Feng Shui Bedroom Tips to Improve Your Sex Life

The ancient Chinese art and science of feng shui helps us understand our environment and live in harmony with it. For thousands of years, people have observed patterns in nature and how these patterns affect us. Now, in time for Valentine's Day, use these traditional feng shui principles to make your bedroom a haven of rest, intimacy, and connection for you and your partner.

1. Let the Chi Flow

Energy flows through a room like water in a stream - swiftly through the deepest channels, more slowly along the bank, and not at all in that pile of junk in the corner. Plan your room's layout with the eye of a feng shui practitioner: eliminate stagnant areas like half-completed projects or piles of unfolded laundry, make sure closets aren't overcrowded, and keep the passageways around your room easy to navigate and free from clutter to let the chi flow.

2. Design For the Five Senses

Your bedroom is your shelter from the storm. Delight the five senses by filling it with anything soft, sensuous, or soothing: soft rugs for your cold feet, a luxurious faux fur throw, fluffy down pillows and duvets, scents from essential oils, a luxe velvet robe, the softest silk negligee, a cluster of candles or a low wattage lamp, and a record player with an old record collection waiting nearby.

3. Watch Out For Sha Chi

Sha Chi is anything unpleasant that brings negative energy: a smelly pile of dirty laundry, harsh overhead lighting, clutter, dirt, or unclean bed linens. Charge your phone or tablet elsewhere to eliminate unwanted magnetic radiation, and wake up to a soundless (no tick tock!) clock with a gradual alarm like this one. Rid your room of anything dangerous, such as a rickety ceiling fan or a shelf with heavy objects mounted over your head.

4. Balance the Masculine and Feminine

Make sure the yin and the yang are represented in equal measure. This doesn't mean that your room has to look like a sterile hotel room; the goal is to make it welcoming to both genders. Balance a floral quilt with a leather trunk at the foot of the bed, or pair a pile of embroidered pillows with a Pendleton wool throw across the bottom of the bed.

5. Bed Placement Is Key

Where you place your bed is very important in feng shui. Choose the wrong wall and you risk a long string of restless nights. The path from your bedroom door to the window has the strongest flow of energy; keep your bed out of this path if possible. Positioning your bed in front of a window is a big feng shui no-no. Ideally you should have a solid headboard or wall behind your bed (no diagonal placement either), a small table or chair on either side for support, and a low bench or a trunk at the foot of the bed.

6. Consider the Neighbors

If you share a house with roommates or little ones, a lock on the door is critical for making your room a love nest! Your bedroom is the place where you want to feel most secure and relaxed. The last thing you want is to be constantly worried about a surprise visit. Sound dampening creates a more intimate space as well; items such as an upholstered headboard, curtains, and rugs all contribute to a feeling of privacy and seclusion.

7. Choosing Your Colors

Rather than prescribe a set color palette for the bedroom, traditional feng shui emphasizes the pursuit of balance. If your bedroom is a sunny beachside retreat, then crisp starched linens and light blue accents will feel cool and refreshing in contrast. If, on the other hand, your bedroom is in a snowy mountaintop lodge, accents of warm reds, dark woods, and golden lamplight will provide much needed warmth.

8. Avoid the Bedroom Office

A bedroom is no place for an office. A creative corner, maybe, but a technology-filled, deadline-driven, endless to-do list office? A constant reminder of your unread inbox does not cultivate rest or intimacy. Consider a mobile office that partners a laptop with your dining room table (and attractive storage for all your supplies) before you resort to a bedroom office.

Michelle Obama's Reaction to Melania Trump's Gift Is Basically Meme GOLD

When Donald and Melania Trump arrived at the White House on Inauguration Day, the new FLOTUS carried a large Tiffany's box that carried her parting gift for Michelle Obama. When the former first lady accepted the blue box, her reaction was absolutely priceless, and there were cameras all around to capture the funny moment. Twitter users everywhere also took note of Michelle's seemingly unimpressed response to the gift, noting how it's predicted to be the next best meme. And we couldn't agree more. Below is a replay of the meme-worthy moment, followed by some of the internet's most spot-on reactions.

