Miley Cyrus's July 4 Bikini Was Perfectly Wild and All About the Boo-tay

Miley Cyrus celebrated the Fourth of July in a typical Miley way: dressing up in patriotic costumes, of course. The star shared quite a few celebratory snaps from her holiday, and in one she was casually lounging in the pool on a blow-up bald eagle float.

While you might expect an eccentric dresser like Miley to wrap herself in an actual flag or fashion a one-piece out of some fabric, she opted for the sophisticated Solid + Striped Elle Top ($88) and Elle Bottom ($88) instead. It was her star-spangled crown that really got the party started.

We like Miley's suit because (1) it flatters her toned figure and (2) it's got more of a subtle print, so she can work it into her rotation all season long. Read ahead for a second glance, then shop the exact bikini along with similar styles.

Ladies, Kim Kardashian Just Made Cargo Pants the New Date-Night Special

She layered gold pendant necklaces over her shirt and pulled the tapered hem of her slacks right over her shoes, to show off the full silhouette of her military-inspired bottoms.

While she's opted for a sexy minidress and snakeskin heels while out with her hubby before, Kim toughened up her look for a night of romance, and we're all about it. Ahead, read on for another glance, then shop some similar cargo pants and consider wearing them to amp up the sex appeal. Kim proves that with a high waist and tight fit, it's totally possible.

Alex and Justin Russo - er, Selena Gomez and David Henrie - Had a Fun-Filled Day at Disneyland

Cast reunion alert! Alex and Justin Russo - er, Selena Gomez and David Henrie - hung out on the Fourth of July, and we could practically hear the Wizards of Waverly Place theme song playing softly in the distance. The onscreen-siblings-turned-friends spent the holiday at Disneyland and paused their fun-filled day for a cute photo opp on a staircase at the theme park. Selena wore a red denim jacket and ankle weights (dang, what a multitasker!) for the day of fun in the sun. She captioned one of her Instagram pictures with "Family vacation vibes," and another with "Brudder & sissy." Ugh, how cute are they?!

The former costars have remained close pals since Wizards of Waverly Place ended, as Selena attended David's wedding last Spring, and the two recently took a trip to Italy together. It looks like Selena is continuing to cope with her breakup from Justin Bieber by surrounding herself with great friends - and the magic of Disneyland! Ahead, see a few nostalgia-packed snaps from Selena and David's latest reunion.

For the equestrian-themed wedding, Kaley opted for a stunning sheer wedding dress. Her beautiful Reem Acra gown featured a corset-inspired bodice, delicate embroidery, and a sheer skirt.

The best part of Kaley's bridal look? Instead of a veil, the actress opted for a princess-worthy lace cape. Later in the evening, the actress switched into an ivory Tadashi Shoji lace jumpsuit and Louise et Cie heels for the reception. She partied the night away in this stunning long-sleeved jumpsuit that featured a plunging neckline. Read on to see all of the amazing pictures of Kaley's wedding ahead.

The airy coordinates spoke to the season, but Victoria didn't forget a few stunning twists: her skirt sat way low on her hips, emitting cool vacation vibes, and her cognac leather clutch played contrast to the look.

Victoria wore her standard visor top Céline sunglasses, along with a gold watch and delicate pendant. I Tried a New Gadget That Claims to Cure Cramps, and Here's What Happened

Like many women, I experience a couple of days of painful menstrual cramps each month, especially since getting my copper IUD nearly three years ago. While my discomfort is not completely debilitating, it is enough to make me want to curl up on the couch with the heating pad for a little while, along with taking several doses of ibuprofen. And while these things do help to mitigate the pain, I've found that I still have to be patient and just ride the pain out.

When I received an offer to try the new FDA-approved Livia pain therapy system, I was instantly intrigued. The equipment looked very similar to what's used for the electrical muscle stimulation therapy treatment I've received from the sports chiropractor to treat minor muscle injuries from running, which has always proved to help me heal up quickly.

According to the product creators, and much like the stim machine therapy, Livia relies on electromagnetic pulses to distract your nerves from feeling pain while using unique micro-pulses to keep the nervous system "busy" so that menstrual pain signals can't pass through the nerve gate and aren't felt. Using adhesive gel pads, Livia's electrodes are placed on the body near the source of the menstrual pain and incorporate a wave shape and frequency that is specially optimized to ease menstrual pain.

I'll definitely be retiring that heating pad now.

