Once Upon a Time's Emma Swan Got Married in the Ultimate Fairy-Tale Wedding Dress

Before the wedding episode even aired on Once Upon a Time, we were excited by Jennifer Morrison's behind-the-scenes dress snap. The actress shared that her character Emma Swan's wedding gown was inspired by real-life Princess Grace Kelly and we can totally see that. The Victorian neckline crafted from delicate lace lent a modest and feminine feel (much like Grace's own wedding gown) while a fitted bodice and long lace sleeves reminded us of Kate Middleton's wedding dress.

Given that Emma's basically a princess (her parents are Prince Charming and Snow White!), the style connection between her and Grace is just right. After six seasons, fans finally got to see Emma wear the perfect fairy-tale dress for her happy ending - and it couldn't have been more beautiful.

The Most Popular Kate Spade New York Accessories of All Time

Kate Spade New York is the brand behind some pretty iconic accessories. I'll never forget the yacht clutch my boyfriend's aunt secured ahead of her vacation cruise or the woven animal-shaped picnic baskets. The label's themed bags and jewels make for pretty fabulous street style moments, so it's no wonder you see them all over Fashion Week. If a statement item catches your eye, you can bet it's Kate Spade. So when we got the chance to talk to Deborah Lloyd, president and chief creative officer at the label, we had to ask her about her favorite pieces of all time.

This past New York Fashion Week, Deborah showed both Fall 2017 and Spring 2017, the latter a collection inspired by her travels to Morocco. Still, there are plenty more memorable accessories she can't get out of her head. Whether it was because they sold out instantly, cementing their status as must haves (who could forget that swan bag?), or were inspired by special memories, the accessories ahead all achieve Kate Spade's signature flair. In fact, Deborah thinks these are the best items ever made.

Well, we're here to tell you that special spot is about to grow, thanks to Ricky's insanely hot Instagram photos.

Keep scrolling to see just a sampling of Ricky's steamy photos, then remember that time he hit the stage with Taylor Swift during the 1989 tour.

A Company Founder Shares Her Tips on How to Land a High-Profile Job

POPSUGAR founder and President Lisa Sugar's new book, Power Your Happy, helps you combine your passions and talents for success. We're sharing more about Lisa and excerpting topics from her book in a series of posts on POPSUGAR.

As an editor at one of the most well-known companies in the lifestyle media space, I often get asked how I landed a job at POPSUGAR. Even after working here for nearly a year, I still can't quite pinpoint that one actionable answer that my peers are often seeking. And that's because the answer is complex. Yes, my writing portfolio played a huge role, but so did timing, the overall interview process, and the culmination of my relevant work experience.

While I'm still honing my own career-giving advice, POPSUGAR President Lisa Sugar is adept at doling it out. In fact, she covers it in depth in her new book, Power Your Happy: Work Hard, Play Nice, and Build Your Dream Life (out Sept. 20). Who better to dish out tips on landing a job at a high-profile company than a woman who founded one?

Below, we've highlighted six ideas from her book on how to navigate the professional world and ultimately build your dream career. From developing your early experience to perfecting your interview skills, keep reading for her expert advice.

Know your strengths

Even if you think you know what your strong suits are, it never hurts to confirm them by taking a personality test, Lisa advised. Tests like Myers-Briggs or DISC are easy to find online and can help you hone in on what your learning style is so that you can apply it in the workplace.

"Even if you think you know everything about yourself, the results will help you think about your talents and interests in new ways," Lisa said in her new book. "These tests are a great way to expand your thinking and uncover not just the topics that interest you but also the tasks, skills, and activities that make you feel energized."

Figure out what you don't want out of a job

You know all of those sh*tty internships you suffered through? Don't repress those memories! Instead, take a good, hard look at your experience and figure out why they were such a train wreck. Was it because your boss was a micromanager? Or maybe you were uninspired by your daily tasks? Whatever the reasons, they serve as valuable clues of what you want to avoid for the future. Think of it as trial and error.

"Your early jobs are important not just for the experience but for helping you understand what you don't want to do," Lisa said. "If you're interested in a certain career path, it's important just to know how things work in that industry and find out if you actually like it." And if you don't? You'll be the wiser for it.

