Here's Why a Little "Om" in the Classroom Could Go a Long Way

Mindfulness, aka focusing on being aware in the present moment through meditation, yoga, and breathing exercises, has numerous mental health benefits for adults. But what about when it comes to kids? According to recent studies, introducing concepts of meditation and mindfulness into the classroom can have some serious perks for students and teachers alike.

Whether their teacher introduces a postlunch stretch or a morning deep-breathing session, allowing kids to focus on themselves and their bodies for just 10 minutes a day can really go a long way when it comes to academic performance.

Here's how making meditation commonplace in your kid's classroom - or at home, so they can take their learnings into school with them - can help them reach their goals even faster.

Chip Gaines Just Performed the Ultimate Act of Love For Joanna

Thanks to This Male K-Pop Star's Beauty Tricks, I'm Not a Sweaty Mess Anymore

If you knew me, or even just sat next to me on the subway, you would know that I sweat. A lot. In fact, at the height of my awkward stage (before it was cool to incorporate menstrual pads into your beauty routine), I would put Always Infinities under my armpits to cure pit stains. (Holler at me, boys.)

Because of this, I've always been insanely jealous of those people who manage to glisten dew instead of drip sweat. One of the reasons I love the K-pop star G-Dragon is because he can jump around under bright lights on stage without anyone seeing a lick of sweat. (The other reason I love him is because he rocks a bedazzled gas mask in this music video.)

I reached out to vlogger Sydney Kim, a dewy goddess herself, on the how I could stop my face sweat. To me, beauty is a gender-fluid concept, and I don't believe there's a difference between "men's" and "women's" makeup (we all just want to look good, after all).

But when we met at NYC's Korean Cultural Center, Sydney pointed out that there are some fundamental differences between the two skin types and knowing these nuances will keep me dry. "Men tend to sweat more because they have bigger pores. If they don't apply any products, their pores will get bigger." But that doesn't mean we should just start slathering on anything.

It might seem counterintuitive, but Sydney says that male K-pop singers shy away from anything that promises "dewy" or "glowing" skin. "Girl groups go for [those products]. That wouldn't be ideal for men, because it would slip away."

So what should us sweaty women hoard during our next K-beauty shopping spree to channel G-Dragon's fresh look? Read on for Sydney's favorite gender-fluid and swelter-proof products - there's even one for your brows!

Who Are the Children of the Forest on Game of Thrones? What You Need to Know

We're over halfway into season seven of Game of Thrones, and we have so many questions. While the Night King and his army are marching toward the total destruction of all the we know and love, we're wondering about something entirely different: the Children of the Forest. They play a big part in Bran's storyline in season six, when we learn that they are responsible for creating a whitewalker to help fight their battles. (Not cool, by the way.)

So, what's the deal with these creatures?

The one we're most familiar with is Leaf (RIP). She looks much older in season six, but she's the one who helps Bran, Meera, and Hodor reach safety at the end of season four, when they're being attacked by the wights. She also destroys Jojen's body with a fireball to prevent him from being reincarnated as a wight.

Children of the Forest are mythical creatures in the Game of Thrones universe. Though we know they're real because we've seen them, most inhabitants of the Seven Kingdoms believe they died out thousands of years before - or that they never existed at all. The Children worship the Old Gods, as do those in the Night's Watch. The weirwood tree that Bran and his team find sanctuary in is carved on by the Children of the Forest, who worship these trees, along with the spirits of everything found in nature.

In addition to staying forever young (many of the Children are said to be hundreds of years old), these creatures also possess magic. They aren't able to shoot fireballs in the A Song of Ice and Fire series, but like Bran Stark, some can see into the future. Those with that particular power are known as "Greenseers" in the books. Bran is one, as was Jojen - before his death. "He isn't going to stay here forever," Leaf says to Meera in season six. "And out there, he needs you." This indicates that perhaps Leaf can see into the future and knows that there will be a time when Bran is in trouble. She probably should have seen that army of Whitewalkers coming for Bran, no?

In any case, Leaf dies in the Whitewalker attack that also claims Hodor's life. Does that mean the Children of the Forest are gone for good, or are there survivors out there somewhere?

Game of Thrones: This Is Why Jon Snow Hates Theon Greyjoy

Game of Thrones season seven is all about the reunions - Sansa and Bran, Tyrion and Jon, Arya and Sansa - but not all reunions are happy ones. In "The Spoils of War," Theon returns to Dragonstone only to find Jon is staying at Daenerys's home base as well. These two men had been raised as brothers, but they've never had a good relationship. They are both outsiders in the Stark family: Jon because he is a bastard, and Theon because he's technically Ned Stark's hostage for most of his life. Even though Ned raises the Greyjoy ward as one of his own children, Theon is being held as collateral to keep his father in line. Despite their differences, Theon and Jon could always agree on their love of Robb, and that's one of the reasons their reunion is so intense. Theon has given Jon plenty of reasons to hate him, but his betrayal of the Stark family is the greatest source of contention between them.

The last time Theon and Jon see each other before the War of the Five Kings breaks out is when Jon is leaving for the Wall. At that point, Theon is left as Robb's greatest ally, but shortly after the war begins, he returns to his home of Pyke for the first time since he was a boy. It's there that Theon makes a terrible mistake that changes the course of his life, and the lives of the Stark children, forever. He chooses to take Winterfell in hopes of winning his father's approval, and in the process he turns his back on Robb, someone he considers a brother.

Shortly after he takes the castle, Theon claims to have murdered Bran and Rickon. We later learn he actually kills two farm boys instead, but the damage is done. Robb and Jon believe their little brothers have been killed, and ultimately, Bran and Rickon have to flee Winterfell. This sets off a chain of events that ultimately leads to Rickon's death, the Boltons taking control of the Starks' home, and Ramsay marrying and raping Sansa. Had Theon remained loyal to Robb and the family that he grew up with, there is an excellent chance that Robb may have won the war. At the very least, Winterfell and the younger Stark boys would have been safe.

