With every runway and every new trend, I'm less enthused with what's in my own closet. So I'm going back to basics with nine timeless outfits you can rework and rewear any way you like. It starts here with a few easy formulas; just add and subtract to make them your own.

Everything That's Happened Since Jesse Williams and Aryn Drake-Lee Split

Jesse Williams split from his wife of nearly five years, real estate broker Aryn Drake-Lee, in April 2017. While we still don't know what exactly went wrong, new details about their divorce have slowly been emerging. The two are currently in the middle of an intense custody battle over their children, Maceo and Sadie, and Jesse appears to have moved on with his The Butler costar Minka Kelly. Keep reading for a look at everything that's happened since Jesse and Aryn called it quits.

April 11, 2017: Jesse Files For Divorce

The Grey's Anatomy actor split from Aryn after nearly five years of marriage. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Jesse was the one who filed the divorce petition and is requesting legal and physical custody of Maceo, 1, and Sadie, 3. He also checked the box asking the court to deny Aryn any spousal support and they are instead working it out in mediation.

June 21, 2017: Things Start to Get Ugly

In court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Jesse's attorneys stated that Aryn refused his request to spend more time with their kids, even though Jesse insisted he's "always been an active, involved, hands-on dad." "Aryn restricts my time with the children and decides when, and for how long I may have them," Jesse claimed. "She has rejected, without any reason, each and every request I have made to have the children sleepover at my residence. On the few days that I have the children, Aryn has insisted that my time with the children be limited during the week to approximately two-and-a-half hours per day, despite my requests for more time, including overnights with the children."

Aryn's lawyer, Jill Hersh, later responded to Jesse's claims with a statement of her own, telling Us Weekly, "Protecting the privacy and well-being of their children is of paramount importance to Aryn Drake-Lee Williams. It is unfortunate that Mr. Williams has chosen to draw public attention to this difficult time and transition for their family. Aryn is solely interested in the best interests of their children, supporting a healthy relationship with both parents, and protecting the children's privacy. Therefore, she will not comment any further on Mr. Williams's unilateral and unfortunate public allegations."

July 7, 2017: Jesse Steps Out With Another Woman

Jesse was spotted catching a movie in LA with his The Butler costar Minka Kelly. The two kept a low profile in a black jackets and jeans and made sure to steer clear of any PDA. Prior to their outing, Minka and Jesse first sparked dating rumors when they were both in Paris for a video game shoot.

July 10, 2017: Jesse Breaks His Silence

In an 11-minute Tidal video for JAY-Z's latest album, Footnotes For 4:44, Jesse opened up about their divorce for the first time. The actor joined JAY-Z, Chris Rock, Will Smith, Kendrick Lamar, Anthony Anderson, Aziz Ansari, and other celebrities for a chat about relationships, and without mentioning Aryn by name, addressed cheating rumors. "I was in a relationship 13 years, 13 real years, not five years, not seven years - 13 years," he said. "All of a sudden motherf*ckers are writing think-pieces that I somehow threw a 13-year relationship. Like, the most painful experience I've had in my life, like with a person I've loved with all of my heart - that I threw a person and my family in the trash because a girl I work with is cute."

July 11, 2017: Jesse Moves On

News broke that Jesse had reportedly been dating Minka for "a few months." "They're legit," a source told Us Weekly. The pair has yet to officially confirm their relationship.

August 15, 2017: Aryn Fights For Sole Custody

According to new court documents obtained by TMZ, Aryn is demanding sole custody of their kids and wants a judge to order Jesse to keep his girlfriends away from their children until he dates them for at least six months. She also claims Jesse has a violent temper and noted a road rage incident Jesse had with one of his neighbors in July. Aryn believes Maceo and Sadie are beginning to show signs of psychological damage and would like proceedings to move quicker.

