If Kate Middleton's Latest Outing Proves Anything, It's That She's a Freakin' Hoot

Kate Middleton may be part of the British royal family, but she still knows how to cut loose and have a good time (even at official functions). The Duchess of Cambridge flew solo when she attended the official opening of the Ronald McDonald House Evelina in London on Tuesday. After being gifted with a gorgeous bouquet of flowers from a little girl, the mom of Prince George and Princess Charlotte shared a few laughs with staff members before making her way inside. The purpose-built "home away from home," which is run in partnership with Guy's and St Thomas's NHS Foundation Trust, is for families of children being treated at Evelina London Children's Hospital. It is also expected to accommodate around 975 families each year. Kate's outing comes the morning after she was all decked out a sparkly dress while attending the Queen's Royal Reception in London with husband Prince William.

From Her Engagement to 2017, This Is Queen Letizia of Spain's Style Evolution

There's a clear difference in Queen Letizia of Spain's style from the moment it was first announced that the TV reporter (then known as Letizia Ortiz) was engaged to Prince Felipe, back in 2003, to today. During her first years as princess of Spain, Letizia kept a conservative look, wearing pantsuits, high necklines, and demure gowns, much like she did during her journalist days. But in the past couple of years, the queen has taken more risks, giving her style a modern turn in body-hugging dresses, printed skirts and pants, and Disney-worthy gowns. See the royal's transformation ahead, then check out her best moments with the king.

13 E.L.F. Products Every Beauty Gal on a Budget Must Try

E.L.F. Cosmetics (aka Eyes Lips Face) launched in 2004 after founders Joey Shamah and Scott Vincent Borba noticed that even women with expensive tastes went to dollar stores for affordable cosmetics. In 2004, I was in middle school and was interested in makeup, but didn't have enough money to buy it. After learning about the brand's $1 products on a news segment, I was intrigued. I saved my pennies for weeks until I could place an order online. Not only could I finally afford to buy multiple items, but they were all cruelty-free, too.

Since then, my love of makeup (and my budget) has grown, but I have never given up my love for the brand. Today, E.L.F. is widely available in stores including Walgreens, Target, and on its website, and the line has expanded to a wide range of products between $1-$10. The high-quality assortment has consistently provided me with beauty favorites that I reach for (even over luxury brand products!) in my ever-expanding makeup collection. Read on for the standouts of the affordable brand and decide which ones you'll try first.

The Letter I Should Have Written to Beyoncé a Long Time Ago

Image Source: Getty / Christopher Polk

Dear Beyoncé,

Hey queen. I've actually been wanting to write this for a while now, but I just couldn't find the right words. No matter how hard I tried to gather my feelings and string sentences together, nothing seemed to properly convey what I wanted to say, and so many others seemed to be expressing it better than I could. But I'm ready now. I'm not sure if it was your epic maternity shoot or Grammys loss that finally inspired me, but I'm ready to tell you how proud I am of you for fighting the good fight and using your platform to raise up those of us who are continually made to feel as if we are "less than." To say that you make me feel proud to be a black woman is an understatement. You create music that empowers me and art that emboldens me. Your dedication to making sure I see myself represented in the world pushes me to demand the same of my employers, my media, and my surroundings.

Yet people will call you "overrated," "self-absorbed," "an egomaniac," or worst of all, "talentless." I like to think the people who call you talentless may not have eyes or ears, but I digress.

Lemonade was the best album of the year, hands down. And I know you know that. I don't even believe you needed a Grammy to validate your work, which is why you managed to stay so composed and graceful while Adele accepted the award and praised the sh*t out of you during her speech. Though it was hard not to take your loss personally, your poise in the face of adversity was another boss move in your history of boss moves, yet another thing to add to the running list in my head titled "What Would Beyoncé Do?".

