Everything You Need to Know About Logan, Hugh Jackman's Final X-Men Movie

It's time for another X-Men film, folks! Then again, if you've seen the trailer for Logan, you know it's anything but a typical mutant movie. Now that the movie has arrived in theaters, it's time for a rundown on all the info we have. Take a look below to find out about the cast, plot, poster, teaser, and everything else!

The Cast and Plot

Hugh Jackman is back for one final time as the title character, aka Wolverine. The film is set years after the events of X-Men: Days of Future Past, in a future nearly void of mutants. Logan and Charles Xavier (Patrick Stewart) are still around, and must team up to protect Laura, a young mutant (Dafne Keen). In the comic books, Laura is Logan's clone-daughter, also referred to as X-23. Whether the movie will follow the exact events of the books, we don't yet know.

The Villain

The main antagonist is Donald Pierce, the leader of the "Reavers," a team of cyborgs who have been hunting mutants and have it out for Logan. He's being portrayed by Boyd Holbook, who you may know as the lead of Netflix's drug cartel series, Narcos.

The Violence

Logan received an R-rating for "strong brutal violence and language throughout, and for brief nudity." We can confirm: it's incredibly violent, so if Wolverine claws through the jaw doesn't sound like something you want to see, maybe you should skip this one.

The Trailer

Set to Johnny Cash's "Hurt," the trailer shows a movie that seems to be much darker than anything the X-Men franchise has attempted before. A few other trailers have also been released.

The Poster

The Release Date

Logan hits theaters on March 3.

These Stunning Home Water Birth Photos Are Going to Blow You Away

Back in August, Jynessa Weed was 40 weeks and three days pregnant with her third child, but had no expectations of going into labor any time soon because her first two children's labors were both induced and C-sections. So when she started to develop a pinching feeling in her cervix - aka her contractions coming on - she ignored it for a while. It wasn't until her midwife announced that Jynessa was three-centimeters dilated that this mom truly believed she could actually have her baby naturally this time around.

After a mid-labor pedicure through her first real contractions, she faced her denial and came to terms with the fact that her baby was on the way. Her midwife, Mercy, her doula, Liz, and two student midwives arrived, and it was show time. "Can I even begin to tell you how awesome it was to labor in my own home?" Jynessa wrote in a post shared to the Love What Matters Facebook page. "Walking around and listening to my own music. I FaceTimed my dad as we were getting the pool set up."

But her carefree labor suddenly became very painful back labor, which she experienced with the birth of her son, Baylor. "Now if you have ever had the pleasure of experiencing back labor it's pretty much hell on earth," she wrote. "Liz got out her tens unit which was ahhhmazing, still painful but manageable at that point."

Finally, it was just about time for Jynessa's baby to make an entrance, so the mom laid in her bath on her husband Anthony's lap. "Anthony was so in tune with me reassuring I could do this," she wrote. "I flipped over to my back and laid in his lap and let my body do its thing, two pushes and her head was coming out. I yelled 'I can't do this, I can't' while I was trying to push my legs closed as if that was going to do anything. Jennifer was telling me to ease her head out and that I was going to feel her turn. I gave one more push and reached down to grab my baby . . . I pulled her up to my chest."

At 10:19 p.m. Scout Madelynn Dawn Weed was officially born, and Jynessa couldn't believe it. "I got my home-birth, water birth," she said. "I looked at her in awe; I had a daughter. I am so proud of myself for believing in myself and my body and following my heart, Scout's birth was so fast and so intense, I honestly couldn't have done it without my amazing birth team."

Lucky for Jynessa - and us - her incredible birth story was captured by photographer Kourtnie Elizabeth. "I love connecting generations together by capturing the raw, real, 100 percent unscripted moments," Kourtnie told POPSUGAR Moms. "To welcome a baby Earthside and to be a part of their first moments is a privilege." Scroll through to see some of the beautiful photos Kourtnie took both during and after Scout's birth.

Nina Dobrev's long-awaited return to The Vampire Diaries is so very close. As she confirmed in January, Dobrev is returning to reprise her role as Elena Gilbert before the series concludes for good. We don't know exactly how Elena will factor into the series finale, but we do have theories. Ahead of the episode's March 10 premiere, see what you can gather from these all-too-brief teasers! (Spoiler alert: Damon and Elena are reunited!)

This Woman Did a Full Dance Routine While in Labor and It's the Best Thing We've Seen All Day

Although most moms wouldn't describe labor as a "fun" experience, some women take their minds off of the pain in a nontraditional way: with epic dance parties. We've seen women pole dance, Whip and Nae Nae, and even do the Tootsie Roll to distract themselves from the contractions - and their impressive moves don't disappoint.

In this cute video, a woman in labor sporting mesh underwear dances to V.I.C.'s "Wobble" with her sister-in-law. We can't help but smile over her infectious laughter and how much she seems to be enjoying this impromptu dance before welcoming her baby.

Here's How to Make the Iconic Mickey Mouse Marshmallow Wands From Disney World!

Walking down main street at the Magic Kingdom, you can't help but get distracted by all of the sweet treat stores pretty much everywhere you look, and they all sell a few amazing things like the classic chocolate-dipped marshmallow wands in a ton of Disney characters. Our favorite? Mr. Mickey Mouse himself. We've gone behind the scenes to learn how they're made, and after seeing it, we'll certainly try making a few of these ourselves!

