8 Toxic Ingredients You Should Never Use in Your Skin Care Routine

Last month, I had the opportunity to visit Tata Harper's farm in Vermont, and it blew my mind. It should not have been so shocking. I've been a fan of her natural-ingredient, eco-friendly skin care and makeup line for years. It's ideal for my sensitive skin, and everything smells deliciously botanical with milky, silky textures. But actually seeing the farm-to-vanity process of these products made me realize: they are the real deal.

These are not products that claim to have organic ingredients but are still packed with "processed" stuff. In fact, most Tata Harper formulas have the shelf life of just a few months. She pointed out: why would you want to put something on your face with enough preservatives to make it last for years? Gross. (I immediately went home after the trip and threw away a ton of expired formulas.)

"I started Tata Harper Skincare after my stepfather was diagnosed with cancer," she told me via email. "Through all of the doctor's appointments I learned so much about lifestyle and how little decisions affect health and wellbeing. That's when I started really researching ingredients, and discovered that a lot of the ingredients with the most potential health risks aren't even there to give results; they're just fillers like preservatives, emulsifiers, stabilizers, and thickeners designed to keep the formula stable and give the product its texture. I only use natural ingredients because I believe that no woman should have to compromise her health for her beauty, especially if those ingredients aren't even making her beautiful!"

The more I learned about natural ingredients, the more I only wanted to use them. Every time I wash my face with Tata Harper Regenerating Cleanser, I envision the apricot seed powder exfoliating my skin and the French pink clay detoxifying it. Or when I nourish my face with the Rejuvenating Serum, I know rosehip seed oil is rejuvenating my under-eye area, while Spanish lavender extract is relaxing fine lines.

If you are eager to get informed about the harmful ingredients in your skin care products, as well as natural ones to look for instead, keep reading. Tata Harper herself breaks down what to ditch, what to use, and why.

How Did Tim McGraw and Faith Hill Meet? They Were Dating Other People

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are one of country's most iconic couples, so it's pretty fitting that their love story started at a musical festival. The two first met at the New Faces Show in Nashville sometime in late 1994. Faith had just divorced Daniel Hill and Tim was dating Kristine Donahue. Even though their interaction backstage was brief, they got to know each other a little better when they went on a joint tour in the Spring of 1996, fittingly titled Spontaneous Combustion.

While Tim was newly single after calling off his engagement to Kristine, Faith was engaged to record producer Scott Hendricks. After singing together every night on stage, however, they just couldn't deny the sparks between them. One night after a show, Tim invited her into his dressing room and they shared their first kiss. Shortly after, Faith called off her engagement and the two began dating. By the end of the year, they were married and expecting their first child. Fast-forward 20 years and the country couple is still going strong with three beautiful daughters.

8 Things You Never Knew About Trader Joe's, Straight From a Former Employee

I spoke to a former employee who worked at Trader Joe's for a year, and he gave me the inside scoop on how the company is run, the little-known details of the return policy, and what the point of those somewhat-annoying bells is. Spoiler alert: there's no real dirt (I tried!), but what I got was interesting, behind-the-scenes intel that made me an even bigger fan of the store.

There's a reason the customer service is so good.

Trader Joe's strategy in providing a quality customer-service experience is simple: overstaff. "They totally overstaff so that you don't feel like your stocking duties or your register duties trump interacting with customers - they encourage you to be nice to customers." That's why you can almost always find someone in a Hawaiian t-shirt or crew-member uniform walking around and waiting to help you find anything.

The employees try all the new products so they know what to tell customers.

"Each Trader Joe's has a break room, and they have one person who's in charge of cooking new stuff that the store gets and making it available for the entire staff who comes through the store that day to try it. They want you to try all the products so you can have an opinion so that when you recommend stuff to people, it's not baseless."

The pay is REALLY good.

This guy started out at Trader Joe's making $12/hour, which was above the state's minimum wage. You not only start out making a good amount, but it gets even better quickly. After three months of working more than 30 hours a week, you get health insurance and a 401K. You'll also likely get a raise once or twice a year. A friend of this employee worked at Trader Joe's for over five years and made $21/hour - that's an annual salary of $42K.