Learn your way around an industry

Once you've settled on an industry that you do like, learn everything about it, from every angle you can. For publishing, that can include copywriting, editing, and even art direction. For fashion, it can be everything from retail to styling to marketing. The point is, every career starts somewhere. "There is no secret to getting the career of your dreams, but getting a job in the industry is a good place to start," Lisa advised.

Network, network, network

Knowing someone on the inside can be a huge asset, not only for getting your foot in the door when you need it but also for familiarizing yourself with a certain company. "It's a great way to learn about the work culture at different companies and how the jobs [are] slightly different from place to place." Of course, building connections isn't easy, and it's something that takes a bit of practice (and patience). Lisa suggested starting small when learning how to socialize in a professional setting: "Talk to a co-worker you haven't met before in the office kitchen, volunteer to deliver a presentation to a small group, or attend that after-work happy hour you usually skip."

As soon as you've met someone in your field who you connect with, take notes. Ask for their contact info and jot down where you met, details from the conversation, or anything else that can help you remember the interaction later. "I am always wowed when someone remembers me from the one-off place we met or the specifics of our conversation," Lisa said. "That's a perfect example of how to make an impression without being annoying."

Perfect your email skills

Don't be afraid to reach out to your new contact by sending him or her an introductory email. That being said, there is a right way and wrong way to reach out to busy people. According to Lisa, your primary goal should be to not waste anyone's time. Here are Lisa's go-to tips for a quick, clean email:

  • Be friendly, but professional.
  • Check for errors before you send.
  • Be direct about what you're interested in up front, and don't ramble.
  • Don't ask vague or obvious questions you can easily answer with a Google search.
  • Show some personality.
  • Make a genuine connection back to the company.
  • Give your email a creative subject line to stand out.

Almost as important as the email itself is when you send it. Since people tend to be busy earlier in the week or first thing in the morning, aim for lunchtime or early afternoon when they're more likely to have a bit of downtime. And finally, don't follow up more than three times.

Nail your interview

Perhaps the most important part of the interview is what you do before you even make it into the conference room. Do your research to show that you're both resourceful and committed. Come prepared with a list of specific questions to ask. And don't forget to clean up your social media accounts to keep them PG-13. "One of the first things I do before or after interviewing candidates for jobs at POPSUGAR is check out their social media accounts," Lisa said. "It's a great way to get a sense of someone's personality, humor, writing talent, and aesthetics. The captions you write, the products you like, and the people you surround yourself with give a potential co-worker an inside look at who you really are - they make you more human."

With Just 2 Photos, This Mom Shows What It's Really Like to Have Postpartum Depression

You'd never know it by looking at her Facebook feed, but Kathy DiVincenzo has postpartum depression. Like many of us who hide our true selves behind highly curated photos and filters, this mom of two has suppressed a side of her that's just as real as the one she lets the rest of the world see.

"I work twice as hard to hide this reality from you because I'm afraid to make you uncomfortable," Kathy, who also suffers from anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder, wrote in a moving Facebook post. "I'm afraid you'll think I'm weak, crazy, a terrible mother, or the other million things my mind convinces me of and I know I'm not alone in those thoughts."

To better describe her dual realities, Kathy posted two photos of herself – one, the vision of motherly perfection, and the other, an honest look at what those first months of new motherhood often look like . . . exhausted, erratic, unhappy.

"I feel like it's time to show you what that can really look like, not just the side of me that's 'Facebook worthy,'" she continued. "The truth is, both of these pictures represent my life depending on the day. I would only ever comfortably share one of these realities though and that's the problem. The only thing more exhausting than having these conditions is pretending daily that I don't."

Her goal in sharing her true self – or selves, rather – with the world?

"We need to stop assuming that the postpartum period is always euphoric, because for 1 in 7 it's not," she said. "We need to start asking new parents how they're doing in a deeper way than the normal, 'so how are you doing?' that triggers the knee jerk, 'everything's great!' response."

Katherine Langford Looks Hauntingly Beautiful at the MTV Movie Awards

Hailee Steinfeld Just Said "F*ck It" to This Polarizing Beauty Rule

Hailee Steinfeld walked the 2017 MTV Movie and TV Awards red carpet while casually challenging a hotly contested beauty rule. In a confident move, the 20-year-old actress matched her eye makeup to her lilac Fausto Puglisi mini. While matching makeup with an outfit was a rampant trend in the '80s, its popularity quickly turned it into a faux pas through the next century. Now, Hailee is trying out matchy-matchy makeup with her romantic purple smoky eye.

