Gordon Ramsay's Transformative Way to Scramble Eggs

Yes, there are a million different scrambled eggs techniques out there, but Gordon Ramsay's will be your full-stop method. While at a press event to promote his new game with Glu Mobile, I asked chef Ramsay to go through the proper way to scramble eggs. His unique method has a heartwarming tale:

"After training in London, I wanted to become French, so I went to the birthplace of all cuisine. I remember seeing this amazing dish with scrambled eggs and sea urchin. I tasted the sea urchin through the scrambled eggs . . . and they topped it with caviar. I thought it was wild. I had never put sea urchin in scrambled eggs. The texture was just incredible. It made it so much creamier. What was more accessible to the average person at home making scrambled eggs - I knew that was crème fraiche. I perfected that craft in France making scrambled eggs to order, standing in Guy Savoy's restaurant behind the line as a 22-year-old."

But crème fraiche isn't the only thing that makes these scrambled eggs different from the rest. It's cooked in a pot! The eggs aren't seasoned from the start! Most of the cooking is done off the flame! Are you baffled yet? Me too, which is why I had to try the method out for myself. So where to begin? Start by watching Gordon's YouTube video. He shared a hilarious story about it:

I think there's about 15 million people online who have [watched] that scrambled eggs video. And it transforms the way you eat eggs. Incredible. It's a kind of rich, sumptuous way to eat scrambled eggs even for dinner, even with all the steps. It's just delicious on sourdough bread. My video, with 15 million downloads on YouTube, I burn the f*cking toast. I'm not so far down my backside. I make mistakes. I just start again. It's funny. I'm so into my scrambled eggs, focusing away. Fire alarm is going off and I burn my toast."

Like Gordon, my first attempt didn't go off hitch-free. I'm unfortunately going to need a few more practices to end up with perfectly custardy, voluminous eggs like Gordon, but what I did make was truly exceptional and unlike any scrambled eggs I've ever had before. I can't wait to keep on practicing, and neither will you once you've memorized the steps.

Makeup artist Pat McGrath and stylist Eugene Souleiman worked together to create an edgy yet whimsical beauty look for the models. Fred Armisen Parodies Chef's Table on Portlandia, and It's Seriously Spot On

Leave it to Portlandia to deliver the perfect parody of Chef's Table, one of Netflix's hottest food shows. In the skit, Fred Armisen stars as chef Francis, owner of the trendy restaurant Kūkō. His specialty? Airport-style sushi. Describing how the inspiration struck at a layover in Chicago, the "chef" says, "As [the sushi] fell apart in my hand, I thought, 'Ahhh, what is this city missing?'" And a couple years later, Kūkō, Portland's restaurant specializing in airport sushi, was born. You won't be able to stop giggling at how the actor managed to perfect the look of a hipster chef, complete with an undercut hairstyle and arm tattoos, including a slotted spoon.

"We are proud to serve the most borderline not-sushi sushi in the whole world," the chef says in the video. Complete with the dramatic orchestral music in every Chef's Table episode, the video shows off some of Kūkō's most impressive dishes, like edamame in a styrofoam cup. "I want this to be the unifying sushi that anyone can eat . . . but nobody wants to eat," chef Francis says. You truly have to watch Fred Armisen in all his glory in the skit above, and if you're a true Chef's Table fan, you won't be able to contain your laughter.

11 Things That Won't Make Sense If You Don't Come From a Latino Family

We're not saying every Latino family is the same, but, if we're being honest, there are a few customs that most of us share. For example, "la chancleta" has a meaning to you, and the idea of calling everyone tío and tía even if you just met them doesn't seem weird. Scroll ahead for 11 things that someone who doesn't come from a big Latino family just wouldn't understand at all.

The Right and Wrong Way to Eat Chia Seeds

There's good reason chia seeds have been on everyone's minds these days. These tiny seeds are high in protein, fiber, calcium, antioxidants, and omega-3s, but there is a right and wrong way to eat them, and one man learned the hard way.

In one patient case study, one man experienced intense dysphagia, or difficulty swallowing, after ingesting a tablespoon of dry chia seeds and chasing it with water. One of the reasons chia seeds are touted for weight loss is because they expand multiple times their size in water and help you feel full for longer. However, taking down a dry tablespoon and chasing it back with H2O is not going to lead to a comfortable experience, since they don't have time to reach your stomach to expand.

