25 Cute Wedding-Guest Wedges to Help You Dance the Night Away
To the untrained eye, wearing wedges to a wedding may seem like a clunky shoe solution. But to a more seasoned wedding guest, it's the smart choice. For starters, wedges are a sturdy shoe. They're built for more than beauty - they're built for endurance. Wedges offer something that the stiletto cannot, which is mileage. And weddings, much like running a marathon, require stamina. A wedge gives you the benefit of height without the topple-over effect. And in the right wedge, you avoid the pain-inducing trauma of the pump.
So, because you want to do more than walk around comfortably - you want to dance until you can't dance no mo' - you opt for the wedge. Up ahead, find out all the wedge has to offer - for any wedding, in any season. (Your feet can thank us later.)
Angelina Jolie's Summer Shoes Are Barely There, but That's What's So Great About Them
If there's one thing we've noticed about Angelina Jolie's street style through the years, it's that she thrives in the Summer. It's during the warmer months that she can slip into lightweight dresses or kimonos, add a pair of sandals, and move effortlessly. Angelina's already proven her love for strappy open-toed flats in both camel and black, but her latest footwear, a pair of Ancient Greek Eleftheria braided sandals, is the most shoppable yet.
Not only are the sandals neutral enough to go with her entire wardrobe, but the silhouette is comfortable and sturdy, wrapping around the toe all the way up to the ankle. Angelina wore them with a black oversize maxi dress while out with her daughter Vivian in California. She accessorized with dark sunglasses and a leather crossbody bag - easy enough, but the simplicity here clearly starts with Angelina's shoes. Shop them for yourself ahead.
This Is the Best Diet to Go On (According to Harvard Researchers)
If you want to lose weight, what's on your plate is often more important than the minutes you spend in the gym. And if you want to see the most change, a 2015 study from Harvard says you should be cutting carbs, not fat.
For the study, published in PLoS One, researchers from Harvard and Brigham and Women's Hospital reviewed 53 randomized trials of over 68,000 patients who had been assigned to either low-fat or low-carb diets. They found that low-carb diets were consistently better at helping patients lose weight than low-fat diets; the participants on the low-carb diets lost 2.5 pounds more than those on low-fat diets, with the average weight loss among all groups at about six pounds.
This latest study on the weight-loss benefits of a low-carb diet adds further evidence that if you want to lose weight, ditching bread - not olive oil - can help you see success. Another recent study, for example, showed that dieters who ate fewer than 40 grams of carbohydrates per day lost about eight pounds more than dieters who were put on a low-fat diet. Other studies have shown that high-carb diets may be the real heart-disease culprit, not saturated fat. All in all, this new review is a good reminder that if you want to lose weight, you should choose a diet rich in healthy fats, lean proteins, and fresh produce. Of course, not all fats are created equal - find out which healthy fats you should be incorporating into your diet here.

Diane Kruger and Norman Reedus recently took a break from their busy schedules to escape to Costa Rica for a romantic getaway. Diane showed off her toned physique in a black one-piece, while Norman wore a wetsuit for his surf session. Diane has been busy shooting her upcoming film, JT Leroy, in Canada, and Norman has been filming The Walking Dead in Georgia, so it only makes that the pair would want to get away for a few days.
Diane and Norman first sparked dating rumors in 2015 after meeting on the set of their movie Sky. While Diane was still technically dating Joshua Jackson, they eventually announced their split in July 2016. A few months later, Diana supported Norman at his art exhibition in Paris, but it wasn't until March that the pair seemingly confirmed their romance with a steamy makeout session in NYC. This is Diane's first relationship since splitting from Joshua, while Norman has a 17-year-old son named Mingus with ex Helena Christensen and was previously linked to Courtney Love and model Cecilia Singley.

Feel Slimmer Instantly By Avoiding These Foods That Cause Bloat
We know that many of you spend time eating healthy food and doing fun workouts, and often before a sunny vacation. Finding the most flattering suits for your body is a great start, but being equipped with as many tools as possible will help you feel confident before running around on the beach or sitting poolside. The last thing you probably want to worry about is feeling weighed down and bloated by choosing the wrong foods.
Here are six foods to avoid right before you hit the beach.
- Carbonated drinks: While you've hopefully taken the initiative to say goodbye to soda for good, sparkling water can be a decent substitute if you can't get enough of those bubbles. With that said, it's best to avoid any carbonated drinks before you hit the beach to steer clear of unnecessary belly bulge or gas. These drinks contain gas that gets trapped in your digestive system, which can create distention in your lower abdomen.