There wasn't one part of it that didn't touch my heart, soothe my soul, or remind me that despite the narrative assigned to me at birth, I am more than the color of my skin.
I'm sure you can speak to how out of touch the Grammys have become, how tone-deaf they've been when it comes to recognizing black artists, and how their dedication to rewarding mainstream - or as Adele herself put it, "old fashioned" - music has driven many musicians away from even attending the show. Lemonade was the best album of the year, but it was also the most culturally significant album of the year - and while I wish those two things could be more intertwined in the Recording Academy's eyes, it really doesn't matter. It's one of the most important bodies of work that I have ever seen or heard in my life. It was a f*cking masterpiece. There wasn't one part of it that didn't touch my heart, soothe my soul, or remind me that despite the narrative assigned to me at birth, I am more than the color of my skin. I am more than a stereotype. It's OK for me to be angry and vulnerable, and it's OK for me to crumble, as long as I get back up. I want you to know that Lemonade filled me with a pride and self-respect I was afraid I'd never come by.

But back to the Grammys. Not 10 seconds after you emerged on stage giving us full Yoruba realness and cradling those two future CEOs inside you did social media light up with the same old tired-ass insults. I reminded myself that you probably wouldn't want me to waste my time explaining that you're weren't "trying to be the Virgin Mary," but instead channeling Oshun, the African goddess of love and sweet waters who influences emotional healing and pregnancy and also represents your sign, Virgo. And I know you don't want me arguing with your fault-finders, the same ones who thought they were being cute by boycotting you and who still can't seem to understand that Lemonade is not for them to understand. I should know better than to get distracted by the haters; I should be twirling on them instead, right? It's hard to ignore them, but at the end of the day, their ignorance can not quell your enormous influence. Their insensitivity can not dull our shine. You taught me that.

I won't keep you - you're obviously crazy busy. I just needed you to know that yes, I have thrown my middle fingers up to "Sorry," copied your "Hold Up" look for Halloween, and cried my eyes out to those tiny cracks in your voice during "Sandcastles," but my love for you and Lemonade goes deeper than that. I needed you to know that I will be forever grateful for your artistic vision, for your commitment to showing the world that there is more than one way to be a woman, for "giving a voice to the pain" and helping me remember that I might be misunderstood, but I am also magic. I just needed you to know. I'm sorry it took me so long.

Love you like XO,

Britt

The Easy Way to Block Contacts From Sending Messages or Calls

Whether it's a salesperson, frenemy, or someone you just need a digital break from for a bit, Apple lets you limit the communication received from the outside world. If you have people or unknown, annoying numbers that you'd prefer not to see messages or receive phone and Facetime calls from, follow the instructions below.

Add a Contact to the Blocked List

Block someone from calling or texting you one of two ways:

  • To block someone who has been added to your phone's Contacts, go to Settings > Phone > Call Blocking and Identification > Block Contact. The All Contacts window will appear where you can scroll through names to then tap the name of the contact you'd like to block. You'll be taken back to the Blocked window with the name added to the list of blocked contacts.

From Settings, contacts can also be blocked selecting either Messages or Facetime, and then following the above instructions.

  • In instances where you want to a block a number that isn't stored as a contact in your phone, go to the Phone app > Recents. Look for the number (or name) you'd like to block and tap the blue "i" with a circle around it to the right of the number. Scroll down to the bottom of the contact card that appears and select "Block This Caller." The message "You will not receive phone calls, messages, or FaceTime from people on the block list" will appear with two options: Block Contact or Cancel. Hit Block Contact to add the number to the big, bad blocked list.

Block from Messages by selecting the message thread with the contact and tapping the blue "i" in the upper right corner. Tap on their number and then proceed with the same instructions as in the Recents tab in Phone.

Unblock a Contact

Decide an acquaintance served their time on the blocked list and want to digitally revive them? Like adding someone to the blocked list, they can be removed two ways:

  • In Settings go to Phone > Call Blocking and Identification, where a list of blocked contacts and numbers will appear. Tap Edit in the top right hand corner. Then, tap the red delete button to the left of the name, which will cause a red unblock button appear. Select it, and the contact is restored to unblocked bucket, with all rights, privileges and honors appertaining thereto.

From Settings, contacts can be removed from a blocked list by selecting either Messages or Facetime, and then following the above instructions.

  • Find the contacts' name or the number you'd like to unblock in the Recents tab of the Phone app. Select the blue icon to the right of their name, then scroll down and tap "Unblock This Caller."

Unblock the contact via Messages by selecting the message thread with the contact, and tapping the little blue "i" in the upper right corner. Select the information icon, and proceed with the same instructions as in the Recents tab in Phone.

