The Biggest Designer Shoes of 2017

Whether you're in the market for a new pair of shoes or you're just curious about the latest and greatest, we're here to let you know which designers are making it big. When it comes to footwear, Google can provide lots of intel, and it turns out people are searching specifics (though of course, there's the occasional "shoes with the red sole" query that always makes us giggle). More often than not, shoe connoisseurs know a red sole signifies Christian Louboutin, and in fact, the brand is already the second-most-searched-for in 2017.

But if that doesn't surprise you, maybe this will: sneaker companies like Common Projects are gaining tons of traction, so you can finally replace your Adidas Stan Smiths, if you're so inclined. And if you're ready for a new Summer shoe, try Kenzo or Givenchy, which offer must-have espadrilles and slides respectively. Scroll for a detailed lineup of the eight labels on everybody's radar and find the accompanying style we predict will make it big.

Don't Miss a Single Look From This Year's Met Gala

With a theme that focused on Rei Kawakubo's inimitable, over-the-top designs for Comme des Garcons, you can be sure this year's Met Gala red carpet was filled to the brim with jaw-dropping looks. Cohost Katy Perry's wardrobe was costume-like to begin with, and what fun would it be if the supermodels, designers, and stars didn't follow in her footsteps? Ahead, see how everyone showed up to the ball, all to celebrate fashion as an art form - literally.

Small Bust? Shop 16 Figure-Flattering Suits to Enhance What You've Got

Swimsuit shopping is a unique battle for anyone, especially if you're self-conscious about being smaller up top. Arm yourself with tricks and you'll be able to stroll seaside with confidence.

  • Flaunt what you have, and fake what you don't. If you're looking to create more cleavage, opt for an underwire bra top (or padding). A structured top will shape what you have, while padded cups can actively fake more if that's the look you're after.
  • Distract, distract, distract. Ruffles, bold prints, and splashes of color are all far busier than a simple, solid suit and can claim an onlooker's attention.
  • Embrace what you can wear. Tiny tops and unique shapes are cute but often spell disaster for women with larger chests. Trendy styles are easy to conquer when support isn't mandatory, so go ahead and play around with fun cuts.

At the Met Gala, Bella Hadid Shows Us Once Again How to Be Unbothered by an Ex

Bella Hadid showed up to the Met Gala in NYC on Monday night looking like the poster child for sexy, unbothered single girl. The model arrived in a revealing slinky black beaded catsuit and was clearly feeling herself while posing for photos on the red carpet; not much earlier, her ex-boyfriend, singer The Weeknd, stood in a nearby spot to show PDA with new love Selena Gomez for the cameras.

While Bella and The Weeknd - real name Abel Tesfaye - broke up back in November, it was only a week later that they literally came face to face at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. In some sort of twisted dream scenario (or nightmare, depending on your outlook), Bella was tasked with walking by her fresh former boyfriend in lingerie while he performed one of his sexy hit songs. Naturally, she handled it like a pro and even shared a message about about the encounter, thanking him for being "the best and most incredible performer on the planet." Bella had less than complimentary words for her ex after he and Selena first got together, though - she reportedly "warned" The Weeknd that Selena was "using him" after they were caught kissing in January.

Mom Gives Birth to a 14-Pound Baby and Decides She's Definitely Done Having Kids

LaQueena Hunter-Grover just gave birth to her fourth child, a healthy 14-pound baby boy - yes, you read that right. "I thought it was twins or even triplets," Hunter-Grover told WDSU about her recent pregnancy. "Maybe they were hiding behind one of the other babies. But he was born 14 pounds and 1 ounce."

After 27 days in the NICU, Loyalty Adonis Grover was able to go home to his family. Now just over a month old, Loyalty weighs nearly 15 pounds and measures two feet in height. "He wears a size three Pampers," Hunter-Grover said. "He's supposed to be in a one as a newborn. He wears 3-to-6-month clothes and can wear some 6-to-9-month clothing."

The proud mama says that with his size came a big personality: "He acts like the Incredible Hulk when he doesn't get what he wants. He does not like to be wet and he likes to eat as soon as he gets hungry."

Unsurprisingly, Hunter-Grover says she's done having kids.

A Startup CEO Shares the 1 Question He Always Asks During a Senior-Level Job Interview

Nailing a senior-level position can be tricky if you're not prepared for what questions will be asked. No matter how long you've been with a company, you should always expect the unexpected when it comes time to interview for a higher position. Randy Nicolau, CEO and co-founder of Poppin, an office product startup company, recently shared with Forbes the one question he always asks senior-level candidates to quickly narrow down the best of the bunch:

"Tell me about the single moment in your career that you're most proud of." I feel like if you've been working for six, seven, or eight years, you should have that defining moment. That thing that you worked on, that time you learned something new, or when you turned something around. If you've just been a cog for seven or eight years and you're at that director level, you could be a great director, but we like to hire people who have continually upward mobility. I try to get a sense of that single career defining-moment.