Here's How to Make Multiple Stops in Just 1 Uber Trip

Uber just made our lives even easier, just in time for the official kickoff of the holiday season. On Oct. 26, the ride-sharing app launched a feature called Multiple Destinations, which does exactly what we've all always wanted Uber to do: pick up or drop off multiple people at multiple stops, using just one single ride. No longer do you have to wait for several drivers to arrive before parting ways with your friends at a party, and it makes it even easier to make sure that your significant other or loved one gets to an event on time.

Adding multiple stops in the Uber app is easy. Just tap "where to?" and then click on the plus (+) sign to add the addresses you'd like to stop at on the way to your final destination. The driver is also instantly delivered directions to the next closest stop, removing the insta-headache of trying to explain to a driver how to get to a place that you may or may not have actually tried to drive to before. And the best part? It doesn't even require a commitment. The person who booked the ride can add or delete additional stops at any time throughout the ride, so that means when you get a text from someone who somehow still hasn't left yet, you can instantly swing by and add them to your ride, too.

There are some limitations to Multiple Destinations, but most of them can be accounted for by thinking through your travel plans before starting your ride. First, there is a maximum of three stops per Uber ride, so be sure to take that into consideration while figuring out your ride-sharing plans. Second, there isn't currently a way to map out each rider's cost based on distance, so you'll be splitting the ride equally across everyone you pick up - and if you know that someone in your crew is a stickler, you probably want to have that conversation before you arrive at your destination. And third, the feature is not compatible with UberPOOL, which means that you can't just try and split a more costly ride over the cost of three random people on the way to where you're going.

Multiple Destinations is available in the Uber app now, and for more information on the new feature, head on over to the Uber site.

8 Easy Ways to Instantly Boost Your Self-Confidence

Self-doubt weighing you down? Don't worry; we've all been there before and can understand how frustrating those thoughts can be. But the good news is you don't have to continue walking under rain clouds of negativity. Despite contrary belief, self-confidence is a skill set rather than a character trait. And it's one you can easily teach yourself!

So forget the notion that confidence is something people are born with. If you're seeking to boost your self-esteem, below are eight quick actions you can take to become more confident ASAP.

1. Sit up straight.
Once again, Mom was right. According to research, sitting with good posture will not only lead to more confident, positive thoughts, but it will also increase your overall mood. So the next time you find yourself slumping or slouching, remember your mom's advice: roll back those shoulders, open up your chest, and sit up tall.

2. Get caffeinated.
Lover of lattes or all things coffee? Well you're in luck, as caffeine has been proven to increase energy, alertness, and yes, even confidence. So go ahead; guzzle down that extra cup of joe.

3. Break a sweat.
We all know exercising is good for your physical well-being, but did you know working out on a regular basis can work wonders on your mental health, too? Studies have shown breaking even the slightest of sweats can lead to more confidence, not to mention less stress.

4. Spritz on your favorite fragrance.
Need another excuse to splurge on your favorite fragrance? Fragrance expert and founder of Note Fragrances Danielle Fleming states that aromas play a huge part in how you feel and can instantly elicit a range of emotions, including feeling more relaxed, happy, and confident.

5. Visualize greatness.
If you're in a time crunch but need a quick confidence-booster, consider simply closing your eyes and calling upon your imagination. Prep your mind for mental success by picturing yourself conquering a personal goal. Remember the power of visualization: seeing is believing. The more you visualize achievement, the more you'll come to expect success, and this mindset can only lead to greater feelings of self-assurance.

6. Jam out.
Not only can listening to upbeat music instantly uplift your mood, but turning up the tunes can also make you feel more powerful. And who doesn't love a good jam session?

7. Wear a smile.
Don't hide those pearly whites from the world any longer. Instead, showcase them for all to see by wearing a smile. In doing so, you will appear both confident and composed, and trust me, people will take notice. But don't just think smiling only has external effects. Research shows smiling can shed internal signs of stress, making you feel happier and more relaxed.