When I received my sample in the mail and my period and usual suspect symptoms showed up shortly thereafter, I charged the Livia system and put it to the test. After consulting the product manual to ensure I was properly hooking myself up and positioning the gel pads on my abdomen correctly, I plugged them in to the connector, powered it on, and adjusted the controls to increase the strength. Within seconds, I felt relief as the electrodes warmed up and the device sent gentle vibrations to my abdomen. After about 30 minutes, I found that I was feeling much better and was ready to turn off and disconnect the device to resume my evening activities.

The Livia system ($158) is available for purchase online and comes with a two-year warranty and a three-month supply of the adhesive gel pads, along with a charging cable, cover, and travel case. I'm especially glad it's compact and easily portable, as my next period is supposed to not-so-conveniently hit during my planned European vacation next month. If you regularly experience painful cramping similar to mine, I would absolutely recommend buying it. I'll definitely be retiring that heating pad now.

Here's Why I (Mostly) Love My Copper IUD

When President Trump took office nearly two years ago, many women made a mad dash to their doctors' offices to get intrauterine devices, or IUDs, for fear that their birth control's affordability was about to end. I had actually already had my Paragard copper IUD for a year at that point and was happy to encourage other women to go the same route.

Before getting my IUD, I was on birth control pills for four years. When I changed jobs in 2015, I went to get a refill of my pills and was told a one-month supply would cost $110 out of pocket because my new health insurance hadn't kicked in yet. Despite the fact that I'd been on it for so long, I wasn't really loving my experience on the pill, especially after experiencing various side effects such as mood changes and fatigue. So instead of forking over the cash, I made the decision to quit the pills for at least that 90-day probation period and then assuming I was feeling good, talk to my doctor about switching to an IUD once I was covered.

There are actually five brands of IUDs available to women: the non-hormonal Paragard and the hormonal Mirena, Kyleena, Liletta, and Skyla. The key differences are the fact that the hormonal IUDs can be left in for three to six years, while Paragard lasts for 10, and the hormonal versions can cause side effects similar to other birth control methods.

During my break from the pill, I asked around for friends' opinions and experiences with the different types of IUDs. I was especially interested in the non-hormonal Paragard and was really glad I heard some firsthand experiences from real people I knew, because I found that when I first went googling, I only came across horror stories of severe ongoing menstrual pain, which, along with spotting, is known to be the main side effect of this type of IUD. Honestly, my first post-procedure period did involve cramps that felt like knives to the stomach and woke me up in the middle of the night. But I'm glad I gave it time, because nearly three years in, I am, for the most part, happy with my decision to go with the copper IUD.

If you have insurance, you can't beat the cost.

I went through various job changes and insurance plans during the four years I was on the pill. My generic version of Yaz, or drospirenone, cost me anywhere from $10 to $30 a month during that time, which added up quickly. IUDs, meanwhile, are on the list of contraceptive methods that are 100 percent covered by the Affordable Care Act. (#ThanksObama) This meant that when I went in for the insertion and one-month check-up, I paid absolutely nothing out of pocket, not even a co-pay. It's a relief to know I'm covered for up to seven more years, and I won't suddenly be unable to afford my birth control, regardless of the country's political state.

The insertion wasn't as bad as I anticipated.

When one IUD-bearing friend warned me that the procedure would "hurt like a mofo," I was expecting to be crying on the table. But thanks to the fact that my doctor advised me to come in during my period (when my cervix would be opened up), and after taking a dose of prescription misoprostol the night before, as well as 800 milligrams of ibuprofen the day of, I found that it really wasn't much worse than a Pap smear (and thankfully didn't take much longer than that, either).

My periods are longer and heavier, but manageable.

Everyone (even doctors) warned me that I would be saying goodbye to the short, light, and predictable periods I had while on the pill. This turned out to be true to a certain extent - with the copper IUD, I get my period approximately every 24-28 days, and it lasts about seven days total with one or two days of heavier flow. Yes, that can be annoying, but it's actually very similar to my experience when I was on nothing at all, and according to the Mayo Clinic, these are still considered characteristics of a normal period. I do experience some uncomfortable cramping on those heavier days, but it's nothing a heating pad and some ibuprofen can't help.

My energy levels improved significantly.

