Affordable Snail Cream Has Slithered Into a Costco Near You
Costco isn't just for bulk batteries and frozen foods anymore. Turns out the warehouse store has a pretty robust cosmetics counter (especially for members!). Eagle-eyed Redditors have discovered that Costco now sells Korean beauty products in bulk. This news will especially excite anyone who has ever wanted to try a buzzy snail cream product but suffered from department store sticker shock.
You can now buy a two-jar set of Mizon All-in-One Snail Repair Cream ($30) at Costco. The Peach and Lily-approved product uses 92 percent snail extract to hydrate skin and protect against acne, redness, and scarring. If you have dryer skin, you should apply moisturizer right after this product. The gel-like cream is lightweight and unscented, so you won't have to risk smelling like mollusk goo for a good complexion.
Since snail mucin contains hyaluronic acid, glycoprotein enzymes, and antimicrobial peptides, this product works wonders as both an all-over face cream and acne spot treatment. That means you'll keep reaching for this versatile product to solve many of your skincare woes - so good thing Costco's made it available in bulk!
Snail goo is harvested in a few different ways, but they're all humane and nonfatal. Though the methods differ, every process involves letting the critters crawl around and naturally excrete their mucin.
To recap: the snails are unharmed and you get a clear face. The only thing better than that win-win is reaping its rewards at half price.

4 Personal Finance Principles to Live by For a Richer Life
Taking control of your personal finances is key to living a more stress-free and stable life - a truly rich existence. All you need to do is take the first step: start becoming more aware of your bank account, and live by these very basic principals that just about sum up what personal finance is all about.
1. Pay yourself first
This is a common personal finance phrase that many people live by. But what does it really mean? No, paying yourself first isn't buying anything you want and letting your bills collect dust. Basically, it means that before you spend your new paycheck on necessities or wants, you should squirrel away a portion of it to your savings. Getting into this habit is helpful because you'll learn to prioritize saving, and the steady stream of monthly contributions is the best way to grow your emergency, savings, and retirement accounts. The best and easiest way to pay yourself first is to automate it so that the process is mindless.
2. Live within your means
Don't spend more than you can afford to spend. Don't take on loans or debt if you can't afford it. This even means being cautious on what is generally considered "good" debt. Ever since the financial crisis, all of us had to reassess what we initially thought of as good debt, which includes mortgage, school, and car loans. Once people started getting laid off and defaulting on payments, the good debt very quickly becomes bad. That's not to say that you shouldn't go to the college of your dreams; but you should still weigh the costs while keeping in mind realistic expectations of job prospects postgraduation. And if it's truly worth your investment, you should find ways to cut costs. For example, searching for scholarships to help with tuition. Other than not taking on debt, conscious spending is also part of what it means to live within your means.
3. Prepare for the long term and the worst
Don't spend your time living only in the here and now. Think ahead, and start preparing for your retirement and emergencies by starting an emergency fund and contributing to your retirement accounts. Here is a guide to everything you need to know about retirement to start with, and read up on the benefits of investing in a Roth IRA. Retirement seems really far away, but the sooner you start saving for it the better, because at the end of your long work journey, you'll be reaping greater rewards with the magic of compounding. The more money you put in earlier, the faster it grows.
4. Knowledge is king
Keep reading and keep learning about how to better your personal finances. This is just the start of your journey, and there is so much out there to learn. Read personal finance blogs like POPSUGAR Smart Living, Wise Bread, Get Rich Slowly, and more. And be sure to check out personal finance books for a more comprehensive overview of what your strategy should be.

Viola Davis's House Is So Not What You're Expecting
Oscar winner Viola Davis has a big and illustrious career, so we assumed her home would be grand as well. But we were pleasantly surprised to see that Viola has been living in a surprisingly normal (by Hollywood standards) abode for the past decade. Her five-bedroom, five-bath property sits in a picturesque neighborhood with close-packed houses in Granada Hills, CA, far from the hubbub of Beverly Hills and Hollywood.
It seems, however, that the actress is ready for bigger things, as this Spring the stucco home was listed with broker John Mazziotta of Re/Max Olson & Associates for $1.19 million, which is just a touch over the $1.17 million Viola is said to have paid for it in 2005. The property boasts nearly 4,000 square feet of living space, including a top-of-the-line kitchen, a living room with large windows, soaring ceilings, a sprawling master suite, and a gracious dining room. With its lagoon pool and spa, built-in barbecue, and dining terrace, the backyard is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of shooting How to Get Away With Murder. Check out the charming property ahead.

