14 Stars Who Have Been In on the Braless Trend For a Long Time
When Kendall Jenner posted on her app about going braless, it caused a case of internet chatter. No one was exactly surprised, since she's been baring hints of her nipple ring through sheer tops for a while, but Kendall isn't the only one.
Stars throughout history have walked the red carpet in glamorous gowns without a bra, some making for buzzy moments (see Gwyneth Paltrow at the Academy Awards in 2002), while others, like Kate Moss and Jennifer Aniston, casually showed off the look on the street in nothing but a fitted tee. One scroll through the undeniably sexy looks here, and you'll definitely understand the allure, even if you're not ready to ditch your bra just yet.
From Her Engagement to 2017, This Is Queen Letizia of Spain's Style Evolution
There's a clear difference in Queen Letizia of Spain's style from the moment it was first announced that the TV reporter (then known as Letizia Ortiz) was engaged to Prince Felipe, back in 2003, to today. During her first years as princess of Spain, Letizia kept a conservative look, wearing pantsuits, high necklines, and demure gowns, much like she did during her journalist days. But in the past couple of years, the queen has taken more risks, giving her style a modern turn in body-hugging dresses, printed skirts and pants, and Disney-worthy gowns. See the royal's transformation ahead, then check out her best moments with the king.
The Breakthrough That Helped 1 Woman Lose the Last 15 Pounds
Sam was working out five to seven times a week, teaching class at her blossoming studio Fuse45 in Michigan, and prepping to compete on Jillian Michaels's show Sweat Inc. Still, she couldn't shed the last 15 pounds she'd been holding on to. "You know your body better than everyone else, and I knew I was bigger than I needed to be. I was thicker than I needed to be," Sam recalled.
Samantha Before
Sam had little success with dieting in the past and decided not to go it alone this time. Instead, she linked up with Ricki Friedman, health coach and creator of Break the Weight, to determine what was holding her back. Since Sam was already incredibly active, her major lifestyle changes needed to happen in the kitchen. In a little over three months and without making a single change to her workout routine, she lost 15 pounds.
Samantha After
A self-described "good eater," Sam dealt with quantity and portion-control issues, often finding herself feeling stuffed after mealtime. "I really struggled with actually recognizing what and how much I was eating. I've learned that food really does excite me and make me happy more than I realized before. I am envious of the people who don't think about their next meal or care too much about what they will order at a new restaurant. Since I am one of these people with an emotional relationship with food, I learned that I have to be extra aware so I can make the right choices even in the hard moments."
"It is especially hard when you are used to being really fit, really active, and you are burning a lot of calories, and you feel like you can eat whatever you want, just like when you were 15 or 16," Sam said. "Our metabolisms are not what they used to be when we were younger." Sam began taking a short walk during and after meals. She started walking 10,000 steps a day (a staple in the BREAKER program) that was separate from working out. Samantha credits walking and says that it helps her have a clear head, which helps her make better choices.
Health coach Ricki determined the amount of calories Sam needed to eat to support her active lifestyle (around 1,600 each day), and Sam began journaling her food with MyFitnessPal to keep her choices in check. Here's what an average day of meals looks like for Sam:
Breakfast: She used to load up on a big breakfast of nonfat yogurt, oatmeal, nuts, and a banana, but later Sam realized that while all those foods are healthy, it's simply too much. Now, Sam only eats the oatmeal and a small portion of nuts, which keeps her full until lunch.
Lunch: Sam makes her own salad at a local grocery store most days that's 40 percent protein (either salmon or grilled tofu), 40 percent greens, and 20 percent carbs (usually quinoa or sweet potato). She usually dresses her greens in lemon juice and olive oil.
Dinner: If Sam is cooking at home, it's typically salmon or chicken plus a cooked green like brussels sprouts or sautéed spinach. When she doesn't have time to grocery shop, she always has whole-wheat or lentil pasta on hand, so she can whip up dinner quickly. If she's out to a nice dinner, Sam orders fish with double veggies instead of a starch. However, if she has been "good and controlled all day," she isn't "crazy picky about dinner."
In her new program, Sam didn't cut out entire food groups or say goodbye to her favorite treats forever. "If I go to a party and all they have is pizza, I have one piece instead of three," Sam explained. "I am a partier, and if there is a pizza party, I am not going to be the girl who says, 'No, I don't eat that.' I had to learn if I am going to have the pizza, how am I going to correct it in other areas?"
For Sam and so many other women who want to see a change in their shape, it is all about finding this balance with food. As much as we wish an extra workout session would make up for a ton of indulgent choices, the truth remains: even when you're working out like a badass, abs are made in the kitchen.