They donate all unsold food.

"Trader Joe's donates a ton of food. It's called 'spoils,' which just means it's not in perfect shape. There's nothing wrong with eating a lime with a couple brown spots, but if you wouldn't buy it and be excited about buying it, then it gets put with spoils and typically gets donated. They donate flowers, produce - everything - to local organizations."

There's a method behind the bell ringing.

You've sometimes noticed employees ringing bells while you're checking out, right? There's a method to the madness, and it's sort of like the store's secret language for various customer-service needs. "One bell means everyone to your register, which means the lines are getting too long and they need everyone at a register. Two bells means you need an employee to come over and help with something. For example, let's say the bag of spinach you bought is partially opened or looks bad; you ring two bells and an employee will come over and grab a new one for you. Three bells means a manager needs to come over."

Every store has an in-house artist.

"Literally all of the signage around the store is custom-made by two or three artists who hang out in the back and almost exclusively do that, and register work every once in a while." That's why every store has location-based art throughout the store - pretty cool, right?

You can return ANYTHING.

Seriously, you could open a bag of popcorn, try it, and bring it back if you didn't like it - for a full refund. "You see that a lot. You get people who come back and say, 'Hey, I tried it, but I didn't really like it.'" Excuse me while I go try every single thing in the snack aisle.

They strive to create an experience that's beyond grocery shopping.

"They really push this whole, 'we don't want you to feel like you're just grocery shopping' thing. They want it to be an experience - something that pulls you out of the monotony of your everyday life."

Juan Gabriel's Son Released a Sexy Music Video For His Weeknd-Style Track

Following Juan Gabriel's unexpected death in 2016, it was revealed that he had two sons by two different domestic employees, in addition to the four children he shared with longtime friend Laura Salas. Now, one of those sons appears to share his father's musical aspirations.

In March, 26-year-old Luis Alberto Aguilera released the music video for his party song titled "Sprite." In the simple yet sexy video, Luis sings his lyrics into the camera, throwing in a few angsty expressions and gratuitous shots of Sprite cans. The song itself sounds extremely contemporary and could actually belong in the same category of music as The Weeknd.

Though his style and vocals differ from that of his father, he seems to be a pretty talented guy! Watch his buzzy music video, above.

Exactly How to Wear Orange Eye Shadow So Your Eyes Are on Fire

Orange you glad you now know about this eye makeup trend? (Sorry, had to!) On a more serious note: we're seeing orange as the fiery new shade everyone will be wearing for Summer 2017. Warm eye colors started gaining traction last year with pink and red taking the lead, and peach following suit. Orange is the next color craze, and it's already a favorite look for YouTubers and beauty bloggers.

"Bright saturated colors were seen on the runway (pops of color at Marc Jacobs, Sportmax, Anna Sui), so it's no surprise that orange is hot right now!" GlamSquad Director of Makeup Artistry Kelli J. Bartlett told us via email. "The look is a unique blend of elegant and edgy. It's a perfect way to add an extra festive or flirty flair to an otherwise chic and sophisticated barely-there beauty look."

But don't overdo it, she warns. "It's important to let other features find balance by sticking to neutrals on the lips (nudes look great!) and adding a touch of the orange you used on your eyes to your cheeks to coordinate the look without appearing too dramatic," Bartlett added.

You may still be feeling intimidated, especially if you don't think orange works with your complexion. Well, we have good news . . .

"Orange looks amazing on all skin tones and eye colors," Bartlett confirmed. "For deep skin and brown eyes, go for a rich tangerine that will pop. For fairer tones, choose a soft peach. Orange is especially complimentary on blue eyes."

