Tracee Ellis Ross Suffered Wounds From Her Oscars Dress, but She Says "It Was Worth It"
OK, we straight up love Tracee Ellis Ross. The hilarious Black-ish actress attended the Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty in a stunning Balmain gown with crystal-embellished sleeves and a satin skirt that was gathered at the center with a brooch. She appropriately played up this stunning detail with Roger Vivier slingback heels that were adorned with even more bling, a Judith Leiber clutch, and jewels by Ana Khouri and Nikos Koulis.
Tracee looked flawless, and frankly pretty comfortable, only she revealed the truth on Instagram via video. The dress was tight - so tight, in fact, that Tracee suffered bruises on the insides of her arms and on her side. But she hilariously admits she doesn't regret the look one bit and pretty much just had a blast. So, as she makes it clear, Tracee will wear Balmain and suffer pain - but what would you do in the name of fashion?
Emma Watson Wrote the Best Tweet About Her Oscars Tattoo, and, Well, 10 Points For Gryffindor
Update March 5, 2018: Emma Watson saw the crazy internet backlash that called out her grammatical error on the temporary tattoo she wore to the Oscar's afterparty, and raised everyone one hilarious tweet: "Fake tattoo proofreading position available. Experience with apostrophes a must," she wrote. Obviously, the actress was making a point: apostrophe or not, the message behind her body art was clear, and more important than the perfection of the design.
Original Post: Emma Watson sent out a powerful message during the Vanity Fair Oscars party. The Harry Potter actress walked the red carpet wearing a black Ralph Lauren gown that featured silver embellishments. She styled her Oscars look with Roger Vivier heels, a Tyler Ellis clutch, and jewels by Ana Katarina Design, Ana Khouri, and Vrai & Oro. While her sparkly dress was beautiful, it was what was written on her inner forearm that had everyone talking.
Emma debuted a large tattoo on her arm that read "Times Up." The ink was a tribute to the Time's Up movement, which was created to combat workplace sexual harassment and assault across industries. Sadly, the message behind the empowering tattoo was overshadowed by a grammatical error. The internet was quick to point out the missing apostrophe in Emma's Time's Up stamp. Keep reading to have a closer look at Emma's tattoo ahead.
Ashley Graham's Oscars Gown Was All Things Sexy, Sultry, and Slick
Ashley Graham might not have hit the Oscars red carpet, but that didn't stop her from sporting a showstopping look to the Vanity Fair afterparty. Much like her fellow models who stepped out for Oscars night, Ashley wore a sexy look that was positively scorching.
The model stunned in a sculpted, metallic Rubin Singer dress featuring a strapless neckline and a thigh-high slit that left us wondering if she'd been dipped in a precious metal. Ashley completed her sultry look with intricate Lynn Ban ear cuffs and Sophia Webster sandals, but the best accessory she wore was the look of love she exchanged with her husband, Justin Ervin, who accompanied her to the stylish bash. To see more of her gorgeous look, read on.

Even Without Her Wings, Paris Jackson Turned Into a Sexy Tinker Bell at the Oscars Afterparty
Paris Jackson is glowing! The 19-year-old model and daughter of the late Michael Jackson left her wand and fairy wings at home, but she still managed to shine bright at the 2018 Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty. In a stunning Versace gown, Paris transformed into a sexy Tinker Bell for Sunday night's events, even sharing in her Instagram comments that she was going for the look of the Peter Pan pixie character. The colorful embellished gown was the ideal shape to flaunt each of her vibrant tattoos.
What may look like a simple, nostalgic tribute to the Disney days could actually be an outfit created in honor of Michael. In a 2017 interview, Paris told Rolling Stone that her father would call her Tinker Bell, as his only daughter. With her father's obsession with Neverland and actually seeing himself as Peter Pan, we can't help but connect this sweet moment to her Oscars outfit. Paris also has "faith, trust and pixie dust" tattooed on her collarbone. Read on to see Paris's magical outfit from all angles.
All About the Orange Pins Some Stars Wore at the Oscars This Year
This year's award season has surely been one of a kind, as celebrities have used their fashion choices to take a stand against social issues. It all started when A-listers wore black on the Golden Globes red carpet to protest sexual harassment in the entertainment industry, and the trend continued as stars sported Time's Up pins to the SAG Awards and white roses to the Grammys.
But in light of the recent deadly shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, FL, the focus shifted from sexual harassment to gun safety at the Oscars. Some celebrities who attended the show attached orange-and-white American flag pins to their outfits to show support for Everytown For Gun Safety, a nonprofit that advocates for common-sense gun reform, People reported. Other stars also wore the black-and-white Time's Up pins that made an appearance on the red carpet earlier this award season. Read on for a look at the anti gun violence pins and a few celebrities who proudly wore them for the evening.