4 Ways Decluttering Will Improve Your Health

Medical professionals and organizers alike believe that a cluttered home is not just an aesthetic problem - it can lead to very real health issues like insomnia, weight gain, anxiety, and depression. Done & Done NYC has worked with many clients who experience health symptoms related to a messy house and a messy mind. Based on our extensive experience, we have zeroed in on the biggest problem areas in your home, and can teach you how to clear harmful clutter.

1. Cluttered surfaces can create anxiety.

The Problem: Surfaces covered in papers, makeup, clothes, and dishes create a sense of visual chaos.

How it affects you health: You will almost certainly have trouble finding what you need, which can lead to the stressful experience of rushing out of the house every morning. Do you lose important things, like your car keys or work documents in your own home? Increased stress levels can raise your cortisol levels and increase your risk of cardiovascular issues and anxiety and insomnia. It will make you more distracted and less productive. It can also spread stress to your roommates, family members, and co-workers, which can lead to interpersonal conflicts.

The Solution: Schedule a weekend to declutter your home. Purge your closet, open the mail that's piling up, and buy some attractive bins to keep items by category like makeup, office supplies, and other items. Then, establish an ironclad daily routine. Kate's Pawlowski, cofounder of Done & Done NYC, suggests, "after having coffee, spend five minutes on each of the following tasks: clearing tables, loading the dishwasher, fold clothes, make your bed. This way, you will never have to return to a messy house after a long work day, and prevent a clutter relapse by letting things pile up."

2. Messy, unfinished projects can lead to depression.

The Problem: Your knitting is in a knotted pile on the floor of your bedroom. Or you started crafting, but halfway through had to leave to go out. That was six months ago and you still haven't picked it back up!

How it affects your health: The feeling of never finishing a project can reinforce negative beliefs about ourselves that affect our self-esteem. These hobbies are important to our creative lives and should be outlets for our creativity, not a drain on our energy.

The Solution: Create a dedicated workspace for your projects. If you don't have the space for a desk and storage, then organize each project into bins and stack them in a closet. The objective is to centralize your projects in one place so they don't spill all over your house. If you are in the middle of one right now, and don't have the time or willingness to finish: give yourself permission to throw it away, and start again another time. Remember: hobbies are supposed to be pleasurable and stress relieving!

3. A chaotic bedroom can prevent a good night's sleep.

The Problem: Your bedroom doubles as your living room and home office, and the floor is a stew of papers, clothes, and blankets.

How it affects your health: Even if you're not conscious of it, a cluttered bedroom can make you restless and keyed up before bed. Insomnia can reinforce anxiety and leave you lethargic all day long.

The Solution: If possible, take all nonsleep related things out of the bedroom. Your laptop should live in your office or in your living room, as should all work and creative things. Fold your clothes neatly in your closet to keep your floor clear. Kate even keeps her phone in her living room at all times, so she isn't tempted to scroll through her Instagram feed before bed. Make a rule about what goes in your bedroom and keep it totally analog: a good book, a cup of herbal tea, and a snuggly blanket (or snuggle buddy!).

4. Holding onto things you don't use can lead to weight gain.

The Problem: You feel so overwhelmed at home that your meals are a mad dash to the fridge. You have so much on your mind, carving out the time to go to the gym isn't an option. Sitting down to a peaceful meditation in the morning? Please.

How it affects your health: You may not think that clutter, meditation, and weight gain are related, but they definitely are. Peter Walsh, fellow professional organizer, argues that the stress of a cluttered home can elevate certain hormones that cause your body to hold onto excess weight. Not to mention that a calm mind is more in tune with the body, and is apt to choose healthier foods.

The Solution: Once you're finished with your living room and bedroom clear out, move onto your kitchen. Organize your refrigerator into sections. Proteins such as meat and tofu can go on one shelf, vegetables and fruits in the drawer, milk and yogurt on the shelf. Being able to see what's in your fridge will let you shop smarter when at the grocery store, so you always have what you need. Also, your newly organized home will give you the mental clarity to truly be able to ask yourself, "What do I want to eat?" Meals are no longer acts of hurried desperation, but thoughtful and mindful experiences.