The Trailer For Netflix's Upcoming War Drama Will Break Your Heart

Nicholas Hoult, Henry Cavill, Logan Marshall-Green, and Glen Powell are just a few of the men starring in Netflix's upcoming war drama, Sand Castle. Written by Iraq War vet Chris Roessner, the film is inspired by true events - and the trailer, which is just a small peek into the horrific nature of war, is pretty heartbreaking. Netflix will be debuting the movie (amid all its original content) on April 21, and you can check out the trailer now.

7 Possible Settings for American Horror Story Season 7

The season finale of American Horror Story: Roanoke dropped all the way back in November, which means this is officially the longest we've had to wait between seasons of the show. Per usual, we're going a little crazy trying to anticipate when we'll get more new information about the next chapter of the subversive anthology series.

While Ryan Murphy first declared that the seventh season would be election-themed, he clarified that "the themes of American Horror Story have always been allegories. You will not see Trump and Clinton as characters on the show." OK, but there are always real setting and stories, so what is the next season actually about?

Thus, it's time for one of our favorite parts of the AHS life cycle: speculation. Here's where we think season seven could go.

American Horror Story Season 7: The Confirmed Cast

Information about season seven of American Horror Story is beginning to roll in! While last season was (unfairly) shrouded in mystery until the premiere, we actually do have a few morsels about season seven, including a few hints from Ryan Murphy. The executive producer appeared at the Television Critics Association's Winter press tour in January and revealed something major about the upcoming season: the cast. Well, two members of it, anyway. Still, I'll take it! We'll update you with more casting news as it's revealed, but for now take a look at the two returning alums.

Gigi Hadid Just Made History on This International Vogue Cover

Gigi Hadid just made history as the cover star for Vogue Arabia's first-ever print issue. Starting with this debut issue, the magazine will highlight style and cultural trends pertaining to the Middle East.

For the 23-year-old supermodel, this exciting opportunity is also tied to her own family background, as her father is Palestinian-American. Shortly after the cover was announced, Gigi took to Instagram to share her thoughts. She wrote, "Being half-Palestinian, it means the world to me to be on the first-ever cover(s) of Vogue Arabia." Adding, "I hope that this magazine will show another layer of the fashion industry's desire to continue to accept, celebrate, and incorporate all people and customs."

In a statement, the magazine's editor-in-chief, Deena Aljuhani Abdulaziz, spoke about her decision to cast Gigi. "The collage of countries across the Arab world are long-deserving of a place in fashion history and there's no better first 'face' to lead the charge for Vogue Arabia than Gigi - a model who defines tomorrow's entrepreneurial and dynamic generation."

Look ahead to see pictures from the inaugural issue and pick up a copy of Vogue Arabia's March issue when it hits stands on March 5.

Get Your Wallet Ready Because Apple's AirPods Aren't Optional - They're Necessary

When Apple first announced the AirPods, I, like everyone else, was completely confused by them. Why did they look like Q-Tips? Why did they cost so much money? More importantly, Apple, how could you take away my headphone jack?! But after testing out a pair of AirPods for the past few weeks, I can see why they're worth it and why you might consider buying them for yourself.

Setting Them Up Is So Easy

Unlike several tech products out there, setting up AirPods is so easy. Open up the AirPod case near your iPhone and a pop-up screen should appear. Tap "Connect" and you're done. Once this step is done, just pop the AirPods into your ears. You'll hear a ding that lets you know it's connected to your iPhone. Press play on your music and you're set! I opened up Spotify on my first try and my iPhone already recognized my AirPods and started to play music through them, no additional setup required. Need to talk to someone or order your morning coffee? Take out one of the AirPods and the music automatically stops playing.

The AirPods Don't Fall Out

I'm someone who's barely on time for anything, which means I'm usually running to catch the bus to all sorts of events. The first time I ran, I clung onto my AirPods for dear life and probably looked like a complete weirdo running with my hands to my ears. I decided to test them the next day and didn't hold onto to them as I ran - and they stayed perfectly snug in my ear. If I ran with Apple's previous headphones or any other ones, they fell out or got tangled in my hair. Speaking of which . . .

Say Goodbye to Earphone Tangling

As someone with a lot of piercings, long hair, bracelets, and complicated jackets, I've always had a struggle with regular headphones. They get tangled in my hair or get caught in a button, which then sends the headphones and, sometimes, my iPhone into the air. Or they end up in a tangled mess by themselves. But with the AirPods, that never happens, and it becomes one less thing to worry about. Sometimes, the AirPods do get caught in my hair when I'm putting them on, but that's more a messy-hair-day problem than the AirPods' fault.

They Don't Look That Weird

OK, yes, the AirPods look like bizarre Q-Tips hanging from your ears, but they aren't the weirdest headphones out there. Personally, I hate the insanely large look of some over-ear headphones, and then there are trendy metallic headphones that will sometimes shine the sun into my eye on the bus. So really, earphones and headphones come in all shapes and sizes depending on your needs, so you shouldn't feel weird about the look of the AirPods. You get used to them, and if you have long hair, you can hide them.