8. Be your own cheerleader.
And finally, don't forget to cheer yourself on. Talk to yourself. Think positive thoughts. Utilize the power of self-affirmations and focus on the good. What makes you you? Look yourself in the mirror and tell that person you see how awesome YOU are. Post sticky notes around your home to remind yourself, too, because the more often you practice self-kindness, the faster you will believe it!

12 Tiny Homes That Prove Small Is Beautiful

There's a lot to be said for living in a small house. Less wasted space, cheaper energy bills, and fewer chores . . . it almost makes you wonder why anybody would prefer a large home! Not to mention, one of the best features of a minuscule living space is the fun of decorating your limited square footage. In a world that would like you to believe that bigger is better, it's hard to imagine drastically downsizing your home, but the benefits can be worth it. Here are 12 tiny dwellings that will inspire your itty-bitty aspirations.

It's Illegal to Cross America's Second Tallest Bridge For Good Reason (but People Still Do)

Almost 350 feet above the Skokomish River stands the Vance Creek Bridge, the second tallest trestle bridge in the country. There are no guard rails and no safety nets, and the decaying wood of the structure isn't exactly reassuring. Still, the views from the stunning bridge have made it a popular destination for adventurers and Instagrammers alike, and looking at the images, it's easy to see why.

Less than a two-hour drive from Seattle and situated along the Vance Creek Viaduct Trail, the Vance Creek Railway Bridge - which was built in 1929 - spans 422 feet across. It was built originally so trains and timber companies could access Washington's forests but fell into disuse in the 1970s. Though it's on private property - and potentially dangerous considering its age and state of disrepair - hikers flock to the man-made wonder to marvel at both the bridge and the incredible views from it. On a clear day, you can even see Mt. Rainier if you're brave enough to make it to the center.

While undoubtedly breathtaking, it may be better to view the bridge from afar to ensure your safety, and also because in the past, tickets have been given for trespassing.

This Is Not a Drill! A Show Inspired by Selena Quintanilla's Legacy Is Coming to ABC

We're trying to contain our excitement over this news, but we don't think we can! According to Variety, ABC is developing a show inspired by the life of late Tejana superstar Selena Quintanilla. There isn't much information about when the show will air just yet, but we do know that the music-driven family drama will be produced by Quintanilla's family. Her father, Abraham Quintanilla Jr., and her sister, Suzette Quintanilla Arriaga, are already on board. Scooter Braun, who's known for managing everyone from Justin Bieber to Ariana Grande, will serve as one of the executive producers.

The show is set to focus on Alex Guerra, an award-winning singer who hasn't spoken to her family in five years, but tries to reconcile after a crisis forces her to go back home to Texas. Once she returns, Alex finds herself trying to balance a love triangle and a demanding career and attempting to get past the dark secrets her family has in order to win them back. Clearly the show has merely gleaned inspiration from Quintanilla's life rather than following her story by the book.

Although the singer was murdered by the president of her fan club in 1995, her legacy is still very much alive. Her family worked to release the 1997 biopic Selena, which catapulted Jennifer Lopez's career. They've also released a MAC Cosmetics collection, two wax figures at Madam Tussauds, and recently a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Based on what her sister told POPSUGAR last year, the family only has more projects in the works.

32 Jennifer Lopez Outfits That Were Meant to Be Seen From the Back

We all know that Jennifer Lopez is the queen of rocking naked dresses and ones that show off her legs, but what we love is when she wears a dress that leaves us staring from all angles - especially the back.

It was made up of just strings of fabric coming together to create shapes while still being totally see-through. We're telling you . . . Jennifer has a knack for keeping all eyes on her, but we certainly aren't mad about it.

6 Things You Don't Know About Panera Bread, Straight From an Employee

If you've ever wondered what it's like behind the counter at Panera Bread, you'll enjoy the insider secrets from this employee's Reddit AMA. During the "Ask Me Anything" conversation online, a person who works at Panera Bread answered questions about the truth about the crazy-delicious mac and cheese, the one thing you should avoid ordering, and what the company does with all its unsold bread at the end of the day. Here are the answers to some of your burning Panera Bread questions, straight from someone who knows best.

The reason the mac and cheese is SO good is . . . calories.

