Dancing With the Stars's Heather Morris Was Once a Backup Dancer For Beyoncé

Dancing With the Stars season 24 premieres on Monday, and the competition is already looking fierce. Not only is there an Olympic athlete and a Fifth Harmony member up for the mirror ball trophy, but there is also a professional dancer. Heather Morris is well-known for her role as cheerleader Brittany Pierce on Glee, but she was also once a backup dancer for Beyoncé! The star got her big break when she joined the singer for The Beyoncé Experience world tour in 2007. She even danced alongside Blue Ivy's mom for several performances of "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)" that following year, including one at the American Music Awards.

While some fans think this gives her an unfair edge in the competition, the show's executive producer, Ashley Edens, begs to differ. While she argues that Heather definitely has an "advantage," it isn't "unfair" because she has never done ballroom dancing before. "She's never partner danced," she told The Hollywood Reporter. "That is a skill in and of itself. Does she know how to count music and have rhythm? Yes. But the expectation because she's a dancer is going to be very different." That being said, we're still secretly hoping she'll whip out her signature Beyoncé moves for the competition.

You'll Want this Saudi Arabian Princess to Take Off Her Cloak So You Can See Her Gown

In a room full of princes and princesses, how does one stand out? We'd suggest wearing a cloak, since that's how Princess Deena Aljuhani Abdulaziz stole the spotlight. The Saudi Arabian royal and Vogue editor attended the Rose Ball in Monaco in a champagne-colored ball gown and velvet cloak. While royals like Beatrice Borromeo and Charlotte Casiraghi stuck to dark hues like navy and black, no other guest wore a piece as lavish as Deena's. Her fancy cloak draped to the ground and revealed just enough of her dress, without exposing too much skin.

It was the right mix of elegance and modesty we've come to expect from certain royals, which is why the princess won best dressed in our eyes. Scroll on to see Princess Deena's unexpected outfit, then check out what other royal members wore (hint: there was lots of Chanel) with an appearance by Karl Lagerfeld himself.

20 Years Later, These Are Still the Best Moments From Selena, the Movie

There's no denying the 1997 release of the movie Selena was epic. Though the late Tejano singer has been admired and mourned by Latinos all around the world for years, the film, featuring Jennifer Lopez in her breakout role, spread the story behind Selena's career and talent like wildfire.

Twenty years after its premiere on March 21, the movie still holds a spot on every Selena fan's heart. Even her husband Chris Perez admits the movie tells Selena's story beautifully, so it should come as no surprise why Selena's strong following can't get enough of reliving her best moments over and over again. Straight ahead you'll find our favorite scenes from the movie.

No One Can Stop Talking About How Hot the Beast From Beauty and the Beast Is

After Beauty and the Beast premiered on Friday, people who went to see it couldn't stop talking about one thing. No, not the new songs, or the stunning CGI, or even all of the crazy differences from the animated film - what everyone really wanted to talk about is how sexy the Beast is. Not the Prince Adam/Dan Stevens version of him, either - the hairy, buffalo-head-having Beast we all know and apparently really, really love. As Vulture's Hunter Harris points out, "The human beast is simply less attractive than the animal one." Why? We're not sure, and truthfully we're not willing to pay the therapy bills to find out. The only consolation is that Belle seems to agree, quipping, "Do you think you can grow a beard?" to her newly clean-shaven beau at at the end of the movie. Twitter, naturally, also had a few thoughts on the matter.

This Cooking Hack Will Forever Change the Way You Make Spaghetti

If you're anything like me, cooking spaghetti involves completely guessing the proper amount for a serving. I'll stand at the pot of boiling water and grab a handful (. . . plus a little more for good measure) and think to myself, "That looks right; we'll find out!" But now that I've discovered this ingenious hack, I'll never go back to my uncertain ways.

The easiest way to measure out a perfect single serving of spaghetti is to use the hole in the center of your spaghetti spoon. Just take a handful of spaghetti and see if it fits, filling in the extra space as needed, until the bundle fits tightly in the space. And voilà, you've got a perfect amount just for you. Of course, if you're cooking more than one serving, just repeat the process as needed.

Who knew that hollow center served such a purpose?! Since you'll probably already be using that spoon to grab your spaghetti noodles, it's even more convenient that you can measure with it, too. Making a solo spaghetti dinner has never been easier.

The New Mulan Won't Have Songs in It and Anarchy Is Breaking Out

Disney is remaking their 1998 animated hit Mulan into a live-action film in the vein of Beauty and the Beast, but there will be one giant difference: there will be no music. Director Niki Caro spoke to Moviefone in March and confirmed that the upcoming version will not be a musical: "From what I understand, no songs right now, much to the horror of my children."

No "I'll Make a Man Out of You"? What about "Reflection"? "Not even "Honor to Us All"? What trashmonster made this decision?! We're not the only ones who are upset.

Dishonor on your cow, Disney!

How The Walking Dead Just Subtly Confirmed That Jesus Is Gay

If you've been reading The Walking Dead comic books in addition to watching the show, then you know there are some big differences between Robert Kirkman's books and AMC's series. Thankfully, the writers have chosen to keep one element: Jesus is still gay. On Sunday's episode, he's casually talking about how he doesn't have much luck with people, including boyfriends. There it is!