- Salt: Supersalty foods or added salt don't necessarily make you gassy, but they definitely cause you retain water. Even though those cantina chips and salsa may seem like the ideal prebeach grub, opt for something with lower levels of sodium like fresh veggies to help you feel your best before you head to the ocean.
- Cruciferous veggies: They're great foods for long-term weight loss, but if there's one time not to chow down on a heaping helping of broccoli, cabbage, or kale, it's right before you hit the beach! These veggies contain a complex sugar called raffinose that's known to cause a decent amount of gas.
- Gum: Chewing on gum may seem harmless for your debloating cause, but it can actually cause your belly to swell. The reason makes sense: you're swallowing large amounts of air.
- Sugary mixed drinks: While rum runners and piña coladas are nearly synonymous with dreamy resort beaches, all that extra sugar is not helping your cause. Between natural sugars and the artificial sweeteners found in these cool drinks, the high levels of fructose can make you bloat.
- Dairy: If you've got any form of lactose intolerance, then avoid dairy before you hit the beach. Between gas, bloating, and other belly discomforts, it's your best bet just to say no.

This Old Table Read of Superbad's Sex Scene Is Emma Stone at Her Finest

1 Plus-Size Woman Proves That the Size of Your Jeans Just Doesn't Matter
Thanks to major sizing discrepancies across brands, finding your real size can seem totally impossible. To illustrate the struggle we all have, associate fashion editor at Bustle.com and BuzzFeed contributor Marie Southard Ospina put 10 different brands to the test in the exact same size. The outcome? Like we suspected, size really is just a number - don't let it define you. Read on for Marie's full story, straight from the dressing room.
Between vanity sizing, inaccurate measuring charts at e-retail destinations, and the fact that no two bodies are the same, figuring out what size you are isn't an easy feat.
When you're plus-size, things get even trickier. Let's forget, for a moment, that most brands and stores simply stop producing apparel after a size 12. The reality is that a curvier body has, well, more curves. And those curves aren't something you can easily measure - let alone put into jeans.
I will admit that I am simply not a big denim lover. Whether this is due to my affinity for vintage dresses, or whether it's a distaste cultivated by the sheer unavailability of comfortable plus-size jeans that fit a 50-inch bum and a 39-inch waist, I do not know. What I do know is that sitting in my closet are clothes - including jeans - ranging from sizes 14 to 20. Just like no two bodies are ever the same, it would seem no two pairs of jeans are ever the same, either.
So because I'm into fashion/beauty experiments (like finding out how photo editors around the world manipulate my features or gauging reactions to my low-rise bikini), I decided to use my median size of a "16" - which is what I find myself purchasing most often - to investigate what different brands and designers think that number actually means.

12 Photos That Show Just How Much Memphis (and the World) Mourned When Elvis Presley Died
August marks the 40th anniversary of Elvis Presley's death, and the world is still mourning one of music's biggest losses to this day. Elvis passed away at age 42 when he suffered a heart attack on Aug. 16, 1977, and his funeral was held in his adopted hometown of Memphis just two days later. President Jimmy Carter issued a statement that said Elvis "permanently changed the face of American popular culture," and thousands of mourners flocked to the streets to pay their respects as his casket was driven through town. While an estimated 80,000 people turned up to watch the processional route to Forest Hill Cemetery, more than 30,000 fans attended a public viewing of Elvis's casket at his Graceland home, which was ordered by his father, Vernon. Elvis was buried next to his beloved mother, Gladys, but they were both later reburied at Graceland. Keep reading to see how the world mourned his heartbreaking death 40 years ago.
Last Night's Game of Thrones Lends Some Serious Evidence to This Dragon Theory
Season-seven update: Now that Game of Thrones season seven is well underway and Jon Snow has finally met up with dragon queen Daenerys Targaryen and her hand, Tyrion Lannister, this theory about the show's three dragons seems more plausible than ever. In episode five, Jon comes face to face with the most savage of Dany's dragons, Drogon, and shocks even Daenerys by essentially cuddling with it.
Drogon, who also burns Sam Tarly's family alive in the episode and is known for occasionally roasting and eating countryside children as snacks back in Meereen, is not exactly a fan of strangers. Upon sniffing Jon Snow's hand, however, Drogon calmly allows himself to be petted, even showing dilated pupils to indicate the dragon's ease. This is likely because he recognizes Jon as a Targaryen, even if nobody else does; and if the fiercest dragon of the three is willing to bow to Jon Snow, then Rhaegal and Viserion would certainly allow Snow to mount and ride them.
