Want to Make Christmas Even More Magical? Head to Harry Potter World
The two most magical things I can possibly think of are the world of Harry Potter and the Christmas season. As a die-hard fanatic of both of those things, you can often find me binge-watching or reading the Harry Potter series while wearing my Santa-spangled spandex leggings in my living room (during the holiday months, of course . . .).
So when I found out that the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Hollywood was getting a holiday makeover, I freaked the f*ck out jumped at the chance to visit and kick off my Christmas season with a butterbeer in hand. Here are the three must-do experiences you'll encounter this time of year at the park.
Experience the Holiday Decor
Snow! Pine trees! Lights! The ambiance is already magical to begin with at Wizarding World, but it's taken to a whole new level for the holidays. The snow, the holly, the festive red bows . . . it almost transports you to the chilly and snow-specked Winter days in the British countryside, except for the fact that it's likely a sweltering 78 degrees and sunny in beautiful Los Angeles. It's probably the closest thing you'll get to a white Christmas in Southern California.
Grab a Hot Butterbeer (and Lunch!) at The Three Broomsticks
The beloved butterbeer takes on a hot holiday iteration in the Winter months, and the limited edition beverage is every bit as delightful and cozy as you'd imagine. You'll definitely feel a little nostalgic thinking back on the moments in the books and films in which Hermione, Harry, and Ron sneak off to grab a stein full of this hot, frothy butterscotch drink themselves. I'd highly recommend sitting down for some J.K. Rowling-approved "bangers and mash" with your drink - it's a pretty fantastic way to heighten your wizardly (and holiday) experience.
Do the Rides, but Stay For the Light Show
While the rides and shops like Honeydukes will definitely transport you directly to the charming, otherworldly streets of Hogsmeade, you'll be blown away by the twinkling lights and spectacular show on the Hogwarts castle that takes place after dusk. It's a truly enchanting sight to see and happens a few times each night! Be sure to get in early (I'd recommend just before sunset) to make sure you get a good spot. My favorite scene? The Yule Ball, of course! Seeing Hermione in that killer dress with a pro-athlete date that made Ron jealous is worth watching 1,000 times over.
Make Merry With These 15 Christmas Cake Pops

5 Things Santa Can Leave For Your Kids on Christmas Eve (Besides Presents)
We're all familiar with the tradition of leaving a treat for Santa on Christmas Eve. Milk, cookies, letters, and even something special for his reindeer are all popular options steeped in tradition. But maybe less commonly known is the tradition for Santa to leave a little something in return - aside from the presents under the tree, of course! Leaving a little surprise for your kids from Santa is a great way to bring even more magic to Christmas morning. Keep reading for some of our favorite ideas that your kids will love.
10 Insider Tips For Upping Your Candy Crush Game
Candy Crush is celebrating its fifth birthday this year, and if you're anything like me, you're still just as addicted to crushin' that candy as you were back in 2012. Here's the thing: as with any game, the further along you get - and for most of us, that's pretty damn far - the harder it can be to progress, and the more often you find yourself scraping the internet for every last hot tip you can find to ease yourself along to the next oh-so-sweet level.
So to make things just a tiny bit easier for all the like-minded individuals out there, I went straight to the source: below, you'll find 10 insider tips from Rasmus Eriksson, senior level designer for Candy Crush Saga. Here's to five more years of our favorite candy-colored mobile game - and to always reaching "delicious" status on the very first try.
- Try to make Special Candies when you can; they are extremely useful for getting you out of a sticky situation. In order to create a Striped Candy, all you need to do is match four regular Candies in a row. To activate it, match it with two Candies of the same color to create a line blast. Matching it with another Striped Candy will create a double line blast, which is even better!
- To make a Wrapped Candy, you'll have to match four Candies in either a T or L formation. To activate it, match it with two or more Candies of the same color. The result of this combination is quite powerful. The Wrapped Candy will explode (twice!), clearing all Candies in its blast radius - nine square tiles.
- If you're playing a level that requires you to collect a certain number of points, make as many Wrapped Candies as you can - you'll not only clear Blockers and unwanted Candies, but you'll also receive a ton of points, which can be especially helpful.
- The Color Bomb is definitely my favorite Special Candy! Activating a Color Bomb will clear every Candy on the game board of any one color, so if you match your Color Bomb with a red Candy, all the red Candies on the game board will be destroyed!
- When you encounter levels involving the creamy Frosting blocker, it helps to activate line blasts or double line blasts with the Special Candy combinations to clear the board.
- When you hit a level where you need to clear the Jelly on the board, it helps if you can activate a Swedish Fish booster to generate three swimming Swedish Fish that will remove three random Clear Jelly tiles.
- On the collection mode levels, try to match a Color Bomb with a Candy that you don't need to collect - its removal from the game board will cause cascades that will assist you in the task of collecting Candies you need.
- If there isn't much movement on the game board, try to make matches at the bottom of the board - it will cause cascades and help you beat those tricky levels!
- If you get stuck on a Chocolate Fountain level, try to hold off on clearing the Frosting above the Chocolate Fountain for as long as you can to avoid the game board being filled with Chocolate!
- Keep an eye on the Chocolate - it can easily grow out of control. This is where those Special Candies can come in handy.