Golden Milk: The Antidepressant, Debloating, Weight-Loss-Boosting Wonder Drink
Ready to simmer down and give your body a boost before bedtime? We've got the perfect, healthy nightcap for you, and you may have heard of it: golden milk.
Used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine, golden milk is a combination of the powerful spice turmeric, coconut milk, and sometimes coconut oil. Black pepper is often added (in small amounts) to increase the bioavailability of (i.e., your body's ability to absorb) the superspice turmeric. Creamy and spicy, soothing and warm - this delicious drink is more than just a tasty treat. Rich in electrolytes and digestive-aiding properties, your body is going to love every sip.
- Benefits of Turmeric: Turmeric's benefits are so good, one 2013 study said it's almost too good to be true. The anti-inflammatory spice has "shown therapeutic potential against a number of human diseases," including cancer and could even help with Alzheimer's. Because of the reduced inflammation, turmeric can also help with gas, bloating, and digestive discomfort, and some studies have mentioned its help with weight loss. Also, some studies and sites have shown that turmeric has antidepressant properties, leading to better moods, less stress, better sleep, and improved brain health.
- Benefits of Coconut Oil: Similarly, coconut oil can help with digestion and gut health, thanks to its antimicrobial properties (which come from good fatty acids, MCFAs). The healthy fats can also raise your good cholesterol, HDL.
- Benefits of Coconut Milk: Did you know that coconut milk can also help with digestion? It "nourishes the digestive lining" with natural electrolytes and healthy fats, which can improve gut health and help with IBS. Like turmeric, it can help reduce inflammation and even aid in weight loss. MCTs, another kind of fatty acid, are found in coconut milk and help with physical performance - allowing you to build muscle and lose fat.
Ready to mix up a batch? We like flavoring with a little honey or agave and sometimes a bit of vanilla bean or vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ginger. You'll be sweetly sipping your way to health in no time!
Mom Says "Hello and Goodbye" to Baby She Carried to Term For Organ Donation
Update: The Young family has since said hello and goodbye to sweet baby Eva, who passed away in utero and was delivered on April 17. In a post to Facebook, Royce shared a striking and emotional photo of him and his baby girl, while Keri shared a lighter, smiley family photo on Instagram and Facebook, which included the couple's son, Harrison. "She was so perfect in her own little way," Keri wrote. "I'll be sharing more about her incredible story later. And of course, this is NOT a sad post. Don't hit that button."
Original Story: "The other night, before I left for New Orleans, I was watching my beautiful wife sleep peacefully on the couch," writes Royce Young in a heartbreaking post to Facebook. "I looked at her laying there, her belly big with our daughter kicking away, a daughter that won't live more than a few days, and it just overwhelmed me of how incredible this woman is."
Young's loving ode to his strong and incredible wife, Keri, is making its rounds on the internet, simultaneously breaking hearts and helping the world to see what true selflessness looks like. After getting the unthinkable news that their developing daughter, Eva, does not have a brain and won't live long after birth, Keri asked through sobs whether she'd be able to donate Eva's organs if she carried her to term.
"I remember our doctor putting her hand on Keri's shoulder and saying, 'Oh honey, that's so brave of you to say.' Like, how nice of you, but come on. Keri meant it," Young writes. "There I was, crestfallen and heartbroken, but I momentarily got lifted out of the moment and just stood in awe of her. I was a spectator to my own life, watching a superhero find her superpowers. In literally the worst moment of her life, finding out her baby was going to die, it took her less than a minute to think of someone else and how her selflessness could help. It's one of the most powerful things I've ever experienced."
Young's post continues as he outlines the entire devastating situation while marveling at Keri's strength.
This whole process has been rough, but I say that as someone watching from the bleachers like the rest of you. Keri has been in the trenches the entire time, feeling every little kick, every hiccup and every roll. She's reminded every moment of every day that she's carrying a baby that will die. Her back hurts. Her feet are sore. She's got all the super fun pregnant stuff going on. But the light at the end of her nine-month tunnel will turn into a darkness she's never felt before a couple hours or days after Eva is born. She's the one that is going to deal with all that comes with having a baby - her milk coming in, the recovery process, etc, but with no snuggly, soft, beautiful newborn to look at to remind you that it was all worth it.
We made our choice to carry Eva to full term for a lot of reasons, but the first and foremost was to donate her organs. We don't say that to try and sound like great people or anything. It was just a practical endgame that in our minds, before we came to the realization Eva is alive and our daughter deserves to meet her mama and daddy, gave us a purpose to continue on. Donating was on Keri's mind from darn near the second we found out and while the experience of holding and kissing our daughter will be something we cherish forever, the gift(s) she's got inside that little body of hers is what really matters. Keri saw that almost instantly. . . .