I Finally Found the Best Frying Pan - and It Doesn't Stick
My husband doesn't do a whole lot of cooking. And by that I mean he doesn't do any cooking. But within the last year, he's become a bit of a breakfast buff, happily (albeit, messily) whipping up omelets and scrambles nearly every morning. And while I am usually able to benefit from his stovetop efforts, I can't do so without listening to the relentless scraping that comes after the eggs have been plated . . . the nails-on-a-chalkboard-like sound the spatula makes when he hurriedly tries to get the hardened gunk off the pan. And this was a top of the line, commercial-quality ceramic nonstick pan that rang in at well over the $100 mark.
At some point, he had enough and insisted we get a new one. I naively assumed he just didn't know how to use it. That he wasn't coating it well enough before cooking. But he turned to the internet and started researching. Two days and one Amazon Prime purchase later, a WaxonWare 11-Inch Nonstick Frying Pan & Skillet arrived on our doorstep. I shook my head. How could a website where I buy dog food and batteries know anything about legit, chef-worthy cookware?
We've had the pan for eight months and it cooks everything like a dream, evenly, too, which is a lot to say given that we have a General Electric electric stove from the '50s that cooks nothing evenly. And even after eight months, it still cleans like a breeze - I barely put it in any effort. We've made everything from eggs to chicken piccata to veggie stir-fry on it. Once we even forgot about the eggs, turning an everyday scramble into an accidental frittata, which would have surely sent our previous fancy pan into a headspin. But the WaxonWare didn't flinch. I looked in awe as the 'tata slid off of the pan onto the plate, leaving a mere strip of egg crust on the side that basically fell off as soon as I ran it under water.
The pan comes in 8- and 11-inch options, so if you've grown tired of the post-cooking rigmarole that your current "nonstick" pan puts you through, it may be time to give the WaxonWare a try. I won't use anything else.
Nope, You're Not Crazy - Your Bitmoji on Snapchat's Snap Map Do Change
If you can't stop opening up Snapchat and checking in on Snap Map, we don't blame you. The feature, which offers a fun, instant way to check in on what your friends are up to, is quickly becoming addictive. And with Bitmoji on the map, it's hard not to check back often. The Bitmoji (now called Actionmoji,) on the map will change and show up riding in cars and airplanes or taking part in activities like building a sandcastle on the beach.
The Actionmoji change depending on a variety of factors like your location, time of day, and how fast you're traveling. Most of the time, you'll see your Actionmoji simply standing wherever you are. But, if you're near an airport, you might see yourself in a plane. Driving? You'll suddenly be in a car on Snap Map as well.
Ahead, see some of the Actionmoji we've spotted so far and then try to get them yourself. And remember, you can control who can and cannot see your location on Snap Map, and if you don't open the app for a few hours, your Actionmoji will disappear off the map.

8 Reactions We Had After Tasting Krispy Kreme's New Reese's Doughnuts
On Aug. 4, Krispy Kreme released a Reese's doughnut for the first time in the US! Understandably, Reese's-loving people everywhere just about lost their damn minds - POPSUGAR editors included. When we received a delivery of this glorious chocolate-peanut butter creation that combines all the best parts of both doughnuts and Reese's, we were more than ready to dive in. The limited-edition doughnut is filled with a generous portion of Reese's Peanut Butter Kreme filling, which is a lot smoother than regular peanut butter. The top of the doughnut is dipped in chocolate icing and is topped with a chocolate and peanut butter drizzle and Reese's Mini Peanut Butter chips and peanuts. It's a mouthful to say and even more of a mouthful to chew. Read on for a list of our taste testers' initial responses after biting into this incredibly rich doughnut.
- "The doughnuts nailed the taste of a Reese's, but the filling-to-doughnut ratio was a little high, which made it kinda heavy."
- "This is beautiful."
- "Super, super rich; only need half!"
- "Into it, but wouldn't order over the Original Glaze."
- "A little too sweet for a non-American, but delicious."
- "OMG, why did I check the calories?"
- "Holy sh*t."
- "I took out most of the filling because it's too much. Without all of the filling, I would love this!"
Overall, we believe that a chocolate doughnut with a peanut butter drizzle would be enough to satisfy our Reese's-doughnut cravings, but this overindulgent version is a lot more fun to eat! Be warned that it is beyond rich and that you should bring a friend to split one with, but if you've got a serious sweet tooth, this is exactly what you need.
Wet n Wild's Midnight Mermaid Launch Will Make Your Collection Complete
Look at this stuff! Isn't it neat? Wet n Wild has finally unveiled its Midnight Mermaid collection. Comprised of four liquid eye shadows and lipsticks, plus three liquid eyeliners and one highlighter (or the whole damn bundle, if you want it all), this whale of a launch will swim into Ulta.com on Aug. 13.
This totally cruelty-free, mostly vegan collection (minus one of the lipsticks, Harbor a Crush) is filled with metallics that will make you shine brighter than the copper fork Ariel uses to brush her hair.