The king in the North holds Theon responsible for much of the pain and loss his family has experienced since he left for the Wall. The truth is, Jon blames himself too. From the moment Sam and his other Night's Watch brothers make him turn back for the Wall instead of riding home in season one, Jon makes a choice to keep his oath. And that oath prevents him from helping Robb secure the North or removing Theon from Winterfell.

This complicated mix of emotions all boils over when Jon sees Theon again at Dragonstone. He tells Theon that the only reason he's not killing him is because of what he did for Sansa. Theon regrets ever betraying the Starks more than Jon can know. Since he makes his choice, he goes through hell. Ramsay turns him into Reek with a combination of physical and mental abuse no person should ever have to suffer. The lingering effects of what Ramsay does to Theon still haunt him. He is a broken man, but despite everything, he finds a way to shake Ramsay's control enough to help Sansa flee from the mad man. Without Theon's help, Sansa's escape from Winterfell may never have happened. His act of bravery saves Sansa's life, and even though it can't erase all of the other mistakes Theon makes, it does mean Jon is indebted to him for freeing his sister.

Saving Sansa is a small moment of redemption for Theon, and it's one that leads Jon to spare his life. But the resentment the king in the North feels for Theon Greyjoy is unlikely to ever go away, and no amount of apologies could ever make Jon forgive him for the damage he has done to the Stark family.

This Grammar Quiz Will Make You Feel Like a Genius - Until You Realize It's So Wrong

If you're looking to feel good about yourself, take this grammar quiz that's currently everywhere on Facebook. The Playbuzz quiz includes 25 questions "testing" your grammar skills. However, there's one glaring problem: the quiz will give you a passing score even if you answer plenty of the questions wrong.

The quiz, called "Can You Get a 25/25 on This Advanced Grammar Test?," was posted on Feb. 19 by Xander Maxwell. In it, you're given a question and need to choose the proper grammar to use. But if you answer most of the questions right, you'll be given a 25/25. Take it for yourself below.

Did you score a perfect score? You might be totally right - or you're just lucky enough to have answered a certain number of questions right. The quiz was posted to the Facebook page Teacher Problems, where people are congratulating themselves on getting a perfect score and feeling so smart. POPSUGAR's own copy chief took the quiz herself and figured out the trick to it: if you answer completely wrong or mostly wrong, you'll fail the test. If you answer completely right or mostly right, you'll pass the quiz with a score of 25/25.

Infuriating? Yes. But if it gets people thinking about grammar, we're kinda into it.

Game of Thrones: Arya Stark Looks So Much Like Ned Now It's Insane

During the most recent episode of Game of Thrones, "The Spoils of War," a long-awaited reunion between separated sisters Arya and Sansa Stark finally happens. They hug and catch up in Winterfell's crypt, standing in front of the tomb of their late father, Ned Stark. Although Arya remarks that the stone statue looks nothing like him, it's hard not to notice in that scene in particular who does look like Ned: Arya herself.

Over the course of seven seasons, the deadly assassin has undergone a major transformation. She starts off Game of Thrones as a scrappy young girl who just wants to learn how to sword fight rather than becoming a lady of a castle and marrying some lord. Arya clearly has a special bond with her dad from the get-go, and seeing him brutally and tragically beheaded in King's Landing is what kicks off her mission to get revenge on everyone who harmed her family.

With each new season of the series, Arya has subtly transformed into her father as she matures and becomes savvier about the world around her. From their half-up, pulled-back hairstyles to their layered cloaks, the resemblance between the characters is uncanny (they even wear a similar leather X detail over their chests).

This isn't the first time one of the Stark children has physically taken after Ned, either. In season six, Jon Snow ditches his typical Castle Black attire for a brown leather coat of plates. The vest is the same one that Ned wears in previous episodes and is traditional attire for House Stark (Robb also dons similar armor in earlier seasons). Not only that, but Jon's habit of tying his hair into man bun earns him some Ned comparisons every now and then, as does his personality overall since both are brooding, fantastic leaders.

Despite the fact Ned has been dead and gone since season one, it's touching to see his legacy still living on in his children in different ways. With the Starks back in control of the North, it will be exciting to see how Jon, Sansa, Arya, and Bran choose to rule.

The Cool-Girl Way to Wear Millennial Pink

Fashion has always had an infatuation with the color pink, but there's a particular shade that's taking over, and it doesn't seem to be going away anytime soon. It seems like everywhere we look, we see people wearing millennial pink.

This Instagrammable hue hasn't just taken over our social media feeds, it's made its way into our closets too. We've been seeing everything from t-shirts to sneakers in this pretty shade. But if you haven't tried the trend yet because you're worried about looking like just another person doing it for the 'gram, you've come to the right place. Ahead, we're showing you eight low-key ways of wearing millennial pink, as well where you can shop the look.

Why the First Men Are a Crucial Part of Game of Thrones History

In the seventh season of Game of Thrones, Jon Snow is determined to woo Daenerys Targaryen. And we mean "woo" in many senses. Sure, we're low-key hoping they get married (even though they're related), but we're also hoping they join forces to fight off the approaching White Walker army that draws closer with each passing day. In the fourth episode of the season, Jon Snow takes another stab at winning over the Mother of Dragons: he takes her into his newfound dragonglass cave to show her some supercool cave paintings. While the whole affair yielded plenty of hilarious reactions and a flashback to that other cave scene, it also brings to the forefront a group of people we've heard about time and time again: the First Men. According to Jon's sweet new cave doodles, the First Men united with the Children of the Forest to defeat the White Walkers many millennia ago. Wondering about the First Men? So were we.

