Chrissy Teigen Is Refreshingly Honest About Her "Period Skin" and Hormonal Acne

Another day, another Chrissy Teigen moment that makes us go "same." The model, who has shown off her stretch marks and been open about getting liposuction on her armpits, once again got candid about her beauty routine when she posted an unfiltered Snapchat video showing off her hormonal breakout.

Angling the camera at some zits on her nose, cheek, and chin, she said, "This is my skin on my period. Look at it. So angry. How?!" Haven't we all been there before?

It's especially refreshing to see a model who we're so used to seeing made up and on red carpets or magazine covers being really honest about her bad days. It makes her seem a little more real, and her followers are now praising her for making women feel less self-conscious. Read some of their reactions:

Stephen Colbert's "Bohemian Rhapsody" Parody Is the Best Way to Bid Farewell to Anthony Scaramucci

When Anthony Scaramucci was removed from his position as White House communications director - a mere 10 days after he took it - the internet had a lot of feelings. While some immediately started offering up humorous examples of things that have lasted longer than his tenure (see: an avocado, a manicure, and Kim Kardashian's marriage), others were pretty concerned with how his quick dismissal bodes for the remainder of Donald Trump's presidency. Needless to say, his quickly extinguished term was just too rich for late-night hosts to resist dissecting - with a comedic spin, naturally.

Though many TV comedians tackled this hot topic during their segments on July 31, we must admit that Stephen Colbert took the cake. He started by faux-solemnly looking into the camera and saying, "I come to you a broken man because just this afternoon, I was shocked by this breaking nooch," referencing Scaramucci's informal nickname, The Mooch. He then launched into a hilarious rendition of Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody," set around Scaramucci's dismissal. "Mama, I just got canned . . . Barely got to the White House . . . Said some dumb stuff, now I'm out," he belted out while still keeping his same "serious" demeanor. Watch the oh-so-entertaining clip above to see what else Colbert had to say (and sing) about The Mooch.

Jason Momoa and Emilia Clarke's Cutest Friendship Moments

Jason Momoa's Game of Thrones character, Khal Drogo, hasn't been on the show since the end of season one, but he's still very much . . . around. In addition to Khal still holding a special place in the heart of his onscreen wife, Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke), Jason and the actress are also good friends in real life. When they're not hitting red carpets together or casually hanging out away from the spotlight, Jason is usually posting something about "the moon of my life" on Instagram, frequently sharing screenshots of Emilia kicking ass on the show. While their Game of Thrones romance was a bit controversial, there is not one thing about their adorable real-life friendship that we don't love.

It May Surprise You What a CrossFit Athlete Eats in a Day

If you've seen CrossFit star Christmas Abbott's abs, it's clear that she works hard and knows how to incinerate belly fat. But life isn't just about losing weight. It's also about creating a balance, which Christmas talks about in her new book The Badass Life: 30 Amazing Days to a Lifetime of Great Habits - Body, Mind, and Spirit (preorder for $29, out on May 23).

"Wellness isn't just about being physically fit, but emotionally happy and mentally strong too. Practicing good habits of your physical, mental, and emotional state to change your lifestyle for a more health-conscious one is practicing 360 wellness," Christmas told POPSUGAR in an email.

One important way to create happiness is to get in the habit of eating a balanced meal, and to not eat too much of one thing or be too restrictive. "For myself, I want to always have a protein, good carbohydrate, and a little bit of fat. Yes, carbs and fat! The balance of the three macronutrients release hormones that work best when eaten together," Christmas said. "Our bodies need all three [macronutrients] and when eaten together you get a ton of benefits! You feel full and happy, and even with smaller meals or snacks, you will be more energized and able to focus better. Food is a drug, and the balancing of the macros for each meal is the best combination you can create."

Here's an example of what Christmas eats in a day to create balance on her plate, which translates to feeling happy and satisfied in her life:

Breakfast: "Two to three eggs which are my proteins (P), apple which is my carbohydrate (C), and peanut butter which is my good fat (F)."

Lunch: "Ground turkey (P), sweet potato mash (C), and sour cream (F), topped with some hot sauce for an extra kick."

Dinner: "Grilled chicken or fish (P), cauliflower rice and grilled veggies (C), and guacamole (F)."

Christmas eats this way Monday through Friday - and even on days she's doing high-impact workouts like CrossFit - to "keep things on track and very regimented." On the weekends, she allows herself to have a little treat, which helps to keep cravings in check.

Should You Pay Off Your Credit Card or Save?

If you use credit cards regularly, you may have experienced that feeling of dread when you see the amount owed on it steadily rising, followed by an interest charge that only gets higher. In an ideal world, we wouldn't be spending more than we can pay off each month, but sometimes that's just not doable, and debt starts racking up.

There are many ways to go about paying off a credit card, but should you be saving up money first, then working on ridding yourself of debt? Reddit and Quora users weigh in on what has worked for them, and you may be surprised at their answers.