Change doesn't happen overnight. Be kind to yourself during this process - you are trying your best! And so am I, imperfectly.

24 Sexy GIFs That Prove Every Younger Fan Should Be Team Charles

The Josh vs. Charles debate is a heated one among Younger fans, but this season, the heat really lies in one corner, and that's the one where Liza and Charles are making out. Sure, there's a questionable boss-employee dynamic, and sure, he thinks she's in her 20s, and yeah, there are plenty of reasons to love Josh - hello, Nico Tortorella's abs. This Eyeliner Trick Is the Ultimate Lazy-Girl Lash Hack

Traditionally, Summer makeup looks use formulas with dewy or satin finishes. After all, it's refreshing to let a bit of skin peek through after covering it up all year! But in this beauty tutorial, YouTube vlogger PrincessMei eschews tradition in favor of all matte products - and the result is stunning.

This flawless finished face gives off a vintage vibe thanks to the subtle pops of color. PrincessMei used a light dusting of TheBalm Instain Long-Wearing Staining Powder Blush in Argyle ($22) and NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in Cannes ($6) to add hints of muted rose to her complexion without overwhelming it.

What we're especially enamored by in this tutorial is how PrincessMei draws on her lower lashes. It nicely counteracts the bold effect of her cat eye, balancing the look out. She finishes her eyes by applying mascara exclusively to the fringe on her lower lid.

"It's a hassle to come home after a long day and wrestle off my mascara," she explained. The light touch of product she uses on her lower lashes (plus the faux, drawn-on ones) makes her eyes appear extralarge with minimal effort!

Professional Rejection Is a Part of Life - Here's How to Handle It Graciously

Professional rejection can be painful, but it can also stimulate growth. Professional mores, by design, isolate emotions from business decisions. The priority is to ensure that the business is optimally served by the decision. Even in the most human-centered professional cultures, the candidate who demonstrates the best credentials and fit generally gets the job; the employee who is the strongest performer typically earns the promotion.

While your professional sphere is fueled by these mores, you are not. Your emotions likely drive many of your efforts. So, of course, you have strong feelings when you don't get the anticipated job or promotion. After you enact your best work in the interview or the performance review, handling your feelings about the outcome is really the only part that you can control.

There is a lot of information you simply won't have about why the final decision was made. It could be that the interview team was looking for a specific background, or perhaps your colleague who earned the promotion has a particular skill that perfectly positions her for advancement.

There are scores of factors in both scenarios to which you simply don't have access. You know that you're bummed, and you need to examine that feeling. But first you have to politely and calmly accept the news. Here's how:

Rehearse.

It seems pessimistic to rehearse your concession speech when you are super excited about the new opportunity you are pursuing. But if a recruiter, manager, or HR professional initiates a conversation to break unwelcome news, you want to have a script ready. Your mind may be in shock mode, and you don't want to formulate difficult content in that state. Prepare a neat, tidy response for both possible outcomes so that you can trust your autopilot if you need to tag her in.

Express your thanks.

It's gracious for whomever you are working with to give you this news. If he or she does so in person or on the phone, that pro is putting him/herself out there to extend a personal touch. Honor that with your appreciation, both for the opportunity and for that thoughtful gesture.

The same holds true if you receive an email rejection. Always politely respond, and thank the messenger for sharing the update.

Avoid indulging in frustration.

You get to be frustrated, mad, or sad. You are entitled to your feelings about this - but not yet. Rejection can be hard, but venting is not appropriate in the professional space. You want to remain cool, polite, and professional. Indulging in an emotional outburst will only leave you feeling more uncomfortable later when you have to go back and clean up the mess.

Take this news and digest it. If any kind of follow-up communication is necessary, you can think about that after you've had the chance to mourn this loss.