Will The Contact Know They're Blocked?

Short answer: no. But a perceptive friend might notice that they can never get a hold of you. When someone in your blocked list calls, they'll be immediately sent to voicemail. Any message left in voicemail will be put in a separate folder called "Blocked Messages," to which you can listen.

If the contact tries to send you a text or iMessage, from their end, it will look like the message was sent, though you - thanks to your craftiness - will not actually have to see the message.

Take note, blocking contacts goes one way, meaning you can still call, text, or FaceTime the numbers you've listed in Blocked. So if the blocking is also to limit yourself from communication with a certain person, better go ahead and delete their number completely from your phone.

Should you continue to get unwanted phone calls from spammers or marketing companies, consider adding your number to the National Do Not Call Registry.

Kate Middleton Made Some Serious Changes to Her Favorite Blue Suit

This might be Kate Middleton's best suit. It's a true blue, which is her power color, it's tweed, which is a fabric proven timeless, and it can be easily updated. But when Kate stepped out to visit the Ronald McDonald House Evelina to open its facilities to children being treated at the London hospital, she did not just switch her shoes or swap her diamond earrings.

Instead, Kate's Rebecca Taylor separates, which date back to 2012, were completely tweaked. There was no floral appliqué along the neckline, but a simple collar. The hemlines show a lot more distress too, though the blazer still features the same peplum shape. Whether the duchess took her coordinates to the tailor or was given a completely new set is unclear, but Kate definitely makes the case for keeping around the most sophisticated pieces in your wardrobe.

Bus Driver Goes Out of His Way to Build a Ramp For a Girl in a Wheelchair on His Route

I'm so proud of my husband!! Tom Mitchell, my hubby, is a mechanic for our school system and is sometimes asked to drive bus routes. About 2 months ago, he was driving a special needs route that he had driven a couple of times. Each time he noticed this one mother would have to bring her daughter, who is in a wheelchair, up and down about 3 or 4 steps anytime they would leave or enter the house. He could see how difficult it was for this mom to maneuver her daughter and her wheelchair on the small landing in front of her apartment, and he didn't feel the temporary aluminum detachable ramps were long enough or sturdy enough to be considered safe. This really made my husband uneasy and concerned. He wanted to do something to help this little family out and to make sure they had a safer ramp and one that would make going up and down safer and easier for both mom and daughter. After making some phone calls and discussing his ideas with some of his co-workers, Anthony Puckett & Mike Greene, they came up with a plan. Tom got in touch with David Adams at the Lowes on Lowes Dr. Mr. Adams was able to work some charitable magic and donate all of the wood needed to make this family a deck and ramp. Today, Tom, Anthony and Anthony's son Nick along with Anthony's brother Randell, & Mike met up at the families house and they completely built the deck and ramp. All on their own time, with their own tools, and all out of the kindness of their own hearts!!! I know these guys didn't do it for a pat on the back or for any recognition what-so-ever....but I can't help but feel proud to be married to such a kindhearted and giving man! He noticed someone who could've used some help, and without being asked, he did something about it! Even his friends/co-workers and their family got involved because they are kindhearted and caring people as well. In a world where so much hate is being spread around, I just wanted to share that there are still good people out there, doing good deeds, and that humanity still exists!!! ❤❤❤

Tom Mitchell is a mechanic for his local school district, but also picks up a few bus routes from time to time. While driving a special needs route a couple months ago, Mitchell noticed that one of the girls in a wheelchair on the route had to be brought down a few steps by her mother each morning.

Although they appeared to have detachable metal ramps set up, Mitchell could see how hard it was for the girl's mom to maneuver the chair on the landing in front of the door and felt that the ramps looked unsafe. He knew that he had to do something to help this family out, so he made a few phone calls and made some real-life magic happen.

"He wanted to do something to help this family out and to make sure they had a safer ramp and one that would make going up and down safer and easier for both mom and daughter," said Mitchell's wife, Jennifer, in a post to Facebook. "After making some phone calls and discussing his ideas with some of his coworkers, Anthony Puckett and Mike Greene, they came up with a plan."

