You Can Buy All of Kat Von D's New Everlasting Nudes at a Discount - but There's a Catch

Kat Von D practically caused a beauty riot when her team announced the Everlasting Flash Sale series earlier this year. In partnership with Sephora, the brand plans to offer early access to specific shades of the cult-favorite Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks. However, there's a catch: the sneak peek only occurs on the first Wednesday of every month and lasts for just 48 hours.

The beauty company kicked off the series with early access to the new Sanctuary shade a few weeks ago, which sold out in a mere three hours. But we're guessing that the newest deal is going to sell out even faster. Today, Feb. 1 at 12 p.m. EST, you can snag a full-sized set of all six of the brand's new liquid lipstick shades. Instead of paying $120, you'll be able to get the set for a cool $99! Read on to see shots and swatches of every color, then shop the flash sale. (But be sure to hurry! This sweet deal won't last.)

Mom's Hysterical Recount of Attempted Shower Sex Post Kids Is Too Real

Parenting is a wild ride, and if we can't laugh together, we'd all be crying. This TMI story about attempted shower sex post kids is a perfect example of one of those "laugh so you don't cry" situations, and we are certainly cracking up. Shared on the Breastfeeding Mama Talk Facebook page, the story begins by discussing the reality of having kids who always need something from you, giving you and your partner - who you may or may not feel like you're in "best friend mode" with most of the time - very limited time to yourselves.

"Omg! I am not sure when the last time we actually had sex when the kids were up?!" the story begins, and it only gets more relatable from there.

"We (I) fed the family, washed the kids, brushed their teeth, put jammies on them, and tucked the kiddos in bed early. I ran to the bedroom, turned off Blippi, and turned on romantic music. Found the lighter from my 2-year-old's birthday party and got the dust covered candles lit. I attempted to be sexy, ignoring my postpartum naked body society frowns upon. I know he loves every inch of me.

We get into the warm shower that is quickly loosing heat because my kids took most of the hot water. Kissing passionately in our shower we seem to hear phantom cries of our children about every 30 seconds. Trying to catch our footing, we hear a loud "SQUEEEEEEEEEEK!" I start cursing the toy dolphin under my breath. As we are desperate to keep the mood going, we realize the alphabet toys below us . . . we are surrounded. Finally, we both crack up and the sexual mood disappears. We get back to best friend mode, laughing so hard we are barley able to catch our breath."

The couple decided to snap a photo of the shower floor to remember this hilarious moment and to remind themselves that "parenting is a crazy ride." The post ends with a note to all parents: "I believe if you can't truly enjoy your kids and laugh you will never survive being a parent. So here's to the exhausted moms and dads out there trying to be parents, every minute of the day attempting to get some together time. Laugh at life or you won't make it! "

12 Tips From Ina Garten That Will Make You a Better Cook

Ina Garten: queen of the culinary world. She's written nine cookbooks, starred in Food Network's Barefoot Contessa for over a decade, and won fans over with countless foolproof recipes. The woman knows a lot, and lucky for you and me, she's never shied away from sharing her advice. Read on for her best cooking tips. Before long, you'll be the one saying, "How easy is that?"