We're getting closer to the finish line, and while it's going to be amazing to run through that tape and meet Eva, it comes at a cost. We'll go to the hospital for a birth, and go home without a baby. A lot of people say things like, 'I wouldn't change anything' after a trying circumstance, but I'm not about to say that. I would definitely change this if I could. I want my daughter to be perfect. I want her to blow out her candles on her first birthday. I want to watch her bang her head on our coffee table trying to learn to walk. I want her to run up a cell phone bill texting boys. I want to walk her down an aisle. I want to change it all so, so badly. But I can't. This is our reality. And there's no stopping it.
Young finishes his soul-crushing post with final thoughts on Keri's character. "She's TOUGH. She's BRAVE. She's incredible. She's remarkable," he writes. "She's cut from a different cloth, combining wit, beauty, courage, silliness, character, and integrity into one spectacular woman. And somehow, she's my wife. Not that I needed some awful situation like this to actually see all of that, but what it did was make me want to tell everyone else about it."
Yes, Gwendoline Christie Is in a Relationship - and He Has Royal Connections
Gwendoline Christie plays the fierce Brienne of Tarth on Game of Thrones, and we're happy to report that she's just as badass in real life. In addition to being a philanthropist and outspoken feminist, Gwendoline also happens to have an incredible sense of style - no doubt thanks to the fact that she is dating a high-end fashion designer with some impressive royal connections. She and Giles Deacon, British fashion designer and the creator of Pippa Middleton's exquisite wedding dress, have been in a relationship since early 2013.
They've attended a few splashy events together, like the Elle Style Awards and British Fashion Awards, as well as Game of Thrones premieres and parties - and yes, she frequently wears his stunning designs on the red carpet and sits front row at his runway shows. In 2016, she also helped inspire Giles's first couture collection. "She's a fantastic muse," he has said of his statuesque partner. "She's a character herself, and her trail of various characters is brilliant - she's pretty transformative, which is always an interesting thing from a designer's point of view." What a lucky girl, right?

I Have Anxiety, and This Simple Activity Has Helped Me SO Much
My brain and emotions run on overdrive early in the morning before the sun has fully risen, all throughout the day, and (my personal favorite) in the middle of the night. I'm a Type A perfectionist. I'm also highly anxious. But most importantly, I am a hardcore book-lover. Oddly enough, all of these things are connected to my anxiety. On the extreme side, my anxiety can result in panic attacks. On a more regular basis, I spend large portions of the day keeping my anxiety at a low simmer rather than letting it boil over; and this simmer is something I have to actively work to maintain hour by hour, minute by minute.
Books are my happy place; reading is a solace when everything else feels scary.
It's exhausting, but for myself and many others, it's the way it is. I've tried various methods of dealing with my anxiety, from exercise and diet changes to lifestyle adjustments, meditation, medication, breathing techniques . . . you name it, I've done it. Many of these tactics have had varying amounts of success, but at the end of a long day, I often still feel drained and anxious. I noticed that the one method that has worked time and again in relaxing my mind and body also happens to be something I actively enjoy and would do regardless of what exciting new heights my anxiety has reached at the time: reading.
Unaware of the term "bibliotherapy," I've been practicing a method of easing anxiety that consistently works for me without even realizing it. The concept of bibliotherapy is pretty much what it sounds like. More recently it's been discussed in regards to Alain De Botton's company called School of Life, which has a bibliotherapy program. The site describes the service as one to "guide you to life-changing, eye-opening but often elusive works of literature, both past and present, the books that truly have the power to enchant, enrich and inspire." According to The Huffington Post, the company employs people to make reading recommendations "based on a consultation in which patients discuss their lives, their concerns and their reading histories." Can books make us happier? According to bibliotherapy and probably every book-lover on the planet, the answer is a resounding "yes".
This can also mean that reading can help ease anxiety. In my case, reading does this in a major way. Using a loose interpretation of the term "bibliotherapy" to describe treating books as my own form of self-medication (the good kind!), I've discovered that one of the few ways I can find peace and truly relax is with a novel in hand. Here's how books can help people coping with anxiety disorders.
Getting lost in another world takes your mind off your anxiety.
My mental state can have a very real effect on my physical state, so the more my mind spins out of control with worry and fear, the more likely my body will follow. Reading keeps these negative thoughts at bay and allows me to focus my energy on something positive instead. Books take me to another time and another place, and for fantasy-lovers like me, reading takes me to entire other worlds. I'm able to lose myself in those universes, and for a time, I'm able to divorce my physical state of being in the real world from my mental state. This separation is an absolute relief to those who constantly feel trapped by their own negative thoughts and feelings.