The most important thing to note about Nicolau's interviewing tip is that most interviewers are looking to "hire people who have continually upward mobility." So don't be afraid to talk about the challenges you've faced on your climb up the ladder, as long as you have stellar success stories about how you've overcome them to the betterment of yourself and for the company.

Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady Showed the Met Gala PDA We Were All Waiting For

Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen arrived in style for the Met Gala in NYC on Monday. Gisele wore a stunning, formfitting gray dress, and Tom cleaned up in a dark velvet suit jacket; the couple showed off their usual steamy PDA while posing for photos on the red carpet, kissing and cuddling while Tom kept his hand on Gisele's butt. Gisele and Tom are cochairing the annual event with Vogue editor in chief Anna Wintour, Katy Perry, Pharrell Williams, and Caroline Kennedy. It's the first time the supermodel and Super Bowl winner have attended the gala since 2014. Look through to see Tom and Gisele's best photos from the night!

This "In Memoriam" to the Men of Fox News Will Make You Laugh and Fume

Samantha Bee presented an "in memoriam" to two still-living people at last night's Not the White House Correspondents' Dinner: Fox News's departed, alleged serial sexual harassers Roger Ailes and Bill O'Reilly. In the segment, she bemoaned that both were "gone too late" from the conservative-leaning network.

Bee sarcastically credited Ailes for his two major contributions to TV news: the "gam cam" - a widely used camera angle that spotlights the legs of the female reporters and anchors on the network - and the news ticker. "Oh my god, it's so handy for keeping track of sexual harassment allegations at Fox," she quipped. The comedian went in on the network's male leadership, both past and present, in the segment, going on to refer to News Corp media titan Rupert Murdoch as a "sentient liver spot" and O'Reilly as a "Viagra aficionado" who was "400 pounds of sexual harassment allegations in a 200-pound bag."

Bee's TV special offered a pointed alternative to this year's official White House Correspondents' Dinner. Donald Trump chose not to attend this year, breaking with long-held presidential tradition. Instead, he traveled to Pennsylvania to deliver a speech celebrated by his supporters on site - and described as "divisive" and "disturbing" by former White House adviser David Gergen - at yet another post-election rally.

Queen Letizia Wears Outfits No Other Royal Could Pull Off - You'll Want to See Them!

It might only be March, but when you're a queen, you have to start the year strong, pulling out the best your wardrobe can offer from the get-go - and that's exactly what Queen Letizia of Spain has been doing.

The journalist-turned-royal, who normally likes to wear the same classic pieces time and time again, has been showing off some new additions to her wardrobe. It all started with an embellished Felipe Varela teal gown you need to see from the side, moving then to a new office-ready tweed dress and most recently a layered look a fashion stylist would clap for. Keep reading to see those and more outfits Queen Letizia has expertly worn this year so far.

4 Weight-Loss Rules For Your Morning Meal

Skipping meals is not the best weight-loss strategy, especially when it comes to breakfast. Eating in the morning wakes up your metabolism, helping you burn more calories throughout your day. A solid first meal of the day also helps keep you feeling satiated so you eat fewer calories later. If you're working to drop pounds, keep in mind these four breakfast rules.

The Internet Is Freaking Out Over This Teen's Prom Dress That She Made the Night Before

Most high schoolers spend months searching for the perfect prom dress, but Shami Oshun is no ordinary teen. The 17-year-old's prom dress is trending like wildfire on the internet, and once you see it, you'll understand why. Armed with just $15, Shami transformed an old dress into something stunning. But here's the amazing part: she started the night before her prom (yes, you read that right).

The strapless purple gown featured floor-length tulle and had gorgeous purple flowers sewn onto the train. The best part of the story? Halfway through her prom, Shami chopped off the bottom half of her dress (because the flowers were too heavy for the fabric) and debuted a whole new look that was equally as stunning. Have a look at both variations of the talented teen's awe-inspiring masterpiece ahead.

The Kardashians Didn't Need Kanye West to Steal the Show at the Met Gala

It isn't a party without at least one of the Kardashian-Jenners present. On Monday, Kim Kardashian and Kendall and Kylie Jenner attended the Met Gala in NYC. While the mom of North and Saint looked elegant in her simple white gown and minimal jewelry, her little sisters both went for something a bit more flashy. Kylie wore a flapper-like number and Kendall opted for a barely there black dress. Of course, one member of the famous clan was missing during the event: Kanye West.