In addition to her pretty makeup, Hailee kept her noticeably long hair straight and parted in the middle. You can fake her hairstyle with temporary clip-in extensions. All in all, Hailee's look works for both a glamorous event and an intimate date alike! Scroll ahead for pictures of her impeccable appearance.

Jason Momoa Bikes on the Beach, Because He Can Do Whatever the F*ck He Wants

Jason Momoa has been busy filming Aquaman in Australia lately, and ironically, our thirst for the star continues to grow with every new photo we see of him. After stepping out shirtless and showing off his insane muscles with his equally large trainer, the father of two squeezed in a little personal time on Saturday. Jason hit the beach in a less-than-typical sense when he rode a bike around the sand and snapped a few photos of the beautiful water. Since the actor is so large and sexy, seeing him be at one with nature and taking in Australia's beautiful scenery is kind of a hilarious sight to behold. If he were to post his personal photos of the beach on Instagram, we imagine the captions being something along the lines of, "Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it," or, "All I need are some tasty waves and a cool buzz, and I'm fine."

Emma Watson's Passionate Speech Was the Most Important Part of the MTV Awards

Emma Watson won the award for best actor in a movie at the MTV Movie and TV Awards in LA on Sunday night, and her acceptance speech was truly wonderful. After nonbinary actor Asia Kate Dillon presented Emma with the award for her role as Belle in Beauty and the Beast, the English star took the stage to talk to the audience and her fans around the world about inclusion, love, and gender issues. Read her speech below.

"The first acting award in history that doesn't separate nominees based on their sex says something about how we perceive the human experience. MTV's move to create a genderless award for acting will mean something different to everyone. But to me, it indicates that acting is about the ability to put yourself in someone else's shoes. And that doesn't need to be separated into two different categories.

Empathy, and the ability to use your imagination, should have no limits. This is very meaningful to me, both to be winning the award, and to be receiving it from you, Asia; thank you for educating me in such an inclusive, loving way. Thank you so much. I think I am being given this award for a performance as an actor, but it doesn't feel like that what it's really for - although I am very grateful if you did think I did a good job, which is - the whole singing part of the situation was pretty terrifying - not kidding about that part.

But more seriously, I think I am being given this award because of who Belle is and what she represents. The villagers in our fairy tale wanted to make Belle believe the world is smaller than the way she saw it with fewer opportunities for her - that her curiosity and passion for knowledge and her desire for more in life were ground for alienation. I loved playing someone who didn't listen to any of that. I'm so proud to be part of a film that celebrates diversity, literacy, inclusion, joy, and love the way that this one does.

I want to thank Linda Woolverton for writing the original Belle, Jeanne-Marie LePrince de Beaumont for writing what the animated movie was based on, and Paige O'Hara for playing Belle in the original. And I want to thank every single person who voted for me. Thank you so much. Taraji [P. Henson], I can't see you, but Daniel [Kaluuya], James [McAvoy], Hailee [Steinfeld], all of you, it's a privilege to be nominated alongside you. Lastly I want to thank anyone and everyone who had anything to do with giving me this opportunity, and for supporting me on that journey. You know who you are, and I can't thank you enough. Thank you so, so much."

Cher's Twitter Outrage About the AHCA Is Eccentric . . . but She Has a Point

Cher is many things: a singer, an actress, an activist, and a social media phenomenon. The social media phenomenon bit stems mostly from the fact that she types in caps lock with excessive use of emoji, but sometimes - like today - the legendary entertainer makes waves on Twitter for her political opinions.

After the House GOP managed to (barely) pass a new healthcare bill called the American Health Care Act, many concerns emerged about the "preexisting conditions" that insurance companies could begin charging premiums for should the bill become law, including (but not limited to) asthma, C-section births, and sexual assault. Filled with outrage about the AHCA's passing, Cher took to her favorite social media platform to express her concern for those less fortunate.