The eyeliners and shadows are made of fragrance-free pearl pigments that have a prismatic sheen. Those will perfectly match the metallic lipstick which, although matte, is formulated with vitamin E to keep lips moisturized. Meanwhile, the cult-favorite highlighter contains nylon, which makes it super blendable and silky. Perhaps best of all is that the packaging is engraved with fish scales.
The products are all available to purchase separately at Ulta, but if you want to make your collection complete, you'll have to stop by Wet n Wild's website to pick up the whole bundle.

The Most Dangerous Sunscreens For Kids (and They're Probably Hiding in Your Beach Bag)
Along with wearing sunglasses and hats, sunscreen should always be a part of your family's Summer routine - but is the sunscreen in your beach bag right now actually safe? The EWG released its annual list of the sunscreens with the worst ratings for 2017 to alert parents.
The sunscreens that made the list have potentially harmful chemicals - oxybenzone (which can disrupt the hormone system) and retinyl palmitate (which may actually trigger skin damage on sun-exposed skin) - and high SPFs that don't actually do any more to protect your child than an SPF 30-50. Additionally, some formulas come in a spray that won't completely cover your little one's skin and could be inhaled into their lungs.
If any of these are in your arsenal, toss them and opt for one of these safe sunscreens instead.
Mom Claps Back to Stranger in Walmart Who Feels Sorry For Her "Having Her Hands Full"
Walking through Walmart with her three kids in tow, Courtney Lester came upon a total stranger who told her, "I feel sorry for you, you have your hands full with all those kids." Aside from the fact that the mom, pictured above, actually had her hands completely free at the time thanks to the baby carrier she was sporting, Courtney had more important points to make on the topic of "having her hands full" and the fact that this man felt sorry for her because of it.
"What you can't tell is that I lost two babies before being blessed with my last two, so if you want to feel sorry for me, there's the only reason why you should," she wrote in a post to Facebook. "My children are blessings. They aren't perfectly modeled citizens because, well, they're children. Sometimes they're loud, sometimes they misbehave, and sometimes they have complete meltdowns. However, you didn't even see that side of them. What you saw was a young couple with a 4-year-old singing a song, a 2-year-old sitting quietly in the buggy, and a newborn sleeping in his baby carrier. If that is your definition of having your hands full, I feel sorry for YOU."
The mom continued, opening up to admit there's truth in the fact that she's busy and always kept on her toes by her three little ones but that she's never viewed her children "as an inconvenience or a reason for someone to feel sorry for me," as this man suggested. She wrote:
Even on days when they won't listen, have meltdowns, and when it seems like nothing I do is good enough, I have never felt sorry for myself and I don't expect others to either. If having three kids automatically makes my hands full, so be it. But please, never feel sorry for me because my heart is more full than my hands could ever be.