  1. Pay debts down in order of interest rate, worry about saving later. "Always pay off the highest interest rate debt first, in that order, while paying the monthly minimums on the rest. Then repeat as you wipe out each debt. Besides saving for an emergency fund and contributing to your 401k to meet the company match, there is no point in saving or investing in anything else since the high interest rates of the credit cards and student loans eat up any gains you could get otherwise." - adle1984
  2. Save a little bit, but pay off your card ASAP. "Save a small amount of money, $500-$1,000, so you have some breathing room. Then pay off those credit cards because any debt you have costs you way more in interest than you will ever get in a savings account. Anything with a return with even half the cost of interest on a credit cards comes with risk." - Craig Shclieve
  3. Pay off cards unless savings pay a higher rate than your interest is costing. If your savings pay a higher rate than what you pay in interest on the debts, then save . . . otherwise pay off." - Dax Balladares
  4. Have an emergency fund while paying card costs. "You want to continue to pay minimum payments on the credit cards and put enough away for a few months worth of bills in case an emergency happens. Then focus on credit cards . . . With credit cards being paid off, you can use the money that was going towards those payments to save. - Dominique Wilson
  5. Sell something that will help you save money, then use the cash you're saving to pay off your credit card. Reddit user pkeane04 suggested selling something that you spend money on regularly - like a car, cable TV, expensive phone bill - and use the money you save from that to pay off the card. That being said, he still advised those in credit card debt to start by paying it off before starting to think about saving.
  6. Pay high interest debt, then save, then invest. "Once the high interest debt is paid off, then worry about building a cash buffer and investing. Point the stream at a savings account until you have enough to go a few months without work. Bad things happen and you need cash on hand to fix them . . . Once you've put out the credit card fires and filled up your savings account, then you can figure out what types of investments make sense to point your cash stream at next." - Eric Scott 13

The main takeaway: pay off debt first, start saving after. The amount of money you will be saving while still paying off cards will be essentially canceled out by the amount you are accruing in interest fees.

Do You Remember Tyrion and Jon's Last Interaction on Game of Thrones?

We collectively went nuts seeing Jon Snow and Daenerys finally meet on Game of Thrones, but it's been a long time coming for another pair in Dragonstone, too. Tyrion, who assures Daenerys that he trusts and likes Jon, also meets up with the King in the North. It's hard to blame anyone who can't quite remember their previous interactions. The last time they saw each other is forever ago, way back in season one.

In the very first episode of the series, Jon and Tyrion have their initial meeting. Not too long after, Jon heads north to join the Night's Watch at Castle Black. Tyrion comes along because he wants to cross something very important off his bucket list. As he so eloquently puts it, "I just want to stand on top of the wall and piss off the edge of the world."

By the third episode, "Lord Snow," Jon begins training with the Night's Watch. Tyrion helps him realize that his noble upbringing in Winterfell could be a great asset to mentoring his less privileged peers. Additionally, Tyrion talks to Benjen Stark about White Walkers - specifically that he doesn't believe they exist. Must be strange for him to now hear Jon insist they're real, huh?

True to his word, Tyrion actually does get all the way up to the top of the Wall to urinate off it before he leaves Castle Black. Jon's there to witness it, but thankfully, that specific moment's not their last interaction. Instead, Tyrion agrees to tell Bran, newly crippled from being pushed out a window, that Jon misses him. Now that Bran is back in Winterfell, perhaps Jon will finally get a chance to relay that sentiment himself. And of course, since we've already seen that Jon and Tyrion work well together, we can't wait to see them team up some more!

Jason Momoa Is So Tall That Even the Internet Can't Get His Height Correct

If there are two things we know about Jason Momoa, it's that he's extremely hot and extremely tall. The 37-year-old is so tall, in fact, that every time he hits a red carpet, he's at least a full head taller than everyone else, which inevitably brings up the question "how tall is Jason?" Google states that the Aquaman hunk is 6'4", but Jason actually described himself as being 6'5" in an interview with Access Hollywood back in June 2011. While recalling his Game of Thrones audition, Jason said, "When you have a big 6'5" Hawaiian screaming at the top of his lungs . . . casting directors were kind of very scared." I don't know if scared is the word we'd use - maybe turned on?

This Illegal Hike in Hawaii Is Nicknamed the "Stairway to Heaven" For Good Reason

One of Hawaii's most epic hikes, known as the Haiku Stairs, is famous for its stunning views and illegal climb. Despite being a steep 3,922-step hike - and not to mention dangerous since becoming damaged by a storm in 2015 - the ladder remains a popular destination among hikers and visitors.

The "Stairway to Heaven" is an appropriate nickname as some of the peaks even tower above the clouds and offer incredible sights of the island of Oahu below. The almost-vertical ladder, which reaches the top of Pu'u Keahi a Kahoe, has a height of over 2,500 feet. Although it was built in 1943 during World War II, it wasn't until 1987 when the Haiku Stairs was deemed off limits to the public. But according to Instagram photos, it still looks like people trespass every day to experience the notorious hike for themselves.

Though we don't encourage anybody to endanger their lives or even risk receiving a fine, we do have to admit that the Stairway to Heaven looks pretty damn cool.

The Mysterious and Dramatic End to Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie's Friendship

Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie were best friends for what felt like forever. The two grew up together in Hollywood and even starred in their own reality TV show, The Simple Life, from 2003 until 2007. But as friendships sometimes go, the two drifted apart, or, more specifically, really started hating each other out of nowhere. For Nicole and Paris, it all went down in early 2005 when they abruptly stopped speaking. While it's still unclear what led to their brief falling out, it was rumored that Nicole showed Paris's infamous sex tape at a party celebrating Paris's February 2005 Saturday Night Live hosting gig. Although their friendship never seemed to return to what it once was, Nicole and Paris appear to be on good terms now.