In her own manner of communication, Cher expressed frustration that, while she has insurance for her own asthma, the new bill would make it more difficult for others suffering from the same affliction (including the elderly and young kids) to find affordable coverage. She also tweeted her anger that the "survival of the fittest" healthcare bill would affect "battered women" (assault survivors) and suggested that the members of Congress who voted for the bill didn't read it beforehand.

Cher also took the chance to express her severe disapproval for President Donald Trump, even throwing out ideas for a "Trump NO Care" tank top and comparing Trump to the Antichrist character, Damien, from The Omen. It was a wild ride.

After people began misinterpreting (and misreporting) the singer's original tweet about health care and asthma, Cher set the record straight.

She also had precisely zero time for game-show-host-turned-inflammatory-far-right-podcaster Chuck Woolery, one of the many who took Cher's original tweet and turned it into an opportunity to mock her for caring about health care while wealthy.

While Cher's method of expressing her political discontent is certainly eccentric, there's no denying that she has a point: based on the new insurance allowances, premiums will go up for asthmatic patients and assault survivors if the bill passes in the Senate in its current form. If that's not something straight from a horror film, we don't know what is.

I'm Just a "Fiery, Spicy Latina"

The following post originally appeared on Medium.

This antibullying campaign at school was, um, misguided, but it did provide a great selfie op.

There are few things I love more than being called a fiery Latina when I have the gall to express myself without leading with "sorry" or any other kind of submissive comment when I've done nothing wrong. I love when my brownness combined with my opinion-having leads to non-Latinas describing me as spicy or fiery in a sweet combination of racism and sexism. These are some of the things I love slightly more than that:

  • stepping on dog sh*t
  • going to the DMV
  • pooping while wearing a tampon
  • getting out of bed after a night of drinking Franzia boxed wine
  • the economy
  • having someone call me "young lady" or "girl", especially when they want something from me
  • logging into my FedLoan servicing account and seeing my outstanding student loan balance
  • having a connecting flight delayed
  • people who call my parents "illegals"
  • when people assume that I don't have a college degree and are even more taken aback that it's a scientific one
  • being asked how many kids I have at 23 instead of if I have kids
  • when folks use "Mexicans" or "Chicanos" as a synonym for all Latinos/Hispanics
  • when people have to do at least three double-takes when they see that the Korean guy with me is in fact my boyfriend (apparently any interracial couple that is not white+something else is an anomaly)
  • that time that I was asked at a job interview what my father thought about my career and I explained that, lo and behold, my father actually lets me be my own person. I did not get a call back after that interview
  • receiving a patronizing "gracias" or "hola" from a non-Spanish speaker
  • being followed around in stores
  • when people discuss the male/female wage gap and completely skip over the racial breakdown of the gap (as in, white women make less than white men but more than both black and Hispanic men and women, and Hispanic women are at the very bottom with about 54 cents to the white man's dollar. Yay! And also our complete disregard for Asian and Native populations in this conversation)
  • clickbait
  • restaurants that don't bring you free bread and butter
  • high gas prices
  • pretty much anything

Personally, I consider myself sweet and tan like a plátano frito. But if you're a non-Latina who wants to call me a "fiery and/or spicy Latina," just go ahead and call me an "ethnic opinionated loud-mouth who's not afraid to say what others are thinking but I'm secretly afraid of because she's kind of a bitch", because I know that's what you mean.

This Is the Best Look at Spider-Man: Homecoming We've Gotten So Far

Sure, this is the third time Spider-Man has been rebooted for the big screen over the last couple of decades, but who's counting when the movie looks this fun? MTV has revealed a new clip for Spider-Man: Homecoming, and it sees the young Peter Parker (Tom Holland) mastering his spidey senses yet again, but this time he has plenty of help from fellow superhero Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.). That also should remind you that this is a Marvel movie, as young Peter is now an Avenger. Not to mention it looks like a Marvel movie, rad-looking visuals and action sequences and all. Keep your eyes peeled for Zendaya, as well as Michael Keaton as the movie's villain the Vulture (who looks pretty terrifying, to say the least). Spider-Man: Homecoming comes out on July 7.

Watch the teaser and trailers below!

Cara Delevingne Is Rocking a New Tattoo on the Back of Her Shaved Head

Since mega model Cara Delevingne shaved her head, everyone has been talking about it . . . like how she dyed it silver for the Met Gala. And while that fantasy red carpet moment was awesome, what she did for the MTV Movie and TV Awards is something more wearable.

