6 Reasons Dr. Vincent Is Without a Doubt the Leader on American Horror Story

This week's emotionally scarring episode of American Horror Story gave us more information than ever about Kai's crazy clown cult. Not only did we hone in on all the identities of the masked murderers, but we even got some insight into their little gatherings and their inside game. While it's clear we still don't know exactly why they're trying to incite so much fear in the community (is it just to get Kai elected and that's it?), there is one thing that, to me, seems abundantly clear: I don't think Kai's running the cult at all. I think it's Ally's psychiatrist, Dr. Rudy Vincent. And I've got plenty of reasons to help explain why.

1. He's Kai and Winter's Big Brother

When Kai finally admits his actual backstory to Beverly, he makes a shocking revelation: he and Winter have an older brother, and it's you-know-who. When you consider the hierarchical structure of the family, it makes sense that the oldest brother would be running the whole operation. Kai may seem like he's running the show, but I doubt he'd undermine his big brother if the two disagreed on something.

2. It Was His Idea to Hide Their Parents' Bodies

Really, this whole thing started because of Rudy. Kai calls his brother after his parents' whole murder-suicide situation, and it's Rudy's decision not to tell the cops. It's Rudy's decision to turn their bedroom into a tomb and Rudy's decision to keep them locked away forever. And Kai's listening to him. It makes much more sense to say that their dynamic didn't shift after that. So Kai has taken on the biggest responsibilities, but Rudy's the one who has final say on everything.

3. Kai Dresses Up With the Other Cult Members

When it comes to a boss of an evil underground organization, he doesn't get in on the action. Consider another famous cult leader: Charles Manson (who, by the way, is one of Evan Peters's characters in an upcoming episode). Charles Manson didn't really get his hands dirty. He called the shots, and all of his underlings carried out his orders. Even his most infamous crime, the murder of Sharon Tate, was carried out by his loyal followers. So why does Kai dress up with the rest of his clown clan? Maybe it's because Vincent is the real boss, commanding the operation from the safety of his scary office. It's like Kai is the district manager but Rudy's the president of the whole damn thing.

4. It Explains How the Cult Knows So Much About Ally

From the very start, the clowns seem to be very in the know when it comes to Ally's phobias. I mean, even the fact that the cult dresses up as clowns seems like something geared toward Ally's specific brand of madness. Then there are specific aspects of the clowns: consider the fact that Beverly's clown head is covered in holes, which can be linked to Ally's rampant trypophobia. The only way they'd have all this information is if Rudy is feeding it to them.

5. It Explains Why Ally Seems to Be a Target

Along the same lines, how would the cult know to focus on Ally in the first place? Why would it be so obsessed with her if there wasn't some sort of underlying motive? Clearly, Dr. Vincent has seen something in her that makes him want her. It's definitely not abundantly clear just yet, but he has to have a reason. Ally's involvement reveals Dr. Vincent two-fold: it explains why Ally is a target and why the cult is attuned to all her phobias. We just need to figure out why.

6. That Button Scene Makes So Much More Sense Now

We had an inkling that Dr. Vincent was evil pretty early on. During the third episode, he has a phone session with Ally. While they speak, he plays with five buttons that bear smiley faces. While they don't precisely match the real-life clowns (not in appearance or number), it still seems like a pretty glaring indicator of his guilt. The way he rearranges the separate buttons makes it seem like he's the true puppet master.

What do you think? Is our brain-fixer the mastermind behind this whole operation? Hopefully, all will be revealed in the episodes to come.

18 Secrets From Flight Attendants That Will Change the Way You Fly

Does a cheaper flight mean a less safe flight? What happens if your plane is struck by lightning? And why do we have to put our seats in the upright position for landing? The keepers of the answers to your burning questions are the very same people serving you cocktails and snack packs. Flight attendants see it all, and they know the ins and outs of air travel.

We spoke to two flight attendants who both work for one of the top three major US airlines - they answered our questions on the condition of anonymity. From the things that annoy flight attendants to tips and tricks they practice when they're flying, these expert travelers have secrets that will calm your fears and may make you think twice before you complain extra loud about your dinner not being just right on your next flight. Read on for the juicy details only flight attendants can provide.

1. What are some things that annoy flight attendants?

"Discourteous passengers, touching the flight attendant to get their attention as we walk by, whispering (the airplane can be very loud and I'm not the best at reading lips!), complaining about weather and/or aircraft maintenance delays (we don't have any control over this, and we are just as inconvenienced as you are)."

2. Why do tray tables and seats have to be in upright position for takeoffs and landings?

"Especially the tray tables! During an evacuation, where every second matters to get away from the plane, if a tray table is down it will slow down the egress of the two passengers on the middle and window seat. If the aircraft were on fire, wouldn't you want a clear escape path to the exit? Same goes for the seat back. Any added obstacle will slow egress in an emergency."

3. What is something flight attendants wish passengers knew/understood?

"We don't choose what we serve - we simply show up and serve what's there, and if it's not there, you're not getting any. We also have no control when it comes to delays due to weather and/or aircraft maintenance. So please, be courteous to us in the event those may occur. As Captain Sullenberger said, 'Better a delay than a disaster!'"

4. What are some common myths that people believe about flying that aren't true?

"That the brace position is meant to kill you faster - I find this to be the most ridiculous myth; in a crash landing you wouldn't want to be tucked away and brace your body for impact by compacting it and covering your vitals such as neck, face, stomach, etc. Even flight attendants have a brace position, and we do it every takeoff and landing!"