According to People, Kim's husband wasn't ready to return to the red carpet following his mental breakdown and hospitalization last year. "He's not going because he's not ready to start attending big events," a source told the magazine. "He's doing great but wants to keep his stress levels low and just wants to take more time off. Kim and Kanye are in a great place." Looks like the three ladies managed to hold down the fort in his absence.

The 22 Books From the '90s That You Need to Read With Your Kids

The '90s were a different time - we read books on actual paper rather than on a Kindle, and their storylines were simple and wholesome. Although plenty of bangers that were released in the '80s (and even earlier!) were still in your school library or your personal bookshelves in the 1990s (aka the best decade), these are the nostalgic children's books published between 1990 and 1999 that you need to share with your kids ASAP.

Ahead, a blast from your bookworm past.

Now That 13 Reasons Why Season 2 Is (Probably) Happening, Here's What It Could Be About

13 Reasons Why is incredibly close to securing a second season, and the writers are reportedly already at work on a new set of episodes. While I'm rooting for another season, a lot of fans were hoping the show would end with the 13-episode miniseries. If you're on the fence but still curious about what could happen if the show continues, I have some ideas. There's always the chance the writers will pick up from the very last episode of season one and show the fallout of Tony giving Hannah's parents the tapes, but they could go another route. Here are six options!

1. Another School, Another Story

Season one tells a complete story. We meet Hannah, we see her struggle and eventual suicide, and we witness the impact of her death among her peers and family. Yes, we could go on with these characters, but what if 13 Reasons Why adopted a format similar to Skins and cast a totally new set of people on the next season? Maybe it takes place at a neighboring school, or across the country. If our theory about Ross Butler leaving Riverdale to continue on with 13 Reasons Why is accurate, though, the writers probably aren't going this route.

2. College Life

While most of the actors are in their 20s, Clay and the rest of the students are juniors in high school when the season ends. Since it will take a while to write and film new episodes, it makes sense that the next chapter would hop forward in time. Maybe a new set of episodes will follow Clay into college. It would be hard to include everyone from the high school in this season, but a few select characters (like Tony, Skye, and Alex) could end up at the same college.

3. The Alternate Reality

This is a long shot, but what if season two expands on the momentary look into a different dimension in which Clay doesn't leave Hannah alone at the party? Instead of just getting a flash of them holding hands in the hall and hanging out with her mom, we'd see their entire relationship play out. We wouldn't live through the tragedy of Hannah's suicide, but if the writers feel like injecting something else into the story, they could focus on Skye's attempt to reach out to Clay. Consider this: if he gets together with Hannah, he never notices that Skye isn't OK, and Skye continues to feel unloved and unheard. This would prove that no matter how hard you try, someone else out there always needs a hand.

4. Alex's Point of View

Throughout the series, we see Alex Standall acting out more and more. While Jessica tries to drink her pain away, Alex is picking fights and appearing less and less like he cares about how the situation with the tapes is resolved. He's clearly overcome with guilt, but you may have missed all the signals that he had been heading toward a suicide attempt - unless you believe the theory about Tyler. The next season may cover the same events of season one, but from Alex's point of view. Perhaps there's more to Alex's story than what we've seen?

5. Tyler's Scream For Attention

Tyler is perhaps the most overlooked character in 13 Reasons Why - until the end. He's trying to be in the loop, begging for everyone to tell him just what the hell is going on. They won't, and in the season finale, we see that he's been building up an arsenal of weapons. The implication is that he's planning a school shooting, and most everyone on Hannah's list is a target. But how did Tyler get to that point, and will he carry out his attack? If the writers choose to focus on Tyler, we could see exactly what's been going through his mind.

6. Justin's Downward Spiral

Clay finds a sort of peace at the end of season one, content that he's done all he can do to make things right by Hannah . . . but Justin is another story. He's been torturing himself over the decision he made to allow Bryce to rape Jessica. Now that Jessica is taking steps to come confront her rape, she (rightly) refuses to speak to Justin. He's destroyed, and he's in a hopeless state at the end of season one. Season two could focus on how much worse (or better) it gets for him.

A Yoga Instructor Touched My Boob During Class

I had taken class from this instructor for over a year. I'd been adjusted hundreds of times. A firm lifting press of my hips in Downward Dog, a gentle shifting of my back in Twisting Warrior, and a calming squeeze of my neck in Savasana. I appreciated all of this attention because it felt good and helped me get deeper into poses, and the adjustments were always very professional.

But one day, I got an adjustment that has stayed with me for over 16 years. I was in Triangle pose, and I sensed the instructor walking behind me. I smiled and slightly closed my eyes as I felt pressure on my lower back and a soft hand on my hip. But then I felt another hand . . . on my left boob. I slowly looked up, and said, "Um, that's not my shoulder." Kathy and I laughed so hard we both fell backward onto someone else's yoga mat, and almost domino-effected a few people in the process.