  1. Follow recipes to a T. When Epicurious asked her if she follows recipes when cooking at home, she said, "Exactly. To the half teaspoon. I measure everything, because I always think that if I've spent so much time making sure this recipe was exactly the way I want it, why would I want to throw things into a pot? I'm really a scientist."
  2. Respect ingredients. Simple is better, especially when cooking with fresh produce. "Buy things in season, and then only do what you need to do to make [food] taste as good as it can taste," she told Epicurious.
  3. Add coffee to chocolate. If you've ever seen Ina's recipe for brownies, you know she's a fan of enhancing the flavor of chocolate. "If you add coffee to chocolate, it gives it a depth of flavor," she said.
  4. When in doubt, add a little acidity. "Sometimes you taste something delicious, but a little hit of lemon juice or lemon zest or vinegar will just sort of wake it up," she explained.
  5. When entertaining, set out simple snacks instead of making elaborate appetizers. In an interview with IndieBound, she said, "I serve very simple nibbles like roasted cashews and good olives - nothing wrapped in phyllo. I never serve a first course, just a delicious dinner and dessert."
  6. Relaxing meals are simple meals. When asked what kind of meal she enjoys when she wants to relax, she said, "My favorite meal is a simple roast chicken with vegetables in the roasting pan.
  7. Don't be afraid to keep seasoning and tasting until your recipe is just right. When talking about her recipes with Food and Wine, she explained, "I just want something really, really flavorful, and I just keep going and going and testing things over and over again until I hear that sort of ping in my head that says, 'That's the flavor I'm looking for.' . . . I keep going until it's exactly what I'm looking for."
  8. Add salt to your microwaveable oatmeal. Ina is not ashamed to admit she eats quick-cooking oatmeal, but her tip from Bon Appétit makes all the difference: "Most people don't do their oatmeal with salt, and I think that without it, it just tastes like wallpaper paste. With salt, I think it's delicious."
  9. Riff off of your staple recipes. "I would say pick five recipes that are really simple - like roast chicken, macaroni and cheese, grilled fish - then do variations on those five recipes," Ina told Bon Appétit. If you can make macaroni and cheese, you can make lobster macaroni and cheese. . . . I think people get too complicated and spend too much time trying to impress everybody."
  10. Season your food throughout - not just at the end of - the cooking process. "It enhances the flavor of whatever you're cooking and makes food taste seasoned - not salty," she told Redbook.
  11. Think about every detail of a dinner party before it starts. Along with other hosting advice Ina gave The Kitchn, she said, "Music is the first key. Make sure there's music, so it feels like a party when people walk in the door. Put the drinks out on a bar so people can serve themselves."
  12. Make meals ahead of time as often as possible. She didn't write Make It Ahead: A Barefoot Contessa Cookbook for nothing. Ina preaches the value of make-ahead recipes from a time- and stress-saving standpoint, but she also notes that some meals taste even better when they've had time to sit. "Salads like the quinoa tabbouleh with feta are better because the vinaigrette and freshly squeezed lemon juice really soak into the quinoa," she told Today Food.

Your Heart Is Not Ready For These Ridiculously Smiley Photos of Prince Harry

If we could send Prince Harry a message, it would be this: "We get it - your smile is enough to make any rational human being weak at the knees. You don't have to keep teasing us, OK?" Unfortunately, he has way more important things on his mind, like his recent trip to Nottingham, England, on Wednesday for an official visit to the Full Effect and Coach Core projects. Like many of the other organizations Harry works with, these two groups are supported by The Royal Foundation to give young people better opportunities in life through mentoring, intervention, and training.

The ridiculously handsome royal had his trademark grin on display while giving a speech to the crowd, watching a few dance and musical performances, and personally presenting graduates of the program with their certificates. He also made time to chat with onlookers outside and shared quite a few laughs with Trevor Rose, the manager of the Full Effect project. If you weren't sure what Meghan Markle sees in him before, these photos ought to do the trick.

Dove Uses Its Own "Alternative Facts" in This Hilarious New Ad That Mocks Trump

There's no denying that Donald Trump's first few weeks in office have been action-packed, to say the least. Though some powerhouse companies like Google and Starbucks have had their say on his polarizing actions, beauty-related brands have mostly chosen to stay far away from the sticky situation - until now.

Dove just released a sarcastically funny advertisement that takes a jab at Trump's administration, and we can't help but applaud the brand for doing so. The ads capitalize on the commotion surrounding Kellyanne Conway's "alternative facts." To refresh your memory, the presidential counselor coined this term while referring to White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer's press conference lies about the crowd size at the new POTUS's inauguration.

Dove's ads feature a list of blatant falsehoods about the personal care brand's new antiperspirant, followed by the hashtag #AlternativeFacts. Examples of these funny "facts" include "New Dove antiperspirant rhymes with orange" and "New Dove antiperspirant boosts your Wi-Fi signal."

These ads, which are featured in the tweet above, were printed in two UK-based newspapers, according to Campaign Live. We're hoping to see beauty brands both overseas and on American soil get in on the political action to raise awareness (plus, this one was pretty entertaining).

Why Ben & Jerry's Latest Release Is Perfect For Commitment-Phobes

Ben & Jerry's just unveiled its latest offering: pint slices . . . for people who don't want to commit to an entire pint consisting of just one flavor. In a video shared on Jan. 31, the beloved ice cream brand introduced its pint slices, which will be limited to the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Americone Dream, Chocolate Fudge Brownie, and Vanilla Peanut Butter Cup flavors.