5. Does a cheaper ticket/airline mean a less safe flight?

"Absolutely not! A lot of variables make up the complex formula for ticket price such as time of booking, cabin, seat, frequent flyer status and miles, airplane configuration, in-flight service on that particular flight, optional items like baggage allowance or seat assignment. Basically, all aircraft are subject to FAA regulations, and we wouldn't be in the business if safety wasn't our number one priority. Airlines are able to customize their product to their brand, but safety remains the number one focus."

6. What sort of training does a flight attendant go through?

"Training is on average five and a half weeks, most of which is unpaid. In training we learn and are tested to proficiency on certain items such as aircraft general, first aid, security, and evacuation drills. Only about four days is spent on service!"

7. What are flight attendants trained in, in terms of safety emergency situations, both plane and people-related?

"We have a lot of formal training in safety and emergency situations. Four of our five weeks of intense, six-days-a-week training was spent on safety and emergency situations. Most of our people-related situations are learned on the job. We have been hired/selected by other professional flight attendants for our ability to make good decisions and to be able to read situations and people with good judgment. So many of us are well equipped to handle these situations that come up, but sometimes it does take a second opinion of another crew member."

8. What happens when one engine goes out?

"All aircraft are certified to fly with one engine operation for a safe landing. The aircraft that fly over water are ETOPS certified. Airplanes are aerodynamic, meaning they are designed so air can easily flow around the airplane to decrease drag so they can glide in descent for an extended time with one working engine. One example is Air Canada Flight 143, which ran out of fuel at 41,000 feet and managed to glide and land without a loss of life. And then there's the all too famous US Airways flight 1549 - so in short, engine failure isn't like a flat tire, just a rare inconvenience."

9. Can turbulence make a plane crash?

"No, but it can be unsettling and even throw people about. Due to modern technology, turbulence can now easily be predicted than ever before. In general the pilots know what's ahead of their aircraft at all times, but severe turbulence does happen unexpectedly from time to time. Most turbulence-related injuries are actually to flight attendants, as we are more vulnerable being out of our jumpsuits most of the flight. The main danger to passengers is not being seated with their seat belts fastened when this unlikely event occurs or unsecured items becoming instant projectiles."

10. What happens if the landing gear fails?

"Simple, we land without it! This event is actually called a 'belly landing,' where the plane lands on the belly without the gear lowered. This event has actually happened where LOT Polish Airlines Flight 16 landed with out the gear lowered with emergency vehicles and personnel on the ground standing by. The plane landed without incident on its belly, and the flight attendants warranted an evacuation - all 231 people were evacuated via the escape slides without injury or loss of life."

11. Is it safe to fly during a thunderstorm? What happens when a plane is hit by lightning?

"Planes are designed to be hit by lightning both in the air and on the ground! Thanks to the engineers who design the plane. The skin of the aircraft acts as a conductor to keep lightning from entering the internal parts of the aircraft, such as the cabin or anything such as flight controls that may affect the well-being of the airplane, and the lightning is redirected out through the wings and tail. There may be damage to the plane (rare), but it will make a safe landing. Thanks to the engineers and plane manufacturers, an airliner has not crashed from lightning in over 45 years. From the passenger perspective, there may be a loud bang or white glow, but not to worry, the internal parts if the plane are protected."

12. What are some reasons that a flight is completely canceled rather than just delayed?

"A lot of reasons can a play a factor with this, mostly crew legality comes into play especially out of our hub cities where we don't have ready reserve flight attendants who can easily take over the flight. FAA mandates how many hours a crew can work a day in any given duty period - pilots are usually 12 hours and flight attendants are usually 16 hours. A long day's friend is fatigue and fatigue is usually where mistakes can be made. Planes have been crippled and met demise under fatigue conditions of the crew. Sometimes the delay can be so long that they cancel the flight for the day and run an extra segment the following day.

Although cancellations are becoming more and more rare, with airlines running about 90 percent completion rate of flights. The most common cancellation is weather, where planes are late or never take off to come in or they just simply can't operate a safe operation under the severe weather conditions and it makes sense to cancel the flight vs. stringing the passengers along to departure that will never happen."

13. What are some tips you have for packing light?

"My suggestion is to wear your larger coat and bulkiest shoes on the flight if possible. Also pack things that combine well together. One skirt that goes with four different shirts or a dress that can be worn for day and evening. It cuts down on the number of items you'll have to pack. Things like underwear, socks, tank tops, etc. can be shoved into boots if those are something you choose to pack instead of wear on the plane."

14. What are the essentials you HAVE to have when you fly?

"(Noise-canceling) headphones, sweater/jacket/wrap or scarf, Kiehl's in-flight spray, and empty water bottle to fill up after security checkpoint."

15. What other travel tips/tricks/secrets do you have?

"Do not depend heavily on the airline/flight attendants. Things happen, we make mistakes, and sometimes we aren't having the best day, but if you can make the flight attendants smile or laugh, you'll never go thirsty. Always anticipate delays and your own needs such as temperature - bring a sweater, dietary needs - we aren't a 7-Eleven, bring your gluten-free stuff from home, medication - keep it with you at all times, along with your wallet, keys, and passport!"

16. Any tips for beating jet lag?

"Drink a lot of water! My best advice is to get yourself onto the time of the place you're going as best you can. If I get in and it's 2 p.m. and I really want to nap, I force myself to stay awake until it's 'bedtime.' It can be really challenging, but that's why coffee exists."

17. What's the coolest place you've ever been?

"I have to say that being paid to work a flight to Maui and then getting to lay on the beach all the next day and then working the flight back is not such a rough life. As long as I have enough time, I try to get out and find some things to explore in every city. I also love Boston and NYC (places I'd never been until I got this job)."

