3 Things You Need to Grasp in Order to Lose Weight For Good

You've been trying to lose weight for months or maybe even years. You finally drop enough to fit into those jeans you wore in college, but sooner or later, you can't even slip them over your thighs again. Why does losing weight have to be so hard? Here are some difficult things you'll need to swallow in order to lose the weight and keep it off for good.

Diets Aren't the Answer

While many people lose weight ditching carbs or going on a liquid diet, these methods can't last forever. These diets are often not nutritionally sound or so restrictive you end up binging on all the foods you crave. Plus, when you hit your goal weight and go back to your old eating habits, the weight is bound to come back.

Slimming down and being able to maintain this smaller version of yourself is all about making a lifestyle change. That means figuring out a healthy diet that can be maintained for the rest of your life. What's been proven to work is a diet full of fruits and veggies, whole grains, and lean proteins. Of course you're allowed to cheat every once in a while - and it can actually help diminish cravings - but indulgences should be in moderation. It'll take some getting used to, but soon you'll adapt to your new healthy way of eating and wonder how you ever used to down cheeseburgers, soda, and cookies every day.

Counting Calories Is a Must

Losing weight is about basic math: calories in cannot exceed the amount of calories the body uses up. And to lose weight, you'll need to create a calorie deficit. Counting calories may seem strict, but if you don't keep track of how much you eat, you may never reach your goal weight. Start by talking with your doctor about how much weight you want to lose, and he or she can help you figure out an appropriate daily calorie amount.

Many find success writing down their daily diet in a food journal, or with a weight-loss app, which logs the calorie amounts for food eaten. If you like to cook, plug your recipe into this Calorie Count tool and you can keep track of how many calories your favorite mac n' cheese contains.

You'll need ways to keep track of portion sizes too, and here are some great products you can use at home and on the go. You'll also want to arm yourself with calorie-saving tricks for eating out, when you hit happy hour, and during the weekend, as well as learn some creative food-swapping tricks to save calories.

Walking Isn't Enough

A healthy diet is key to losing weight, but if you have more than a few pounds to lose, that alone isn't the most effective way to get you to your goal weight. You'll have to incorporate exercise as well, and I don't mean just a walk around the block. Most recommendations say that to lose weight, you must exercise for at least an hour a day, five times a week. We're talking the kind that gets your heart rate up such as running, biking, or a cardio class at the gym. An hour may seem like a lot, but once you carve out that time in your schedule, it'll be something you look forward to every day. If boredom is your complaint, here are some ways to switch up your cardio routine and keep you excited about working out.

Aside from burning calories, exercising will give you muscles, which boosts your metabolism and helps you burn more calories. It'll give your body some definition as well, making weight loss even more noticeable. Exercising can also be a way to feel good about indulging - if you go on a two-hour hike, you'll know you can enjoy dessert after dinner without a side of guilt. Exercising regularly is just as important as eating right, and once you adapt both to your life, losing weight and keeping it off will be a breeze.

This Fifty Shades of Grey Skit Is So Funny That Even Dakota Johnson Can't Keep It Together

Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan have begun making the rounds to promote the highly anticipated release of Fifty Shades Darker, and on Tuesday, Dakota stopped by The Tonight Show to play a round of Mad Lib Theater. In the skit, Jimmy and Dakota spoof the famous office scene in which Christian and Ana first meet. Not only does Dakota suggest words like "zamboni driver" and "sausage," but Dakota and Jimmy cannot stop laughing throughout the entire thing. Honestly, it's too good not to watch.

5 Horrible Things That Would Happen If Alex Left Grey's Anatomy

With the return of Grey's Anatomy, there's one big question that's keeping us up at night. Since Alex has officially taken his plea deal (which will send him to prison for two years), does that mean he's leaving the show? We don't know what to think at this point. Obviously, we can hope something unthinkable happens that gets him out of this mess. Or, who knows, maybe we'll follow him to prison and he won't be gone from the show forever. One thing's for sure, though: if Alex goes, a whole lot of change is coming to Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital. We're breaking down the biggest consequences of this potential loss.