I'm an avid long-distance runner and marathoner constantly seeking to achieve new goals and better my race times. During the four years I was on the pill, I found that my performance plateaued. Despite training consistently, I always felt fatigued and exhausted. I could never hit my goal paces in speed workouts and usually crashed and burned in races. Within a month of being off the pill (and making some slight changes in my training practices along the way) that changed. I had more energy and finally started nailing most of my workouts. I also quickly dropped the pesky five pounds that had stubbornly shown up and hung around for the last four years. And best of all, after four months of having my IUD and seven months of being off hormonal birth control, I finally hit the new marathon personal record I'd been chasing for all those years. I know there isn't sufficient research regarding birth control's effects on athletic performance, but I can't help but wonder if the timing of my running gains were more than just coincidental.

You can set it and forget it.

Once your IUD is inserted, you're set. All you have to do is check for the strings from time to time to ensure it hasn't shifted out of place. No more worrying about taking your pills and picking up your prescription refills on time. You really can't beat that peace of mind.

8 Hard-to-Resist Fair Foods That'll Sadly Ruin Your Diet

Going to the fair is rarely an exercise in healthy eating. Fried foods are pretty much a way of life there, and while it's often a fun time to just relax and let go of dieting worries (we're proponents of cheat meals), just because you're indulging doesn't mean you have to completely abandon those healthy-eating guidelines you've worked so hard to stick to.

Fair food can be a strangely fascinating, slightly nauseating competition of what odd, mismatched things can be fried and combined, but your stomach probably won't thank you if you do more than watch. Here are some of the worst foods you'll find at a fair and should probably avoid.

A Doctor Says This Is What You Must Do to Lose Body Fat on the Keto Diet

By now you've probably heard about the benefits of the keto diet: weight loss, regulated blood sugar, and decreased inflammation. If weight loss is your number one goal, you're going to want to be diligent about exactly what you're eating on the low-carb, high-fat diet. To ensure that you're meeting your nutritional requirements, it's recommended that you track your carb, protein, and fat intake daily.

Dr. Steve Phinney, MD, PhD, chief medical officer at Virta Health, explained why some people experience weight gain on the keto diet. According to Dr. Phinney, achieving nutritional ketosis (bringing dietary carbs low enough so that the body burns mostly fat for energy), or the lack thereof, plays a critical role in whether you gain weight or lose weight.

"Unfortunately, due to inconsistent carb restriction or too much dietary protein, most people who are attempting a ketogenic diet are not actually in nutritional ketosis most of the time," Dr. Phinney told POPSUGAR. He added that "nutritional ketosis is best achieved by eating protein in moderation, keeping total dietary carbs in the 30 to 50 grams-per-day range, and eating fat only to the point of satiety."

In order to sustain the metabolic benefits of the ketogenic diet, you must diligently abide by the carb, protein, and fat intake every day for months, Dr. Phinney explained. If you thought you could get away with following the lazy keto diet - fluctuating between carbohydrate restriction and moderate carbohydrates - you may not be satisfied with your results.

Dr. Phinney explained that a majority of people who are initially obese and achieve nutritional ketosis "are enabled to lose weight because their inborn satiety signals start working correctly without having to count calories or consciously restrict their food intake." He said the biochemistry of this is still being explored, but doctors know that it has to do with unique anti-inflammatory benefits of ketosis on the liver, belly fat, and in the brain. However, if the necessary dietary changes aren't made, the body won't switch into ketosis and weight gain can occur. According to Dr. Phinney, finger-stick blood ketone tests are the most accurate way to find out if you're in and sustaining nutritional ketosis.

Dr. Phinney emphasized that the average person's weight fluctuates by four pounds day-to-day due to variations in hydration (water weight). "If someone in the first few months of nutritional ketosis is losing one to two pounds per week of body fat, variations in body water content may cause a weight plateau for two to four weeks or even indicate weight gain for a week or two," said Dr. Phinney. While he does advise weighing yourself daily, he said the weekly average values are the most important.

An Expert's Guide to Intermittent Fasting For Beginners

There are a lot of diet options out there, but don't despair if you haven't found the right one for your lifestyle. Instead, consider giving intermittent fasting a try. I get it - if you're anything like me, the mere mention of fasting may send you running in the opposite direction, but I quickly turned around when I learned that intermittent fasting isn't synonymous with going hungry. Instead, the practice involves shifting when you consume your calories.

"The goal of intermittent fasting is not to decrease calories," says Sunny Brigham, MS, CNS. "You should still consume the same amount of calories, just in a smaller period of time throughout the day. Many people do it wrong by reducing calories while fasting."