18. What made you get into the airline business? What do those in the business love about it?

"I have wanted to be a flight attendant for a long time. I have always been drawn to the idea of traveling all over for work, the flexible scheduling, and the fact that I get to work with a variety of people. Why people stay in the airline business is due to the flexible hours and the travel benefits. And with many of the larger carriers, once you've worked with them for 15 years, you get lifetime flying benefits with that carrier."

Sofia Vergara Is Obsessed With This 1 Pair of Underwear - and You Will Be Too

Sofia Vergara has been in the limelight for over two decades, and in that time, she's managed to continue to woo us with every single outfit she's worn on the red carpet. But now we're getting a peek at what's underneath her dresses. The 45-year-old released her underwear line, EBY, alongside her partner, Renata Black, in September, and she spoke to POPSUGAR all about the company, even revealing what her favorite type of underwear is.

POPSUGAR: Talk to us about your new company, EBY. What does it stand for?

Sofia Vergara: Empower by you. It means that you, the girl who subscribes to get her underwear on joineby.com, are going to empower a woman somewhere in the world to be able to open her own business. Ten percent of the net sales of the underwear you're purchasing is going to one of those women. It's fantastic. You will be getting the most perfect, wonderful underwear and empowering a woman somewhere in the world to be able to do the thing she wants.

PS: Why was it important for you to start this company?

SV: It was amazing because I've been looking for a project like this for a long time. I wasn't specifically looking to open an underwear business, but I met with Renata [Black, her cofounder], and she had already formulated this great idea. When we sat down, she told me she wanted to create a business that would micro-finance loans to women in need everywhere in the world. I told her to send me the underwear and I fell in love with it. Everything that she told me that the underwear was going to do, it does it. I was really surprised because I didn't think you could reinvent the wheel with underwear, but it was perfection. We have from size XS-4X. There is a size for everyone. It's not only comfortable, but it's pretty and cute. There is no problem if someone sees you in it [Laughing].

PS: If you were one of the recipients of a micro-finance loan, what kind of business would you start?

SV: I was thinking about that the other day. If I was in that situation, I think I would open a hair and/or makeup salon. I would want to try to make a woman feel beautiful and cute. Even though there are rough times, as women, we always like to feel cute, and I think that's an important part of being feminine and being a woman.

What's your favorite kind of underwear to wear on a daily basis?

SV: The thong. It's super comfortable and I love it. I also use the cheeky. It's great because you can wear anything and you won't see it because it's seamless.

This Is Why Infanta Sofía of Spain Isn't Considered a Princess

While the Spanish royal family currently has its fair share of glamour and fashion (and even drama), we're always looking to the next generation of little royals, especially Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofía. While the 11- and 10-year-olds are both daughters to King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia, the second-born is not actually a princess - and there's a good explanation for that.

Felipe and Letizia's firstborn and the future queen of Spain, Leonor, will become the first female ruler of the country since Queen Isabella II when she takes the throne from her father at his abdication. Sofía, named after Felipe's mom, sits on the third spot of the Spanish crown succession line but is not the heiress to the crown, which is why she has the title of infanta, indicating she's the eldest sibling to the princess. It's complicated, but there's more: if the king and queen decide to have another child and the baby turns out to be a boy, he would become a prince, and Leonor would have to give up her title and become an infanta herself.

Brace Yourselves, Potterheads - the First Image From the Fantastic Beasts Sequel Is HERE

The official title for the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them sequel has yet to be unveiled, but that hasn't stopped the studio from releasing some key details about the new movie. In addition to hinting at what the plot will be about back in July, we've now been blessed with our first official image from the sequel.

The Fantastic Beasts Twitter account conjured up a photo of Newt Scamander's application for a travel permit. The only problem? It's been marked with a big, fat "denied" stamp in the upper right corner. According to the people in charge at the Ministry of Magic, Newt is considered "uncooperative and evasive on reasons for last trip." Apparently unleashing a horde of magical creatures on the streets of New York hasn't earned him any friends, even if he did have a hand in stopping Gellert Grindelwald.

If you look closely at the permit application, it lists his reason for travel as "personal." Could he be attempting to visit American auror Tina after their bittersweet goodbye at the end of the first film? While we certainly hope so, we won't know for sure until the sequel hits theaters on Nov. 16, 2018.

If You Experience Hormonal Breakouts, You'll Thank God For This Mask

I've yet to find a woman who hasn't encountered this issue: you're about to embark on that time of the month, and your skin appears to be mirroring just how annoyed, inflamed, and pissed off you feel on the inside. (If you haven't, please DM me immediately so I can paint a full picture.) But I've found something that has helped my skin during this monthly visit - premenstrual, if you will - and it doesn't require removing my uterus. Yay! In fact, it's a face mask, and it's going to be something you will wish they sold at Costco. Someone just get me a giant vat of this stuff.

The mask comes from Renée Rouleau, Demi Lovato's go-to esthetician and Texas native. She has helped me with two major skin care woes in my life, issues that have plagued me. First, she is the one who identified that I had melasma when I was 25. Mid-20s me thought the dark spots on my forehead and cheeks, which could appear to be shadows to the naked eye, were remnants of my self-tanner that I wasn't able to wash off. (To be young and naive.) It was during a facial at her Dallas location that she gently brought up that I had melasma and informed me of what triggered it: my birth control.

This changed my life. Seriously. I got off birth control, something I was able to do without worry at the time. I stopped upsetting my melanocytes - the cells that produce melanin, or pigment, in the skin - with heated, aggressive treatments. (For the most part.) I wore a hat to the beach and aspired to stay out of the heat in general, knowing the temperature could set my melasma off. And although there's a little bit on my forehead, it's less noticeable than it once was.