Emma Stone Wore the Simple Minidress You've Always Wanted to Own to the Afterparty
As the face of Louis Vuitton, Emma Stone wore not one but two outfits from the brand on Oscars night. She arrived on the red carpet at the ceremony in a jewel-toned pantsuit, but swapped slacks for a rather simple yellow minidress at the Vanity Fair soirée. The fabric of the evening? A lavish-looking satin, which is what kept Emma "on theme."
But we have to wonder whether the Academy Award winning star kept things too casual for Hollywood's biggest get-together. While so many of her fellow counterparts arrived in floor-sweeping gowns that stole the spotlight for their vibrancy or volume, Emma kept things sophisticated and chic. Read on to check out the details of her afterparty ensemble, then choose your favorite Emma moment.
Sorry to Sound Corny, but Gigi Hadid's Denim Jacket Will Make You "Mad For Plaid"
Gigi Hadid made it to Paris for the last leg of Fashion Month, and if you thought a marathon of running around to shows and dropping not one but two designer collaborations would slow down her street style game, you were wrong. Gigi showed off her killer model-off-duty flair as she stepped out in a multicolor-striped Cienne sweater ($425); sleek, gray wide-leg Nina Ricci trousers; iRi NYC shoes, and bold red Gentle Monster sunglasses.
But it was her cool, checked Holzweiler jacket that caught our attention. While tartan coats and blazers have been popular for a while, Gigi put a twist on the trend by reaching for a plaid green denim trucker jacket. Since everything she touches becomes popular, we are sure we will be seeing more toppers in laid-back silhouettes this season. Read on for another look at her cool yet casual ensemble, and then shop similar plaid jackets available now.
The Oscars Afterparties Were a Hotspot For Supermodels With Crazy-Good Style
As the Hollywood stars congregated on the Oscars red carpet, the supermodels were getting ready for the afterparties. At least, that's what we did, and we're not ashamed one bit.
What's Trending at the Oscars? Olivia Wilde's Smoking-Hot Abs in This Cutout Dress
Olivia Wilde picked up on the metallic trend at the 2018 Oscars in her own right - over at the Vanity Fair bash, which she attended with husband Jason Sudeikis. The actress clasped a Time's Up pin right next to one of the ab cutouts on her dress, making a powerful statement but also totally drawing attention to her toned stomach at the same time.
This definitely qualifies as one of Olivia's sexiest moments to date, and she made sure it was memorable by spinning around to show off every angle of her midriff-baring number. Olivia accessorized with Forevermark jewels, a Judith Leiber clutch, and Nicholas Kirkwood heels. But we know what you're most focused on: the side slits in her gown. Go on now . . . read ahead to zoom in close.
If You Find It Easy to Choose the Best Dress at the Oscars, You Deserve Your Own Gold Statue
The stars on the 2018 Oscars red carpet all arrived in wow-worthy looks, don't get us wrong. But each leading lady made an impression in her own, unique way. While Zendaya decided simplicity was most stunning in Giambattista Valli, Viola Davis wore the color of the season in a Barbie pink Michael Kors Collection dress. We were also blown away by the metallic shine in between - that's Jennifer Lawrence and Lupita Nyong'o for you - and equally as excited to see Jennifer Garner in the boldest shade of blue and Margot Robbie in crisp white Chanel. Ahead, check out these favorites, and let us know if you can possibly choose a winner. We know it's tough, but we believe in you.

Lea Michele's Afterparty Dress Will Have You Wondering, "How Low Can It Go?"
While we did spot a few sexy dresses on the Oscars red carpet, it was the afterparties where this style came out in full force. Models walked in wearing sheer gowns, and celebrities like Lea Michele dared to bare it all from the front. Lea, who attended Elton John's Oscars afterparty, looked to La Perla for a sexy outfit. She picked a black and gold maxi dress that featured a slit running up her leg and a plunging neckline that exposed her chest. Lea appeared to be happy and confident in her alluring number, and you'll be taken by it too. Read on for the full look from all angles, and see how she accessorized with Giuseppe Zanotti shoes and Neil Lane jewels.
With Sleeves Like That, Kendall Jenner Basically Flew Into the Oscars Afterparty
After skipping the runways at Fashion Week, Kendall Jenner made a surprise appearance at Vanity Fair's Oscars afterparty. Kendall, who likely attended with her model crew, rolled into the event in a minidress from Redemption.
The body-hugging number had two voluminous sleeves (that stuck out like the wings of a bat) and lace detailing on the side. A plunging neckline in the front gave the mini an extra dose of sexiness. The star styled her extravagant look with simple accessories, wearing only a pair of green chandelier earrings from Lorraine Schwartz and Christian Louboutin pumps.