Soaking chia seeds in water before you eat them is safe; after they're soaked, chia seeds develop a gelatinous coating which some raw foodists believe helps them to move swiftly through the digestive track. Other evidence suggests that consuming ground chia seeds, rather than whole seeds, allows significantly more ALA (the plant form of omega-3 fatty acids) to reach the bloodstream. With all that said, there is limited scientific research to which method is truly the best when it comes to nutrient absorption.

When they're included in a recipe, our bodies can digest chia seeds whole (an appropriate quantity, of course), soaked, or ground in order to reap their healthy benefits. If you're ready to get these nutrient-rich seeds into your diet, these recipe ideas will help you out.

Chia pudding: Chia seeds and coconut milk marry for a Paleo-friendly make-ahead pudding that works great for breakfast. Mix together the ingredients the night before, pop it in the fridge, and look forward to a special treat the next day. It's that easy.

Debloating beverage: If you've been feeling sluggish and bloated, it's time for a new morning ritual that includes chia. Celebrity trainer Valerie Waters starts the day with this before-breakfast, pre-workout drink that only calls for three ingredients. These chia seeds are combined with water, making this a much safer alternative to consuming chia and chasing it down with water.

Blueberry chia muffins: Blueberry muffins get an upgrade with this chia-filled recipe for extra nutrient power. They're baked into the batter, so you can't even taste them.

Antioxidant berry smoothie: If you find their crunchy texture a little off-putting on their own, try tossing them into this refreshing morning smoothie. High in vitamin C and boasting more than 10 grams of fiber, this antioxidant breakfast blend will become your new favorite recipe.

Sprinkled on yogurt: If you're looking for a quick omega-3 punch in your snack, you can simply sprinkle a teaspoon of seeds on your fruit, mix them into your yogurt, or make a delicious combination of the two!

You Can Shop the Looks Right Off of H&M's Paris Fashion Week Runway

As a global leader in the fast-fashion space, it was only a matter of time before H&M joined the see now, buy now runway movement. Their Spring '17 runway show at Paris Fashion Week was their first foray into the trend, but they've already mastered it. That's because, as head designer Pernilla Wohlfahrt told us before the show, they're able to keep much of their usual workflow in place, without compromising on the creative process for a team that's already used to delivering their collections quite quickly.

What you'll see on the runway is the marriage of both high-fashion trends and wearable, everyday pieces - with inspiration rooted in the movement and the aesthetics of ballet. That's most obvious in the strappy sandals and the headbands, worn by both men and women, and also pointing to the athletic references throughout. There's both a softness, a flirty quality to the sweet mini dresses and floating maxis you'll catch on Gigi and Bella Hadid, who both walked the show - in addition to an all-star cast of models. But don't discount the sportswear; H&M gives the customer both, aka doubling down on more of what we all want to wear.

Who Is Mahershala Ali? Get to Know the Oscar-Winning Actor

Mahershala Ali dominated award season for his role in Moonlight, but this certainly isn't his first encounter with the spotlight. Over the past few years, the 43-year-old has starred in a number of popular movies, but his acting ability is just one of the reasons he's become our new Hollywood crush. Did you know that his birth name isn't actually Mahershala? Or that he went to college on a basketball scholarship? Get to know the actor better with these fun facts.

Big Little Lies: Let's Theorize Who's Dead and Whodunnit

Big Little Lies is HBO's latest buzzy series, and it deserves the buzz: it's based on the bestselling novel by Liane Moriarty and has a star-studded cast, including Reese Witherspoon, Nicole Kidman, Shailene Woodley, Zoe Kravitz, and Laura Dern. Not only is the production quality predictably excellent (this is HBO, after all), another reason we're already obsessed is that it kicks off with a murder mystery.

So obviously, there's only one thing to do while we wait for the next episode: theorize on who did it and who's dead. Of course, the book Big Little Lies has been out since 2014, so book readers already know the answer, but for those of us who are only watching the show, let's break down some theories! We'll be updating the suspect/killer list as we go, and we're also keeping in mind the ominous words of the detective in the pilot: "Nobody has been ruled out."