This little encounter was no big deal for a few reasons. Kath and I were friends and I knew this innocent groping was a complete accident. But more importantly, she was a woman. I kept thinking, what if this was a man? What if this little accident felt slightly deliberate and very uncomfortable? What if I felt like this was inappropriate or even sexual? What if I thought it was my fault, like I had sent the wrong message in some way?

I think about this accidental boob adjustment whenever I take or teach a class, and you should, too. When you go to a yoga class, you should expect to feel safe and respected. Yoga instructors should remain friendly and helpful, but absolutely professional in their teacher-student relationships. They have no right to make you feel uncomfortable in any way, especially when they touch you. And as a student, it is your responsibility to speak up if a touch, or a comment, or a glare doesn't feel right to you, whether it's painful, inappropriate, or makes you feel uneasy.

It's absolutely OK to talk to an instructor during class. If they're pressing on your hips in Child's Pose and it hurts, or their fingertips are a little too close to your butt, or you just want some space - say so right then and there! If it feels weird to speak up, tell them after class, or you might prefer speaking to the studio's owner if the issue seems more serious.

The point here is that yoga is supposed to feel good, physically and emotionally. You get to decide what that means. Maybe you're OK with your feet being rubbed with lavender oil, and maybe you feel irked out when an instructor places one fingertip on your shoulder. If an instructor is doing or saying something that makes your experience less than blissful, don't stand for it!

Kim Kardashian Shows Up Solo to the Met Gala While Kanye Kicks It in LA

Kim Kardashian arrived by herself at the Met Gala on Monday night in a look that was pretty understated compared to her past ensembles. She walked the red carpet in a white dress and posed for photos solo before likely meeting up with her younger sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner. Kim's husband, Kanye West, decided to stay at home in LA with their two kids; People reported earlier in the day that the rapper wasn't quite ready for "the stress and pressure of a big red carpet" since his hospitalization in November and that he is "still very much enjoying his time off from public events." Kim's night at the Met Gala comes on the heels of a very hot girls' getaway to Mexico in celebration of her sister Kourtney's 38th birthday. The two sported barely there bikinis and lounged on the beach with friends. Keep reading for all the photos from Kim's solo night out in NYC.

Joan Smalls Is Pure Punk and Heat in a Fiery Red Dress at the Met Gala

On a regular red carpet, the old saying goes, red must be avoided, but not at the 2017 Met Gala. The event celebrating Comme des Garcons's Rei Kawakubo was meant to be flooded with scarlet gowns galore, since the shade is one the designer loves. Joan Smalls definitely got the memo, wearing a Topshop red dress with a low-cut neckline, a high slit, and side cutouts. Can you say sexy?

The dress was so punk, with tiny silver studs and chain details around the trimming, which is why Joan paired it with a fake lip ring and a few cartilage studs. Keep reading to see Joan's very on-theme dress, then remember her crystal gown from last year's gala.

Attention, everyone: we have a few more adorable photos to add to Chrissy Teigen and John Legend's scrapbook. Chrissy, like Rihanna, stayed on theme and opted for one of the night's more daring looks, later posing with Marchesa designer Georgina Chapman and fellow guest Rita Ora. Although there were tons of celebrity couples having a high-fashion date night at the annual event, Chrissy and John were obviously one of the cutest.

Why 1 Mom Called Out a Sephora Employee After Shopping With Her Self-Conscious Teen Daughter

Even the most seasoned beauty pro can feel a little intimidated by the product-packed wonderland that is Sephora. Add insecurities into that mix, and what should be a simple shopping trip can be a seriously stressful one. A mom in Windsor, Ontario, took to Spotted In to share how a recent visit to Sephora could have gone that way for her self-conscious teen daughter, but the mother-daughter duo left the store with renewed confidence.

"My daughter is 15 years old is having a very hard time with her self-esteem," explained the mother, who disclosed that her child is being bullied for her appearance - including her hair, skin, and eyebrows - at school. "It breaks my heart to say that this bullying has convinced my beautiful daughter that she is ugly, and her formerly outgoing and peppy personality has dimmed."

In order to help her feel more comfortable at school, this mom (reluctantly) took her on a trip to Sephora to buy a few beauty products. "I was against this at first, but if there was a possibility of it boosting her confidence, I decided it would be alright," she said. After a bit of browsing, the two were approached by a petite blond sales associate, Shayna - someone who looks like the girl's bullies in school - who asked if she could provide any assistance.

"Both myself and my daughter sometimes feel intimidated in this store," the mother admitted. "The girls are often made up beautifully, they exude confidence . . . for someone new to makeup, or someone with pre-existing self-esteem issues, it's easy to feel somehow inferior, regardless of their sunny disposition," she said. "This time, I was blown away."