Talking on the Phone Has Never Been Better

I know that as a millennial, I'm supposed to despise talking on the phone. But sometimes, you can't avoid it (looking at you, Mom). And unlike Apple's EarPods with a microphone, I don't need to hold the AirPods mere inches from my mouth for anyone to hear me. The sound is clear and more personal; no need to shout on the phone so the other person on the line can hear me.

The Battery Life Is Actually Great

Apple currently advertises the AirPods as having five hours of battery life on a single charge. But, in reality, the AirPods hold out for much longer than that. Since I only use them when I'm commuting, they can last me as long as five days. And if you own an iPhone 7 or 7 Plus, you can charge your phone and listen to music without using the dongle. The one downside of the battery life is that you don't get much of a warning that the charging case needs a recharge, which has left me without earphones a few times.

The AirPods Are Worth the Investment

As someone on a budget, I find it insanely hard to make investments on longer lasting products. Yes, I know this $6 pair of tights will get a run on the second day I wear them, but they are cheaper than a $30 better pair of tights. The same logic applies to my headphones; is it annoying to constantly shell out $30 to $40 every few months for new earphones because the cable is frayed or only one ear works? Yes, but it's a cheaper option to the "fancier," high-end earphones. With the AirPods, however, the investment feels worth it. There's no chance of the cable fraying or listening out of one ear for a while. And if you lose one, you can replace one for $69. A hefty price, but that might make make you extra careful not to lose them.

But not everything is absolutely awesome about the AirPods. Siri works nicely on the AirPods, but it's not really something I see anyone using all the time. I'd rather listen to "Closer" by the Chainsmokers 10 times in a row than to say "Hey Siri, next song" in public. That's not the only downfall of AirPods either - the Bluetooth connection can also randomly get disconnected. Sometimes, I put my iPhone in my back pocket, and the music goes in and out because the Bluetooth connection isn't strong enough. Or I'll take out my AirPod out to order something and the music will stop for a second before resuming. Not the most ideal situation, but also not totally uncommon with Bluetooth devices.

Is this another pricey Apple product? Yes. Is it one that's worth your money? Yes, absolutely. You can buy AirPods online through the Apple Store for $159 and other retailers.

A "Cuddle Cot" Gave 1 Grieving Mom 3 Extra Days With Her Baby After He Passed Away

When Becki Wilson's baby boy, Carter-James, died at just 16 hours old, the mom from England was devastated. However, Becki's unthinkable situation was made "a hell of a lot easier" in part thanks to a "Cuddle Cot."

This crib-cooling device keeps a baby's body at an appropriate temperature to allow bereaved parents to spend additional time with their newborn and grieve. Although some may not personally understand the concept of wanting to remain with a baby that has already passed for more than a few hours, Becki describes this time as some of the most magical days of her life.

"I got to dress him, got to wash him and got to stare at him for hours like any other mother would," she told the Daily Mail. "Being able to do that made a dramatic difference. I felt like I was able to be a mom to him, and that's something I'll never forget."

Shortly after her baby died, Becki learned that another family had requested a Cuddle Cot but there wasn't one available. Since then, she has been raising awareness in the hope that this tool can become more accessible for more grieving parents. On her JustGiving page dedicated to raising funds to donate these special cribs to hospitals, she explained the process:

The Cuddle Cot enables a family whose baby has died to spend a little bit more time with them. The Cot cools the baby, slowing the natural processes that occur after death. A child is delivered but dies every four hours in [England] and this relatively new technology helps by allowing a fuller "cradle to grave" experience for traumatized parents in need of comfort.

The little ones are cleaned and weighed and measured. They are swaddled and snuggled as any other. Then they are placed in a Moses basket or crib, and lain on the eight-degree cooling pad, slowing down the effects of nature.

Get Out Is Just the Beginning - Jordan Peele Is Working on 4 More Horror Movies

If you loved Get Out, some exciting news from Jordan Peele is going to make your day. In an interview with Insider, Peele casually mentioned that his recent hit horror film is just the first in a series of thrillers he plans to make about social injustices.

"I have four other social thrillers that I want to unveil in the next decade . . . The best and scariest monsters in the world are human beings and what we are capable of especially when we get together. I've been working on these premises about these different social demons, these innately human monsters that are woven into the fabric of how we think and how we interact, and each one of my movies is going to be about a different one of these social demons."

Furthermore, in a Reddit AMA from last month, a fan asked if Get Out takes place in the same universe as his 2016 comedy Keanu, and Peele's answer was very intriguing: "I didn't intend it to be in a connected universe, but . . . my next three or four films I will be looking at possibly connecting them." In the same AMA, he confirmed that he intends to write and direct all the films himself.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Just Took Her Maternity Style Up a Notch

When Rosie Huntington-Whiteley confirmed she and fiancé Jason Statham are expecting a baby, she did it with style. The supermodel posted a bikini shot taken on the beach by Jason on Instagram. While we can't say we didn't notice her chevron-print triangle bikini, it was hard to miss her growing belly and obvious glow.