14 '80s Movies You NEED to Show Your Kids Today (and Not a Disney Movie in Sight)
Every generation has their flicks. My parents made me sit through Lawrence of Arabia and The Godfather, but few flicks are as generationally relevant as the classic '80s films so many of us grew up watching. I'm looking at you, John Hughes. You defined a generation. You taught us what it meant to be an angsty teen. You provided us with hours upon hours of VHS enjoyment!
With news that Pretty in Pink will be returning to theaters next month for the flick's 30th anniversary (yes, we are that old), I quickly started brainstorming my favorite movies from my childhood that my kids MUST see. It isn't pretty - '80s fashion leaves much to be desired - but the stories stand the test of time and give kids a glimpse at life before cell phones, texting, and the Internet, along with some great life lessons. Read on to see what you should add to your family's movie-night list now!
The 1 Model You Should Be Following If You're Real About Stretch Marks and Cellulite
Ever since Denise Bidot's start as a supermodel in 2014, when she made headlines for being the first curvy woman to walk the runway at Fashion Week for regular-size brands, she's exploded onto the scene. Denise is here to serve a purpose: to let women know "there's no wrong way to be us," a message she sends out to her Instagram followers on a regular basis just by sharing unedited photos of her curves and cellulite. But Denise turned her lesson into a movement in 2016, when she launched No Wrong Way, a platform you can subscribe to for a hefty dose of positive inspiration.
Even if you don't tap into Denise's site on a regular basis, you'll see her in the pages of magazines or on billboards, posing with confidence. Her latest ad is for Lane Bryant's "The New Skinny," an introduction to a stretch jean that comes in sizes 14 to 28, is functional and comfortable, and has the perfect pocket placement to flatter your butt. We talked to Denise about what it was like to work on this campaign specifically, as well as her recent Target swimsuit ad that went viral, her buzzy Sports Illustrated placement, and raising a daughter in a world in which the conversation around weight and body type continues to be an important one.
There's Evidence That US Tourism Is Down - Is Trump the Culprit?
President Donald Trump's impact on America isn't limited to causing domestic griping and outrage over policies like scaling back women's health care and firing the head of the FBI. Abroad, President Trump is increasingly becoming a threat to the intellectual and cultural identity of the United States - and there's evidence to suggest tourism is suffering because of it.
Just look at Trump's recent track record: in response to a recent attack on London Bridge, Trump insensitively criticized how the local government handled the situation. In the hopes of making a "better deal," Trump has jeopardized the worldwide Paris Agreement, which unifies countries to protect the planet. In visiting world NATO leaders, Trump made it known that he has a lot of issues with the organization and will quite literally push people around to make his point. Small and large outrages have followed each of these very recent events - from The Weather Channel shading Trump on climate change to Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel stating that the "times when we could completely rely on others are over."
Unfortunately, it seems likely that Trump's activities have an added, unsurprising side effect we're only now privy to: his actions are making America a less desirable destination for international tourists and business people. A recent report by the website and app Foursquare tracked global "location trails" via the service to reveal that tourism in America has been in decline since October 2016. It's a very initial and troubling finding, though it's important to consider that Foursquare users are likely a very specific audience.
Foursquare CEO Jeff Glueck explained in a post shared to Medium:
"The drop in international tourism to the U.S. is resulting in an opportunity cost of about 1.2% in total visits to U.S. shops, restaurants, attractions and the like. And it's a fair bet that international shoppers spend more than the average domestic shopper. . . . One analysis by the firm Tourism Economics reported that Trump's travel ban could cost the U.S. economy more than $18 billion and about 107,000 jobs."
To understand if these findings were substantive, POPSUGAR spoke with a staffer from the US Department of Commerce's National Travel and Tourism Office, who wished to be referred to only as a commerce official. "In 2015, travel and tourism was a significant export for the US," they explained, "accounting for approximately 11 percent of all exports and 33 percent of service exports, and contributes exports overall. International travel supported 1.2 [million] American jobs."
"BEA estimates that travel and tourism exports for the first three months of this year are strong," they continued. "We do not yet have the arrivals data for the last months of 2016."
In other words? It's likely too soon to tell.
"There are a lot of places for tourists to go. If they don't feel comfortable here, they can certainly go somewhere else."
Lawrence Culver, a professor of history at Utah State University, shared with POPSUGAR that we're already seeing how people are expressing discontent with the Trump administration with their dollars, both domestically and internationally. "You can see Americans making consumer choices," he explained, alluding to examples like the expanding #GrabYourWallet movement.
Comparatively, some states and cities are speaking up, taking real action against Trump's policies, and even making fairly overt pleas to potential visitors. "Recently, I saw a new TV ad that the city of LA is doing," Culver said. "The whole subtext of the ad is that they welcome everybody, regardless of race, or if you are LGBT. It wasn't a completely subtle thing either."
James Mak, a University of Hawaii Economic Research Organization research fellow and professor emeritus of economics, University of Hawaii-Manoa, has studied the economy of tourism for decades and predicts that we could be seeing more profound effects very soon. "It is certainly possible that the election of Donald Trump as president and the ensuing travel ban and negative public image of the US it has fostered could have deterred foreign travel to the US, especially (though not exclusively) from the Middle East," he told POPSUGAR. "Everything that I've read in the press (Travel Weekly, in particular) supports that conclusion."
Of course, Mak notes that tourism is nuanced and affected by more than just politics. For example, the strength of the US dollar can greatly impact travelers. Similarly, terror attacks can deter travel. "In theory, such terrorist attacks can have both negative and positive effects on international travel," he explained. "Those attacks may deter people from traveling farther from home. They may also entice people to shift their travel destinations from a potentially dangerous destination to one that's perceived to be safer." Another factor is natural disaster and environmental turmoil. For example, after Hurricane Katrina, New Orleans saw travel and business dwindle as the city rebuilt itself.
There are also markers of a rising distaste for travel to the United States beyond tourism. "We have seen a decline in the number of international students coming to the US," Culver said of students seeking higher education abroad. "Some of that is that it's harder to get here. The visa process is more complicated and expensive. For example, if you are an aspiring engineer and you want to get a degree that is internationally known, you might think of going to Australia or Germany rather than the US."
Culver also said that American presidents can catch on as international celebrities in their own right, making their presence part of the appeal of travel. "It was a really big deal to see an African American elected president," Culver said. "[International tourists] can be fixed on specific politicians as celebrities. It's like Americans who visit London hoping to see Will and Kate."
Mak also highlighted that Trump himself is intentionally damaging international tourism - ironic for a man who owns many resorts around the world. "In President Trump's proposed budget, funding for Brand USA - the private public partnership formed to promote international travel to the US - would be eliminated," Mak shared. "Funding comes partly from private contributions (including in-kind contributions) and partly from a fee levied on visa-waiver visitors to the US. The travel industry is fighting against the proposed cuts. It would be interesting to see if Congress restores the funding."
Yet both Culver and Mak agree that, like the commerce official said, it will take time until we have more definitive proof of a downturn in tourism. "It's difficult to quantify it," Culver reiterated. "We're pretty early in the process . . . and all sorts of things like that can affect the choices tourists make."
Culver did make it clear that this conversation is very America focused: in the same way Americans want to travel and explore limitless options, so do international travelers. "I think one thing Americans tend to forget is that, globally speaking, we aren't as important as we think we are," Culver said. "There are a lot of places for tourists to go. If they don't feel comfortable here, they can certainly go somewhere else."
Look Back on Prince Philip and Queen Elizabeth II's 70-Year Marriage in Pictures
After almost 70 years of marriage, Prince Philip and Queen Elizabeth II are still going strong. The two were first introduced in 1934, when she was only 8 years old, but it wasn't until their meeting at the Royal Naval College in Dartmouth in July 1939 - Elizabeth was 13 and Philip was 18 - that they fell in love and began to exchange letters. In November 1947, the two made things official when they tied the knot during a luxurious ceremony at Westminster Abbey. Nearly a year after their wedding day, Elizabeth gave birth to the couple's first child, Prince Charles, and they welcomed their daughter, Princess Anne, two years later. Over the years, the pair have shared a number of sweet moments together as they carry out their royal duties across the globe. Now that Prince Philip has officially retired, look back at his best appearances with Queen Elizabeth II.