OK, so now you're convinced and ready to DIY it. Try these tips from Bartlett: "For a fully saturated orange stare, the key is to be sure to blend it well. Apply the shadow on the lid and close to the lash line on the top only, using a small fluffy blending brush to bring a soft diffusion of color. The result is a subtle yet statement eye. Avoid rimming the entire eye in orange - it looks much better to splash it on the brow bone or lid for a flash of color!"

To execute this look, try Barlett's favorite pick - Makeup For Ever Artist Shadow in Tangerine.

I'm a Family Psychologist and These Are the 20 Most Common Parenting Mistakes I See

Most parents try to do what's best for their children. What happens when we don't even realize our behavior is harmful? Our friends at Fatherly share with us 20 common partenting mistakes.

What are some common mistakes parents make that could actually hurt their children's mental and physical health in the long term?

I have seen so many good intentions go horribly wrong over the years that can result in self-harm, suicide and, in extreme cases, even murder. Here are some of the most common mistakes that can be really harmful to kids.

1. Giving Them Too Many Choices

Many parents think children always should have endless choices, when the reality is kids can be overwhelmed if they're always given so many options.

2. Praising Them For Everything They Do

It's very common now to see kids who are almost junkies for praise. They won't do anything unless there is a payoff for them.

3. Trying to Make the Child Happy

Their job is to learn to make themselves happy, and you can never force a child to be happy.

4. Overindulging Them

They will almost always end up believing acquisitions lead to happiness. This sets up chasing the never-satisfying carrots, and can result in addictions and compulsions.

5. Keeping Them Too Busy

Most commonly with sports. Many parents wrongly believe "activities" will keep their kid out of trouble, but often times this will lead to the child being burned out or even becoming a bully.

6. Thinking Smart Will Save Them

It can be tempting for parents to promote smart as the end-all-be-all. Yet this can lead to a child becoming arrogant, thinking everyone else is stupid or secretly believing that they have to put on an act and are a fraud. As a result, nobody likes them.

7. Thinking a Strict Religion Will Give Them Perfect Values and Save Them

The first time they see hypocrisy in their parents or the touted beloved leaders, the house of cards start to fall.

8. Withholding Common Information About Important Topics - Like Sex

Many parents are terrified of talking about sex, and believe avoiding discussing it with their children will save them. But I've seen 13-year-old girls get pregnant, sometimes just to flaunt it at their parents.

9. Being Hyper-Critical of the Child's Mistakes

It can be easy to assume intense scrutiny promotes success and makes kids better. But kids raised this way are driven to perfection in everything from looks, likability, sports, smarts, or you name it. When a mistake happens, they are worthless as a human being and start getting so angry that in some cases they will resort to self-harm even to the point of suicide.

10. Using Shame, Shunning, or Threats

Never imply that there is a chance you might not love your child due to their actions, as some parents do so in order to get their kids to achieve compliance. It is a short term gain with abandonment lurking in the shadows. Then the child doesn't care either.

11. Making Kids Do Things Inappropriate For Their Age

I have 3 patients right now who, by age 4, were having to feed themselves and/or had to be in charge of a sibling also. I've seen many who didn't have children of their own because as they all said; "I raised my family."

12. Not Limiting Screen Time

Whether it's TV, video, games, phone or texting. I know a family where the mom and teenage son text each other constantly and no one else can get into their relationship link.

13. Not Letting Kids Get Bored

Some parents think children are supposed to be stimulated at all times and it's their job to avoid boredom. Then kids don't learn to be creative and find the way out of boredom in themselves.

14. Protecting Kids From Their Own Consequences and Loss

I see parents with good intentions get their kids everything, from a simple toy to buying them out of legal trouble, and suddenly are surprised when the child respects nothing. All of us need to learn losing is just another way to gain wisdom and experience about what not to do.

15. Not Letting Kids Play Dangerously

The Forest Kindergarten schools have shown the children get sick less, are more well adjusted and also get along better than their regulated indoor peers.

16. Not Debriefing Kids at Bed Time

"What happened today?" Children sleep better and feel loved when the parent shows an interest in what happened that was significant to them in their own lives.