Then, a few years later, I had a breakout after leaving the Coachella Valley. God help me. My cheeks were ridden with red bumps and pustules, something I knew wasn't normal, and I realized they recurred each time I left Palm Springs. My (since dropped) dermatologist was quick to prescribe me pills to kill whatever it was, but wanting actual answers, I wrote Renée, who is now based in Austin. She asked me a variety of questions about my weekend that helped her pinpoint what I was experiencing: acne cosmetica. Spending long days in the dry climate with heavy winds and an oil-based foundation meant my pores were being blocked by my foundation and increased my oil production, resulting in what looks like a breakout. She made an easy suggestion: wear powder foundation on your next trip. And you know what? I haven't had a breakout in the desert since!

Now you know that I trust this woman. She dug deeper than my dermatologist bothered to in order to find the right solution. This is incredibly helpful when you're trying to fix any skin issue you have; it is invaluable.

Visiting Renée over Golden Globes weekend, I got a chance to receive a facial and learn about her new products. First, she told me I needed to "put the fire out of my skin." It was inflamed as hell, and I had several cysts that I hadn't battled with in some time. And truth be told, it kind of comes with the territory when you're testing skin care products regularly, but she reminded me that I must be gentle. She took a minute to give my skin a chill pill in the form of a rubber mask, then introduced me to her newest baby, an anti-breakout solution for hormonal acne that won't dry out your skin: the Rapid Response Detox Masque ($61).

Is it too good to be true? No. It works. I've tested it for a month, and I'm currently wearing the sheerest foundation I own - a compact from Laneige - if that gives you any indication. It works to help with clogged pores that result from travel, hormones, and even sleeping with makeup on. Renée suggests it for premenstrual acne to help "disrupt the acne cycle." This is mask is lightweight and dreamy; when it dries, it doesn't feel hard, sticky, or taut. Renée suggests exfoliating before applying the mask, so lightly scrub or use a peel to help get rid of dead skin. The mask itself is a golden, shimmery gel. Slather it on and let the following eliminate your future breakouts: tea tree leaf oil is antimicrobial and an anti-inflammatory that helps with acne bacteria. Helping to stop inflammation is key when it comes to getting rid of your breakouts, which is why she also included lichocalchone, or Chinese licorice, which helps soothe the skin. Manuka branch/leaf oil helps with the microbial - or bacteria - count on your skin's surface, and she included a salicylic acid complex to help exfoliate and reduce oil.

This mask doesn't include parabens, synthetic fragrances, synthetic dyes, SD alcohol, or gluten, which my skin was thrilled about. I use it once a week, and it's recommended you leave on for about 15 minutes. (I tend to go over since I get distracted and forget I have it on.) Many masks take a few minutes to get off because they leave patches of product behind. This slides off the skin easily and leaves your with a glow afterward.

Investing in your skin, period, is always a good idea, but especially during that time of the month. My skin will take any help it can get!

The Decapitated Body Isn't What Surprised Neighbors About This Gory Scene

When Greenville, Tennessee resident Johnny Riddle drove past his neighbor's house the other morning, he got a gory surprise: a body was seemingly decapitated beneath the garage door. "There's a guy laying in his driveway, with two big bloody handprints on side of the house," he said in a frantic call to 911 uncovered by WJHL. "It looks like he was dead, I don't know I didn't stop I just came on to work," he continued. Fortunately, the body wasn't a body at all: just leaves stuffed with paper and food coloring and hair gel for blood. The entire gory display was for Halloween – as deputies from the sheriff's office found out after rushing to what they thought was a crime scene. Homeowner Joseph Lovergive explained the misunderstanding to WJHL, saying Halloween is his and his daughter's favorite time of year and they love to decorate accordingly. Upon learning it was a joke, Johnny says he wasn't angry, just relieved. Even the deputies had to admit it was pretty funny. As for the rest of the neighbors, more than being shocked by the bloody body, they couldn't get over the fact that the Lovergives had put up Halloween decorations more than a month before the holiday.

Alessandra Ambrosio takes a cue from fellow model Heidi Klum when it comes to Halloween. And though the Brazilian Victoria's Secret Angel doesn't bring her dress-up efforts all the way to Heidi levels, she takes the season seriously, sporting more than one look every year.

She's prepared to go all out with her look, including with her hair and makeup, showing up at parties and red carpets in the most elaborate outfits. But that doesn't mean she doesn't also know how to pull a total lazy-girl move, adding ears to simple pieces she found in her closet to pull together a DIY outfit. Either way, her costumes are always sexy and cute, never scary - maybe because her two kids, Anja Louise and Noah Phoenix, are on hand for the celebrations. Keep scrolling to see what we mean by taking a look back at Alessandra's best Halloween costumes through the years. They're sure to spark an idea of your own!

Lin-Manuel Miranda Brought TONS of Latinx Artists Together For Song Benefiting Puerto Rico

Leave it to Lin-Manuel Miranda to bring some of the biggest names in music together. The 37-year-old Hamilton creator rounded up a slew of Latinx artists for an extremely good cause: the song "Almost Like Praying," which is about the devastation in Puerto Rico. It includes vocals from Marc Anthony, Ruben Blades, Camila Cabello, Gloria Estefan, Fat Joe, Luis Fonsi, Juan Luis Guerra, Jennifer Lopez, Rita Moreno, Gina Rodriguez, and many more.

In an interview with NPR, Miranda said he incorporated "Maria" from West Side Story because he knew it "would forever have a different connotation on the island as a result of that," and it's his favorite song from the play. He also incorporated the names of 78 Puerto Rican towns into the song lyrics. All of the sales from the track will go to the Hispanic Federation's Hispanic Relief Fund. Listen to it above, and get ready to have it on repeat because it's not just for a good cause - it's really good, period.