While it hadn't been explicitly stated on the show at the time, actor Tom Payne essentially confirmed the character's orientation in an interview with AOL in 2016. "He's a badass and he happens to be gay," he said. "I see no reason why that would be different in the show." Check out the clip:

You go, Jesus.

90-Year-Old Man and Young Boy Become Fast Friends and Melt Mom's Heart

Jennifer Moore Parker was nervous about keeping her son Justan busy during her hair appointment, which used to be a part of her routine that meant a few hours free to herself. However, she was pleasantly surprised that Justan was not only kept busy the entire time but actually made a new best friend in the form of a sweet 90-year-old man.

"Into the shop comes a little lady and her husband," Parker shared to Facebook. "He assisted her since she just had hip surgery two weeks ago. Then he sat and waited. He and Justan struck up a conversation that included farming, gardening, our animals, and spiders. I feared Justan was annoying the man when I noticed one of Justan's shoes was untied. I am ashamed to say he doesn't yet tie his shoes, so I mentioned it to him. The gentleman told Justan to put his foot up so he could tie his shoe."

Parker watched on for the rest of her appointment as this kind man "took Justan under his wing" and instantaneously bonded with her little boy. "I cried a tissue full at the immediate bond between strangers. A bond between the elderly and the young. A bond that made me miss my grandfather so very much today," she wrote.

Just as she was composing herself, her friend, a woman named Sheila, began setting up multiple egg hunts for Justan and let him fix her hair. "I cried the entire way home at the honor of meeting two beautiful people and at a friend who has a beautiful spirit," Parker said. "My day was made, and my heart is full."

Every Magical, Mystifying Dress Emma Watson Wore on Her Press Tour

Emma Watson took on the green carpet challenge back in 2015, committing to wearing only ethically made clothing. Back then, she and her stylist Sarah Slutsky would break down each element of her outfit, from dainty jewels to pumps, detailing where every item came from on Instagram. But Emma took things one step further as she promoted Beauty and the Beast on the film's press tour, which started in Paris.

Emma created a new account called @the_press_tour, where she shared sketches of her looks, all-angle videos, and lengthy captions that credited the teams who crafted her pieces. Many of the designers she tapped, like Stella McCartney, have been on board with using recycled materials for years. Emma's dresses and jumpsuits were "verified green" by Eco-Age, a company that promotes sustainability through core principles that include matters of pollution, labor work, and fabric resourcing.

Scroll to get a look at everything Emma wore - including Oscar de la Renta trousers that took her from the premiere red carpet to The Ellen DeGeneres Show along with a vintage YSL suit - then see the way she transformed Princess Belle's iconic yellow gown for the big screen.

Lena Dunham Had the Best Response to Red Carpet Criticism

Emma Watson Changed This 1 Detail About Belle's Iconic Ball Gown

We all patiently waited for it: the reveal of Emma Watson's Belle dress in Beauty and the Beast. Made with silk, the yellow princess ball gown is better than we imagined. The dress has a satin finish that glows for the camera while the layers of organza give the dress a light, bouncy lift. Though parts of the costume has a cage, one specific constricting piece was left out of the new design.

Beauty and the Beast's costume designer Jacqueline Durran revealed in an interview that Belle's dress in the live-action film does not have a corset, a change Emma pushed for herself.

"For Emma, it was important that the dress was light and that it had a lot of movement," Durran said. "In Emma's reinterpretation, Belle is an active princess. She did not want a dress that was corseted or that would impede her in any way."

Given that the actress is a proud feminist and supporter of HeForShe, it's not surprising she spoke up and did away with a tight-fitting bodice in the name of comfort. Scroll through for a glimpse of Belle's updated gown and other outfits, then check out Emma's green red carpet choices on the press tour.

6 Beauty Quick Fixes When Spring Allergies Attack

You know the feeling: you wake up to sunlight streaming through your window, jump out of bed, and practically prance down the street enjoying the fresh Spring air . . . until you're hit with it - allergy season. Suddenly, your eyes are watering behind your new aviator sunglasses, and you're rapidly searching your bag for a tissue to relieve your itchy, runny nose. For allergy sufferers, Spring brings just as much of a headache as it does happiness. But a bad reaction to pollen doesn't need to ruin your beauty look. So we caught up with celebrity makeup artist Jamie Greenberg at Zyrtec event, where she offered six easy steps you can try in terms of skin care, makeup, and hairstyling. Trust us, your allergies need not cramp your beauty style.

1. Contour to combat a puffy face. When we wear black, we look slimmer. In the same way, shading and highlighting can help us chisel and define a puffy face. Using highlighter can also help draw attention to specific features, like cheekbones, and away from others.

2. Reduce redness. Too much tissue use can result in a dry, red nose. By applying a calming moisturizer, like an argan balm, we can soothe and hydrate skin before applying a green-colored primer to cancel out redness.

3. Make eyes pop. To make your eyes appear larger, the trick is to apply dark liner to the upper inside lash line. This will define the lash line and open the eye area. To make the eyes look wider and less red - especially when dealing with an allergy-affected face - apply a flesh tone or white eyeliner to the bottom water rim.