After getting a local Lowes to pull some strings and donate all of the wood needed to make the ramp, Mitchell and his co-workers went over to the family's house on a Sunday morning and built a new deck with a ramp "on their own time, with their own tools, and all out of the kindness of their own hearts." In her Facebook post, Jennifer shared a video of photos showing the process, the lovely finished product, and the excited faces of both the girl and her mother.

"I know these guys didn't do it for a pat on the back or for any recognition whatsoever, but I can't help but feel proud to be married to such a kindhearted and giving man!" Jennifer said. "He noticed someone who could've used some help, and without being asked, he did something about it! . . . In a world where so much hate is being spread around, I just wanted to share that there are still good people out there, doing good deeds, and that humanity still exists!!!"

Huma Abedin Stands Behind Hillary Clinton, but Her Style Is Unmissable

Huma Abedin is a well-known political staffer who has backed Hillary Clinton since 2008, though she was hired as her intern in 1996. She still makes many appearances alongside the former Democratic nominee. While Huma could keep her wardrobe to neutral shifts and black pumps, she's had plenty of time to experiment. Keeping things plain is not her cup of tea.

Huma is one of those political figures who commands attention. She rarely repeats an outfit and is always fully accessorized from head to toe. When she's on the red carpet, like at the White House Correspondents' Dinner or the Met Gala, she selects designer pieces that speak to her unique style - it's polished but colorful and rarely without a flash of metallics.

For her wedding to former Congressman Anthony Weiner, Huma wore a gilded Oscar de la Renta gown that made the fashion world stir. The pair have since separated, but an image of Huma in her embellished cap-sleeve dress will always live on in our minds. That, and the 22 bold style notes we're taking from her. Read on to see why whenever Hillary's around, we look for the sophisticated lady standing behind her.

These Illustrations of Disney Princesses Going to the Doctor Without Obamacare Are Too Real

Belle, Ariel, and Elena of Avalor are all dealing with the effects of a world without Obamacare in these illustrations created by a duo of creative Latinas, illustrator Maritza Lugo and writer Danielle Sepulveres.

With the fate of the Affordable Care Act (popularly known as Obamacare) up in the air, Maritza and Danielle decided to use everyone's favorite princesses to show off the devastating implications that the repeal will have for millions of Americans - specifically women.

"At the end of 2015, I contacted Maritza and asked if she'd be interested in drawing re-imagined Disney princesses to bring awareness for cervical cancer awareness month," Danielle told us via email. "This year, we decided to revamp that project and brainstormed how we could be most effective in showing the consequences of the repeal of ACA, looming ominously over essential healthcare for women." The results: Pocahontas being denied coverage because of a pre-existing condition, Belle having to pay for a new birth control prescription, and Elena facing protestors outside of Planned Parenthood. Scroll ahead to see the poignant illustrations and read what Maritza said about each of them on Instagram.

How Becoming a Mom Makes You Give Literally Zero F*cks

I used to care what people thought of me, even people I barely knew. I dressed a certain way to impress people I had only had the most surface-level conversations with. I wanted to be liked by everyone, as if that was an important or even vaguely possible notion. I read the New Yorker and Vanity Fair on planes and trains and saved my US Weekly for home because I wanted to be seen as an intellectual.

And then I had kids and discovered the most liberating side effect of motherhood: it transformed me into a person who gives literally zero f*cks.

If I feel like wearing yoga pants and no makeup because it's Friday and raining, then I do it, even if it means I'm the worst-dressed mom at preschool drop off. If my song comes on the radio, I dance and sing my heart out while driving, even at the stoplights, even when my daughter begs me to stop. If she forgets her hat, I have no problem running across the street to her bus stop in my robe and nothing else, despite the side-eye those b*tchy fifth graders always give me. If onion rings and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc sounds like a good lunch to me, then that's what I eat.

I watch trash TV while I'm on the treadmill, then strip down in the locker room without an ounce of embarrassment about my stretch marks and cellulite; I order a beer when I feed my kids dinner at Chipotle, even though I know the teenager behind the register is going to have to find his 22-year-old manager to retrieve it; and I go down the twisty slide at the park in a sundress just to make my son laugh because how many f*cks do I give? Zero. My kids have beaten the formerly image-obsessed version of me down, and it's kind of awesome.

Because how many f*cks do I give? Zero.

