Sarah Paulson Freaks the F*ck Out After Spotting Madonna at the Met Gala

Can someone check on Sarah Paulson? Because it looks like the American Horror Story actress might have had a heart attack after bumping into Madonna on the red carpet at the Met Gala on Monday. As you can see in the hilarious photo above, the camouflage-clad music legend was busy posing with designer Jeremy Scott when Sarah spotted her from behind. Being a low-key superfan of Madonna's (Like a Virgin was the first album she ever bought!), she naturally freaked the f*ck out. Luckily she calmed down enough to help Madonna out with her lengthy train and the two shared a funny moment together. We thought nothing would be able to compete with Rihanna's epic moment at this year's event, but we might have a winner.

Blake Lively Wore One Perfect Ponytail to the Met Gala

Vogue darling Blake Lively attended the 2017 Met Gala with her hot husband, Ryan Reynolds, and a ponytail that made us say, "ooh!"

The long, voluminous ponytail showed off Blake's beachy texture with a little added texture: crimping.

We got the exclusive details from celebrity stylist Rod Ortega using T3 tools.

"My inspiration was the New Romantic, '80s-style pony," Ortega said. "I'm excited about this because I grew up in the '80s, and it's personal to me. I felt really close to the theme." He also explained the updo complemented the dress instead of competing with it.

Ortega described the look as a "double pony with lift and herringbone texture - an edge to a classic pony."

Here's what you need to know to DIY at home: "For the crimped texture in the pony, use a smaller plated flat iron - I like the T3 SinglePass Compact - to bend the hair back and forth," Ortega explained. "Another tip is the use flat elastic bands instead of your typical round ones as they are easy to stack and help create lift in the pony."

Back to Blake's texture. We had to know how he worked with it and showed it off so well!
"I always blow out the hair with the T3 Featherweight Luxe hair dryer to keep Blake's natural texture, as the soft air of the dryer helps the texture come through. Less is best to bring out texture! I only work with light oils and very little hair products. L'Oreal Spray Shine L'Oreal Paris EverStyle Smooth & Shine Serum is great for this, too."

When it came to makeup, she also kept it light, sticking to gorgeous gold shades.

Makeup artist Kristofer Buckle for L'Oréal Paris commented on the look in a press release, "We decided to keep Blake's makeup soft with a touch of gold. We didn't want to go too heavy with the makeup since her Versace gown made such a statement…something heavy would be too theatrical. Instead, we went for bronze-tone makeup – both on the eyes and on the face."

Holographic Eyeliner Is the Latest Galactic Trend Blowing Up on Instagram

Time to dig up last year's holiday wrapping paper and tinsel to try out Instagram's new fad: holographic eyeliner. The style is starting to pop up on Instagram as the latest iteration of the unicorn/galaxy trend.

Women trying these looks out are stating their inspiration as Pat McGrath and Vlada Haggerty. And according to them, it's pretty easy to DIY! Just create your normal eye makeup look - bold brows, lush lashes, etc. Cut a tight-lined or superwinged eyeliner piece out of your most festive piece of holographic paper. Eyelash glue is how you can adhere it to your skin. We even saw someone try a "shattered glass" look, inspired by this K-Beauty trend.

Sophie Turner's Met Gala Dress Is Giving Us Major GOT Season 1 Flashbacks

When Sophie Turner arrived at the Met Gala, we immediately had flashbacks to the first season of Game of Thrones. Back then, her character, Sansa Stark, was more innocent compared to the brooding badass she's transformed into throughout the series, and her dainty Louis Vuitton gown was the perfect ode to the Sansa we used to know.

With intricate silver and nude embroidered notes, the embellished white dress had a delicate frilly detail that flowed in the wind as she made her way up the famed museum steps. She paired her ethereal dress with ear piercings galore for an unexpected edge. Keep scrolling to get up close and personal with Sophie's drop-dead-gorgeous gown.

