Suspiria Hasn't Even Been Released Yet, but the Chances of a Sequel Are Very High
Excitement is already ramping up in earnest for one of the Fall's most unsettling movies, Suspiria. The remake of the iconic 1977 film already has a lot going for it: so far, we've borne witness to an unsettling mélange of photos, more than one creepy trailer, and even a vague promise of a postcredits scene. But among all the gripping details pertaining to the new spine-chiller, one is particularly exciting: this may only be the first of three installments.
In a recent interview with Deadline, director Luca Guadagnino explained that he already had planned on making a sequel. In fact, the original title of the remake would've hinted at exactly that. Originally, Guadagnino was planning on using Suspiria: Part One as the name. After all, the original was part of a series as well. The former project was called "The Three Mothers" trilogy, which also includes 1980's Inferno and 2007's The Mother of Tears. Ultimately, the director lopped off the "Part One" for a pretty understandable reason. "We didn't want to give the impression of something that couldn't stand alone," he said.
All things considered, it sounds like the trilogy has been the plan all along. The fact that the remake was nearly called Suspiria: Part One means that Guadagnino not only envisioned his updated take as a series, but perhaps even discussed it with Amazon. But don't take it from us! "Truthfully, I'd be interested to explore the origin of Madame Blanc and Helena Markos and also the future of Suzy Bannion in the world. So maybe," Guadagnino told Deadline. "We'll have to see how the movie goes." Suspiria hits theaters Oct. 26.

Experts Say These Are the Exact Dangers of Belly Fat
Did you know that when medical professionals talk about excess belly fat, they're likely referring to something a lot more critical than having a less-than-flat stomach? What they often mean by belly fat is visceral fat, which is found deep inside our abdomens, surrounding our organs. Having too much of it, which isn't necessarily an obvious thing, has been linked to several serious diseases.
To help break down the unique dangers too much belly fat can present to our overall health, we talked with two experts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine, Dr. M. Sue Kirkman, professor of medicine and medical director of the Diabetes Care Center Clinical Trials Unit in the Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism, and Dr. Sriram Machineni, assistant professor and director of the Medical Weight Clinic. Read on for their expert medical opinions.
3 Free Guided Meditations to Help You De-Stress on the Daily
I never expected to become the kind of person who meditates. Now, I meditate for 10 or 15 minutes, almost every day. I know I'm not alone; meditation has exploded in popularity in the United States in recent years, and there's a pile of evidence that suggests it has a real impact on stress and anxiety. Still, it can be intimidating to get started. When I first heard about the benefits of meditation years ago, the idea of sitting quietly and keeping my mind still for seconds (let alone minutes) on end sounded impossible. It turns out, I had a pretty limited view of what qualified as meditation . . . until I discovered guided meditations online.
In a guided meditation, a teacher or practitioner walks you through the meditation process, which makes getting started far less overwhelming. These online sessions allowed me to ease into meditation privately, without the (probably misguided) fear of being judged for "doing it wrong," and on my own schedule and at my own pace. Along my own meditation journey, I discovered that the internet is home to a wealth of completely free sessions led by qualified meditation teachers. I've rounded up some of my favorite free guided meditations below, all of which have something to offer whether you're a total newcomer or already have a solid meditation practice in place.

According to Experts, This Is the Most Effective Way For Women to Lose Belly Fat
When it comes to burning body fat, a lot of women have the same target area: the belly. Much to the chagrin of many of us, belly fat is notoriously stubborn, and it's important to note that you can't spot reduce fat. In other words, simply being diligent about crunches isn't going to help you achieve your goal.
"Just as you can not influence where your body stores dreaded excess fat when it packs it on, you can't control where your metabolism opts to pull from when it taps into fat stores, which incidentally tends not to be from the region we gain it in the first place," Corey Phelps, founder and CEO of Cultivate by Corey and creator of the Cultivate365 program, told POPSUGAR.
That's not to say that we're powerless to reduce belly fat. A combination of diet and exercise can help us achieve this goal in a healthy manner. What types of diet and exercise, you ask? Here's what experts have to say about the nutrition and workout aspects of losing belly fat - and keeping it off.
If Lower-Belly Fat Is Your Trouble Spot, Then Try This Ab-Focused Workout
Lower-belly fat is a common problem area for people looking to flatten their bellies and tighten their core. Although you can't specifically spot target fat loss - as you lose weight, you can't control which fat cells shrink from which body parts - you can target specific muscles with certain exercises.