  • April 2005: Paris spoke out about their rift for the first time in a statement, saying, "It's no big secret that Nicole and I are no longer friends. Nicole knows what she did, and that's all I'm ever going to say about it."
  • November 2005: Nicole later stopped by the Today show and briefly discussed their feud, saying that she and Paris "just grew apart" and that it "just turned into a much bigger thing than it is." "It's just not part of my life," she said. Nicole also addressed reports that Paris was trying to replace her on The Simple Life with Kimberly Stewart, saying, "That was never going to happen."
  • October 2006: Nicole and Paris appeared to put their feud to rest when they were spotted having dinner together at LA restaurant Dan Tana's. "They looked like best friends to me," a fellow diner told People. "It seemed as if they had never gotten into a fight. They were laughing really loud and seemed more than happy to be together. There wasn't a slow moment in their conversation - they chatted non-stop. They left hand-in-hand, smiling." Paris's publicist, Elliot Mintz, also released a statement to the publication, saying, "They had a meal last night. It's not my place to say what was discussed or the nature of the meal. But it's a good thing when people have a meal together." When asked if they were best friends again, Elliot replied, "I wouldn't characterize it that way because I don't know if it was a business or personal discussion. Let's just watch it unfold."

The ladies finally reconciled on the fifth season of The Simple Life: Goes to Camp. In the season's first episode, the duo re-created their real-life reconciliation and hugged it out. "I don't even know why we're fighting. I think it's just the tabloids," Paris told Nicole, to which Nicole replied, "I just want to let you know half the things that the tabloids said that I said were not true."

  • December 2010: Nicole tied the knot with Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden, and Paris was noticeably absent. Despite various reports, Paris was invited to the wedding, but she had another commitment. "This was planned months ago," a source told E! News. "Paris sent Nicole and Joel a wedding gift to congratulate them and wishes them both the best."
  • July 2014: During a stop on Watch What Happens Live, Nicole told Andy Cohen that she has nothing but love for Paris. "Paris is somebody that's been in my life since day one," she said. "An idea of a true friend is somebody that's going to be there with you through and through . . . I haven't spoken to her in a while, but we are very good friends. I love her and I love her family. I have a lot of respect for her."
  • April 2015: Paris celebrated Throwback Thursday on Instagram with a childhood snap of her and Nicole dressed up as Tinker Bell. "#Tinkerbells ✨🌟👯🌟✨ #RIPTinkerbell ✨🐺✨ #TBT," she captioned it.
  • November 2016: While promoting her perfume Gold Rush in Australia, Paris couldn't help but gush about Nicole in an interview, saying, "(Nicole) is literally the funniest person I've ever met in my whole life. She's always cracking me up."

Everyone Who Is Confirmed to Return to Once Upon a Time in Season 7

Once Upon a Time is switching things up next season, and it has fans excited and nervous at the same time. Even though Jennifer Morrison confirmed she won't be back as a series regular, she has already made good on her promise to appear in one episode. Where Every Major Game of Thrones Character Is From in Real Life

Game of Thrones has broken our hearts more times than we can count, but along with the constant death and destruction, the show has also given us some amazing characters. George and Amal Clooney Lock Down a Stunning Manhattan Apartment Perfect for Their Growing Family

With residences in Studio City, CA; Lake Como, Italy; and England, it only makes sense that George and Amal Clooney were ready for a permanent place in New York City – especially now that they're the new parents of twins. According to Page Six, the couple purchased a luxury apartment at One Hundred East Fifty Third Street, and it's really something special. Although they did not opt for the penthouse, listed for $65 million, they reportedly went for a unit in the skyscraper building, which is expected to be completed next year. The site reports that George and Amal decided this would be the perfect location to buy an apartment because of its close proximity to the United Nations for Amal, who will also be teaching at Columbia Law School. But of course, the over-the-top "hotel-like" amenities did help convince the couple.

The first two levels of the building are occupied by French chef Joël Robuchon with a gourmet marketplace and restaurant. There's a wellness facility with a Pilates and ballet room, a yoga room, a sauna and steam room, a 60-foot sunlit swimming pool, and so much more. The building has full concierge services with a "dedicated lifestyle manager, global travel agents, personal shopping, and priority event access." Each residence will have 11-foot ceilings and jaw-dropping views likely to take your breath away. Keep reading to see all the photos inside George and Amal's stunning new NYC building.

9 Things People With Clean Houses Do Every Day

Find yourself feigning excuses for why your friend can't pop up to your place to use the bathroom before the movie? Ever turn beet red with embarrassment when unexpected guests enter your home? It sounds like you have a messy house.

Imagine how much more enjoyable life would be if you were one of those perpetually tidy people whose homes could be company-ready with 15 minutes' notice. We wanted to turn our clean fantasies into a reality, so we researched the daily habits of people with clean houses - note the word "habits." What we learned is that it takes more than a few deep cleanings to achieve this status of cleaning goddess. It takes daily work and preparation to keep your house in a constant state of near perfection.

Read on to discover the nine habits people with clean houses do every day, and how you can adopt them to get out of the disaster zone you've been living in.

  • Make Their Bed
  • Before you leave the house in the morning (or better yet, before you leave the bedroom), make your bed. If you're in a rush, pull the comforter up to the pillows, and smooth it out to create the semblance of a made bed. This simple act creates a sense of order in your bedroom and sets your day off on a productive note that's likely to carry through.