If this feels like a pattern, examine it by talking to a trusted colleague, mentor, or career coach. But do that after you've had time to think it through and burn off some of the emotion.

Opportunity is a good thing.

You may not recognize this yet, but getting an invitation to discuss an opportunity is a compliment - take it as such! You have been identified as an impressive prospect. You've also had the chance to sharpen your skills when it comes to talking about your own professional plans and trajectory. This all bodes well for you.

Feel the disappointment, but don't beat yourself up. You've managed to turn some heads, and you will again.

Mom Found Out She Was Pregnant 2 Months After Giving Birth - Then She Did This

When Maya Vorderstrasse found out she was pregnant, it was a legit shock - she had just given birth to a baby girl two months prior.

"When I found out, I took quite a few pregnancy tests because I was just in shock," she told POPSUGAR. "I needed some time to process it. Soon, I realized that this baby had a purpose in life and needed to be born. I felt so honored and excited to nurture her and bring her into the world!"

Maya soon found a renewed purpose herself - and it involved sharing the hilarious realities of both pregnancy and parenthood on her Instagram feed.

"I wanted my kids to have as much information and memories from my pregnancies and their childhood," she said, never thinking it'd garner her 21,000 followers and counting. "Something that was supposed to be a simple keepsake for my family is helping others . . . mothers are relating to my day-to-day issues and being OK with not having it together!"

So far, her hilariously relatable photos - with the help of a handy, on-trend letter board - describe the unparalleled joys of ice cream, the frustration of loose-lipped husbands, and the all-out bewilderment as to how the hell a baby the size of a watermelon can fit through something the size of a bagel hole.

Although having two daughters - 1-year-old Zoey and newborn Hazel - so close in age is a challenge, Maya still manages to be the embodiment of #momgoals:

"I wouldn't have it any other way," she told us. "It's extremely challenging to have two babies who need my attention and care full-time. They are on two different schedules and need different things, but I am adapting well. I even managed to get them to nap at the same time. Score!"

To see the world through my children's eyes is beautiful. It is safe and loving and inclusive. Everyone is a friend...

Posted by Mia Carella, Writer on Monday, August 14, 2017

As tension builds in the nation, many parents are left wondering how their children are processing these uncertain times. One writer and mom of two beautifully put into words her perspective on the matter. On Facebook, Mia Carella shared a black-and-white picture of her daughter and began her moving reflection with, "To see the world through my children's eyes is beautiful."

Why is it "beautiful" to see the world through the eyes of children? Because that world is "safe and loving and inclusive," Mia said. She added, "Everyone is a friend until proven otherwise by actions or words. Appearance and background have no bearing on how people are perceived."

Mia went on to acknowledge that she can really only influence the opinion and lives of her own children. Even so, she is committed to teaching them compassion and acceptance. She said, "In the face of hatred, I will teach them love. In the face of violence, I will teach them peace. In the face of intolerance, I will teach them to reach out to others. In the face of fear, I will teach them hope."

The post has resonated with its readers, amassing appreciative comments about how adults might be able to learn from the perspective of little ones. As one commenter noted, "These are very powerful words that we all need to live by."

7 Other Places You Can See Kit Harington (Besides Game of Thrones)

Jon Snow has been bringing his sexiest smolders to Game of Thrones for seven seasons now. We watched him come back to life, we fawned over his beautiful man bun, and we're pretty sure he deserves the throne more than anyone else. Part of the reason Jon Snow is just so irresistible, though, is because he's played by Kit Harington. Harington's just as hot in real life (if not hotter), and he also smiles way more often. If you've developed an unexpected crush on the GOT actor over the years, we have good news: he's had a handful of other roles in various movies. Who's ready for a marathon?

6 Crazy Denim Trends That Made You Say "WTF" This Year

We love jeans. We found a hundred ways to wear them, we know what styles will be big for Fall, and we know where to find the best pairs. But sometimes even we're unprepared for the strange denim trends that arise. Think clear-knee plastic mom jeans or the mud-splattered blue jeans that went viral this year.