The First Men got their name after they became the very first humans to migrate to the continent of Westeros from Essos about 12,000 years before the events of Game of Thrones. They crossed to the region on a natural land bridge that connected from Essos and ended somewhere near modern-day Dorne. Up until then, the land of Westeros was ruled by the magical Children of the Forest and the giants. The Children, who were angry about the arrival of the humans, destroyed the land bridge that connected the two continents. For many years, the Children and the First Men battled in a grueling war. The Children were pushed back to the far North. Eventually, they signed a pact that would bring peace between the two groups. The First Men began building their kingdoms across the continent.

During the war, though, the Children of the Forest were desperate. Leaf, one of the Children, tells Bran at the Weirwood Tree that they eventually ended up creating the White Walkers. "We were at war. We were being slaughtered," she says. "Our sacred trees being cut down. We needed to defend ourselves . . . from you. From men." Eventually, though, the White Walkers turned on their makers, which led to the Great War Jon points out in the cave drawings. The White Walker threat was so formidable that the Children and the First Men eventually banded together to fight them off. With extra help from the giants and the Children, Bran the Builder constructed the mighty Wall to keep the White Walkers away, should they ever return. He also built Winterfell, became the first King in the North, and founded the Night's Watch to forever protect Westeros from another invasion.

This is where the Seven Kingdoms come in. Long after this major war with the White Walkers, a race of men known as the Andals sailed across the sea to Westeros. They spread across the continent rapidly and ruthlessly, conquering land as they found it. The one region the Andals were unable to fully overtake was the North, which was fortified strongly against invading forces. Even so, the Andals settled in everywhere else.

Nowadays, there are very few traces left of the First Men, though it's worth noting that the original race's blood runs in all the houses. In the more southern houses, like the Lannisters, the Targaryens, and the Baratheons, the blood of the Andals is way more prominent. They have very little blood from the First Men. The Starks, on the other hand, have a lot more blood from the First Men in their lineage. But the Wildlings that grew up North of the Wall are perhaps the most "pure-blooded." Very few of the Andals, if any, have ventured beyond the Wall. This explains why the Wildlings snub Southerners and are against intermingling.

Now that the White Walkers are coming back, it's time to forge the same union that occurred all those thousands of years ago. Let's just hope all the houses figure their sh*t out in time.

Breastfeeding Moms Need to Save This Image to Their Phones ASAP

Brestfed babies eat anywhere from eight to 12 times a day, so there's a good chance that at some point, those moms are going to need to breastfeed in public. For those staunchly in the "normalize breastfeeding!" camp, this is a nonissue, but for those a bit more trepidatious, the concept can be overwhelming – especially when there are still plenty of individuals and organizations who might try to tell you that it's against public decency laws or that you're simply not allowed to do it.

For those moments, all breastfeeding moms should arm themselves with the below infographic, "You Have the Right to Breastfeed Your Baby," which – in addition to a comprehensive breakdown of rights by state – also details employer responsibilities under the Affordable Care Act.

Go ahead and save the image to your phone and "favorite" it so you have it handy for tense standoffs, if they ever arise. (Spoiler alert: unless you live in Idaho, you have the legal right to breastfeed your baby in any public or private location in the US) (Side note: WTF, Idaho . . .)

The 12 Moms You Meet on the Sidelines of Your Kids' Games

Why You Need to Start Watching Jessica Biel's The Sinner Immediately

The Sinner is the newest TV murder mystery on the block. Much like Big Little Lies, this year's other critically acclaimed mini series, The Sinner is a limited series on USA and will tell a gripping tale over the course of just eight episodes. Unlike its HBO sister, though, The Sinner gives us much more information right out of the gate. In the first half of the first episode, we see everything: the crime, the blood, the victim, and the perpetrator. But as the show itself says, this story isn't about who the killer is or who the unlucky victim is - it's all about the why. Curious to see whether The Sinner is the new Summer show you need to get your eyeballs on? We're giving you a sense of what it's about so you can decide for yourself.

The Premise

The story starts with Cora (Jessica Biel), a young mom who lives a quiet, small-town life with her husband, Mason (Christopher Abbott), and her son, Laine. Cora appears to be your average adult: a little overrun, a little exhausted, but making it work and doing her best to keep it together. She also seems like she needs some breathing room. It's clear, based on a couple small hints before the murder, that she's kind of at the end of her rope. Then, one day at the beach, she completely snaps.

The Crime

One sunny Summer day, Cora is at a local lake with her whole family. She goes out for a long, far-off swim by herself. When she gets back to her spot on the shore, she seems especially fixated on a young couple. They're playing their music too loud, and they're all over each other. Cora watches them intently as she skins a piece of fruit. Suddenly, she's running toward them, screaming for the guy to get off his girlfriend. She stabs him almost a dozen times with her fruit knife before her husband pulls her off him and tackles her to the ground. Then, the guy Cora stabbed completely bleeds out.

As I mentioned above, there is a solid list of clear facts about what happens. Cora kills this seemingly innocent man for what appears to be no reason. Plenty of witnesses see her do it. Everyone at the police station seems keen on closing the case, until Detective Harry Ambrose (Bill Pullman) steps in. He wants to prove Cora experienced some kind of psychotic episode that was triggered by something deep down inside her.

The Intriguing Hints

There are a few aspects of the story that have already drawn us further into the mystery. For one, the opening sequence shows a blond woman in silhouette, presumably in a hotel hallway or something along those lines. "Are you coming?" she asks. At other points in the episode, we see an intricate, unmistakable wallpaper pattern. Cora seems to see this pattern as well at multiple points. Whenever she's lost in thought or dreaming deeply, the pattern materializes.