The model's largely been MIA from the public eye this month, except for a few outings, but this dress is proof Kendall hasn't lost her fashion girl touch. Now we know, where there is a party, expect Kendall to show up ready to have some fun. Read on to see her full outfit.
12 Powerful Quotes From Ashley Graham That Will Rock the Fashion World
You don't need to spell out the word "confidence" to Ashley Graham - she embodies it. That comes with experience (she's been modeling since 2001) and career achievements such as landing a Vogue cover and launching her fifth Swimsuits For All collection. Lupita Nyong'o's Divine Dress Says "I'm Strong and Fierce"

The Black Panther actress wore a fierce gold Versace dress that was custom-made for her. The designer number featured a slit up one leg and chain-link details across the bodice. She simply looked like a queen. Lupita topped off her regal outfit with a Versace clutch, Alexandre Birman heels, and Niwaka fine jewelry. Lupita's Afterparty Look Was So Sexy, It Had the Red Carpet Sizzling
Aside from the unmissable moments, stunning beauty looks, and gorgeous red carpet gowns, one of the standout moments from Oscars night is the afterparty switcheroo. While many celebs opt for classic gowns to attend the main show, they usually wear their sexier, more daring options for the afterparties.
One celeb who definitely proved this is Lupita Nyong'o. The Black Panther actress might have stunned the Oscars red carpet in a chain-link Versace dress that made her resemble a gold statuette, but she turned up to the Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty in a fabulous follow-up. Lupita ended her fun night in a black, beaded column dress by Giorgio Armani Privé that clung like a second skin and looked like it was made just for her. She completed her look with Forevermark jewels.
From the low-cut back to the sparkly detailing, this was definitely one of the sexiest afterparty looks of the night. Read on to see Lupita's sexy look from every angle.
Let's Look Back at a Time When Eva Mendes DID Love the Red Carpet
Believe it or not, there was a time when Eva Mendes showed up at the red carpet more than once a year. Those times are now long gone with Eva admitting recently she would much rather spend time with her two daughters than get dressed up for a movie premiere or event. But we can still reminisce. Scroll ahead to do it with us by taking a look at some of Eva's most daring looks from the past 16 years.
Everything We Know About Frances McDormand and Joel Coen's Son, Pedro
Frances McDormand just took home her second Academy Award for her heartbreaking and powerful performance in the critically acclaimed Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri. In her acceptance speech, she thanked her husband, Joel Coen, and their son, Pedro, saying, "These two stalwart individuals were well raised by their feminist mothers. They value themselves, each other, and those around them. I know you are proud of me, and that fills me with everlasting joy." Pedro's childhood experiences - believe it or not - actually helped her prepare for her role as the grieving and enraged mother wreaking havoc on a town for the unsolved investigation of her daughter's murder.
We may not know much about McDormand's son, but the way in which his mother talks about him and her own experiences in motherhood strike a chord in all of us.
- Pedro is the adopted son of McDormand and Coen. When he was just 6 months old, McDormand - who also came from an adoptive family - and Coen adopted Pedro in 1995 from Paraguay. In fact, adopting him had her considering penning a book on adoption, given her own experiences of being adopted by a Disciples of Christ minister and his wife.
- McDormand has been known to be very protective of her son. In a 2003 New York Times profile, McDormand said she disliked when people would come up to her for pictures and autographs when she was with Pedro because they completely ignored him in the process. She also tried to take on a lesser workload by limiting herself to a movie and play per year so she could focus more on raising her son.
- Pedro is a personal trainer and massage therapist. While his parents are hotshots in Hollywood, their son decided to go another route. According to Woman's World, he's a certified massage therapist and trainer.
- Pedro became a major inspiration for McDormand in preparing for Three Billboards. In an interview with Belfast Telegraph, McDormand explained that Mildred's anger as a mother resonated with her because "as a parent, you also come to see how the worry and the anxiety that goes along with protecting someone who you give yourself to in that way - that you surrender to - can become degenerative." She went on to elaborate on how holding her son for the first time made her realize how high the stakes were in keeping him alive, and she tapped into that fierce sense of protection for her character.
Queen Gina Rodriguez and Her "King," Joe LoCicero, Were a Sight to Behold at the Oscars
Gina Rodriguez was dressed to kill at the Oscars, but it was her date that had us swooning. The 33-year-old brought her "king," aka boyfriend Joe LoCicero, to the award show, and the two were living it up on the red carpet.