10 Healthy Breakfasts With (at Least!) 15 Grams of Protein
Eating breakfast - and definitely not skipping it - is essential for revving up your metabolism if you've got weight loss on the mind. What you eat is also important, and no, a breakfast full of carbs like a bowl of cereal or a bagel isn't the best choice. Getting enough protein is key, and nutritionists Stephanie Clarke, RD, and Willow Jarosh, RD, of C&J Nutrition recommend getting 13 to 20 grams. While Greek yogurt is an easy and popular option, if you're avoiding dairy, try these recipes.
Cedella Marley's 13 Tips For Safely Cooking With Marijuana
Cedella Marley, wellness guru and daughter of reggae legend Bob Marley, recently published a collection of recipes containing cannabis. The cookbook, Cooking With Herb, also contains a list of tips on how to consume these dishes responsibly and how to moderate a high in case you overdo it.
- Edibles take thirty minutes to two hours to be fully absorbed into your body. Be patient - you can always eat a little more, but you'll have to wait many hours for the psychotropic effects of THC to chill if you ingest too much.
- Always know how much THC your Herb has in it before making CannaButter, CannaOil, a CannaSpice Blend, or CannaVanilla Extract. If your source does not know the breakdown of the Herb, it's time to find a new one (or grow your own if your state allows it!)
- It's better to underdose than overdo it. My recipes are based on 15% THC Herb. Strains with a higher THC level should be used more conservatively. You can always make the next batch of CannaButter, CannaOil, CannaSpice Blend, or CannaVanilla Extract stronger (or simply use more butter or oil in the recipe) if the first time around your high is too mild.
- Set up a comfy spot before you begin, especially if you're inviting people who have never tried Herb-enhanced food before.
- Put on some sweet reggae music. Environment plays a huge factor in the enjoyment of your experience.
- Be thoughtful when combining alcohol and Herb. Alcohol can compound the good and bad psychological effects of Herb. That said, it does take thirty minutes to two hours for the Herb to kick in, so starting the evening with a glass of wine or a cocktail is usually just fine.
- Always label food made with Herb, including how much represents a single portion and how much THC that portion contains (you can also pre-portion items like popcorn into single-serving cups). If hosting an uplifted dinner party, be sure to mix non-Herb-infused dishes into your menu so everyone can feel well fed and satisfied without overindulging on the enhanced dishes.
- Never drive after eating food infused with Herb. Ever.
- Remember that edibles are more intense when consumed on an empty stomach.
- Herb-enhanced food is for adults only. Ensure that children do not have easy access to Herb-infused products.
- Have orange juice and an electrolyte beverage like Gatorade handy in case anyone overdoes it. Increasing your blood sugar level can help moderate a high. Some also say a lemon slice under the tongue helps.
- Clear your schedule for twelve hours after you plan on eating Herb-infused food - just in case.
- FullJoy yourself and be open to all possibilities.