Books can ground you.
Part of feeling anxious is feeling like everything is out of your control. Despite the fact that reading fiction means immersing yourself in a world that isn't necessarily real, books can be oddly grounding for me. They are a solid, tangible thing in my hands that promise only good things. They are not threatening. They offer a sense of comfort when everything else feels like it's spiraling.
They help you feel connected to others.
Anxiety has the nasty effect of making those who suffer from it feel terribly isolated. Books, on the other hand, connect us all together, with their characters and the lives we live through them, through the cultures and worlds we experience as we read, and with the people who love the literature as much as we do. You don't feel so alone knowing that because of a book, you are a part of something way bigger than yourself, and others are a part of it with you.
Reading is a form of meditation.
I hate yoga. I spend the entire session inside my own head, working myself up, until all pretenses at finding my calm, happy place fly out the window. Same goes for traditional forms of meditation for me; in general, they are counterproductive and leave me feeling more anxious and, on top of everything, like I've failed at something. Reading, on the other hand, quiets my swirling, nagging, oppressive thoughts. Books are my happy place; reading is a solace when everything else feels scary. Settling down and diving into a good novel is the metaphorical process of wrapping oneself in a protective cocoon and shutting out all of the dangers from the outside world. It's peaceful and calm. Most importantly, it's safe - and anyone who deals with anxiety knows what a special and elusive thing that sense of safety can be.

37 Mini-Freakouts You Had Watching This Week's Earth-Shattering Game of Thrones
HOLY. WHAT. This week's episode of Game of Thrones is absolutely one of the best ever - and most stressful, and most insane - in the entire series. Featuring reunions for the Stark kids, meaningful eye contact between Jon and Daenerys, and the battle that may be the most memorable battle in the whole series so far, "The Spoils of War" is so, so, so good. I personally suffered like 84 heart attacks watching this week's episode, but there are just as many moments to smile about, so let's get to recounting just how crazy this episode was.
Why Littlefinger Giving Bran That Dagger Is Actually Really F*cked Up
Another cherished and seemingly important weapon is (re)introduced on tonight's episode of Game of Thrones during Littlefinger's short exchange with Bran. As the two sit down to talk, Littlefinger gifts Bran with a dagger that holds a great amount of significance to him. But Lord Baelish isn't the only person to whom the gift is important; the somewhat questionable gift is actually used during an attempt to murder Bran back in season one.
To jog your memory a little, Jaime basically puts a hit out on Bran after discovering that he survives the fall from the window that he pushed him out of. But when one of his men arrives in Winterfell to kill Bran while he's in a coma, Catelyn intercepts him, and the assassin is later taken out by Bran's direwolf, Summer.
The dagger that we see Littlefinger give to Bran tonight is the same weapon that the hitman wields during his attempt to kill the mother and son. Of course, receiving a weapon that has previously been used during an attempt on your own life as a gift doesn't exactly seem ideal, but Littlefinger justifies it by telling Bran that the dagger is sort of a catalyst for all of the events that have transpired on the show to date - and he isn't exactly wrong. Had it not been for Jaime attempting to kill Bran twice, Game of Thrones would probably be a completely different show right about now.
Another thing that should be noted in terms of the dagger is that it's made of Valyrian steel, which is one of two materials we know of that is able to kill White Walkers. Jon Snow and the Northerners are gearing up for a fight with the White Walkers that's set to occur any day now. So when that day comes, it's likely that the dagger will prove itself useful. But, for now, we'll just have to wait and see what happens.
What Dany's Brilliant Attack on the Lannisters Means For Game of Thrones
And just like that, Daenerys is back in the game. The fourth episode of Game of Thrones season seven sees the Dragon Queen take matters of strategy into her own hands after Tyrion's "clever plans" fail. After three episodes of hanging out in Dragonstone as her allies fall all around her, Daenerys takes Drogon and the Dothraki to attack the Lannister army as they are preparing to deliver their sudden influx of gold, courtesy of the siege on Highgarden, to the Iron Bank.
The move is a wise one for Daenerys to make because instead of raining fire down on King's Landing and the capital's citizens, she targets only the army. In this way, it can be seen as a clean battle with little to no civilian casualties, which is more than Cersei can claim since her first act as Queen is to blow up the Great Sept of Baelor and the surrounding area. Daenerys's attack on the Lannister army will have lasting ramifications for everyone involved. Let's take a look at what this fiery battle will mean for all of Game of Thrones's major players.
Daenerys Has Shown Her Strength
Up until this point, Cersei and her army have had the upper hand. When Euron attacks Daenerys's fleet, Cersei essentially starts the war between herself and the Dragon Queen. Since then, Daenerys has lost all of her major allies in Westeros as the Sand Snakes, the Greyjoy siblings, and the Tyrells all fall to the Lannisters. The Mother of Dragons needs a win, and she gets one by attacking the Lannisters when their guard is down.