It's a strange but true phenomenon: motherhood will crack open your heart, but close it to the bullsh*t. Sure, getting older probably has something to do with it, but really, I think pregnancy, childbirth, and raising tiny humans are the bigger influencers.

After having two C-sections, watching my first baby get rushed off to the NICU, witnessing my 18-month-old have a febrile seizure that I was positive in the moment would change my life forever, breastfeeding two babies for a combined 26 months, suffering through countless sleepless nights, and surviving all of that and so much more with my healthy, beautiful family intact, why would I give a f*ck about what anyone thinks of me? Answer: I don't.

But strangely, while becoming a mother has made me care less about what the world thinks of me, it has made me care so much more about the world my children and I live in. When our president decided to remove guidelines that help transgender children survive the halls of their schools, it broke my heart. Despite my own kids being about as gender normative as two children can get, I hurt for those kids and their parents, because aren't their lives difficult enough?

Why would I give a f*ck about what anyone thinks of me? Answer: I don't.

I couldn't even see Lion because I couldn't handle watching a scared, lost 5-year-old without thinking of my own being in the same situation. Add in the fact that there are actually 80,000 children who go missing in India every year, and I can't even go there. When two 13-year-old girls were recently murdered in broad daylight near my hometown in Indiana, I suffered more than ever, not just as a human being but as a mother who can't imagine the horrors those girls' parents are going through.

My heart has not been hardened by motherhood; it has been split open, and the process has allowed me to feel all the world's atrocities so much more while learning something huge about the small daggers that are thrown at me because of what I wear, eat, read, say, or look like. They're just not worthy of giving even a single f*ck about.

Prabal Gurung Is Launching a Collection With Lane Bryant

Prabal Gurung's efforts toward diversity and inclusivity have only just begun. Earlier this week, the designer sent activist t-shirts down the runway at Fashion Week, and now he has dropped a major piece of news: he's launching a Spring '17 collection with Lane Bryant. The retailer is known for its body-diversity campaigns with ads like #ImNoAngel, and it was precisely that tagline, which Gurung saw on a billboard while riding in a cab, that sparked his partnership with the brand.

"At that moment, I knew it made sense to have the conversation with Lane Bryant," he said. "Fashion gave me a platform to talk about these things - how was I going to use it?"

Gurung tapped Ashley Graham as the face for the campaign and designed a mix of tops, dresses, and jumpsuits in sizes 10 to 28. Prices range from $38 to $398. The fun, pretty pieces knock down any assumptions that it's hard to dress curvier women. "We designed for the same women we always design for," Gurung said.

The collection will be available in select stores and online today. Check out what the new collab ahead.

In fact, when the star called the TJ Show and was asked to rate her hotness on a scale from one to 10, she said, "On a good day, I would say - like a premiere day - I would be a good nine. And then, on my every day, I feel like a six. Gosh, that sounds so bad! I feel like a six or a seven."

But from the look of Selena's sun-kissed bikinigrams, for which she changes her style based on the prints, colors, and cuts of her suit, we'd say she's a definite 10 - even when she's on the beach with no makeup on. Scroll to find 18 times Selena proved she can work a swimsuit like it's nobody's business.

Stila's New Mermaid-Inspired Shadows Are Like a Party For Your Eyelids

If you call yourself a glitter lover and have yet to try Stila's incredible liquid shadow, Magnificent Metals Glitter and Glow ($24), you no longer have any excuse for resisting it: the brand is extending its shade range to include three mermaid-inspired hues. That's right - your lids can now shimmer like a sea siren's tail.

Let's back up for a second. As we we explained when the range first launched, the Magnificent Metals Glitter and Glow Liquid Eye Shadow is magical, and that's because of the formula. Fans of the brand's Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick know that this is basically an eye version of that budge-proof product. As soon as you glide the sparkles across your skin, the cream base dries down completely (no stickiness or greasiness like other cream shadows). And, even better, glitter won't drift from your lids onto your cheekbones - this formula stays put!

Considering the incredible popularity of holographic makeup in recent months, it makes perfect sense that Stila would take this beautiful product to the next level by making it available in three shades fit for an aquatic goddess. There's Sunset Cove, a golden pink hue that looks like the first light of a dawning sun; the aptly named Sea Siren is an iridescent blend of pink and blue that reminds us of cotton candy; and the last shade, Into the Blue, which mimics the sapphire, gold, and purple tones of an ocean hit with glints of sunshine.