  1. Meredith will no longer have a "person." Alex steps in as Meredith's replacement "person" once Cristina moves away. If Alex leaves too, she'll pretty much have no close friends by her side. Sure, she'll have her newer allies, like Maggie and Amelia, but Alex is her family. Things could get even harder.
  2. Jo will be totally heartbroken. Jo has already been a wreck in light of all the drama between Alex and DeLuca. If Alex goes away to prison, it could make things even worse. Will Jo spiral into despair? Could this affect her personal future at Grey-Sloan? We'll have to see, but we're worried.
  3. Arizona will lose a friend, and a successor. Arizona has spent quite some time grooming Alex to take over her role as pediatric surgeon. Granted, it will be quite some time before she retires, meaning she has plenty of time to train someone else. But it's clear she and Alex have bonded, even beyond a professional relationship. She's likely going to have a hard time starting from scratch all over again.
  4. Jo and DeLuca might actually get together. With Alex out of the picture, we can see Jo and DeLuca getting hot and heavy. After all, they seem pretty bonded by the whole horrible situation. DeLuca is obviously physically hurt after the beating, and Jo is emotionally hurt by what happens and the hurtful things Alex says after the fact. Once Alex is gone, what's to stop them from growing closer?
  5. Only three original characters will be left. Let's look at the main characters of the pilot, shall we? There's Meredith, who's still here. Cristina Yang has moved away. Izzie Stevens has up and left with barely a word. George O'Malley is dead. Burke is pretty much a goner as well. And Derek Shepherd is also dead. If Alex leaves, it basically leaves Miranda Bailey and Richard Webber in addition to Meredith. We don't want to lose another original! We just don't!

At this point, all we can do it hope for a miracle, but things are looking pretty bleak.

2017 Is Off to a Great Start For These Engaged Celebrity Couples

Regardless of who it is, it's refreshing to see stars take the next step in their relationships given all the celebrity breakups we had last year.

Jamie Dornan Still Manages to Look Hot, Even With a Shaved Head

Jamie Dornan debuted a new shaved head and full beard over the weekend, and on Tuesday, the Fifty Shades of Grey actor gave fans another peek at his new look while arriving at Jimmy Kimmel Live in LA. While we're still not sure if his new 'do is for an upcoming role, Jamie still managed to grab our attention and look hot while simply walking down the street. Still, this should come as no surprise since Jamie is known for making even the most mundane activity look incredibly sexy. Don't believe us? Keep reading and see for yourself.

Why Moonlight Is More Than Deserving of Its 8 Oscar Nominations

Growing up in the mean streets of Bed Stuy, Brooklyn, I experienced the worst aspects of homophobia. From the age of 12 years old, being tormenting daily because of my sexuality was all I knew. Whether it was someone pulling down my pants to embarrass me or cutting my hair with scissors and calling me a "f*ggot" as I walked the halls to ridicule me, the cruelty was something I dealt with frequently.

One instance that comes to mind is the day I was forewarned by bullies that I would be beaten up once the final school bell rang. Sure enough, my predators were out to get me when the opportunity arrived. I remember running and feeling the heavy weight of sadness, anger, and confusion. I couldn't understand what was it about being gay that made me such a target for such relentless hate. Nevertheless, I had no time to rationalize it. I kept running anyway.

This memory came rushing back to me when I watched Moonlight. The film follows an introverted black boy named Chiron (played by Alex R. Hibbert, Ashton Sanders, and Trevante Rhodes) through three pivotal stages in his life as he struggles to come to terms with his sexuality, especially while living in a drug-infested, poverty-stricken environment filled with people who constantly remind him that he is "other." In the opening scene, there's a shot of Chiron running as fast as he can away from a group of boys his age who are chasing him down, calling him a slew of hateful epithets. As I watched, the scene reopened old wounds. I instantly knew that boy - because that boy was once me.

Luckily, just like Chiron in the movie, someone spotted me. An older teenager from the neighborhood asked me why I was running. I looked back, out of breath, and told him that I was being chased. I remember him urging me to follow him as he dashed toward that same group of boys, yelling at them as they scurried off like cowards. It's those vivid childhood experiences that made Moonlight both relatable and honest for someone who experienced the same homophobia growing up - someone like me.

The movie recently won a Golden Globe for best drama picture, and is nominated for an astounding eight Oscars at this year's ceremony, but it's not the accolades that make it such an important film. Thanks to the sincere script by Tarell Alvin McCraney (who drew from his own childhood experiences) and the tender directing style of Barry Jenkins, Moonlight manages to accurately explore the way masculinity and self-expression are taught to young queer black boys. More importantly, Moonlight examines the shame and secrecy that often comes with growing up black and gay. The talented actors on screen convey more depth in their silence than in their words, embodying someone who is always expected to be tough in order to get by.