  • Empty the Dishwasher in the Morning
  • Get the dishwasher emptied and ready to go for the day. Doing this in the morning lays the groundwork for an easy dinner cleanup at night and keeps dishes from stacking up in the sink throughout the day.

  • Do a Load of Laundry Every Day
  • Washing clothes on a regular schedule keeps the dirty pile from becoming overwhelming (not to mention, ensures that you'll never run out of clean underpants). Those with big families prefer doing it every morning, but if you live alone, doing laundry a couple of predetermined days a week should suffice.

  • Use Baskets to Organize Things
  • When there's a place for everything to go, it's easier to keep everything in its place. Scatter cute baskets throughout the house to corral your things, and add shelves to hold the big pieces.

  • Don't Procrastinate
  • When a box is delivered, unpack the goodies inside, and discard the packaging immediately. The same goes for dealing with spills or messes. The longer you wait, the harder they become to deal with.

  • Put Away Their Clothes From the Day
  • As tempting as it is to drop your clothes on the floor after a long day's work before slipping into your sweats, tidy people take the time to fold, hang, or place them in the hamper, as necessary. Do this, and your clothes and floor will both look better for it.

  • Clean as They Go
  • You can dramatically minimize your mess by cleaning as you go. If you rinse the cutting board while the pasta is boiling or start loading the dishwasher while the chicken is baking, the bulk of the work will be done by the time you serve dinner.

  • Never Go to Bed With a Dirty Kitchen
  • Resist the urge to climb directly into bed after a big meal. Take care of any and all kitchen cleanup that night - clean pots and pans, wipe down counters, etc. Not only will the mess harden and be smellier the next day (read: more challenging to clean), but waiting means that you'll have to spend your morning backtracking to make up for what you neglected the night before, instead of getting a head start on the day ahead.

  • Plan Ahead
  • Whether it's picking out your outfit the night before or reviewing what cleaning products you need to restock before tackling the bathrooms that weekend, you can give yourself a jump on the day by planning ahead.

5 Ways to Burn More Calories Doing Bodyweight Exercises

Doing bodyweight exercises as opposed to using machines or equipment is one of the most efficient ways to build muscle and burn fat because these moves challenge your sense of balance and require firing up more muscles at one time, including your core. You can do these moves anywhere, and because you're using your own bodyweight, it works with any fitness level since there are always modifications for moves.

And one of the most important reasons to include bodyweight exercises in your workouts is because although they strengthen your muscles, many of them also get your heart pumping, which burns calories and improves your cardiovascular health, which can lower your blood pressure and prevent heart problems.

When we're talking basic bodyweight moves, here are some examples: push-ups, squats, lunges, planks, triceps dips, burpees, jumping jack, and crunches. These moves are pretty challenging on their own, but your muscles (and your brain) will get pretty sick and tired of doing them over and over again (not squats again?!). Here are five ways to make bodyweight moves more challenging and more effective:

  1. Do variations: You know squats are a great move for your butt and thighs, but if you try variations like balancing on one leg, kicking a leg to the side, or jumping, it makes this basic movement even harder. Get creative! Here are some ideas:
    Advanced push-up variations
    Plank variations
    Squat variations
Five ways to do a lunge
  2. Change the speed: You've done push-ups a million times. Down, up, down, up, all at the same pace. What if you slow down the movement and take a count of five to lower down, then slowly count to five as you press back to plank. Much harder, right? Find ways to slow down and speed up bodyweight exercises or to do small pulses to really fatigue muscles.
  3. Hold still and hold longer: If you've ever done yoga, you know firsthand that holding Fierce pose could feel way harder than squats. So use that in your strength-training workouts. Static holds for 30 seconds or longer are intense and if you feel your muscles shaking, you know they're working hard. Hold positions halfway, or with one limb lifted, or while balancing on a Bosu ball.
  1. Work smarter, work harder, save time: Fitness instructor John Kersbergen says, "Get as much work done in as short amount of time, each time, with mostly total-body compound movements that recruit more muscles and burn more calories." That means doing bodyweight exercises that work multiple muscle groups as well as doing cardio bodyweight exercises.
  2. Get uncomfortable: CrossFit coach and competitor Dani Horan of Champlain Valley CrossFit says that if you want to get stronger you have to push yourself a little harder to the point of feeling uncomfortable. That may mean doing more challenging variations, adding more weight, doing more reps, or pushing yourself longer slightly past the point where your muscles are on fire and all you want to do is stop.

A Rarely Seen Look at How Princess Diana Decorated Her Private Palace Quarters

Diana was famous for her fashion choices, but her taste in home decor is a little less well-known. When she first moved into Apartments 8 and 9 at Kensington Palace as a new bride, she was just 20 years old and she had three floors of rooms to decorate in the style of her choosing. However, the revamp had to suit the 17th century building as well as blend with the priceless antiques and oil paintings already displayed in the rooms. Diana turned to her mother for help, and she recommended her interior designer, Dudley Poplak, who worked with Diana to create a suite of rooms that combined traditional royal gravitas with Diana's fresh, fun, and feminine style. Take an up close look ahead.

No Surprise: Drag Queens Roast Republicans Harder Than Anyone Else

This week, a few notable alumni from RuPaul's Drag Race stopped by Comedy Central's hilarious game show, @Midnight. The contestants for the night were season seven's Ginger Minj and Katya Zamolodchikova, and season five's Alaska Thundef*ck. (All three queens also competed in RPDR All Stars season two.)