Cara got a large but fashion-forward "tattoo" designed on the back of her head for the award show. The look was created by hairstylist Mara Roszak, who said on Instagram: "I am in awe of this incredible creature. The beautiful #CaraDelevingne with a little head design drawn by me."

The geometric head tattoo perfectly complements the boho real ink art she has on the back of her neck. It also adds spice to, well, a plain shaved head. A deep, burgundy lip and her signature bold eyebrows pulled together the downtown vibe from the front.

All you need to try this at home is a friend with some artistic skills and longwear, waterproof eyeliner pencil!

Jennifer Lopez New Favorite Pair of Sunglasses Is Only $55

Jennifer Lopez has always been a queen at mixing high-end and budget-friendly fashion, and the last few days in New York City have been no exception.

Scrolling through J Lo's Instagram (we do this often, clearly), we noticed she has been rocking the same pair of $55 Quay Australia sunglasses day after day. Farrah Abraham Responds to Cultural Appropriation Claims: "I Wanted to Bring Culture to the Red Carpet"

Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham is stirring up controversy on the MTV Movie and TV Awards red carpet. The reality TV personality chose to wear a bindi on her forehead, mehndi on her hands, and a maang tikka in her hair, along with a traditional lengha to the event. (Reminder: Farrah has said she is of Syrian, Italian, Sicilian, and Danish descent).

Twitter users were livid, slamming her for cultural appropriation. After all, facets of Farrah's look are of special significance in Indian culture, with mehndi and maang tikka being traditionally worn by brides, while bindi are religious or spiritual embellishments, worn daily or at celebrations.

However, according to outlet TooFab, which got an exclusive interview with the star, Farrah is not concerned "at all" about being accused of cultural appropriation. In fact, she wore this look specifically because she "wanted to bring culture to the red carpet."

"I think this will inspire others to embrace new cultures and have good experiences," Farrah told TooFab, adding that her controversial look made her feel "freaking amazing, Bollywood and sexy!"

Read on to see more shots of Farrah, then check out some of the backlash she's getting on Twitter.

Nicki Minaj Offers to Pay Fans' School Tuition in Exchange For Good Grades

Nicki Minaj is paying it forward . . . literally. On Saturday, the rapper struck up a deal with a few of her fans on Twitter that she would pay part of their school tuition and loans if they could provide proof of their good grades. Nicki was originally answering questions about a lip-syncing contest surrounding her "Regret in Your Tears" music video when a fan asked if she would pay her college tuition.

It didn't take long for the requests to start pouring in, and Nicki happily obliged. Among the many fans to catch her attention were an immigrant, a student with no family support and a minimum-wage job, and a fellow Queens, NY, native with a single mother. According to TMZ, at least two people have already received payments from the "Super Bass" singer.

After generously dropping more than $20,000, the rapper called it a night, adding that she might do it again in the near future. Nicki is a saint, you guys.

Camila Cabello Proved That Florals For Spring Aren't Groundbreaking - They're Sexy

Camila Cabello arrived at the 2017 MTV Movie and TV Awards in one of her most unexpected looks to date. The bubbly "Hey Ma" singer wore a thigh-grazing floral mini dress with a quirky white collar. In fact, the dress looks like something Camila would have worn in the early days of Fifth Harmony! Passionate Harmonizers might even recall the many fancy collars she's sported through the years.

Camila kept the rest of her look simple with strappy sandals and a black clutch. What's more, she contrasted her leggy look with big, voluminous hair and her signature sultry bangs. Look ahead for more pictures of Camila's pretty appearance.

Asia Kate Dillon Is the Change-Maker the Beauty Industry Needs

In a Donald Trump presidency era, where many social issues seem to be moving backwards in time, it's more important than ever to celebrate the change-makers breaking barriers. Actor Asia Kate Dillon is one of those leaders, whose initiatives to normalize nonbinary gender identity in Hollywood are rewriting history. (FYI, nonbinary gender means a person is not exclusively male or female and would usually use the pronoun "they" instead of "him" or "her.")

Asia is credited for playing the first genderqueer character in a mainstream TV show for their role of Taylor Mason in Showtime's Billions. Off-screen, Asia also identifies as genderfluid.