In addition to being perfectly proportioned, the ice cream bars are also covered in a chocolate shell. Three of the flavors are simply coated in dark chocolate, however, the Americone Dream variation features waffle cone pieces in the shell. Now that's an ice cream dream come true.

The pint slices are currently available in Ben & Jerry's shops and will soon be sold in grocery stores nationwide. In anticipation of this exciting rollout, watch the adorable video above.

The Details About Princess Diana's Untimely Death Are Still Shocking, Almost 20 Years Later

Image Source: Getty / Anwar Hussein

Princess Diana passed away in a tragic car accident in August 1997, and it's hard to believe that she's been gone for almost 20 years. The fascinating royal, whose beautiful legacy is constantly carried out by her two children, Prince William and Prince Harry, was only 36 years old when she died. After vacationing with her partner, Dodi Fayed, on his father's yacht on the French and Italian Riviera, the couple stopped in Paris on their way back to London. They had only planned on staying for one night, but everything changed shortly after midnight on Aug. 31, 1997. Diana and Dodi left the Hôtel Ritz and were being driven to Dodi's father's nearby apartment by Henri Paul, the hotel's deputy head of security. In order to avoid the paparazzi, Diana, who was one of the most photographed people in the world at the time, had a decoy vehicle leave from the hotel's main entrance while the black 1994 Mercedes-Benz S280 she was in left from the back of the hotel. Diana and Dodi sat in the back, while Trevor Rees-Jones, Dodi's bodyguard, was in the front passenger seat.

Just three minutes after leaving the hotel, Henri entered the Alma underpass, the embankment road along the River Seine, to avoid approaching paparazzi. He then lost control of the car, which was reportedly traveling at 65 mph (the speed limit inside the tunnel is 30 mph), and smashed into the 13th pillar of the tunnel. None of the passengers were wearing seat belts. Dodi and Henri were killed instantly, Trevor suffered serious facial injuries from the air bags (he is the sole survivor of the crash), and Diana was extracted from the car and treated at the scene before being transported to a nearby hospital. After undergoing surgery, doctors discovered massive internal injuries, including a large tear in her superior pulmonary vein where it enters the heart. She was pronounced dead less than two hours later. It was later revealed that Henri, the driver of the car, had a blood-alcohol level three times the French legal limit at the time of the crash.

Since Diana's tragic death, the public's love for her hasn't wavered. In the years after 2.5 billion people tuned in to watch her funeral, Prince William and Prince Harry have continued their mother's charity work. In addition to opening up about how "angry" they were after her death, the two royals have made sure that her policy of caring for those who need it most is still met. Prince Harry has also said that he hopes his mother is proud of the work they're doing, and we're sure she is.

Mom's Claim of Being Forced to Prove Lactation to Airport Security Will Infuriate You

Gayathiri Bose was flying without her 7-month-old baby when she was humiliated by airport security over her breast pump.

The incident occurred at Frankfurt Airport in Germany before her flight to Paris. According to the mom of two, she packed her pump in a carry-on bag, but it was taken into questioning after going through the X-ray machine. The mom from Singapore told BBC that security members didn't believe her when she explained that the device was a breast pump. "[They had] an incredulous tone. 'You are breastfeeding? Then where is your baby? Your baby is in Singapore?'" she said.

After she insisted that she is in fact a nursing mom, Bose said that the officers kept her passport and a female police officer led her to a room for further questioning. "She asked me to open up my blouse and show her my breast. She then asked how come I didn't have anything attached to my breast, if I was lactating and expressing breast milk," Bose said. "And I said, 'There is no such thing that is [permanently] attached, we usually place the pump to our nipple and the machine does the job.'"

The officer still wasn't convinced that Bose was a nursing mom and asked her to prove it "by hand-expressing a little." Despite being humiliated, Bose did as she was instructed. "I was just in shock, I was going through the motions. I was all by myself as well, and wasn't sure what would happen to me if they decided to make trouble for me," she said.

Officials then tested and cleared the pump before allowing Bose to catch her flight. She said the "very traumatizing" ordeal lasted for roughly 45 minutes and that she's considering taking legal action. "The officer just said, 'Okay it is over now, please go'. She was totally nonchalant, she didn't seem very remorseful or empathetic," Bose said. "While I do respect the need to do security checks on items that may seem suspicious, to outrage a person's modesty is definitely crossing the line."