17. Not Reading to Very Young Children

Reading requires the child to be still, be quiet, and use their imagination. All the things videos don't. It prepares them for listening in school and being able to use their imagination for creativity and alternatives as a resource.

18. Pulling Pacifiers Too Soon

Parents know the pacifier is an outward symbol of insecurity, so they tend to take it away as soon as they can, instead of getting the child secure where it would drop-out naturally. I have adult patients who secretly suck their thumbs.

19. Not Regulating Food

And especially inquiring: "Are you full?" When this happens, typically your kid will load the plate again. That is an old survival program from our heritage as scarcity, when food was not available. Kids then chase a full-filled sensation, not understanding each time you fill yourself, your stomach adapts to that as normal and expands.

20. Spanking Children Older Than 5

Parents think it will teach them to be good, but using corporal punishment never works as well as love. I see all kinds of patients where the concept of 'Spare the rod - spoil the child' was anything but. No spoiling, just oppositional, angry, bullying, deceiving, fearful or performing automatons.

On a Quest to Slim Down? How to Not Want to Eat All Day Long

It's time for me to say goodbye to those last pounds of baby weight that have been holding on for dear life ever since - wait a sec - who am I kidding? I've had them ever since I lost those 40 pounds from college; they just don't want to let go! I'm on a mission, though. I've upped my fitness game and am eating much healthier, but damn - I can't stop thinking about food! I want to eat all the time. If this sounds familiar, these tips should help you to step away from the fridge.

  1. Eat more often: If your mind is always on food, eat more often but go for smaller amounts of food. Instead of three large meals, eat three mini meals and have snacks in between. This ensures that you're noshing on something every two to three hours. Just make sure you're being mindful of the hunger scale, eating the right amount that leaves you satisfied but not overly stuffed and hungry for the next meal or snack.
  2. Include these: It's not how much you eat that fills you up, it's the types of food. Make sure each meal and snack include a good amount of protein, fiber, and healthy fats. These will keep you more satisfied than something that's full of simple carbs. For a filling snack, a handful of raw almonds and golden raisins keeps me satisfied longer than a few crackers.
  3. Eat your cravings: Don't deny yourself the foods you love - you'll end up thinking about them all the time. If you're jonesing for pizza but ate a salad instead, you're going to still feel mentally hungry, which in my opinion can be a million times stronger than physical hunger. Find healthier ways to satisfy those cravings like these lightened-up versions of your favorite comfort food recipes. Or for other cravings, once a day splurge on a little piece of chocolate, a few salty chips, a spoonful of ice cream, or a bit of wine. Having a little taste every day will calm those cravings so they don't take over your thoughts.
  4. Go low: Eating foods that are low in calories is a no-brainer. But really, do it! It'll take you much longer to eat an enormous salad or a big bowl of brothy veggie bean soup, so your brain has time to register that it's full.
  5. Cut down on sugar: Eating sugar makes you crave it even more, and because sugary foods are void of nutrition, you end up feeling hungry soon after eating them. Go for natural sugars in the form of fruits instead with a high water count to help fill you up such as melons, strawberries, or grapefruit. Or if the real deal is calling your name, try these healthy dessert recipes like chocolate doughnuts made with chickpeas.
  6. Find a hobby: If you tend to eat when you're bored, instead of grabbing a box of crackers, grab a set of knitting needles, pick up a guitar, or take out that scrapbook you started months ago. Just 10 minutes of distraction is usually enough to take your mind off eating so you realize you weren't actually hungry.
  7. Work it: Daily exercise can keep your mind on the healthy path, so when you want to reach for something to eat later, you'll think twice, not wanting to undo all the work you just did.
  1. Break bad habits: If you mindlessly eat in front of the computer or you crave a bowl of ice cream every time you sit in front of the TV, it's time to turn around those food-driven behaviors. Step away from your computer and eat lunch with a friend - eating with company is proven to help people eat less. And sit down on the couch with a hot cup of tea or some frozen grapes, or better yet, squelch your need to nibble by burning some calories doing this 10-minute couch workout while watching TV.
  2. Reach for a bottle: If you're the kind of person who can't deal with the slightest feeling of hunger, keep a reusable water bottle on hand to sip every 10 minutes or so. It'll fill your belly until your next meal or snack.
  3. Chew, chew, chew: If you reach for food because your mouth needs to keep busy, grab a piece of gum instead. And go for mint - the fresh breath might prevent you from reaching for noshables that would ruin that clean feeling.
  4. Dream away: Feeling tired increases hunger and the desire for not-so-healthy foods, so make sure you get at least seven hours of sleep each night.