We also get a few hints that Cora has endured some sort of emotional trauma, either recently or at some point deep in her past. I sensed it during Cora and Mason's sex scene, during which Cora appears kind of unwilling and hesitant. There's also the fact that she needs pills to help her sleep, and another subtle moment that happens when Mason finally visits her in prison. She alludes that she could never have had a normal life, but Mason gave her the best life he possibly could. It begs the question: what has Cora gone through?!

On top of all that, at one point, near the end of the episode, a friend of the victim suggests that maybe he and Cora knew each other. Up until this point, everyone thinks they're complete strangers. But this friend suggests that Frankie (the victim) recognizes her and surrenders to the murder. Now that is pretty crazy.

With just that one episode under our belts and only seven more coming up, it's clear that we've got an incredible mystery on our hands. Did Cora just need some personal space? Did she get triggered based on a past experience? Did she know Frankie and a secret dark side he might have been hiding? We'll have to wait to find out.

Everything You Know About Passwords Is Wrong, but There's Some Good News

Coming up with a new password is probably one of the most mundane and annoying things a person has to do in their everyday life. Do you make it something easy to remember? Or do you add in a bunch of symbols for extra security? Most people tend to opt for the easier path and come up with something they'll remember . . . and then end up writing it down on their phone or a piece of paper. But if you're one of the people who followed the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) guidelines about including numbers, characters, and capital letters in your password (or were one of the many people whose employers told them to do so), we have some good and bad news for you: those rules are totally useless and don't actually help. Now, how about you start making your passwords words you'll actually remember?

Back in 2003, NIST created a guide titled "Special Publication 800-63-3. Appendix A." on how to come up with the best password. The rules stated that a secure password would use numbers, special characters, and capital letters and be changed regularly. However, the man who came up with these rules, Bill Burr, told the Wall Street Journal on Aug. 7 that it's all wrong. He based all his information on a paper published in the 1980s - before the internet as we know it existed. The 72-year-old man says he "regrets" his mistake.

If you're about ready to tear your hair out after realizing how much time you've spent agonizing over your password choices, there's a silver lining. NIST updated the guidelines in June and released a new set of rules in "Special Publication 800-63-3." NIST now wants sites and companies to forgo requiring people to change their passwords periodically, which makes sense since a study from Carleton University revealed that this is a pretty useless tactic. The organization also wants sites to let users come up with passwords that are 64 characters long (with spaces), so that people can use words they'll actually remember.

So, go forth and make your passwords words you'll never forget. Or, better yet, get a password manager like LastPass or 1Password and have it come up with those complicated passwords for you - which you can then access with a master password that fits NIST's new guidelines.

This Daily Mood Playlist Is a Fun Way to Track Your Mental Health

Journaling is an effective way to keep track of your emotional and mental state, but not all of us have the time or will to keep up with the task. Since music has proven to have therapeutic effects, keeping a daily playlist is a possible low-maintenance alternative that could also help keep track of your mental health.

It's easy - create a playlist either for the week, month, or year and add a song each day that best encapsulates your mood for that day. Whether you choose by genre, song title, or your current favorite song, whatever you select will reflect how you felt in some way. It doesn't have to be anything you'd normally ever listen to either. Just because you were extremely angry yesterday doesn't mean you have to add a screamo band to your playlist that you'd never heard of. Although it'd be a great way to truly show the ups and downs of your emotions, you'd probably skip that track if you wanted to go back and listen through your playlist later.

Once you complete your playlist after however long you'd like to keep monitoring, you'll be able to notice a pattern. If it looks consistently upbeat and happy, reflect on why you felt so great and how you can keep it up. If it's melancholy, consider why you haven't been able to get out of your funk. Analyze what your playlist is telling you. While this daily mood playlist isn't meant to treat anything, it is an easy way to stay in touch with your mental and emotional state. And even if you don't intend to use it as a method of self-care, it's still a fun musical diary to look back on.

Game of Thrones: Here's Your Referesher on Ser Rodrik

It's a pretty great time for those of us rooting for House Stark. Arya is back in Winterfell! Nearly all the surviving Starks have reunited! Of course, in true Game of Thrones fashion, the road to that point hasn't been an easy one. Even at the castle gates, Arya can't seem to catch a break. Since she's been gone for so long that she's presumed dead, the guards up front won't let her pass. One of the ways she attempts to bypass them is by telling them to fetch some important Winterfell folk who can confirm her identity, such as Ser Rodrik. But who is Ser Rodrik, anyway?

Ser Rodrik Cassel is a knight, Winterfell's Master-at-Arms and primary military adviser. He trains the likes of Robb, Theon, and Jon in combat. In season one, he plays a pretty vital role, as he identifies the dagger that nearly kills Bran as Valyrian steel. He then escorts Catelyn to King's Landing to get down to the bottom of the assassination, helps her kidnap Tyrion, and joins in when people start hailing Robb as King in the North.

When Arya mentions Ser Rodrik to the guards in the present, they tell her that nobody by that name is in Winterfell. That's because he meets a grim fate in "The Old Gods and the New," when Theon claims the castle for himself and his family name. Present in Winterfell to keep Bran and Rickon safe while every other Stark is away, Rodrik tries his hardest to do just that during the Greyjoy siege. Unfortunately, Theon captures him as part of a trap that leaves the castle defenseless. Initially, he simply wants to throw Rodrik in the dungeon, but his men urge him to make his former trainer "pay the iron price." Ser Rodrik tells an upset Bran that he's "off to see [his] father" and delivers a sick burn as his final words to Theon before his execution.