The Kardashians Didn't Need Kanye West to Steal the Show at the Met Gala

It isn't a party without at least one of the Kardashian-Jenners present. On Monday, Kim Kardashian and Kendall and Kylie Jenner attended the Met Gala in NYC. While the mom of North and Saint looked elegant in her simple white gown and minimal jewelry, her little sisters went for something a bit more flashy. Kylie wore a flapper-like number and Kendall opted for a barely there black dress. Of course, one member of the famous clan was missing during the event: Kanye West.

According to People, Kim's husband wasn't ready to return to the red carpet following his mental breakdown and hospitalization last year. "He's not going because he's not ready to start attending big events," a source told the magazine. "He's doing great but wants to keep his stress levels low and just wants to take more time off. Kim and Kanye are in a great place." Looks like the three ladies managed to hold down the fort in his absence.

It's Ladies Night and the Feeling's Right at the Met Gala

The Met Gala was full of gorgeous couples on Monday night, but there were also a handful of celebrities who turned the event into their own personal girls' night. While Lena Dunham celebrated the end of Girls with showrunner Jenni Konner, stars like Naomi Watts, Stella McCartney, and Kate Hudson served up some serious fierceness on the red carpet. Not to mention all the sweet mother-daughter and sibling moments. Apparently it was ladies night at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and we didn't get the memo.

Gwyneth Paltrow Stuns at the Met Gala After Vowing She'd "Never Go Again"

Gwyneth Paltrow was the epitome of classic beauty at the Met Gala on Monday night. The 44-year-old actress hit the red carpet in a sleek, baby pink gown reminiscent of the Calvin Klein dress she wore during her first-ever appearance at the high-fashion event back in 1995. Although her number was certainly a show-stopper, it was her arrival at the Met Gala period that had people talking. As you might recall, in 2013 Gwyneth infamously told USA Today that she can't stand going to the fashion elite's fete year after year. "I'm never going again," she declared. "It was so un-fun. It was boiling. It was too crowded. I did not enjoy it at all."

Not long after her scathing review, she doubled down during an interview with Australian radio show hosts Kyle and Jackie O. "It sucked," she said. "It seems like the it's the best thing in the world, you always think, 'Oh my god, it's going to be so glamorous and amazing and you're going to see all of these people' and then you get there and it's so hot and it's so crowded and everyone's pushing you.'" Getting back into Anna Wintour's good graces is no easy feat (maybe she offered her a free Goop subscription?), but fortunately it looks like it was worth it. Gwyneth happily smiled for photographers and struck a pose with fellow guest ASAP Rocky before heading inside to admire the exhibit.

Twitter Is Having a Field Day Over Pharrell Williams and His Wife at the Met Gala

Pharrell Williams is one of this year's cochairs at the annual Met Gala, but all eyes were on his wife, Helen Lasichanh. It didn't take long for social media to blow up with comparisons of Helen's Commes des Garcons look to everything from the Kool-Aid Man to the "thinking chair" from Blue's Clues. Sigh. Yes, yes, Helen's look is over the top - but hey, at least she stuck to the theme? Many other Twitter users called out Pharrell for dialing it down a bit too much. Scroll through for the funniest reactions to Pharrell and Helen's Met Gala appearance.

Question: Why the Hell Wasn't Sarah Jessica Parker at the Met Gala?

A lot of fashion-forward celebrities showed up to the Met Gala in NYC on Monday night, but one very important figure was missing from the fun: Sarah Jessica Parker. This is a huge deal. We've grown accustomed to seeing SJP at the big event every year, because let's be real: she is New York City fashion. There isn't an art exhibit, Broadway play opening, or ballet fundraiser where she doesn't at least pop up inside, so we - and many other Met Gala followers - are pretty bummed that she didn't attend.

Why wasn't she there? Is she sick? Tired? Busy filming Sex and the City 3? Is it because that woman tried to come for her Hamilton-inspired look last year?! The only clue we have so far about her whereabouts is a cryptic Instagram video she shared on Monday morning while making coffee, and it's not much to go on. And before you ask, YES, we also checked her BFF Andy Cohen's Twitter feed, and there was nothing there either. Scroll through them now while we wait for some sort of explanation from the woman herself.