To lose weight overall, it's important to eat a healthy diet in a calorie deficit, incorporate cardio and HIIT exercise, and strength train your whole body. But if you're looking to strengthen your lower ab muscles specifically, these 18 exercises are a great place to start. Best part? Most of them are equipment-free so you can do them right at home.
Ease Your Anxiety With These Expert-Approved Breathing Tips
When you're in the throes of severe anxiety, it feels like you're trapped inside your own brain: your thoughts race, your heart beats a mile a minute, you get nauseated, and it's hard to get a grip on reality. And while a dose of CBD oil or, in severe situations, an anti-anxiety prescription can help ease symptoms of anxiety, focusing on mindfulness and breathing can also help calm you down.
We spoke to two experts who detail different breathing techniques that can help ease your anxiety, especially if you catch yourself in the early stages before your symptoms get severe. It's important to note that these techniques aren't a cure-all for anxiety and may not relieve your symptoms immediately; however, when you feel a bout of anxiety come on, they could be beneficial.
If you're prone to frequent bouts of anxiety, visit your doctor or a mental healthcare provider (such as a psychiatrist or psychologist) who can diagnose you and help with your symptoms. You can also call the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) National Helpline: 1-800-662-HELP.
Deep Belly Breathing
"When we get anxious or have a panic attack, our bodies tense up and we engage in shallow breathing," John Hamilton, LMFT, LADC, chief clinical outreach officer at Mountainside Treatment Center, told POPSUGAR. To combat this, he recommends focusing on diaphragmatic, or deep belly, breathing. This is a conscious form of breathing where you focus on your belly expanding in and out with each breath instead of your chest moving up and down. Aim to do 10 long breaths: inhale deeply through your nose until you feel your belly extend and then slowly out of your mouth.
"This breathing technique gets more oxygen to your brain, which in turn causes your brain to release endorphins, known as a happiness hormone," John said. It helps your body relax and also distracts your mind, which can help tame your anxiety.
"Anything that helps ground you in the present can disrupt the worrisome thoughts that often accompany a bout of anxiety," he added. "You can also acknowledge that you're experiencing anxiety in this moment but that it will pass. Breathe deep, feel your body calming down, and stay in the present!" This technique is ideal for when you feel your anxiety bubbling up.
Forced Exhales
If you're already caught in a bout of anxiety, Pedram Shojai, doctor of oriental medicine and author of The Urban Monk, recommends taking a long breath out through your mouth. "This will help blow off some steam and cool the system," he said. Once you start to feel calmer, you can go back to breathing out of your nose.
Ear Massage
In addition to deep belly breathing, Pedram said adding an ear massage to this diaphragmatic breathing is a helpful technique.
"Gently massage and tug on the ears as you breathe deeply down to your lower abdomen," he explained. "Start from the top of the helix and work your way down to the lobes - work both ears and pay particular attention to areas that are sore or painful. There are some powerful pressure points on the ears, and pressing them while doing your deep breaths is very effective."
Is the Keto Diet Bad For Your Heart? Here's What Cardiologists Say on the Matter
The keto diet has exploded in popularity over the last few years as a means to slim down quickly without giving up bacon, cheese, or red meat. But the diet, which is high-fat, moderate-protein, and low-carb, is controversial, especially among the medical and dietitian community.
With so much fat OK on the diet, including saturated (hello, coconut oil!) and unsaturated fats, it sounds like a cardiologist's nightmare. After all, aren't we supposed to avoid saturated fats to prevent heart disease? We spoke with a few doctors themselves to find out whether the keto diet is actually unhealthy for your heart.
What's the Deal With Saturated Fat?
On the keto diet, all fat is allowed, including full-fat dairy, red meat, and other animal products - all sources of saturated fat. However, saturated fat has long been lauded as a heart-harming macronutrient; the American Heart Association recommends no more than 13 grams of saturated fat per day. In fact, Nieca Goldberg, MD, medical director of the Joan H. Tisch Center For Women's Health at NYU Langone Medical Center, said saturated fats can increase bad cholesterol.
Cardiologist Jennifer H. Haythe, MD, echoed this statement. "We do know is that eating foods like butter, bacon, and red meat is generally not recommended for good heart health," she said. However, eating foods that are high in cholesterol don't necessarily affect your blood cholesterol; she explained that your genetics probably play a bigger role in how your cholesterol is made and broken down.
Both doctors said only 10 percent of your daily calories should come from saturated fat.
Can You Do a Heart-Healthy Version of Keto?