I Traded Up For the Apple TV 4K and Here's Why I'll Never Go Back
Image Source: POPSUGAR Photography / Chelsea Hassler
I got my first Apple TV as a present; I was still working in television at the time, and my boss presented it to me as a (very, very generous) holiday gift. The supersleek, supermysterious object would quickly become something that I could not picture my life without. Not only did I use the second-generation device a lot for work, but it also meant that I no longer had to squint at my teeny-tiny laptop screen when I wanted to watch something on Netflix or Hulu, opening the floodgates of binge-watching that would remain constant for years to come. In the seven years that my Apple TV and I cohabitated together, I lived in three different boroughs of New York City, saw partners and friends come and go, and changed my career several times over. It was just in September of this year, 2017, that I tried its much, much younger sibling - the Apple TV 4K - and knew it was time to update my trusty partner in crime.
To be clear, I hadn't ever even considered upgrading my old device. It worked perfectly, so why would I bother? But when I unboxed the 4K and got it up and running, I realized the light years of tech I had been missing out on. Therefore my experience isn't one shaded by a side-by-side comparison, a judgment of what sets it above and beyond its competitors (or, for that matter, not). Instead, it's one of awe and wonder - and of falling back in love with TV all over again thanks to the help of a device that's roughly the size of a thick slice of bread.
Ahead, you'll find some of my favorite functions of the Apple TV 4K. And if you're in the market for a more thoughtful way to streamline all the many ways we get our entertainment these days and for things to be a little bit simpler in several of the most intuitive yet impossible ways, I promise you won't be disappointed by the Apple TV 4K.

The TV App
I'd always been curious about that "TV" app that appeared on my iPhone at some point over the last year, and as soon as I got started with iOS 11 and my new Apple TV, everything sort of just fell into place. It's basically where you can find everything you're looking for, all in one easy-to-find place. Once you've signed in with iOS 11, it pulls together all of your apps (like Hulu, Showtime, and HBO) and you can also add in your cable subscription to gain access to all of the programming on apps like CBS, The CW, and more. And once you watch something - or leave off halfway through an episode - it puts it in there for easy access to pick up exactly where you left off on any other Apple device.
For me, the best thing about this is the fact that it eliminates having to search for the latest episodes and where you can stream them - it puts them right in front of your face where you quite literally can't miss it, and you can essentially just live in the "watch now" section of Apple TV if you want to. For full instructions on how to set this up and get going, head on over to Apple to read more and know that I am not exaggerating when I say that it has eliminated hours of searching from my life and I couldn't be more stoked about it.

Siri
When I said that I wasn't looking to highlight specific features that are new only to this device, I was very much referring to Siri, who honestly blows my mind (even now!). A recent convert to voice control, it almost feels like Siri was made explicitly to make browsing more easy - and to make it so that when you lose the remote control, you've always got the ability to control your TV via your mouth. Siri can do lots of things, though, and isn't just limited to "pause" or "play."
You can ask Siri to find the most recent episode of a TV show or pick up where you left off on a movie. You can rewind a couple minutes or a couple seconds, or search through what's available in the massive libraries of the streaming giants for a specific moment in time that you just have to watch again. Say "What did they say?" and she'll skip back 15 seconds in time and throw some captions up on the screen for that scene. Ask her "Who stars in this?" and she'll give you an IMDB-style rundown on the bottom of your TV screen, no iPhone required! Oh, and if you're indecisive (like me), she can also tell you what to watch based on what Apple sees as trending at that moment in time.