4. Embrace bare beauty. If you want to give your eyes a break from makeup, just using waterproof mascara and fake lashes allows you to "wake up" your face without having to wear any additional eye makeup.

5. Soften your look. When trying to counteract puffiness, straight hair is a huge no-no. To balance out a puffy face, opt for wavy styles to move attention away from puffy cheeks and soften your look.

6. Sweep allergens away. Using excess styling products like hair sprays and gels can often trap allergens. Instead, pull your hair back into a smooth braid or topknot to keep your hair and allergens away from your face.

A Magical Encounter With a Stranger at Target Left 1 Disney Fan Dazed and Amazed

Like many little girls who couldn't wait for the new Beauty and the Beast movie to come out in theaters, Alina Cathcart's daughter wanted to see it dressed up as Belle.

However, this little girl didn't sleep off her excitement - she insisted on wearing her princess costume the next day as well. Alina gave in, and as the mother-daughter duo stopped at their local Target, an employee not only noticed the child's special dress but also made a point to admire her costume and chat about the movie. "Although she was acting painfully shy, he patiently waited for her to slowly tell him her favorite parts and all about the birthday party she was invited to this weekend," Alina shared on the Love What Matters Facebook page.

The little girl noted what a nice man the employee was as he walked away and Alina couldn't help but feel thankful to this stranger who took time out of his day to make her child feel special. "Ten minutes later, we once again crossed paths with Cal. He walked up to my daughter and knelt down to be on her level," Alina shared. "With great care and sincerity, he asked if she could protect and keep this rose safe for the Beast."

As the child "barely got a shocked, 'Yes!'" out of her mouth, Cal handed Alina a gift receipt for the toy and reminded the girl not to forget her promise. "I don't know what made him think to do such a kind act, but it brought me to tears," she wrote. "In this crazy world, he took the time to create a special moment for a little girl who still believes in magic and that the world is filled with wonders and possibilities."

However, Cal's kind deed didn't just have an impact on the mesmerized child. "A thousand thank yous will never be enough for you to understand what you did for my daughter and how you helped me see there IS a little magic left in this world," Alina added.

Mom Reveals the Empowering Way She’s Come to Accept Her Postpartum Body

With so much influence from social media, it's almost impossible for news moms to not feel pressure about their postpartum bodies. Although many moms stress about stretch marks or scarring, one mom is hoping that her messages about self-love can speak to anyone struggling to accept her postpartum body.

After welcoming her son over a year ago, Mia Redworth realized that she had such high expectations for her body because she never really saw what the average woman looked like after giving birth. "The shock of realizing what the majority of women look like after a baby hit me hard," she wrote on Instagram, which is why she "decided to step up" and help anyone in need.

Mia frequently posts side-by-side transformation photos from after her C-section birth to her current body to explain that we're all human and our bodies change after giving birth. After adjusting her fitness regimen and emotionally coming to terms with the way her body has changed, Mia tried on one of her old pre-baby skirts, and though it could barely button up after giving birth, she was now able to close it. "Don't focus so much on sizes," she wrote. "It's all about if you're happy with the way your body looks."

Mia recently posted a side-by-side photo to show her followers the difference between posing in photos and her natural stance, which happens to reveal some bloating, according to the honest mom. "REALITY CHECK!" she captioned the photo above, showing an unposed photo on one side and a posed photo on the other. "No one is perfect. I have stretch marks from carrying a baba for 42 weeks, a little tummy pouch from a emergency C-section, I have eczema from stress on my stomach, and spend most of my time looking like the picture on the left! No awful tease that promise the world can fix this, humans just get bloated! It's totally normal and fine to look like this."

She continued to discuss the difference of Instagram versus reality and it's an important message that all moms can appreciate. "Stop thinking everyone on Instagram looks like how they do in pictures 24/7 because 98 percent of the time they've taken 100 pictures and picked the best one to upload," she wrote. "Stop being so harsh on your bodies. You're gorgeous and perfect with your imperfections, a bloated belly, or while you're posing looking your best. Self-love is the most important thing to give yourself, so stop fighting it."

Keep reading to see some more of Mia's empowering postpartum body messages.

7 Things You Didn't Know About Ed Sheeran's New Song, "Shape of You"

At the beginning of the year, Ed Sheeran emerged from from a year-long hiatus with two very different new songs. While "Castle on a Hill" has more somber vibes, the other song, called "Shape of You" has more a beat to it. Recently, the latter song seems to have gained Sheeran's favor; he sang it on Saturday Night Live, and the very next day he performed it at the Grammys. With so much attention on the song (and a fire dance video, to boot), we decided to uncover a few fun facts about Sheeran's new sound.

1. It Was Originally Meant For Rihanna

In an interview with BBC Radio back in January, Sheeran revealed that he originally wrote the song with Rihanna in mind. "We were writing this song and I was like, 'This would really work for Rihanna.'" he revealed. "And then I started singing lyrics like 'putting Van The Man on the jukebox' and I was like, 'Well, she's not really going to sing that, is she?' And then we sort of decided halfway through that we were just going to make it for me."