Can Everyone Just STFU About the C-Section Birth "Debate"?

Can we please end this ridiculous "debate" over whether C-sections count as "real birth"? Because I've really had it.

There is nothing to debate. The actual definition of the word is "the emergence of a new individual from the body of its parent" or "the act or process of bringing forth young from the womb." Nowhere in those simple terms does good old Merriam-Webster specify where exactly the new individual must emerge from or in what fashion exactly the baby must emerge. Which must mean that the very act of any young emerging from the body of his or her parent in any way constitutes birth!

Hallelujah! It's settled for once and for all.

If only the debate over vaginal birth and C-sections was that simple. It's not, and that's because the discussion isn't really about the definition of the word at all. It's another way for women to claim superiority over other women. It's women proclaiming that their way is better than your way. To bask in the glory that they did it right and you did it wrong. To turn their nose up at something they don't understand or don't care to understand. And I'm calling it. I've had enough.

I totally get the natural tendency toward thinking your way of doing something is better than another person's. After all, there's a reason you chose (or wanted) it that way! And we've all had judgy thoughts about others at some point in our lives; if you claim you haven't, you're lying. Although thoughts like these might creep into your mind from time to time, especially when it comes to this most polarizing of motherhood topics, there's a simple step we can take to end the viscous cycle: stop talking about it!

I'm talking to you, rude Facebook commenters.

To be fair, I don't think the overwhelming majority of kind people most of us encounter in our daily lives need this reminder. But after I read this enraging text exchange between an expecting mom and a birth photographer who refused to photograph her C-section, it's apparent that some people still do. I'm talking to you, rude Facebook commenters. And you, judgy eyes in the grocery store.

Go ahead and think you're a warrior for enduring 43 hours of unmedicated birth and pulling your own baby out of your vagina. You are! Go ahead and schedule your C-section and feel really good about it. You should! Go ahead and plan for a vaginal birth and feel kinda sad when you have an emergency C-section. You're allowed! Go ahead and think you don't want an epidural and then change your mind. Your choice!

But do not go ahead and comment negatively on another person's birth story. Do not feel entitled to shame another mother with your holier-than-thou feelings about the way her young emerges from her body. Because after all, it's all, by definition, birth.

Going to a Bruno Mars Concert? Good, Because He Wants It to Change Your Life

We already know that Bruno Mars is sexy as hell, but it never hurts to be reminded of that fact over and over again. The "24K Magic" singer graces the cover of WSJ magazine's men's fashion issue, and it will make you want to put your Versace (or, you know, your H&M dress) on the floor. In addition to looking so good in the photos, Bruno, who recently wowed the world with his Prince tribute at the Grammys, opens up about everything from his upcoming world tour to his epic Carpool Karaoke session with James Corden. See his best quotes below.

  • On his style: "The style stuff all comes from watching my dad - the pinkie rings, the pompadour, everything. My dad would take me to school in some big, busted-up Cadillac, and he'd be wearing a rhinestone jacket and have his hair all whipped and greased up, flashy glasses, and I was like, 'My dad's not like the other dads at school!' I'd try to get out of the car, zoom out. And now I'm the one driving the busted Cadillac, wearing some gaudy sh*t, and it's what makes me happy."
  • On his upcoming world tour: "I want the show to be powerful, because people spent some money on a ticket. I've seen Prince and Michael Jackson; those are nights I will remember forever. I'm not doing my job unless I leave a piece of me everywhere I go - if you do the right show, it will stay with people and they'll tell their kids about it. I hope people can see what I was feeling when I made the records. Then I want to go beyond their expectations and fly."
  • On growing up with musical parents: "If you took your kid to school with you every day, and you were studying rocket science, he'd probably be a rocket scientist. So that's just it - my dad and mom took me to work every single day, and I got to see what it's like to entertain an audience. I got to entertain everybody who came to Hawaii - a roomful of people that didn't speak English, from around the world - and to see what music can do, and how it can bring the world together."
  • On "24K Magic": "We were trying really hard to tap into the '90s R&B music that we grew up with, and it's a very fine line - it can get tribute-y, it can sound forced. But that New Jack Swing sound brought me so much joy as a kid, so we took that on and did our best to try to get that feeling, that effortless fun. If '24K Magic' is supposed to sound like I'm having the time of my life, you gotta hear me smiling on the record."
  • On his Carpool Karaoke session with James Corden: "My biggest memory of that day was that the second it ended, I got a little depressed. Like the last day of vacation, where you're on the plane home and feel sad that it's over. It was so euphoric, I just wanted to do it again. There's a moment at the end of 'Uptown Funk' where we're just sitting there and breathing heavily, and that was real. His commitment was everything - we left it all in the car. I think he's 100 percent on his way to being one of the greats. He has this unquantifiable energy, where you want to watch it and be a part of it somehow."
  • On not endorsing random products like other celebrities do: "I just don't want to feel gross. It's as simple as that. I don't want to feel gross, I don't want to regret any decisions. Even if I turn down a sweet check because I don't want to be on that billboard, hawking some shit to the world - I just don't need to do that. Because you get one shot at this. I'm not a model. I'm not an ice skater. I'm not a chef. I'm here to do music. And I want to be able to look back and say, 'Yeah, I did it the way I wanted to do it.' Whether it triumphs or fails, I can live with that."