By taking the army unaware, she shows both a mastery of strategy and the brute force of her Dothraki army. The people of Westeros have never had to fight anyone like the Dothraki before, and they certainly haven't dealt with dragons firsthand. Daenerys is truly the queen who can make impossible things happen, and by laying waste to the Lannister army so soon after their victory at Highgarden, she proves she's a true threat to the throne and sets up a scenario where she could be seen as a viable option to lead the Seven Kingdoms in the eyes of the people.
Cersei Can No Longer Pay Her Debts
The gold from Highgarden is almost definitely gone, and that will be a huge blow for Cersei. Daenerys doesn't need gold to win this war, but the Lannister queen does. She's in debt to the Iron Bank, and if she cannot pay back the money her father borrowed, she cannot secure funds to build up her fleet or add more men to her army.
The Dragon Killer Is Destroyed
That fancy giant crossbow Cersei had built to kill Daenerys's dragons is officially gone. Sure, she can have someone rebuild it, but it isn't as effective as she had hoped it would be. The arrow does pierce Drogon's hide, but it doesn't kill him. More importantly, Daenerys will now know to expect to see the weapon on the battlefield and plan accordingly next time. Cersei has just lost the element of surprise.
Jaime May Be a Hostage
Jaime's fate is uncertain at this point, but Tyrion sees Bronn knock his brother into the lake before Drogon's blast of fire can kill him. The Kingslayer may be taken hostage as a result. As Cersei's lover and brother and leader of her Queen's Guard, he could be a valuable bargaining chip for Daenerys.
Tyrion's Loyalties Could Become Conflicted
While he loathes his sister, Tyrion genuinely loves his brother. He also owes him his life. If Jaime survives falling into the water in full armor and is taken hostage by the Dragon Queen, Tyrion's loyalty to Daenerys could be tested. The temptation to set his brother free will be high. After all, a Lannister always pays his debts, and Jaime has a favor to call in.
Daenerys Can Finally Speak to the People of Westeros
So far, Cersei is using fear to gain allies against Daenerys. Had the Khaleesi gone full scorched-earth on King's Landing, then the war would be over, but she would be forced to rule with fear. That's not Daenerys's style. By attacking the Lannister army in a secluded area, she ensures that most of the people who witness the bloody battle are soldiers and not civilians. In the preview for next week, she seems to be giving those who live a chance to join her. If she also makes sure the people in the southern area keep the grain and food supplies that the Lannisters were taking from them, then she will be seen as benevolent.
If she can sway members of the Lannister army over to her side and show the common people that she is a just leader, then she can begin to make inroads with the people of Westeros - and that will be the true key to winning this war.
Brienne and Arya Are the Game of Thrones BFFs We Didn't Know We Needed
This post contains spoilers for Game of Thrones season seven.
For a show as bloody, brutal, and generally distressing as Game of Thrones, we can at least be thankful for this: there are a lot of incredible reunions this season. Between the Stark siblings all reuniting (even if Bran is weird as hell nowadays) and now Arya Stark and Brienne of Tarth meeting again, the series has given fans plenty of emotions to feel.
Naturally, one of the main responses to Brienne and Arya's immediate bond is: "Hell yes!" Basically everybody who watched the seventh season's fourth episode couldn't help but smile when the two badass ladies decided to spar in the Winterfell courtyard, and we predict nothing but fast friendship for the two sword-wielding women.
The internet wasted no time in responding to this new mentorship between Brienne and Arya, and we can't wait to see exactly how it all unfolds in the remaining three episodes of this season. Check out some of the most accurate responses, then get pumped for next week's episode - it looks wild!
Arya and Bran Have Been Separated For Way Longer Than You Remember
In the latest episode of Game of Thrones, Bran Stark reunites with Arya Stark after she makes it back to Winterfell. Bran might have the most dramatic transformation out of all of the Stark children because he's not Bran anymore; technically, he's the Three-Eyed Raven. But when is the last time he sees Arya?
That would be in the very first episode of the show, "Winter Is Coming." We see Bran, along with the rest of the Stark family, lined up in Winterfell in order to welcome the Lannisters. Arya is messing around and is late to get in line. When she does, she tells Bran to move and stands next to him. This is their last interaction. Later, Bran climbs up a tower and catches Jamie and Cersei Lannister in the act. Jaime pushes Bran off and he is unconscious from the fall for the next episode. That also happens to be the episode where Ned, Arya, and Sansa leave Winterfell to go to King's Landing.