5 Bath and Shower Products Your Latina Grandma Loves - and You Should, Too

His Teacher Asked Him to Finish the Phrase "I Am," but This Boy With Autism's Response Will Move You to Tears
When 10-year-old Benjamin was given a school assignment to write a poem titled "I Am" - using 18 prewritten prompts such as "I see," "I hear," and "I feel" - he could have written just about anything to fill in those blanks. However, Benjamin has autism, so his poem turned out to be an eye-opening look into what it feels like for him to be different. He wrote how it feels to be "odd" and out of place, to feel "like a boy in outer space." His mom posted the honest and vulnerable poem to the National Autism Association's Facebook page to share with the world what it's like to be a young child with ASD.

Congrats to Ballerina Misty Copeland, the Stunning New Face of Estée Lauder!
Dancer Misty Copeland just got a membership to one the most elite beauty clubs in the business: the Estée Lauder spokemodel squad. She joins the ranks of Kendall Jenner, Joan Smalls, Gwyneth Paltrow, and more famous faces who have all fronted campaigns for the prestigious heritage brand.
The prima ballerina in ABT is an American sweetheart for her incredible dance skills (seriously, just watch her leap and twirl in the video below!) and for also being an inspiration. She is the first African American woman to be hold the title of principal dancer at ABT. And while she has many endorsements to her name - including Under Armour, Coach, and Dannon - this is the first time she has officially partnered with a beauty line.
As an Estée Lauder ambassador, Misty is starring in both print, TV, in-store, and digital ads for the Modern Muse fragrance.
"When Estée Lauder launched the Modern Muse fragrance in 2013, we embraced the idea of women as muses, living life on their own terms, achieving great things and inspiring everyone around them," said Stephane de La Faverie, Estée Lauder global brand president, in a press release. "Misty has challenged the status quo to achieve her dreams and inspired so many young women along the way. Misty will bring the fragrance concept to life through her unique story."
Aerin Lauder, the style and image director for Estée Lauder, added: "Misty is the perfect representation of today's modern muse. She is all about feminine strength, power, dedication, and passion, and you see that in what she does every day, whether she is performing or inspiring the next generation of dancers. I think she is a wonderful role model."
In the first advertisement video, Misty is seen teaching young dance students. "The journey I've been on is my own," she says in the video. "I've pushed boundaries, challenged the status quo. I can only hope my life inspires other women to change the world in their own way." At the end, she mists herself with the fragrance. (Fact: we watched the video multiple times just to see her dance!)
"I am so honored to represent Estée Lauder Modern Muse," Misty said in a press release. "My two passions are dance and giving back, and I love passing on knowledge to the next generation. I also have a strong connection to the scents I wear when I perform. The Modern Muse campaign is the perfect way to see another side of my story."
We can't wait to see what else this partnership brings about!

Oh, So This Is Why Season 7 of Game of Thrones Is Shorter Than Usual
The third episode of the seventh season of Game of Thrones went down on Sunday night, which means fans only have four more episodes to look forward to. There are just seven episodes this season instead of the usual 10 because showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss only want to bring fans the most "extraordinary" scenes. "Season seven has much more ambition. There are less episodes this year, so they spent more money on those episodes. So, the whole scale of it is up," Kit Harington (aka Jon Snow) told ABC News.
Iain Glen, who plays Ser Jorah Mormont, also told Radio Times that the production team spent the same amount of time on the seven episodes as they would have on 10 to get them just right. "I think the scale and size of the set pieces, the world that is being created, it's just getting more and more extraordinary and they feel they need that time to shoot seven hours as opposed to ten." At 2016's SXSW panel, Benioff and Weiss confirmed that season eight would consist of six episodes.