Elana K. Arnold's What Girls Are Made Of Is a Must Read For All Women

The National Book Foundation doesn't only give out awards for works of literature aimed at adults. It also names finalists and an eventual winner for Young People's Literature. On the 2017 list of National Book Award finalists, one book stands out in particular for its portrayal of female adolescence.

Elana K. Arnold's What Girls Are Made Of tells the story of teenager Nina Faye, who is completely infatuated with her boyfriend. But when he breaks up with her, she is suddenly casting about for meaning in her life. What is she if she's not somebody's girlfriend?

As Nina tries to find meaning in her life as a young woman and not somebody's significant other, the story interweaves flashbacks that flesh out Nina's complicated relationship with her mother and some magical realism tales about virgin martyrs and female saints who were forced into genital mutilation.

It sounds haphazard, but it's not. The other stories are presented as being part of a school project Nina is working on, so they aren't just inserted into the story randomly. Plus, the divergence from Nina's story helps illustrate all the complex issues that go into coming of age as a young girl, in any time period. It's a confusing, sad, lonely time for many young women.

There is a decently uplifting ending, though. Not "happy," per se, but hopeful and strong, so it doesn't leave readers devastated or saddened about Nina's experiences. It's a must read for women of all ages, but especially teenagers.

10 Things INTJ Personality Types Hate With a Burning Passion

I f*cking hate small talk. I've been told by loved ones that I'm "almost too logical," always thinking with my head over my heart, and I admit I'm a bit of a perfectionist. Self-awareness is important to me, so I've always recognized these traits in myself, but it wasn't until I took the Myers-Briggs test that I realized there's a name that describes my personality: INTJ. One of the 16 personality types, the acronym's meaning stands for introvert (I), intuitive (N), thinking (T), and judging (J). I'm not usually one for seemingly arbitrary advice from things like horoscopes (reading my Virgo relationship forecast for the month doesn't really do it for me), but the well-researched psychology behind this popular personality test hooked me. After marveling at the results and nodding my head at every single INTJ personality trait, I felt I got to know myself better and was reminded of the things that make me me.

"To outsiders, INTJs may appear to project an aura of 'definiteness,' of self-confidence. This self-confidence, sometimes mistaken for simple arrogance by the less decisive, is actually of a very specific rather than a general nature," the results of my personality quiz stated. Simply put, INTJs know what they like and don't like. And they definitely know what they hate. If you're a fellow INTJ (or hoping to better understand one), here are some things that they really, really hate.

  1. Small talk. Did I mention I f*cking hate small talk? People with whom I've shared elevators and Lyft rides, I'm sure you're all great, but I don't care how you're doing, how you feel about the weather finally cooling down, or how long you've lived in the city. The trivial nature of these conversations makes me cringe, and I'd rather remain absorbed in my music or my peace and quiet. "White lies and small talk are hard enough as it is for a type that craves truth and depth, but INTJs may go so far as to see many social conventions as downright stupid," says 16 Personalities.
  2. Flakiness. INTJs are reliable, and when they say they're going to be somewhere, they'll be there. Probably a little early. They have no patience for people who flake out at the last minute on plans or tasks with a vague excuse.
  3. Blind obedience. It's not that INTJs are outright rule-breakers, they just need to know why certain rules exist before taking them seriously. INTJs' logical minds are always at work, and they aren't afraid to question tradition.
  4. Irrational assumptions. INTJs don't quickly jump to conclusions, and they're often frustrated with people who do. For example, INTJs will not assume the worst in a situation and won't worry until they are given a concrete reason to do so. The "T" in our personality type means we make decisions through thinking rather than feeling (F).
  5. Close-mindedness. Being so attached to rational thinking means that INTJs, while confident in their own opinions, are always open to hearing other perspectives. They get frustrated with people whose narrow-mindedness hinders their ability to think with empathy.
  6. Meaningless friendships. INTJs would rather have a small group of close friends than a large circle of acquaintances. It means more to them to have a core support system and a short list of people they truly care about than constantly getting invitations to hang out with people who don't provide a fulfilling relationship. It's about quality vs. quantity for them.
  7. Inefficient planning. INTJs don't appreciate poor planning or indecisiveness. "Going with the flow" isn't exactly a strong suit because they like the feeling of being prepared.
  8. Crowds. While a huge music festival or crowded bar might sound like the ideal night out to some people, INTJs would rather be at home in comfy clothes with a good book.
  9. Lazy work ethics. INTJs are not familiar with the concept of giving anything less than 100 percent to their jobs (even if it's a job they're not necessarily passionate about). They know their strengths, and they want to make sure other people can see them, too - this is where their perfectionism comes through. Slacking is not in their vocabulary, and they love meeting their goals.
  10. The spotlight. Although INTJs are confident, they would rather not be the center of attention. According to 16 Personalities, "It is often best for them to remain where they are comfortable - out of the spotlight - where the natural confidence can serve as its own beacon, attracting people of similar temperament and interests."

Forget About the Box's Instructions; Try Cooking Your Frozen Pizza Like This

If frozen pizza turns out funky for you (burnt spots, soggy bits, general mediocre outcomes), here's a tip from the internet. Forget about the back-of-the-box instructions, and instead, cook your frozen pizza like this guy. Reddit user numbahtwelve says to fully thaw the pizza and crank your oven to the hottest temperature it will go (not the broil setting). Then, cook the pizza on the rack of the oven (unless you own a pizza stone or cast-iron skillet) for five to eight minutes or until the crust crisps and cheese bubbles.

His logic? Restaurants and pizza chains cook the 'za on pizza stones in commercial ovens that are set to 700°F-1000°F. This little hack emulates the professional method without the use of fancy equipment. Now, if you want to be truly fancy, brush the crust with olive oil and sprinkle crushed garlic or garlic powder on it, before baking. Mmm . . . seems like a simple yet reliable hack to try for the next frozen pizza night.