This dynamic is highlighted in the relationship between Chiron and his only childhood friend, Kevin. Chiron and Kevin never quite come to terms with who they really are, both separately and for each other. Even after sharing a beautifully intimate moment with one another as teenagers at the beach, the very next day Kevin is peer pressured at school to prove his manhood by physically assaulting Chiron in front of his classmates. It is a heartbreaking moment for both the audience and the protagonist, who is left bloody and bruised by the one person he trusted most. Although the duo later reconnect as adults, in the end it is never confirmed whether Kevin ever truly had romantic feelings for Chiron so much as Chiron had hoped.

Things are not all bad for Chiron, though. The few bright spots in his life are more than powerful enough to leave you with hope. Take, for instance Mahershala Ali's character Juan, a drug dealer who takes Chiron under his wing as a mentor of sorts, regardless of his own imperfections. There's also Janelle Monáe's character Teresa, Juan's girlfriend, who serves as an emblem of unconditional love and acceptance in place of Chiron's drug-addicted mother who verbally abuses him, played by Naomie Harris. This support system is vital both on screen and in real life for LGBTQ community members who are at a higher risk of committing suicide coming from families who reject them.

Much like the title of another important film released last year, queer black boys on screen are often hidden figures.

The striking impact of Moonlight in the black gay community also speaks to another harsh reality that, even in a somewhat progressive society where openly LGBT people are often celebrated, it's still uncommon to see accurate depictions of black gay males on screen, especially those that shatter the stereotypes of being "on the down-low" or overtly effeminate for the sake of entertainment. Much like the title of another important film released last year, queer black boys on screen are often hidden figures. With Moonlight, audiences get an inside look at homosexuality and masculinity in all of their complexity within the African-American community.

In the same way the moon illuminates the night sky, Moonlight shines an overdue spotlight on blackness and queerness in a way we haven't seen in cinema before. If there's anything to take away from the film as a black gay male, it is this simple fact: we don't have to hide anymore.

There's a clear difference in Queen Letizia of Spain's style from the moment it was first announced that the TV reporter (then known as Letizia Ortiz) was engaged to Prince Felipe, back in 2003, to today. During her first years as princess of Spain, Letizia kept a conservative look, wearing pantsuits, high necklines, and demure gowns, much like she did during her journalist days. But in the past couple of years, the queen has taken more risks, giving her style a modern turn in body-hugging dresses, printed skirts and pants, and Disney-worthy gowns. See the royal's transformation ahead, then check out her best moments with the king.

Wondering What Happens to King Ezekiel in The Walking Dead's Comics?

We've only just met the charismatic King Ezekiel on The Walking Dead, but he's already made a pretty huge impression. In the second episode of season seven, Carol and Morgan meet the leader at a new community called the Kingdom. This settlement is a little more rose-tinted than Rick's Alexandria or Negan's Sanctuary. In fact, Carol insists Ezekiel is selling his people a fairy tale. But as we know in the universe of The Walking Dead, nothing stays pristine for too long. If you can't wait to see what becomes of the show's newest addition, we're outlining everything that happens in The Walking Dead comic books.

Now, we know from this week's episode that King Ezekiel is well acquainted with the Saviors. In fact, he's already participating in Negan's infamous "arrangement," where his men come and take a share of nearby groups' supplies on a frequent basis. In the comic books, King Ezekiel becomes romantically entangled with Michonne. He also teams up with Rick and the members of the Hilltop community to take Negan and the Saviors down. Together, they launch a massive attack on the Saviors' main compound, but they're quickly overwhelmed by Negan's men. After the attack, Ezekiel attempts to overtake another Savior compound and tragically loses Shiva to a hoard of walkers.

As the casualties pile up in the brutal war with the Saviors, Ezekiel loses his footing as a leader. He spirals into a depression. He eventually recovers in time to help everyone fight off the Saviors when they attack Hilltop. This is the last big battle between all the groups once Negan is finally taken into custody. King Ezekiel returns home to the Kingdom, and Michonne goes along with him.

So, how does King Ezekiel meet his tragic end? At one point, Michonne leaves him, and upon hearing that her feelings for him are still there, Ezekiel goes after her. Ezekiel eventually encounters Alpha, the leader of a terrifying new group called the Whisperers. Alpha decapitates Ezekiel and puts his head on a wooden stake. He's later discovered by Rick and the rest of the group.