We already know that Tyrion is on the dragons' good side after freeing two from the dungeons beneath Meereen, and while he might not have the Targaryen scent, it's likely that one of Daenerys's children would allow him to ride into battle.
So, what would three dragon-riders mean for the realm? Read the original theory below to find out!
Original: Is it possible that Daenerys Targaryen, Tyrion Lannister, and Jon Snow could all end up winning the Iron Throne by the end of Game of Thrones? The night is dark and full of theories . . . and this is definitely one of the most compelling. Based on evidence from both the book series and the HBO show, GOT fans have compiled a pretty convincing argument that Jon, Tyrion, and Dany are the prophesied "Three Heads of the Dragon." And based on the teaser for season seven, this theory is even more likely to come true.
If this sounds like a foreign language, don't fret - we've laid the theory out for you below, and it might very well make a believer out of you.
The Theory
During Daenerys's time in the House of the Undying, she has a vision of her brother, Rhaegar, stating that "the dragon has three heads." This three-headed dragon theme is reflected in the series in multiple ways: Daenerys has three dragons (Rhaegal, Drogon, and Viserion), the Targaryen house sigil features a three-headed dragon, and Dany's ancestor Aegon Targaryen conquered Westeros alongside his two sisters (all mounted atop dragons). Fans of the series have interpreted the prophecy in the House of Undying to mean that there must be three riders for Daenerys's three dragons before she can win back the Iron Throne.
Presumably, Daenerys herself is one of these dragon riders - after all, she's already ridden Drogon. The obvious choices for the other two riders are Jon Snow and Tyrion Lannister. It's been confirmed that Jon is actually of Targaryen lineage, and even if Tyrion isn't related to Jon and Dany, he has a proven connection with dragons.
The Proof
The similarities between Jon, Daenerys, and Tyrion are striking. Orphans who are cast off by society for one reason or another, each of them has an ill-fated love story that is highlighted in the series. One Tumblr user highlighted these parallels in a beautiful chart.
The Parallels Between Tyrion, Jon, and Dany:
- They each descend from an ancient branch of human lineage.
- All three are outcasts in some form or another: one a dwarf, one (raised as) a bastard, and one literally exiled from her homeland.
- They are each the third child in their respective family.
- Each of their mothers tragically died during childbirth.
- All are fatherless.
- Each one has made an unlikely alliance during their rise to power: Tyrion with the mountain clans of the Eyrie, Jon with the Wildlings, and Daenerys with the slaves she's freed.
- They've all had a tragic love story.
Another solid piece of proof comes from the Game of Thrones season seven teaser, which pointedly focuses on a three-headed dragon while Daenerys discusses her father's failings as a ruler. The teaser opens with Dany speaking and concludes with a quote from Jon, hinting that the unraveling of Westeros in the seventh season starts and ends with the two remaining Targaryens. Perhaps it's because they'll each be riding on their own dragon, battling White Walkers beyond the Wall.
Convincing, right? Now the show merely needs to bring the three dragon-riders together so that they can fly, as a united force, to Westeros and take the Iron Throne. Three heads of the dragon are definitely better than one!

The 20 Most Stunning Birth Photos You've Ever Seen
They say mothers are made to forget the pain of childbirth so that they're willing to do it over again. If that's the case, then why do these birth photos cause all of those emotions - from intense pain to immense joy - to come flooding back to the surface in the most beautiful way possible?
Likely because Austin, TX-based birth photographer Leilani Rogers knows how to capture not just the moment but the profound meaning behind it.
"To capture those fleeting, remarkable moments, you have to always work in anticipation," she told POPSUGAR. "Camera ready, thinking ahead to mama's next move."
From all-natural home births to hospital deliveries, Rogers has captured amazing birth stories, whether it's a surrogate delivering twins for an expectant couple to a baby born inside its amniotic sac. Here, a collection of her finest work that is sure to leave you wishing you could go back to the day when your own birth story was in the making.
Emily Ratajkowski Made the World's Most Uncomfortable Pair of Pants Look Comfy
Before you doubt the wearability of paperbag trousers, take a look at Emily Ratajkowski. She wore the trend with a teeny-tiny navy crop top, which showed a peek of her bra. The top was the perfect choice to pair with her high-waisted slouchy beige pants. The two-piece outfit was simple (call it the one-and-done look), and with a glass of wine in hand, Emily looked chic enough for dinner or a casual party with friends.