When asked why the mac and cheese is "so f*cking good," the Panera employee said, "It's very good because it isn't that healthy for you. It has a lot of calories tbh."

Also, it arrives at the store frozen.

"They aren't lying when they say that all their food is 100 percent clean so nothing is bad for you. However, that doesn't mean that all the food is good for you. The mac and cheese, for example, comes into the store premade and frozen in a bag and it is heated either in boiling water or the microwave if need be."

There are two things customers do that drive employees CRAZY.

"Two things. The first is when we make a small mistake and they completely lose their minds. If we make a mistake of any kind, we'll do everything that we can to fix it and make it up to you, no need to cause a scene just because we forgot to give you a fork. The second is when customers come in 10 minutes before close and order a ton of food then eat in store."

The one thing you should never order past lunchtime? Avocado.

"Avacados usually sit out open for a number of hours. They are fine around lunchtime but as the day goes on, they get older."

The employee discount is really good.

"I honestly would never eat at Panera if I didn't have an employee discount (70 percent)."

Panera donates all of its extra bread at the end of the day.

"Yes, at the end of the day we donate all our unused bread to a homeless shelter."

Time For a Coffee Run! Starbucks Just Made an Exciting Change to Its Espresso

Starbucks is introducing a new item to the permanent menu, and this time it's not a trendy Frappuccino. On Tuesday, Jan. 9, Starbucks launched Blonde Espresso, the first new espresso on the menu in more than 40 years. The Blonde Espresso is a lighter roast that has just as much caffeine as its dark-roast counterpart, which up until now was the only espresso option for Starbucks's lattes and espresso-based drinks, like Americanos. Now you'll have the option of choosing your espresso for the first time based on what you like: dark or light roast.

In a press release, Starbucks said the Blonde Espresso is "lighter with a smooth taste," as compared to Starbucks's original espresso, which is "bolder and roastier." If this sounds like a better choice for you over the intensity of the darker espresso, Starbucks suggests trying the Blonde version with iced drinks, like an iced Americano or a Blonde Vanilla Latte. Starbucks makes the new espresso roast with lightly roasted Latin American and East African beans to bring out their "sweet citrus notes and smooth body." Just as you have the option for a Blonde Roast, Pike Place, or Dark Roast when you order drip coffee at Starbucks, now you'll have a choice for your espresso drinks, too. Sounds like this is the perfect time for a coffee run!

Diet Coke Unveils a Sleek New Can - and 4 Intriguing New Flavors

Say goodbye to the Diet Coke can you now know. In an effort to appeal to younger consumers, Diet Coke is launching a sleek new design. Whereas the previous can had a busier design with larger text, the redesigned can is more streamlined and simplified. In addition, Diet Coke unveiled four unexpected new flavors: Ginger Lime, Feisty Cherry, Zesty Blood Orange, and Twisted Mango.

"We're modernizing what has made Diet Coke so special for a new generation," Diet Coke group director Rafael Acevedo said in a press statement. "Millennials are now thirstier than ever for adventures and new experiences, and we want to be right by their side."

Though the original flavor won't be changing, those four new flavors will add variety to the brand and allow Diet Coke to compete with the many sparkling drinks that have become so popular - which POPSUGAR also deemed one of the biggest trends of the coming year.

The new flavors are set to come in taller cans, and the original flavor will be available in both tall and standard-size cans, shown below. Keep an eye out for them when they hit shelves later this month!

The Completely Addictive Method of Cooking Broccoli and Cauliflower

It won't be a challenge to eat your veggies if you try this easy technique for roasting cauliflower and broccoli. For months, a few women in our office have been praising roasted cruciferous veggies. I'm already a huge fan of baked kale chips, roasted brussels sprouts, and oven-crisped cabbage, so I'm not sure why it took me so long to try out roasted cauliflower and broccoli. Now that I have, I'm never going back to the steamed stuff. The oven morphed the little veggie trees into crisp nuggets that could almost pass for chips. They are addictive . . . don't be surprised if those around you fight for the last bites!