The Best Type of Bikini, According to a Victoria's Secret Angel

I first spotted my favorite bikini bottom on a friend of mine. She's got awesome curves and stands at 5'5" tall. But me? I've got short legs and have a petite, slightly athletic frame. I never imagined her suit, complete with ruching at the back, would look good on me. But that's the thing about Victoria's Secret's ruched bikini bottom: it flatters every booty on earth - I swear.

Victoria's Secret Angel Romee Strijd - a supermodel who's tried on and posed in countless swimsuits in her career - swears by it too. When I caught up with her during lunch in New York for the launch of the new Dream Angels collection, she called out my beloved bottom:

"For swimsuits, I really like a triangle top and a cheeky bottom. I still have Victoria's Secret swim that I wear all the time. The suit with the ruching is so good for the butt. Anything that looks good on the butt, I will wear," Romee told me.

I described the design in detail, just to make sure we were referencing the same piece (we were). Unfortunately, with Victoria's Secret discontinuing its swim line, the exact bottom is no longer shoppable. But Victoria's Secret Pink offers four more just like it.

Scroll to see Romee rocking her favorite two-pieces, including a triangle top and cheeky, bootylicious bottom, then shop similar options with ruching detail you're bound to fall in love with. Trust, Romee and I wouldn't steer you in the wrong direction.

Should We Teach Our Kids to Respect the President Even If We Don't?

A fan of President Donald Trump I am not and never have been. My daughter was old enough to know that I supported Hillary Clinton and was devastated by her loss. But that ship has sailed, we have a new president, and I find myself in a unique position as a parent of an almost 6-year-old daughter, who up until now, I've always taught to respect her elders, her teacher, her principal, and our country's leaders.

But is this president, a man who seems intent on eroding some of our most cherished American values, someone I want to teach her to respect just because of his title? Yes, we're all in uncharted territory, watching a president who seems intent on stripping civil rights, ignoring our nation's founding principles of inclusion and opportunity for all, and attempting to scare our people into following his misguided lead; a president whose narcissism and small mindedness is truly terrifying to behold.

I, for one, am mad. Mad that we elected this person to the highest office in our land, mad that our senators and congressman aren't doing more to stop his agenda, mad that because of his position, so many good people are scared to go to work and school or travel to see their families because they aren't sure they'll be able to make it home, and in my mind, America is and always should be their rightful home.

But is the outrage I feel appropriate to communicate to or even understandable for my daughter? Will teaching her that the President of the United States is someone I consider to be a vastly unqualified, dangerous blowhard have long-term effects that I can't currently predict? I just don't know.

A friend of mine, who like pretty much everyone that I know (call it a bubble, but I like living here) feels the same way I do, recently taught her daughters, ages 2 and 4, to chant some silly, but timely mantras like "Dump Trump" and "We hate Trump." The sayings made her kids laugh and made her feel slightly better in a time that has seemed, to so many of us, rife with bad news and negativity.

When her husband came home from work that night, the girls wanted to show off their new cheer, but he was not amused and told my friend that even though neither of them voted for Trump, it was important to teach their daughters that they should have respect for our nation's president.