"My assigned sex is Female," Asia recently clarified on Twitter. "My gender identity is Non-binary. Anatomy and biology are complicated. I said sex, only as in anatomy . . . Sex is between legs. Identity is between ears."

This year, Asia made headlines when they submitted their name for an Emmy Award and choose "actor" instead of "actress," because the former is a more gender-neutral word. The public move to push gender boundaries prompted MTV to combine previously male-and-female-separated categories at the MTV Awards, and Asia will take the stage to present the award for best actor in a movie.

"I'm proud of MTV for joining the conversation about breaking down binaries," Asia told W. "Binaries, whether it be man or woman or black or white, they were created to separate us, to create an us and a them. Without binaries, there's only us. Which means we're actually all equal. So to be presenting the first acting award in history that is based solely on performance and not on sex or gender identity is a historic moment and it's a moment that will go down in history, and that is a history I share not only with my family, friends and coworkers, but with all the trans, nonbinary and gender-nonconforming people, particularly people of color, who have been leading the way for change long before I was born."

But that is not the only reason we want to watch Asia. They're also a beauty inspiration - rocking a badass shaved head, seriously gorgeous eyebrows, flawless skin, and unique tattoos. If their career keeps up (Asia has also appeared in Orange Is the New Black, Younger, and Master of None), landing a beauty campaign is only a matter of time. Oh, and if you were wondering, Asia told Ellen DeGeneres their romantic partner identifies as male.

Keep reading to see more reasons why Asia is our latest beauty idol.

Trump's Army Secretary Nominee Once Compared Evolution to an Old Lawnmower

If Pope Francis, leader of 1.2 billion Roman Catholics, can defend evolution, it might be time for so-called "creationists" to reevaluate their arguments against it as well. However, President Donald Trump's nominee for army secretary, Dr. Mark Green, has continued to deny evolution, despite widely accepted scientific claims indicating otherwise.

In a speech given in 2015, Dr. Green attempted to discredit evolution by comparing it to a lawnmower (a man-made machine). First, Green criticized evolutionists' theories as lazy explanations for complexities outside of their imagination. "The evolutionists have their bad argument, too. They say, 'Well, I can't explain how it went from this to incredibly complex, so it must have been billions of years,'" Green said to a Cincinnati church congregation. "That's kind of where they put their faith. The truth of the matter is is the second law of thermo fluid dynamics says that the world progresses from order to disorder not disorder to order."

Green then tried dispute evolution with an illogical metaphor. "If you put a lawnmower out in your yard and a hundred years come back, it's rusted and falling apart," Green claimed. "You can't put parts out there and a hundred years later it's gonna come back together. That is a violation of a law of thermodynamics. A physical law that exists in the universe."

Green is, of course, right, that you cannot use a century-old lawnmower. But his rationale implies that humans and machines are equivalent in development, which is simply not the case.

This nowhere near the first time Dr. Green has been criticized for his controversial opinions. Green drew the ire of LGTBQ activists when he suggested being transgender was a medical condition on Sept. 14, 2016. "If you poll the psychiatrists, they're going to tell you that transgender is a disease," Green said.

Some Republican leaders have expressed doubts about Green's nomination as well. On May 2, Arizona Senator John McCain told USA Today that Green's past comments about the LGBTQ community are troubling. "There's a lot of controversy concerning his nomination," McCain said. "We are getting some questions from both Republicans and Democrats on the Armed Services Committee. I think there are some issues that clearly need to be cleared up."

USA Today noted that McCain chairs the Senate Armed Services Committee, which is responsible for approving Green's confirmation. It appears that Green's hearing might not happen anytime soon since his nomination has yet to be formally submitted.

This MUA's Insane Skeleton Creations Make Us Want Halloween to Come Early

Makeup artist and wig maker, Vanessa Davis, posts amazing skeleton cosmetic creations to her Instagram account and uses glitter, sequins, and even Swarovski crystals to embellish her face. She's currently the Wigs and Makeup Manager at English National Opera, which explains her theatrical style. She never seems to lack creative ideas to combine a skull with a variety of different motifs, from koi fish to the Statue of Liberty.