A spokesman for Frankfurt Airport's police confirmed that Bose was stopped and her breast pump was screened as a possible explosive device but deny the rest of her claims. "The federal police has been aware of the allegation since Friday. The investigation revealed that a necessary follow-up was carried out by the policewoman, who is a mother of two children herself," the statement said. "We deny the allegation that the passenger was asked to prove her ability to breastfeed."

Mary Tyler Moore's Husband Speaks Out About Her Death: "Her Light Will Never Go Out"

Plenty of people are still reeling from the sudden passing of Mary Tyler Moore, who died at age 80 on Jan. 25 due to complications with her diabetes. Like her costar Betty White, Mary's husband, Dr. S. Robert Levine, released a heartbreaking statement about the incredible impact she had on his life.

"I can't believe she is gone. Mary was my life, my light, my love," he said in an exclusive statement to People magazine. "The emptiness I feel without her with me is without bottom. She was a force of nature who fiercely defended her autonomy even as her health was failing. Mary was fearless, determined, and willfull. If she felt strongly about something, or that there was truth to be told, she would do it, no matter the consequences. She was kind, genuine, approachable, honest, and humble. And she had that smile. Oh, to see her smile that smile, just once more . . . My sadness is only tempered by the remarkable outpouring of good wishes, tributes, and personal 'Mary stories' told, with heart, by those touched by her grace. As long as we all remember her, talk about her, share our stories about her, and what she meant to us, her light will never go out."

Mary met her future husband after having been married twice before (first to Richard Meeker and then to TV executive Grant Tinker) in 1982, which was only two years after the death of her 24-year-old son, Ritchie. When her mother, Marge, got sick with a severe case of bronchitis, the Dick Van Dyke Show star ended up meeting Dr. Levine, who was on call that day. They got married on Thanksgiving Eve in 1983 at the Pierre Hotel in NYC and remained together up until her death. In 2013, she told Entertainment Tonight that Robert "has always been very good at getting me out of myself when I get down and depressed and all of that - never seriously. So, I am basically a very happy person." It's safe to say her legacy will live on in her husband and her many famous friends and fans.

The Bachelor: Corinne Finally Sets the Record Straight About Her Infamous Nanny

The Bachelor's "Women Tell All" episode hasn't even aired yet, but that didn't stop Corinne Olympios from dishing about Nick Viall during her appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday. Not only did the 24-year-old contestant argue that she is way more than just a villain, but she also set the record straight about her infamous nanny, Raquel, adding that she looks at her as more of a mother figure than her babysitter. "She is kind of like my everything," she said. Corinne then played a fun game of Who'd You Rather?, in which she was forced to choose between Nick and rapper Drake. Catch both of her videos here.

You'll Never Believe Who Scared Jamie Dornan Out of LA Back in the Day

You might know Jamie Dornan now as the sexy leading man of Fifty Shades Darker, but once upon a time he was just an up-and-coming actor struggling to make it in LA. He sat down for a chat with Jimmy Kimmel on Tuesday night to discuss his prefame life, specifically when he attempted to join a gym in the city about 12 years ago. "I signed up and I went in to train, and the first person I saw when I went up was your man Fabio," he laughed. "He was there with all of his hair and all that, wearing a very loose-fitting tank top. He was doing pull-ups and had a crowd around him." The experience was intimidating enough that Jamie thought, "Maybe LA's not for me." Fortunately he overcame his gym anxiety, and now he's a superstar actor getting seduced by office supplies. Life is funny that way.

North West's the First to Wear These Pieces From Kim Kardashian x Kanye West's New Kids Line

Very casually, Kim Kardashian just announced she and Kanye West are creating a kids line. The star posted on her Snapchat that the two are working on pieces for the collection and who's the lucky model to wear the clothes first? North West of course. The little girl was featured rocking a tiny, sequined yellow dress with a shearling coat - two items we can already expect from the line. As North ran around the room in her outfit, we noticed the dress was also similar to her silver Vetements look from last Fashion Week.

Maybe North loved the look so much, she wanted her mama to recreate a similar garment. This wouldn't be a wild guess given Kim revealed that it was North who picked out the color and material for the dress and coat. The little girl even styled the outfit with the same pair of Vans sneakers. Read on for a quick peek at the new line.