So we haven't seen these siblings really interact. Only time will tell how the Starks will continue to react to Bran's transformation.
"Chaos Is a Ladder" Is a Callback to Littlefinger's Previous Speech
Before Daenerys and Drogon take everyone by surprise and dragon-nuke the entire Lannister army during the last 10 minutes of Sunday's Game of Thrones episode, a way less heated (pun intended) exchange takes place during a scene with Bran and Littlefinger back at Winterfell. As Littlefinger makes an attempt to get on Bran's good side by consoling him with a small speech about all of the "chaos" he's seen, his spiel is cut short by Bran, who flatly responds with "chaos is a ladder." The line startles Littlefinger, as it's actually a nod to something he says during a speech in a previous season.
It comes from a short speech Littlefinger gives to Varys back in season three during his attempt to explain to the Master of Whispers that the realm is a lie. Varys responds to his quip, stating that once we abandon the lie, all we have left is a "gaping pit" of chaos. And that's when Littlefinger sprinkles down on him these words of wisdom:
"Chaos isn't a pit. Chaos is a ladder. Many who try to climb it fail, never to try again. The fall breaks them. And some given a chance to climb, they refuse. They cling to the realm, or the gods, or love, the illusions. Only the ladder is real. The climb is all there is."
Littlefinger basically uses the speech to inform Varys that he is aware of the fact that Varys had used Ros to spy and passes off information to him. We find out at the end of the episode that Littlefinger passes Ros off to Joffrey, who ends up playing target practice with her.
Cut to the present, and it seems as though Bran is letting Littlefinger know that he can see right through him, despite the fact that Littlefinger has made it through multiple seasons pulling the wool over the eyes of nearly everyone in Westeros. And seeing how confused Littlefinger is when Bran uses that line on him, it's likely that he's not fully aware of Bran's new abilities. It's possible that Bran's newfound knowledge could spell some trouble for Littlefinger in the future.
The Sweet and Uplifting Way Princess Diana Told William About His Father's Affair
Prince William had an especially close bond with his late mother, Princess Diana, and has talked openly about their close relationship in recent months ahead of the 20th anniversary of her tragic death. While William hasn't been quite as outspoken about the impact that his parents' divorce had on him and his brother, Prince Harry, there are a few instances that likely influenced and cemented the connection he had with Diana at the time.
Diana and Prince Charles separated in 1992 amid rumors of infidelity on both sides, but particularly concerning Charles's ongoing affair with former girlfriend Camilla Parker-Bowles. It was in 1986 that Charles rekindled their romance, and when Diana caught wind of it, she didn't back down; the normally shy princess pulled a badass move when she confronted Camilla (at her sister's birthday party, no less) about the affair, destroying what little harmony was left in her marriage. By 1995, Diana made another brazen gesture when she did a sit-down, televised interview with BBC's Martin Bashir. In it, she not only made the infamous quote, "There were three of us in this marriage, so it was a bit crowded," but she also revealed that she told William, then 13, about his father's extramarital affair. "I told William, 'If you find someone you love in life, you must hang onto it and look after it,'" Diana said. "'And if you are lucky enough to find someone who loves you, then you must protect it.'"
She went on to admit that she didn't want to end the marriage, saying, "I don't want a divorce, but, obviously, we need clarity on a situation that has been of enormous discussion over the last three years," adding, "I await my husband's decision of which way we are all going to go." In an unprecedented move, the queen sent letters to Diana and Charles requesting that they divorce immediately. The divorce was finalized on Aug. 28, 1996, and Diana was killed in a car accident almost one year later. And judging by William's picture-perfect relationship with wife Kate Middleton, we have to imagine that he has taken his mother's advice to heart.

The Last Time Sansa and Arya Were Together, They Were Actual Children
In the latest episode of Game of Thrones, we get another Stark family reunion. Arya Stark makes it back to Winterfell to see Sansa and Bran Stark after six seasons of separation. They have changed a lot since then, and chances are good that you probably forgot the last time you saw the two Stark daughters together. So when was it?
In the fifth episode of season one, "The Wolf and the Lion," Arya and Sansa are together at King Robert Baratheon's tournament, which he is throwing to celebrate Ned Stark becoming the Hand of the King. Arya and Sansa sit next to each other for the bloody tournament where there is a joust including Loras Tyrell, Sandor Clegane, Jaime Lannister, and more.
The two sisters are sitting next to each other but actually don't interact during the tournament. This is because Littlefinger sits next to Sansa and decides to tell her the horrific childhood story of The Mountain and Sandor "The Hound" Clegane.
