Kendall Jenner Plucked Burberry's New It Piece Straight From the Runway

If Burberry's show at London Fashion Week was to introduce the label to a different audience, with its more experimental silhouettes, it sure captured Kendall Jenner's attention. The star stepped out with her group of girlfriends (Stella Maxwell and Bella Hadid) wearing a knitted sweater cape that just debuted on the Burberry runway.

The piece featured oversize sleeves (a trend that started on the Fall '17 runways) and exaggerated drawstrings. The look was one of many that departed from Burberry's signature refined style - a sign that the fashion house is becoming more contemporary with its designs. The sweater's wearability was quickly verified by Kendall when she paired it with a simple slip dress and black skintight booties.

Given Kendall was the first to sport this special Burberry piece, giving it a casual, cool twist, we bet it'll only be a matter of time before we start spotting it on It girls.

Everything We Know So Far About the Nicole Guerriero x Anastasia Beverly Hills Collaboration

Update on Feb. 21: We've finally been blessed with not just a sneak peek at the contents, but swatches, too! The Anastasia Beverly Hills x Nicole Guerriero Glow Kit contains six hues: Kitty Kat (pink champagne), Forever Young (oyster), Daydream (soft peach), Forever Lit (iridescent pearl), Glo Getter (gold), and 143 (cool bronze). The stunning compact officially launches March 3. Keep reading to see the official images.

Update on Feb. 8: After weeks of speculation, the Anastasia Beverly Hills x Nicole Guerriero product has been revealed, and it's exactly what we'd hoped it'd be: a Glow Kit! The packaging for the upcoming launch was teased on both the brand's official Instagram and Nicole's feed. The pastel pink component features tiny sparkles and a gorgeous holographic finish on its text.

The size of the compact is similar to that of the Moonchild and Holiday Glow Kits, so we're anticipating six shimmery highlighters will be inside. Considering Nicole has been wearing a lot of illuminator in her recent shots, we can only assume that a few of the images feature her new product.

While we don't have a specific date yet, the brand disclosed that the Anastasia Beverly Hills x Nicole Guerriero Glow Kit will launch on its website and at Sephora in March. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.

Original story: The team behind Anastasia Beverly Hills always has an exciting launch in the works (recent incredible products include the Holiday Glow Kit, the Makeup by Mario palette, and a full range of brushes). Claudia, the brand's president, just revealed an upcoming collaboration: a partnership with beauty influencer Nicole Guerriero.

Nicole, who has nearly two million Instagram followers and almost three million subscribers to her YouTube channel, shared a behind-the-scenes video from the campaign. "I can't wait for you babies to see the goods," she gushed to her fans.

While it's unclear right now when the "goods" will launch or what they will consist of, our guess is that the color pink and some serious sparkle will be involved (just look at Nicole's hair and outfit!). It's also possible that it will launch very soon, as Nicole's outfit looks Winter-weather friendly.

Kate Middleton Could Learn a Thing or 2 From This Stylish European Royal

Gone are the days when queens and princesses had to be covered up in styles that made them feel constricted - Duchess Kate Middleton and Queen Letizia of Spain are just two clear examples that a royal can wear whatever she wants (even Zara). But when it comes to eclectic and adventurous looks, the queen is Máxima of the Netherlands.

The Argentinian-born ruler dresses a bit more conservatively, but still manages to play with texture, belled sleeves, scarves, and, of course, her favorite accessory: hats! Scroll ahead to check out just a few of the interesting looks she's worn in 2017.

The Next Dress You Pack For Vacation Should Be the One Angelina Jolie's Wearing

No matter what Angelina Jolie's wearing, be it a red carpet gown or a hooded parka, she's bound to capture your attention. That's how we spotted Angelina in Cambodia, where she is promoting her new film First They Killed My Father. Surrounded by lush greenery, the star looked radiant in a silky LBD by Vanessa Seward. The three-quarter sleeve dress flowed down to her ankles while lace detailing covered up her shoulders and tattoos for a modest feel. She kept the look simple, wearing only a few bracelets and stud-like earrings.

Although this isn't the first time we've seen Angelina wearing a black dress, it's little details like the material and length that make her outfits look new every time. Plus, Angelina just has that certain je ne sais quoi, which can't be ignored. Read on to get a close-up of her dress, then shop similar options.