But for all of her very, very princess-like moments, Kate occasionally shows sides of herself that prove she might be just as normal as we are after all.

Watch Hillary Clinton Take Aim at Trump in Her Most Political Post-Election Speech Yet

Hillary Clinton didn't mince words at the Professional Business Women of California's conference on March 28. The politician took the stage at the San Francisco event, going directly after Donald Trump and encouraging women to fight back. "Women's representation in the current administration in Washington is the lowest it's been in a generation," she reminded the crowd. "As I think about the outpouring of activism, I think about four words: resist, insist, persist, enlist."

Clinton also shared her support for two women of color in politics who faced separate, infuriating attacks this week: White House reporter April Ryan and Rep. Maxine Waters. "Too many women, especially women of color, have a lifetime of practice taking these indignities with pride," she said.

Watch the full speech here, and then read Clinton's most quotable quotes from the fiery address.

Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler Escape to Mexico After Chicago Bears Release

Kristin Cavallari and husband Jay Cutler proved that free agency isn't so bad after all when they escaped to Tulum, Mexico, over the weekend. Despite the sunburn on her arm, Kristin looked totally at ease in a brown Acacia bikini while hitting the beach on Saturday. The Hills alum has also been sharing a number of pictures from her trip on Instagram, including a NSFW one of Jay, who was recently released from the Chicago Bears. "'Good times, no tan lines. Let the sea set you free' - @tony2coats," she captioned it. While it's still unclear what resort the couple is staying at, Kristin's photos look very similar to the ones Shay Mitchell shared from her stay at Azulik, in January. Perhaps Kristin was inspired by the Pretty Little Liars star?

George Clooney Gives an Update on Amal's Pregnancy: "She Is Doing Really Great"

George Clooney popped up at CinemaCon in Las Vegas on Tuesday to promote his upcoming film, Suburbicon. The actor - who is expecting twins with wife Amal - looked dashing in a gray suit and appeared to be in a good mood as he spoke on stage with costars Matt Damon and Julianne Moore and mingled with Dwayne Johnson. In addition to promoting the movie, George gave an update on Amal's pregnancy, telling Extra, "She is doing really great. She is amazing. I don't have anything to do. There is nothing I can do to help, but make tea and stuff." The babies will be the first children for both Amal and George, and the actor is ready for them to arrive. "I know swaddling. I know what I'm in for," he said. He also joked that diapers will be an important part of life "for me, not for the kids."

Julianne, who has been a friend of George's for years, also thinks he is ready to be a dad. "I think it is great. I think he is going to be a natural. I'm not worried about him at all," she said. Suburbicon, which hits theaters later this year, is a comedy directed by George about a quiet family town where the best and worst of humanity is reflected through ordinary people.

Bones Series Finale: Where Every Character Winds Up

It's time to leave the Jeffersonian for good, folks. Bones ended on Tuesday after an astounding 12 seasons, and we were forced to say goodbye to the characters we've come to know and love over the years. The finale was action-packed; Bones is diagnosed with agnosia (the two sides of her brain can't communicate with each other, rendering her unable to understand complex problems) after the explosion, and the team has to piece together one last mystery. Longtime fans are treated to tons of callbacks as each character reflects with memorabilia from old episodes, and Bones brings up several major moments from the series. When all is said and done, here's where the major characters end up.