You might want to skip the regular Skittles and M&M's for 2017's fun and festive releases from your favorite brands that trick-or-treaters haven't tried before. From exciting Target exclusives to nationally available candies wrapped in adorably spooky packaging, here's all the new candy you've got to try this year.

A Hands-Free Hack For Peeling Hard-Boiled Eggs

As easy as hard-boiled eggs are to make, they're a pain to peel, that is until I learned this hack. It involves shaking the egg in a glass cup with a bit of water until the eggshell breaks into a million shards. It seemed completely unfathomable until I tested it out myself and discovered it's completely legitimate! Here's how it's done.

Fill a glass cup or a mason jar with about 1/2 inch of water. Then add the egg. If you have a mason jar, screw on the lid.

Turn the cup to the side, pressing one hand over the open end so the water doesn't pour out.

Start shaking! Don't let the egg roll around the glass, but rather make sure it's hitting the sides of the glass. You'll begin to see the eggshell cracking . . .

Keep shaking until the shell slips off! Rinse the egg under cold water to remove any small shell shards, then enjoy.

Singing "The Star-Spangled Banner" as a First Generation American Is Something I'll Never Forget

Luis Coronel is a regional Mexican singer.

I'll never forget how I felt performing "The Star-Spangled Banner" at an Arizona Diamondbacks' baseball game, at Chase Field, in front of thousands of people. Being a local - I was born in Tucson, AZ - and singing in front of family and friends made this a special moment. But as a regional Mexican singer and the son of Mexican immigrants, the experience meant even more.

I'd never imagined that I'd get the chance to sing the American national anthem on such an important day for Arizonans, and at such an important place - I used to imagine myself as a baseball player in the field when I was little. Standing there, holding the microphone as a first-generation American, made me realize that anything is possible. I was proving to those who never believed in me, those who don't believe in Latinos, that we can do anything.

Even through the turmoil we're facing with President Donald Trump and his views on immigration, and with everything that has happened in Arizona in the past few years, I was able to conquer this milestone - through the war against Latinos.

Seeing my mother, brother, sister, and nieces in the crowd brought an unexplainable feeling. At that moment, I knew how proud my mom was to see me shine, but I also thought of everyone else there. I wanted all the other Latinos to see me and know that anything you set your mind to you can achieve. Having me sing the national anthem at a huge baseball game was a statement to the people of Arizona and everyone watching.

Growing up in the state, deportations were a common thing. People sometimes have a negative view of Mexican immigrants, but I believe that as an artist, I have to do everything I can to make sure people know I'm a proud Mexican, here to show you all wrong. My family and I got through obstacles to be here, and we don't regret it.

It's all about surrounding yourself with people who have the best interest in you and want to see you succeed, and Latinos want their own kind to succeed more than anyone else. Hispanics - from Mexico, Puerto Rico, or the Dominican Republic, wherever it may be - we all come from the same place. We stick together.

I'm very proud to be Latino. I'm proud that my parents are immigrants and because of their sacrifices I'm able to do what I do now with my career and my life. No matter what happens, no matter what restrictions get put on us, we are people, and we're here to make a living and do our best.

After the national anthem, I was able to perform a full set of my songs. White people, black people, Asians, Hispanics: people of every race stayed in their seats and supported me, because I was one of their own - an Arizonan. They welcomed me. They sang along, smiled . . . it made me feel confident, supported. That's why I will never leave Arizona. It's my home; it's where my heart is.

Outlander: Here's When Jamie Will See His Son, William, Again

There wasn't a dry eye in my house during the latest Outlander episode, appropriately titled "Of Lost Things," when Jamie has to say goodbye to his son, William, who is now ostensibly the third child Jamie has lost. First, he and Claire lose their baby Faith in France, and then he sends Claire through the stones when she's pregnant with Brianna. Now, Jamie has a child he has essentially helped raise, but because no one can know that William is actually the illegitimate son of the stablehand, Jamie has to leave Helwater because William's resemblance to him is beginning to show.

Lord John Grey does the best he can for Jamie - he and Isobel are going to raise William, so Jamie knows his son will always be loved, well cared for, and want for nothing. Plus, Lord John secures Jamie a pardon, which means he can return to Lallybroch without fearing for his family's safety.

Still, it's a gut-wrenching goodbye, for both Jamie and us viewers. But is this the last time Jamie will ever see his son? Read on to find out, but be warned of spoilers from the books, so stop reading if you don't want to know.

The short answer to if Jamie will ever see his son again is yes, but the long answer is that it is going to be a few years before that happens.

In book four, Drums of Autumn, Jamie and Claire have settled in America on their own little plot of land they dub "Fraser's Ridge." In 1768, when William is 10 years old, he and Lord John visit the Frasers while on their way to Isobel's estate in Virginia (Isobel has died of flux at this point). While there, John is laid up with measles, so while Claire works to heal him, Jamie and William get to have a little father-son bonding time, though William still does not know that Jamie is his father.

Then, in book six, A Breath of Snow and Ashes, William meets his half-sister, Brianna, though he doesn't know who she is . . . but she knows he is her half-brother. At the time, it is 1776 and William is preparing to fight for the British in the Revolutionary War. Book seven, An Echo in the Bone, then picks up with William, now age 18, as part of the British army. It jumps back just a few months in time to show him meeting Brianna from his perspective, and then it follows William throughout his time in the war, from 1776 to 1778, when William finally meets Jamie and realizes the truth behind his paternity because the resemblance between them is so strong now that William is a grown man.

It isn't until book eight, Written in My Own Heart's Blood, that Jamie and William finally have an honest conversation about their relationship, but as to just where William might fit into the Fraser clan (if at all, because he doesn't really consider Jamie his father), that remains to be seen as of yet in the books.