Lana Del Rey's "Love" Music Video Is Out of This World (Literally)

Lana Del Rey is back and better than ever. After a break following her 2015 album, Honeymoon, the singer-songwriter has returned with a new single, "Love." The accompanying Rich Lee-directed music video has the same vintage vibes that we're used to seeing from her, only this time Lana adds a sci-fi twist. As she belts it out on the surface of the moon, a bunch of "young and in love" kids go driving through space in their car (NBD) and take a quick dip in an intergalactic ocean. It's the perfect dreamy visual for "Love," which we haven't been able to get out of our heads since it debuted on Sunday. Something tells us that her new studio album, which is due out later this year, will be just as incredible.

Ashish Makes Some Very Important Statements With Sequins at London Fashion Week

Designer Ashish Gupta is no stranger to rainbow sequins, but this season, they took on a whole new meaning. The Ashish show was a London Fashion Week moment that'll go down in history, as models strutted down the catwalk in Americana-inspired styles like sports jerseys and letterman jackets emblazoned with politically charged slogans aimed squarely at Donald Trump.

Feminist phrases like "Nasty Woman" and "Pussy Grabs Back" jostled for space amongst pointed comments embroidered on sequinned sportswear: a New York Yankees baseball jersey played host to the phrase "Unity in Adversity," while "Unfinished Business" sparkled its way down the sleeves of one red, white, and blue USA jacket.

There were also gay pride slogans ("Why be blue when you can be gay?") and reminders to "stay woke." To finish, a positive call to arms, reminding us to be kind, to know our self-worth, and to love wholly and unconditionally. After all, in the designer's own words, "you are much lovelier than you think!"

Mom Describes Getting Through the Feeling of Wanting to "Tap Out" of Motherhood

We've all had those days - plenty of them, most likely - when we feel like we can't possibly keep doing this demanding "motherhood" thing any longer. Being a parent is no joke, and though it has its rewards, it can be one of the most difficult endeavours a human ever takes on. Regan Long, mother of four and blogger at The Real Deal of Parenting, admits to a moment of weakness in which she wanted to "tap out" of motherhood for a bit, and her words are so completely relatable.

"I'm ashamed to admit that out loud as it sounds pretty terrible, but I'll be honest, it's the truth," she wrote in a post to Facebook. "Today I felt like, 'I don't have this anymore. I'm not built for this. I can't do this . . . I'm DONE.'"

Long continues, sharing that due to some "pretty wicked exhaustion" she was feeling very over the stressors in her life over the previous few weeks, which included sickness and hospital visits. However, those factors were not the only reason she was feeling so "done" with it all.

"I'm done with talking until I'm blue in the face, and no one listening.

I'm done stepping over the same jacket or toy or shoe that no matter how many times I wait or ask someone to pick it up, it still remains there or gets shuffled around to a different spot that it doesn't belong in.

I'm not even going to touch on the dishes or laundry because even me thinking about it, I feel like it's such a broken record, I'm sick of 'hearing' myself talk or even think about that dose of crazy.

I'm done with cleaning messes to just be recreated. I'm done with putting clothes away for them to be strewn about minutes later. I'm done with feeling like a hamster on a wheel that is ready to break.

'I'm done,' I told myself today, as now my body is starting to become sick and run down."

But then, just as Long was letting her exhaustion and frustrations materialize in the forms of yelling at her children and losing her patience, her youngest child reminded her why she has to keep pushing forward through the trying times.

"'I make you happy, Mama.' She didn't ask me this, she told me this . . . " Long wrote. "It's incredible how those five tiny words reminded me that maybe I can hang tough after all, and I just needed a 2-year-old to remind me. When we think we're done and there's nothing left, something or someone refuels us when we least expect it. That's the real deal of parenting, my friends: THAT is how we wake up for one more day."

Angelina Jolie on Split From Brad Pitt: "We Will Be Stronger When We Come Out of This"

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt remained intensely private in the immediate aftermath of the shocking announcement of their divorce in September, but recently the 41-year-old actress and activist has been speaking out about the end of their relationship. Despite reports that their split has been contentious due to child-abuse allegations, Angelina assured ABC News's George Stephanopoulos that her and Brad's children are the top priority. "We are focusing on the health of our family," the First They Killed My Father director told him during an interview on Tuesday. "So we will be stronger when we come out of this, because that's what we're determined to do as a family." Echoing the same sentiments she discussed with BBC World News on Sunday, she said that no matter what, Brad is "of course" a part of their lives. "We will always be a family. Always."