Ready to get started? We've got you covered. Here's how to incorporate intermittent fasting into your lifestyle.

Start With the 12:12 Rule

Dr. Luiza Petre, a weight-loss and -management specialist and board-certified cardiologist, told POPSUGAR that she recommends starting with the easiest form of intermittent fasting, which she refers to as "12:12 IF." You'll spend 12 hours of the day fasting and consume all your calories during the other 12-hour window.

Petre's plan also includes the zero-one-two-three strategy, which is something that many people do all the time without even thinking about it. "The number three in the zero-one-two-three strategy stands to stop eating three hours before bed. In order to utilize this in your daily life, all you have to do is stop eating at 7:30 p.m. and wait to eat breakfast until 7:30 a.m. So simple!" Petre said. "By fasting for those 12 hours, you allow insulin and blood sugar levels to come down, resulting in a fat-burning state."

When You're Ready, Increase the Fasting Periods

If you found that the 12:12 plan was a breeze, you can move on to what Petre described as "medium-difficulty IF." This involves 16 hours of fasting and consuming your calories during an eight-hour window.

You can take things further with this schedule by trying extreme intermittent fasting, which is adding a fat fast to the 16:8 plan. "In other words, you're still consuming all of your calories during an eight-hour window, but 95 percent of those calories are going to come from fat," Petre explained. During the day, you'll limit your intake of carbs and proteins to just five percent of your total calories.

During that eight-hour window, Petre said your calories shouldn't be coming from "traditional high-fat foods such as nuts, seeds, and cheese" because they contain carbohydrate grams. Instead, you'll want to eat healthier, saturated fats like butter, MCT oil, and coconut oil - all of which are almost purely fat.

Petre recommends consuming two Keto coffees during the day. "Keto coffee, also known as bulletproof coffee, made famous by Dave Asprey, is a cup of coffee with MCT oil, coconut oil, and butter. It sounds a bit extreme, but when it's consumed, you're still getting energy into the body without getting an insulin spike," she told POPSUGAR. "To add a little flavor, add MCT oil and heavy whipping cream."

There are a few important caveats regarding the fat fast. From a practical standpoint, Petre noted that you'll be in the bathroom for most of the day - so this may not be the best option if your job or lifestyle doesn't allow for plenty of bathroom breaks. From a health standpoint, it's important to note that you should work up to this rather than jumping in head first.

"Some research talks about doing a fat fast for an extended period over a couple of days or weeks at a time," Petre said. "You can also add it in for one day to throw a curveball into your IF schedule to keep your metabolism up and running."

Be Prepared to Handle a Few Symptoms

When you make any change to your diet, your body may feel out of whack at first. "Initially you might feel hungry, have low energy, and experience cravings while your body adjusts to a new schedule," Petre said. "Staying hydrated will help to increase energy, calm hunger pangs, and any headaches you might experience." She recommended drinking hot tea, sugar-free lemonade, very low-caloric bone broth or almond milk, or a carbonated drink to fill yourself up.

"It's important to keep in mind the more you train your body to fast, the easier you can manage any symptoms, and after a few days, your body will naturally fall into habit," Petre told POPSUGAR. "And if you reach ketosis at any time, it acts as a mood elevator and natural appetite suppressant."

So there you have it - whether you decide that the 12:12 is intense enough for you or you find that the 16:8 fat fast is the nutrition plan you've been searching for, remember to follow these guidelines to ensure that you're going about this diet in a safe, healthy manner.

I Want to Pay For Half of My Engagement Ring - Why Is That a Big Deal?

A few months ago, after being in a relationship for years and talking about getting married, my boyfriend suggested we stop by my favorite jewelry store to take a look at engagement rings. It goes without saying that I was excited; not only was this was a big step in our relationship, I already knew what kind of ring I wanted (it's only natural when you work in fashion). But when I finally saw what that marquise-shaped diamond looked like on my finger, I realized it wasn't what I'd pictured at all. Instead, we ended up falling in love an emerald cut surrounded by smaller stones and set in classic gold. It was regal, different, and eye-catching - and it was also $17,000.

Related: Say "I Do" to the Biggest Engagement Ring Trends of 2018

I always knew engagement rings weren't cheap, but that particular price seemed outrageous to me. Even if my boyfriend had that kind of money (and I'm pretty confident he does not), I wouldn't let him spend it on a tiny piece of jewelry - something that's so trivial in the grand scheme of things, aka spending our lives together. And that's when it hit me: why was he the only one spending money here? Wouldn't it be better if we just split the cost? Maybe then we could afford something really nice (although maybe not $17,000-nice).