4K and HDR
I'd be lying if I said that I could tell the difference between 4K and regular TV before I got the Apple TV. But I had the pleasure of hooking my box up to a real, legit 4K TV and all I can say is: holy sh*t. It's like being in an adventure that requires no glasses or special devices to traverse, and the colors are mindblowingly vivid. I'm almost - almost! - tempted to upgrade my old TV, but as the saying goes, I'm probably better taking one step at a time. And it can cost you a bit more money (Netflix has a "premium" plan that features 4K movies in all their glory), so it may not be for everyone. But if you do have a 4K TV, do yourself a favor and get an Apple TV. I promise it won't disappoint you. Even the screensaver that comes up when you've been idle too long has been upgraded to a beautiful, crystal-clear set of images that will leave you transfixed as you listen to music or talk on the phone.

And a Few More Things
Apple recently changed its movie rental period to a whopping 48 hours (!), which means that instead of only having a night to watch a movie, you can make a weekend out of it - and it makes the rental fee feel a lot better from where I stand. And when you don't feel like watching a movie, there's also a whole host of beautiful, addictive games that have been brought into the device, which means you can play the things you love most as well as a bunch of new TV-native apps via your tiny Apple remote (or, if you're fancy, via a control which you can purchase separately). I would be remiss if I didn't mention just how smoothly the interface works. No more loading screens and clunky click-throughs - everything about using the Apple TV feels crisper, snazzier, and, frankly, more enjoyable than ever before. And finally, one of the features I love the most: since the Apple ecosystem is so efficient, I don't have to get rid of my old Apple TV. Instead, I moved it into my bedroom, which means I can pick up exactly where I left off in the living room. It may be a whole lot more rickety, but it's the sign of true progress. Apple has clearly got one eye on making all of your devices, old and new, work together - and I couldn't be happier with the result so far.

The Top 10 YouTube Videos of 2017
Every year, YouTube releases a list of the top trending videos from across the platform. The reason why I love it so much? It doesn't just capture the obvious moments of the year that was; instead, it shows the things that people around the world loved so much that they couldn't help but watch again, things we may have never known about, things that transcend the current events and popular culture that we know oh so well.
In 2017, the list was no exception. Ahead, click through the top 10 videos - all of which went viral, due to the astronomical number of views each one got - and journey from Britain to Thailand to an animated wonderland. All of these videos represent the passion with which the internet consumes its content and the unique cultural touchstones that reached a level of virality this year that earned them a permanent position in the YouTube hall of fame.
Instagram Gave Hashtags a Major Upgrade, and We Are So Here For It
Instagram is my happy place. I open my feed to escape from the real world, to forget about current events, to fill my heart and soul with beautiful things that I want to look at for hours on end. It's for this very reason that I jumped for joy when I found out that as of Dec. 12, Instagram users will no longer be limited to following people and places - you now have the power to follow hashtags, too.
While it may seem like a logical extension of the Instagram app, it's actually a total and complete game changer. No longer will you have to aimlessly click through profiles until you find what you're looking for; instead, all you need to do is type one hashtag - an interest, a hobby, a passion, a place - and from there, an entire world of images and videos is right before your very eyes. A hashtag will no longer be an aimless branding tool, instead serving as a gateway to more of what you want to see, more often. There's even a "related hashtags" section that will keep you clicking in the right direction any time you open the app.
"For the first time ever, Instagram community members will be able to follow hashtags just like they follow their friends," Matt Ogle, product manager for Interests at Instagram, told POPSUGAR in an exclusive statement. "We're excited to create new and easy ways for people to keep up with their hobbies and passions and discover accounts, right from their feed. Instagram is making interests - and the communities that form around them - a big focus, and following hashtags is our first step."
Ahead, we've broken down how the feature works - but it's important to note that following a hashtag doesn't mean you're tied to it for life. The best thing about the new feature, overall? It encourages exploration of new areas you never knew existed, while at the same time letting it be a wholly noncommittal (and oh so enjoyable) experience. And at the end of the day, that makes us love Instagram all that much more.
17 Trends Facebook Thinks Will Go Mainstream in 2018
As we prepare to say goodbye (and good riddance) to 2017, it's hard not to get introspective about the year that was. In other words, they've given us our first look at what to expect starting on Jan. 1 - and ahead, we've shared some of the most insightful trends that Facebook thinks will become a mainstay in our everyday lives. From female empowerment to the ever-quickening rise of AR, this is what Facebook's crystal ball has to say about 2018.