Don't Believe the Rumors! This Is the Only Official News From Fenty Beauty So Far

After the announcement last year that Rihanna's Fenty Beauty line would be hitting Sephora shelves in 2017, we have anxiously anticipated any scrap of news. Over the weekend, fans got riled up after an unofficial Instagram page (which has since been taken down) claimed that the first product launch would be a holographic lip gloss.

According to the brand's official public relations agency, Bold PR, these were only rumors. However, they did divulge a bit of new information: makeup artist James Vincent will be leading the charge on a search for a Global Makeup Artist for Fenty Beauty. (Vincent is the Director of Artistry and Education for the brand Ardency Inn.)

"This is the only official information posted from the brand since the announcement of the launch in Spring of 2016," said a representative from Bold PR. "Any other post and/or chatter are from fan pages that are enthusiastically awaiting the launch and are unofficial and conjecture about the launch." In other words, stay tuned for Fall 2017, because that's when we'll all be getting the real scoop! We'll provide more updates as they become available.

7 Ways to Encourage Girls to Go STEM

There's a big disparity when it comes to men versus women in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) professions. As a techie since childhood, I've always been fascinated with STEM and even earned my networking certificates before graduating high school! Coding at an early age is what got me motivated to get into a STEM profession. It's also why in college I went on to earn my Bachelor's of Science degree in information technology new media from Rochester Institute of Technology.

My interest in STEM has shaped my exciting career as a tech expert and global tech consultant, and part of my personal mission is to get more girls and young women interested in STEM careers. So in honor of National Engineers Week (Feb. 19-25), let's take a look at some tools that should really get a gold star for encouraging and increasing the number of girls and women to go into STEM fields.

The Genius Way Lea Michele Made Her Black One-Piece Look Brand New

Lea Michele seems to have figured out how to make her swimsuits look sophisticated, and it involves a sarong. For a tropical getaway, the actress wore her black one-piece swimsuit in Maui, Hawaii while sipping on a drink and chatting with friends. The bathing suit was a piece we've spotted on the star before, but Lea made it look fresh with a tie-dye printed cover-up. The accessory gave her just enough coverage on the beach while still showing off the sexy details of her swimsuit.

The suit was low cut in the front and back, and its versatile shade meant Lea had plenty of sarong options to match. Maybe she will even pull out this rainbow option again. Whatever she chooses to wear, it'll be sure to catch your attention. Scroll on for a closer look at Lea's go-to beach outfit before shopping similar items yourself.

Mom Posts Heartbreaking Photo of Her Son to Share the Realities of Childhood Cancer

"It is about to get real, real hard and real quick," starts a post to Facebook, which accompanies a heart-wrenching photo of a 10-year-old boy with cancer. "The picture I'm posting is from this morning, and before you scream and cry 'Why would she post a picture of him in a pull up, the indecency,' well, 1) it doesn't show more than swimming jammers would, and 2) because life is not always politically correct and pretty, it is real. Life isn't pretty, and cancer destroys a person."

Written by his mother and shared to the Love What Matters Facebook page, the post continues, describing the aforementioned photo of Drake, who is battling Leukemia.

"This was this morning after carrying Drake to the bathroom. Yes, he is in a pull up because 75 percent of the time he can't control his bathroom habits. This is skin and bones, because I have to beg him to eat ONE green bean for supper, or drink a cup of water throughout the day. This is having your son sleep with you at night because he is afraid of something happening and being alone, and by something I mean dying.

This is having middle of the night conversations with a 10-year-old, asking if he dies will he go to heaven and will he see his dad there and be able to talk and play with him. This is him being too weak to get out of bed or walk and needing to be carried or in a wheelchair. This is him falling asleep as someone is talking to him, because he is too exhausted. This is him, throwing up every medication I give him and him dry heaving because his stomach is empty except for the spoonful of yogurt I just gave him with his pills. This is having to take 44 chemo pills last week in a matter of 24 hours.

This is him telling me, 'Mommy, I'm not going to make it.' This is him not wanting to be touched, because it hurts too much, and using morphine to get through his day. This is him telling me he is scared and thinks he won't see his eleventh birthday. This is him and me, telling him that I will continue to fight for him when he can't. This is him and me, and our world."

Drake's mom ends her post, which was originally posted to a Facebook page dedicated to supporting him through his battle, "Stinky Joe's #1 Pit Crew," with words every mother can relate to: "This is him, Drake, Stinky Joe, my whole world. From the moment I found out I was pregnant till future forever, he has been my reason for life. He is my smile, my love, my heartbeat. He is also my tears, my heartache, my frowns. He is my life."