Not only did Shayna help them shop, but according to this one happy mom, she went above and beyond the duties of the average sales associate by making her daughter feel comfortable and confident. "She pointed out the areas that my daughter has been most insecure about lately . . . and expressed how beautiful she thought they were," gushed the mother. "SERIOUSLY girl, are you psychic???"

She went on, "They talked about what had been going on at school, self-confidence, what truly makes a person beautiful, and how makeup is just something to enhance your natural beauty. These are things I've been trying unsuccessfully to convey."

While not everyone can expect to experience such a heartwarming moment during their next visit to Sephora, it inspires us to know that there are sales associates at the beauty retailer that are incredibly helpful, especially in young women's times of need. Read the heartwarming post below in full.

1 Makeup Artist's Viral Clapback to Haters Who Accused Her of Charging Too Much

At just 18 years old, Mikala Walker has already built her very own business around doing makeup. What started as a free favor for her friends quickly blossomed into a full-on side hustle, as she now does proms and the occasional bridal event.

As her skills and experience grew over the years, so did the prices she charged her clients - and rightfully so! Whereas she initially charged $20 for a full face, Mikala now prices her services at $75.

Take one look at her Instagram, and you'll instantly see that her impressive talent makes her services worth every darn penny. But alas, some trolls in the depths of the internet seem to think otherwise. When the 18-year-old used Twitter to advertise a deal she was offering for prom makeup, she got quite a few mixed responses.

Many people accused her of charging too much money, with one user calling the price "pretty ridiculous for the quality of [her] work" and another labeling it as "total bs." But instead of letting the haters get the best of her, Mikala responded in a subtly sassy get oh-so-fitting way: by crunching some numbers to show her followers exactly how expensive all of her makeup products really are. She tweeted a list of the various items she uses, along with a photo of her calculator showing the whopping total: $635!

Tons of her followers and other makeup artists quickly responded to support Mikala for firing back at the haters.

Katy Perry's Controversial Barack Obama Comment Caused a Sh*tstorm of Backlash

When Katy Perry dyed and chopped her hair a few months back, many fans started comparing her new look to Miley Cyrus, and to be honest, the resemblance was rather uncanny. But now the singer is comparing her fresh 'do to an unlikely public figure - Barack Obama - and the internet is pretty damn pissed about it.

During a recent Instagram live session, the singer addressed a series of fan questions, one of which referred to missing her old hairstyle. When Katy read the comment aloud to the camera, she replied, "Oh, really? Do you miss Barack Obama as well? Oh, OK. Times change. Bye! See you guys later."

So essentially Katy compared dying her black hair blond to Donald Trump taking over Obama's spot in the White House. Aaaand cue the facepalm. As soon as she uttered the remark, she looked around at her surrounding friends and awkwardly said, "I should leave now," after which someone off the camera said, "OK, you're cut off." Talk about awkward.

When the internet caught wind of this contentious comment, it erupted in a multitude of tweets criticizing how insensitive it was. Read on to see a few candid reactions to the controversy.

Everything We Know About Pippa Middleton's Wedding

In July 2016, Pippa Middleton got engaged to her longtime beau, financier James Matthews, and it didn't take long for excitement to build about the prospect of another wedding fit for a princess (or, in this case, a princess's sister). We've gotten a handful of tidbits about the big event, so we're rounding them up here as we learn more. Here are all the details we have about Pippa's upcoming nuptials (so far).

The Date

Pippa and James are set to tie the knot on Saturday, May 20, 2017.

The Venue

The couple will say their vows at the St. Mark's Englefield in Berkshire, UK, officiated by Reverend Nick Wynne-Jones, the resident priest. After the couple walk down the aisle in the historic 12th-century church, wedding guests will travel the six miles to Carole and Michael Middleton's home in Bucklebury for a reception in their 18-acre garden.

The Invitations

Pippa and James snuck save the dates inside their guests' Christmas cards over the holidays. Discreet invitations from the sophisticated Mount Street printers in Mayfair are to be sent out soon.

The Dress

While details on Pippa's gown are scarce, designer Giles Deacon was spotted carrying garment bags into her home back in November, stirring reports that he would be creating the dress. Like many other brides-to-be, Pippa has "a folder of magazine cuttings and pictures she has taken" of the gowns and floral arrangements she likes best.

The Planning

A source told Us Weekly earlier this year that Pippa is a very hands-on bride-to-be - she is an event planner, after all. "Pippa has a specific vision and feels she's learned enough about planning to get stuck into it herself rather than handing it all over to a planner," the insider said. "She doesn't want it to be too expensive or look gaudy. Classic and elegant are two of the words she used to describe it."

The Pre-Celebrations

In March, Pippa was joined by her sister for a ski trip in Maribel, France, as part of her hen do celebration. A friend told The Sun that the group "stayed in a really exclusive catered chalet with maids and a chef, who ensured that they were totally spoiled."