Though she's not the first star to rock this style - both Gigi and Kendall have worn similar trousers - Emily set the rule for how the pants should be worn: with a crop top and belt. If you're feeling inspired to give the pants a try - they're even suitable for Fall - we found similar selections ahead.

5 Things Arya May Do After Reading Sansa's Letter
There's already trouble brewing in Winterfell, and the Stark kids just got (most of) the old gang back together. In "Eastwatch," Arya's suspicion of Sansa and Littlefinger leads to her trailing the sneaky Baelish to his room. What Arya may or may not know is that she's being manipulated by Littlefinger. He wants nothing more than to sow discord between the sisters to further his own agenda, and by planting the letter Sansa is forced by Cersei to send to Robb in season one in his room for Arya to find, he may get his wish. The letter in question reads:
Robb, I write to you with a heavy heart. Our good king Robert is dead, killed from wounds he took in a boar hunt. Father has been charged with treason. He conspired with Robert's brothers against my beloved Joffrey and tried to steal his throne. The Lannisters are treating me very well and provide me with every comfort. I beg you: come to King's Landing, swear fealty to King Joffrey and prevent any strife between the great houses of Lannister and Stark. Your faithfull sister, Sansa.
When Robb receives the letter, he knows his sister did not write it of her own volition. Unfortunately, Arya's relationship with Sansa is so tumultuous that she may be inclined to think the worst of her big sister. In true Game of Thrones fashion, the show doesn't hint at what Arya will do now that she has read the letter. Since Sunday is a long way off, the only thing we can do in the meantime is theorize about what will happen next. Here are just a few of the scenarios that could play out at Winterfell in the penultimate episode of season seven.
Whoa! The Oval Office Is Unrecognizable Right Now
At the White House: This is what the Oval Office looks like under renovation. http://pic.twitter.com/TAHBlDimHa
- Jeff Mason (@jeffmason1) August 11, 2017
We've been speculating as to exactly how Donald Trump would personalize the White House since even before he was elected. And it wasn't long after moving in that the president began to add signature gold updates to the Oval Office and First Lady Melania announced she would be embarking on a home redesign with luxe-meets-traditional interior designer Tham Kannalikham. Well, it seems we'll only have to wait a bit longer to see what the makeover entails as the White House has officially begun renovations.
White House Correspondents' Association President Jeff Mason just tweeted a telling picture of a bare Oval Office, naked but for sheets of plastic and painter's tape protecting the walls. "This is what the Oval Office looks like under renovation," Jeff wrote. Based on another tweet featuring a row of pods outside the White House, presumably filled with furniture and decor, captioned, "Pods outside the White House as renovation goes on for a couple weeks while @realDonaldTrump @POTUS is away," we can assume that the renovations are set to align with the president's scheduled vacation.
As for what exactly they will entail, we can only speculate. Given the walls are protected but the floor exposed, we're guessing the simple striped paper will remain but the bold, geometric floors will be given an overhaul and the furniture in the room refreshed - with the exception, of course of the president's historic desk.

This Is What 1 Day of My Meals Looks Like on Weight Watchers
My favorite thing about Weight Watchers is that I can still eat the same foods as I always have. I may have to eat a little bit less of them and space out the junk with a bunch of veggies in between, but I still eat a lot of ice cream. And cheese. I will always eat a lot of cheese.
To prove that eating on Weight Watchers is pretty similar to eating not on Weight Watchers, I documented an entire day of what I eat. Obviously I vary it from day to day, but this is a pretty typical day for me. On Weight Watchers, I get 30 Smart Points per day to eat, and this day came out to exactly 30. I also get 42 weekly points that I can use in case I really wanted that extra scoop of ice cream and had already hit my 30 points for the day. Not that that ever happens to me . . . but the point system provides a lot of flexibility so you can really tailor it to what you want to eat.
While Weight Watchers doesn't count anything beyond points, it is obviously not recommended to ignore other nutritional information and eat a giant 30-point meal in a day and not eat anything else. For one, you won't accomplish much doing that because you'll be hungry other times during the day and possibly screw up the plan by eating more than you really want to. It also isn't sustainable in the long run, so it's important to understand how to mix your favorite not-so-healthy foods in small portions with a lot of 0-point options (almost all fruits and veggies!) to help fill you up.