Rosie brought that right along with her when she stepped out at the Vanity Fair Oscars bash, flaunting her new figure in a custom Atelier Versace dress that featured a single sleeve and very high slit. From there, she took it to the streets in a duster, fedora, and high heels. With Rosie's clear handle on fashion, we can only expect so many more great maternity looks in her future.

Even If You Don't Watch The Vampire Diaries, You'll Fall in Love With the Bride's Dress

Some of the best type of relationships begin as friendships. This was the case for Caroline and Stefan AKA Steroline on The Vampire Diaries. We've been waiting eagerly for the couple's wedding ever since they shared their first kiss and then (finally!) got engaged. And now, we have our first look at Caroline's dress. Delicate lace embroidery runs all over the princess style ballgown. The soft tulle bottom flares out while the bodice is slightly more fitted. A pendant necklace hangs from Caroline's neck and the only other accessory is a bridal headband.

Even if you don't watch the show anymore, you'll appreciate the bride's gown. It doesn't distract from the main event - which is that she's marrying the man of her dreams - and it's sweet and fitting for a Summer wedding. Before you watch the penultimate episode, scroll on to see close ups of Caroline's dress and then scoop up similar versions.

We're Quivering With Excitement Over Storybook Cosmetics's Arrow Brush Set

Storybook Cosmetics is on a roll! After the pre-sale of its Witchcraft and Wizardry palette and the hubbub over the reveal of its magical rose brushes, the brand is giving its fans one more piece of news to lose their sh*t over: a new arrow and quiver-inspired brush set is launching soon.

The Bullseye brush set appears to consist of five tools, complete with fletching (the faux feathers on the end of an arrow) and a brush cup meant to look like a quiver. The brush heads are very small, making them excellent for fine detail work like a precise cat eye or a carefully painted pout. According to the brand, they are officially finalized and in production, so keep an eye out! They could be available for purchase on the Storybook Cosmetics website any day now.

We had originally thought that this brush set was perhaps part of the upcoming Storybook Cosmetics x Hunger Games collaboration, but we're pretty sure now that the Bullseye brushes are their own fabulous launch. The Wire Nail Art Trend Makes "Getting Bent" a Good Thing

The brilliant nail artists at South Korean salon Unistella have innovated another awe-inspiring new talon trend: wire nails.

You may remember Unistella's techs made headlines in 2015 with glass nail designs and whipped up the bracelet manicure in 2016. However, founder Eun Kyung Park has really impressed us with this latest mesmerizing masterpiece. She utilizes tiny pieces of wire, sculpting them into small designs, including the outline of the nail, bitty accents on the half moon ("cuticle cuffs"), and even Picasso-like renditions of human faces.

Park told Marie Claire that this new technique was inspired by neon signs. "When you make neon signs, you have to bend the wires to make certain lettering," she told the magazine. "It's one long wire that's bent to create and connect the letters. I thought this was really cool and since nails are an accessory, I wanted it to be used for expression. Like rings."

While it takes a lot of patience and skill to carefully bend the delicate wire, the rest of the concept is pretty simple: just apply your creation on top of clear gel polish, cure the lacquer, then add a clear gel on top to secure it in place. The only true limit to the possibilities is your imagination, but Park advises that it's important to keep the placement of the edges in mind.

"Since it's a wire, you have to make sure the sharp end has a nice finish so it doesn't get caught in clothes," she says. Fair point! Read on to see some of the designs the Unistella team has created so far.

The Smallest Detail About Gigi Hadid's Outfit Is the 1 You'll Remember Most

Before walking the Fall 2017 Balmain runway in Paris, Gigi Hadid made a statement in the streets. The supermodel left her hotel in a few signature pieces, including a skintight crop top, high-waisted denim, and sock boots. Her distressed jean jacket helped her achieve a Canadian tuxedo, but that's just the first thing you'll notice about her look. We zeroed in on Gigi's gold hardware.

The buckle on her looped belt, the chainstrap of her bag, and her wiry choker all helped to illuminate Gigi's outfit. We were especially delighted by the shape of her necklace and how it worked to mimic the frills on her mockneck. It's a tiny little detail, sure, but it certainly didn't go unnoticed. Scroll to zoom in, then shop some wavy baubles that will help you achieve the same style move.

This Stunning "Crashing Wave" Pressed Powder Has Us Amped For the Next Big MAC Collaboration

If you're one of those gals that hoards items from MAC Cosmetics collaborations (and we can't blame you!), you have a particularly pretty one to look forward to this April. Fashion designer Min Liu, founder of the brand Ms. Min, is teaming up with MAC for what the brand calls a "mythically charged collection."

Contemporary takes on traditional Chinese motifs and themes are Min's signature, so they will be interspersed throughout the products in the range. While we're not sure what's coming yet, we can see a few items in the above preview. It looks like there will be liquid lip colors (adorned with tassels!), cream pigment compacts, and a simply stunning compact featuring a crashing wave - rendered in red and pink tones - are just a few of the launches we can look forward to.

According to MAC, Min brought a piece of fabric with red, peony, and metallic details to a first meeting with the brand's Creative Director, James Gager. Those hues became key themes in the collection. We're hoping that this is a sign that rosy eye shadows are coming in this launch, too, as the pink eye and red eye trends are still so hot.