The (Royal) Wedding Party

While Kate has reportedly decided to opt out as an official member of Pippa's wedding party (she doesn't want to "upstage her sister"), she will attend with Prince William and likely do a reading at the ceremony. Her kids, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, will also be involved: Charlotte is going to be one of the flower girls, and George will act as a page boy. Traditional in British weddings, page boys usually carry the bride's train or bring the wedding bands up to the altar.

Pippa and Kate's brother, James Middleton, has a possible usher role, while James Matthews's younger brother Spencer, who starred on the British reality show Made in Chelsea, is said to be the best man. In early April, Kate and William were spotted leaving a low-key dinner with Pippa, James, and his brother and parents at their home in Chelsea. We probably can't look forward to the queen being in attendance, but Prince Harry is definitely on the guest list. While he can't bring his girlfriend, Meghan Markle, to the ceremony - Pippa has reportedly enforced a "no ring, no bring" rule - the Suits actress will join him at the afterparty.

Jeffree Star on Too Faced Controversy: "Get Ready For a Blood Bath"

Beauty fans are feeling compelled to choose sides after Jeffree Star went on a major rant against Too Faced cofounder Jerrod Blandino earlier this Spring. Star called out Blandino for allegedly shading Tarte with a now-deleted Instagram post that was captioned #ThereArentUnicornsInTheAmazon, a supposed dig against the brand's Amazonian clay collection and unicorn-inspired range of products. (You can catch up on all that controversy here.)

However, that one Instagram has spawned a great deal of trouble, resurrecting drama from late 2016. Star had hinted at some shady business between his former friend and fellow influencer Nikkie Tutorials and Too Faced but had stopped himself before saying too much. Now, more details about the Nikkie Tutorials and Too Faced collab have surfaced.

Some may recall that many were disappointed by the quality of the shadow palette in her collection with Too Faced, but Nikkie never addressed this issue, which may have been due to nondisclosure agreements. YouTuber Sanders Kennedy revealed that Nikkie was allegedly paid $50,000 for the partnership - and restricted from teaming up with any other brands or sponsors during this time - but her products yielded almost $9 million in sales. Star pointed this out in tweets.

Another interesting layer of this controversy is that Nikkie and Star aren't friends anymore. In an exclusive comment to Here For the Tea, Star said, "Her and I are no longer friends. You can confirm that. But I still respect her hustle and I watched first hand how they abused her and know how much she got paid. It's embarrassing. I think anyone else BUT me would be afraid to mention the contract. I did it to make a statement and so the audience has a taste as to WHY the palette was so sh*tty. She approved something and what was produced was not the same quality."

It is not confirmed as to why the two no longer speak. But Star's decisions to stand up for her means he may be facing legal action for his remarks. He alludes to this in his tweets, below.

It's hard to infer from these cryptic tweets, but remember: Too Faced was acquired by Estée Lauder in November 2016. Could Estée Lauder be the huge corporation Star is referring to? Star will not be stopped, though, as he went on to share that a Too Faced employee leaked the Nikkie Tutorials contract to him.

The Too Faced/Jeffree Star drama got even more complicated when Blandino's sister Lisa got involved. Star exposed this in a series of tweets, sharing that she bashed his customers.

While Blandino has not remarked on his sister's actions, a quick visit to his Instagram reveals that comments have been disabled for many of his posts. Other posts are filled with commenters sharing their displeasure with the Too Faced cofounder, swearing off the brand and leaving snake emoji in their wake. POPSUGAR has reached out to Jeffree Star, Jerrod Blandino, and Nikkie Tutorials for comment. Stay tuned for more updates on this controversy as they become available.

Selena Gomez and The Weeknd Look Like They Got Married at the Met Gala

Selena Gomez and The Weeknd are getting more and more comfortable with showing off their love for the cameras. Shortly after making their relationship Instagram official at Coachella, the couple made their red carpet debut at the Met Gala in NYC on Monday. While The Weeknd looked dapper in a tux and tie, the 13 Reasons Why executive producer looked beautiful in a flowing white Coach gown and purple eye shadow. Aside from posing for the flashing cameras, the two also snuck in a little PDA as they pulled each other in close for a hug. They looked like something right out of a wedding magazine!

These Celebrity Couples Put Our Date Nights to Shame at the Met Gala

The Met Gala was clearly the place to be for celebrity couples on Monday night. Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen arrived in style (and quickly heated up the Metropolitan Museum of Art with their PDA), while Pharrell Williams and wife Helen Lasichanh took a night off from hanging with their triplets to make quite a fashion statement. Although we didn't think it was possible, everyone there might have even outdone the lovebirds who hit the red carpet last year.