Here's what you'll do:

  1. Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into equally sized pieces.
  2. Spread across a rimmed sheet tray, leaving space between each floret. Drizzle olive oil across the veggies and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Roast in a 400°F oven for 18-23 minutes, or until crispy to your liking.

Sparkling, Seltzer, Soda: A Primer on Carbonated Water

Soda water, seltzer, club soda, sparkling water, mineral water: there are so many different fizzy waters out there. Are they all the same thing?

Carbonated water - water into which carbon dioxide has been dissolved - is a broad term that encompasses all fizzy waters; it's used interchangeably with sparkling water and soda water (a prewar term for the same thing). Within this category, there are several distinctions: seltzer, club soda, and mineral water.

Seltzer and club soda have both been artificially produced by passing pressurized carbon dioxide through water, but while seltzer contains no added ingredients or flavorings, club soda contains additives such as table salt, sodium bicarbonate, or potassium bicarbonate to add a slightly salty flavor.

In contrast, an effervescent mineral water such as Perrier or San Pellegrino is water that contains naturally occurring carbonation and minerals. Since it's bottled directly from a natural source, it tends to be pricier and has a more delicate effervescence than other carbonated waters. For these reasons, it's typically enjoyed alone, rather than used as a drink mixer.

Reese Witherspoon's Husband Only Has Eyes For Her at the Critics' Choice Awards

Reese Witherspoon attended the Critics' Choice Awards with her husband, Jim Toth, and the two were caught sitting at their table looking smitten. Jim was clapping alongside his wife, posing for photos, and convincing us they are one smoking-hot couple. We especially love the photo of Jim laughing into Reese's ear while she smiles from ear to ear. The couple tied the knot in 2011 and seem to be having a blast together. Keep scrolling to see the proof.

40 Critics' Choice Awards Photos That Will Put You in the Middle of the Action

The Critics' Choice Awards went down on Thursday night and brought out some of Hollywood's biggest names in TV and film. Angelina Jolie brought activist Loung Ung as her special date, while Gal Gadot delivered the most important speech of the night. Get Out finally received the praise it deserves, and Nicole Kidman thanked all of her children when she took home the award for best supporting actress in a movie made for television or a limited series. And that's just the tip of the iceberg! Keep reading to see some of the best moments of the night!

Whoa! Ted Danson Has Been Married to His Wife For 22 Years

All eyes were on Ted Danson when he took home the Critics' Choice Award for best actor in a comedy series for his performance in The Good Place on Thursday night. In addition to thanking his team, Ted gave his wife a sweet shout-out. But who exactly is his wife, you ask? It's actress Mary Steenburgen.

The two met on the set of their 1993 movie Pontiac Moon and tied the knot in October 1995. When Ted was previously asked about the secret to his successful marriage, he simply responded, "I'm married to Mary Steenburgen." Aw!

Mary J. Blige Hits the Red Carpet Hours After Being Honored With a Hollywood Star - on Her Birthday!

Mary J. Blige hit the red carpet at the Critics' Choice Awards on Thursday just hours after being honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The singer and Mudbound star, who is nominated for best supporting actress, glittered in a gold gown as she posed for photos before heading inside. Earlier in the day, Mary was celebrated for her decades-long career at a Walk of Fame ceremony that brought out her longtime mentor Diddy, as well as Mudbound director Dee Rees and costar Garrett Hedlund - and here's the best part: Thursday also marked her 47th birthday! Mary was even presented with a cake by her family and friends during the event. Talk about a big day! Keep reading to see photos from Mary's festivities.

Emilia Clarke Slays at the Critics' Choice Awards Like the Mother of Dragons She Is

Emilia Clarke is on a roll! After hitting up the Golden Globes over the weekend, Emilia attended the Critics' Choice Awards in Santa Monica, CA, on Thursday. Sadly, the Mother of Dragons wasn't accompanied by Jon Snow - er, Kit Harington - this time around, but she did link up with Reese Witherspoon on the red carpet. Clad in matching polka-dot dresses, the two happily posed for pictures together before heading inside.

Both Emilia and Reese were up for awards; Emilia was nominated for best supporting actress in a drama series for Game of Thrones, while Reese scored a nod for best actress in a movie made for TV or limited series for Big Little Lies.