While that's the last time we see the Ser Rodrik that we were introduced to, we technically see him again in Bran's Greensight visions. We see a younger version of him training Ned and Benjen as boys in "Home," and when a young Hodor suffers from a seizure in "The Door." Those flashbacks illustrate that he's very important to the Starks and has been training them for quite sometime. But now that he's sadly gone, perhaps Winterfell could use a new, capable Master-at-Arms. Maybe Arya and Brienne, resident badasses, are up to the task?

Poor David Beckham Looks "Confused" as He Attempts to Build 4,080-Piece Lego Disney Castle

Nostalgia Alert: Every Laguna Beach Alum Who Has a Kid - or 4

Let's go back, back to the beginning - well, back to 2004 to be exact, when Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County was the reality show to tune into week after week. More than 10 years ago, the lives of Laguna Beach High School students, including Lauren Conrad (LC), Kristin Cavallari, Stephen Colletti, Lo Bosworth, and more were all we could talk about - that and their terrible hairstyles. Remember the poof and the serious side bangs? We sure do!

Now, nearly 13 years after the show first aired, the cast of Laguna Beach are full-on adults. We knew this day would come, but knowing how many stars from the first two seasons of the MTV series are parents is making us feel very old. Lauren's costars from The Hills might be the current focus in regards to baby fever after she, Whitney Port, and Heidi Montag all announced their pregnancies around the same time, but it's actually the cast of Laguna Beach who is all about that mom and dad life, which is so wild.

OK, enough talking, here are the 10 stars you might not have known are parents (or soon-to-be parents) from seasons one and two of Laguna Beach. Prepare yourself for a serious trip down memory lane and to feel old as you read on. Oh, and maybe listen to Hilary Duff's "Come Clean" to really get into a nostalgic mood.

This Mexican Sinkhole Is Basically Your Favorite Atari Game in Real Life

Old millennials probably remember the game Jungle Hunt on Atari - or an old-school Apple computer, if you're me. It's that one where you had to make the little man jump from swinging vine to swinging vine. Little did you know, there's a cenote, or sinkhole, in Mexico that strongly resembles that video game setting.

Cenote Ik Kil is a beautiful swimming hole that's sunken down into the land in the Yucatan Peninsula near Chichen Itza. Here, visitors can climb the stairs down into the water, where catfish swim and Mayans performed spiritual rituals. Overhead, countless vines hang down, just like in Jungle Hunt, though I probably wouldn't recommend you actually try swinging from them.

Visiting this stunning oasis is actually pretty easy, as it's smack in the middle of the Ik Kil Archeological Park, which is very easy to take a bus tour to. So, if the swinging vines from your childhood don't inspire you enough to visit this place, the sheer beauty of it should.

Game of Thrones: This Theory About Arya Killing Littlefinger Now Seems Extremely Likely

Season seven update: Now that season seven of Game of Thrones is well underway and Petyr "Littlefinger" Baelish is acting as conniving as ever, this theory about how his death will come about seems even more likely with Arya Stark back at Winterfell. Read on for the full theory about how Littlefinger will die in season seven!

Original: We all know that when it comes to Game of Thrones, Petyr "Littlefinger" Baelish is either going to die or end up on the throne. When it comes to that conniving, backstabbing, creepy-uncle-looking motherf*cker, there is no middle ground.

After successfully starting a civil war by conspiring to kill the Hand of the King, passing false information to Catelyn Stark, and then betraying Ned Stark, Littlefinger has continued to sneakily leave destruction in his path - he collaboratively murders King Joffrey while simultaneously framing Tyrion, shoves his own wife out of a sky door, and then essentially forces Sansa Stark into marrying an cruel, abusive rapist. When it's all said and done, the Seven Kingdoms would be much better all around if somebody just offed the guy - and boy, are we in luck!

We're banking on a completely different Stark eventually slaying Littlefinger.

At the end of season six, the Starks have finally begun putting back the pieces of their family's shattered remains; Jon and Sansa are reunited and attempting to take back the north. They've lost two brothers and have no idea that their other two siblings (or, in Jon's case, cousins) are still alive. Then, Littlefinger manages to squirm his way back into the picture, providing the necessary force for Jon's army to win the Battle of the Bastards in an attempt to win Sansa's love. (Spoiler alert, Petyr: you're creepy and manipulative, and comparing your crush to her dead mom isn't a good way to hit on her.)

Not only does Littlefinger approach Sansa romantically for what feels like the millionth time, but he also tries to turn her against Jon. At the end of the episode, the two exchange a strange look that can either be interpreted as Sansa conspiring with Littlefinger or fearing and despising him. Per usual, we'll have to wait until season seven begins to find out.

The Theory

Because of the strange glance exchanged between Sansa and her incessant, murderous suitor, some fans have theorized that she will ultimately kill him as penance for the way he has manipulated her and demolished her once happy family. However, we're banking on a completely different Stark eventually slaying Littlefinger: Arya.

We already know that Arya is making her way home, casually stopping in the Riverlands to enact some bloody vengeance on Walder Frey and his ilk. (Season seven update: check!) We also know that The Hound is roaming the Riverlands, and he and Arya have history - remember that time when she left him for dead in the middle of the wilderness? And thanks to season seven promo teasers, we know that Arya is donning northern clothes that suit noble members of Stark house. With these two bits of knowledge, we theorize that Arya and The Hound will cross paths somewhere in the Riverlands - though whether Arya will look like Arya is still a question, thanks to her training with the Faceless Men - and he will reveal in casual conversation that Littlefinger is the one who betrayed Ned Stark to King Joffrey way back in season one. Arya will either check The Hound off her list for good or make peace with him and part ways.