Watch Emma Watson Nail "Belle," the Iconic Opening Song From Beauty and the Beast

There's no question that Emma Watson is a spot-on choice to play Belle in the upcoming Beauty and the Beast movie, but many fans have been wondering if the actress's voice will be able to handle all the film's classic songs. After first hearing her singing voice in a snippet of "Something There," Disney has released an extended clip of Beauty and the Beast's opening number, "Belle," where Watson belts her heart out while strolling through the village. She might not have the vocal chops of Ariana Grande, who teamed up with John Legend for the movie's theme song, but we couldn't imagine anyone else in the role. Watch it above!

The Parents on A Series of Unfortunate Events Are Not Who You Think They Are

Warning: spoilers for the entire season below!

Netflix's A Series of Unfortunate Events premiered on Friday the 13th (apt, don't you think?) in January, and there's a lot to love. Neil Patrick Harris gives an inspired performance as the show's greasy villain, Count Olaf, and newcomers Malina Weissman and Louis Hynes (who play Violet and Klaus Baudelaire) are a delight. At the end of the first episode, we also get a pleasant surprise in the form of two unexpected guest stars: Will Arnett and Cobie Smulders, who play a mother and a father. Now, it's very easy to assume that these are the Baudelaire parents. Once you get to the end of episode seven, you'll learn that's sadly not the case. Let's recap.

Episode one starts off with the brilliant Baudelaire children being informed that they're orphans now after their mansion burns down, with their doting mother and father - Beatrice and Bertrand - presumably perishing in the blaze. They're sent to live with Count Olaf, a distant relative whose only goal is to get his hands on the Baudelaire family fortune. Not only is he violent, but he forces them to cook and clean for him and his band of cronies and makes the three of them share a dirty, decrepit bedroom. In other words, it's just as unfortunate as the show's title might suggest. At the conclusion of the first episode is a ray of hope for the siblings, however, when it's revealed to the audience that two parents are alive, but in captivity. Oh, and they're "worried about the children." The final scene shows them handcuffed in the back of a van that zooms off into the night.

As the episodes roll on, all signs point to the parents being Bertrand and Beatrice Baudelaire. That is, until we reach episode seven, "The Miserable Mill: Part I." Here, we come to a moment where it seems like the Baudelaire children and their parents will finally reunite . . . but they don't. That's because Arnett and Smulders are not the Baudelaire parents at all. They're actually the parents of the Quagmire triplets. Without giving too much away, the Quagmires are another set of unfortunate children in Lemony Snicket's world. They also lose their parents in a horrible fire and first enter in book five, The Austere Academy. The Baudelaires meet Isadora and Duncan there; Quigley, the third triplet, is thought to have perished in the fire with his parents until a later book.

While an appearance by the Baudelaire parents would be a huge departure from Lemony Snicket's novels, this is still a pretty big addition. It's not exactly a change, per se; after all, the Quagmire parents still seem to be dead by the end of the season. Rather, the real change is that we never actually meet the Quagmire parents in the books at all. That means, if anything, the series has successfully enriched a bit of backstory we never got. The tragic part of this twist, though, is that the Baudelaire parents really do seem to be dead after all.

If you look to the books, it's never technically made clear whether both Baudelaires did, indeed, perish in the fire on that dreary day. One of them is rumored to have survived. Convincing theories seem to point to their mother, Beatrice, but note that she likely died soon afterward, sometime between books two and 12, The Reptile Room and The Penultimate Peril. The cause of her death is supposedly still fire, except instead of the one that destroyed the Baudelaire mansion, it was the blaze at the Duchess of Winnipeg's castle. The children never see either of their parents again, but they do hold out hope for quite some time due to suggestive information in the Snicket File.

Emma Watson's Beauty and the Beast Press Tour Looks Are More Magical Than They Appear

Emma Watson took on the green carpet challenge back in 2015, committing to wearing only ethically-made clothing. Back then, she and her stylist Sarah Slutsky would break down each element of her outfit, from dainty jewels to pumps, detailing where every item came from on Instagram. But Emma's taking things one step further as she promotes Beauty and the Beast on the film's press tour, which started in Paris.

Emma created a new account called @the_press_tour, where she'll be sharing sketches of her looks, all-angle videos, and lengthy captions that credit the team who crafted her pieces. Many of the designers she's tapping, like Stella McCartney, have been on board with using recycled materials for years. Emma's dresses and jumpsuits are "verified green" by Eco-Age, a company that promotes sustainability through core principles that include matters of pollution, labor work, and fabric resourcing.