Lily-Rose Depp Looks Like a Pink Dream in Her Chanel Gown

When you're the face of Chanel and you're backed by designer Karl Lagerfeld, you know you're going to be wearing something absolutely magical to the Met Gala. Lily-Rose Depp stepped out for her second Met Gala appearance dressed in a hot-pink gown courtesy of Chanel.

The 17-year-old model looked like a pink dream in this gorgeous strapless dress. It featured two sequined roses, one of which looked like it sprouted up around her shoulder on a vine like a real rose would. She continued on the floral theme by wearing a pair of rose earrings, which makes us think, perhaps the rose is a not-so-subtle homage to her name. Have a look at her gorgeous Chanel gown to decide for yourself.

Eyes Up Here! Kendall Jenner's Met Gala Makeup Also Deserves a Look

While everyone was talking about Kendall Jenner's sheer gown at the Met Gala (understandably), we were eyeing her head-turning lip color. The model showed off the limited-edition lipstick shade she created with Estée Lauder: Pure Color Envy Sculpting Lipstick in Carnal.

According to makeup artist Mary Phillips, "Kendall had been thinking about her makeup for a week or so, but then last night an episode of the show aired and she got an amazing response from this red lip she was wearing - that's when she decided to do a bold, red lip using the shade she created with Estée Lauder." Dress, schmess; we want that lipstick.

Don't Let Rihanna's Dress Distract You From Her Insanely Magical Highlight

Our first thought when Rihanna stepped out at the 2017 Met Gala: wow, that woman knows how to dress for a Comme des Garcons theme. But once we zoomed in a little closer, our thoughts escalated to: holy sh*t, forget about her dress, Rihanna's makeup absolutely won the red carpet. At one of the most famous fashion events of the year, Rihanna managed to turn us into the heart-eye emoji from the second we saw her glowing eye-shadow-turned-highlight look.

She proved that eye shadow absolutely does not have to stop at your eyes and that there's no such thing as too much highlighter. If you find us with metallic pink highlighter all over our faces tomorrow, just know that it was Rihanna-inspired and she's as magical as it gets. Selena Gomez's Met Gala Night Was So Good - How Will She Top It?

Selena Gomez's 2017 keeps getting better and better. And we're going to go ahead and say that this year's Met Gala will go down as one of her best nights ever.

The "It Ain't Me" singer made her official red carpet debut with her boyfriend The Weeknd, showing PDA on the red carpet while his ex was mere steps away. She wore a '90s-ready Coach slip dress we're already plotting to copy and hung out with fashion royalty while at it. Keep scrolling to see those and other amazing moments from Selena's night.

Lena Dunham Completely Owns Creeping on Joe Jonas at the Met Gala

The Met Gala went down in NYC on Monday night, and while it definitely is a sophisticated and glamorous affair, there are still some hilarious moments that happen. One of those moments at this year's event was courtesy of Lena Dunham, who hilariously poked fun at a photo of her creeping behind Joe Jonas. She tweeted the snap shortly after it happened, writing, "In my rightful place, lurking behind a Jonas #MetGala 😐😐😐." Since Joe didn't pose for photos with his girlfriend, Sophie Turner, he was free for people to stare at. And honestly, if we were on that carpet, we would be creepin' right alongside you, Lena.

Zendaya Showed Up to the Met Gala Floating on a Cloud of a Dress

When we laid eyes on Zendaya's golden Dolce & Gabbana gown at the Met Gala, we momentarily lost our breath. The tropical-printed gown looked more like a work of art than a dress, after all. Coupled with her voluminous locks and tangerine lip, Zendaya needn't move: she looked like a painting. And despite the star's petite frame, the design didn't overwhelm her. Instead, it lifted her to new heights, so she could float up the staircase and into the depths of the exhibit alongside the rest of the stars, where she absolutely stole the spotlight. Now that's something we don't have to see in order to confirm.

Chrissy Teigen's Met Gala Gown Is Sexy (and Damn Right She Knows It!)