Hearing this story, I initially had to agree. I do want to teach my daughter to respect the president, but upon further thought, I decided what I really wanted was for us to have a president worthy of her respect. And because I don't think that's the case, I want her to know that it's our right and democratic duty to express resistance.

Respecting our leaders is important, but doing what's right is so much more so. There's not one ounce of me that thinks revoking an order that lets transgender students use the bathroom they feel comfortable in, choosing an education secretary who is totally unqualified, using language that makes every child and adult immigrant feel as if they're going to be hunted down and deported, using despicable words about women, enacting a travel ban based on religion, or constantly lying about how popular you are is in any, way, shape, or form acceptable.

These things are so grossly unacceptable, in fact, that even a child should know the difference.

And when the wrongs that this administration is enacting are eventually righted - and I have to believe that they will be - I want my daughter to know I was on the right side of history. That respect lesson? It can come when we have someone in power who deserves it.

15 Photos of Mahershala Ali That Will Make You Question Everything You've Ever Known

When it comes to celebrity crushes, there are the Hemsworth-lovers, the royal worshippers, and the Pratt fanatics. You know who there should be? Mahershala Ali mavens. Mahershala Ali maniacs? Whatever. The bottom line is that the supremely talented actor, who you probably know for his memorable role as Remy Danton in House of Cards, is not only one of Hollywood's biggest up-and-coming stars, but also a total smokeshow. We're going to be seeing a lot of his gorgeous face come award season thanks to his work in Moonlight (which won him an Oscar!), so there's no better time to reacquaint yourself (or get acquainted, period). The 42-year-old is happily married to artist and composer Amatus Sami-Karim, but there's no harm in drooling just a little bit over a few photos of him, right? Right.

Everyone Needs to Read This Woman's Warning About Losing Your iPhone

When one Twitter user picked up a forgotten phone in the bathroom, her first thought was to use Siri as a way to return the phone to its owner. Even though the iPhone was locked, she was able to find the owner - and discover personal information like her address, name, and where her car was parked. Now, she's warning people to turn off this feature in case your phone ends up in the wrong hands.

Twitter user afronomics_ found a lost iPhone in the bathroom. The Twitter user asked Siri "What's my name?" and "Who do I call the most?" to figure out who the phone belonged to. With these two questions, she was able to find out the person's name, address, and where her car was parked.

Once the iPhone owner came back to get her phone, the Twitter user told her about all the information she could pull up with Siri. Naturally, the girl was scared and changed her settings.

If you're spooked too, follow the steps ahead to turn off three settings. To disable Siri access when your iPhone is locked, go to Settings > Siri > and Access When Locked and swipe left. Repeat the same steps with the setting Allow "Hey Siri." You should also turn off access to "Today View," which can hold information like your calendar, your favorite contacts to call, and more. To do this, go to Settings > Touch ID & Passcode and swipe left on "Today View" and "Notifications View."

Don't delay, and do this right now. No one should have access to this information so easily.

The Internet Is Not Letting Ivanka Trump Get Away With Wearing This Red Dress

Last night during President Donald Trump's first speech to a joint session of Congress, he repeated his infamous campaign rhetoric of "Buy American, and hire American." Sitting in the audience was his daughter Ivanka Trump in a $2,995 dress. The red ensemble was by French designer Roland Mouret. It was not, in fact, designed or made by an American - something her father has advocated for in most of his speeches.

Once people realized the hypocrisy, they took to social media to blast Ivanka's dress, from its appropriateness to the revealing straps. People even brought Michelle Obama into the conversation, noticing the double standard in how we judge both women's outfits. The former first lady had always championed American designers and was also often criticized for exposing her arms. Many made the obvious connections and took issue with Ivanka's look.

11 Must-Try Recipes Sourced From the Back of a Box, Bag, or Can

It's easy to dismiss the recipes printed on the back of bags, boxes, and cans of supermarket staples like flour, oats, macaroni, pumpkin puree, molasses, and chocolate chips as dated. But as older generations knew, there's plenty of wisdom to be gleaned from the test kitchens associated with supermarket brands. Here, we've rounded up 11 must-try recipes, including the obvious (Nestlé Toll House's chocolate chip cookies and Rice Krispies Treats) as well as some unexpected finds (four-ingredient sugar cookies and seven-layer macaroni and cheese).