In 2018 - a year where women continue to fight for equality - I'm not sure why buying an engagement ring should be any different.

For the entirely of our relationship, this is how it's always been. If he buys lunch, I'll pay for dinner. If he's spending $250 on me for Christmas, I'll spend $250 on him. If he's taking care of half of the rent, I've got the other half. Sure, sometimes it depends on pay schedules or unforeseen expenses, such as flat tires or bachelorette getaways, but for the most part, we aim to keep things even. And in 2018 - a year where women continue to fight for equality - I'm not sure why buying an engagement ring should be any different.

Unfortunately, my boyfriend isn't totally sold on this idea. He wants to buy the ring on his own, and right now, a good argument is that he's making more money than I am. But as we continue to talk about getting engaged, I'll continue to offer. Maybe it's not half - maybe, instead, I'll put a specific amount aside for him to use, this way he can still "surprise" me (yes, I've thought about this at length). I just feel like paying for a portion - even a small one - is the right and more practical thing to do. After all, we'll be beginning the rest of our lives together as equals, why not start here?

Serena Williams Receives Outpouring of Support After Revealing She Missed Her Baby's First Steps

Moms dream of being there for their baby's firsts: first words, first time eating solids, first full night of sleep, etc. Unfortunately, that's not always the reality. So when Serena Williams shared the heartbreaking reality that she missed her 10-month-old daughter Alexis Olympia's first steps while training for Wimbledon, parents (and fans) on the internet flocked to give her support and love.

Serena originally tweeted that she "cried" after learning she missed this milestone, but Twitter users encouraged her to turn those tears of sadness into happy ones. The responses varied, some fellow moms told Serena the steps don't count until she sees them herself; others recounted their own stories of missing their little ones' "firsts."

The general consensus? Serena doesn't need to guilt or shame herself for being away during this moment. She, like all moms, can be proud of her accomplishments and the example she sets for her child, and know there will be plenty of steps in the future. Ahead, see Serena's original tweet, as well as the supportive comments that followed.

This Video of John Legend Proves Parenting 2 Kids Can Be a Balancing Act - Literally

After you have your second child, it can sometimes feel like the kids are crawling all over you - in some cases, literally. John Legend learned that lesson while feeding his and Chrissy Teigen's new son, Miles, and older sister Luna couldn't resist joining in on the fun. Chrissy shared a hilarious Instagram video of the 39-year-old singer on double duty, burping Miles like a champ while 2-year-old Luna watched TV from his shoulders, the best spot in the house. She also posted a similar picture to her story with the caption "The eyes say 'help.'"

Chrissy and John welcomed Miles in May, and they've shared plenty of precious (and funny) parenting moments since becoming parents of two. Whether they're struggling to get a good photo with both babies or Chrissy's pumping on the way to dinner, parents everywhere can relate to their life with these little ones.

Why Didn't Anybody Tell Me: 3.5 Years After Breastfeeding, I Still Have Milk

Of all the expected and unexpected hurdles of motherhood I've encountered in my seven years of parenting, breastfeeding was the most manageable. Both of my children, now 4-and-a-half and 7, were quick to latch on and pretty much stayed attached to my ample, milk-producing breasts for the first year of their lives. Of course, it wasn't totally smooth sailing. My daughter was the world's least picky eater, happy to take a bottle or the boob, but my son refused to eat from any nipple that wasn't mine for the whole first year of his life.

I told a close friend. And guess what? More than three years later, she still has milk, too, which she confided sometimes comes pouring out during sex with her bewildered husband.

After two difficult pregnancies and two C-sections, I figured I was owed one "easy" thing, and breastfeeding filled that role. Because nursing just worked for me and my babies, I stuck with it for longer than I'd anticipated: 14 months with my daughter and 12 with my son, who got the boot when he decided it was as much fun to bite my nipples as it was to feed from them. I wrapped up my breastfeeding journey feeling proud of my efforts, pleased that the experience was so positive for everyone, and, yes, relieved that my body could be wholly my own again - even if my mind would probably remain in mommy-land for eternity.

Weaning my son wasn't as difficult as I expected - he had happily moved on to solid foods and sippy cups - and soon, I stopped producing the quantities of milk he'd required. Yet, I didn't totally stop producing milk . . . and three-and-a-half years later, I still haven't, a totally weird state of being that I never knew was possible.