Gina and Joe started dating in the Summer of 2016 after meeting on the set of her hit CW show Jane the Virgin. Joe guest starred as a stripper, and just from watching his moves, we don't blame Gina for wanting more. Since they started dating, they attended their first red carpet as a couple and she loves to post adorable photos of them on her Instagram. Keep scrolling to see Gina and Joe looking like true royalty at the Oscars.
Gina Rodriguez's Red Carpet Hair Looks Basic - Until She Turns Around
Gina Rodriguez always looks fantastic - but she took our collective breath away on the Oscars red carpet. The Jane the Virgin actress walked the red carpet looking like a princess with pastel-hued makeup and a sleek ponytail.
Gina's eye makeup featured lavender eye shadow paired with a pale pink lip and flawless skin. Her makeup was done by makeup artist Carissa Ferreri using Burt's Bees makeup.
The most intriguing part of Gina's look, however, was revealed when she turned around to smooch her boyfriend, Joe LoCicero. Gina's sleek, low ponytail was wrapped with hair at the base and wrapped with more hair a few inches down. The result was a gorgeous and interesting take on an otherwise simple red carpet look.

Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos Kiss Like Nobody's Watching at the Oscars
Sunday's Oscars brought out so many cute celebrity couples, but we always have a soft spot for Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos. The couple, who will be celebrating their 22nd wedding anniversary in May, looked like prom queen and king as they played up their PDA on the red carpet. Kelly stunned in a strapless black ball gown, while Mark cut a suave figure in a navy tux.
Mark also shared an Instagram gallery of him and Kelly and couldn't help gushing about his other half. "It was an honor to walk w/my fave on the red carpet," he wrote. "23 years later and still taking my breath away..#marriedabovemystation"
Kelly grabbed headlines just last week when she defended her Live With Kelly cohost, Ryan Seacrest, following the recent sexual misconduct allegations that were made against him by former E! stylist Suzie Hardy. While discussing the Oscars on their show, Kelly told Ryan, "I just want you to know you are a privilege to work with, and I adore you, and I am speaking on behalf of all of us here."

Gordon Ramsay's Transformative Way to Scramble Eggs
Yes, there are a million different scrambled eggs techniques out there, but Gordon Ramsay's will be your full-stop method. While at a press event to promote his new game with Glu Mobile, I asked chef Ramsay to go through the proper way to scramble eggs. His unique method has a heartwarming tale:
"After training in London, I wanted to become French, so I went to the birthplace of all cuisine. I remember seeing this amazing dish with scrambled eggs and sea urchin. I tasted the sea urchin through the scrambled eggs . . . and they topped it with caviar. I thought it was wild. I had never put sea urchin in scrambled eggs. The texture was just incredible. It made it so much creamier. What was more accessible to the average person at home making scrambled eggs - I knew that was crème fraiche. I perfected that craft in France making scrambled eggs to order, standing in Guy Savoy's restaurant behind the line as a 22-year-old."
But crème fraiche isn't the only thing that makes these scrambled eggs different from the rest. It's cooked in a pot! The eggs aren't seasoned from the start! Most of the cooking is done off the flame! Are you baffled yet? Me too, which is why I had to try the method out for myself. So where to begin? Start by watching Gordon's YouTube video. He shared a hilarious story about it:
I think there's about 15 million people online who have [watched] that scrambled eggs video. And it transforms the way you eat eggs. Incredible. It's a kind of rich, sumptuous way to eat scrambled eggs even for dinner, even with all the steps. It's just delicious on sourdough bread. My video, with 15 million downloads on YouTube, I burn the f*cking toast. I'm not so far down my backside. I make mistakes. I just start again. It's funny. I'm so into my scrambled eggs, focusing away. Fire alarm is going off and I burn my toast."
Like Gordon, my first attempt didn't go off hitch-free. I'm unfortunately going to need a few more practices to end up with perfectly custardy, voluminous eggs like Gordon, but what I did make was truly exceptional and unlike any scrambled eggs I've ever had before. I can't wait to keep on practicing, and neither will you once you've memorized the steps.
A Better Way to Freeze Bananas For Smoothies, Banana Bread, and More
Don't toss out those overripe bananas! With a couple minutes of prep work, they can be transformed into frozen nuggets of gold, perfect for smoothies. Here's the best way to do it:
- Start with overripe, spotty bananas (they have much more flavor).
- Peel all of the bananas.
- Slice them into 1- to 2-inch chunks. (Smaller pieces are much easier on your blender; even a high-powered blender, like a Vitamix, will have trouble breaking down a whole banana.)
- Arrange them in a single layer on a parchment- (or wax-paper-) lined rimmed sheet pan. Don't just toss the unfrozen chunks into a freezer-safe bag; if you do this, they'll freeze into a brick of banana chunks that'll need to be chipped apart before using.