Mom's Photography Project Is Normalizing Breastfeeding in the Most Stunning Way

In 2015, photographer Natalie McCain made the rounds on the internet with her Honest Body Project, which showcased what moms' postpartum bodies look like. Although that photo series shed light on important aspects of positive body image, her latest project, Breastfeeding Our Toddlers: A Full Term Nursing Series, is covering an even hotter topic in the mom world: normalizing breastfeeding.

The series, which features moms and their children over 2 who still breastfeed, isn't McCain's first featuring nursing moms. "One of my first series was on this subject, and it still is the most popular series I have, getting many, many views each day!" she told POPSUGAR. "I decided to create a new series on extended nursing so that I could help normalize it even more. The more images that are put out there, the more stories, the more it will become the norm. Normalizing breastfeeding is extremely important, especially for future generations."

McCain nursed both of her children through their toddler years, and as the title of her first breastfeeding series stressed, she wanted people to understand that she wasn't "still" nursing just because her child was over a year old, she was "just nursing."

"Children should grow up knowing that breastfeeding is normal to do in public and to support," she said. As it turns out, there were tons of moms out there who agree with this sentiment completely. "When I put a call out for the breastfeeding series, I had many women contact me wanting to be a part of it. Normalizing breastfeeding is a huge passion of many women in my community. I am lucky to have such amazing women who want to participate!"

Scroll through to see some of the beautiful photos in the series and to read each mama's thoughts about their breastfeeding journey (and preorder McCain's book, The Honest Body Project: Raw, Untouched Portraits of What It Means to Be a Woman ($25), which comes out in August).

These Pictures of Kate and Leo Holding Hands Will Melt Your Iceberg of a Heart

Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio may not have ever been a couple in real life, but they will forever be one of our favorite duos. Their special bond started when they starred in Titanic together in 1997, and their friendship has only grown from there. In addition to sharing the screen again in 2008's Revolutionary Road, Kate and Leo also hit red carpets together, share backstage embraces, and gush about their love for each other in interviews. Oh, and Leo also gave Kate away at her 2012 wedding to Ned Rocknroll. One thing the duo does on a regular basis that perfectly reflects this closeness is hold hands. Keep reading to see what we mean (while listening to "My Heart Will Go On," obviously).

The 28 Days of Romance and Sex Challenge For Moms and Dads

Romance and sex may be just "metaphorical concepts" when you've got little children running amok in your house, but the intimacy shouldn't be nonexistent. In fact, if you let your sex life die with your partner, your marriage will suffer down the line. And really, can you make a whole relationship sweet (romance) and spicy (sexy time!) in just one day, aka Valentine's Day? That's a huge task for one little "24-hour" period of time, you know. Between wiping mouths and butts and screaming phrases that make you sound exactly like your mother, step away from mommy duty for a minute, grab your big-girl sexy panties, and take on the 28 Day Romance and Sex Challenge! You can do it - you're Wonder Woman, remember? This "challenge" is full of simple yet fun and easy things you can do in the month of February to spice up life with your old ball and chain! It will be a month to remember, and who knows? Maybe the ball will keep rolling throughout 2015. Your marriage will thank you for it. Get ready to play, ladies - and gentlemen!

Day 1: The Sexy Note
You text and FB message, don't you? Well, take a few minutes out of your day to start February off right with a sexy message to your main squeeze. Something like "I can't wait to see you naked tonight." If you just giggled out loud saying that, go tamer with "I want to show you my panties later." And if you're really racy, get descriptive! You can't go wrong.

Day 2: Shower Time
You don't always have time to have sex, but you should have time for a shower. OK - let's be real . . . Getting a shower in during those infancy days or if you have more than one kid is a challenge. But set aside even just five minutes early in the morning or late at night, and ask your partner to join you! It doesn't have to lead to sex - it could just be five or 10 minutes of sensual time together. If your kids catch you, just explain you're cleaning Daddy's boo-boo.

Oh, that didn't sound good, now did it?

Day 3: Go Commando
I'm not suggesting you pull this off at a playdate, but find an opportune - or inopportune time, if you're a kinky mommy - and leave the panties in the laundry hamper. Whether you've got time to show your partner in love or not, casually mention you forgot your thong today. Let him witness and confirm . . . And you take it from there!