This Was Lupita Nyong'o's Most Stylish Press Tour in History

Kenyan-Mexican actress Lupita Nyong'o landed on the perfect moment to pay tribute to her African heritage. Last Fall, Lupita starred in Disney's Queen of Katwe, a film about chess player Phiona Mutesi, who lives with her family in Uganda. Lupita played Harriet, Phiona's mother, and to prepare for the role, she spent plenty of time traveling.

While chatting with Lupita's stylist, Micaela Erlanger, via phone, she told us how the actress and she visited Uganda, sourcing materials from African designers that would eventually inspire looks for the promotional tour. For the film's premieres, Lupita wore a lineup of red carpet dresses by top designers like Rosie Assoulin, Balmain, and Carolina Herrera, but their matching headpieces were all part of a larger collaboration.

Micaela explained how she partnered with Lupita's hairstylist, Vernon Francois, to create designs that sat like a crown atop Lupita's head. It wasn't so simple: Micaela pulled from fabric shops in New York to bring the full combinations to fruition, and even more accessories came into play. Still, the stylist is a master, and thanks to her print-mixing tips and wise tricks, Lupita's appearances were absolutely dazzling. Read on for the full story Micaela told us behind what may just be Lupita's most memorable looks to date, then find out which ensemble excited the actress and her stylist the most.

Everything We Know About H&M's First See Now, Buy Now Runway

H&M has achieved a coveted status in the fashion space, both beloved by bargain hunters and industry insiders, alike. That's no easy task, but the design team's keen eye for trends, designer partnerships and innovation, and the staples its core customers crave has elevated the brand to something of a cult favorite. Now, set to present its first see now, buy now runway concept over Paris Fashion Week, it's poised to generate even more buzz - and business.

Ahead of its game-changing Spring '17 collection, we caught up with Pernilla Wohlfahrt, the label's head of design, to pick her brain about the show and the brand's next big move. Read on for all the details ahead of the collection's debut later today - which you can live stream right here.

POPSUGAR: What do you think the H&M customer is expecting for Spring? How do you design with that in mind?
Pernilla Wohlfahrt: We always want to encourage our customers to explore their personal style and hopefully they will be able to do that when shopping from our collections. Our aim has always been to provide customers around the world with clothes, shoes, and accessories that they will genuinely love and continually wear, pieces that can effortlessly be mixed with their existing wardrobe and feel like a part of them. Today, this love doesn't have any geographical boundaries as fashion has become truly global.

While we of course need to take seasonal differences under consideration when it comes to, for example, lighter fabrics or the addition of shorts or tank tops, we think that even that is changing in fashion with the rise of "season-less dressing" - pieces that work throughout the year no matter the climate. Ultimately, we try to design for a global customer as we are a global company.

PS: It's the brand's first see now, buy now collection. This is obviously the future for a lot of brands - is this how H&M will approach Fashion Weeks going forward? What impact does this model have on the design team?
PW: We have been monitoring this new era for the industry carefully over the past few years. It's very exciting and the format feels natural to us. It enables us to come even closer to our customers and open up for a broader audience. We look forward to testing it out for our H&M Studio S/S 2017 collection, but it is too early to say anything about future collections.

From a design perspective, there is not a huge difference in the design process for a "see now, buy now" collection, so we were able to keep a similar workflow, and most importantly, not compromise on the overall creative vision in any way. The H&M Studio collection has always been based on a lot of preparatory research by the designers and from a production point of view, planned far in advance.

PS: What's the inspiration for the collection and who do you see wearing it?
PW: For H&M Studio S/S 2017, we looked to ballet as our main source of inspiration - the grace, passion, and strength of the dancers, both aesthetically and emotionally. But we also wanted to make it as up-to-date as possible, so we decided to bring in elements of sportswear, which is a trend that is still going strong. This translated into sporty details such as crinkled nylon, drawstrings, and elastic waistbands being combined with feminine ruffles, lace, and silks. We also played with translucent layers and volume throughout the collection. As a result, we ended up with a lot of contrasts or contradictions - between ballet and sport, formalwear and casualwear, transparency and opacity, natural fabrics and technical ones - so a predominantly black-and-white color palette was a natural progression, though we also introduced fuchsia and touches of orange and gold for that all-important pop of colour.