- Once frozen, transfer to freezer-safe bags. We like to separate them into individual bags that hold just enough banana chunks for a smoothie, so there's no guesswork (or measuring needed) when you're tired and looking to blitz your way to breakfast. For our go-to smoothie recipe, that means 1 1/2 bananas, but many other recipes use less.
Armed with a freezer full of banana bags, you'll always be ready for rich, creamy smoothies, vegan banana "ice cream," banana bread, or oatmeal (heat the chunks in a microwave until thawed before using).
5 Surprising Snubs From This Year's Oscars
When it comes to this year's Oscar winners, things were a bit all over the place. No single film dominated in more than two or three categories, and the night's biggest honors were spread between The Shape of Water; Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri; Darkest Hour; and I, Tonya. Even with the wide array of winners, though, it wouldn't be the Oscars without a few snubs. Wondering which hopefuls wound up leaving the night empty-handed? Let's break it down.
3 Places You've Probably Seen Eiza González Before - and Where You Can Catch Her Next
Eiza González turned heads at this year's Oscars in a sexy yellow dress, and if you're wondering where else you've seen her before, then we can help. But don't worry - you'll be seeing a lot more of González soon. Help, I Can't Stop Staring at These Stunning Photos of Jennifer Garner at the Oscars
When Jennifer Garner hit the Oscars red carpet on Sunday night, I can only assume the jaws of everyone around her immediately fell to the floor. The 45-year-old Love, Simon actress and Girl Scout cookie-seller extraordinaire looked downright stunning as she walked in front of photographers in her bright blue gown, which had a gauzy, dramatic train. After sufficiently wow-ing everyone within a 20-foot radius on the red carpet, she went inside and later took the stage to present the emotional In Memoriam segment. See all her best moments from the night ahead!
11 Times Tiffany Haddish Was the Funniest and Best Part of This Year's Oscars
We can all probably agree that Tiffany Haddish had the most fun at this year's Oscars. Not only was it her first time at the ceremony, but between her fangirl moments with Meryl Streep, Frances McDormand, and Gal Gadot and her hilarious bit with Maya Rudolph, it's safe to assume that Tiffany lived out her wildest dreams. On top of it all, she also gave her late father a special nod with her Eritrean Oscars gown. Hopefully the Academy took notice and asks her to host next year's show. Fingers crossed!

Jordan Peele is officially halfway to an EGOT! On Monday, Jordan tweeted a photo of his Academy Award - he became the first black writer to win best original screenplay thanks to his incredible debut film, Get Out - standing with his Emmy, joking, "This is exactly what it looked like watching my wife give birth."

New Parents Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott Get Cozy During a Boat Ride in Miami
While almost everyone was at the Oscars on Sunday, Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott snuck away for a little R&R in Miami. The couple, who became parents to daughter Stormi last month, were spotted enjoying a boat ride with Kylie's best friend, Jordyn Woods, and a few other friends. Travis and Kylie shared a few laughs as they cozied up to each other, and at one point, the 20-year-old reality TV star was seen with a beer in hand.
Kylie and Travis have been dating since April 2017, and unlike her previous relationship with rapper Tyga, the pair tend to keep their romance fairly private. In fact, Kylie has only posted one Instagram photo with Travis to date, but she did recently post a video of the Ferrari he bought her as a "push present."
The Bachelor Finale Was an Absolute Disaster - Here's What Happened
Warning: So many spoilers below. Seriously, every spoiler.
If there's one thing we've come to expect with The Bachelor, it's that it can be completely unpredictable. Just when we think we know who will get the final rose, all of our hopes and dreams are turned upside down. Arie Luyendyk Jr.'s finale was no different, and it's hard to believe that he pulled a Jason Mesnick circa 2009.
When we saw Lauren Burnham step out of the limo first, our hearts sank for her. She's so sweet, and although it took her a while to open up to Arie, you could tell that she was genuinely in love with him. We were basically watching her express her love to Arie with our hands over her eyes. How was he supposed to tell her that he had to let her go when he was in love with her, too? It was sad, to say the least, but his soon-to-be happy ending with Becca Kufrin was something to be excited for, right? Well, for a minute, anyway.
Becca and Arie stood against a gorgeous Peruvian backdrop, and after she vocalized just how much she loved him, he did the same. Arie proposed with a huge Neil Lane rock and said that he was choosing her today and every day from now on. But apparently "every day" has an expiration date.
Chris Harrison then explained that the footage we were going to see next was unedited. There were two cameras in the room - one on Arie, and the other on Becca. We learned that Becca knew Arie was struggling to get over Lauren. After all, when he got down on one knee, he was still in love with Lauren as well.