Got it?

To summarize, William may appear in season four of Outlander because maintaining Lord John and William's relationship with Claire and Jamie is important to the overall story. But then we won't really see him again until maybe the end of season six, but more likely season seven, if the show is still going (fingers crossed).

A Release Date For Fast 9 Is Here, but the Cast Isn't Happy About It

Raise Your Hand If Goosebumps' The Haunted Mask Scared the Sh*t Out of You as a Kid

If you grew up in the '90s, then you know that it was one of the best decades for genuinely scary stuff on the likes of the Disney Channel and Nickelodeon. In addition to shows like Are You Afraid of the Dark?, we were also blessed with R.L. Stine's Goosebumps series. But out of all the creepy stories R.L. wrote back in the day, The Haunted Mask was by far one of the most bone-chilling. The book was made into a two-part TV special that aired in October 1995, and follows a girl named Carly Beth, who is sick and tired of being on the receiving end of scary pranks from two boys in her school, Chuck and Steve. She decides that instead of being a duck for Halloween like she originally planned, she wants to get them back by being something really terrifying. She visits a new novelty shop in town and stumbles upon a back room of scary masks. She then steals one and runs home to try it on. She has trouble taking it off, but when she finally does, Carly Beth and her brother, Noah, aren't sure how or why her voice has changed.

She puts it back on and goes out trick-or-treating with her friends, but she starts to act differently by frightening children and vandalizing the neighborhood. While at her friend's house, she's horrified to realize that she can't take the mask off at all this time because it seems to have become part of her skin. She runs back to the shop, where the creepy owner tells her the mask is actually a living face and the only way she can get it off is with a symbol of love. Carly grabs a mold of her own face that her artist mother made for her and is able to take off the mask. After returning home that night and tossing the mask to the side, Noah then decides to try it on and we have NO IDEA WHAT HAPPENS NEXT.

5 Habits of Stress-Free People

Some completely break under stress, while others flourish when put to the test. Though certain people are just laid-back in nature, there are important habits those who know how to maintain healthy stress levels practice. So, if you're someone who needs to embrace their inner chill, see five things stress-free people do below!

1. They take breaks.

When they recognize that they're feeling overwhelmed, they allow themselves to step away from their desks to take a breather. They know that overworking themselves in the moment will only hinder productivity and that pressing pause will produce better results in the long run.

2. They don't sweat the small stuff.

They look at the larger picture and let more of the trivial "problems" go. They know that working themselves up over things that won't matter later won't do them any good and instead focus their attention on the important stuff.

3. They're all about self-care.

They understand that it's crucial for both their mental and physical health to take some time for themselves. This means finding the time to unwind, slowing down, and allowing themselves to say "no" to plans when necessary. They're unapologetic about being selfish in terms of their well-being.

4. They stay organized.

They don't allow their busy schedules and many responsibilities to rule them because they're good at prioritizing. They know how to take control of chaos and utilize tools like planners and calendars to make their lives easier.

5. They have a healthy stress outlet.

This is the most important habit of them all. People who are great at managing their stress levels aren't great at it without some help. Exercise, a creative outlet, or another constructive method helps them reset and keep their sanity in check. They know that without some form of regular release, they won't last for long.

10 Spooky Doormats That Will Instantly Get Your House Ready For Halloween

If you want to show your friends and neighbors that you care deeply about October 31, but you don't actually have the time - or energy - to put out decorations (who has the free schedule to hang skeletons and messy cobwebs?!), we have a solution for you: doormats. They require absolutely no installation, are incredibly festive, and can be used year after year. You just drop them on the ground and you're done. So whether you want something traditional, like big orange pumpkins, or a cheeky saying that shows off your personality, we rounded up the best Halloween doormats out there.

You Can Scare the Sh*t Out of Your Friends With This Clown Doughnut Delivery

Did you see the It remake and have dreams of Pennywise showing up at your door with . . . doughnuts? No? Well, thanks to a doughnut shop called Hurts Donut, people were able to deliver doughnuts from a person dressed as a creepy-ass clown to their friends - or their enemies, perhaps.

"Wanna scare the sh . . . Shprinkles out of your friends!?" The Frisco, TX, doughnut shop wrote on its Facebook page. And from the looks of the videos the company shared, some people did indeed take advantage of the opportunity. Watch the two videos below to see what happened when the clown delivered doughnuts to unsuspecting employees at work. One surprised employee finds the clown waiting for him by the front desk and says, "I don't know what to think right now. Am I awake right now?" Another woman got the quiet delivery while sitting in her office, and all it took was a scream from the clown to make her jump.

While the special "scary clown deliveries" were only available for a couple of days in September, the Texas shop noted on Facebook that it "may pick a day for out of town clown deliveries as well" if there was enough interest in surrounding communities. TBH, this is probably the only time we'd refuse a box of doughnuts, and it's gonna be a hard pass from us.

Dad Is Pissed About This "Bullsh*t" Onesie That Makes Men Look Inept

This shirt is bullshit. from daddit

It's unfortunate that some people still believe a mother should be the sole caretaker for her child, but reality check, y'all: it's 2017 and men are perfectly capable of changing diapers, giving bottles, and generally being all-around awesome caregivers for their kids. This fact may have something to do with why one dad is so royally pissed over a "bullsh*t" baby onesie he saw hanging in a clothing store.

The onesie, which reads, "This shirt is Daddy-proof," has arrows labeling where a baby's arms and head should go, and alerts fathers as to what those pesky little round things at the bottom of the onesie are supposed to do ("Snap!" in case you were unsure . . . ).

Cue major eye roll.