2. Then It Was Meant For Someone Else

In the same interview, Sheeran explained that Rihanna wasn't the only artist the song was going to go to. Once he brought the song to his label, he suggested that it go to Rudimental, a British band. It was his label, actually, that suggested he use it for himself.

3. He Probably Wrote It About His Current Girlfriend

Although Sheeran tends to keep pretty private about his relationship with Cherry Seaborn, there's evidence the song is about her. After all, Sheeran says above he was the one working on the lyrics. Of course, "I'm in love with your body" is a dead giveaway, but other hints (like the "thrifty" first date) hearken back to what might be Sheeran's younger years. And, as Sheeran has said before, he and Seaborn grew up three or four miles away from each other.

4. It Wasn't Supposed to Be on His New Album

Another fun fact from that BBC Radio interview: "Shape of You" almost didn't make the cut. "This was the last song that was finished," he said, "and I just didn't put two and two together that this was even going to be on the album. I just kind of wrote it and was like 'Oh, that was fun.'"

5. He Almost Forgot That Signature Style He Used For His Grammy Performance

After taking his hiatus, Sheeran admitted he had forgotten the words to some of his most popular songs, and he had to relearn how to use a looping station. The machine is a signature of his performance style; it lets him loop his own sounds and, in essence, to put on a one-man show. He actually just did it during his Grammys performance, if you want to get a sense of what we're talking about.

6. One of the Songwriters Has a Very Famous Girlfriend

Sheeran revealed that he worked on the song with Johnny McDaid, whom you might remember is dating Courteney Cox! The two have had a rocky relationship, and called off their engagement last year. However, in the Fall, they were reportedly back together, so as far as we know, things are going OK.

7. It Has Ties to a Very Famous Girl Group

If you think "Shape of You" sounds familiar for some reason, but you can't quite put your finger on it, we might have an answer for you. After the song premiered TLC fans were quick to point out how similar it sounds to the iconic girl group's "No Scrubs." The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss and Tameka Cottle (a.k.a. Tiny Harris), who were originally a part of multiplatinum R&B group Xscape, were the ones who wrote the 1999 hit, and are now listed in "Shape of You"'s ASCAP credits. Although the reasoning behind their addition is unclear, Burruss thanked Sheeran for allowing her and Harris to "share in the success" of the song on Instagram.

Asia Kate Dillon Has Illuminating Chat About Being a Gender Non-Binary Actor

Asia Kate Dillion sat down with Ellen DeGenres on Monday, and instead of a simple chat about the shows Asia stars on, Billions and Orange Is the New Black, the two had an illuminating conversation about what it means to be one of TV's first non-binary gender identifying actors. Asia, who uses the singular "they, their, them" pronouns, briefly explained what that label means. "Non-binary is a term used by some people, myself included, who experience their gender identity falling somewhere outside of the boxes of man and woman," they said. Taylor, the character Asia plays on Billions, is female and non-binary, which took a bit of research to prepare for. "Sex and identity are different. Female is a sex, and sex is between our legs, and gender identity is between our ears," Asia explained. "It's a learning process."

America Ferrera Just Delivered the Most Powerful Speech About Equality

If you weren't madly in love with America Ferrera before today, get ready to create full on shrines for her. The actress and activist was honored at the Human Rights Campaign Gala in Los Angeles with the Ally For Equality Award for her work in fighting for the rights of the LGBQT community. At the ceremony, America showed us all why she deserved the award and so much more.

"It's difficult to persist in light of attacks to our rights, in light of attacks on our community's physical safety, and in light of attacks on our spiritual well-being," she said in her acceptance speech. "We are all being called to rise up to a level of consciousness and a level of action we never imagined we would be called to [...] We are being called to stand together, to fight together together, breathe together, rejuvenate together, and to nurture and to protect one another. We are called as allies in the resistance, but also allies in our sustenance."

But the most impactful moment of her speech came towards the end, when she admitted her fight to protect the LGBTQ community is personal. She said:

Anything I ever did for the rights of this community I did because I believe - with every fiber of my being - that my liberation is bound up in the liberation of my LGBTQ brothers and sisters, and in the liberation of my black brothers and sisters, and in the liberation of immigrants, and refugees, and Muslims, and sikhs, and women all over the world, and the incarcerated, and the criminalized, and the uneducated, and the poor, and the hungry, and, and, and, and, and.

That's when the crowd broke into cheers and America received a standing ovation. Scroll ahead to watch that powerful moment and more from America's speech.

Mom's Devastating Message to Every Parent Who Has Ever Buckled a Car Seat

Taking little ones in and out of their car seats is something that can become a monotonous daily task for parents. However, months after her little girl died, one mom strapped her infant into her car seat for the last time and didn't take that moment for granted.

In a chilling photo that is going viral, a heartbroken mom shared what it was like driving her 4-year-old home in an urn. After Ellie Walton was diagnosed with a brain tumor at just four months, she underwent 17 surgeries, 28 rounds of chemo, and 42 days of radiation before losing her battle. "Driving you home the other day, I was scared, but buckling you in felt normal. Even though none of this is normal, none of this is right," she wrote on Facebook. "You should be here."