"The reality of it is that, you know, being with you, although it's been everything that I wanted, I still think about her. And I think that you sense that," Arie said to Becca. He continued by saying that he felt the more he spent time with her, the less of a chance he had to reconcile with Lauren.
And then Becca asked the million dollar question: "Do you want to be back with her?" To which Arie said, "I want to see if there's that possibility." Becca's response? "Are you f*cking kidding me?"
Let's think about this for a second. You were just on an emotional roller coaster for weeks and had to fight two-dozen women for one man's attention. Then, you introduce him to your family. And you even make it to the final two. And then he proposes! And then he takes it back. Yeah . . . there aren't really any words to describe it.
Becca and Arie's conversation just got more awkward from there. He really didn't have much to say, and you could tell that Becca didn't even know how to respond. Apparently Arie had talked with Lauren (on the phone, it seems), and Becca knew about it. Arie then said he wasn't as honest as he could have been with Becca about how conflicted he really was at the final scene in Peru.
But the part that irks us the most about this whole thing is that Arie didn't even say sorry right away. Becca asked him to leave, and he eventually did, but then he returned to try to talk more. Then he finally said sorry. Look, we know the guy can't help how he feels, but an apology might take the sting out of it just the tiniest bit.
We wish everyone involved the best of luck . . . especially Becca.
Ben Higgins Is Back in the Bachelor Spotlight, But Do You Remember His Final 3?
There have been a lot of dramatic and heartbreaking endings in Bachelor history, and although it didn't exactly feel like it in the moment, Ben Higgins's story falls into that category. Sure, the fact that his engagement didn't last is sadly par for the course when it comes to this series, but that's not the drama we're talking about . . . at least not right now.
Let's take it back to when Ben was the Bachelor: it was season 20, and we were down to the final three ladies. If you need a refresher, we've got you covered. Ben had Caila Quinn, JoJo Fletcher, and Lauren Bushnell (or the original Lauren B.) when it came down to the Fantasy Suites episode, and it sort of seemed like it could be anyone's game.
After sending Caila home (breaking her heart in the process), Ben went on to tell both JoJo and Lauren that he loved them, which, as any loyal Bachelor viewer knows, is a big no-no. Seriously, Arie Luyendyk Jr. really should've taken notes on this one!
While the world was also falling for both women, Ben eventually made his choice and picked Lauren to have and to hold for the rest of his life . . . or so he planned. He did not give the final rose to JoJo, and she went on to be the next Bachelorette. (She's currently engaged to her season's winner.)
Ben and Lauren, however, didn't live happily ever after. Ben dropped down on one knee during the season finale, and Lauren happily accepted. The two then decided to star on another reality series together, Ben and Lauren: Happily Ever After?, and fans quickly saw that their romance wasn't as perfect as it seemed.
One of their biggest issues, according to Lauren, was the fact that Ben did say "I love you" to JoJo before finally choosing her.
"I don't think I've ever talked about how hurtful that was," Lauren told People back in June 2017. "Looking back, I wish I could be like, 'That's why it didn't work out,' but I think it was just a very abnormal situation and one that, unfortunately, I mean, we tried."
The couple called it quits in May 2017, and as we saw on The Bachelor Winter Games, Ben isn't exactly ready to fall in love again, and we don't blame him.
Maybe finding love on TV just isn't for him . . . maybe.
Jennifer Garner Looking Like a Glowing Ball of Gorgeousness at the Oscars: A History
Jennifer Garner was exceptionally stunning at the Oscars this year, and it got us thinking about all of her past appearances at the big show. Jen first showed up at the Academy Awards in 2003 (she was starring in the series Alias at the time), and while she looked beautiful even back then, seeing her on Sunday night was a truly jaw-dropping experience.
In 2018, Jen walked the red carpet looking like she stepped straight off a runway in Paris; her bright blue Atelier Versace gown hugged in all the right places, her hair and makeup was completely on-point, and those arms, you guys? We don't know if it's sleep, water, leafy greens, or singledom, but Jen - keep doing whatever you're doing, OK girl? Take a walk down memory lane with Jen's best Oscars photos.
Swish, Flick, and Send Tweet: Emma Watson's Response to Tattoo Critics Would Make Hermione Proud
Nobody messes with Hermione Granger - or Emma Watson, for that matter. Emma took to Twitter on Monday after the backlash over a missing apostrophe on the temporary tattoo she donned during the Vanity Fair Oscars party and added a humorous twist to an otherwise tense situation.
Fake tattoo proofreading position available. Experience with apostrophes a must.
- Emma Watson (@EmmaWatson) March 5, 2018
While Emma's tweet kept us laughing, we hope this will help people move past the grammatical error and focus on the ink's message. After all, it's such a powerful tribute to the Time's Up movement. In the meantime, fans are already eagerly answering the call for her fun (albeit, fake) job opportunity. Honestly, we really can't blame them.