As a side note, the Whisperers might be coming to the show sooner than we think. They're actually pretty far off in terms of the comics, but as we've learned, the show sometimes does things differently. Diehard fans were quick to call out the connection when the show's official Instagram posted a snap of a severed head on a stake just before the season seven premiere. What's more, doesn't the snap look eerily like the frame of Ezekiel's head in the comics?!

If you thought that was the end of Ezekiel's nightmare, there's just a bit more. Perhaps the most tragic part is that Ezekiel's head reanimates while it's on the stake. So, when everyone encounters him, his head has become that of a walker's. Michonne, overwhelmed with emotion, can't bring herself to finish him off. So, Andrea (who's still alive in the comics) steps forward and does it instead. So, there you have it! King Ezekiel may be selling a fairy tale now, but there's a high chance his death will be just as bleak as the rest of the apocalypse.

Everything the Cast of Gilmore Girls Has Said About a Possible Season 2

As soon as we zipped through Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, we had one question. OK, we had several questions, but the biggest one is: will there be more episodes, or is this truly the end? After all, the "Fall" episode leaves us with a huge cliffhanger! Will creator Amy Sherman-Palladino leave us to speculate about all those open-ended storylines? The cast and creators are appearing very neutral in interviews, but we've combed through and found all the tidbits that could indicate a second season . . . or not. But maybe. Take a look!

What Happens in the Walking Dead Comic Books After Negan's Brutal Entrance

tar

Negan is an unfortunate plague upon season seven of The Walking Dead. First, we watched him kill two major characters in the season premiere: Glenn and Abe. Now, two more people have fallen victim to his sadistic killing streak. While we're still being gradually introduced to his world, we do know how the rest of Negan's storyline plays out in the comic book series. The Walking Dead TV series has veered from canon before, so we can't assume any of this will really go down on the show.

At this point, you have to know that in the comic books, it's Glenn who Negan mercilessly beats to death with Lucille. So after all that ugliness, Negan and a group of the Saviors head to the Alexandria safe zone to take a bunch of stuff from Rick's people. Carl ends up hiding in the truck with Negan's men on the way back (this happens slightly differently on the show), and when he's found out, Carl uses an assault rifle to kill a bunch of the Saviors. Rather than killing him, Negan takes an interest in Carl. He shows Carl around his compound, the Sanctuary, makes a stop to torment one of his many wives, and forces Carl to remove the bandage from his eye socket. Negan even lets Carl hold Lucille while he burns the face of a man his "wife" slept with.

Days later, Negan goes by Alexandria and is approached by Spencer Monroe when Rick is gone. Spencer tells him that Rick is a bad leader and that he (Spencer) should be in charge. Negan kills him on the spot for his cowardice - RIP Spencer. Negan and Rick butt heads one last time before he leaves Alexandria, and on his way back to his compound, Negan is attacked by Rick and his crew. Negan basically laughs in his face, and Rick realizes that he's surrounded by Negan's army. There's a scuffle, but Negan ends up back at the Sanctuary to prepare for "All Out War." (This is a big deal in the comics.)

Rick is actually the one who initiates a fight with Negan and his men. He tells Negan to clear the space of women and children, and when Negan refuses, Rick and his men open fire. Rick's army takes out a portion of the walls, allowing zombies to pour in and flood the courtyard. In the heat of battle, Negan catches one of his men about to rape a woman from Rick's side. Negan stabs him and apologizes to the woman. Despite having several wives, Negan does not approve of sexual violence. Part One of the war ends with Negan's men bombing Alexandria with grenades.

The next day, Negan comes up with a plan to cover Lucille and all of his men's weapons in zombie guts. That way, whoever they hit will be instantly infected. They attack Rick's colony, and Rick ends up getting shot with an arrow. Negan and his men temporarily retreat, and when they go to take over Rick's people, Negan is shocked to see that Rick is still alive. Rick manages to convince him that they shouldn't be fighting; they should be pooling their resources to fight the zombies - then he slashes Negan's throat. Don't freak out; Negan doesn't die.