12 Times Jennifer Lopez's Twins Were the Cutest Pair on the Internet

Jennifer Lopez has always been one to show off her love for her #coconuts, as she affectionately calls Max and Emme, her 9-year-old twins with ex-husband Marc Anthony, and some of the sweet moments they have had as a family.

The mini version of J Lo and Marc are definitely in the running for the cutest kids on the internet based on all of the adorable things they like doing for their famous mom. From making her paper flowers for Valentine's Day to simply cuddling with her on her days off from her busy schedule, these are some of the best moments between J Lo and her sweet twins.

15 Things That Won't Make Sense If You're Not a Latina With Curly Hair

If you have naturally curly hair, you likely grew up just like me: People (ahem, your tías, perhaps) were constantly offering unsolicited advice on how to make it "less puffy." You spent half your allowance (and now paycheck) on styling products to keep it under control and even occasionally broke a hairbrush or two, immediately entering a state of frustration no straight-haired woman could ever understand.

Growing up, I hated my curls. But then I learned how to properly style them, and that was it; I never looked back. Don't get me wrong, the struggle is still very real most days, but sometimes there's nothing left to do but laugh. Read on for 15 common struggles we're sure you can relate to if your hair is curly.

Bones: The 2 Tearjerking Songs That Play During the Finale

Bones ended after twelve seasons on Tuesday with an emotional finale that would have had even the casual fan in tears. Once the dust had settled (literally) after the explosion at the Jeffersonian and the ensuing chase scene, we got a montage of all the characters looking through their belongings. At we were busy taking a trip down memory lane, a song played that made our hearts swell up even larger. The tune is "Almost Home" by Moby, off his 2013 album Innocents.

With (most of) the reminiscing out of the way, Bones and Booth were free to cuddle up on a park bench overlooking the building. As they chat about the items Bones found at her desk - a drawing by a very young Parker, aw! - "Out of the Blue" by John Lennon plays.

A perfect sendoff for one of the best couples on TV.

Selena Gomez Isn't the First to Give Travel Sweatpants a High-Fashion Makeover

In August 2016 Selena Gomez wore sweats to the airport. Then the fashion world erupted, because though her green track pants looked like the classic Champion brand, they were actually by Vetements, and they retail at $665. Oh, and she's got them in red, too.

Of course Selena made the style chic, capping off her outfit with a slashed ribbed turtleneck, oversize denim jacket, Converse sneakers, white leather bag, and retro sunglasses. While Vetements turns out plenty of cozy designs that seem to go viral (remember when Celine Dion rocked that Titanic hoodie?), we think Selena's travel look was most notable for its polished effortlessness.

Selena's not the only star to pull off sweatpants at the airport. With the addition of heels, velvet booties, duster coats, and statement bags, ladies like Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner make a typically sporty piece sophisticated. Read on to see how it's done, and once you've got some fresh ideas, grab your sweats and go.

These Were the Top 5 Plastic Surgery Procedures of 2016 - Are You Surprised?

With the influx of Instagram filters and face-smoothing applications, it should come as no surprise that with all that pressure across social media, there were a LOT of plastic surgery procedures performed in 2016. According to data released by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, there were almost 1.8 million cosmetic surgeries performed last year, with a heavy focus on fillers and facelifts. There's also a growing trend of fat transfers for patients.

The top five most popular cosmetic surgical procedures included:

  1. Breast augmentation (290,467 procedures, up 4 percent from 2015)
  2. Liposuction (235,237 procedures, up 6 percent from 2015)
  3. Nose reshaping (223,018 procedures, up 2 percent from 2015)
  4. Eyelid surgery (209,020 procedures, up 2 percent from 2015)
  5. Facelifts (131,106 procedures, up 4 percent from 2015)

The report shows there were also 15.5 million cosmetic minimally invasive procedures in 2016, with the top five including:

  1. Botulinum Toxin Type A (i.e. Botox and Dysport) (7 million procedures, up 4 percent from 2015)
  2. Soft tissue fillers (2.6 million procedures, up 2 percent from 2015)
  3. Chemical peel (1.36 million procedures, up 4 percent since 2015)
  4. Laser hair removal (1.1 million procedures, down 1 percent from 2015)
  5. Microdermabrasion (775,000 procedures, down 3 percent from 2015)

In addition to the increase in fat transfer procedures, labiaplasty surgery has increased by 39 percent since the year before. Yup - that's when the surgeon "rejuvenates the labia by lifting and/or injecting fat or filler into the area."