I would like to take you up on this job opportunity? I have a masters in proofreadery graduated with a 1st from Tattoo Uni top of my class pic.twitter.com/9vpb66m09p

Meryl Streep Gave Her Famous Meme an Update - Please Never Stop Shouting, OK?
She may be nominated for more Oscars than any actor ever, but Meryl Streep has a new record to uphold, and that's the queen of memes at award shows. Who could forget the actress's now-iconic screaming meme that took place during the 2015 Screen Actors Guild Awards?! Well, the scream machine is back and better than ever, making an appearance during Sunday night's Oscars and officially claiming its position as the best meme of the night. It's obvious that Meryl and only Meryl is worthy of reviving her own meme, because no one shouts as gracefully as she does! Read on to see all of the hilarious comparisons of the meme scream queen in all of her glory, and never stop yelling, Meryl.
Leave It to Sandra Bullock to Win Over the Oscars Crowd in a Matter of Seconds
You can always count on Sandra Bullock to bring the laughs, and she definitely delivered during Sunday night's Oscars ceremony. The actress presented the award for cinematography to Roger Deakins, but before she announced the nominees, she politely asked the lighting department to dim the lights to bring her "back to her 40s." As the lights gradually went down, she kept encouraging it, joking, "A little lower, 39, keep going, 38, 35 . . . Now that's a sweet spot!"
It's safe to say the 53-year-old actress looks incredible no matter what, and she stole the spotlight in her sparkling Louis Vuitton gown. While her boyfriend, Bryan Randall, may not have attended, she did have one very special partner on the red carpet: Nicole Kidman. In one truly glorious moment, Nicole snuck up on Sandra while she was being interviewed, and Practical Magic fans everywhere rejoiced in their hilarious banter. Check out all the best pictures from Sandra Bullock's night at the Oscars.
So, How Old Is Lauren B. From The Bachelor? (Hint: She's More Than a Decade Younger Than Arie!)
The Bachelor's season 22 kicked off its five-hour, two-day season finale on Monday, March 5. Until the finale cranked the insanity dial to 11, the simple fact of age had caused the most drama during Bachelor Arie Luyendyk Jr.'s season.
While the most jaw-dropping moment might've been when Bekah M. finally revealed what her real age was - she was 22 years old when the show began - we kind of forgot that one of the last two women is still pretty young. Who are we talking about? Lauren Burnham, aka Lauren B., that's who!
Although Lauren has been open about her age (unlike Bekah M.), she is only 25 years old, according to her show bio, which is still young, especially when you think about the fact that Arie is currently 36 years old. Sure, he's not the oldest Bachelor in the history of the franchise - that award goes to Byron Velvick, who was 40 when he starred on the series - but he is more than 10 years older than the Virginia Beach native.
Clearly age is only a number when it comes to Arie and his journey to find love, but it does give us cause for pause. The other finalist, Becca Kufrin (aka Becca K.), is only 27 years old, but that does make her age difference with Arie less than 10 years, and for some reason that makes them seem more compatible.
However, Lauren has been engaged before, so perhaps she is wise beyond her years. Either way, Arie is going to end up with a younger lady (spoiler alert), and if the women competing for that final rose are OK with it, then so are we.
30 Tweets About The Bachelor That Sum Up Your Emotional Journey Through the Finale
Are you still with us, Bachelor Nation? After an excruciatingly long season 22 finale of The Bachelor, the drama really picked up during the final few moments. While Arie Luyendyk Jr. got down on one knee and proposed to Becca, he ended up changing his mind and calling off their engagement to reconcile with Lauren B. As if that wasn't bad enough, the show thought it would be a good idea to tape every single second of Arie and Becca's breakup.
Needless to say, Bachelor fans were all in their feelings, and they made sure to voice their opinions about the episode on social media. Even some of the former Bachelors and Bachelorettes weren't too happy about the situation. See some of the best tweets about the episode below.
Even Laura Dern Can't Help but Fangirl Over Meryl Streep: "She's My Icon, My Legend"
We're still pinching ourselves that her highness Meryl Streep is joining Big Little Lies season two, and we aren't the only ones. While attending the Oscars on Sunday night, Laura Dern stopped to chat with Entertainment Tonight's Nancy O'Dell and Kevin Frazier about the HBO drama's exciting new addition, and she couldn't help but gush about Meryl, whom she called, "my icon, my legend."
"Because I have the gift of being the governor of the actors' branch, I've had dinners with her, I've had breakfasts with her," Laura explained on the red carpet. "Because of Big Little Lies, we had brunch and lunch. I looked at her after four days of this and said, 'I've had every meal with Meryl Streep. How did this happen to me? It's the greatest week ever!'"