With 219k followers, her imagination and skill have not gone unnoticed. Many of her looks have gone viral, and the Londoner has been featured on MAC's Instagram page. It's obvious Davis is extremely talented and we can't wait to see what other skull makeup she creates next.

Read on to see the stunning (and spooky) looks.

So, Colin Farrell Just Told Ellen DeGeneres All About His Bush

If you ever wanted to know more about Colin Farrell (like, really get to know him), then his latest interview with Ellen DeGeneres is a must-watch. While attempting to raise money for the CHIME Institute, the charter school his son James attends that educates children with special needs alongside those who develop more typically, the handsome actor had to come up with a pretty juicy confession for the host. Colin, who talked about his "balls" during his last stop on the show, then revealed that when he was working on his first American film back in the day, he was very nervous to film a sex scene. After showing the director his "retro bush," he borrowed a beard trimmer from the hair and makeup department and went back to his trailer. While he only meant to tidy it up a bit, he ended up overdoing it and was left with a very thin landing strip. Watch his whole story in the video above that makes the audience (and Ellen) blush.

Look All You Want, There's No Doubt Michelle Obama's Earrings Are Absolute Treasures

Michelle Obama's back in a gown and it was for a very special celebration. On Sunday, former President Barack Obama received the 2017 John F. Kennedy Profile in Courage Award and Michelle was right beside him wearing a one-shoulder blue dress. The fabric on her left side draped towards the ground while tiny pleat detailing framed her shoulder.

The former first lady pulled her hair up and back, revealing a pair of luxe chandelier earrings. They just so happened to match the color of her dress, which proved once again how classic Michelle's style is. No matter what occasion it might be, she'll always capture our attention with her outfits. Scroll on to see her look in full then shop similar picks.

12 Things You Never Knew About Pier 1, Straight From a Former Employee

Pier 1 is high on our list of favorite decor stores to shop at, but with all the hours we've logged at the retailer, we couldn't help but wonder what it's like to be on the other side of the cash register. Lucky for us, we didn't have to wonder long as POPSUGAR copy editor Rachel Crowley worked at Pier 1 for four years as a sales associate and manager. She gave us the inside scoop on what happens behind the scenes. Check out what she had to say below.

Christmas Starts in July

"At the beginning of July, we would get to see everything Christmas," says Rachel. "They'd give us a sneak preview of the Christmas stuff, like, 'These are the fun things that are new this year for us. These are the scents we're going to carry.'" By September, she says, they start rolling out the first Christmas decor shipments in store, usually staring with candles and moving on to dining and then all the decorative pillows and decor.

There's So Much Glitter

One of the worst parts of the job is the glitter, Rachel says. It comes off the products and gets everywhere. "There use to be a season from around September to February that was all about glitter. You'd take it home on your clothes and find it in your car and even your sheets somehow."

New Shipments Arrive in Regular Weekly Intervals

Want to be the first to check out new arrivals? Find out when your store receives its new shipments. Most stores get two shipments a week, but some get up to three, Rachel says. Each store receives their shipments on the same days each week.

Different Stores Get Different Items

If you don't find what you want in your neighborhood store, look online or go to a different store, preferably a bigger one. "Sometimes the smaller stores won't get as much stuff or they'll each get different collections of furniture," Rachel says, adding that "bigger stores might get a lot of the brand-new stuff that doesn't make it to the smaller stores while some might get Hanukkah stuff and others won't."

Employees Get First Dibs on the Best New Stuff

"You end up buying a lot of stuff when you work there," says Rachel, who cites early access to all the goods. Employees often scope out the new shipments as they're unloaded, picking out the best new stuff. "Sometimes it took a couple weeks before an item would actually make it out to the floor because our associates would just keep buying it."

Most Employees Work Less Than 20 Hours a Week

While those working part-time and full-time hours were able to take advantage of Pier 1's benefits package, many of Pier 1's employees work limited hours, meaning less than 20 hours a week. Rachel says managers are the only employees who work full-time.

The Employee Discount Is Awesome

One of the biggest perks of working at Pier 1 is the discount. Rachel says all employees get a 25 percent discount, which is added on top of sale pricing. Now we understand why so many people want limited hours - it's the perfect way to fund your home makeover!