Dr. Debra Johnson, President of the ASPS, explained that the areas of surgery have changed a lot over the years, including down under.

"As cosmetic procedures become more common we are seeing more diversity in the areas of the body that patients are choosing to address," she said. "A decade ago plastic surgeons might have seen a patient every seven to 10 years when they needed a major procedure like a facelift or tummy tuck. Now patients have ongoing relationships with their plastic surgeons and feel more comfortable discussing all areas of their body that they may be interested in rejuvenating."

Mila Kunis Is Back on the Red Carpet 4 Months After Giving Birth to Son

Mila Kunis was practically glowing when she attended CinemaCon in Las Vegas on Tuesday. The actress - who welcomed son Dimitri with husband Ashton Kutcher in November - stunned in an all-black ensemble and struck her best poses as she made her way down the red carpet. While at the event, Mila spoke to People about what it was like adding a baby boy to her family (she is also mom to 2-year-old daughter Wyatt), saying, "It's different, there's two. He's also 3 months old and you forget what sleepless nights are like. I remember guys, talk to me."

Mila is also gearing up to film the highly anticipated Bad Moms sequel, which she admitted is "so strange." "I feel like people are so appreciative of the voice that it gave not just women or mothers. Even men come up to me and say, 'This movie is so great. I finally understand my mom and my wife so much more.' People really responded to it because it's honest. Yes, it's very funny and it's very over the top, but it's grounded in so much honesty," she said. Mila and Ashton tied the knot back in July 2015, and the last time the actress hit a red carpet was at a Bad Moms screening in July 2016, though we did catch her at an LA Dodgers game in October 2016.

2 of Your Favorite Game of Thrones Characters May Secretly Be Related

There's always plenty of intrigue to be expected on Game of Thrones, but the latest dramatic plot revelation is completely unexpected! If one convincing theory from YouTuber Alt Shift X proves true, two of the best characters in the series might actually be related - and we're not talking about some Targaryen bloodline nonsense. (Looking at you, Jon Snow.)

According to this theory, two completely unexpected characters from the show might actually be father and daughter. Wildling Tormund Giantsbane, the fan-favorite redhead and Brienne of Tarth's not-so-secret admirer, may have fathered none other than tiny northern badass Lyanna Mormont. If your reaction is "Say whaaaaaat?!," bear with us - literally - because there's a pretty convincing explanation to this connection.

The Theory

While the idea of Tormund fathering a northern noblewoman might sound absurd at first, the evidence laid out in Alt Shift X's explainer video makes perfect sense. One must consider Tormund and Lyanna's backstories from the A Song of Ice and Fire book series, since each of their origin tales is only skimmed in the HBO show.

His fellow Wildlings reported spying a bald bear roaming the woods with "the queerest pair of cubs" they'd ever seen.

When Tormund is initially introduced, one of his many listed nicknames is "Husband to Bears." There is a notable scene when Tormund explains how he came by this name, though due to his other nickname ("Tall-Talker"), it must be taken with a grain of salt.

In said scene, Tormund boasts to Jon Snow that he once accidentally seduced a bear during an intense snowstorm, believing she was merely a stout, hot-tempered woman. But when he awoke, Tormund was badly scratched up and there was a "she-bear's pelt" lying on the ground. Before long, he claims, his fellow Wildlings reported spying a bald bear roaming the woods with "the queerest pair of cubs" they'd ever seen in tow.