Cardiologist Luiza Petre, MD, said it's our overconsumption of sugar, not fat, that has led to an alarming increase of obesity and heart disease in Americans, especially after the low-fat diet craze of the 1980s and '90s. Since the keto diet is so low in carbs, sugar is virtually off the table, which can be a good thing overall.
But while the keto diet is high in fat (around 70 percent of your diet), not all fats are created equal. Dr. Petre explained that there are three types of fat: trans fat, saturated fat, and unsaturated fat. Trans fats are always bad and should be avoided at all costs, and unsaturated fats are considered the heart-healthy plant-based fats. As for saturated fat, which is found in animal products and some tropical oils, she also recommends only 10 percent of your diet come from saturated fats.
"Like with any diet, there is a right and wrong way of doing it," Dr. Petre told POPSUGAR. "The key here is to limit the saturated fats at 10 percent of [your] daily caloric intake with the rest of the fats originating from healthy fat sources including fish, avocado, nuts, olive oil, etc."
That means you have to choose your proteins wisely; red meats have more saturated fats than other protein sources such as white meat, fish, or seafood. Ideally, you should opt for organic, grass-fed meat whenever possible, she said, and added that eggs are also a good source of protein.
The Final Verdict
So is the keto diet bad for your heart? It's not 100 percent clear.
"There haven't been enough studies of the ketogenic diet in humans to know if it is safe or harmful on the heart," Dr. Haythe said. "In general, diets that require extreme restrictions of one or more food groups are hard to stick to and do not result in lasting weight loss." Instead, she recommends the Mediterranean diet and DASH diet for heart health.
But Dr. Petre said that when done under medical supervision, the keto diet can be good for your heart, especially as you start to lose weight. And while the connection between fat and heart health is still being debated, she said that sugar is way more harmful for your heart than fat or protein.
"Overall, there are seven major risk factors for heart disease: sedentary lifestyle, high cholesterol, high glucose, obesity, diet, smoking, and high blood pressure," Dr. Petre said. "Losing weight with a ketogenic diet can improve at least five of them and reduce one's risk of a heart attack by at least 50 percent - I'm sold!"

Lady Gaga's Gown Has More Pink Feathers Than a Flock of Flamingos at the Zoo
Lady Gaga brought regularly scheduled programming everywhere to a halt on Friday afternoon when she arrived on the red carpet at the Venice Film Festival. Accompanied by her A Star Is Born costar Bradley Cooper, who helped her out of the limo when she showed up to the scene, Gaga made a statement that was echoed on social media feeds everywhere.
The songstress, with the help of stylists Tom Eerebout and Sandra Amador, chose a Valentino Couture creation, aptly called the "Flamingo" by the house's creative director, Pierpaolo Piccioli. It was covered in way more pink feathers than we've ever seen at once, to say the least.
Twirling under the raindrops, her Chopard jewels glistening, Lady Gaga embraced the whimsical look, and boy, did she make it seem easy. But we can't very well imagine this gown was as light as it appeared to be. Here's fair warning: you'll want to scroll through the shots from this movie premiere for hours, and it's all thanks to this imaginative confection of a dress.
I Channeled Kendall Jenner - and Went Braless at Work
I hopped off the bus in Times Square and started to walk toward the office. That's when he saw me. He shook his head back and forth slowly as he stared down at my chest. "Why do you do that?" the man moaned loudly. Yes, seriously. I sped up into a walk-run, suddenly feeling extremely self-conscious.
I was wearing a sleeveless turtleneck in a fuzzy mustard-colored material so as to distract from my nipples as much as possible. Clearly, it wasn't really working. Plus, a bathroom selfie I had taken in the mirror that morning confirmed it was definitely easy to make out the shape of my boobs. But when I left the house, I had been comfortable. There were no bra straps to slip off my shoulders or underwire to adjust when it dug into my skin. Honestly, I kind of liked the look. I thought my outfit - the aforementioned turtleneck plus a denim skirt with a pair of sneakers - appeared effortless. I added a pair of gold hoop earrings too, which said "polished," but my nipples were just like "whatever." "Is this how it feels to dress like a French girl?" I wondered.
But you should know the reason I decided to ditch a bra in the first place. During a brainstorm with my coworkers, I came up with the idea as an "editor experiment" based on the fact that Kendall Jenner has been all about wearing sheer tops that expose her nipple ring and supermodel sisters Bella and Gigi Hadid have followed suit. (The Hadid sisters don't have nipple rings, but they do have nipples.) And even though these ladies are more well-endowed than I am, they seem very nonchalant about going braless. When I look at their street style shots, I want to put on an outfit that appears to be so easy. "So who's going to try it?" I challenged, looking around the room during our meeting. "Why don't you do it?" someone said. Right. I had unknowingly volunteered myself to go braless, and at that point, I couldn't turn back.