30+ Cuba Travel Tips You Need to Know Before You Go
I had barely put down my fork after finishing a Cuban meal prepared in a privately owned restaurant called a paladar when someone grabbed my hand and pulled me to my feet. Live music accompanied our meal, and turning down an impromptu salsa dance just isn't acceptable - so dance I did.
Light-footed from sips of Havana Club rum and ready to try out the moves I learned at a lesson earlier in the week, I couldn't help but smile at my situation. Traveling to Cuba as an American means a lot of things. It means navigating a rather complicated system of rules, restrictions, and politics. It means dealing with the reality of a president who is currently making it harder by the day to experience all this country - just 90 miles off the United States coast - has to offer. It means understanding and respecting the harder realities of what Cubans and Cuban-Americans have gone through and are still going through - something tourists should be aware of.
I was able to travel to Cuba with Backroads, an active travel company that made a biking trip through the country launching in January 2017 - full of logistical complications and red tape - look like a breeze and seem like a complete dream.
The trip began in Havana, a city with crumbling historical homes juxtaposed beside colorful structures and shiny, newly reconstructed buildings. We biked daily through towns along the northern coast, by farmland, over hills, and past parts of lush jungle and forest. Experiencing a trip like this, in the open air rather than closed up in a tour bus or car, was like nothing else I've ever done. After eight days, a thousand answers and even more questions, new friendships with Cubans, and yes, a few cigars and sips of Cuban coffee and rum, I learned a thing or two about a place that is in some ways a bit of a mystery to many Americans, due in large part to the embargo and the nature of US-Cuba relations for the past 50+ years.
These takeaways and tips will help you plan your Cuban trip and will hopefully help make your time on this Caribbean island as wonderful (and enlightening!) as my own experience. I'm already counting down the days until I can return to this beautiful place.
What Should You Do If Your Flight Is Delayed?
There's nothing more irritating than arriving for your flight on time - or worse, hours early - and getting notified that it's been delayed. Unfortunately, flight delays are unpredictable and happen often, and though you can't prevent them from occurring, there are some actions you can take on your end. To avoid ruining your trip, follow these seven steps below.
1. Check your flight status before you head to the airport.
Enter your flight information on the airport's directory or FlightStats, and you'll quickly figure out whether your trip is on time, delayed, or canceled. If it's significantly delayed, you at least saved yourself from spending hours, or even overnight, at the airport. You may even have the option to cancel your trip entirely and get a full reimbursement if the airline's policy allows it.
2. Get trip insurance.
This one's a preventative measure, but opt for trip insurance at the time of booking if you can. Not only does this allow you to cancel flights last minute without any penalties, but your airline's policy might also include a full refund for flights delayed past a certain window of time. Each airline will vary, so speak to an airline employee to see what your options are.
3. Check for any earlier flights.
Ask an airline employee if adding you to an earlier flight, whether on your carrier or another carrier, is an option. If you're traveling out of a major airport, chances are that smaller airports near your city will offer flights to your destination around the same time. If it's not too much of a hassle to get to an alternative airport, that could also be an option.
4. If you can't get on an earlier flight, ask what you can get.
The airline probably won't accommodate you for delays that are two hours or less, but you should absolutely ask for any perks if your wait is longer than that. Some airlines may offer you a complimentary lounge pass or food/drink vouchers.
5. Figure out how the delay will affect your connecting flight.
Flight delays are even worse when your flight includes a layover. Even when your flight is scheduled to be on time, the best rule of thumb is to never check luggage in the case of a delay, especially if the window between landing and the connecting flight is tight. If your trip is delayed, the airline employee will put you on the next open flight to your destination, which could mean an additional wait for you at the next airport.
6. Worst-case scenario, grab a hotel room.
If you just can't sit at the airport any longer, check into a motel or hotel close by. You can also ask an airline employee if they're able to offer any discounts at nearby accommodations.
7. Be polite.
No matter how frustrated you are, try your best to be as calm and polite to airline staff as possible - especially during the holidays! They'll be less inclined to help you if you're treating them rudely or disrespectfully, so keep a level head.