Gently dab on a light layer of your favorite tint for a sheer, magical wash of color, or really pack on the pigment for a fin-tastic, high-wattage glow akin to that of a mermaid's tail. These shades also really pop over powder shadows (we're particularly fond of the depth that Into the Blue creates on a black smoky eye).

Before you snag them for yourself from StilaCosmetics.com on March 1 (they'll be on Sephora's site later that month), keep reading! We have swatches of all three hues on four different skin tones, as well as GIFs of the colors so you can see them really sparkle.

A Broke Girl's Guide to Getting Rid of Hyperpigmentation

We often hear that a flawless face of makeup starts with a great skin care routine. But if you struggle with hyperpigmenation, clear skin isn't always that simple.

Like many women of color, I've long experienced the effects of scarring and hyperpigmentation following adolescent and hormonal acne. Though I was eventually able to tame my sporadic teenage breakouts, getting rid of its remnants has been a long, challenging process.

I've tried and invested in prestige full-cover foundations and concealers but over time I found that these were just temporary fixes that weren't very cost effective. I've also spent my fair share of cash on luxury skin care goods that didn't give me the instantaneous results I'd hoped for. But on my quest to clear skin I've found that not every magical product has to cost a fortune. In fact, I've come across a few drug store products that have actually worked wonders on my skin (without draining my pockets).

If you're on a budget but want to commit to an effective skin care regimen, I've rounded up some of my drugstore favorites. These underrated gems won't cost a ton in upkeep, so you'll be able to consistently work towards radiant skin. Read on to check them out.

The Best Tips For Surviving Spring Cleaning When You Have Kids

When you're a mom, Spring cleaning comes with a whole new and totally daunting category: tackling your kids' stuff.

Too small, ripped, and stained clothing, broken toys, games missing half their pieces, toy bins and boxes overflowing with playthings your kids haven't touched in months . . . this is your new Spring-cleaning frontier, and we're here to help you deal with it all as painlessly as possible. So get motivated, Mama, to start cleaning, organizing, and tossing your way to a tidier home, just in time for a sunnier season.

Here's how to do it.

  1. Decide whether having your kids there will help or hurt your process. If your kids are around age 5 and under, we'll answer this one for you: get them out of the house before you start tossing their stuff, or they'll be hell to pay. Once your child is old enough to logically think about what they actually do and do not need, enlisting their help can be useful, especially when you're deciding about clothing that you're not sure actually fits. But younger kids will inevitably turn your cleaning process into a battle of the wills, so wait until they're at grandma's or preschool to start getting rid of that stuffed animal that they haven't played with in two years. Because if they see it, you know it's not going anywhere but back in the toy bin.
  2. Prep bags and piles for items to keep, toss, pass down, store, and donate. Before you start ripping into your kids' closets and play areas, get yourself organized. Designate an area for items you're keeping that aren't currently in the correct space, a box for donations, trash bags for items going in the garbage, a box for things you'd like to store for your current or future younger children, and bags for toys and clothes you'll pass on to friends or family members.
  3. Set guidelines for each category. This is not the time to hoard, so go in with a plan. Items that are broken or stained beyond repair go in the trash. Only much-loved toys should be held onto for younger siblings. Pass-down items should only be designated as such if you actually have someone to pass them down to.
  4. Wash and repair everything you're keeping that needs it. This is the time to repair favorite toys that need a little love and clothing that might have a split seam or treatable stain. Be realistic about what you actually can and will fix, however, and don't hold on to things that will linger eternally on your to-do list.
  5. Go shopping for a more easily organized future. Toy storage has gotten a lot cuter, but investing in those adorable, large bins is just asking for one, your kids' stuff to either be hidden away in the land of forgotten toys or, two, for your living room to constantly be covered in all the toys stuffed in that large bin when your kid dumps it out. Instead, invest in smaller, see-through bins so your kids can identify what's inside and only open what they actually need and want.
  6. Put everything back in its proper place. An organized closet and playroom will help your kids find everything easily, making your life easier in turn. Labeling bins and drawers - for smaller kids, use pictures - is a great way to ensure your kids can help keep things organized.
  7. Enlist your kids' help going forward. Start a policy that for every new toy or item of clothing that comes into the house, another has to go out. Once your children get used to this new way of doing things, they won't fight it, and next year's Spring cleaning will be a lot easier.