Laura went on to say that the rest of the core female cast, which includes Nicole Kidman, Reese Witherspoon, Shailene Woodley, and Zoë Kravitz, are doing their best to make Meryl feel at home in Monterey. Apparently she's been added to the official Big Little Lies text chain (how do we get in on that?!), which is good considering season two sounds like it's going to be even more dramatic than the first season. Of what the new episodes will comprise of, Laura would only tease that they're "digging deep." Knowing what happened in the season one finale, she could mean literally or figuratively.

About Ryan Seacrest's Lack of Red Carpet Interviews . . .
The 90th annual Academy Awards took place on Sunday, and all the stars were shining bright on the red carpet. Per usual, E! News was present on the red carpet to grab interviews from the night's biggest names. Except this year, one of the network's staple personalities was facing controversy in the days leading up to the Oscars that hovered over the evening.
Ryan Seacrest was recently accused of sexual harassment and abuse by a former personal stylist, Suzie Hardy, in a exclusive Feb. 26 report from Variety. As the Oscars got closer, many wondered if Seacrest would still be present on the red carpet. On Feb. 27, an E! spokesperson told Variety the following when asked if Seacrest would still host its red carpet coverage: "Of course he is."
However, during the preshow coverage, it became very apparent that Seacrest was failing to snag interviews with some of the evening's biggest stars, including the entire best actress category. Were stars avoiding him because of the misconduct allegations against him?
According to Variety, "Celebrity publicists were divided on their approach to Seacrest, with some indicating that their clients would not speak with him, either avoiding him entirely or steering their clients to [Giuliana] Rancic, while others said they would not hesitate to allow their clients to be interviewed by the host."
To be fair, the evening wasn't a total flop for Seacrest as he managed to score interviews with double Oscar-nominee Mary J. Blige, Baby Driver star Eiza González, Diane Warren, singer Miguel, and more, but those conversations had no mention of the Me Too movement or Time's Up.
Seacrest also had a moment on the red carpet with Taraji P. Henson, who told him, "The universe has a way of taking care of good people. You know what I mean?" She followed the comment by touching his chin, which threw people on social media into a frenzy as many began to speculate that her words were wrapped in a little subtle shade.
Holy shit Taraji just put a curse on Ryan Seacrest 😂 pic.twitter.com/GSknn3NozF
- Sara Jean Hughes (@sarajeanhughes) March 5, 2018
The Proud Mary actress later followed up on the incident, telling People that her comments were "misconstrued" and in regards to the chin gesture, "I did it to keep his chin up. It's an awkward position to be in. He's been cleared but anyone can say anything."
Seacrest's accuser Hardy claimed, according to Variety, that while working for Seacrest, "she endured the abuse for years out of concern over being able to provide for her daughter, and that the situation only ended in 2013, when, after reporting Seacrest's actions to human resources executives, her employment ended."
The American Idol host made the following statement in regards to the allegations on Feb. 27:
"Sadly, last Fall I became one of the accused, which I promptly revealed proactively to the network involved and to the public. And to be equally clear, those accusations were then investigated by an independent third-party over the course of a two-month process and involved dozens of interviews that included me, the accuser, and countless others. Ultimately, my name was cleared. I eagerly participated in the investigation in order to demonstrate my innocence because I know my truth, and I believe in due process."
Kelly Ripa, his cohost on Live with Kelly and Ryan, said the following in support of Seacrest, who she called an "easy, professional, great person," on March 1: "I just want you to know you are a privilege to work with, and I adore you, and I am speaking on behalf of all of us here."
Despite reports that producers were considering a tape delay for the Oscar's red carpet, in a statement to Variety on Sunday, an E! spokesperson said, "It's business as usual. As always, we tape multiple sources of content simultaneously to deliver the best possible show, and there are often brief delays between interviews."
Why Eddie Vedder's Oscars Performance Was the Night's Most Heartbreaking Moment
On Sunday night, Hollywood's biggest stars got together for the 90th annual Academy Awards. While most stars shone brightest on the red carpet, there's one part of the big night that isn't about the glitz - the in memoriam section of the show.
This year, Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam did the honor of singing "Room at the Top" in remembrance of those in the industry who died over the past year.
The hit Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers song was a great fit for the segment, as it is as powerful as it is moving. Petty died last Fall at 66 years old. The hit 1999 ballad was a single released from the legendary band's album Echo. It was the band's 10th studio album and peaked at No. 10 on the Billboard 200. Petty wrote it in the middle of a divorce and once called it "the most depressing song I've ever written."
Check out the original video for "Room at the Top" below, and listen to all of Petty's greatest hits.