It seems like the majority of popular tattoo styles these days only come in one color - black. While we appreciate the minimalist nature of these designs, we also think that you shouldn't be afraid to go for the bold when it comes to your ink. After all, you wouldn't want to be restricted to one nail polish or lipstick hue. These beautiful watercolor tattoos color outside the lines for a stunning painterly look. Even better, you can incorporate the technique into any tat you've been dying to try, whether it's flowers, stars, or another design.

You're crammed into the middle seat of a row that's nearest to the bathrooms. Your knees are grazing the seat in front of you. You hear each flush. You have six hours left on this flight. You should've used SeatGuru before you booked your trip.
SeatGuru is a site (and app) that will change air travel as you know it. Let it be your guide, and you'll hack your way into the best seats on board the plane. The site allows users to view seat maps of flights by plugging in the airline, flight number, and date of travel. Travelers can review specific seats based on their personal experiences, allowing future passengers the chance to evaluate costs vs. comfort, prime seat locations, seats with features that people find desirable/undesirable, and more. SeatGuru even has a "seat map key" that color codes seats based on the reviews.
If a seat is labeled yellow, that's an indication that you should check out the comments in order to see what passengers have noted about it. "Bad seats" are labeled in red, "good seats" in green, and those with "mixed reviews" are green and yellow. The seat map also let's you know if your potential seat has a power outlet, is near restrooms, and more.
In addition to giving travelers seat-specific reviews, SeatGuru also provides extremely useful details about the airline, such as check-in policies, baggage rules and restrictions, pet policies, how many seats are on the plane, and what type of airbus you'll be flying. What's more, you're able to check out the seat pitch of that particular plane in order to determine how much legroom you can expect based on what seat you choose in what part of the plane.
The site also has extensive comparison charts of nearly every airline imaginable, where you can see seat pitches and widths, whether there are individual TVs, power outlets, Wifi, and more. You can also actually book your flight through SeatGuru, so once you find out everything you need to know about your plane, you don't even have to navigate away in order to move on to the next step of planning your trip.
If you're a frequent flier, you know that finding the perfect seat is an art form, and you also know that it isn't always cheap. Browsing SeatGuru will change all of that! And best of all, you can read through hundreds of hilarious comments and reviews from customers who have quite a lot to say about some of their air travel experiences.

If You're Struggling to Figure Out Your Weight Watchers Smart Points, Read This
Getting into the swing of things with Weight Watchers took me some time. Frankly, I still don't feel like I've really mastered the plan, but I'm not sure anyone ever truly reaches that point. However, I'm slowly but surely figuring out how and where to "spend" my Smart Points throughout the day and week to maximize my success with weigh-ins. Though there's no hard-and-fast rule that will apply to everyone, these tips might help you if you're struggling to find the right balance.
Consider your favorite meal
I like to spend most of my points on my favorite meal of the day, which is usually lunch. I've never been a fan of breakfast, so I always eat something very small that doesn't cost much, usually fruit. I also don't cook much in the evenings, so saving a salad for that meal makes sense for me. What I do love is leaving my desk during lunchtime and walking down the street to buy something like a quinoa bowl or mixed vegetable stir-fry. Whatever meal makes you happiest is where you should focus your points so you can really, really enjoy it.
Consider things like date nights or girls' nights
I know some people have active dating and social lives and want to have "normal" nights out with their friends and significant others, which involves a good meal and sometimes alcohol. Do you have a standing date night on Fridays? Do you and your girlfriends always do Sunday brunch? Keep that in mind, and save your weekly Smart Points for that. I used to always have a night out on Fridays, so I would save all of my weekly points for Friday evenings and just quick-add them as "Friday fun" into my points tracker. It was a one-and-done deal, and it allowed me to keep my social life intact while managing my weight loss.
Always, always track your points
A large part of budgeting your points properly is tracking them. I don't care if your day goes off the rails - the worst thing you can do is brush it under the rug and not acknowledge it. Even if you went over your points by double for the day, write them down somewhere so you can see what happened and get back on track the next day. Also, learn from whatever you did. If I have a really off day, I like to make a note in my tracker about why it happened. Was I stressed? Did I have an unexpected work function? Whatever it is, it's important to keep track of it.
Amal Clooney's Dress Is the Epitome of Summer Style - But Not at All Typical
It seems Amal Clooney has the right outfit for everything, especially when it comes to dressing for Summer nights in Italy. That's to be expected, given she spends an enviable amount of time there with her husband, George Clooney. But it's looks like this one - Amal's off-the-shoulder floral dress that she wore to dinner in Como - that strike the perfect balance between easy seasonal dressing and her signature elegance.
OK, part of that is clearly just Amal being Amal, but the other part is the particular kinds of pieces she's collected. Dresses like this one pull double duty, making gorgeous statements for special occasions and dinners, or work just as easily dressed down with sandals on the beach. It's the dress you might have overlooked adding to your wardrobe - something long and comfortable, but not too casual. In fact, it may just be the ideal Summer dress you didn't think to shop, till now.