Armed with the new knowledge that Littlefinger is to blame for her family's misfortunes, Arya will return to Winterfell and find him there, probably still putting the moves on her older sister. Because she's no stranger to violent revenge, she will put an end to him and his creepy, fiendish ways. Voila! That's some perfect Stark justice, if you ask us. There are other fans who believe that Arya will eventually murder Petyr Baelish, too; there are even entire videos dedicated to the idea on YouTube. What's up for debate is the when and how, but in our opinion the Riverlands timeline this season makes all too much sense.

Of course, given the show's history, sometimes the bad guys win - and if Sansa and Littlefinger are indeed conspiring against Jon in some way, this scenario could end badly for either Arya or Sansa, depending on who has the upper hand.

5 Things We Know About 13 Reasons Why Season 2

Before Netflix could even announce whether a second season of 13 Reasons Why was a possibility, viewers divided themselves into two camps: those who want more episodes and those who absolutely do not. Well, season two is coming (production started earlier this Summer), and we already have several key details. Of course, more solid information will trickle in over the next few months, but we're at a good starting place. Here's what we know!

1. The Plot

Before the renewal was finalized, we had a few creative theories about how Netflix could continue Hannah's story . . . it sounds like we're mostly wrong, though. Netflix's official statement says that season two "picks up in the aftermath of Hannah Baker's (Katherine Langford) death and the start of the characters' complicated journeys toward healing and recovery." Healing and recovery sounds great, but remember how season one ends? There's potential for a whole lot more damage.

Creator Brian Yorkey confirmed to Entertainment Weekly that "it's safe to say we pick up a number of months after the first season ended." He also said Hannah will be back, as the writers will again be weaving the past with the present, that we'll see more of Jessica's story, and that a different person will serve as the narrator. Netflix confirmed all this (and more) with a tweet:

While speaking at Netflix's 13 Reasons Why FYC event in Beverly Hills in June, Yorkey added that the focus of the second season will pivot to the other characters. "Hannah told her version of events, but there are at least 12 kids who have another version of those events that we actually haven't really heard from yet," he said. "I don't think Hannah told any untruths on her tape. She reclaimed her narrative, which had really been taken from her."

2. The Teaser

The 21-second clip doesn't include any of the main actors, but it does focus on the locations we see in the first season. Liberty High School, The Crestmont, and Baker's Drug Store all flash on screen, meaning we'll probably be revisiting all these places.

3. Who Is Involved?

Creator Brian Yorkey is returning, but we don't yet know if author Jay Asher is helping write the new batch of episodes. In fact, Asher's recent Tweet seems to imply that he won't be involved: "My confident excitement for @13ReasonsWhy Season 2 rests in Brian Yorkey and the mind meld we performed a couple years ago. (And that cast!)" Selena Gomez posted the season two teaser on Instagram, so we can assume she's continuing on as an executive producer. As for the cast, all of season one's core actors are returning, and Variety recently revealed the names and characters of seven newcomers.

4. What the Cast Has Said

The cast have posted about their excitement for a second season via Twitter and Instagram, but they've remained tight-lipped about what season two could hold. Star Katherine Langford did speak to what she hopes will happen during a red carpet interview with E! News on May 7: "Personally, I would be interested to see more discussion into what's happening afterwards," she said. "It's interesting in the first season we get to see what the characters go through post-Hannah's death. I think Jessica [Alisha Boe] has a really interesting story to tell - and recovery to make."

Dylan Minnette, who plays Clay Jensen, also told Us Weekly that his character faces "a long, long, long journey for him to find complete closure" in season two, and that fans "will also be surprised by where he ends up, because I'm also trying to figure it out myself right now." Clay's love for Hannah was a huge aspect of season one, but Minnette said Clay could potentially fall for someone new, adding, "I don't know if there's a new love [interest]. We'll just have to see."

5. The Premiere Date

Netflix confirmed that the second season will consist of another 13 episodes, which will stream on the site in 2018.

You Can Rent Donald Trump's Childhood Home on Airbnb - Yes, Really

Today in unexpected news, Donald Trump's childhood home in Queens, NY, is now listed on Airbnb. Yes, you can actually sleep overnight in the very place where our president first laid his head after coming home from the hospital back in 1946 - if you're OK with being surrounded by Trump paraphernalia for the duration of your stay, that is.

Located in the Jamaica Estates neighborhood, the Tudor-style house was built by Fred Trump and features five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. According to the official Airbnb listing, "Not much has been changed since the Trumps lived here. The kitchen is original and the opulent furnishings represent the style and affluence in which the Trumps would have lived."

But it looks like the decor may have been slightly altered over the years, as the lodging is currently decked out in Trump-themed adornments, such as personal quotes, pictures, and magazine covers. Oh, and there's a cardboard cutout of him in the living room, too, in case you get lonely while watching TV.

Although the home's listing currently "has no relationship with the White House, the President, Donald Trump, or the Trump organization in any way," it is, in fact, officially verified as truly being his former place of residence. Guests who are willing to fork over $725 per night can sleep in one 17 beds that are available for short-term renters to snooze on. Catch a glimpse inside his childhood digs in the pictures below.

Here's What Happens When You Ask Americans to Locate North Korea on a Map

President Donald Trump threatened to unleash "fire and fury" on North Korea on Aug. 8, leaving many wondering if the ongoing war of words between Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un might be taking a more serious turn. But while Twitter was biting its nails and preparing for the apocalypse, our country's late-night shows took an altogether different tack: they lambasted the hell out of the whole scenario. The real winner of the night, however, was Jimmy Kimmel.

Kimmel and his crew took to the streets of Los Angeles armed with the knowledge that, according to a new CNN poll, 50 percent of Americans believe that action needed to be taken against North Korea. His task? To figure out just how many people can identify where the country - one which 72 percent of those polled believe is capable of a strike against the US - is located on a map. And it should come as no surprise that a whole lot of people had almost no idea what the answer to that question was.