"Energy, like beauty in fashion, flows and shifts over time," said Min in a press release. "I find fashion and beauty to be the collision of personal expression of self, today being different than tomorrow, capturing our ying and yang, and the discovery of our quiet and our riot." Stay tuned for more updates on this elegant collection as they become available.

Tim McGraw on Wife Faith Hill: "She's the Light of Our Whole Family's Life"

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill's romance is country strong, and apparently, so is their music. During the NYC premiere of his latest film, The Shack, the singer opened up about what it was like co-writing and recording "Keep Your Eyes on Me" with his wife for the movie's soundtrack. "I remember doing my vocal and then sitting back in the studio . . . [Faith] started singing and it just blew me away," he said. "When she does that thing at the end, where she just goes to church, with the 'ah's' at the end, it's a religious experience."

Aside from bragging about Faith's impeccable talent, he couldn't help but gush about what a wonderful mother she is to their three daughters. "I'm lucky to have her," he added. "She's the light of our whole family's life. She keeps everything going for us. We all strive to be like my wife, everybody in our family. If your wife holds the example for everybody in your family, that's a good thing." How cute are these two?

All of Kim Kardashian's Future Dress Picks Just Came Down This Fall '17 Runway

The Balmain army always comes in strong. Models marched down the runway in look after look seemingly in an endless line. For Olivier Rousteing's Fall 2017 collection, he focused on strength, darkness, and power. This was evidenced by the show's soundtrack of heavy rock and the designer's signature colors of black, dark browns, and golds mixed with reds. We heard Olivier loud and clear: the Balmain girl is tough, edgy, and ready to conquer the world. In other words, while the Balmain crew might have shed its armor last season, it's back up for Fall.

We spotted tough leather tops and skirts, animal prints (including his signature snakeskin), wide corset belts, and even shirts with fiery flame designs. There were subtle nods to the wild west as studs and fringe were the designer's choice for embellishments. Each look was more intense than the last. We even saw some netted and feathered dresses that will no doubt show up in Kim Kardashian's closet or on the red carpet. Read on to see the collection and then you will truly understand why no one messes with the #BalmainArmy.

This Is What Happens When Faithful Pit Bull Owners "Attack"

In this tongue-in-cheek video from Above Average, we learn just how aggressive Pit Bull owners can truly be. (Insert hard eye roll here.) The video's host, Karen, presents situations where Pit Bull owners unleash their defensive attitudes on the public and gives warning signs to watch out for. She also gives you words to avoid when encountering a Pit Bull owner, including dog, hello, and just blinking. In the end, Karen points out the Pit Bulls themselves are actually wonderful dogs, it's just their owners you have to watch out for. We have found that Pit Bulls owners' level of devotion to their dogs is admirable and often warranted when their pups are given a bad rap. Keep it up, Pittie-lovers!

This Post Praising "Birthday Frosting" Is Not Referring to the Delicious Cake Topping

Everybody loves a little (or a lot) of frosting on their birthday, but this post from Birth Without Fear isn't talking about that vanilla or chocolate goodness you spread on top of a cake. The "birthday frosting" this post is referring to - accompanied by a photo of a sweet little newborn tush - is the protective layer of vernix babies are sometimes born coated with.

Vernix caseosa, the cheese-like substance you can see in the photo above, serves many purposes. Not only does it act as a moisturizer for a baby's skin, it protects their delicate body from the ammonia in mom's amniotic fluid, and works as a lube to help baby slip out during birth (though it doesn't feel quite so slippery in the moment, does it?).

As Birth Without Fear's post suggests, "Before you go 'Eew!'" at this photo, know that The World Health Organization (WHO) suggests not wiping the layer of vernix off your newborn, as its not necessary for hygienic reasons, and leaving it on for a few hours may even have antibacterial benefits.

Not all babies are born with a coating of vernix, as sometimes its absorbed in the amniotic fluid, but if your baby is, think twice before declaring how gross it is (it is a little bit, we totally get it) and try to let your baby reap the benefits of their first serving of "birthday frosting." It is sugar-free, we assume?

Mandy Moore Says She's "Totally Ready to Have Kids Now" Thanks to This Is Us

Mandy Moore might play a loving mother to three children on NBC's This Is Us, but is she ready to start a family in real life? During an interview with Conan O'Brien on Wednesday night, the 32-year-old actress revealed that playing matriarch Rebecca Pearson has completely turned her on to the idea of motherhood because of all the scenes she shares with the show's young child actors. "I mean, we get to hold these newborn children, and I can't believe their parents were willing to hand over their babies to me," she said about the flashback scenes of Rebecca's young kids. "I'm like, 'Hi, I'm Mandy. I have absolutely no experience with small children,' and they're like, 'Here's my 2-week-old baby.'"

Mandy was married to musician Ryan Adams for nearly six years until their 2015 divorce, but it certainly seems like she hasn't ruled out having children with current boyfriend Taylor Goldsmith. "I didn't know how to change a diaper," she said. "I had crew members showing me how to change a diaper. I'm terrible, but yes it has sort of activated that maternal side of me that I'm totally ready to have kids now." Even if kids aren't in her immediate future, being able to add "expert diaper-changer" to her résumé is definitely a huge plus.