As expected, the show was loaded with expert shade as only drag queens can throw. In one game, called "Re Pub's Drag Race," the contestants were challenged to come up with drag names for some of the more prominent male Republicans in today's political landscape, including Ted Cruz, Ben Carson, and Steve Bannon. Let's just say they didn't hold back one bit.

What's Better Than 1 Noomi Rapace? Watch the What Happened to Monday Trailer and Find Out

For any Orphan Black fans mourning the sci-fi drama's final season, Netflix is here to help. The streaming network has another inventive futuristic feature film in the works titled What Happened to Monday, starring Noomi Rapace, Willem Dafoe, and Glenn Close. If the cast alone isn't enough to convince you to watch it (it was for me, to be honest), then you'll be happy to know that Rapace stars as identical septuplets - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - who must live in hiding in a world where families are limited to one child due to overpopulation.

Their father (Dafoe) allows them out of the house only on the day corresponding with their name, so they maintain only one public identity. The government picks up on the scam, however, and when Monday doesn't return home after her day out, her sisters have to band together to save her. Watch the trailer above, and catch it when it hits Netflix on Aug. 18.

Friendly PSA: You Haven't Lived Until You've Tried a Michelada Popsicle

Our favorite hair-of-the-dog cocktail to make even the most dire of hangovers disappear? A michelada, of course. The spicy Mexican drink - typically made with beer, tomato juice, hot sauce, and Tajín - is perfectly tasty as is, but we've just discovered the gloriousness of michelada popsicles, and we're never turning back.

These mouthwatering treats aren't your average pops, as they swap the usual fruity flavors for hotter notes of chili and peppers. If you're already craving michelada popsicles, you're in luck, because they're super easy to DIY in your own kitchen. To make a classic version, blogger Jonathan Melendez of The Candid Appetite suggests mixing Clamato juice, Tajín seasoning, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and horseradish before pouring the concoction into popsicle molds. Once frozen, your red pops are ready to be dunked in your favorite beer (our personal go-to is Tecate!).

If you don't have a popsicle mold handy (or if you're just too lazy to DIY them and would rather get to sippin' ASAP), we still have you covered - if you live in Southern California, that is. Diablo Pops is a Cali-based company that crafts one-of-a-kind frozen treats in three flavors, one of which is Tomato Lime. These savory pops are sold at a handful of restaurants (including Uva Bar & Cafe in Downtown Disney!) and grocery stores (including Whole Foods and Costco) throughout California. It looks like the founders of Diablo Pops are the first ones to break into the michelada popsicle game, and we think they're pretty freakin' genius for doing so.

If you're not convinced yet that michelada popsicles are about to change up your Summer happy hour, read on to check out a handful of mouthwatering pictures that'll certainly seal the deal (and maybe make you drool a bit, too).

What's Better Than 1 Noomi Rapace? Watch the What Happened to Monday Trailer and Find Out

Game of Thrones: Who Actually Knows About the White Walkers?

It's official: the White Walkers need better PR people. Despite appearing in the first scene of the Game of Thrones pilot episode, only a handful of people in Westeros are aware that the Night King and his army of the undead aren't just the stuff of legends. Jon Snow faces this fact when he can't get Daenerys or her followers to understand the threat rising in the North.

Even though he's seen the White Walkers with his own eyes, it's hard for the King in the North to convey the sense of urgency to people who believe ice zombies are nothing more than bedtime stories told to the sweet Summer children of Westeros. At this point in the series, it's important to know who knows about the White Walkers versus who actually believes they exist. As Jon's experience at Dragonstone illustrates, those two groups don't overlap nearly enough.

Adding to the problem is the number of people who know about the White Walkers, but who are now, sadly, no longer among the living themselves. This list includes Stannis, Jeor Mormont, Osha, Ygritte, Maester Aemon, and Mance Rayder - as well as countless members of the Night's Watch, the Free Folk, and the Children of the Forest, who have died in battle with the Night King's army. It's surprising that at this late stage in the game, so many people are still looking toward the Iron Throne, when Winter is a threat to the entirety of the Seven Kingdoms.

Right now, there are a handful of people who have either seen White Walkers first hand or believe in their existence, and quite a few more who are pretending Westeros isn't under attack. If the latter group doesn't get on board with the former soon, then the Seven Kingdoms is going to be in major trouble. Here's a list of all the people who know the White Walkers are coming - whether they choose to believe in them or not.

Tormund & The Free Folk

Tormund and the rest of the Wildlings have been driven out of their homelands by the dead. For the first time in centuries, they're living on the other side of the Wall because they know it's the only thing standing between them and certain death. This reality has led to many of the Free Folk standing with Jon Snow and the North, with Tormund acting as a de facto leader of sorts for the ragtag group.

Jon Snow & The Night's Watch

The Night's Watch has been trying to spread the message that the White Walkers are coming since the series began. Poor deserter Will loses his head when he tells Ned what he witnesses beyond the Wall, and he is far from the last member of the Night's Watch to face ridicule or pity when describing the horrors lurking just beyond Westeros's borders. Daenerys certainly doesn't have much patience for Jon's stories, much to his frustration. But as one of the few people to face the White Walkers and live, the King in the North isn't going to stop trying to convince the rest of the Seven Kingdoms that they're in imminent danger.