On a Scale of 1-10, Millie Bobby Brown's All-Natural Makeup Routine Is an 11

When Millie Bobby Brown shared her makeup routine on a recent Instagram live video, we were pretty darn blown away. We're so used to seeing the young actress with a fake-blood-stained nose and dirt-covered cheeks for her role on Stranger Things, so it was beyond refreshing to see the star off screen and in her element among some of her favorite makeup products. A self-proclaimed minimalist, the actress was honest and open about her makeup-applying skills in the video, saying, "I'm not amazing, but I can do it." OK, could she be any more adorable?!

Throughout her tutorial, Millie shared a few vital tips we can totally get behind, such as cleaning your brushes every day and eating avocado for healthy skin. The 13-year-old reiterated how she doesn't apply makeup every single day, but when she does, simplicity is key. "Less is more in makeup," she said. "Embrace your features. I have a freckle here and I never cover it up."

While applying her makeup (and singing a song here and there), Millie gave us quick glimpses of a few of the products, and they're surprisingly super affordable! Though we couldn't see every item she used, we noticed how some of the ones she showed on camera are a few of our personal favorites. Ahead, shop the must-have products Millie uses.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen Make a Rare Joint Appearance at the Met Gala

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen made a rare appearance at the Met Gala on Monday. The sisters, who usually step out for fashion's big night, hit the red carpet at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC in coordinating ensembles. This also isn't the first time we've seen them in recent weeks. The sisters attended another (more relaxed) gala with Mary-Kate's husband Olivier Sarkozy in April.

Hailey Baldwin's Met Gala Look Will Remind You of 3 Things

Hailey Baldwin said goodbye to her edgier aesthetic, at least for the night. The model arrived on the Met Gala red carpet in a tiered tulle skirt and bustier-style crop top by Carolina Herrera, both in a soft shade of petal pink. Off the top of our heads, there are a couple things the look reminds us of, and they're not typically things we associate with Hailey or her sexy style.

The tiered skirt looks like a pretty cupcake or maybe the skirt the ballerina inside our childhood jewelry boxes wore. Either that, or she's giving us Carrie Bradshaw vibes - though, when you add the custom Swarovski-studded Gigi Burris veil into the mix, the look gets decidedly bridal. Kind of a ballerina/cupcake mashup and certainly something we could see Carrie throwing on for a day running around NYC. Suffice it to say, her outfit choice reminds us of lots of things, though none of them actually remind us of Hailey, until we zoomed in on that choker. That single piece of jewelry is the one thing that's got her name all over it. Otherwise, she's quite the chameleon, huh? Read on to see the look from every angle and tell us if you agree.

Bee Shaffer's Met Gala Look Comes With a Detail That Will Blow You Away

Bee Shaffer, aka daughter of Vogue editor in chief Anna Wintour and thereby fashion royalty by blood, recently announced her engagement to Francesco Carrozzini, son of the late Vogue Italia editor in chief, Franca Sozzani, also fashion royalty. Still, it wasn't until the Met Gala that we finally got a peek at the ring we've been waiting for.

While Bee always wows at the annual gala alongside her mother, this year her engagement ring managed to upstage her stunning Alexander McQueen gown - and that's no easy feat. While the mile-long train may have caught your eye initially, once you zoom in on the sparkler, you'll be all about the ring. The pretty piece has a vintage feel, featuring several diamonds encircling a large center stone and set on a wide gold band. While we imagine the pressure to find a ring for Anna Wintour's daughter is pretty major, Francesco was clearly up to the task. Read on to see the happy couple and the gorgeous diamond up close.

Diddy Lays on the Met Gala Red Carpet to Get the Best View of Girlfriend Cassie

There were a lot of cute couples at the Met Gala on Monday night, but we can safely say that nobody compared to Sean "Diddy" Combs and Cassie. While the other pairs sweetly smiled and showed a little PDA while posing for photos on the red carpet, Diddy took his admiration for Cassie to a whole new level. The rapper decided to lay down on the Metropolitan Museum of Art's sprawling staircase to make way for Cassie so that he could get the best view of her turning heads. He also posted a photo of the moment on his Instagram, saying he was tired and needed to sit down for a second. This is almost better than Barack Obama's recent Instagram husband moment with Michelle . . . almost.

Nobody on Planet Earth Is Worthy of Rihanna at the Met Gala

Did you think Rihanna wasn't going to totally outdo everyone at the Met Gala? Do you even remember the gorgeous yellow monstrosity she wore in 2015?! The fashion icon and Bates Motel star hit the red carpet on Monday night in a colorful architectural dress that will have piñatas everywhere shaking in their papier maché boots. Of the many, many daring ensembles at the couture event, Rihanna's was far and away the best suited for the night's theme, Comme des Garcons designer Rei Kawakubo. Although the look didn't include a diamond bodysuit, it's the perfect outfit to scam a rich man out of millions, if you ask me.