Day 4: The Snapshot
There's nothing more memorable than a picture. Tuck a shot of the two of you, prekids, into your significant other's bag, wallet, or wherever! Are you strictly a digital momma? Send a tender image via text - make sure though it's from the early days of your courting.

Day 5: Massage
Offer a massage. Maybe it's while you're catching up on your DVR, or perhaps it's just a five-minute shoulder rub while he's shoving down breakfast. Touch is usually reciprocated with . . . touch. And the more touching well?

If you're happy and you know it . . . use your hands!

Day 6: Sweets For Your Sweet
Sneak your love's favorite sweet somewhere, and add a little love note. Not exactly a wordsmith? Find a Shakespeare love quote via your BFF Google, and add it with those Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. Tasty - and tender at the same time!

Day 7: Return to the Beginning
Make it a point to spend even just a few minutes back where you met - or where you had your first date. Just talking about that first time will let the memories flood back.

Day 8: May I Have This Dance?
Unless he's comfy on his feet, chances are he may dodge this offer. Give him a glass of wine or a beer first, and then take a spin on the living room "dance floor" to some music. You may feel like a klutz or a bit foolish, but add another tune on Pandora and keep the flow going. Pick the right tunes also: Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get It On," anyone?

The rhythm is gonna get you? If you want to up the ante, take him out for a trial dance lesson. What's sexier than salsa? This is why I was formerly married to a Cuban guy. Nice tush - good feet.

Day 9: Role-Play
It's time to get down and dirty (naughty schoolteacher) or slow and easy (nurse wife at your services). Whatever your best mate's fantasy, enact it. If you're ambitious and open-minded, send him a text telling him that the teacher needs to see him after the kids are in bed for a serious lecture - he won't know what hit him! Then, get in costume. If your acting chops make people want to chuck a tomato at you, just stick to a little bit of dirty talk during sex.

Worst-case scenario? If your kid catches you, tell her you're just playing dress-up like she does. Just try to cover up your boobs if need be.

Day 10: Take a Stroll
I understand that for some of us on the East Coast and Midwest, it's a tad bit nipply out - no pun intended! But grab a time that's not below zero, and head out for a walk with your love. Number one - it's a free date! Number two - it's good exercise and fresh air. Just be sure to get a babysitter or even just a neighbor to watch the kids for 30 minutes even.

One rule? No talking about the kids.

Day 11: On Camera
This isn't something for everyone, but if you feel daring . . . tape yourselves during the act of lovemaking . . . or even just kissing.

Then, watch it alone a few days later, but no matter how fat you think your thighs are (they're not!), enjoy it. It might even turn you on.

Day 11: The Quickie
Pick 20 minutes out of your day - whether it's during a nap, midnight, or 5 in the morning, and have a quickie with your partner . . . anywhere. Kitchen, basement, bathroom - just do it!

Day 12: The List
It's very common for couples to talk when there is a problem or issue at hand, but how often do you just stop to tell your partner, "Hey, you're awesome?" You probably say I love you a billion times, but after a while, how much weight does that carry?

Write an old-fashioned note listing 15 things you love about your partner.

Day 13: The Public Act
Pick a public place to get naughty. If you can get a babysitter, make out at a bar. If you can't get a babysitter, fool around in the car late at night. Will you feel stupid at first? Sure, but once all the "body parts" activate, you won't feel so stupid. Changing "location" is good for your sex life, and a public act just ups the excitement.

Day 14: Be the Model
Let your partner pick your outfit out for the day. If your partner in crime loves you in red, deal with it and flaunt it! How lovely is it to feel sexy for your partner?

Day 15: Let the Games Begin
Free date-night alert: naked Twister! Before you roll your eyes, this will be not only fun but also funny. Perhaps the winner gets to pick out his or her favorite "sexual" favor as a prize. Be sure to do while the kids are sleeping; otherwise, they might want to join in, especially if they're between the ages of 1 and 3 when kids love to be naked!

Day 16: No Sex, Just Kissing
Remember when you had to tell your boyfriend, "No second base?" Well, this is a similar game. Stick to just the three bases - do I need to explain those? - but no intercourse. Then the next day, try this again. The third night? Go buckwild. It's the thrill of the chase and buildup, isn't it?