Along with the photo of her toddler's remains in the car, Ellie's mom explained why it was a cardboard box strapped into the car seat. "We made you a custom urn, you would love it baby girl," she wrote. "Unfortunately temporary urns are just boxes, that wasn't good enough for you, so I decorated it, until your perfect urn comes in."

Ellie's mom shared this intimate and devastating moment as an important reminder of what childhood cancer can do to families. "This will change baby girl, I will make it change. I never want another mom to feel this way, and I will fight for these other kids so that no other mom has to buckle in ashes of their babies," she wrote.

Despite the seemingly endless hospital visits and painful chemotherapy appointments, this mom knows that the agony was worth it and wants other parents to cherish what she no longer can.

Death is so selfish baby girl. My heart is broken. I'm literally hurting and torn, I know you're in a better place, and yet no place is better than in my arms. I know you're happy and pain free, and yet I want you here. It's been two months since I last kissed your cheek or played with your hair. It's been two months of pure torture, agony, and despair. All I want back is our daily life, whatever that entailed, I want it back. I want hospital visits back and chemo back. I want your laughter and your joyous heart back. The things that brought my heart so much pain, only a few months ago, I so desperately want back today.

Life's not fair baby girl, you know that better than anyone. I do know that your life brought me so much joy, and looking back, I'm thankful that I made sure to tell you every single day just how much I loved you. I will forever be grateful to have been your mommy.

Baby girl I don't want you watching over me thinking that your passing only causes me pain. You see baby girl, I would gladly take this pain over and over again, if it meant that I got to be your momma. Because had I never known you, I would have never known pure happiness, I would have never known to live every moment as your last, and I would have never known what true bravery, strength, and courage looked like.

How a Stranger's Comment Changed the Way I Parent

We'd spent a few hours at the beach during our Spring break trip to San Diego when the weather turned and we decided to pack it up and head out. I juggled sandy beach toys and wet towels in my arms and attempted to convince my 2-and-a-half-year-old that it was a good idea to leave the endless playground that is the beach while my husband followed behind with the folding chairs and our crying 4-month-old. As we trudged through the sand, I noticed an older man look at us and heard him comment sweetly to his wife: "Those were the days, weren't they?"

I stopped - not physically, because that would have sent plastic toys flying and my toddler running - but inwardly, and when we got back to the car my voice cracked as I told my husband what I'd heard. There weren't actual tears, though that wouldn't have been too surprising for my sentimental self, but I got emotional thinking about it. These are the days. We're in them, living them. Right. Now.

It was a powerful reminder for me as a mom. Especially as a mom who, at the time, was only four months in with two kids and who'd spent the first eight weeks after my second son's birth wondering how on earth anyone has more than one child and their sanity. It had taken me a while to get into a groove and there were more than a few mornings when I had to force myself to get up to tend to a crying child and even more afternoons when I wondered how early was too early to pour a glass of wine.

Juggling 2-year-old tantrums with nap schedules and never-ending bedtime routines makes for some long days, and when you throw in being responsible for actually feeding the entire family and maintaining the relationship that got you there in the first place, it can be overwhelming.

The grocery shopping and the lunch packing and the endless picking up of toys. The busyness of all the little things starts to drown out the beauty of it all as one big thing. It's easy to lose sight of how magical a time it is when you're in the middle of the everyday, but that man's comment reminded me that the days when our children are little are the days that we'll be nostalgic for once they're calling us for money instead of whining for more Cheerios.

In the weeks since, I've made a conscious effort to replay those words and that scene at the beach in my mind. We were sticky with sunscreen, hair tangled from the wind, hands full of stuff, dragging our babies through the sand, and instead of seeing chaos, that man saw us as a beautiful memory of his own young family. We were the highlight reel.

The potty training accidents, the endless snack requests and subsequent spills, the constant fight over the need to actually be buckled into a car seat - these may not be the highlights of each day, but somewhere along with that first baby smile, the hilarious comments only a toddler is capable of making, and the out-of-nowhere hugs that make you want to freeze time, they all combine to make one amazing lifetime of experiences.

The challenge is remembering that the next time your toddler intentionally throws a plastic fire truck at your infant's head after they both refused to nap all day and you just realized there's no food in the house for dinner. Man, these are the days.

9 Things You Never Knew About Whole Foods, Straight From an Insider Employee

I spoke to Whole Foods food editor Molly Siegler, who's based at the company's headquarters in Austin, TX, and learned a variety of interesting facts that made me an even bigger fan of the store. What's the return policy? Who makes all the food in the hot bar? Can you really try something before you buy it? If you've always wanted to know this - plus more - about one of the highest-quality grocery stores, read on for all the insider secrets.

1. You can taste anything before you buy it.

Seriously - anything! "The company has a Try Before You Buy policy," Molly said, and you can use it for packaged foods (like snacks), fresh produce, and even cheese. "If there's a new apple that comes out, you can ask someone in the produce section to cut you a slice."