Chrissy Teigen has come a long way from lounging in bed hours before the Met Gala! The model/hilarious social media phenomenon wore a Marchesa gown to the event with husband John Legend on her arm - and was not here for Twitter users who ridiculed her look:

The black-and-white Marchesa gown had it all: lace, a sheer train, statement sleeves, and fun floral accents that resembled pom-poms or cotton balls. Teigen topped off the whole look with a starry hair accessory, simple stud earrings, and a sparkly black clutch.

Read on for more photos of her unique red carpet look.

Gigi Hadid Hits a Style Home Run in Her Asymmetrical Met Gala Dress

How can we forget when Gigi Hadid was her own knight in shining armor at last year's "Manus x Machina"-themed Met Gala? This year, Gigi showed up to the Met Gala without boyfriend Zayn Malik, but nobody seemed to notice since all eyes were on her avant-garde dress.

The model walked the red carpet in a custom mauve Tommy Hilfiger gown. Her choice comes as no surprise, since Gigi has teamed up with the designer for their Gigi x Tommy collections. But we were shocked at how well the dress fit the Rei Kawakubo/Comme des Garcons theme.

One part of the asymmetrical dress was off-the-shoulder, while the other side featured a bold shoulder design. And in a similar juxtaposition, the skirt was split into a minidress on one side and a tulle train on the other. To top it all off, Gigi styled the Tommy number with a pair of fishnet tights. Have a look at her Met Gala outfit ahead.

Solange Knowles Wore a Puffer Coat to the Met Gala and Absolutely Rocked It

Though some stars opted for sexy, skintight dresses at this year's Met Gala, Solange Knowles went a more comfortable and covered-up route, and we're so into it. The singer practically glided her way down the red carpet sporting a Winter-ready ensemble by Thom Browne.

Her shiny black puffer coat (which included an unexpected train) paired perfectly with equally puffy pants and a white button-down shirt. But the chilly-weather vibes didn't stop there, as the star also rocked a pair of oxford shoes with an ice-skate-inspired heel. Although her attire may somewhat resemble a sleeping bag, she stuck to the avant-garde Met Gala theme like a pro.

Ahead, catch a glimpse of Solange's cozy-cool look, which reminds us of a goth off-duty ice skater - in the best way possible.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Will Wear Whatever They Want to the Met Gala, Thank You Very Much

You can always expect some stars to follow the Met Gala theme to a T. This year, the focus was on Comme des Garcons's Rei Kawakubo. Celebs like Rihanna showed up in elaborate designs honoring the designer, while other Hollywood starlets like Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen veered from the path. The fashion icons showed up on the steps of the Met wearing their trademark bohemian looks. Think sheer lace, thick beaded necklaces, and an embellished, furry cardigan.

Although their outfits weren't the over-the-top Comme des Garcons pieces we've seen, they spoke to the twins' personal style. Both Mary-Kate and Ashley have always worn whatever they want - staying true to their chic, eclectic sensibility. The twins have always set the trends - not followed them - so it was no different on this special night. If they want to show up in boho dresses, they will. And with 100 percent confidence too. After all, that's what makes them true fashion icons.

Cara Delevingne Straight Up Looks Like a Sexy Tin Man at the Met Gala

If you ever wondered, "How can I give off chic Tin Man vibes?," just ask Cara Delevingne. The model-actress took to the Met Gala red carpet in a custom Chanel pantsuit, matching pumps . . . and, oh yeah, her shaved head bedazzled and painted silver.

The sparkling suit featured a plunging neckline and required no additional jewelry - just a dusting of silver body glitter around the cleavage. Delevingne belted her jeweled pantsuit at the waist, lending her already-slender legs a mile-long appearance.

But the best part was definitely the "no f*cks given" look on her face. Nobody rocks the sexy "Silver Surfer" look quite like Cara. Read on for even more pictures of the fierce Met Gala look.