Commenters are having a lighthearted field day with the dad's Reddit post, which was appropriately captioned, "This shirt is bullsh*t." One commenter joked, "Durr hurr, fathers are stupid!" while another used the post to throw a bit of playful shade at his partner: "Wife has put on the onesie backwards a few times. I have not (yet)."

Jake Gyllenhaal and 29 Other Hot Guys Who Smell Amazing

Some of the hottest dudes out there (Brad Pitt, Robert Pattinson, and Matthew McConaughey, we're looking at you) are the faces of top designer cologne campaigns. The best thing about these ads aren't the smoldering stares, the fast cars, or even the risqué bedroom scenes, but rather the occasional shirtless moment that makes us swoon (insert daydream of Alexander Skarsgard's muscles here). We've rounded up the male-fronted ads that make us drool. You can also shop these scents for the man in your life now. You're welcome.

23 Surprising Items You Can't Bring Into Disneyland

Disneyland is a magical place where dreams come true - and it's also a place you can't bring pots and pans. Yep, the park has some pretty interesting things on their banned items list, and of course some prohibited items (like weapons, for instance) that make complete sense. Find out what you can and can't bring into the park, and make sure to leave your selfie stick at home the next time you head to Disneyland.

People Are Going Batsh*t Crazy Over This Goth Halloween Sundae at Disneyland

There's no question that Halloween is the best season at Disneyland. Between a park-wide costume party, a whole new slate of themed merchandise, characters in their orange-and-black finest, and entire rides converted into Halloween wonderlands, what is there not to love? And now we have an entirely new reason to love Disney's Halloween celebration: the "bat wing" ice cream sundae from the park's seasonal menu.

Available at Clarabelle's Hand-Scooped Ice Cream in California Adventure, the "Bat Wing Raspberry Sundae" runs just over $7. Disney's website describes the goth-aesthetic sundae as a "white chocolate-raspberry swirl ice cream with raspberry splatter, blood-red sprinkles, whipped cream, and a bat wing cookie."

Naturally, the extravagant dessert creation is all over Instagram. If you're not able to grab one for yourself, then just drool over our favorite photos of the sweet Halloween treat.

Someone Made Candy Corn Pizza, and the Internet Says, "Nope, Not Today"

We thought the most controversial pizza topping was pineapple until someone on Twitter proved us wrong - way wrong. An adventurous eater by the name of TheRealAsswolf shared photos of a candy corn pizza he made, and people are downright disgusted by the idea. Most people agree that candy corn is one of the worst Halloween candies on the planet, and to put it on top of one of the world's most sacred foods should be considered a crime. It would be one thing if this person made a dessert pizza out of candy corn; we'd at least partially approve of that. But instead, the Twitter user sprinkled a bunch of candy corn pieces on top of a frozen cheese pizza and baked it in the oven until the cheese - and the orange candy - melted. "'Tis the season, my dudes," the pizza creator wrote next to his ruined dinner. With over 15,000 retweets and 35,000 "likes" at press time, it's clear the internet has a lot of feelings about this.

This Is the Most Stupid Mistake You Can Make at Whole Foods

I recently had the misfortune of discovering the most expensive item in the ready-made hot foods section of Whole Foods. Knowing everything is priced by the pound, I thought I was being smart and conscientious when I filled up the smallest container with mashed potatoes. "They surely couldn't charge more than $5 for a small box of potatoes, right?" I told myself.

I proudly walked the items up to the cash register, and the cashier weighed my tiny box. My stomach flopped when "$14" appeared on the screen. "Excuse me, sir. Did you accidentally rest your hand on the scale? I couldn't possibly have just scooped $14 worth of potatoes into that container," I said, trying to ease my discomfort. He chuckled and shook his head, "There's no mistake. The hot bar is the 'Whole' in 'Whole Paycheck,' hon." There was no chance I could abandon the container either. Once scooped, must purchase. I simultaneously felt robbed and like a complete idiot.

FYI, everyone, the hot bar is $8.99 a pound. Let it be known that the smallest container fills approximately 1.6 pounds worth of mashed potatoes. Also worth noting, the mashed potatoes from the hot bar are the same price in the hot deli: $8.99. I'm never, ever, ever going back to the Whole Foods hot bar . . . that is, until the 365 by Whole Foods store opens in my neighborhood and the hot bar is priced by the container size, not by weight. The same container at a 365 store would cost me $5.50, a MUCH more reasonable price for mashed potatoes.

13 Things All Moms of Multiples Understand

Your heart exponentially grows when you give birth to more than one child at the same time, but so does the work and chaos. While other parents are complaining about getting one baby to sleep through the night, you're trying to get everyone asleep - or at least not wake anyone else up. From buying multiples of everything to dealing with endless questions from curious strangers, there are certain truths that only parents can truly understand. Of course, it's worth it for the extra smiles, hugs, and personalities, but these are 13 harsh realities of raising multiples.

  1. It feels like one kid is always crying.
  2. No matter what, one is always in need of a diaper change.
  3. Feeling outnumbered is your daily norm.
  4. You always feel pulled in a million directions.
  5. You deal with feelings of guilt about how you divide your time that your friends can't relate to.
  6. You don't need to work out (not that you have time!) because they are your weights and you're lifting them all day.
  7. Praise from friends and family about how you do it all gets old after a while.
  8. One always has something dribbled or spilled and needs a new outfit.
  9. People always ask, no matter how old they get or what they're wearing, if they're twins, triplets, etc.
  10. Nothing is better than shopping in bulk, and Costco is your happy place.
  11. Strangers never understand why you're buying multiples of the same outfit.
  12. Nothing is worse than when they team up against you.
  13. Nosy people constantly ask about how they were conceived or just assume that you went through IVF.