The Creators of Pokémon Go Are Making a Harry Potter Game For 2018
Update: Additional details officially revealed by Warner Bros. have been added to the original story below.
Merlin's beard! Harry Potter is about to make a serious comeback - on our mobile phones.
On Nov. 8, it was reported that Niantic Labs - the company behind the phenomenon that was Pokémon Go - is working on a follow-up to their 2016 AR masterpiece, and that the subject would be none other than Harry Potter. Harry Potter: Wizards Unite is expected to be released in 2018 on all devices (just like its predecessor) and the official website for the game describes the gameplay as exploring "real-world neighbourhoods and cities to discover mysterious artifacts, learn to cast spells, and encounter legendary beasts and iconic characters along the way!" Here's what TechCrunch, who first broke the news, had to say about the development:
"The app is now official, but the details are still scarce, with the launch timeframe of just sometime next year, but it sounds like there will be significant influence from the Niantic game Ingress, which allows players to roam the real world collecting power-ups, defending locations and exploring their environment.
The mechanics of Ingress would actually translate pretty well to the fictional Harry Potter universe, and seems almost ready-made for a fantasy spell casting coat of paint to replace its science-fiction special forces veneer. Also, like Pokémon Go, it could benefit from the location database built up by Ingress originally (and expanded by the Pokémon title) to incorporate real-world locations into the in-game experience."
I don't know about you guys, but I definitely just set up a Google Alert - and you can bet that we'll be bringing you all the additional details on the forthcoming game the second we hear anything more.