Angelina Jolie Brings Activist Loung Ung as Her Date to the Critics' Choice Awards

Angelina Jolie was a vision in white when she popped up at the Critics' Choice Awards in Santa Monica, CA, on Thursday. The actress stunned in a strappy white feathered dress and had a special date: Loung Ung, the human rights activist who is the subject of her film First They Killed My Father. The ladies appeared to have a blast on the red carpet as they shared a few laughs, held hands, and even showed off their back tattoos for the cameras. It was a big night for both Angelina and Loung, as First They Killed My Father was nominated for best foreign language film. Unfortunately, the movie didn't win, but Angelina did share a handful of adorable moments inside with 7-year-old Brookylnn Prince.

Stop What You're Doing: Taylor Swift Just Dropped the Full "End Game" Music Video

Taylor Swift's "End Game" music video is finally here! After teasing the release of the video on her app, The Swift Life, and on Good Morning America, the singer finally dropped the video at midnight on Friday. Not only does it showcase Swift partying all around the world, but Future and Ed Sheeran, who appear on the track, also make special cameos. One person who doesn't make an appearance, though, is Swift's frenemy, Katy Perry. There were initially reports that the singer had filmed a cameo for the music video in Miami back in December, but as it turns out, they were just rumors.

Diane Kruger and Norman Reedus's Red Carpet PDA Might Just Give You a Toothache

Diane Kruger and Norman Reedus have been quietly dating since 2016, but it seems the couple are becoming more and more comfortable with publicly displaying their relationship. After popping up at the Golden Globe Awards last Sunday, the couple stepped out together again at the Critics' Choice Awards in Santa Monica, CA, on Thursday. Diane was on hand to support Norman, who was nominated for best unstructured reality series for his show Ride With Norman Reedus (sadly, he didn't win), and their PDA on the red carpet almost gave us a toothache. Not only were they basically the heart-eyes emoji, but at one point, Norman even grabbed Diane's hand and kissed it. Aw!

Ellen and Oprah Have an Emotional Discussion About the Devastating Mudslides in Montecito

Ellen DeGeneres took time out of her talk show on Thursday to address the devastating mudslides in Montecito, CA, where she and wife Portia de Rossi have a home. At least 13 people were killed this week when heavy rain caused flash floods and mudslides in the small Santa Barbara neighborhood, which was also hit with wildfires in December. Another famous resident of the community is Oprah Winfrey, who joined Ellen via FaceTime to shed more light on the horrific situation.

The morning after making a powerful and inspiring speech at the Golden Globes on Sunday, Oprah saw the real depth of the devastation. "All of my neighbors homes are gutted," she told the audience, panning to a muddy, empty area. She also showed a group of firefighters and rescue teams who were walking along the debris and looking for victims. Watch their conversation in the video above now.

For This Weekend Only, You Can Watch The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel For Free

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel is quickly becoming the new It show this award season, and it's not hard to tell why. Not only does the series feature a strong female character we can all root for (played by the equally brilliant Rachel Brosnahan), but it's also helmed by beloved Gilmore Girls creator, Amy Sherman-Palladino. With all the buzz the show is getting, you are probably wondering just how you can jump on the bandwagon and start binging.

Since The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel is an Amazon show, it's exclusively available for Amazon Prime users. If you're not willing to shell out the $8.25 per month for an account, though, we have some good news. For this weekend only, the series will be available on Amazon Prime Video for FREE! The offer begins on Friday, Jan. 12 at 12:01 a.m. local time and ends at at 11:59 p.m. local time on Monday, Jan. 15, so be sure to get in all eight episodes during that time.

A Comprehensive Guide to Who Taylor Swift's Songs Are About

In the wake of Taylor Swift's recent release of Reputation there's no better time to make sure you have your Swift facts straight. Most importantly, she writes from the heart, and a lot of her songs are about certain people. She doesn't reserve her songwriting for romance gone bad, either: she's also called out a couple of ladies and exes. Here is a brief history of Swift's songs about other famous people.