CBS News Anchors Failed to Ask Ivanka Trump Any Policy Questions in Her Latest Interview

No matter how accomplished a woman is, she will undoubtedly encounter gendered questions about her day-to-day life in interviews. Ivanka Trump, who just landed a position in the White House, is no different. During an unplanned appearance on CBS News's White House broadcast on May 1, the hosts chatted with Trump for roughly 10 minutes and failed to ask her a single question on policy or her work.

Instead, hosts Gayle King, Charlie Rose, and Erica Hill questioned Trump about adjusting to life in DC, her kids, and whether she ever sees her husband Jared Kushner (presumably because he is also busy in her father's administration).

"It has been adjustment for our family," said Trump. "But it's actually a really lovely place to live. The museums are incredible. There's space, which is nice. I think in New York you lack that."

Trump also talked about her standing date with her daughter to explore the city's landmarks. "There's really a lot to do. I think there's a lot to do in New York as well," Trump said. "But I think when you've grown up in a place, you actually take it for granted a little bit more. So we've been having fun."

In all fairness, the interview was spontaneous. The interview occurred because Trump popped her head into the room where CBS was filming. The hosts then convinced her to briefly appear on the broadcast - which accounts for some of the interview's levity - and the hosts seemed to recognize the conversation's superficiality.

"We want to invite you back here for serious conversations about what you're doing," Rose added. "We sort of coaxed you to sit down and you weren't expecting it." Kushner also makes an unexpected appearance in the background of the interview, though the hosts were unsuccessful in persuading him to join his wife on the broadcast.

Given that the Trump administration has already rolled back programs that benefit women and children, causes Trump has said she champions, perhaps Trump's next interview will elicit more concrete answers. The public definitely deserves to hear why she allowed the administration to scrap former First Lady Michelle Obama's Let Girls Learn initiative.

Jamie Lynn Spears Channels Her Big Sis For a Britney Spears Medley

Britney Spears got a sweet surprise when she was awarded with the first-ever Icon Award at the Radio Disney Music Awards on Saturday. During a medley of her greatest hits, her little sister Jamie Lynn made a special appearance on stage to perform "Till the World Ends," and it's making us see double. Clad in a black jumpsuit and long blond hair, the former Nickelodeon star was a complete dead ringer for her big sis, who starred on Disney's Mickey Mouse Club 23 years ago, as she sang the pop tune. And she wasn't the only starlet to honor the pop star. The show's hosts, Kelsea Ballerini and Sofia Carson, were joined by Hailee Steinfeld to sing hits like "Oops! . . . I Did It Again," ". . . Baby One More Time," and "Circus" while dressed in classic Britney outfits. See all the clips ahead.

Ashton Kutcher Reveals the Key to His Marriage: "Everything Mila Says Is Right"

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have one of Hollywood's most adorable marriages, and the Ranch actor was happy to reveal his secret to keeping it that way on Monday. "Everything Mila says is right!" he joked with Ellen DeGeneres. "She's my wife, so that's just what it is. Everything she says is right." The proud dad was specifically referring to Mila's correct prediction of who would win the presidency and what their baby boy's name would be (Dimitri Portwood Kutcher, whom they welcomed in November).

"We're on our way to date night, and Mila turns to me and she goes, 'So, I think Donald Trump is going to become the president, and I think our baby's name is Dimitri,'" the 39-year-old recalled. "I was like, 'Donald Trump's not going to win . . .' And then I forgot about the name thing because I was like, 'Why do you think Donald Trump is going to win?' I'm telling you, she called it! It's not even a joke." Since Mila is obviously a psychic, let's hope she can predict a way for us to stop said president from destroying the world.

Lupita Nyong'o Blessed Us All by Wearing This Dress at the Met Gala

Lupita Nyong'o decided she was going to pop at the 2017 Met Gala and leave the entire population of the internet shook. The Mexican-Kenyan actress rocked an off-the-shoulder orange Prada gown that looked spectacular, featuring a floral feathered top and a form-fitting silhouette. She went for a high updo (though maybe not as high as her look last year) and looked flawless with a very simple makeup look.

Social media users agreed with comments like "God is a woman and her name is Lupita Nyong'o" and "Speaking of literal angels sent from heaven." Keep scrolling to see if you agree.