Ser Davos

The Onion Knight first found out about the White Walkers while in the service of Stannis. Now he's firmly on Jon Snow's side and is one of the show's most passionate advocates for focusing on the trouble in the North, rather than the Iron Throne.

Sam & Gilly

Jon's best friend and Gilly are in the Citadel gathering information to help Jon in the fight to come. Sam earns the nickname "Sam the Slayer" when he discovers dragonglass can kill the White Walkers. Meanwhile, as one of Craster's daughters, Gilly witnesses countless male babies being left in the snow as a sacrifice to the Night King's army.

Bran & Meera

Thanks to their adventures beyond the Wall, Bran and Meera know firsthand the deadly consequences of dealing with the undead. During their journey they witness the deaths of several of their companions, including Hodor, Jojen, the Three-Eyed Raven, and Summer. Bran's greensight abilities seem to give him a special connection to the Night King, and he's the only person aside from the Children of the Forest who is there to witness the leader of the White Walker's creation.

Melisandre

Melisandre is keenly aware of the army of the dead marching toward Westeros, and she believes only Azor Ahai reborn can save the world from destruction.

The Hound & The Brotherhood Without Banners

The Hound and the Brotherhood are journeying further North after seeing visions of the White Walkers going around the Wall. It seems inevitable that they will meet up with Jon and his people before season seven comes to an end.

Sansa & The North

Sansa and the people of the North seem to believe Jon and the Free Folk's account of their experiences beyond the Wall. They are rallying behind their new king and prepping for a battle with the White Walkers.

Cersei

Cersei, Varys, Littlefinger, Tyrion, and Maester Pycelle receive a raven from Castle Black in season two detailing Lord Mormont's first encounter with a White Walker. Among them, only Tyrion even remotely believes the story, and Cersei openly dismisses the idea of an undead army. Given that she now has a zombie of sorts guarding her in the form of the Mountain, it's impossible not to wonder if her position on the subject has changed.

Tyrion

Lord Commander Mormont asks Tyrion to tell Cersei about the undead army way back in season one, but he still seems rather unconvinced about their existence or the threat they pose. He does get a few points for convincing Daenerys to let Jon mine the dragonglass at Dragonstone for weapons though.

Archmaester Marwyn

The Archmaester of the Citadel isn't particularly bothered by the idea of the White Walkers, much to Sam's frustration.

Randyll Tarly

Sam's dad is way more concerned that his son is involved with a wildling than he is about Sam's experience facing and slaying a White Walker. He needs to sort out his priorities.

Daenerys

Now that she's met Jon, Daenerys officially knows about the Night King and his army. So far, she's still more concerned about winning the Iron Throne, but Jon isn't going to give up on trying to sway her (and her considerable army) to his side.

More people know about the White Walkers than ever before, but Jon needs more people to believe in them if he has any hope of saving the people of the Seven Kingdoms.

Why the Story of Detroit Is More Relevant Than Ever

The Detroit race riot is one of the most brutal urban revolts of the 20th century, and Academy Award-winning director Kathryn Bigelow is bringing the story to the big screen in the form of Detroit. The film - which hits theaters on Aug. 4 and stars John Boyega (Dismukes), Will Poulter (Krauss), Jacob Latimore (Fred), Jason Mitchell (Carl), and Hannah Murray (Julie) - tells the horrific true story of the Algiers Motel incident, one of the most terrifying events in American history.

In the Summer of 1967, a group of white police officers murdered three young black men - Carl Cooper, Aubrey Pollard, and Fred Temple - in a motel, and two days later, they raided an unlicensed bar in Detroit, which sparked a violent confrontation that later turned into a five-day riot through the city and left over 43 people dead and more than 1,100 wounded.

The Michigan Army National Guard and local police officers reported that they were only protecting the motel after hearing a gun go off inside and claimed they were being fired at. It's still unclear exactly how the murders happened, but it was thought to be a starter pistol that set off the shootings that killed Cooper, Pollard, and Temple. Starter pistols are mainly used to begin track events and are incapable of firing real bullets. While the pistol has not been recovered, the survivors have given conflicting testimonies about its use.

Reporter John Hersey chronicled the incident in his 1968 book The Algiers Motel Incident, writing that at least two of the three men were moved to separate rooms and murdered and that the third might have been killed during the police raid. None of the officers charged were ever convicted. While the movie isn't 100 percent true to real life, the continued cases of police brutality against people of color in this country make the film all the more poignant.

Angelina Jolie Responds to "False and Upsetting" Vanity Fair Audition Story

In the September issue of Vanity Fair, the notoriously private Angelina Jolie opened up about everything from her divorce from Brad Pitt to her recent Bell's Palsy diagnosis to her longstanding career, but the 42-year-old actress is now crying foul on what she says was a "false and upsetting" portrayal of her upcoming Cambodian film, First They Killed My Father. According to the publication, the film's casting directors would play a "game" while auditioning children from "orphanages, circuses, and slum schools" by placing a stack of money on a table and asking the children to think about something they really needed. Once the children finally took the money, the casting director would "pretend to catch the child" and take the money back.

Angelina, who admitted the young actress chosen for the film became "overwhelmed with emotion" when the money was taken away from her during her audition process, is now setting the record straight in a statement released to HuffPost. "Every measure was taken to ensure the safety, comfort and well-being of the children on the film, starting from the auditions through production to the present," she stated. "Parents, guardians, partner NGOs whose job it is to care for children, and medical doctors, were always on hand every day to ensure everyone had all they needed. And above all to make sure that no one was in any way hurt by participating in the re-creation of such a painful part of their country's history."