Day 17: Wedding Song
Send an audio or video clip of your wedding song, or if you're a hopeless romantic, write out the words to your sweetie and hit send. This is one text that's safe enough to be read at work.

Day 18: Food = Love
Make your loved one's favorite meal for dinner - and let him eat it by himself, in peace and quiet. (Just like you wish you could do as a mother sometimes, right?) Let him savor the food!

Day 19: Sexual, Chocolate
Bring woman's best friend chocolate to the dinner table . . . after the kids are asleep. Whip out an assortment - white, dark, milk, truffles, bars, etc. . . . And as your partner feeds you a bite at a time, you remove one article of clothes. No chocolate? No nakey. Hint: start with white and build to the darkest cocoa.

Day 20: Officer, We Have an Arrest
Too tired for sex but feeling a little pissed off? Channel your anger and handcuff your hot stuff and tease away! Then afterward, go to bed.

OK . . . I would prefer you weren't so cruel. The goal of this challenge: tease and then please. If not that night, the next day.

Day 21: The Wedding
Revisit the walk down the aisle. Watch the video. Look at the photos. Remember the love.

Day 22: Sexy Sunday
Remember when you could lie around in a t-shirt and panties while having sex or eating comfort food all day with your partner on a Sunday prekids? Do it! Drop the kids off at the grandparents, and spend the day in your skivvies.

Note: He can't watch sports. No social media or checking email. Just movies, sex, and food. Repeat.

Day 23: The Talk
For 20 minutes today, sit down and talk to your partner while holding hands. The chat topics: no work or kids. Stick to these three: sex, life dreams, or why you have chosen to be with each other. If you must bribe a quiet guy to speak, use your wiles if need be!

Day 24: Lunch Is on Me
Make your partner a lunch to take to work, but be sure it's a childhood lunch favorite - think homemade pizza, PB&J, or macaroni and cheese. Tuck in a note that tells your partner how much you love him.

Day 25: Just For You
If you don't know, ask your partner what his favorite "porn" themes are. Yes, he probably watches porn. Then, find a good one, and send him a link. Tell him to let you know later if he enjoyed it.

Too prude for that? Send him some photos of some sexy women to his phone. He'll like it.

Day 26: Flirt and Tell
Whether you're a SAHM or working momma, flirt with someone - appropriately. Obviously don't jump into the sack with someone. Flirt and then tell your partner. Tell them how good it made you feel - it usually does.

If he's insanely jealous - you may want to reconsider that and, instead, tell him to flirt and report back. Remember, you've chosen each other. Be confident! A little flirting won't hurt.

Day 27: Instruct and Deliver
It's Friday night! When the lights are out - or on, if you prefer - give your partner a tutorial in oral activities. A man likes to be instructed now and then - just don't be too mean, OK? Also, be sure to take a little instruction yourself. You can't just receive - you must give.

Day 28: Stranger Saturday
Can you snag a sitter? Both of you go out - without each other. Dress up. Make him clean up well. Go have fun. Don't say where you're going. A little mystery is exciting. Remember when you wondered where he was when you first dated? What he was doing? When you get back later, don't talk - just go to the bedroom. The kids should be asleep already, god willing. If not, kiss them good night. Then just proceed to have sex for at least an hour. Don't worry about being tired. You're a mom. You're tired for life, lady!

Mission Complete
Now that the challenge is done, how do you two feel? Talk about it! Happy Valentine's Day, and may love be with you all year long!

Once You Start Baking With Avocado, You May Never Go Back to Butter

Full of omega-3s and vitamin E, avocados taste perfect when thinly sliced on a salad, thrown in a fruity smoothie, or paired with salty sunflower seeds. Yet another way you can incorporate the ever-versatile avocado into your culinary life: as a substitute for butter.

When baking, substitute half the amount of butter in your recipe for mashed avocado. If you substitute the whole amount, you'll end up with flatter results. To help you figure out how much you'll need, it helps to know that one avocado yields about three-quarters of a cup. Substituting butter with avocado not only lowers the calorie content - half a cup of butter is 813 calories, and the same amount of mashed avocado is 184 - but it also yields a softer, moister baked good. While this fruit is high in fat, avocados contain heart-healthy monounsaturated fat, which can actually lower LDL (bad) cholesterol and maintain HDL (good) cholesterol and help decrease belly fat.