2. You can return anything.

The return policy "is very Nordstrom-like - bring it back; we want you to be happy." Depending on your location's policy, you'll either get your money back or get store credit - you don't even need your receipt. "It's nice if you have it, but not really [necessary]." You can even return Whole Foods beauty and body-care products, but make sure you have the receipt for those.

3. The best day to shop for sales is Wednesday.

"Wednesday is the day that our sale cycle turns over, so it actually ends up being a day where there are twice as many sales, so that's sort of a fun, magic day to come in. In addition to those in-store sales, we have mobile coupons that are part of our app. These coupons are updated regularly, and you just have the cashier scan the barcode that's exclusive to you."

4. Everything in the hot bar, salad bar, and bakery area is created by culinary experts.

"There's a new team that's been formed around culinary and hospitality: the company brought in a top chef, Tien Ho, who's been working in the restaurant world for years. He is leading the charge for elevating our prepared foods - he's going to focus a lot more on that hot bar experience and salad bar experience. There's a team of trained culinary pros behind every dish.

5. The butchers can debone, season, and/or steam any cut of fish for you.

At no extra charge. "A lot of people do that in our offices for lunch, or it's a really easy thing to do right before you head home for dinner. And it's not just salt and pepper - there's interesting rubs and spice mixes."

6. Employees get a really good discount.

Is your local Whole Foods hiring? Every employee gets a 20 percent discount to start out with, and there's a health-focused incentive that leads to a higher discount. The company does an optional annual screening that records factors like BMI and blood pressure that employees can use as a regular health check-in, in addition to getting an increased discount.

7. The best-selling seafood item is the responsibly farmed salmon.

Look for this in the seafood section - it's the number-one selling seafood item companywide. The salmon is free of antibiotics, growth hormones, pesticides, and GMOs.

8. Each Whole Foods location donates leftover food to local organizations.

Ever wonder what happens to all that leftover hot food at the end of the night? The exact policy varies by location, but all food is donated. "All of our stores have partnerships with local food banks and other local organizations that they can help donate the food to at the end of the day."

9. The company really does take ingredients seriously.

"Whole Foods Market has really high quality standards, but it's not an arbitrary thing. We have a whole team that's dedicated to using science and really heavy research to figure out what can and can't be in our stores. At a minimum, we have no artificial colors, no artificial preservatives, no artificial sweeteners, and no hydrogenated fats. Every single thing in our stores meets those standards, and often poeple don't realize that."

Kim Kardashian Shares Chilling Details About Paris Robbery on KUWTK

Although Kim Kardashian escaped her terrifying robbery at gun point during Paris Fashion Week in October physically unscathed, thoughts about the nightmarish incident continue to haunt her. In Sunday night's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians - the filming of which was placed "on hold indefinitely" in the wake of her robbery - the 36-year-old mom breaks her silence on what happened to her for the first time. She recounts to sisters Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian how the group of men made their way up to her room, and after calling out and getting no response, she knew something wasn't right. She then saw two robbers dressed in police uniforms holding another man down outside her bedroom, whom she later realized was the concierge. "What I've heard from talking to him afterward is they said, you know, 'Where's the rapper's wife? Let us up to her room!' in French," Kim said. "He ended up being our interpreter because I couldn't understand them, they couldn't understand me."

When the robbers dragged her out into the hallway, she realized they were armed. "I was kind of looking at the gun. Looking down back at the stairs." Kim goes on to explain the exact moment where she truly began to fear for her life. "Am I gonna run down the stairs and be shot in the back?" she says, sobbing. "Either they're gonna shoot me in the back, or if they don't and I make it, if the elevator does not open in time, or the stairs are locked, then like I'm f*cked. There's no way out." After taking her back into her hotel room, she describes how one of the robbers put duct tape on her mouth to keep her from screaming. "He grabs my legs and I wasn't, you know, I had no clothes on under," she said. "He pulled me toward him at the front of the bed and I thought, 'OK, this is the moment they're going to rape me.' I fully mentally prepped myself - and then he didn't." Instead, he put more duct tape around her legs and pointed the gun towards her head. "I just knew that was the moment. They're just totally going to shoot me in the head. I just prayed that Kourtney's going to have a normal life after she sees my dead body on the bed." So heartbreaking.

Miley Cyrus Will Win You Over With Her Wedding Dress

I don't know when or if Miley Cyrus is getting married. While Billy Ray Cyrus posted a photo that suggests she and Liam Hemsworth tied the knot, it hasn't been confirmed. Maybe Miley isn't even thinking about marriage. But in my imaginary world, she walks down the aisle in a pretty spectacular wedding dress. You see, ever since I was young, I looked at Miley as someone who represented versatility. She played two different characters on Hannah Montana, and my younger sister plastered posters of Miley all over her walls, some in which she was dressed up like Hannah, others in which she was just herself in jeans and a three-quarter-sleeved tee. But even when she was just being Miley, the actress and singer looked unique and a little bit quirky.

She's gone through many stages, but there has never been a time when Miley's paid attention to trends. During her rise to fame, she wore flares and cowboy boots, maybe because they were representative of where she came from: Franklin, TN. Post-breakup with Liam Hemsworth (the two have rekindled their relationship), Miley kind of went HAM with her wardrobe. And I liked it. What she wore, or didn't wear, was all a part of her personal revolution.