John Legend and Chrissy Teigen Stepped Out of a James Bond Movie and Into the Met Gala

Attention, everyone: we have a few more adorable photos to add to Chrissy Teigen and John Legend's scrapbook. The superstar pair arrived at the Met Gala on Monday night dressed to kill, both sporting coordinating shades of black and white. Chrissy, like Rihanna, stayed on theme and opted for one of the night's more daring looks, later posing with Marchesa designer Georgina Chapman and fellow guest Rita Ora. Although there were tons of celebrity couples having a high-fashion date night at the annual event, Chrissy and John were obviously one of the cutest.

Bella Hadid's Bodysuit Fits Like a Glove in All the Right Places

The Met Gala was full of sexy looks, but our eyes lingered for a few minutes longer on Bella Hadid. The model, who shared she was going with an Alexander Wang design earlier in the day, showed up on the blue carpet in the most unbelievable bodysuit. The sheer creation featured a scoop neck and hugged every inch of Bella's silhouette. She accessorized the daring outfit with a snake cuff on each arm.

We're not surprised Bella went with this dark, sultry piece by Wang given she walked in his Fall 2017 show. The bodysuit fit like a glove and was basically Bella's suit of armor. Read on to see her look from all angles, because you kind of need to.

Emily Ratajkowski's Edgy Eyeliner Is Ridiculously Wearable

Add teal winged eyeliner to your list of wearable makeup looks - seriously. To complement her mermaid-like Marc Jacobs gown at the 2017 Met Gala, Emily Ratajkowski chose a brushed, teal, winged eyeliner flourish as the focal point of her face. The look was created by Hung Vanngo for Marc Jacobs Beauty. (Christian Wood was responsible for her sleek waves.)

Since she's Emrata, you might not be confident copying all of her looks, but this eye design is surprisingly easy to pull off. Scroll for more angles.

OK, OK - Zendaya's Huge Hair at the Met Gala Is Everything

Go home. Zendaya just won the Met Gala red carpet (for beauty!) with her gorgeous, voluminous curly hair. This massive load of tight curls (which looked diffused) and bangs felt super '80s meets Disney princess. It was likely a wig, since Zendaya is known for wearing them. But if this was her natural hair, we wouldn't be mad about it.

Her makeup was soft and romantic - just a sweep of coral on her eyes, cheeks, and lips. Excuse us while we swoon.

Can You Spot These Beautiful Celebrity Tattoos From the Met Gala?

There are a lot of obvious elements to admire when a celebrity walks the red carpet at an award show - her gown, her hair, her makeup - but make sure you don't miss the details. And by that, we mean her tattoos! Stars often cover their body ink for different movie and TV roles, but everything gets exposed when they rock those sexy dresses.

Also, because celebrities get access to top tattoo artists, they often have chicer-than-average designs. So if you're thinking about getting inked, you may want to look for some Hollywood inspiration. Keep reading to see all of the tattoos we spotted at the Golden Globes, People's Choice Awards, SAG Awards, Grammys, Oscars, and Met Gala.

Katy Perry Let Her Avant-Garde Down For This Year's Met Gala

Katy Perry gave Met Gala-goers (and us at home) a reason to stop and stare at her red-hot look for the evening. She took the Comme des Garcons signature red shade and avant-garde style quite literally, outfitting herself in what appears to be a giant work of art.

Let's break down her beauty look: she topped her short new blond haircut with a red veil that was anything but bridal. It spelled out "eyewitness" across it in quirky letters. The eye symbol is likely a nod to the ones in the classic Comme des Garcons heart motif.

Under the headpiece, she sported a glittery red lip and smoky, shimmery blue eye shadow. Basically, Katy went for it!

Legendary makeup artist and brand-owner Pat McGrath did Katy's makeup using her new Labs Dark Star 006 Version UltraViolet Blue.

Oh, and don't forget about her nail art, also featuring iconic Commes des Garcons motifs.