The internet had a field day questioning the wearability of these creations, and we had to agree. On top of that, the unbelievably bizarre pieces sold out quick, which was the strangest of all. (Someone, somewhere actually bought these crotch-to-butt zipper jeans). If this pair didn't make you go "WTF," we've got five other pairs that certainly will.

This Is Your Ultimate K-Pop Playlist

If K-pop music isn't currently on your radar, it's time to get educated. K-pop originated in South Korea, hence the "K," and generally consists of pop music that also has highly visual videos or stage performances. A lot of K-pop music gets its influences from Western-style music, so if you already enjoy Top 40 radio in the US, you might just like a lot of the K-pop music on this playlist. There's a lot to choose from, and this list is only the beginning, but it does have a little bit of everything: something to make you dance, something to listen to while you read, or something you might dedicate to your significant other. Check out all the videos ahead and find the Spotify playlist at the end. Happy listening!

19 Safe Sunscreens For Kids (Including Some You Can Find at Your Drugstore)

Slather on the lotion! If you thought the breast vs. bottle debate was polarizing, wait until you talk to fellow playground moms about sunscreen. Though lotions and sticks protect little ones' skin from cancer-causing UVA and UVB rays, doctors advise new mamas to use physical barriers - SPF clothing, umbrellas, and shades - rather than lotions on babies younger than 6 months old.

Once tots reach the 6-month mark, though, we need to keep them protected from the sun without harming them in other ways. The Environmental Working Group's recommendations for the best sunscreens for tots - products that do not contain potential hormone disruptors - is considered the definitive list of safe options. According to EWG Senior Scientist David Andrews, it's inactive ingredients like retinyl palmitate (vitamin A) and oxybenzone that parents need to look out for. "By and large, the ones that do well in our database are the ones that are mineral-based products with a higher percent of zinc oxide, as well as some of the products with titanium dioxide," he said.

While parents have been getting the message about switching from chemical sunscreens to mineral versions, one of the group's biggest concerns is how parents are using them. "[Consumers] are looking to buy higher and higher SPF values," Andrews said. "When people use higher SPF values, we're concerned that it leads to a change in behavior and an increased time in the sun and that you apply less of it. Those products may not be as effective in blocking both UVA and UVB radiation. So we steer consumers toward SPF 30 to SPF 50 products and lower and we really think those are the sweet spot of the products that are available in the marketplace."

He went on to explain, "The active ingredients in SPF 30 and SPF 100 products may be quite similar. So we're going to be doing more over the course of the next year, investigating the inactive ingredients like the antioxidants and anti-inflammatories that may be reducing redness in the skin, but may not be reducing how much hits your skin. The way the SPF test is done is in changes in skin redness."

So what's a parent to do when trying to choose a safe sunscreen? First, check the EWG's site and app for a list of the safest and least safe options for your family. If you don't have that at your fingertips, Andrews recommends:

  1. Steering away from SPF products over 50. SPF 30-50 products depending on the situation are OK.
  2. Seek out products that use three percent avobenzone if they are chemical sunscreens or the ones that use zinc oxide as the active ingredient in natural versions. "[They] do the best job of filtering out UVA radiation across the spectrum of UVA radiation. Seek out products that use a higher percentage of zinc oxide - typically you'll find 15 to 20 percent, or three percent avobenzone."
  3. Look at inactive ingredients on the label. If possible, avoid products that use retinyl palmitate (vitamin A) and avoid products using oxybenzone.
  4. Avoid spray products - they're convenient but not the best choice. Why skip the convenience of spray lotions? "You don't get a uniform coating on the skin," Andrews says. Plus, "Given the concern about the ingredients in these products, we really don't want to coat the inside of our lungs with sunscreen."