Take a Look Back at Alessandra Ambrosio's Sexiest Victoria's Secret Fashion Show Outfits
We bet there's a law inside Victoria's Secret that prohibits its hyperfamous Fashion Show from happening without Alessandra Ambrosio. The model is as big of a staple on the runway as teeny-tiny lingerie, elaborate angel wings, and of-the-moment performers. She's been strutting her toned and defined body for the brand since 2000, and since officially becoming an Angel as VS Pink's first spokesperson in 2004, the honor of wearing the Dream Angels Fantasy Bra has been hers twice - in 2012 and in 2014 with fellow Brazilian Angel Adriana Lima. But besides those two bejeweled tops, Alessandra has graced the runway with some of Victoria's Secret's sexiest looks. Keep scrolling to see photos of those hot moments.
I Make These 4 Recipes Every Sunday to Help With Weight Loss
Prepping food for the week is one of the most effective ways I stay on track when it comes to eating healthy and avoiding overeating. If I don't prep meals and snacks, dinner will end up being an entire bag of chips with guacamole or a pint of Ben & Jerry's almond milk ice cream (or both!). So to avoid that, these are the four recipes I prep every Sunday.
29 Hacks For Weight-Loss Success
Jennifer Aniston Is Bringing Back Your Favorite Jeans of Yesteryear
As far as jeans go, Jennifer Aniston has admitted to preferring a slouch over a skinny. "[Husband Justin Theroux] really enjoys me in a skinny jean, which I loathe. But I think I have more skinny jeans these days than normal," she told People. But while stepping out in Paris, Jen stuck to what she's comfortable in, opting for rolled, ripped boyfriend jeans by RE/DONE | Levi's and simple white sneakers. While her denim choice isn't exactly on trend - these days we're seeing a lot more high-waisted silhouettes that are slashed or frayed at the hem - Jen made it work.
She finished her outfit with a camel coat, lightweight scarf, textured crossbody bag, and aviator sunglasses, proving that you can never go wrong when relying on wardrobe basics (however old they might be). Since Jen makes such a good case for the classic boyfriend jean, we're shopping for an updated version on the cut below. Scroll for a look.
19 Things You Might Not Have Thought to Bring to the Hospital (but Should)
If you're expecting a child anytime soon, chances are you've got your bag packed with the essentials: toothbrush, pillow, loose clothing, outfit for baby to wear home, etc. However, the list need not to stop there - giving birth to a child is one of the most monumental moments in our lives, so feel free to bring what you need to make yourself comfortable during your hospital stay (as much as that is possible, at least). To get you started, here are a few of some lesser-thought-of items you might also want to think about stashing in your hospital bag so that you're ready for when those exciting first signs of labor start to come.
If You Have a Daughter, Please Spend 3 Minutes Watching This Video For Her Sake
"This is Ellie. She is 5 years old."
That's how this video starts, but if every mom simply substitutes their own daughters' names and ages, it's as if the next three minutes were made just for them.
Because, like Ellie, there are certain things your child knows and some things she doesn't. She knows she's smart, fast, and strong. She knows anything is possible. She doesn't know, however, that the world can be a difficult place for girls. For instance, she doesn't know that:
- Only 11 percent of practicing engineers and one-fifth of head chefs are female
- Women make up just 5 percent of the artists in the New York Metropolitan Museum's modern art section
- By middle school, girls earn higher grades in science but feel less confident than boys
- By age 11, 30 percent of girls will try a diet
- 60 percent of girls give up doing something they love because they don't like the way they look
Before you start feeling defeated, the thing to remember is . . . she doesn't know those things yet, and maybe she won't have to.
The video - made to introduce Kazoo, a "new kind of magazine" for girls, on Kickstarter before its launch this Summer - should be mandatory viewing for any parent of a daughter because it reminds us all that, in this ever-changing world, the possibilities for her are endless if we keep it that way.