So there I was the next day in a black button-down cardigan - one I usually wear with my Victoria's Secret Bombshell push-up bra. But on this day, there was more of just a sag situation going on. I styled my sweater with cropped high-waisted denim, pointed-toe flats, and artsy earrings I always get compliments on. I wasn't trying to distract from my breasts, but I was, perhaps, trying to channel Audrey Hepburn.
"I can totally tell you're not wearing a bra," my mom blurted out at dinner on this night, as we sat around the table with my cousin who was visiting, my boyfriend (who probably doesn't love that I'm writing a Tale of Two Titties to be posted online), my sister, my grandma (who doesn't even remember where she keeps her bras or what they're for), and, oh yeah, my dad. "Yes, I guess that's the point." I said, again feeling sort of uncomfortable that everyone was now staring at my chest. We're a supercasual family, so it's not like this was such a big deal. But I guess I was surprised by how often people were taking note - even when I was wearing black.
I took a final stance on going braless when the weekend came, and I was able to style my "going out" outfits more easily. Since a night out to dinner with Bae called for a pretty little sundress with complicated bow straps, it felt like such a relief not to have to worry about the placement of stick-on boobs, or as some girls call them, "chicken cutlets." There was zero panic about those guys peeking out from the sides or the top of my dress, and no chance of them slipping down when I started to sweat (partly because it's Summer and partly because the Cioppino sauce was supposed to be spicy).
Later that night, I changed into a floral tube top that cinches into a bow at the front and would absolutely have revealed all different smidgens of my bra or bralette if I had attempted to wear one. I threw on the flirty top with cutoffs and sandals and danced the night away. It felt so easy! "This is it! I am French!" I thought to myself as I kicked it to "Despacito" at the bar. Some of the people I am friends with and spend time with on the weekend did notice I wasn't wearing a bra. Jokingly, they called me names like "Titties McGee," which felt a little bit demeaning to me, but in their defense, I told them all about my experiment, and they were very supportive.
All in all, going braless is far less manageable at the workplace. I couldn't help but feel uncomfortable when I was sitting in meetings with the AC blasting and my nipples were the most excited things in the room. But going braless on the weekend? Now that I can get behind - I even think it looks more elegant to make the move with a fancy gown at a wedding. Because really, messing around with boob tape is never fun, and it can cause wardrobe malfunctions and straight-up inconvenience when you're just trying to enjoy the shrimp cocktail instead of having to run to the bathroom every five minutes.
That said, going braless isn't for everyone. There are women who truly need the support of a bra on an everyday basis, and luckily for them, the look is definitely more sleek, polished, and clean. Nevertheless, I don't mind a good fashion experiment every now and then. I could have done without the 8:30 a.m. comments from the man who interrupted my walk to work, but it did help me to draw conclusions about how I felt without a bra on. I do think going a full week without one helped me feel more confident in my own skin.
Not that bra size is of much importance to me, but as a 32A, I wouldn't mind being, like, one cup size bigger. It'd be nice to fill out a bodyhugging top with a plunging neckline, instead of swimming in the material or having to secure a safety pin behind my neck to hold things in place. And I'd love to wear one of those retro-style swimsuits with a half-moon cup and underwire that provides lift. Unfortunately, I don't really have much of anything to "lift." Even so, my boobs became more visible to me during the week I went braless. As soon as I took off my shirt at the end of the day, there they were!
I discovered the natural shape of my boobs, too, because I was always staring right at them when I looked in the mirror. It turns out my boobs aren't perfect minicircles, as they appear to be when I'm wearing a bra. Without a bra, I had to support my own breasts, and I did this by wearing my head high and shrugging off the double takes and widened eyes of the people I passed on the street. I did this by paying attention to my posture. Instead of slouching, I stood up straight. Instead of hunching over at my desk, I perked my head up and rolled my shoulders back. The whole week was a sort of lesson in poise for me, and I'm proud of myself for sticking through it. I'm proud of my boobs, too.

I Wore Biker Shorts 3 Different Ways, and I Totally Get the Hype Now
I have to admit, when biker shorts first made an appearance on the runways at Off-White, I instantly fell in love with the idea but had no idea how to style them. Even when I saw some of my favorite bloggers and celebrities like Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner style them, the look still seemed unrealistic.