There may still be a whole lot of uncertainty about just how this whole scenario will shake out, but it's abundantly clear that as a country we really need to spend a bit more time buried in some geography textbooks - or at least not weigh in on foreign policy before we've done so.

My Mom Left Her Stay-at-Home Life to Become a CEO - and I Thank Her For It Every Day

Like most 2000s kids, one of my earliest teachers was the Disney Channel. I grew up learning about who I was supposed to be based on the women portrayed on television. Most of the moms on my shows stayed at home or were mysteriously left out altogether, and the only working women I can recall watching were cruel high school principals, phone-addicted businesswomen, and maybe a sexy supervillain or two. All these women seemed cold and uncaring, not at all like my own mother, who left her job in tech when I was born to stay at home with me and my three siblings.

So when I was just 5 years old and my mom announced to our family that she would be returning to work and starting Hint, a flavored water company, you can imagine my surprise and, even more so, my understandable fear that my mom would turn into a tyrannical Disney villain. But over the past 12 years of my mom being a self-made CEO, that fear has completely disappeared, and I now see my mom's choice to return to work and run her own company as one of the greatest gifts she ever gave me.

Boss moms aren't always the emotionally distant workaholics portrayed on TV, and my mom's work as a CEO has not ruined me.

As more and more women begin to take on leadership roles in their respective fields, I feel the need to dispel a problematic rumor: boss moms aren't always the emotionally distant workaholics portrayed on TV, and my mom's work as a CEO has not ruined me. In fact, it's changed the way I see things for the better.

My mom's job exposed me to a business environment at an early age. In fact, my siblings and I were, in a way, the first sellers of Hint. When the company was just getting started, we took an old Kool-Aid stand that was collecting dust in our garage, colored over the logo on the front with black Sharpie, and began selling the drink to passersby. We would open shop every day after school, running around the neighborhood harassing strangers to buy a bottle for a dollar. Our stand was not incredibly successful (shockingly, not many people want to buy cold water in the foggy streets of San Francisco), but it was the first step in getting us involved in our mom's work.

As I grew older, I was able to get even more involved, and in middle school I began spending most of my breaks working in the Hint office as an intern.

The greatest part of that experience has always been getting to see my mom in action. She is not at all like the bosses I saw on TV as a kid. Instead, she leads her team with kindness, a sense of humor, and ambition, setting a positive tone for the brand and driving the other members of her company to follow her example. Observing my mom at her job has thus broken down my preconceptions of what a woman's role should be in the world and opened my eyes to what it means to be a true leader rather than a traditional boss.

Before long, Hint began to grow, and with that growth came more late nights at the office, lengthy conference calls, and extended business trips that forced my mom to travel for sometimes a week at a time. However, instead of creating distance between me and my mom, her increasingly busy schedule led us to set aside more quality time to spend together. Over the years, both my mom and I have gained a deeper appreciation for the time we share, and I believe we've formed a closer relationship as a result. Whenever my mom leaves for a business trip, for example, we make a point to call each other to catch up at the end of every day.

In this way, having a boss mom has dramatically improved my communication skills. When your only conversation in a day is a 15-minute phone call, you learn to be more open and honest about how you're feeling and what's going on in your life. This honesty has not only strengthened the bond between me and my mom, but it has improved my other relationships. I find that I am now more communicative with my siblings, teachers, and friends because of the way I relate to my mom, which has helped me build a strong support system and community to lean on.

I can also thank my mom for my fierce independence. Learning to organize play dates and deal with issues in school on my own at a young age instilled within me a sense that I could stand on my own two feet. It made me realize that I can often solve problems and make decisions without the help or validation of others, thus boosting both my confidence and my capability.

However, my mom's position does not come without its challenges. I have always felt a lot of pressure to keep things running smoothly and help manage my younger brothers while my mom is traveling. Additionally, so influenced by her entrepreneurial world, my mom holds me to an incredibly high standard. She always expects me to be a leader and pushes me to begin entrepreneurial ventures of my own. Sometimes these pressures can feel overwhelming, but learning to manage them and use them as motivators has taught me so much about myself and the woman I want to become.

Regardless of what I eventually choose to do, having a CEO mom has certainly pushed me toward one end goal: I want to be my own boss. Whether I decide to become an entrepreneur like my mom or go in an entirely different direction, having my mom as a role model has made me aspire to be a leader in my field.

It's one thing for me to see women in leadership roles on the news or online, but seeing my own mother fill such a role in her company is all the more inspiring. Watching my mom work as a CEO in a male-dominated field has made me feel less limited as I look ahead toward college and consider more and more what I want to do with my life. I do not at all feel restricted by my gender, having seen my mom go head to head with men and male-run businesses for over a decade.

It's difficult enough sharing my mom among four kids, but when the seventh member of your family is a growing, needy company, it becomes even harder to keep things afloat.

Even more importantly, my mom's decision to start her own business has taught me that life shouldn't be oriented around others' hopes and expectations, but around your own journey toward finding happiness. Feeling unsatisfied with both her old job and stay-at-home life, she crafted a vision for herself of what she wanted and went for it. If the company tanked tomorrow, I would still be so proud of her for having the courage to see this dream through, and I can only hope to be as daring as her by the time I start my career.

Of course, my mom's job has made our family dynamic more complicated. It's difficult enough sharing my mom among four kids, but when the seventh member of your family is a growing, needy company, it becomes even harder to keep things afloat. We have had more than our fair share of missed concerts and soccer games over the years, and parent-teacher conferences almost always have to be rescheduled. We tend to eat more takeout than home-cooked meals.