Becky G: "My Spanish Is Flawed and I Didn't Grow Up in Mexico, but I Take Pride in My Roots"

Becky G is a CoverGirl, singer, and actress appearing in the new Power Rangers movie coming out in 2017.

Everyone has their own version of the American dream. People come from all over the world to live in the land of the free. For my Mexican grandparents, the American dream began with a need for a better life, better education, and better job opportunities for their loved ones. For some, like my grandpa Miguel, it also means leaving family behind for a while to secure a life and home of their own.

For all four of my grandparents, who are all living, healthy, and present in our lives, by the way, their version of the American dream became a reality. I am blessed to have the time I spend with them to learn about their stories. They have been fortunate to see all of their own children get married and have children of their own. As the next generations grow up, the American dream evolves again into even bigger dreams. Thanks to my abuelitos being so brave, coming to this country with only the clothes on their back and not much money in their pockets, we, my parents, siblings, and cousins, can now follow our own dreams.

My dream was always to be an entertainer and entrepreneur, to travel and share my passion with the world, to make something of myself and for my family. I wanted to make my grandparents proud. Now, when I walk on a stage, onto a set, or even sit down to do an interview, I think of them. I know they're watching. To have their support means the world, because if it weren't for their bravery, I would not be where I am today.

"You don't look Latina" or "You don't even speak Spanish." These are the remarks that us second- and third-generation-born American Latinos often hear. The truth is, the lack of language knowledge does not lessen the Latin blood running through our veins or the stories our last names carry. There is no "look" to the passion us Latinos carry within us. Although my Spanish is flawed and I didn't grow up in Mexico, I take pride in my roots. My family's history and the fact that all the traditions and morals passed down have shaped me to be who I am today is what it means to be a second-generation-born Mexican-American for me.

I might not speak Spanish perfectly, but I honor my grandparents and culture in many other ways. Food is a very important thing in my family, for example. I've learned to cook from my mother, abuelitas, tías, and even my little sister. It's not just about the Mexican food we've learned to make; it's the unity we have in the kitchen that connects me back to our Latin roots. Food is always better when you're preparing and sharing it with others. Even when we didn't have that much money in the bank, there was always enough food for everyone. Music is definitely another way we connect with each other. I grew up cleaning the house to low-rider oldies, cooking to Selena, not to mention hearing live mariachi at every family wedding and quinceañera - I love it and I try to let that music influence my own.

Now that I'm in the spotlight and have kick-started my dream, my responsibility is to share my experiences with other young Latinos. I want to show them we are capable of anything, that race shouldn't put us in a box. That although we are a "minority," we are the majority. We are everywhere. We are family. We must stay driven and keep hope, and we must never lose sight of our dreams.

Here's That Big Little Lies Theme Song You Can't Get Out of Your Head

Everything about Big Little Lies is addictive, and you'll be consumed from the moment you hear the opening bars of the theme song. The tune that plays over the moody credits is called "Cold Little Heart," and it's by an artist named Michael Kiwanuka. Fans of Parenthood will be familiar with the sound (and maybe even the name), because he provided a few songs for the NBC series! Listen above; it's just one of many great songs utilized by the show.

You May Think You're Over the Pirates of the Caribbean Movies, But This One Looks Great

It's been five years since Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides was released, and that's the perfect amount of time for us to forgive the franchise for going downhill and optimistically embrace the newest chapter, Dead Men Tell No Tales. In the movie's latest trailer that aired on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, not only did we get a bigger glimpse at Captain Salazar, a grim new villain played by Javier Bardem, but Johnny Depp and Brenton Thwaites also make appearances. Check out the trailer above before the movie hits theaters on May 26.

An Open Letter to Anyone Considering a Unique Name For Their Baby

Dear parents considering a unique name for their child:

My name is Alessia, nice to meet you.

Chances are, you just saw my name and either stopped to read it again, you tried to sound it out but were definitely unsure of yourself, or maybe, because of the recent fame of pop star Alessia Cara, you knew exactly how to read and pronounce it (though I'm not too optimistic about that).

My name, which is actually fairly common in Italy, where my family is from, is not common at all in the US. I like having a name that reflects my cultural heritage and reinforces a sense of identity, as many others do, but parents who may be considering a complex name - especially one that's purely to be trendy or unique - should know that doing so could come with consequences they don't even realize.

I'm 26 years old and I can probably count on two hands the number of times a person has gotten the pronunciation of my name right on the first go - a surprising minority, considering it has the word "less" right in it. Whenever someone does get it right, my jaw drops, because these moments are few and very far between - I often consider hugging the person for making me feel so normal. But the other 99 percent of the time, people get my name wrong.

Your name goes hand in hand with your identity, and when it's consistently messed up, it makes you feel less validated.

Over the years, I've made it a habit to introduce myself to people by saying my name slowly - careful to enunciate all four syllables - only to have them repeat something totally incorrect back. After the initial correction, I usually get an "I'm so sorry!" or "That's such a beautiful name!" in response. But that doesn't help the situation much, especially when not long after that they make another unsuccessful attempt at my moniker.

I know what you're thinking . . . what's the big deal, right? The big deal is that your name goes hand in hand with your identity, and when it is consistently messed up, it makes you feel less and less validated as a person.