OK, OK - Zendaya's Huge Hair at the Met Gala Is Everything

Kendall Jenner Shows Off Her Buns of Steel at the Met Gala

Kendall Jenner left very little to the imagination when she hit the red carpet at the Met Gala in NYC on Monday. The stunning supermodel rocked a barely there gown on the red carpet that showed off her amazing body, including her entire butt. The internet was quick to respond to her outfit and rightfully came through with a handful of hilarious tweets.

While Kendall didn't pose with sisters Kylie or Kim on the red carpet, we have a feeling her night was still pretty epic. Not only did she have her family to mingle with once inside the Metropolitan Museum of Art, but her best friends Bella and Gigi Hadid were also in attendance.

Gigi Hadid Hit a Style Home Run in Her Asymmetrical Met Gala Dress

How can we forget when Gigi Hadid was her own knight in shining armor at last year's "Manus x Machina" themed Met Gala? This year Gigi showed up to the Met Gala without boyfriend Zayn, but nobody seemed to notice since all eyes were on her avante garde dress.

The model walked the red carpet in a custom mauve colored Tommy Hilfiger gown. Her choice comes as no surprise since Gigi has teamed up with the designer their Gigi x Tommy collections. But we were shocked at how well the dress fit the "Rei Kawakubo/Comme des Garçons" theme.

One part of the asymmetrical dress was off-the-shoulder, while the other side featured a bold shoulder design. And in a similar juxtaposition, the skirt was split into a mini dress on one side and a tulle train on the other. To top it all off, Gigi styled the Tommy number with a pair of fishnet tights. Have a look at her Met Gala look ahead.

Celine Dion's Very First Met Gala Look Is Sexy as Hell

The 2017 Met Gala is Celine Dion's very first appearance at fashion's annual prom night. That might be hard to believe, given her impressive designer wardrobe, curated by stylist Law Roach, and newly launched accessory collection. But Celine's strides in the industry have been recent, which is why there's no better time for the star to make her debut at the ball.

Celine walked the carpet in a striking custom creation by Donatella Versace, which featured a thigh-high leg slit that allowed a very long slip of leg. Scroll to watch a quick video of Celine gearing us up for her big reveal, then catch and all-angles view.

Hasan Minhaj Skewered "the Elephant Not in the Room" at the White House Correspondents' Dinner

The jokes, they just write themselves. At this year's unusual White House Correspondents' Dinner on April 29, host Hasan Minhaj delivered a masterful roast of President Donald Trump, who was not in attendance. Not holding back one iota, Minhaj's speech centered on free speech, and he also managed to land some zingers about America's current cultural climate.

"This event is about celebrating the First Amendment and free speech. Free speech is the foundation of an open and liberal democracy from college campuses to the White House," Minhaj quipped. "Only in America can a first-generation Indian American Muslim kid get on this stage and make fun of the president."

Minhaj's jokes were expertly laden with biting candor. "But the president didn't show up. Because Donald Trump doesn't care about free speech," Minhaj added. After all the jokes were said and done, Minhaj's speech was a memorable moment at a dinner that was atypical because of Trump's absence.

The press were not spared either. Minhaj called out CNN and joked about the media's obsession with Trump's golf outings."Every time Trump goes golfing, the headline should read, 'Trump golfing. Apocalypse delayed. Take the W,'" Minhaj said.

Other highlights included Minhaj's jab at Trump's counselor Kellyanne Conway. "Even if you guys groan, I've already hired Kellyanne Conway," Minhaj said. "She's gonna go on TV Monday and tell everyone I 'killed.' It really doesn't matter."

Perhaps the most memorable line came when Minhaj thanked the organization for inviting him to host. "I'd like to thank Jeff Mason and the White House Correspondents' Association for having me. I would say it is an honor to be here, but that would be an alternative fact. It is not," Minhaj joked. "No one wanted to do this. So of course, it lands in the hands of an immigrant. That's how it always goes down."

Samantha Bee also hosted an event Saturday, the Not the White House Correspondents' Dinner. But Bee's event saw some familiar faces take the stage: crowd favorite Will Ferrell resurfaced his George W. Bush impression, and it did not disappoint.