Angelina also expressed that she was "upset that a pretend exercise in an improvisation, from an actual scene in the film, has been written about as if it was a real scenario," adding, "[t]he suggestion that real money was taken from a child during an audition is false and upsetting. I would be outraged myself if this had happened."

Although her statement hasn't stopped people on social media from criticizing the film, Angelina told HuffPost that the point of the movie "is to bring attention to the horrors children face in war, and to help fight to protect them."

As a result, Audrey is gradually amassing a larger social following, with each makeup transformation racking up more likes. It's her re-creation of Yzma from The Emperor's New Groove, however, that has received the most attention. Ahead, see Audrey's incredible work.

How a Stranger Helped 1 Mom Alone With 3 Kids Who Was Being Judged on a Flight

Although Kesha Bernard boarded her vacation flight without her own kids, the mom still ended up with a baby on her lap because she's "a decent human being." The mom of two and photographer took to Facebook to further explain this statement along with a photo of the stranger's baby on her lap to encourage other people to stop being so judgmental and to support their fellow humans.

"Listen . . . it takes a village to raise kids, OK?" Bernard wrote. "And as a mom of a 3-year-old and 4-year-old I KNOW this. And I also know that toddlers can be assholes . . . so first let me just tell you what happened."

The mom goes on to explain that upon boarding her full Alaskan Airways flight, there were a few weight issues with the plane, so all of the passengers were seated while waiting for takeoff. Although a baby began crying during this time, Bernard, who's used to whines and cries from her own kids, tuned it out - but other passengers couldn't do the same. Bernard did her best to ignore the other people's huffing and puffing over the crying baby, but then one of the woman's other children, a toddler, began screaming.

Bernard says she was able to tune this out as well, but eventually she hit her breaking point and couldn't ignore the situation any longer. "I hear a woman complaining to this mother (that's alone with two crying kids) that her child need to stop kicking her seat," Bernard explained. "THEN I hear the mother say, 'She's 3 I cant believe you just did that." Apparently the lady reached behind her and grabbed the child's leg (aka 'oh hell no'). While this is happening the freaking flight attendant is just standing there listening. Not even doing anything. And the older men beside me make remarks like 'obviously her way of discipline isn't working,' so I reply with 'she's probably afraid to do anything . . . you cant do anything anymore" and they stopped talking."

Following her attempt to fight off some of the judgmental passengers, Bernard turned her focus back to the mother. After 15 minutes of waiting for someone to do something to help the woman dealing with her crying baby, screaming toddler, and third older child, who Bernard says was "very well-behaved," she got up to go over to the mom.

SO . . . being a decent human being I couldn't take letting this mother drown back there (and let me tell you, she was being so freaking calm you guys . . . like i would have already been crying, but she was doing so good). I get up out of my seat go a few rows back and go ask her if she needs help (apparently that's so hard to do) she immediately handed me her baby. (This lady was like HOLY HELL YESSSSSSSS!) I take her baby and then I have to go sit down for take off . . . the crying stopped (its a miracle). So I'm sitting here holding this precious baby that so happens to fall asleep (swooooon).

My point???? Be nice and considerate. If someone needs help for God's sake HELP THEM. Complaining and mumbling doesn't do a damn thing except make the person that needs help feel worse (words hurt ) . . . this flight should be ashamed of themselves. You're telling me I'm the only ONE out of a full plane that was willing to help???? How we can ignore a human in distress beyond me.

Bernard ends her post with a message not only to her fellow passengers, but to every single human being out there: "Please be kind. Please be considerate. Help one another . . . it makes everything easier. I promise you won't die."

Get a First Look at the Actresses Playing Anna and Elsa in Broadway's Frozen Musical

We've known Frozen was being adapted as a Broadway musical for a while now, but we finally got our first look at the highly anticipated production on Monday. The musical won't hit NYC's St. James Theatre until next Spring, so in the meantime, the cast and crew are testing the waters at the Buell Theatre in the Denver Center for the Performing Arts for the next seven weeks. Patti Murin, who's appeared in Broadway's Xanadu and Nerds, will play Anna, while Wicked alum Caissie Levy takes on the role of ice queen Elsa. They'll have plenty more songs to sing than the ones in the movie, too, since songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez have written a bunch of new music for the Broadway adaptation (get ready for more Olaf, you guys).

The 1 Home Purchase That Dramatically Reduced My Anxiety

My love affair with essential oils sprouted out of sheer panic. I was pregnant with my first child and found out that my low red blood cell count could make me ineligible for an epidural. Being prone to anxiety, every fear I had entertained at that point about labor immediately intensified. I self-medicate before a wax. How was I going to deal with a "natural" childbirth?

I channeled my restless energy into productive research and began reading about the safe, chill-inducing effects of lavender essential oil. Considered a nervous system restorative, it's a natural remedy for insomnia, anxiety, depression, and fatigue. One study shows that having a lavender essential oil diffuser in the waiting room of a dental office reduced the anxiety levels of patients. Another study found that using ylang ylang oil, along with bergamot and lavender oils, once a day for four weeks lowered "psychological stress responses and serum cortisol levels, as well as the blood pressure of clients with essential hypertension." But would it work for me? I immediately ordered this affordable diffuser and essential oil starter kit from Amazon Prime to find out.