Two years later, Carl goes to the basement in an unknown house and talks to a shadowy figure about a girl who showed him her boobs. (I'm not making this up.) The man asks Carl if he still wants to kill him, and Carl says, "Yes, Negan. You know I do." He's been living in the basement for two years! He and Rick have some loaded discussions about mercy and why Rick is really keeping Negan alive. Negan ends up escaping with a character named Brandon Rose. He's still alive in the comics, but he's missing in action.

And there you have it! That's Negan's storyline as far as we know. Let's see how closely the show sticks to the books.

The Truth About the Girl Scout Cookies You're Buying

If you've ever questioned the differences between Girl Scout cookies from one part of the country and another, you're not crazy. The differences between two types of Thin Mints, Peanut Butter Patties, and even Caramel deLites and Samoas are real, and there's a perfectly reasonable explanation. Girl Scout cookies are made by two different bakers, ABC Bakers and Little Brownie Bakers, and the bakers vary by regions in the country. If you buy a box of Thin Mints in North Carolina, you could eating totally different Thin Mints than the ones your friend is eating in Georgia.

The Los Angeles Times took a deeper look into the Girl Scout cookie phenomenon to determine the specific differences between each company's cookie, down to the amount of sugar in each. For example, Caramel deLites have "more cookie than caramel," "milkier chocolate," and slightly less sugar and fewer calories than Samoas. The Thin Mints made by ABC Bakers are "crunchier, with more mint than chocolate in each bite," and the tops look like they've been pricked with a fork, while the ones made by Little Brownie Bakers have a smoother chocolate coating.

Babble took the cookie investigation even further by doing a side-by-side comparison of Caramel deLites and Samoas, two coconut cookies that many people have sworn are the exact same thing. They found that Samoas are larger than Caramel deLites and have "toastier coconut," while Caramel deLites have a bit more caramel.

Do these little details make us any less excited for Girl Scout cookie season? Not a chance. Whether you're eating version A of a Thin Mint or version B, you're still eating one of the best cookies in the universe. We'll take any and all variations of every cookie while the season lasts and a box of each of the new s'mores Girl Scout cookies, too.

The 1 Character Related to Sirius Black That We Didn't See Coming at All

Harry Potter fans are known to constantly uncover new theories and details in the series. All it takes is one session of rereading a book and suddenly a new link between characters is clear. It's probably how one Reddit user discovered the possibility that Sirius Black's great-great-uncle might be Elphias Doge.

Posted by Reddit user Obversa, the theory involves a lot of history and knowledge of the Harry Potter universe. It boils down to three main points:

  • Professor Dumbledore and Phineas Nigellus Black's second son, Phineas Black Jr., were good friends during their time at Hogwarts.
  • The relationship between Phineas Nigellus Black Sr. and Dumbledore is both friendly and hostile, because Black Sr. didn't approve of his friendship with his son Black Jr.
  • Dumbledore's relationship with Sirius Black was similar to what he had with Black Jr. And Sirius's unfriendly relationship with the portrait of Black Sr. is because Black Sr. sees Sirius repeating the same "mistakes" as Black Jr.

How does Black Jr. somehow become Elphias Doge? Well, based on when Dumbledore went to Hogwarts and the timing of when Black Jr. was born, they would've gone to the school at the same time. It was their friendship and Dumbledore's influence over Doge on Muggle-born rights that drove Black Sr. to disown him as his son. And though Doge is a pureblood, there's no record of his family in Harry Potter Limited Edition - A Guide to the Graphic Arts Department: Posters, Prints, and Publications from the Harry Potter Films, meaning perhaps he is a pureblood - but of another family, the Black family.

Still curious to fully understand how Doge and Sirius Black are related? Read the full theory below.

[Harry Potter] Elphias Doge is none other than Phineas Black [Jr.], the disowned great-great-uncle of Sirius Black. Thus, he is / was the last remaining Black. from FanTheories

Miles Teller Claims He and Emma Watson Were NOT "Too Demanding" For La La Land

Update: On Jan. 28, Page Six published another story about both Emma Watson and Miles Teller's allegedly outlandish behind-the-scenes demands. Teller reportedly wanted an extra two million dollars, and Watson reportedly requested that all rehearsals be in London. Shortly thereafter, Teller tweeted about the reports, simply stating that Page Six and NY Post were "'reporting' alternative facts."