Miley's style at this point could basically be described as costume like. She dressed as a twerking teddy bear and supported LGBT rights in rainbows and big, furry coats. Then, at the 2015 Met Gala, the industry's elite gathered on the red carpet, but Miley stood alone in a cutout Alexander Wang gown. It ended up on some "worst dressed" lists, but I think it was my favorite outfit of the night. It didn't seem like Miley was trying to appear sexy or edgy but just to look like herself.

So now, as outsiders speculate on whether Miley and Liam got hitched, I can't help but to imagine her would-be bridal look. I doubt Miley Cyrus's wedding dress will be all white. It might be neon, a mix of colors, or come with an inflatable skirt. Miley might not wear a wedding dress at all, should she get married. Maybe she'll go naked. She did reveal on the Today show that she prefers to stay out of the fashion conversation: "I don't want people to talk about what I'm wearing. That's usually why I don't wear too much," she said.

One thing's for sure: if Miley Cyrus gets married, her look won't include a ballgown so glamorous that everyone focuses on the pretty (or crazy!) details. They won't be talking about The Dress, because god knows it won't be wearing her. It'll be all about Miley. Read on to see why we know Miley will hit it out of the park on her special day.

12 Times You Wanted to Be in a Throuple With Dave Franco and Alison Brie

It's widely accepted that a sense of humor is the most attractive thing about a person, so Dave Franco and Alison Brie must be extremely attracted to each other. Miley Cyrus Gets a Tattoo in Honor of Her Dad (And No, It's Not an Achy Breaky Heart)

Miley Cyrus's extensive, eclectic tattoo collection got a little bigger on Saturday. The "Dooo It" singer went under the needle yet again, only instead of getting another itty-bitty avocado or dream catcher, she opted for a tribute to her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus. He shared a photo of Miley's choice - the word "DAD" on her foot - on Twitter over the weekend, writing, "This may be the best Tattoo i've ever seen @mileycyrus."

The Cyrus family, who recently attended the iHeartRadio Music Awards together, is famously close. Miley and her siblings frequently post peeks at the giant holiday parties they host, and it looks like the fun-loving family always makes Miley's fiancé, Liam Hemsworth, feel welcome. No wonder she decided to give her dad a permanent shout-out! Of all of Miley's tattoos, this might be her simplest, but it still makes her one of Hollywood's most-inked celebrities.

Mailman Leaving His Route Gives Little Boy a Thoughtful Goodbye Gift

Logan may only be 4 years old, but he already knows he wants to be a mailman when he grows up. The little boy checks the mail 100 times a day and pressures his aunt, Emily Giese, to write him postcards so that he'll have something in the box when the mail finally does arrive. Logan's mailman, Wes Winter, has noticed the boy waiting for him - once in just a t-shirt and his USPS baseball cap in 30 degree weather - and delivered a package with a letter to the "little mailman" to tell him that he was starting a new job and wouldn't be seeing him anymore.

"Hello Little Mailman . . . " Wes starts his adorable letter, which Emily shared to Facebook. "I only met you once. It was cold outside and I was running late. You were sitting on the porch waiting for me to come around. You were wearing a tee-shirt and USPS baseball cap and it was probably 30 degrees, but you didn't care, you just wanted to see the mailman. I don't know why, but it meant a lot to me, little dude."

That one day stuck with Wes, so he decided to do something special for Logan before starting his new job.

Today is my last day delivering mail. I really enjoyed it, but I went to school for something else and I found a job that fits me better. And there's always a chance I'll be back. Life's funny that way. There's a job called a Postal Inspector that I'm really interested in, but they don't hire people too often. It's like being a policeman, but for letters and packages. I promise you'll be the first one I tell if I get that job!

Anyway, I just wanted to give you a gift so you don't freeze the next time you're waiting for the next regular mailman to make his way around the block. And don't worry if you decide it's not what you want to do when you grow up. I haven't been working that long and I've already been a mailman, a mechanic, a cashier and a carpenter. Just find your thing and don't lose the spark.

Inside the package was a fuzzy USPS hat that Emily says Logan won't take off as he "said he only wants to wear his hat and his belly button (whatever that means!)." See the sweet photos of Logan with his "Number 1 Fan," his new hat, and the letter above.

Kat Von D Slams Makers of Dupe Palette: "Come Up With Your Own Sh*t"

One of the many reasons we love Kat Von D is because she isn't afraid to speak her mind, and she recently took to her personal Instagram to do just that. In a split image, she showed off two palettes: her own Shade & Light Eye Contour Palette ($48) and a Makeup Revolution palette ($15). Kat slammed her competitor in the caption, accusing them of knocking off her product.

"Hey @makeuprevolution - I don't remember the tails being this heavy when I first got this coat," she joked, following up with scathing remarks in hashtag form, including "come up with your own sh*t" and "lazy f*cks."

We must admit, the Makeup Revolution palette looks strikingly similar to the Kat Von D Shade & Light Eye Contour Palette. The layout of the colors, sizes of the pans, and the shades themselves are almost identical, and the name itself - Ultra Eye Contour Light & Shade Palette - is basically the same with some of the words rearranged.