For this season, we also want to send out a global message of love. It seems that in these times, positivity, warmth, and kindness should really be dominating our lives. So there are a few pieces in the Studio collection that carry the word "love" again and again, kind of like a ticker tape, but perhaps more as a vivid reminder of what is important. This collection can be seen as a celebration of our love of fashion, which is at the heart of everything we do.

Inspirations vary season to season, especially as we always design with our customers in mind and they are very engaged in the fashion world, so it's often more about a story we want to tell rather than a specific woman. For example, this season's message of love - with that, our woman exudes a combination of strength, gentleness, and open-mindedness. She's self-confident and dedicated, and of course, loves fashion, mainly for its ability to express personal style, which we always try to encourage in our customers with all our collections.

PS: H&M has been pro-active about showing a range of ethnicities and body types, what are you looking for when casting a show and how did you approach that this season, knowing how important it is?
PW: For us it is important to show diversity in everything we do and we believe it reflects us as a company, who we are, and the world around us. Today it is all about personality and what you bring to the mix.

8 Awesome Perks of Being Bilingual

Coming from an Ecuadorian-American family, the first language I ever learned to speak was Spanish. I asked for everything from my comida to my juguetes, until it was finally time to go to school and I picked up English. In my 20s now, I speak both languages fluently and I'm so thankful for that. Being bilingual has helped me in the professional sense - opening more doors and possibilities - and personally, too, by helping me create stronger bonds with my friends and giving me a part of my culture I'm able to teach my boyfriend.

If you're also bilingual (whether it's Spanish and English or another combination), you know there are even more perks to speaking more than one language. It can be as simple as getting around abroad without any issues or as great as getting free things from people who also speak your second language, but those small things make a huge difference. Scroll ahead for eight amazing pluses of being a polyglot.

Viola Davis Prayed For a Husband and Was Blessed With a Real Winner

Viola Davis took home the SAG Award for best supporting actress on Sunday night, and the phenomenal Fences and How to Get Away With Murder star had her biggest fan by her side: her husband, Julius Tennon. Viola and Julius, a theater veteran and TV actor, met on the set of City of Angels in 1999, just weeks after Viola prayed for a husband. "I was the loneliest woman in the world, and someone said, 'You should just pray for a husband,'" she told Page Six. "I said I wanted a big black man from the South who looked like a football player, who already had children, who maybe had been married before. Three and a half weeks later, I met my husband." The couple tied the knot in 2003 and recently renewed their vows with a star-studded second wedding ceremony; they share a daughter, Genesis, who they adopted as a newborn in 2011, as well as Julius's two sons from a previous relationship.

They have quickly become one of our favorite Hollywood couples to watch. The way Julius looks at Viola warms our hearts, and they seem to not just love each other to pieces, but really respect and value each other, too. They also dial their red carpet appearances up a notch by color-coordinating their outfits, which is just adorable. So far in 2017, Viola has made history by becoming the first black actress to be nominated for three Oscars and the first black actress to win five SAG Awards. She also took home a best supporting actress Academy Award, making her just the seventh black woman to do so. But Julius, while obviously thrilled for his wife, is no slouch; he was admitted to the University of Tulsa on a full football scholarship and the first African American to graduate from its theater department. He's also starred on the small screen in Criminal Minds and ER and works with Viola as a copartner on their production company, JuVee Productions. We're taking a look at the cutest photos from Julius and Viola's 16-year relationship - look through to see them all now (seriously, how cute are their matching outfits?).

Kaitlyn Bristowe Reveals Why She Never Did DWTS: "I Wasn't Allowed"

Former Bachelorette star Kaitlyn Bristowe is not happy with the show's creator Mike Fleiss. Amid news that her ex Nick Viall will be competing in the upcoming season of Dancing With the Stars, she recently spoke out on social media about why she never joined the dancing competition. It all started when Whitney Bischoff, who competed alongside Kaitlyn on Chris Soules's season of The Bachelor, asked, "Why does a bachelorette never get this gig @BachelorABC?!? I wanted to see [Kaitlyn Bristowe] shake her tail feather!" And that's when the tea started pouring. "Actually I was offered it, had the contract & Mike Fleiss told me I wasn't allowed," she responded. "He said he didn't want people wanting fame after his show."