Original Post:
If you've seen La La Land, chances are good that you don't even want to imagine anyone but Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone in the lead roles - but they weren't originally supposed to play those parts. In August of 2015, Miles Teller told Esquire that director Damien Chazelle originally offered him the lead in La La Land while they were working on Whiplash. He almost passed on War Dogs because of his commitment, then he got some unexpected news. "I got a call from my agent, saying, 'Hey, I just got a call from Lionsgate. Damien told them that he no longer thinks you're creatively right for the project. He's moving on without you.'"

This went under the radar for a bit, until Uproxx asked Chazelle about it during the Toronto Film Festival last year. While Chazelle didn't want to comment on Teller's claim about how he was booted from the film, he did confirm that Teller was attached at one point. "The casting of this movie during the six years it took to get made went through lots of permutations," he said. "It's true there was a moment where Emma Watson and Miles Teller were doing it. And neither of those casting things wound up lasting or working out."

The Hollywood Reporter contends that Teller didn't end up doing the movie because of a salary dispute. Teller wanted more than the $4 million that was offered, and by the time he would have needed to start learning to play the piano for the role, they hadn't come to a compromise and he needed to shoot Allegiant.

As for Emma Watson, her decision had nothing to do with money; she chose to go forward with Disney's live-action Beauty and the Beast movie instead. We can't say we blame her - it looks ravishing. Still, it's interesting to think of what might have been!

Giada De Laurentiis Shares the 1 Recipe You Need to Make This Super Bowl

Giada De Laurentiis is gearing up for the Super Bowl by getting serious about the competition - the snack competition, that is. She shared the recipe for this festive football pizza on her site, Giadzy, along with an explanation of how she plans to spend game day with her crew.

Giada admits she's rooting for the Atlanta Falcons because "I always love an underdog," but "I'm just as excited for the excitement that's sure to be Lady Gaga's halftime show and those extravagant ads, things even my non-football-loving friends get excited for - and the excuse to eat some great snacks, of course!"

Along with the football-shaped pizza, Giada says, "We'll get together in my game room, where I'm planning on setting out an array of sandwiches, including my Italian-style muffuletta, a hearty sandwich packed with all my favorite Italian meats, provolone, and a savory olive and red pepper spread. But I'm going to switch it up a little, and instead of serving it on the traditional round sesame loaf, I'll make this sandwich as a sub, so it's easier to cut into bite-sized slices for everyone to enjoy."

No matter who you're rooting for - if anyone - a football-shaped pizza is guaranteed to be celebrated by all. And don't worry - if you're thinking there's not nearly enough cheese on this pizza, rest assured that it's underneath the pepperoni, too. Get the recipe for Giada's pizza below, and add it to your list of must-have Super Bowl appetizers.

These Photos of Jason Momoa Prove Just How Large and Sexy He Really Is

Jason Momoa stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live last week, where he drank a few beers and threw some axes at a wall, as you do. But before he made his way inside, the Aquaman actor took some time to mingle with a few fans. Jason, dressed in black pants and a yellow t-shirt, showed off his signature long hair and arm tattoo as he took selfies and signed autographs. But while we're always mesmerized every time he steps out in public, this outing hilariously reminded us that he is a very huge man. In addition to towering over a group of security men, Jason also had to bend down to talk to a lot of his fans. After looking at these pictures we guarantee one of two things will happen: you will either leave work early today for a "personal" afternoon, or you will daydream about his large arms wrapping tightly around you. Now excuse us while we go email our boss . . .

The 1 Twitter Account You Need to Follow For Hilarious Photoshopped GIFs of Donald Trump

Donald Trump's first few weeks in office are mostly a flurry of signatures enacting multiple executive orders. Though many have reacted by joining in on protests, some internet geniuses are choosing to cope with these polarizing rulings with a sense of humor. Right on the heels of the hilarious memes that surfaced after the POTUS's first order of business, we've just been presented with an even funnier parody of his actions.

The Twitter account TrumpDraws has only been active since Jan. 30, and it's already garnered more than 50,000 followers. The chuckle-worthy account tweets the same clip of the president showing his signed executive order binder to the cameras, except the GIFs are edited to include different poorly drawn photos on the paper. Feel like you've seen this meme before? Interestingly, this meme comes from a different executive order Trump has signed, not the first one.

You'd think by now he'd know the most valuable lesson among political leaders: never turn a piece of paper toward a camera. But Trump remains seemingly oblivious to the all-encompassing powers of Photoshop. Read on for some of the funniest Trump drawings that have been created so far.