This might have been the last time the sisters are together and seeing each other, but it isn't the last time they are in the same location. That would be in "Baelor," in which Ned Stark gets beheaded. Arya watches the tragic event in the crowd while Sansa is up on stage with the Lannister family. They are in the same location, but Sansa doesn't know and they therefore don't acknowledge each other.
Thankfully their reunion was on much better terms than their last meeting - hopefully they have a lot more time together in the future!
Jaime Lannister Still Has Too Much Story Left to Die on Game of Thrones
"The Spoils of War" will go down in Game of Thrones history as one of the show's most intense episodes ever. Let's just hope it doesn't also mark the end of Jaime Lannister. After a fiery battle sequence that leaves the Lannister army devastated by Daenerys and her dragon, Jaime sees his chance to kill the Dragon Queen as she is removing a spear from Drogon's side. Of course, he underestimates Drogon, who turns just as Jaime's own spear nears Daenerys, and the beast prepares to defend his mother with a blast of fire. Bronn comes out of nowhere and knocks Jaime and himself into the water just before Drogon has a chance to flambé them both. The episode's ambiguous ending has left the internet wondering: is Jaime dead? And the answer to that question is almost definitely no.
Come on, after everything he's been through, Jaime isn't going to drown in his own armor. That's no way for the Lannister knight to die. Even though the hour ends with Jaime floating lifelessly in the water, Bronn is sure to pull him out, adding one more debt to the pile for the Lannister brothers to pay back. Even if Bronn doesn't survive his own dip in the lake, Tyrion is watching this all go down from a short distance away. Remember, he owes Jaime his life, so he's unlikely to simply stand by and watch his brother drown.
Even though Game of Thrones loves to surprise its audience, death by drowning is far too simple of an end for the likes of Jaime (not too mention how unceremonious it is). He is clearly having Mad King flashbacks as Daenerys rains fire down on his army. If anything, this battle should spur him to redouble his efforts to stop the Dragon Queen from gaining more ground. At the moment, he's a man caught between two queens who are willing and capable to use any means necessary to win this war, and the man known as the Kingslayer has to be skeptical of them both. The camera lingering on Jaime's silent moment in the water feels more like the beginning of his final arc than an actual ending in itself.
If Jaime does drown, it will be a disappointing end for the character. He still has so much story left in him. Will he continue to support Cersei? Is he destined to kill his sister? Will Daenerys take him hostage? And what about his redemption arc? To leave all of these threads dangling would be a disservice to the story. Jaime is far too connected to the action to die so suddenly. If these truly were his final moments, it seems unlikely Bronn would have appeared just in time to save him from Drogon's flames. Death by fire would have been a darkly poetic end for the man who killed the Mad King.
As scary as that battle was to witness, Jaime is far more valuable alive. This is especially true if Tyrion and Daenerys are the ones to fish him out of the water. Jaime has been a captive before, but he's never been in a hostage situation with one of his own family members. If Tyrion can prevent him from returning to King's Landing, he stands a chance of winning his brother over to Daenerys's side. Although, after seeing her at work, Jaime would likely rather die than bend the knee to the Mother of Dragons. But he may try to bring Tyrion back into the Lannister fold now that he knows for sure that his brother did not kill Joffrey.
Fear not, Game of Thrones fans - it seems Jaime Lannister's story is just getting started this season, despite the potentially deadly situation he has gotten himself into.
It Takes Less Than 10 Minutes to Complete This Total-Body Workout
If you love a challenge and are always looking for new ways to work out, you're going to be a huge fan of AMRAP workouts. AMRAPs, short for "as many reps as possible," are timed workouts where you race against the clock to get in as many reps of a set of exercises as possible.
"When doing AMRAPs, you get to go at your own pace and really focus on technique, which allows more control over every movement," said Austin Lopez, CSCS and founder of Ausome Fit. "Because of this, you're often doing better work than you might in a high-intensity workout, where form is often sacrificed for speed." But, as you do build up your technique and form, you can challenge yourself to increase the total number of reps you complete in each round and will find yourself totally out of breath as you would during any intense HIIT session.
Ready to give it a go? Lopez grouped these moves together - jump squats, push-ups, and burpees - because they work the entire body, which helps you maximize every second spent in the workout.
The Workout
Perform each move for 30 seconds, completing as many reps as possible. After completing the third and final move in the circuit, rest for 45 seconds before beginning again. Run through the circuit a total of four times.

21 Reasons Louis Tomlinson Is the Hot Brit Who Should Be on Your Radar
It's hard to sum up my love for Louis Tomlinson, who I more affectionately call King Louis most of the time, because he's a talented man who deserves to be celebrated as such. Louis, formerly of One Direction fame, has gradually been breaking into the solo music scene since the group went on hiatus at the end of 2015. Last year, he and Steve Aoki collaborated on the dance hit "Just Hold On," and now Louis is back with another hit, this time with Bebe Rexha, called "Back to You."