It's not like my boobs are gushing milk regularly, but I often spot a drop or two leaking out in the shower, after a tough workout, or when I'm feeling hormonal and bloated before my period. Knowing the benefits of breast milk in healing scrapes and boo-boos, I'll admit that I've occasionally squeezed out a drop when I've cut myself or I have a pimple I'm trying to heal quickly (I swear it works).

I'd never really mentioned my latent milk production to anyone, but after a few glasses of wine, on a day when that drop or two was more like five or six, I told a close friend, a fellow mom who had breastfed her two daughters for about six months each, giving it up around the same time I did. And guess what? More than three years later, she still has milk, too, which she confided sometimes comes pouring out during sex with her bewildered husband.

Upon further research, I found that our milk is something called galactorrhea, or unexpected milk production. It is not a serious condition and usually resolves itself after a few months, though moms who have breastfed for an extended period may be able to express milk for a much longer time after weaning. Stimulation (like breast exams, checking to see if you still have milk, bra friction, and stimulation during sex) can cause more production.

Because my milk production is so small - and now I know I'm not the only one experiencing it - I'm not concerned about it. After all, who knows when my next pimple will pop up and I'll need my very own weird home remedy?

This Dad Redefined the Term "Fatherhood" by Breastfeeding His Newborn Daughter

After his wife April had a seizure due to complications from preeclampsia after a C-section, Maxamillian Neubauer knew he needed to step up to the plate and care for his baby while his wife was unconscious. And while most fathers settle for a little skin-to-skin action, Max took it one step further - by "breastfeeding" his newborn daughter using a fake nipple.

Max told POPSUGAR that he went into full-on dad-mode as soon as he laid eyes on his newborn daughter, Rosalía Lupita Valentina Neubauer.

"I was so emotionally wrecked at that point. I saw my wife have a seizure and knew she had another one behind closed doors," he said. "Then to see this beautiful ball of joy come out those doors that I helped create and am now responsible for."

Rather than going the bottle route, Max did his best to ensure Rosalía had the most authentic breastfeeding experience possible by sticking a nipple shield to his chest and attaching a syringe filled with baby formula to it to mimic a breast.

"April and I decided early on that we were going to do immediate skin-to-skin with our baby," explained Max. "After her surgery, she was sedated and unable to feed or have contact with her, so I had to step up and get shirtless to make up some ground seeing as mama wasn't there."

"I was really just doing what my dad would have done for me."

Interestingly enough, Max is considered to be a pioneer of the whole process, according to Door County Medical. He was the first man to ever give this new form of bonding a try at the hospital: "I guess they have asked a few fathers but nobody said yes until me."

While Max was eager to help in any way possible, he admits he definitely needed a little help getting situated from the nursing staff.

"I needed a lot of guidance and helping hands since I'm not an expert on the matter. It was great in the end and as close as you can get to natural breastfeeding."

At the end of the day, Max admits that he was just trying to do what's best for his family. "I was really just doing what my dad would have done for me. I was doing what my wife would have wanted."

Thankfully, April is finally home and recovering. And we'd be lying if we said Rosalía wasn't one of the sweetest tots we've ever seen. Scroll through to a bird's eye view of Max's experience.

These Wine Juice Boxes Contain More Alcohol Than a Standard Bottle - 'Nuff Said

Convenient (adjective): involving minimal trouble or effort; fitting in well with a person's needs, activities, and plans. Examples include: wine that's packaged in a lightweight paper carton instead of a breakable glass bottle, and, well, that's the only necessary example you really need to know about, TBH.

Now that we've gotten that quick vocabulary lesson out of the way, we're delighted to tell you a little about Bandit Wines, aka our latest obsession. The genius company is known for selling its wine in eco-friendly juice-box-esque containers that are reminiscent of those recyclable cartons your favorite coconut water comes in. The resealable wine vessels are perfect for many of our favorite Summer activities, including but not limited to:

  • Sneaking alcohol into the movie theater without the people in your row silently judging you as you pop a cork halfway through the endless previews.
  • Soaking up the sun on the beach while scamming your way around the "no glass allowed on the beach" law.
  • Similarly, catching some rays at a hotel pool and circumventing the "no glass on pool deck" rule.
  • Hiking in the mountains without a corkscrew in your backpack.
  • Enjoying a boozy picnic without watchful park patrols asking you to throw away your glass wine bottles.