Per quarter-cup serving, avocados have over 300 fewer calories than butter but also offer less saturated fat and cholesterol. This green fruit also offers more protein and added fiber, and it's rich in B vitamins, as well as folate, potassium, vitamin E, and vitamin K. You can't say that about butter.

Here are some recipes you can try with this butter substitute:

I Tried Ordering Starbucks's Secret Valentine's Day Menu, and This Is What Happened

When I learned about Starbucks's Valentine's Day secret menu, I knew I had to try it for myself. There are three colorful drinks on this secret menu, and they're really just V-Day-themed spins on traditional Frappuccinos using ingredients Starbucks already has (well, sometimes).

I went to two nearby Starbucks in San Francisco eager to order the three special drinks (the Strawberries and Crème Frappuccino with raspberry and blackberry syrup, the Java Chip Frappuccino with raspberry-infused whipped cream, and the Vanilla Bean Frappuccino with raspberry pumps topped with raspberry-infused whipped cream). What you're looking at above is . . . none of them. Each time, the barista met my questions with a confused look and apathetic response about how I might have better luck in the days leading up to Valentine's Day, because they didn't have any special drinks.

When I explained the recipes, a couple of the responses I got were "we don't have blackberry syrup" and "we could make raspberry-infused whipped cream, but we'd have to make a whole new canister just for that." I decided to stop pushing and instead asked if I could get as close to one of these V-Day drinks as possible, settling on the pictured Frappuccino: a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino with raspberry syrup and regular whipped cream.

If Vanilla Bean Frappuccinos are your thing (or you're just ordering for the Instagram), go for this 100 percent. If you prefer coffee-based Frappuccinos, think twice. With the addition of the raspberry syrup, the drink is super sweet without much of a distinct fruit flavor. It doesn't actually taste much different than Starbucks's usual Strawberries and Crème Frappuccino.

The good news is you can totally make your own Valentine's Day Frappuccino at home with our recipe, and the result is guaranteed deliciousness, topped with homemade raspberry syrup. So before you place your coffee (or coffeeless) order on Valentine's Day, make sure you know what you're signing up for.

The 1 Thing You Might Not Have Noticed About the New Star Wars Title

This week offered sheer intergalactic delight in the form of breaking Star Wars news. Episode VIII, the next film in the third trilogy, has been given an official title: The Last Jedi. The internet was immediately ablaze following the announcement. What does the title mean? And who is the last Jedi? And what will he or she do? Amid all the chaos, though, something even more interesting has come to light in reference to the title. When you combine it with the name for Episode VII (The Force Awakens), the two titles actually make a complete sentence. Once you see it, you can't unsee it. And furthermore, if the theory behind it is true, everything could change.

All this time, it seemed like Episode VII was making an entirely different statement: that the Force had been dormant for some time, and for some inexplicable reason - a ripple through the galaxy, perhaps - it had emerged from that state. If this theory is correct, though, it means two things. For one, maybe the Force was always awake, and in this trilogy, it is performing that very action and awakening the "last Jedi." And second, if the first two installments of this trilogy are two parts of a sentence, then there's a strong chance Episode IX will complete it. "The Force awakens the last Jedi" . . . to defeat Supreme Leader Snoke? To breed a whole new generation of powerful Jedi knights? These seem a little long for an Episode IX title, but hey, it's gotta be something along those lines. Sadly, we'll have to wait a while for the next installments; The Last Jedi doesn't hit theaters until Dec. 15 of this year, and Episode IX isn't slated until 2019. Settle in, everyone.

6 Ab Moves That Will Keep You Feeling Fit All Winter Long

Though it's easy to succumb to a day snuggling with snacks and a Netflix binge, there are a few easy moves you can incorporate into your Winter routine that will keep bloating at bay as you enjoy downtime with your family.

To help you get started, Puerto Rican personal trainer Idalis Velazquez, who is working with Unilever as a part of its empowering #100PorCientoTu campaign, put together a series of six ab-burning HIIT exercises you'll easily be able to squeeze into your daily routine.

Ready to give it a try? Turn on your favorite playlist (Adriana Lima's, perhaps?) and perform each of the following exercises for 30 seconds with a 15-second break in between. When you're done, rest for 30 seconds, and do the entire circuit once more.