Scroll to get a look at everything Emma's worn so far - including this custom blue dress by Louis Vuitton and a straight-off-the-runway Oscar de la Renta jumpsuit - then hold out for her next ensemble, which will cater to both her smart standards and sophisticated sense of style.

42 Reasons It's OK to Be Attracted to Jamie Dornan When He Plays Total Psychos

There's a reason Jamie Dornan is everyone's favorite Irishman, no matter how many creepy hotties he plays. After small roles in films and on TV (like Once Upon a Time), Dornan scored his breakout part on the Irish crime drama The Fall. If you've watched any of the two seasons on Netflix, you know that he plays Paul Spector, a dedicated family man who happens to get his rocks off by brutalizing young women at night. After he was selected to play Christian Grey in Fifty Shades of Grey, we found out that while his character may have some kinks, he's no killer. Still, both Paul and Christian manage to be heart-stoppingly sexy, despite being borderline disturbing - full-on disturbing, in Paul's case. In honor Fifty Shades Darker, here are all the times Dornan's characters are both somewhat terrifying and ridiculously hot at the same time. Pro tip: you can tell them apart because Christian is clean-shaven and Paul has a beard.

George Clooney Gushes About Amal's Pregnancy: "It's Going to Be an Adventure"

Ever since it was announced that George and Amal Clooney are having twins, everyone from George's pal Matt Damon to The Talk host Julie Chen has had something to say about it, and now George has finally spoken out about the exciting news himself. While sitting down for an interview with film journalist Laurent Weil on Rencontres de Cinema, the Caesar Award winner was all smiles when it came to the subject of his growing family. "We are really happy and really excited. It's going to be an adventure," he said, before adding that, "We've sort of embraced it all . . . with arms wide open." The 55-year-old Money Monster star also revealed that his friends were very supportive when he told them the news, although they made sure to crack a few jokes. "It got really quiet," he said. "And they all just started making baby crying noises, and the whole table just busted up laughing."

George and Amal, who met through mutual friends in 2013 and tied the knot a year later, are reportedly having a boy and girl (according to George's mom, Nina, who recently spilled the beans in Vogue). Judging from how sweet the soon-to-be-parents are right now, we should all brace ourselves for how ridiculously cute their family is only going to be once the twins arrive.

Stranger Things's Natalia Dyer Will Be a Fashion It Girl Before Season 2 Debuts

While she might have gotten her start in Hannah Montana: The Movie, Natalia Dyer has come into her own since 2009. As soon as we started watching Stranger Things, we couldn't take our eyes off the little lady who plays Nancy. At first it was just her screen presence that captured us, but when she made an appearance at the SAG Awards in a custom Miu Miu gown (that was quite honestly one of our favorite looks of the night), we thought way beyond Netflix.

Rest assured, campaigns and magazine covers are in the 21-year-old's near future. One scroll through her Instagram, and you'll note Natalia's ability to create a stylish mood board. Mix that with her red carpet choices so far, and you'll find yourself looking at fashion's next It girl. Read on to brush up on the facts and keep your eyes peeled for Natalia's next move. Whatever it is, she'll no doubt pull it off in a really great outfit.

This Glam Wildlife Birthday Party Will Wow Every Mini Animal-Lover

What happens when you mix deer, eagles, and bears with neon colors and glitter? This fabulous California-wildlife-inspired birthday bash for one lucky little girl!

For Vivi's sixth birthday, Lucinda and Juliet of The Coop envisioned an outdoors-meets-glam celebration complete with ribbon details that popped against the rustic animal motif. From DIY animal-stamped favor bags to the elaborate dessert table with fondant bear-paw-print cupcake toppers, the wild theme was carried throughout the event. Whimsical ribbon garlands and a geometric pattern gave the party a contemporary feel. The feminine event also featured glittery gold animal figurines and vibrant pink florals set against a breathtaking natural backdrop.

A gold, hot pink, and teal color scheme added a modern vibe, while leftover ribbon from DIY banners was used as a last-minute fix to help dress up the rental chairs right before the party started. On each place setting, guests found a glittered animal as well as a gold-dipped mason jar that held the napkins and wooden cutlery. Gorgeous California cacti placed in hand-painted gold pots completed the desert California feel!

Katy Perry Takes a Wild Ride in Oblivia For Her "Chained to the Rhythm" Music Video

Katy Perry is stepping out of the bubble for her "Chained to the Rhythm" music video. While the clip is full of the singer's signature bright-colored fun, just like her Grammys performance, it's also full of political undertones. As she takes a trip to the futuristic Oblivia, she slowly starts to realize that the sunny theme park isn't as bright as it may seem. With the dystopian theme and her crazy costumes, we can't help but get some major Hunger Games vibes throughout. If this is any indication about what's to come for her album, we can't wait.