Read through to see 19 of the EWG's top picks (many of which can be found at your local drugstore - not just at specialty stores).

23 People Who Are Already Obsessed With This Game of Thrones Bromance

Jon Snow and Ser Davos might have grown close over the last few seasons of Game of Thrones, but after Sunday night's episode, "Eastwatch," it looks like the King in the North has a new BFF: Gendry. Not only does Robert Baratheon's bastard return to the show looking better than ever (seriously, we're still drooling), but he also immediately bonds with Jon over their fathers' history. "Our fathers trusted each other, why shouldn't we?" the young blacksmith asks Jon, before they each tease each other about their looks and generally make us all googly-eyed. Twitter felt the same after watching their insta-friendship and had some pretty hilarious reactions to it all.

At the demo, beauty experts sift through the year's most exciting launches (from over 500 brands). Following the exhibition, they narrow down the entries to finalists and then vote on which products deserve the top honor in their respective categories. "The winners of the CEW Beauty Insider Awards are selected by industry experts, giving consumers a 'seal of approval' they can trust for making purchase decisions," said Carlotta Jacobson, president of CEW.

Among the items that received this prestigious "seal of approval" are some of 2017's trendiest devices (we're looking at you, Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer), along with #InstaFamous foundations, viral palettes, designer fragrances, and more! Read on to see and shop the best swag of 2017.

This Theory About Neville Longbottom's Wand Explains Everything About Him

When we first meet Neville Longbottom in the Harry Potter books, it's clear that he isn't that bright or great with his wand and magic. He constantly forgets items, manages to make a mess out of spells and potions, and is perceived as someone who is on the edge of being a squib. However, an old theory going viral on Imgur suggests that it's not Neville's fault at all, but rather his wand.

The theory, originally posted in 2004 by Soggy Old Coot on the Harry Potter Theory blogspot, explores the background of Neville's wand. As we all know, the wand chooses the wizard, and if you don't win a wand or buy a new one, it won't respond to the new owner in the proper manner. These laws of wands apply to Neville as well. His wand isn't his own, but his father's, meaning his trouble with magic might be because of this law of wands.

The story about Neville and his wand goes on further to connect it to Neville living under his father's shadow. No one thinks he's as good as his dad, and people take great pains to remind him of it. In Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Neville says, "Gran's always telling Professor Marchbanks I'm not as good as my dad . . . " Of course, later in the book, Neville's wand breaks in the Department of Mysteries, and he starts to become more apt at using his new wand that chose him.

All of this means that Neville is definitely capable of magic and using a wand correctly. "Hence, it is only logical to assume that in ideal conditions, Neville is just as talented as Harry," writes Soggy Old Coot. "We have proof of this in that every instance in which Neville has demonstrated his potential or existing abilities has been in relation to Defense Against the Dark Arts, excepting his talents with herbology, which match those of Harry's at athletics." The books after Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix go on to show this, especially in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, where Neville manages to help win the war and make Voldemort vulnerable by killing Nagini.

Oh Neville, you're the wizard we should've had more faith in!

Baltimore Takes Down Confederate Statues, Basically Gives Trump the Middle Finger

After the white supremacist and neo-Nazi march in Charlottesville, VA, left three people dead over the weekend, the city of Baltimore is taking a major step to prevent similar violence, and it's a sign of hope our country needs right now. Early Wednesday morning, monuments honoring Confederate "heroes" were removed throughout the city, and according to reporters on the scene, it was "peaceful."

Cranes and flatbed trucks rolled away all four of the Confederate monuments. The statues were placed following the Civil War, but the Baltimore leadership decided it was important that they be removed immediately. "Mayor Catherine Pugh announced earlier this week that the Confederate Monuments would be removed," a spokesperson told BuzzFeed News. "She decided it was time and ordered it be done overnight."

"The police are being cheerful and encouraging people to take photos and selfies," Baynard Woods, the editor at large of The Baltimore City Paper, told The New York Times, adding that the removal was "celebratory."