You Have to Be in Good Shape

This job is more physically demanding than most people expect. In order to be hired, you must be able to lift heavy objects, like pieces of furniture and boxes of decor, and stand all day. "You don't sit behind the register," Rachel explains. "I would be standing on a ladder and pulling a chair off the shelf and over my head in 2-inch heels."

Displays Look the Same Everywhere

There's very little variation between the appearance of stores. Rachel explains, "They give you seasonal planners every three months. You get a new one and it shows you exactly what the display should look like. Each store does it a little bit differently, but generally we're all supposed to run off the same plan on having things in the same order so that stores are fairly familiar to you when you walk in."

They Have a Generous Return Policy

Items can be returned within 45 days of original purchase, and up to 60 for My Pier 1 Rewards members. "We're pretty generous as long as it doesn't look super used or something like that," Rachel says.

A Little Kindness Goes a Long Way

If you go out of your way to treat Pier 1 employees nicely, they're more likely to go out of their way for you. Rachel says a good attitude is contagious and will go a long way to help if you want to rush an order or locate coupons.

Employees Get 3 Things When They Start

A handy apron, a personal box cutter, and measuring tape are issued upon hiring. While there's no formal uniform beyond that for associates, closed toed shoes like flats or low heels and black or white shirts were standard. Managers are identifiable because they don't have an apron and wear more formal clothes, such as slacks instead of jeans.

SNL Mocks the Disappearance of Kellyanne Conway in This Carmen Sandiego Spoof

If you've been wondering why you haven't seen Kellyanne Conway on any cable news show panels lately, you're not the only one. Saturday Night Live returned this week with Wonder Woman actor Chris Pine as the celebrity host, but the biggest highlight of the night was this hilarious "Where in the World Is Kellyanne Conway?" skit. It Has Come to This: Your Nipple Color Is Your Perfect Lip Shade, Apparently

It's 2017, so this headline does not phase me. Maybe in 2014 I would be surprised to hear that the color of your nipple is a great hack for finding your perfect lip shade, but not today. We've seen it all: the Kylie Jenner shot glass challenge, using household items like a heel to contour, and one ballsy makeup-lover using her boyfriend's testicles to apply foundation. (Which I have so many concerns about. I don't want to smell like balls, thanks.)

Unlike these other internet trends, though, this one actually seems useful to me. I sit here, glancing at my nipple at the office while my coworkers look at me with genuine concern. Am I inspecting a mole? Did I drop a piece of food down my top? Did I just get pierced? No, my curious colleagues, I'm simply trying to decide if my nipple color is more of a Pillow Talk or an Angel.

This discussion began after someone tweeted a screenshot of an episode of The Doctors in which they discussed whether or not your nipple is your best lip shade. It was also reported that the color of your top lip is also the same shade as your nipple. This is enlightening, because I was of the opinion my bottom lip was also the shade of my top lip - apparently not!

The internet obviously felt some way about this.

This paints a whole new picture when it comes to color matching. If I were in the market to make a beauty line, I'd create a slew of lip liners with names like "Are-hola," a bronzy-tan shade, "The Booby Trap," a pinky-beige, and "Simply the Breast," a deep mahogany.

Also, for what it's worth, may I kindly suggest you do not bust out your nips for the employees (and the free world) at Sephora? They have to deal with enough. No pictures either. If you must, blow up a photo of your nipple so you can only see the shade and it is does not look recognizable as your actual areola.

And in case you're wondering, turns out Pillow Talk is in fact my ideal shade. Thanks, Charlotte Tilbury!

Ease Your Stranger Things Withdrawal With These Gorgeous Photos of the Cast

The MTV Movie Awards got upgraded to the MTV Movie and TV Awards this year, which means everybody's favorite group of Demogorgon-battling teens hit the red carpet in style. Stranger Things cast members Shannon Purser, Millie Bobby Brown (who won best actor in a TV show!), Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Noah Schnapp, and Finn Wolfhard (who also posed with his It castmates), all linked up at the show. While the boys hopped in group photos with Steve Aoki, Shannon and Millie opted for some glam solo shots. Charlie Heaton, Natalia Dyer, and Joe Keery also popped up inside the Shrine Auditorium, which is making us more nostalgic for the show than ever. Season two of the Netflix hit might not be back on our screens until Halloween, but seeing the cast slay together is a decent consolation prize, don't you think?