Most likely, you haven't heard of Louis, because it seems like everyone only knows about Harry Styles, but I'm here to tell you that Louis is the one to watch. Back in the 1D days, Louis wrote a lot of the band's music, and now that he's a solo star, he's not only writing his own, but he's writing for other artists. He's out there doin' the damn thing and charming the world in the process. If you're not already familiar with him and his beautiful face, I'm here to help you out and bring you on board with us. I've got 21 reasons to love him here, though if you let me, I'd probably provide you with approximately 7,454,987,371,280 of them. But alas . . . here are 21.

Get out your camera and corral your backpack-clad children into the front yard so you can steal this mom's hilarious first day of school photo idea.
Keshia Leeann Gardner lined up her five kids to take a photo before they left for their first day of school, and rather than get a shot of each of them smiling or holding up a sign of what grade they're in, she jumped for joy right in front of all of them just as the camera took its snap. Her lighthearted photo deserves a frame and a slow clap from moms everywhere. Three cheers for back-to-school!
Game of Thrones Fans Absolutely Lost It When Arya Stark Finally Made It Home
The following contains spoilers for Game of Thrones season seven.
We've all been waiting for it since Game of Thrones season one, and now it has finally happened: Arya Stark has returned home to Winterfell. The youngest daughter of House Stark finally reunited with her two living siblings - TBD on her inevitable future reunion with brother/secret cousin Jon Snow - and understandably, fans of the series couldn't keep it together. There are a lot of emotions to feel, OK?
There are a fair number of unanswered questions in Winterfell: Why does Sansa look so salty when Arya and Brienne are fighting? Does Bran know whose dagger he's holding? Is one of the Starks finally going to kill that devious bastard Littlefinger? But for now, let's all just bask in the joy that is the Stark family reunion. We needed something good to happen to this family, and now it finally happened! Thank goodness Arya's homecoming wasn't as awkward as Bran's, eh?
Fans couldn't contain their joy about Arya returning home, and even the show's cast was getting in on the fun. Check out these totally appropriate reactions to the episode.

A Look Back at Anna Faris and Chris Pratt's Sweetest and Most Hilarious Moments
Anna Faris and Chris Pratt shocked fans when they announced they were separating after eight years of marriage in August. While the reason for their split is still unclear, the couple was best known for their hilarious antics in movies and on TV, and off screen, they were just as funny. Whenever Anna and Chris were at an event together, they would do something ridiculous or sweet like staging fake proposals, snapping photos of each other, making funny faces, and making out. In honor of the way they were, look through their sweetest moments together.
Game of Thrones: You'll Need a Tall Glass of Ale After Seeing The Hound in Real Life
Game of Thrones has produced some of the worst (as in, evil) characters that have ever appeared on TV. But as dark as the show can sometimes get, it also gives fans hilarious characters, witty one-liners, and powerful sex scenes. One character in particular that has walked the line between good and bad quite frequently is Sandor Clegane, or The Hound. The incredibly large man, played by actor Rory McCann, was the personal bodyguard to King Joffrey before befriending Arya and forming a slightly heartwarming protective relationship with her.
The Hound always stands out on screen thanks to his massive facial scars, which were given to him when his evil older brother, the Mountain, held his face against a flame after he played with one of the Mountain's toys when they were kids. In real life, however, Rory's face is thankfully free of all that. Seeing the actor out of his Game of Thrones garb is a bit jarring at first, but his goofy personality will win you over in no time.
Game of Thrones's Brienne of Tarth Is a Lot More Glamorous in Real Life
Gwendoline Christie has a lot in common with her Game of Thrones character, Brienne of Tarth: they're both tall and total badasses. Even so, Gwendoline still struggles with the physical transformation she has to undergo to get into character because of how feminine she is in real life. "I found it hard when I started weight training," she said in a Facebook Q&A back in March 2013. "I found it hard when I have no makeup on and I had to bulk up a lot to then reduce the body fat to give a leaner physique that actually would be more typical of Brienne of Tarth . . . It's hard as a woman to start transforming yourself into something more masculine because you feel you're losing touch of the essence of what you are on this Earth."
In order to land the role of Brienne, Gwendoline recently told Harper's Bazaar, she had to abandon her feminine style and transform herself into a totally different person. "I used to have long hair and wear makeup and feminine clothes, so I started wearing unisex sportswear, working on changing the way that I walked and moved." Just another reason Brienne - er, Gwendoline - is the true hero on Game of Thrones!
The Last Time Sansa and Arya Are Together, They're Actual Children