Weight Watchers, for me, has been a lot of trial and error with balancing my meals to find the right blend of higher- and lower-calorie foods that will keep me full and still keep me on the path to losing weight. James Corden Gave "Despacito" the Trump Remix We Never Knew We Needed
"Despacito" is still leading the race for song of the Summer, and while fatigue has come (and gone, and come again), there's always room in our hearts for a good, old-fashioned remix. So when James Corden decided to use the Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee track as a vehicle for some of the most controversial headlines of the summer on Aug. 16, we couldn't look away.
"Song of Summer / OK, I know the song of Summer is 'Despacito' / And I'm singing slowly just like 'Despacito' / But this song's about more than just 'Despacito' / Song of Summer," Corden croons, before turning to a cheeky critique of President Donald Trump, North Korea, and Anthony Scaramucci, among others. He doesn't stop at the White House, though - the last third of his parody performance hones in on some of the more pop-culture-related news items from the last few months.
Watch the clip in full above, and be forewarned that even just one listen will get the song stuck in your head for the rest of the day.
5 Harry Potter Secrets You Definitely Didn't Know . . . Until Now
Though she may seem like a muggle, J.K. Rowling is definitely magical. A former waitress without any formal training in creative writing, the author of the Harry Potter series created a world where anything (except maybe Snape investing in decent shampoo) is possible.
There is a book that will excite fans worldwide: an in-depth bibliography about the author's literary journey. JK Rowling: A Bibliography 1997-2013 by Philip Errington is so detailed that Rowling described it as "slavishly thorough and somewhat mind-boggling." Basically, you should be happier than Hagrid in an exotic pet store at this news.
The bibliography, which follows Rowling throughout the process of penning each entire Harry Potter book, is a veritable Diagon Alley of previously unknown facts about the series. If you don't have time to read it to find out all of secrets, don't worry - you can check out this list for a few that even Hermione wouldn't know.
Disney Is Pulling Their Movies From Netflix, So Watch These 21 Titles Before It's Too Late
It feels like it took forever for Disney to roll out its movies on Netflix. Back in May 2016, the streaming service announced that it would be the exclusive home for Disney, Marvel, Pixar, and Lucasfilm movies online. While the full catalog was by no means available, there were a handful of movies you could watch when new titles were added every month. Unfortunately, it looks like the Mouse House is breaking up with Netflix, so you won't be able to enjoy movies like Moana, Lilo & Stitch, and Zootopia for much longer.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Disney is starting its own streaming service. That means it's pulling all of the titles it has on Netflix and putting them on its own service starting in 2019. Disney CEO Bob Iger was a little cagey about which movies in particular will be available on the new service, but he noted that if the movie is Pixar- or Disney-branded, it will likely be exclusively streamed on the new service. As for Marvel and Star Wars films, nothing concrete has been decided just yet.
Since our time with Netflix's cache of Disney classics has an expiration date, there's no better time to hunker down for a Disney marathon. Check out the best titles it has to offer below!

Would You Pay a Little Extra For American-Made Clothes? Here's Your Test
After American Apparel filed for bankruptcy in 2015, it spent a year gradually shutting down operations. Shortly thereafter, however, the hip clothing company was acquired by Gildan Activewear. Now, after a long hiatus, American Apparel has finally relaunched its website with an incredibly powerful capsule collection.
The e-commerce site currently gives shoppers two versions of the same eight clothing items. One version is made the United States, while the other is made overseas. As the website states, "Both are sweatshop free, identical in quality, different in price." With each item, the globally made version costs several dollars less. For example, the American-made Fine Jersey Crewneck T-Shirt costs $22, while the globally made version costs $18.
The Made in USA Capsule Collection is essentially giving consumers the option to by locally made clothes. Gildan CEO Glenn Chamandy actually floated around the idea earlier this year in an interview with Bloomberg. He said, "There are consumers that really want 'made in USA,' so we're going to cater to those consumers," adding, "But there are consumers that didn't want to pay the actual price but they love the brand, so now they can also buy the brand."
American Apparel is upholding its strong anti-sweatshop stance, so the company isn't likely to judge consumers who choose to buy the globally made clothing items. Instead, they seem to be more invested in learning what consumers really want.

7 Other Places You Can See Kit Harington (Besides Game of Thrones)
Jon Snow has been bringing his sexiest smolders to Game of Thrones for seven seasons now. We watched him come back to life, we fawned over his beautiful man bun, and we're pretty sure he deserves the throne more than anyone else. Part of the reason Jon Snow is just so irresistible, though, is because he's played by Kit Harington. Harington's just as hot in real life (if not hotter), and he also smiles way more often. If you've developed an unexpected crush on the GOT actor over the years, we have good news: he's had a handful of other roles in various movies. Who's ready for a marathon?