Evan Peters Leaves His Cult Followers at Home For a Red Carpet Date Night With Emma Roberts

Emma Roberts and Evan Peters arrived in style for the Critics' Choice Awards in LA on Thursday. Emma, who sported new bangs, looked lovely in a sleek white column gown while Evan cleaned up nicely in a black suit and bow tie. The couple have been dating on and off since 2012 and looked sweet as they posed together on the blue carpet - speaking of blue, we kind of miss the sapphire locks Evan had while playing crazed cult leader Kai Anderson on the recent season of American Horror Story.

In addition to his role as a modern-day cult leader, Evan also portrayed mentally unstable criminals of the past, including Jim Jones, David Koresh, and Charles Manson. Details are beginning to trickle in about the upcoming eighth season of the FX series, but we have yet to find out if Ryan Murphy mainstays Evan and Emma will be returning for another round (although we can probably bet on it). Keep reading to see photos of their date night.

Charlize Theron Gives Us a Real as F*ck Glimpse at Motherhood in Tully

If you have a soft spot for hearing screenwriter Diablo Cody's hilariously prickly dialogue coming out of Charlize Theron's mouth, we have good news. After previously working together on 2011's Young Adult, the pair are back for Tully, a comedy that explores the relationship between Marlo (Charlize Theron), a harried mother of three, and her new nanny, Tully (Mackenzie Davis). The teaser trailer gives us a few glimpses at Marlo's day-to-day life - breast pumping, struggling with her sobbing newborn, dropping her iPhone on said newborn's skull - and a quick shot of Davis's Tully. The movie also stars Ron Livingston and Mark Duplass, and hits theaters on April 20 (just before Mother's Day, naturally).

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 2: What We Know So Far

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel has been a triumph for Amazon Studios since its release in November. Critics are raving and the show received two Golden Globes, one for best musical/comedy TV series and one for its star, Rachel Brosnahan, for best actress in a TV musical/comedy. Obviously, it's getting a second season.

In fact, it was actually the first Amazon series to receive a multiple-season order before it even debuted, receiving a two-season order back in April 2017. But what do we know about season two?

The only thing we know for sure is that it's coming. As for specific plotlines, Brosnahan teased for Indie Wire that Midge, the Upper West Side housewife who embarks on a stand-up comedy career after her husband leaves her, is going to struggle to navigate the different worlds she occupies.

Brosnahan says that Midge lives in three different worlds - the one where she's a wife/mother/daughter, the one where she's a working woman (she has a job at a department store to support her family), and the one where she's a budding stand-up comic - and those worlds aren't always easy to maintain simultaneously.

"[T]hose three worlds, they don't work together very well," said Brosnahan. "So I look forward to watching her struggle to maintain those three different identities simultaneously."

Brosnahan added that if Midge were to have to choose one of those worlds, she's not sure where her character would end up.

"I don't think that she'd know at this very moment. I expect that as we go along further in the series that answer will become clearer to her," said Brosnahan. "Right now, she's obviously giving stand-up her all, but she still feels very much rooted in those other worlds . . . the working world is new for her, as well, and she really loves it. It gives her a new sense of purpose that she wasn't expecting. But she is still very much rooted in her identity as a mother and a housewife. But at this point, I don't think she'd have the answer. And neither do I, but I do expect that to become clearer as we move forward."

What will be interesting to see is if the show picks up exactly where season one left off or not. In the season finale, Midge has a wildly successful set at the Gaslight while her husband, Joel, realizes just how far he has fallen and how much he lost when he gave up on his marriage to Midge. Will the show return to that moment? Or will it skip ahead a bit?

We'd love to see the show pick up pretty much immediately after the finale, if only to see how Joel conducts himself after that night. But we'll have to wait and see. The second season should premiere in late 2018. In her interview, Brosnahan told Indie Wire that shooting begins this Spring.

Rachel Bloom Dragged T.J. Miller For Hosting the Critics' Choice Awards . . . at the Critics' Choice Awards

This year's Critics' Choice Awards turned out to be an exceptionally shade-filled show, and considering recent events in Hollywood, it should come as no surprise. Continuing in the theme of roasting Hollywood's men, a former CCAs host became the butt of one of the night's most memorable bits. When presenters Rachel Bloom and Anthony Anderson took the stage, Rachel poked fun at T.J. Miller to a mixed response of chuckles and groans from the audience.