Zoom In on All the Gorgeous Manicures From the Met Gala

Beaded gowns, rhinestone-encrusted minaudières, baubles and bling - in our eyes, they all pale in comparison to the glittering beauty of a freshly lacquered nail. Due to all the incredible manicures, the red carpets of 2017 award season have us mesmerized. Read on to see some of the most fabulous fingers so far.

Kim Kardashian Looked Classic Vogue Chic at the Met Gala

One way to make a statement in a sea of avant-garde fashion and beauty looks: go with what you know. And for Kim Kardashian, that's classic sexy - sleek hair, center part, smoky eye, contoured cheek, and nude lip. You can likely picture it in your sleep.

For the 2017 Met Gala, Kim brought her best beauty self to the red carpet.

Her hairstylist Michael Silva for Toni & Guy confirmed our observation. "Kim's look was inspired by both her classic Kim K look and a combination of Rei Kawakubo and the Commes des Garcons aesthetic," he told POPSUGAR via email. "Rei was very well know for her hard and soft approach to design. With Kim's dress being so feminine and ethereal we decided to keep the hair strong and graphic. We liked that juxtaposition."

To DIY Kim's sleek strands, Silva advised applying a tiny dab of leave-in conditioner to wet hair. Use a flat brush and blow-dry hair downward, staying close to the scalp. Go over it with a flat iron in sections, and mist each part lightly with hair spray.

And what's it like to get ready with a beauty girl like Kim? "It is always so much fun," he enthused. "I've been fortunate enough to have worked with her for a long time. It's like being with a friend getting ready for a night out - only it's the Met Gala, the biggest night out!"

Her longtime makeup artist (of nine years!) Mario Dedivanovic confirmed she really is that fun to get glam with. "She's a dream to work with! Aside from being drop dead gorgeous she is incredibly sweet," he told POPSUGAR via email.

Dedivanovic described her makeup as polished, clean, and matte. "Kim has a very relaxed and clean vibe right now and that's exactly what we were feeling for tonight's Met Gala," he added. "Her gown was clean and all white so we wanted a look to compliment that.

That said, they did add in a nuanced nod to the Comme des Garcons theme. "Classic Kim is a bit more dewy with bronzed/shimmer eyes," he explained. "This look was matte and using white matte shadow on the eyes. Something she doesn't do very often."

The exact shade was Chanel Ombre Première Longwear Powder Eyeshadow in Sable, which Dedivanovic applied "not too close to the inner corner." Adding, "I kept it more on the outside, with very little on the lower lashline."

His key for copying the style at home is to look "very lashy," he confirmed. He used Chanel Le Volume Mascara on the top and bottom lashes.

Also, copy her signature nude lip by prepping your pout with what Kim used: Kiehl's Butterstick Lip Treatment SPF 25 in Untinted topped with Rouge Allure Velvet Luminous Matte Lip Colour in Libre.

Chrissy Teigen Just Shared the First IRL Glimpse of Her Becca Palette at the Met Gala

With the launch of the Becca x Chrissy Teigen Glow Face Palette happening any day now, we're looking for every and any clue as to the exact debut date. While "early May" is all we know right now, we've been keeping ourselves occupied with sneak peeks at swatches. Now we're finally seeing the palette's pigmentation in real life - Chrissy herself rocked the palette to the Met Gala!

According to the brand, makeup artist Mary Phillips used the Becca palette's Shimmering Skin Perfector Highlighter in Rose Gold and Beach Nectar, then layered on the Sunlit Bronzer in Malibu Soleil. "I very faintly applied for an all-over glow, and then more concentrated under the brow bone. I swiped along her cheeks by the temple and top of the cheekbone. Then, I very sparingly dusted some more along the side," Phillips divulged, adding, "sometimes your highlight needs some depth, too!"

Chrissy's luminous radiance was the perfect accent to her glamorous Marchesa gown, and seeing her rock the Becca palette only made us want it even more! Keep reading for more shots of Chrissy's glam.

Courtney Love and Frances Bean Cobain Have a Mother-Daughter Met Gala Date

Courtney Love and her daughter, Frances Bean Cobain, arrived together for the Met Gala in NYC on Monday night. The mother-daughter duo hit the red carpet with longtime friend Marc Jacobs and model Char Defrancesco and shared a few kisses for the cameras. While the two haven't always been close - 24-year-old Frances famously emancipated herself from her mother in 2009 - the pair was spotted holding hands in Manhattan ahead of the big event and seemed to be having a great time together at the gala.

Bee Shaffer's Met Gala Look Comes With a Detail That Will Blow You Away