So, how does this relate to Lyanna Mormont? Well, young Lyanna's father is never revealed - and her mother, the respected northern ruler of Bear Island, Lady Maege Mormont, is known in the North as "The She-Bear." Is everything beginning to fall into place now? And not only is Lady Mormont's house sigil a bear . . . but her physical and temperamental description also matches that of the "she-bear" in Tormund's tale. Lady Maege is once described as "stubborn, short-tempered, and willful," which sounds extremely similar to the stout, hot-tempered woman Tormund alludes to.

Additional Evidence

Furthermore, other evidence from the books suggests that the Mormont women are known for going into the woods and seducing men to father their children. "Mormont women are skin-changers. We turn into bears," one of Maege and Lyanna's female relatives jokes in the books, referring to this rumor.

Plus, before they crossed the Wall into Westeros while fleeing the White Walkers, Wildlings regularly raided Bear Island and were known for "carrying women off." In the free-folks' culture, it is explained to Jon Snow, stealing and bedding a woman constitutes as marriage. If Tormund indeed "carried off" Lady Mormont during one of these Wildling raids, it could even explain a long-term (or ongoing) relationship between the two that resulted in five daughters and some of Tormund's four "strong" sons.

So, could two of our favorite northern characters be secretly related? Only time will tell . . . but we're certainly hoping that somebody sheds light on this connection in season seven of the show! Check out the full explanation in the video above, then read up on our other favorite GOT fan theories.

Kendall Jenner and Hailey Baldwin Are Making Grandpa Glasses Cool Again

Emily Ratajkowski's been wearing her vintage-inspired Garrett Leight glasses for quite a few months now, but your grandpa picked up on the trend way earlier. Yes, those wire-rimmed, oversize opticals are cool again, at least according to some of our favorite models and influencers, and each girl has her own prized pair - Kendall Jenner's come in an aviator shape while Bella Hadid prefers styles with tinted lenses, and Chiara Ferragni and Sarah Snyder follow suit.

Slipping on the accessory instantly makes slashed, modern denim and embroidered hoodies appear retro, providing "thrift store" appeal to any outfit. When you scroll to see how all the It girls are wearing their glasses, you'll want to pick up a pair of your own. It doesn't really matter whether yours have a prescription or UV protection. Investing in this trend is all about accomplishing a look, and there's nothing wrong with that.

Wondering If There Will Be a Second Season of 13 Reasons Why?

Netflix has adapted Jay Asher's 2007 novel, Thirteen Reasons Why, and it's one of its most addictive series yet. Stylized as 13 Reasons Why, the show runs exactly 13 episodes - and no more. It was brought to Netflix as a miniseries, designed to tell one singular story. It's hard to argue that the story could (or, more importantly, should) go beyond what's presented in the YA novel; the entire premise is that a teenage girl commits suicide, and through a series of tapes, she's explaining why.

This show, much like our other favorite miniseries du jour, Big Little Lies, is a one-and-done.

Prevent (or Treat) Painful Feet With This At-Home Massage Technique

Runners and fitness enthusiasts of all kinds encounter sore feet at one point or another. And if things worsen, you can end up with a nasty case of plantar fasciitis, rendering you incapable of walking (major ow). If you don't have a reflexology spa nearby, or maybe don't have time to make it to the masseuse, we grabbed some at-home foot massage tips from a pro: on-demand massage app Zeel's Massage Therapist, Amanda Joy Berman L.M.T., M. Ed.

Here's what she told (and showed) us: "Sit on a chair and cross one foot over the opposite knee. Place one hand on top of the foot and the other hand on the bottom, gently holding your foot for about one to two minutes or longer. You will begin to feel some warmth and possibly a tingling sensation in your foot. This action allows for the softening and releasing of the muscles and fascia all throughout the foot."

"Next, with or without lotion, you can begin to spread open and massage the plantar fascia (the bottom of the foot) by placing your thumbs under your foot by using a 'windshield wiper' motion. You can also use circular motions with your thumbs."

"If you encounter a trigger point (a knotted band of muscle fibers), gently apply a static pressure with your thumb, going deeper as your pain tolerance allows. Repeat with the other foot."