When I was younger, I'd dread the first day of school, knowing that I'd have to correct my teacher in front of the entire class when they inevitably mispronounced my name off the roster.

When I was a soccer player, I had to listen to my coach call me Alicia for years because eventually my correcting him became pointless.

When I graduated from college, my name was butchered - and thanks to bad acoustics, echoed several times - in front of thousands of people (including my parents who named me).

When interviewing for jobs, I worried about being dismissed in the first few seconds of the interview because I had to correct a potential employer after they read my name incorrectly off my résumé.

All of these incidents gave me social anxiety, made me feel like my feelings didn't matter, and put dampers on some of the most important moments of my life.

If someone mispronounces my name, can't remember it because it's less common than Emily or Nicole, or decides on the spot that instead of making an effort to get it right they'll come up with a nickname, that totally sucks. I don't want you to call me a variation of my first name that I didn't offer or refer to me by my last name - I want you to use my actual name, because that's what I introduce myself as.

Being called by your actual name is the smallest courtesy that a person shouldn't have to ask for.

Being called by your actual name is the smallest courtesy that a person shouldn't have to ask for.

As someone who often writes posts full of unique, differently spelled, and modern baby names, I totally understand the appeal of choosing a name for your child that isn't mainstream. Do I envy those with common names who have to go by Kate S. or "red-headed Sarah" because there are so many people sharing the same moniker? No - it's nice to have a name that isn't so ubiquitous.

One of my favorite bloggers wrote something about choosing her daughter's name a few years ago that really stood out to me:

My favorite girl's name over the past couple of years has been Soleil. I love the sound of it, I love the spelling of it, I love the meaning of it. But after running it by my friends and realizing not everyone immediately knew how to pronounce it, I decided it would be far better suited as a middle name. Luckily, John's favorite name, Briar, complemented Soleil perfectly. The name Briar was unique; it felt modern and classic at the same time. It was unlike anything we had ever heard before, but not so outlandish that it would haunt her forever.

I remember reading this post and thinking, "YES. She gets it! They get it! They're parents of the year!" They chose a name for their little girl that I've never come across in my own personal connections, but there is literally no question in my mind that anyone who reads it will be able to do so without fudging it up.

So please, when you're considering a unique name for your baby, think ahead. Is the name spelled phonetically and easy to read? Can people understand it after hearing you say it once? If you speak it out loud, would most people know how to write it out without asking you how?

These may seem like tiny, inconsequential details, but I cannot stress enough how these incidents build up and drive a person crazy over time. If you still choose to go unique with your baby's name, godspeed. Hopefully your child owns their name better than I have.

But you've been warned.

Signed,
Alessia (which, for the love of god, is pronounced uh-LESS-ee-uh)

Jennifer Lopez Absolutely Crushes Jimmy Fallon in a Wacky Dance Battle

Jennifer Lopez knows how to flaunt it. On Wednesday, the singer showed off her impeccable dance moves when she participated in a heated dance battle with Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show. While the host certainly made us laugh with his "Walking on a Moving Bus" move, nothing can quite compare to J Lo's "Hot Cowboy." Seriously, you might need a tall glass of water to cool down after this one. Although, we'll always be partial to their signature "Tight Pants" duet.

My Dad Was an Undocumented Immigrant - and My Biggest Inspiration

My father's story proves timing is everything. At least, that's how the saying goes, right? Whether it's falling in love, or just looking for a parking space on the busy streets of Los Angeles, timing can be the one ingredient that can alter a situation for better or worse. But what if I told you that timing can truly change lives? And that it can also destroy them?

My dad was only 14 years old when he crossed the Mexican border, or as Latinos like to joke, when the "border crossed him." Coming into the country with almost nothing, my father juggled multiple jobs as a busboy before attending night school to learn English at 18. A sharp student by nature, he learned English fairly quickly. By the time he was 20, he could converse with his American-born co-workers fluently, with little-to-no accent.

My father worked two jobs while I was in elementary school, one in construction, and a weekend job delivering pizzas. He worked many hours, all of the money going towards a private school my younger brother and I attended. I remember the most popular girl in my grade coming up to me to tell me that my father had delivered a pizza to her house over the weekend. I knew she did this to embarrass me. It didn't work.

It wasn't until I was in middle school that my father started reevaluating his life and what he wanted to do - not just as a father and husband, but as an individual. We had many conversations about his passions and interests during my childhood. While he always insisted that I pursue a college education, I couldn't help but wonder what my dad would have wanted to be if his home country had granted him the same opportunities mine did. Once, I asked him. "A doctor," he told me.

Two weeks shy of my 12th birthday, my father took the second biggest risk of his life and bought a Mexican restaurant. It was his first career move, and it was quite a big one.

What followed was a collection of many wins, losses, and, in 2008, one of the worst business years the restaurant would ever see during the economic rut. But even after all of the good days, slow days, and slower days, my dad still managed to successfully run a business for 13 years, bringing culture to the city he immigrated to and creating jobs - and damn good mole - for his community.

Yet, it still never really occurred to me just how successful my dad was, not by means of money, really, but by means of hard work.

I once dated a Caucasian guy whose father had been a rocket scientist. We were talking about college one day, and he proudly told me all about his father's alma mater, asking me where my father attended college. I told him he didn't. In fact, my father had only a sixth-grade education. My boyfriend's jaw dropped.