15 Gifts For Anyone Who's Such a Charlotte
Just because we don't have a third Sex and the City movie to look forward to doesn't mean the show isn't still the gift that keeps on giving. For women who can recite every line of the iconic series, the holidays are a time to embrace your inner New Yorker with presents inspired by its fashion-obsessed characters.
Luxurious sleepwear for the Miranda of the group, new shoes for your favorite Carrie, a back massager for your friend Sam (we kid!), but perhaps the most fun archetype to shop for is anyone who calls herself a Charlotte. After all, the holidays are the time for whimsy and frills, and nobody does decadence like this lady. Check out the pearly, girlie, and posh picks for every Mrs. York Goldenblatt in your circle.
Are We Dreaming, or Did Zendaya Just Walk the Red Carpet Dressed as a Beautiful Butterfly?
Zendaya isn't afraid of taking fashion risks. The 21-year-old actress, who recently dressed up like a Golden Globe, took things one step further with her recent ensemble. While attending the Sydney, Australia, premiere of The Greatest Showman, Zendaya showed up on the red carpet looking like the most beautiful creature we've ever seen: a butterfly.
The starlet wore a butterfly-inspired creation by Moschino that caught everyone's eye. The one-shouldered gown featured a thigh-high slit and an orange and black pattern. To make her dress look less costume-like, Zendaya finished off her ensemble with a simple shoe: black ankle-strap heels by Stuart Weitzman. Cat Ladies, You'll Want to Get Your Paws on This Purr-fect Makeup Collection ASAP
Paul & Joe just released its newest line of holiday goodies, and each item is exactly as adorable as we expected. The limited-edition Champagne Soiree collection includes three shimmery products - rosy blush, champagne-gold eye gloss, and glittery lipstick - along with a circular makeup bag. All of the incredibly Instagrammable products feature the cutest cat-themed packaging, which has come to be a signature for the cult brand.
Though the entire holiday-ready range of products is downright adorable as a whole, the lipstick is undoubtedly the star of the show, as it features a hidden red cat encased in sparkly gold lipstick. I'm honestly not even much of a cat person, but I can barely handle how genius the lip product is.
Ahead, catch a glimpse at what the purr-fect feline-inspired items look like IRL, and then keep reading to shop the Champagne Soiree collection for yourself.
Gingerbread Latte Hair Is the Sweetest Way to Be Holiday Ready
One of the most exciting parts of the Winter season is running to Starbucks to get our hands on the holiday drinks. One of our favorites is the spicy gingerbread latte. Turns out, the festive drink also happens to be excellent hair color inspiration.
Starting with a deep coffee-hued base and adding highlights of warm copper, this brunette hair color is a gorgeous choice for the Winter season. The lighter hues are reminiscent of adding milk into your latte and seeing the different shades of brown that appear in your red holiday cup. The drink itself is delicious, so you can't blame us for getting excited about this beauty inspiration.
Gingerbread latte hair is a gorgeous look for brunette gals who want a subtle change without dipping their strands in bleach. If you're tempted to try this out for yourself (as you should be!), keep scrolling for some gorgeous inspiration photos to show your stylist.
Kerry Washington Calls Wearing Her Hair Natural an Act of "Unconditional Self-Love"
Kerry Washington's natural-hair moments have been some of her best beauty looks (2016 Emmy Awards, anyone?), so we are always here for the actress ditching her blowout in favor of curls. Kerry just got super candid about her natural hair, which she says is part of what makes her a good mom.
Kerry has two children - 3-year-old daughter Isabelle and 1-year-old son Caleb - and she's cognizant of the importance of being an empowering role model for them. As the Scandal actress told Today, "You can say to a child they have to love themselves. But until you can embody that truth and live it, what you're saying is much less important. For me, it's about living with as much self-love and self-respect as I'm able to."
One way Kerry does that is by rocking her natural hair whenever she damn pleases. "You want to make sure you're modeling self-love and unconditional self-love. I love myself no matter what way I choose to wear my hair that day. I love my hair," she said. Plus, "Women are so lucky who have textured hair. You can wear it straight or curly."
Ahead, see our favorite of Kerry's natural-hair moments, from Olivia Pope's "island hair" to Neutrogena photo shoots.
Gift This Two-Sided Disney Beauty Bag to the Sleeping Beauty OR Maleficent in Your Life
Some days, when you've got your Slip mask on and have to hit the snooze button approximately 12 times before you can even fathom getting out of bed, you're a Sleeping Beauty. Other times, you're a Maleficent - please no one talk to me when it's 3 p.m., I haven't had lunch yet, the Sweetgreen line is too long, and I'm the hangry-est girl you ever did see. So that's why this two-sided Disney beauty bag speaks to our soul - no matter your mood, you can rep the right character.
One half of this Sleeping Beauty & Maleficent Cosmetic Case ($39) features a sweetly sleepy Aurora. But, flip it over and you'll see Maleficent scheming with her raven hypeman Diaval.
Along with making a great gift for your friend who's known to switch emotions at the drop of a hat, this bag also totes a fancy backstory. It's part of the Disney Collection by Danielle Nicole, a line of accessories created by the quirky-chic designer.
This faux leather (meaning: vegan!) cosmetic carrier is adorned with glitter, and the characters are sewn on via embroidery. Plus it's got a little zipper compartment on the inside, which is perfect for stray makeup wipes.
Spooky or sweet, it's time you get yourself a bag that can do both.
Holographic Opal Lipstick Is Fit For a '90s-Fabulous Snow Bunny
By now, you've definitely unicorned-out your makeup routine. In such a saturated market, it's hard to see a fresh spin on what has since become a classic modern beauty staple. That being said, your eyes will be totally glued to opal lips, a unicorn-esque, holographic trend that's sweeping Instagram (and damn near perfect for Winter).
If Mariah Carey's iconic "All I Want For Christmas Is You" album art (AKA my phone's current wallpaper) was shot in 2017, I think that Mimi might have switched out her bold red for an opal lip. Take a look at the example above, as imagined by Jazmina Daniels. The cloud-like design is part '90s, part 2017, and full fabulous.
Whether you're glamming up for a holiday party or romping through the snow just #forthegram, this cold weather-appropriate look gives off major snow bunny vibes. So this Winter, go ahead and paint your pout with a frosty reflective lipstick such as Stila Color Balm in Opal ($22) or Kevyn Aucoin The Molten Opal Lip Color Top Coat ($30), practice a frosty stare, and achieve straight-up ice princess status.

