calorie burn.
  6. Don't drink your calories: It's a common reason you're not seeing results - those empty calories from a daily soda, morning juice, or large glass of wine at dinner can really add up. Stick to water flavored with fresh ingredients like cucumber, lemon, or mint in order to save on important calories.
  7. Don't go hungry too long: A little hunger can be good for you, but starving yourself all day in order to "splurge" on dessert at night is both unhealthy and diet sabotage. Eat well-timed meals and snacks in order to avoid low blood-sugar levels that cause you to crash.
  8. Snack on high-protein, high-fiber foods: When it's time to snack, make your food work for you. Steer clear of the empty, high-calorie options like chips and crackers, and go for protein- and fiber-rich foods that taste good and fill you up too. You'll be able to eat fewer calories while still feeling satisfied. One of these 150-calorie snacks will surely hit the spot.
  9. Eat a light, early dinner. Try to keep your dinner to about 25 percent of your daily calories, and have it at least two to three hours before going to bed. Eating too much too late can cause digestion and sleep issues that make it hard to stick to a healthy routine.
  10. Get more sleep. Lack of sleep can cause you to eat more throughout the day and not have enough energy for your workouts, so aim for seven to nine hours of sleep every night. It's an easy and effective way to keep your weight-loss goals on the right track.

25+ Latinos With Major TV Roles in 2017! Here's Where to Find Them

We hope 2017 turns out to be a key year for Latino representation on TV. We're by no means in an excellent place yet, but, you know what? We're getting closer.

Though we might have lost shows with a predominately Latino cast (RIP Telenovela and Devious Maids) in 2016, we're seeing more actresses and actors with backgrounds from Latin-American countries like Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Cuba on mainstream television. Freeform alone has Famous in Love starring Cuban-American Bella Thorne, the Young & Hungry spinoff with Dominican actress Aimee Carrero, and Shadowhunters with Mexican-Lebanese actress Emeraude Toubia. And it doesn't end there! Look ahead for a list of all the Latinos you can see on the small screen this year.

Star Wars: The Major Players Who Have Signed on For the Han Solo Stand-Alone Film

It's been close to a year since a Han Solo spinoff film was announced, and things are finally heating up. The latest addition to the Star Wars universe will be the second stand-alone film in the franchise, meaning it exists outside of the Luke Skywalker saga (Episode I through Episode IX). The first "rogue" film of this kind, of course, was Rogue One, which chronicled the rebel seizure of the Death Star plans and hit theaters this past December. As is pretty customary, we haven't gotten may details about the new Han Solo film; we don't even have a title yet! What we have received, though, is a handful of casting announcements that are giving us a better idea of what we're in for.

The Horrifying Way Improperly Removing Acrylics Can Harm Your Nails

If you have chronically short nails, it's tempting to get long and stylish acrylics. Beauty blogger Amelia Perrin has a serious acrylic-nail addiction and frequently posts photos of her lengthy artificial talons on Instagram. She gets many compliments on her claws, but wanted to warn people of the negative side effects.

On Twitter, Amelia revealed what happened when she ripped off her acrylics with a painful-looking photo. In another tweet, Amelia said that even the hot water in the shower was painful on her sensitive nails.

Professional manicurist and Gelish Educator Danielle Candido has some good news for beauty junkies that just can't kick the habit. "You can continuously wear acrylic without damaging your nails – the potential for it damaging your nails depends a lot on the quality of the product and the training of the nail tech," Candido explained via email. She also warned against using any product containing Methyl Methacrylate (MMA), an illegal monomer liquid which severely damages the nail (but sometimes shows up at discount salons because it is inexpensive).

Another way to protect your natural nail is to make sure your tech doesn't overfile your nail prior to application; you'll know it's being overfiled if you feel any soreness or pain. Most importantly, never rip off your acrylic nails. "It literally pulls pieces of the nail off with it if you remove [them] improperly," explained Candido.

To make sure your digits stay healthy while wearing acrylics, Candido suggests using cuticle oil daily, twice a day. If your nails are already damaged, use nail treatments to nourish your nails, like the Morgan Taylor Go Ahead and Grow Treatment Base Coat ($6), and give your natural nails a break from the damage.

Read on to see the damage that results from removing acrylic nails at home.

This New All-Avocado Restaurant Is What Dreams Are Made Of

Avocado took over all aspects of our lives in 2016 — our pizza, our beauty routines, and even our nail art — and our favorite fruit is not going anywhere in 2017. It was recently announced that a restaurant in Amsterdam dedicated solely to the delicious avocado will be opening sometime early this year, fulfilling all of our green dreams. The Avocado Show will have a menu filled with the freshest breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, all containing the fruit in some way.

While avocado cafes and bars are nothing new, The Avocado Show is branding itself as Europe's very first avocado spot, satisfying customers with avocado bun burgers, avocado chocolate smoothies, and just about everything in between. The restaurant was created by friends Julien Zaal, Ron Simpson, and Jaimie van Heije, and the concept is enough for us to book our trips!

"The possibilities are endless," the founders told Algemeen Dagblad, a Dutch newspaper. "Our only rule is that the dishes need to contain the green superfruit in one way or another."