The Viral Story of an Abandoned Dog Found in a Garbage Bag Will Make Your Heart Cry
Malissa Sergent Lewis was driving through her hometown of Harlan, KY, when she noticed a black garbage bag moving along the side of the road. Curious, Lewis went to inspect the bag only to find an abandoned puppy inside of it. Though the puppy had a collar, it didn't have a tag.
In an interview with The Dodo, Lewis explained the unexpected and horrifying discovery. "I could hardly wrap my mind around that," she said. "Something was alive in that bag, and I just knew I had to get whatever it was out." As one might imagine, the dog was relieved to be found. "As soon as I opened it up, and he saw light, he just started wagging his tail. He knew he was OK," she said.
Lewis has yet to figure out the circumstances surrounding the dog's abandonment, but investigators are reportedly looking into it. Lewis did share the miraculous story on Facebook in a series of videos that have gone viral with close to 20,000 shares. Accompanying the videos is a caption that states, "If this is your puppy, let me know. If you are the scoundrel who put it in a garbage bag and tossed it on the side of the road . . . you're a sicko."
Lewis is currently trying to find a permanent home for the dog, but she will continue to foster it until that happens. Perhaps one of those 900,000 viewers might be interested?
George R.R. Martin's Original Game of Thrones Pitch Hints at Another Stark Death
Big ol' Game of Thrones spoilers below!
Gruesome deaths and Game of Thrones go together like HBO and leaked episodes, but the latest spoilers have come from a surprising source: George R.R. Martin himself. The original 1993 pitch for the author's A Song of Ice and Fire series has been uncovered, and it could hold the key to which of the show's beloved characters make it out of season seven (and season eight, for that matter) alive and well.
As Mashable points out, Martin's three-page letter to his agent actually first surfaced in 2015 when British bookstore Waterstones tweeted out photos of it, before the account quickly took them down. Luckily, Reddit user TheNextRobin was able to screenshot the images before they were deleted and subsequently shared them on Reddit themselves. In the letter, Martin wrote that "five central characters" - Tyrion Lannister, Daenerys Targaryen, Arya Stark, Bran Stark, and Jon Snow - are destined to "[grow] from children to adults and [change] the world and themselves" along the way. "In a sense, my trilogy is almost a generational saga, telling the life stories of these five characters, three men and two women," he explained. "The five key players are Tyrion Lannister, Daenerys Targaryen, and three of the children of Winterfell, Arya, Bran, and the bastard Jon Snow."
So, is this the definitive answer as to which of the Starks, Lannisters, and Targaryens will make it to the end of the series? Maybe, since all five of those characters are currently kicking it around Westeros. Then again, it's worth noting that Martin made it clear in the letter that the ideas he initially had for the series were likely to change dramatically over the course of publication, so don't count Sansa out just yet:
"As you know, I don't outline my novels. I find that if I know exactly where a book is going, I lose all interest in writing it. I do, however, have some strong notions as to the overall structure of the story I'm telling, and the eventual fate of many of the principle characters in the drama."
He wasn't joking about that, either, since his original idea for Game of Thrones included a romance between Arya and Jon Snow (excuse us while we hurl ourselves off a cliff), Tyrion deciding to light Winterfell on fire, Robb dying somewhere other than the Red Wedding, and Sansa having Joffrey's baby (extremely hard pass). The author, who is reportedly hard at work on Winds of Winter, also emphasized that clinging to any one character in the story would be unwise:
"The cast will not always remain the same. Old characters will die, and new ones will be introduced. Some of the fatalities will include sympathetic viewpoint characters. I want the reader to feel that no one is ever completely safe, not even the characters who seem to be the heroes. The suspense always ratchets up a notch when you know that any character can die at any time."
Although Martin's initial vision for the series relied on the survival of Dany, Tyrion, Arya, Bran, and Jon, his own warnings about the unpredictable nature of the story could mean that those five characters are no longer safe. Arya, what with her murderous vendettas and all, has found herself in a perilous position lately, so we wouldn't be surprised if she and Sansa have been switched. Daenerys could also be in trouble, and many fans have speculated that the Dragon Queen might sacrifice herself beyond the Wall, because it ties in to a vision she has while in the House of the Undying.
Will Sansa Stark make it to the end? Will the Night King ride in and turn everyone in Westeros to a popsicle? As we're all well aware, "when you play the game of thrones, you win or die." Here's hoping the show concludes with more winning than dying.