My dad is actually the epitome of the American dream.

I realized then and there that my dad was actually the epitome of the American dream. He not only created a home, became a businessman and sent his daughter to college, but he also became a beloved member of his community.

But as much as my father's success is credited to his sacrifices and hard work, my father was only really able to fulfill his dream because of one very critical element: the government.

In 1986, my father - along with 2.7 million undocumented immigrants - was granted a green card. This was thanks to the Reagan administration's Immigration Reform and Control Act, which made any immigrant who'd entered the country before 1982 eligible for amnesty. It was one of the largest immigration reform sweeps in this country's history, and it was great news for my father, who had entered the country in 1981.

My dad was allowed to apply for citizenship six years later; something that would help him greatly during his business loan application process years later.

It was hard work, sacrifice, and ultimately this country's immigration policy in the '80s that helped my father achieve the American dream.

It was hard work, sacrifice, and ultimately this country's immigration policy in the '80s that helped my father achieve the American dream. It was timing. Yet, if President Donald Trump's deportation efforts and his threat of an executive order to block federal funding to sanctuary cities are proof of anything, not every immigrant who enters the US with the goal to work will be granted the same aid my father received. Not every undocumented immigrant who comes here to work long hours, doing the jobs nobody wants to do, will be given a break by the country they gave their labor and life to.

In fact, some will actually be deported even after spending decades here, like Guadalupe Garcia de Rayos. The mother of two US-born children, who was living in Arizona for 20 years, was sent back to Nogales, Mexico days after Trump issued an executive order changing deportation priorities.

Yes, my father came into this country illegally. Yes, he lived in the US undocumented for several years; but he also cleaned your dishes, delivered your food, and helped build your buildings. He got to live out his American dream thanks to a reform that, though it was slightly flawed, helped situate many immigrants. He came into this country at arguably the right time. I wish I could say the same for everyone else.

27 English Words You Probably Use When Speaking Spanish

If you speak Spanish or have tried to learn it, then you know there are so many freaking words! But although the language has a vast (endless, it seems) array of terms and phrases that mean the same thing and a few special words that have no translation, I recently noticed I tend to borrow a handful of English words here and there. I ask a friend, for example, to please put a "hot dog" on the grill for me and say I have nothing to wear in my "closet." It turns out, I'm not alone! After polling friends, family, and editors, I came up with 27 English words commonly used in Spanish - some of these will actually shock you.

Did we miss any? Let us know what other English words have made their way into your Spanish vocabulary in the comments.

Natalie Portman's Outfit Looks Super Fancy, Until You Look Down at Her Shoes

On a day-to-day basis, Natalie Portman's maternity look is super casual and laid-back. Roll out the red carpet, however, and this expectant mama transforms into what we call a total style goddess. She's worn floor-sweeping gowns, body-hugging minis, and a variety of printed dresses - all looks perfectly complementing her baby bump. Natalie was even one of the first stars to wear coveted Spring '17 designs like a custom Brandon Maxwell ruffle minidress.

The actress even wore a powerful piece from Dior to the Women's March. For the significant occasion, Natalie chose a t-shirt that read "We Should All Be Feminists," from the fashion house's Spring '17 collection.

From runway to the stage, this is one Dior piece that'll go down in history and we're glad the cameras are here to capture her best maternity style moments. Since she's not due until Spring, a tidbit she revealed to Jimmy Fallon, it's a sign Natalie's got many more red carpet style snaps to come. Scroll on to see some of her best looks so far.

There's a Remake of Selena's "Si Una Vez" With Becky G - and It'll Be Your New Jam

Following the success of their reggaeton remix of Selena Quintanilla's "Si Una Vez," producer duo Play-N-Skillz released yet another remix of the same song - this time featuring Becky G, Frankie J, and Kap G. While the previous release was performed in Spanish, the latest one features segments sung in both Spanish and English, as well as a brand-new rap verse.

A flashy music video for the first remix was released at the start of 2017, so we're hoping there will be another star-studded video coming soon. In the meantime, jam out to the newly released version above.

This Bride's Wedding Dress Landed Her in Vogue, but Wait Till You See What the Bridesmaids Wore

It's not every day we peel our eyes away from a stunning wedding dress to "ooh" and "ahh" over what the bridesmaids wore, but looking at photos from Annabelle Caufman Soudavar and Maximilian Moehlmann's big day, that's exactly what happened. While the bride's classic Carolina Herrera was no doubt breathtaking - especially when the lacy, fitted number was paired with a long, dramatic veil - the ladies who stood by her side wore different floral dresses, a fun, trendy choice that simply made us swoon.

Annabelle wanted it this way, though. "I had asked that they all select their own dresses with the direction that they should be pale, romantic, and floral," she told Vogue, which covered the chic East Hampton wedding. "I wanted everyone's individual style to come through, and for my friends to feel beautiful and like themselves."

The choice definitely paid off in the end: everyone looked so stylish, we're starting to wish we were in that wedding party! Scroll through for more views of Annabelle's gown, then check out what the bridesmaids - including fashion influencer Hannah Bronfman - wore.