However, Kat Von D's fans have mixed reactions about the makeup maven's outcry on Instagram and shared them in the comments of her post. Some called this acknowledgment of imitation "tacky" and "unprofessional." Instagram user @the.flourgirl stated, "You shouldn't feel entitled to deny people the alternative choice especially if they can't afford your product, or when it sells out." She added, "There will always be dupes, that is the risk you take when you make it big."

Others, like @_smasha_, disagreed. "I could throw out platitudes about 'imitation being flattery' but must be extremely frustrating to put so much thought and work into color selection, design, etc to only have it pretty blatantly ripped off." She pointed out that because one product is much, much cheaper, that formula will be considerably lower in quality. "As a consumer you certainly have the freedom of choice, and each consumer will use their own metric for evaluating if a product is worth supporting," she noted. "But to be insulting and accuse someone of being petty or bullying, when she's really just calling a spade a spade, is ridiculous."

What do you think? Is Kat throwing unnecessary shade about this dupe palette or is her frustration warranted? Read on to get a closer look at both palettes. Then, visit the Beauty Drama Queen blog to see swatches of both.

Mom's Message About All That Her Ex Does Is What Coparenting Is About

Jessica Singleton and the father of her son aren't still together, but to this mom, he is "more valuable than gold."

In a heartfelt Facebook post dedicated to her ex, Jessica detailed all the things he does for both her and her child that might seem simple but which she doesn't take for granted.

"This is a man who doesn't pay a dime through the state because when my son needs new clothes, I just call him.

This is a man who buys a bundle of kids' movies on Vudu so even I can enjoy them with my son in my own home. A man who drops off the $45 box of pull-ups at my front door so I don't have to load him up and go to the store. . . .

This is a man who tells his son not to forget mommy's boyfriend when he lists his favorite people off the top of his head . . . A man who rushes over because we got locked out of the house or spends his evening fixing something for us.

This is a man who labeled the presents he bought his son from 'mommy' because mommy couldn't get him as many. A man who still watches my sister's kids so our son can be with his cousins. One who accompanies me to meet strangers from Craigslist to ensure we are safe.

This is the diaper-bag-wearing, chocolate-milk-making, selfless, protective, generous, accomplished FATHER to my son."

Despite the "tremendous" amount of obstacles that this pair had to overcome to get to where they are now, Jessica wants others to know that they succeeded because they made the decision to. "Stop giving excuses and come together for your children. I'm the most stubborn person that I know and forgiveness came easy to us for the sake of our son. And because of that, I see my son every single day. We always welcome each other's presence."

In addition to her advice for other moms and dads, she has a message for her ex: "In case I haven't told you lately, I'm grateful for you. Most importantly for the motivated individual you are and how you provide Pierson with a phenomenal role model despite the foundation you once had. I love the amount of love my son will always have from you."

No Star Has Ever Pulled a Style Switch-Up Like Selena Gomez

It takes a lot of confidence to completely revamp your look, especially when you're in the public eye. Selena Gomez knows a thing or two about that. The performer has managed to successfully define her style from the street to the red carpet to the stage, but as they say, "it takes a village." Selena credits much of her transformation to stylist Kate Young, who she began working with in 2015 while promoting her Revival tour.

Before that, she developed a relationship with Louis Vuitton designer Nicolas Ghesquière, and he's dressed her for many events. Selena has become a face of the brand, repping her favorite fashion house at the Met Gala and beyond. In 22 photos, you can see how she's held onto her sex appeal but embraced sophistication, all while managing to keep her feet firmly planted on the ground. Of course, it helps when you're rocking Louis Vuitton's sturdy platform boots.

Bella Hadid Found Her Happy Place While Wearing This Barely-There One-Piece

When you're an in-demand model working non-stop, there comes a time when you need to hit pause and take some time to unwind. Bella Hadid did just that by jetting off to Jamaica with a couple of friends and of course, posting plenty of Instagrams along the way making us wish we were there too.

The trip started off in style with the model whisking away her friends to the Caribbean island in a private jet. Then Bella enjoyed what the island had to offer in a nude, barely-there one-piece, which she paired with orange water shoes. Check out the 'grams for yourself and shop similar styles to Bella's statement-making swimsuit below.

20 Years Later, Selena's Husband Chris Perez Watched Her Biopic - Here's What He Thought

Even though Selena Quintanilla's beloved biopic was released exactly two decades ago, the late singer's husband Chris Perez had yet to see it. When Chris came across the movie while channel-surfing on Feb. 6, he decided to finally watch and share his thoughts in real time with his thousands of Facebook followers.

Naturally, there were a few things the movie got wrong. In a few posts, Chris pointed out certain timeline errors. For the most part, however, the movie was fairly true to life. For example, his bandmates actually trashed that hotel room and those Selena fans actually tried to tow her tour bus - resulting in the broken bumper they said they would hang in their garage! Though Chris didn't end up making it through the entire movie given its painful ending, he was ultimately impressed by the movie, and Jennifer Lopez's performance in particular.

Scroll ahead to read Chris's various thoughts on Selena.