Steve Harvey Can't Resist Cracking a Joke About Warren Beatty's Oscars Mix-Up

Don't worry, Warren Beatty - Steve Harvey feels your pain. On Sunday night, the 79-year-old Bugsy actor joined Faye Dunaway in presenting the last, and biggest, winner at the Oscars: best picture. Unfortunately they announced the wrong film due to a mix-up with the envelope Warren was given (which contained the name of best actress winner Emma Stone, who accepted her award directly before best picture). The La La Land cast and crew took the stage and began their acceptance speeches before producer Jordan Horowitz revealed Moonlight was the true winner. Among all the stunned celebrity reactions to the mistake, few are as understanding of what Warren and Faye are going through as Steve Harvey.

In December 2015, the Miss Universe host crowned the wrong woman as the winner of the annual beauty pageant, resulting in an extremely awkward moment for all involved. After waking up Monday morning and seeing what went down at the Oscars the night before, he tweeted a message of support for Warren:

There's no word yet on whether or not Warren has chatted with Steve about how to handle becoming a meme, but at least Price Waterhouse Cooper, the accounting firm that oversees Oscars votes, has released an apologetic statement about the incident. Now can someone get the Grammys on the line to make sure they didn't mess up album of the year, or what?

Ryan Gosling Had the Cutest Reaction to Emma Stone's Oscars Acceptance Speech

Emma Stone's best actress acceptance speech at the Oscars was a breathless and exciting moment for the La La Land star. It was made even more special by her shout-out to three-time costar and longtime friend Ryan Gosling. "Thank you for being the greatest partner on this crazy adventure," she told him, which elicited the most adorable smile from Ryan (perfectly accentuating his perfect bone structure and kind eyes, we should note).

While we're busy adding this to the scrapbook of all Emma and Ryan's sickeningly cute BFF moments, check out how her ex-boyfriend Andrew Garfield reacted to hearing her speech.

Ed Sheeran's "Shape of You" has taken the world by storm, so it's only fitting that Sheeran dropped by The Tonight Show on Monday to perform it using only classroom instruments. Jimmy Kimmel Breaks His Silence on Oscars Flub: "It Was the Weirdest TV Finale Since Lost"

He then explained how the ceremony was supposed to end and gave us a firsthand account of everything that went down. See what he had to say in the clip above.

The In Memoriam Tribute at the Oscars Included a Photo of Someone Who's Still Alive

While everyone at the Oscars was focused on the giant mix-up at the end of the award show, a pretty glaring mistake happened much earlier on in the broadcast. As Sara Bareilles sang a gorgeous rendition of Joni Mitchell's "Both Sides, Now" during a heart-wrenching tribute to all of the icons Hollywood has lost over the last year, photos and names of iconic stars like Carrie Fisher, Prince, Anton Yelchin, and Mary Tyler Moore flashed on the screen in the background. At one point the name Janet Patterson - an Australian costume and production designer who passed away in October - appeared along with this photo:

Unfortunately that's not Janet Patterson. The four-time Oscar nominee who worked on films like The Piano and Far From the Madding Crowd was confused for her friend, frequent collaborator, and fellow Australian producer Jan Chapman (who is still very much alive). In a statement to Variety, Jan expressed her sadness over the error. "I was devastated by the use of my image in place of my great friend and long-time collaborator Janet Patterson," she said. "I had urged her agency to check any photograph which might be used and understand that they were told that the Academy had it covered. Janet was a great beauty and four-time Oscar nominee and it is very disappointing that the error was not picked up."

Although a mistake like this is inexcusable, it looks like there's somewhat of a reason for the confusion. Not only did Janet and Jan work together on The Piano in 1993, but when you search for the name "Janet Patterson" on photo agencies like Getty Images, Jan's picture pops up. The Academy has yet to comment on its mistake, but Jan assures everyone that she's "alive and well and an active producer."