Gigi Hadid Flaunts Her Armpit Hair as a Boxing Badass For Love Magazine
On day 11 of Love magazine's annual Advent calendar, Gigi Hadid went where no model has ever gone before for the calendar and rocked unshaven armpits. While this year we've seen models break out their strongest moves for the fitness-themed videos, Gigi's body hair has added to the empowering narrative of the videos. While Gigi flaunted her best boxing and volleyball moves, it was her underarms that had people talking.
Some comments have commended her choice to go natural, with one Instagram user writing, "ARMPIT HAIR YASSSSSSSSSS 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏," but as expected, others felt differently, writing, "ewwwwwwww" and "I'm shook." For a video concept that is known for its unparalleled sexiness, it's great to see Gigi's natural body hair being embraced and talked about. It's obvious that there is some sweatshirt fuzz as well stuck to Gigi's underarms, but regardless, it's a different side to the perfectly edited videos of the past and an exciting step for embracing body hair like it's NBD - because it isn't!

North West is a girl with a dream! Over the weekend, Kim shared North's "first glam session" on her Instagram story, where we saw her gorgeous, colorful spread of Maybelline and ColourPop x My Little Pony products.
Earlier this year, Kim said that her daughter is obsessed with makeup brushes and is fascinated when Kim gets her hair blown out. But now, we're seeing North's passion for products in action, and makeup must be in her blood because she's definitely got skills. We just have one question: where are the Kylie Cosmetics lip kits and KKW Beauty contour kits?!

Exactly How a Pro Ballerina Does Her Stage Makeup For The Nutcracker
Ballerinas really do it all. They're artists. They're athletes. But did you also know they double as makeup artists? Thanks to years of recitals and shows, professional dancers are absolute experts when it comes to doing a full, glam stage face. While there are in-house makeup artists at ballet companies, the hectic backstage environment, multiple performances, and sheer number of company members make it impossible for everyone to get their makeup done. Often, beauty tips get passed down from more seasoned dancers to ones just starting their careers in the corps.
Lauren Lovette, principal dancer at the New York City Ballet since 2015, says she learned both from dancers before her and NYCB's makeup artist, Karla Elie. "We have the option to get our makeup done, but I like doing it myself, even for big roles," she told POPSUGAR. "I love to take my time. There's something that prepares me for the show when I'm doing it myself. I just get in a good rhythm. It's very meditative."
Lauren has a starring role as the Sugarplum Fairy in holiday favorite The Nutcracker. She's a beloved character, and her look is pretty, pink, and glamorous - everything you imagine a prima ballerina to look like. "Sugarplum Fairy [is] all goodness, and kindness, and sweetness, so you reflect that all in the makeup," Lauren said.
We met Lauren ahead of the season's premiere to have her show us the tricks of the trade. Learn how she gets her stage beauty look step by step, ahead.
OPI's Holiday Collection Has Polishes to Match Any Party Dress
Here's yet another reason to stop biting your nails: OPI just released its holiday lineup, and not to alarm you or anything, but it's perfect. Whether you're a metallic or matte girl, you gravitate toward bold reds or subdued blues, or you're just in the market for something really, really shiny, it's all up for grabs in this collection.
There are 12 colors in this release, and, yes, the shade names are totally cheeky (hats off to the copywriter who came up with "Adam Said, 'It's New Year's, Eve,'" a candy-apple red). While this is a pretty wide-ranging collection, overall we'd say it leans more on the sultry side. Most of the colors are dark and festive, just the way we like our holiday manis. Save for the soft white "Snow Glad I Met You," this is pretty much a line free of neutrals.
No matter what your party dress looks like, you're bound to find something that will match. If you wear sequins at all this Winter, we suggest complementing your sparkles with the metallic blue "Coalmates."
See the entire OPI Winter Collection ahead.