This Mom's Hilarious Cartoons About Pregnancy Problems Will Be the Funniest Thing You See All Day

Nobody ever said that being a mom is glamorous. And although there's plenty of talk about that wonderful pregnancy glow, most moms can relate to the less seductive side effects that everyone experiences but few talk about. You get sick, you get hairy, and you get big.

Illustrator and mother of two Line Severinsen can't help but laugh at these "joys" of motherhood and started making hysterical cartoons of her real-life pregnancy problems. From pining over a glass of wine to judgmental strangers staring when you breastfeed in public, her relatable illustrations have developed with her motherhood experiences.

"I thought to myself that there is no way that no other people felt and looked like I did," she wrote. "So I wanted to create a counterpoint to help people like me to understand that they weren't alone and that it is OK to feel and act less than perfect sometimes."

While we don't know whether to laugh or cry at how spot-on some of these illustrations are, we're just glad to see that we aren't the only ones who've been there!

Important Question: Will Eva Mendes Attend the Oscars With Ryan Gosling?

Ryan Gosling has been a very handsome, very welcome award season presence this year thanks to his beautiful performance in La La Land. While we've seen a ton of him on the red carpet with his costar Emma Stone, there's one person in his life that we've seen literally zero of these past few months: his partner, Eva Mendes. Ryan and Eva began dating in 2011 and have two daughters together, Esmeralda and Amada. And though Ryan did open up about Eva and her late brother, Juan Carlo, in his Golden Globes speech, Eva has yet to be his date to any award season events. Now that Ryan is nominated for (and has a pretty good chance at winning) an Oscar, we have to wonder if a best actor nod is enough to get Eva on the red carpet.

The notoriously private couple hasn't done a red carpet together since the screening of The Place Beyond the Pines at the Toronto Film Festival in 2012 - they were technically together but also both starred in the film, so they didn't attend as dates as much as costars. Will Eva step out for the Academy Awards? Only time will tell, but we're pretty convinced that she will. Ryan has been nominated for an Oscar one other time, for his role in Half Nelson back in 2007, but they weren't a couple yet. With a year full of professional and personal success for Ryan, wouldn't it be the ultimate act of love and support for Eva to accompany him on his big night this time around?

The Heartwarming Story of How a Mexican Janitor Invented Flamin' Hot Cheetos

Have you ever been elbow-deep in a bag of Flamin' Hot Cheetos and wondered who invented the glorious snack as you licked every last bit of cheesy dust off your fingers? The answer comes with the heartwarming entrepreneurial story of Richard P. Montañez, a former janitor who invented what would become Frito-Lay's top-selling product.

Richard, a Mexico native, started working as a janitor at the Frito-Lay Rancho Cucamonga plant in California in 1976. While he didn't get to work with many departments within the company in the beginning, he was inspired to create something innovative after he heard a video message from the CEO of Frito-Lay that encouraged all employees to act like owners. "He wanted the janitor to act like an owner? I went into action. I started researching my company," Richard said as he explained the story in an interview with Tennessee's WKNO News. While the idea for Flamin' Hot Cheetos didn't come immediately, Richard saw a lack of snacks catering to Latino communities. "I saw no products that were catering to Latinos or to the person who loves spices," he said.

One afternoon, he bought an elote from his neighborhood vendor for him and his son. As he was eating the corn covered in mayonnaise, butter, cheese, chili powder, and lime, he realized "it looked just like a Cheeto" and thought, "What if I put chili on a Cheeto?" Acting on his idea, he made his own spice mixture and put it on some unseasoned Cheetos at the factory, and instantly everyone loved them. Frito-Lay's CEO allowed Richard to give a presentation and a marketing plan for Flamin' Hot Cheetos, and the rest is history. Pictured above is Richard hanging out with a few bags of his invention in 2014, tweeting, "Flattered that Katy Perry enjoys my creation so much! Loved her costume," referring to Katy Perry's epic Cheetos Halloween costume from a few years back.

Today, Richard is an executive leading multicultural sales and community promotions across PepsiCo's North American division and the bestselling author of A Boy, a Burrito, and a Cookie. Richard says, "One revelation will lead to a revolution in your life," and he continues to encourage young people through motivational speaking - about Cheetos and more - today.