Infusing my bedroom with lavender oil became my nightly ritual. The oil diffuser not only made my room smell like the most relaxing place on earth, a spa, but something else was happening. I was taking slower, deeper breaths without even thinking about it. I began looking forward to the indulgent, slightly sedative me time and even incorporated another anxiety-reducing practice: reading in bed. I even packed it in my hospital bag and used it through my labor and hospital stay.

Encouraged by the results, I started looking for the next best thing and experimented with more oils and diffusers. I discovered Young Living's Peace & Calming blend, an oil so popular, you can only order one bottle per month. It smells like damp earth spiked with citrus and floral notes - a blend that will definitely appeal to patchouli-lovers. I fell head over heels for the sleek design of Vitruvi's stone essential oil diffuser, a powerful tool that takes up less space and looks like a beautiful vase on my nightstand. Vitruvi also offers an outstanding variety of quality essential oils at reasonable prices.

It has been more than a year since I purchased my first diffuser, and my only regret is not buying it sooner. I use it every day, whether I'm prepping my home for company and want it to smell amazing, helping myself and my family wind down after a long day, or pulling myself out of a mood. If you're looking for an easy way to take care of yourself, I highly recommend you give essential oil diffusers a try.

Douglas and Mark Olshaker, Mind Hunter: Inside the FBI's Elite Serial Crime Unit (which also inspired characters in the films Red Dragon and The Silence of the Lambs). Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag: A Detailed Account of What Went Wrong

Image Source: Getty / John Shearer
Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag were the best of friends when they starred together on MTV's The Hills back in 2006, but their friendship quickly dissolved when Heidi began dating her now-husband, Spencer Pratt. Lauren repeatedly tried to warn her friend about Spencer, calling him "a sucky person," and despite various failed attempts to repair their relationship, Heidi eventually chose Spencer over Lauren, ultimately ending their friendship.

Heidi is currently pregnant with her first child, while Lauren recently welcomed hers, but it's safe to say they won't be planning any play dates. When asked if she and Lauren will ever mend their friendship, Heidi told E! News it was unlikely back in May, adding, "I certainly wish the best for her and her life, and I'm thankful for that time period, but that friendship is long gone." Here's a detailed account of what went wrong.

  • 2006: Kristin Cavallari and Brody Jenner introduced Spencer to Heidi. "I had known Heidi when she was friends with Lauren when we were still filming Laguna Beach. Heidi was like, 'Hook me up with someone. I wanna meet a guy.' And Brody and I were kinda like, 'Well, maybe Spencer? We'll see what happens.' So we all went on a double date and they just hit it off right away and now they're married," Kristin told EW in May 2009.
  • 2007: After several arguments about Spencer, Heidi moved out of the apartment she shared with Lauren and into one with Spencer. Things quickly took a turn for the worse when Spencer leaked a story to the media about Lauren and ex-boyfriend Jason Wahler having a sex tape. Lauren almost immediately took to her website to clear up the entire thing, writing, "I am posting this note on my website regarding the reports that have circulated the internet this morning. Jason and I would like to make it clear that we did not make a tape with us having sex. Jason and I are both shocked and hurt that people would say such horrible things about us. I can't believe that somebody would go to such great lengths to try to damage my reputation." Lauren then ran into into Heidi and Spencer at Frankie Delgado's birthday party and confronted her Heidi on the show, saying, "You're a bad person . . . I feel bad for you . . . . You know what you did . . . . You're a sad, pathetic person."

  • 2009: Two years later, Lauren revealed that Spencer admitted to starting the rumor about her and Jason during a panel a PaleyFest in LA. "We actually have it on tape," Lauren told the audience. "[Spencer] takes responsibility and apologizes for it. Sorry! Spoiler!" Lauren reluctantly attended Spencer and Heidi's televised wedding days later. "They literally locked me in the basement with two security guards and wouldn't let me leave! And I was like, 'You can't keep me here!' I was throwing a fit!" she told Us Weekly in May 2016. Lauren and Heidi stopped talking after that.
  • 2015: Spencer finally admitted to spreading the sex tape rumors about Lauren in Complex's October 2015 issue and continued slamming the reality TV star. "Lauren is a cold-hearted killer. That's what people don't get. She will cut you in your sleep," he said. "She tried to destroy us. If you want to throw missiles, I'm throwing a nuke. This is how I operate." Summer Phoenix Files For Divorce From Casey Affleck

Casey Affleck and Summer Phoenix are officially done. The couple, who announced their separation in March 2016, tied the knot in 2006 and are parents to sons Indiana, 13, and Atticus, 9. According to E! News, Summer, who is the younger sister of actor Joaquin Phoenix, filed for divorce on Monday, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split. She's also requesting spousal support and joint physical and legal custody of their kids.

The official end of their marriage comes on the heels of a dramatic few months for Casey, who is the younger brother of Ben Affleck. He won the best actor Oscar for his role in Manchester by the Sea in February, but the attention also put a major spotlight on the disturbing allegations of sexual assault against him from 2010. Despite the controversy, Casey brushed things off, telling The Boston Globe, "I believe that any kind of mistreatment of anyone for any reason is unacceptable and abhorrent, and everyone deserves to be treated with respect in the workplace and anywhere else. There's really nothing I can do about it. Other than live my life the way I know I live it and to speak to what my own values are and how I try to live by them all the time."