This certainly comes as a shock, seeing that multiple stars from the Bachelor franchise have competed on the show, including Chris himself. Following Kaitlyn's tweet, Mike was quick to respond by tweeting, "[Kaitlyn Bristowe] has my total support if she wants to appear on DWTS!!! #TheBachelor." Of course, the drama didn't end there as Kaitlyn bluntly tweeted, "Thanks I'll get right on that opportunity 2 yrs ago. I wonder what changed your mind?" before posting a GIF of Kermit the Frog drinking tea. Well-played, Kaitlyn. Well-played.

Rob Lowe Opens Up About the Death of His "Most Loyal, Old-School Friend" Bill Paxton

Bill Paxton tragically passed away at age 61 on Feb. 25 after suffering complications from surgery, and Hollywood was quick to start paying tribute to the iconic actor. While Bill was known for his roles in movies like Apollo 13, Twister, and Titanic, he was also a notoriously nice guy in Hollywood. His longtime friend and fellow actor Rob Lowe touched on his incredible spirit when he opened up about his death in an essay for The Hollywood Reporter on Tuesday. The two met in 1991 and went on to costar in the 1994 comedy Frank and Jesse. "What made Bill really special to me was that we both lived outside of L.A.," Rob wrote. "I've lived in Santa Barbara for 25 years. He lived in Ojai for 30 years. He's one of the reasons I moved out of L.A. because I saw a really similar marriage, a really solid man who is building a life not completely centered around the business in spite of the fact that he grew up in the business."

Rob also revealed that Bill was incredibly thoughtful and always made sure his friends felt his support. "Bill is very old-school chivalrous, understood grace notes, the importance of a handwritten letter, the grand gesture," he continued. "He was very much a man out of his time in a way. Bill was the most loyal, old-school friend. The type that showed for every single occasion, no matter how small - Bill would be there. If it was, you know, my kid's Bar Mitzvah, Bill's there. If it was my mother's funeral, Bill's there. If it was my book launch party, Bill's there. Bill was not only one of my closest friends, but he was without a question my closest friend in the industry. To have someone with a common experience, that's really hard in this business, because we get to a place if we're lucky that very few people get to go, so the numbers are small to begin with and then to find somebody in that small group of people who have experienced this life, to find somebody who you're so simpatico with is a rarity. There will be no replacement for me. There will not be."

Here's the Oscars Speech Moonlight's Barry Jenkins Would Have Made

Writer and director Barry Jenkins did his best to give a poignant speech at the Oscars on Sunday when his film Moonlight won the award for best picture - but the devastating mix-up that happened during the last 10 minutes of the show had him and the rest of the cast and crew left in a dizzying moment of disbelief. On Wednesday, in the wake of the headline-making mistake, which wrongly announced La La Land as the winner, Jenkins revealed to The Hollywood Reporter that he "didn't plan to say much" if the film took home best picture, given that the honor is "a producer's award." "The plan was to have Adele Romanski speak first, then Jeremy Kleiner and, finally, briefly, myself," he explained. "I planned to keep it personal, repeating and evolving a story I've told throughout the season." Here's the message Jenkins would have given if he'd had more time (and wasn't so shocked).

"Tarell [Alvin McCraney] and I are Chiron. We are that boy. And when you watch Moonlight, you don't assume a boy who grew up how and where we did would grow up and make a piece of art that wins an Academy Award. I've said that a lot, and what I've had to admit is that I placed those limitations on myself, I denied myself that dream. Not you, not anyone else - me. And so, to anyone watching this who sees themselves in us, let this be a symbol, a reflection that leads you to love yourself. Because doing so may be the difference between dreaming at all and, somehow through the Academy's grace, realizing dreams you never allowed yourself to have. Much love."

Jenkins, who also won the Oscar for best adapted screenplay alongside Tarell Alvin McCraney, went on to admit "that came out much differently onstage" given the crazy circumstances. "I don't know how I managed any words at all. It is what it is," he said.