Considering that the violence in Charlottesville erupted after the removal of a similar monument of Confederate Gen. Robert E. Lee, the mayor of Baltimore wanted the four statues removed quickly and quietly overnight. With President Donald Trump speaking out against the removal of Confederate monuments, Baltimore is the tiny sliver of hope we needed.

Check out some of the footage from the removal in Baltimore below.

Read through to see the Game of Thrones cast as you've never seen them before.

Omar Epps Was Unfairly Sexy in the '90s, and You Better Believe He's Still Got It

Where does one even begin when talking about Omar Epps? The actor, most notable for his roles in movies like Love & Basketball and TV shows like House, was a major heartthrob back in the day, and his sexiness is still very much a thing. The 44-year-old was everywhere in the '90s (think Juice, Scream 2, Higher Learning, and so on), and our childhood crush has thankfully carried over into adulthood. While nothing will ever quite compare to his role as Quincy McCall in Love & Basketball (seriously, that movie . . . don't get me started because I will never stop), Omar has continued to act (and steal our hearts) over the years. Keep reading for some of his sexiest moments, but be warned: your love will probably plunge into new, unknown dEPPS (OK, bye).

Dear God, Someone Re-Created the Entire Baby Driver Trailer With the Snapchat Hot Dog

Baby Driver is easily one of the year's most hyped, most celebrated films, but now someone has finally figured out a way to make the heist flick just a little bit better. YouTube user and internet hero BigVanElecMan went ahead and replaced leading man Ansel Elgort, the titular "baby driver," with Snapchat's dancing hot dog in every scene of the trailer. "I thought the casting for Baby was a little off," he captioned the hilarious video. "But I feel like this finally fits the movie just a little bit more than Ansel Elgort." It's hard to argue that anyone other than Elgort could have played Baby, but hey - no one looks better jamming to Baby Driver's soundtrack than that hot dog.

Kaia Gerber Confirms That Mom Cindy Crawford Is Basically a Real-Life Disney Princess

As the daughter of Cindy Crawford, Kaia Gerber knows she has a lot to live up to. That said, the 15-year-old model seems to be handling that pressure just fine as she eases into her budding career. In a new interview with Teen Vogue for the magazine's third Icons Issue, Kaia speaks about social media, her industry inspiration, and how her mom is basically a Disney princess.

On fully realizing her mom's iconic status, Kaia said her aha moment happened on a trip to Disney with her family. "I think it was only on my eighth birthday, at Disneyland, that I started to understand what was going on," she said. Adding, "I wanted to take pictures with the princesses, and everyone wanted to take pictures with her!"

Despite her success - a Marc Jacobs collaboration, notable campaigns, and more - Kaia is intent on staying grounded and relatable. She explained, "I try to take breaks. Everyone expects you to be on it all the time, but social media is just everyone's best version of themselves. I try and give people a truer depiction of who I am."

As for her role model in the industry, Kaia said she looks up to Karlie Kloss. "She's broken all the rules of what a model should be and uses her platform to benefit others," she said. "All my icons I look up to as people, not just their work. 'Iconic' is not a word I use lightly. You have to earn it." Kaia may still be in the early stages of her career, but she's certainly already going places.

A 10-Minute Total-Body Workout That Puts the Focus on Form

High-intensity may be all the rage, but it isn't necessary to go to your edge during every single workout. In fact, there is strong evidence against making HIIT your only form of exercise. By slowing workouts down, you're able to better work on your form, which is huge when it comes to maximizing the benefits of an exercise, said Austin Lopez, CSCS and founder of Ausome Fit. With the focus on technique, you're also less likely to injure yourself, which could sideline you from workouts altogether.

This is precisely the reason that Lopez likes to give his clients AMRAPs (as many reps as possible) to do on their own. Clients can go at a pace that feels comfortable to them, focusing on form over speed. Of course, if their form is locked in, an AMRAP can easily be sped up to max intensity!