After a minute of the pair chatting back and forth about how awkward it is to read jokes written for them off a teleprompter, Rachel dropped the bombshell: "It's no more awkward than when T.J. Miller hosted this thing." T.J., who was arrested days before hosting the 2016 show, received mixed reviews for his performance and has since weathered controversy in his personal life.

Follow along with the rest of our award show coverage to keep up with the rest of the season's jokes - both hits and misses - and red carpet style.

Everything You Need to Know About James Franco's Sexual Misconduct Allegations

James Franco is gaining a lot of praise for his work in The Disaster Artist this award season, but his acting career isn't the only thing that is making headlines. Shortly after taking home a Golden Globe for his portrayal of director Tommy Wiseau, the actor faced multiple sexual misconduct allegations from several women who have worked with him previously. As information continues to unfold, read the most important details below.

  • James wears a Time's Up pin at the Golden Globes. During the award show, the actor sported a Time's Up pin in support of the initiative to end sexual harassment and assault in the workplace.
  • Ally Sheedy posts (and then deletes) tweets about James. Shortly after the show, The Breakfast Club actress expressed her disdain for the actor - whom she previously worked with in 2014 during an Off-Broadway production of The Long Shrift - in a series of tweets that have since been deleted. "Why is a man hosting?" she wrote about the show's emcee, Seth Meyers. "Why is James Franco allowed in? Said too much. Nite love ya #goldenglobes." She also seemed to suggest that people like James led her to her decision to stop acting, adding, "Ok wait. Bye. Christian Slater and James Franco at a table on @goldenglobes #MeToo. James Franco just won. Please never ever ask me why I left the film/tv business."
  • Violet Paley accuses James of inappropriate behavior. Ally wasn't the only actress to call James out after his win. Violet Paley, who has had small roles in series like Sex&Drugs&Rock&Roll and Dad Friends, alleged that James had been inappropriate on several occasions. "Cute #TIMESUP pin James Franco," she tweeted. "Remember the time you pushed my head down in a car towards your exposed penis & that other time you told my friend to come to your hotel when she was 17? After you had already been caught doing that to a different 17 year old?" She also alleged that James offered her and a few other girls "an overdue, annoyed, convenient phone apology" shortly before the Golden Globes.
  • The New York Times cancels James's TimesTalk. On Jan. 9, The New York Times decided to cancel the actor's TimesTalk about The Disaster Artist, which was scheduled for Jan. 10. "The event was intended to be a discussion of the making of the film, The Disaster Artist," a Times representative told The Hollywood Reporter. "Given the controversy surrounding recent allegations, we're no longer comfortable proceeding in that vein."

  • James denies allegations. During an appearance on The Late Show, James broke his silence after host Stephen Colbert pressed him about the allegations. "The things I heard are not accurate," James said before adding that he still completely supports people for speaking out. "They didn't have a voice for so long," he said, alluding to the Time's Up movement and his decision to wear the pin in solidarity at the Golden Globes. "So, I don't want to shut them down in any way. It's a good thing and I support it." He also addressed Ally's tweets, adding that he has "no idea" what he did to her, but he has nothing but "total respect for her."
  • Five women accuse James of sexually inappropriate or exploitative behavior. On Jan. 11, The LA Times published an article featuring interviews from five different women, four of whom were James's students and one of whom was being mentored by him, claiming the actor had been "inappropriate or sexually exploitative." One woman named Sarah Tither-Kaplan even spoke out on Twitter, writing, "Hey James Franco, nice #timesup pin at the #GoldenGlobes, remember a few weeks ago when you told me the full nudity you had me do in two of your movies for $100/day wasn't exploitative because I signed a contract to do it? Times up on that!"
  • James's attorney denies additional allegations. The LA Times added in their piece that James's attorney has denied each of the women's allegations, referring back to the actor's appearance on The Late Show as his official statement.