Though Bandit has been around since 2003, we're somehow just now learning of its life-saving existence, and the discovery is making us even more excited to embark on our outdoor Summer adventures. The sippable boxes of vino come in seven flavor variations, including Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Dry Rosé, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and a Red Blend, all of which are packaged in either 500-milliliter or one-liter cartons. That's a whole lot bigger than those Rosé wine pouches that went totally viral last year, and we all know that more really is more when it comes to wine.

You can either purchase Bandit Wines online if you're of legal drinking age or in one of the many grocery stores that carry it. Ahead, catch a glimpse of the portable wine containers in action . . . you'll certainly feel compelled to hop on the Bandit bandwagon.

We Need to Talk About Disneyland's Magical Doughnut Selection, Y'all

If your doughnut doesn't inspire exclamations of envy from random passersby, is it really worth it? (Probably, because doughnuts are the freakin' best, but that doesn't serve to illustrate our point.) Thankfully, the fried, doughy rings of goodness at Disneyland are the best of the best. It wasn't until quite recently that Disney started offering doughnuts for hungry guests, but the addition to the resort's snack selection was an instant hit. As it turns out, nobody does doughnuts quite like the happiest place on earth!

You can find Disney doughnuts at several locations throughout the California resort: the Coffee Cart near Fantasy Faire on Disneyland's Main Street, Schmoozies in Disney's California Adventure, and the Disneyland Hotel Coffee Shop. Most items in Disney's impressive doughnut selection run about $6 per pop, but based on photos from contented park guests, they definitely seem worth the cost!

When we say Disneyland has every doughnut imaginable, we're talking everything from maple-bacon bars and Reese's peanut butter doughnuts to tropical fruit flavors topped with mini umbrellas. Don't believe us? Just check out these awe-inspiring confections found throughout the Disney parks. And yes, you have permission to drool.

Get a Gleaming Bathroom Fast With This 1 Nontoxic "Magic" Soap

Let's face it - bathrooms are gross. Even the tidiest among us still have to deal with hair-clogged drains, grimy sinks, and shower tiles coated in thick layers of shampoo, conditioner, and who knows what. But when cleaning day comes around, forget toiling away with rolls of paper towels, scrub brushes, and several different harsh chemical cleansers. All you need is this one bottle of magic soap, and you're just minutes away from a sparkling-clean bathroom. Pull your hair back, pump the jams, and let's get to work! You'll be good to go after just one song.

After discovering Dr. Bronner's Pure Castile Liquid Soap while on my quest for nontoxic beauty products, I was hooked. These 18-in-1 soaps are really just that with near limitless cleaning possibilities around the house. I wash my feet with peppermint soap for a cool tingle, hose the dog off postbeach with lavender soap, and tuck a small bottle of sweet almond for shampoo and body wash in my gym bag. But on one particularly rushed morning, I accidentally spilled more than my intended amount of soap into my bathtub. While mopping it up I made another brilliant discovery: I have seen no other product, chemical or nontoxic, clean up the slimy shower grime the way Dr. Bronner's did.

Getting down with the dirty is easier than A-B-C, baby. Here's how it's done!

Gather Your Arsenal

All you need is a bottle of Dr. Bronner's Pure Castile Liquid Soap ($16), a sponge, and an empty spray bottle. Any scent of soap will do. Most are blended with essential oils for an aromatherapy-like cleaning experience, so pick your favorite. I love using lavender for calmer vibes or citrus for a pop of energy. Gentle unscented is also available (and even gentle enough for babies' delicate skin).

Dilute Your Soap

To power-clean your bathroom, Dr. Bronner's blog recommends diluting your soap with water at a 1:4 ratio in a squirt bottle. Shake it all up and stash it under the sink, making future cleanups a breeze.

Spray, Wipe, Shine!

Spritz a few bursts of your soapy-water mix onto all of your bathroom services. Then grab your sponge (or Magic Eraser) and wipe up the grime. Rinse and dampen your sponge in between surfaces to make sure all of the product and scum is gone. You can use this same spray on your countertops, in the bathtub and shower, and on and around the toilet. You can even mop with it - simply dilute one-half cup of soap into three gallons of hot water and swirl the mess away.

Time-saving hack: I love cleaning my shower while I'm actually in it. That way, I don't mind getting wet, and the shower spray rinses all of the residue away without wasting more water with a separate wash! Plus, I can use the Dr. Bronner's soap safely on the shower surfaces and my body alike.