For a little taste of the kind of at-home workouts Lopez gives his clients, he shared the following with us. Not only does it work the entire body, but it doesn't require a single piece of equipment. Talk about no excuses.

The Workout

Perform each of the following moves for 30 seconds, completing as many reps as possible. After completing the sixth and final move in the circuit, rest for one minute before beginning again. Run through the circuit a total of three times.

  • Reverse lunge on the right leg
  • Reverse lunge with hop on the right leg
  • Mountain climbers
  • Reverse lunge on the left leg
  • Reverse lunge with hop on the left leg
  • Push-ups of your choice

Instructions For Each Move

Reverse Lunge

  • Stand with your feet hip distance apart with your hands at your hips. Take a large and controlled step backward.
  • Keep your core stable, and lower your body until both legs are bent in right angles; your back heel should be lifted.
  • Return to standing by pressing your front heel into the floor and bringing your back leg forward to the starting position. This completes one rep.

Reverse Lunge With Hop

  • Start by coming into a lunge.
  • With momentum, swing one leg forward to hop up onto your opposite foot, and then land softly back in a lunge. This completes one rep.

Mountain Climbers

  • Start in a traditional plank - shoulders over hands and weight on your toes.
  • With your core engaged, bring one knee forward under your chest, with the toes just off the ground. Return to your basic plank. Switch legs, bringing the other knee forward.
  • Keep switching legs and begin to pick up the pace until it feels a little like running in place in a plank position.

Push-Up
The below instructions are for a traditional push-up, but feel free to do the push-up variation of your choice.

  • Start in a traditional plank - shoulders over hands and weight on your toes.
  • Take a breath in, and as you exhale, bend your elbows and lower your chest toward the ground. Stop as soon as your shoulders are in line with your elbows.
  • Inhale to straighten the arms. If this is too difficult, do this exercise with your knees on the floor. This counts as one rep.

Is Daario Ever Coming Back to Game of Thrones? There's (a Tiny Bit of) Hope

During Daenerys Targaryen's reunion with Jorah Mormont on Game of Thrones this week, it was hard to miss Dany's moony eyes and longing looks - which she seemed to be serving to both Ser Jorah and Jon Snow. Seeing her love interests side by side gives off some serious Bachelorette vibes, which had me wondering about (and, let's be honest, missing) Dany's most recent bedfellow, Daario Naharis.

The last time we saw Daario was in the season six finale when he helps Dany and the Dothraki overthrow the Sons of the Harpy in Meereen. Following the battle, Dany tells Daario that she's heading to Westeros, and though he wants to join her, she refuses him at Tyrion's urging. Though Daario professes his love for Daenerys, he ultimately agrees to stay behind with the Second Sons to keep the peace in Meereen. The parting certainly feels final, and Daario hasn't shown up (or even been mentioned, really) in season seven, but is he gone for good?

Of course, HBO would never willingly let any spoilers slip about returning characters, but Michiel Huisman (who plays Daario on the show) is aware of his character's fate. When asked if he knows whether Daario will show up again or not, he said, "Yes I do, and I'm not supposed to spoil that." Not much of an answer, but at least we know there's a chance. Until then, we'll just be over here reliving one of our favorite romances in Game of Thrones history.

The Only Thing More Amazing Than This Girl's America's Got Talent Performance Is Her Age

If you closed your eyes while listening to Angelica Hale's most recent America's Got Talent performance, there's a good chance you'd never be able to accurately guess her age. The little girl - who is only 9 years old, if you can believe it - took the stage during the most recent episode NBC's reality competition to sing Zedd's "Clarity," and like she did during her audition a few weeks ago, she completely blew the judges away (and gave me legit goosebumps, if we're being honest). Both judges Mel B and Heidi Klum were bowled over by Hale's range, so listen to it for yourself above!