Our family is still far from perfect, but I am nevertheless grateful for the unique way we function. The work we all put into keeping our family together has brought us closer, and 12 years after the company was founded, I feel more connected to my family than ever before. With the impact it has had on all of our lives, I will never stop thanking my mom for choosing to pursue this amazing career. It is a both a challenge and a gift that serves me each and every day, and I know it will continue to shape me for the rest of my life.

6 Fascinating and Haunting Facts About the JonBenét Ramsey Murder Case

This year marks 21 years since 6-year-old beauty queen JonBenét Ramsey was found murdered in her family home, and the cold case is still just as captivating as it was in December 1996. JonBenét's father, John, was the one who found her body on Christmas Day in the basement of their Boulder, CO, home roughly eight hours after her parents reported her missing after they found a ransom note. An autopsy of JonBenét's body later revealed that she was struck in the head and strangled to death.

Because the 20-year anniversary recently passed, interest in the case is once again picking up steam. A number of TV specials aired, including The Killing of JonBenét: The Truth Uncovered, JonBenét: An American Murder Mystery, The Case Of: JonBenét Ramsey, and Who Killed JonBenét? Netflix picked up a documentary called Casting JonBenét, which is available to stream now. Here are six facts about one of the most haunting and heartbreaking murders in recent history:

1. JonBenét suffered a horrific death.

The stunning little girl was found wrapped in her white blanket with a nylon cord around her neck, her wrists tied above her head, and duct tape over her mouth. Evidence later showed that she was hit over the head with a blunt object, which knocked her unconscious. Sometime between 45 minutes to two hours after she was knocked out, she was strangled to death with a piece of cord and the handle from a broken paintbrush. Police also later confirmed that she had been sexually assaulted.

2. The ransom note posed more questions than answers.

JonBenét's mother, Patsy, told police that she realized her daughter was missing after she found a two-and-a-half-page ransom note in their home. The letter demanded the Ramseys pay $118,000 for their daughter's safe return, which was also almost the exact amount her father, John, had recently received as a work bonus. Police later determined that the note was written on a piece of paper from a notebook inside the Ramsey home. Both John and Patsy then underwent handwriting tests, and while police were able to say that John didn't write it, Patsy's test results were labeled "inconclusive."

3. There was no sign of a break-in.

Police found no signs of forced entry in or around the Ramsey home. The only people known to have been in the house on the night of the murder were Patsy, John, and JonBenét's older brother, Burke, who was 9 years old at the time.

4. Police were criticized for making crucial mistakes.

Shortly after police arrived, they failed to completely seal off the crime scene, allowing family members and friends to enter and leave the house. Critics of the case also claim that investigators failed to gather sufficient forensic evidence before and after JonBenét's body was found. Many people believe this is because they had already made up their minds that the Ramseys were guilty and didn't feel the need to gather evidence proving otherwise.

5. Both of JonBenét's parents as well as her older brother, Burke, were considered suspects.

Because it seemed so unlikely that kidnappers would kill their victim, leave the body in their own home, and still leave behind a ransom note, police were quick to turn their suspicions to John, Patsy, and Burke. Boulder police believed for many years that on the night of the murder, Patsy injured JonBenét in a fit of rage and either killed her while still angry or killed her to cover up the injury. In 1999, a Colorado grand jury voted to indict Patsy and John because they believed they were abusive toward their daughter, which eventually led to murder. In 2008, two years after Patsy died of ovarian cancer, prosecutors officially cleared the family of any wrongdoing. Burke also recently sat down for an interview with Dr. Phil about the case, which will air in mid-September.

6. There is still unexplained DNA evidence.

In December 2003, investigators retested a blood sample found on JonBenét's underwear, which was revealed to belong to an unidentified male who was not related to the Ramsey family. To this day, investigators have not been able to identify who the DNA belongs to, and the case remains open.

The Trailer For Leatherface Is Grisly, Unsettling, and Totally Awesome

Back in 1974, The Texas Chain Saw Massacre introduced us to one of the most violent and horrifying villains ever. Now, more than 40 years later, there's no question as to why it's one of the best horror movies of all time. There's also no question as to why there have been half a dozen different iterations of the story over the years: this killer is just that iconic. This year, yet another chapter is being layered into the Texas Chain Saw mythology. In Leatherface, we're going to learn all about the beginnings of a monster when the movie hits theaters Oct. 20. And, well, if the first full-length trailer is any indication, things are going to get dicey. Pun intended.

This Is the 1 Thing I Always Travel With to Make a Hotel Feel Like Home

As much as I love to travel, it also stresses me out immensely. From the timing to the money to the being-away-from-home thing, there's just a lot happening, and don't even get me started on the flying part.

Things naturally settle down for me once I'm at my destination and I can really live it up in my hotel. Honestly, I love hotels. I love that they're fresh and clean and that I don't have to do anything to make it that way. I love that someone else will make my bed for me every morning and put my shoes in order by my suitcase and bring me bottled water. I am nothing if not a bit lazy, and that's OK.

But the best part about hotels, in my opinion, is the bathroom. You see, I'm very fond of taking baths, but I need a certain ambience for it. So every time I travel, I bring along an assortment of Lush bath bombs to make a hotel tub feel like my tub at home. There's no doubt that a bath bomb will make any bath better, but for me, it calms me down when my vacation gets to be too much and it gives me the zen feeling of being at home.

There are endless other ways to de-stress when you're traveling, whether it's journaling or doing some light exercise, but the best way for me to relax is to bring it all back to the place I feel the most comfortable, aka the bathtub. It may seem counterintuitive since I'm on vacation and trying to escape home, but even then, I like my small comforts, and one of them just so happens to be very easy to pack in my carry-on!