Yes, I could tell that they are super flattering (because they're stretchy and suck everything in), but how exactly was I supposed to wear them without (a) looking like a total fool and (b) looking like I was about to go for a 50-mile triathlon? Because let's be real - anyone who knows me knows I couldn't even possibly survive two miles.
After getting some inspiration off of Instagram, I decided to put this trend to the test and try three different outfits to see if biker shorts were actually easy to style. I got myself a pair of Good American Biker Shorts ($65) from Six:02 and embarked on my mission of becoming a Kardashian (I kid, I kid.) Read on to see three surprisingly easy ways I styled them.

7 Universal Styling Tricks I Didn't Learn Until I Was Pregnant
As a fashion editor, clothes make up a big chunk of my life. Not only do I wear them every day (you're welcome), but I've become something of an expert on them. So when I got pregnant, I didn't expect there'd be much I'd learn about clothes other than which type of onesie is better for a diaper change. (Hint: nothing will make a diaper change better.)
But then it happened: the day I no longer fit into the majority of my closet, when I was forced to rethink the simple task of getting dressed. And it's put a lot of my previous notions about what to wear and how to wear it into question.
From recycling dresses and trying out trends to solving one of my longest-running fashion frustrations, I wish I'd learned these tricks before, and I'm certainly going to remember them after I ditch this baby bump. In fact, thanks to my nine months of research, you won't have to get knocked up to reap the benefits. Here are seven universal lessons on style that you can learn from this pregnant lady.

10 Times Meghan Markle's Hats Had You Saying, "Hey, Eyes Up Here!"
I've had more fun obsessing over Meghan Markle's style than I've had with my own friends this year. OK, that's a bit dramatic, but it has been really exciting for me to see what gorgeous dress, stunning shoes, or shockingly affordable bag the Duchess of Sussex shows up with during her royal appearances. Now that she's officially a member of Britain's most famous family, there are many sartorial rules Meghan has to abide by (not that she always follows them), and one of them includes wearing hats.
For the royal family, hats aren't just fun ways to punch up an outfit or shield your eyes from the sun. Up until the 1950s, showing your hair in public was not allowed, though these days hats are only reserved for more formal daytime events such as church services, weddings, and Trooping the Colour. Needless to say, Meghan has already mastered her royal hat game at all of these events, from her debuts at annual festivities like Christmas service and Royal Ascot to attending the weddings of Harry's close friends. See what I mean when you scroll through and devour Meghan's best headwear moments.

I'm Obsessed With Swimsuits, So I've Been Wearing Mine to Work - Can You Tell?
Everyone who knows me knows I love the beach. I would live among the waves if I could, and trade my entire wardrobe for swimsuits. I am constantly thinking about booking my next vacation, and you can bet it'll be to someplace warm. I think you probably get the picture, but just to drive my point home: in an ideal world, I live makeup-free with salt in my hair and zero knowledge about things like blow dryers and hairspray.
So, after my Caribbean cruise in May and my annual family trip to Hilton Head Island, SC, in August, I solemnly called out to Summer, "Wait, hang on! Don't go!" As a fashion editor, there was only one way I could extend my getaway, while also still showing up to work: keep my swimsuits on rotation. For one week, I challenged myself to style a swimsuit over/under all my clothes. It felt great. I was comfortable, and every time I looked down at myself, I was graced with a memory of the time and place I last wore the bikini or maillot in question.
While this was fun for me at first, and I instantly dreamed up a few separates I could coordinate with my favorite two-piece (that new oversize blazer I just bought!), I was running out of ideas by day three. I had to get a little inventive, but hopefully you'll be able to take these styling tips to task one day of the week at the very least. If not, you can just shop the designs I love so much - as most of them are still available - and wear them alone next time you're poolside or hanging under the palm trees.
Yours truly,
Sarah the Mermaid

If Nick and Priyanka Were in High School, They'd Totally Win the Couple Style Superlative
Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra have been showing off their love for quite some time, but never did we expect the news of their engagement to come so quickly! That said, it seems like 'tis the season to make things official when you're certain about a relationship (Hailey Baldwin and Justin Bieber are reveling in their whirlwind romance, too).
From a fashion perspective, if Hailey and Justin are the athleisure champions, then Priyanka and Nick are the cool and sophisticated alternative. Even when Nick goes casual on date night, Priyanka keeps it classy in a dress and heels. More often than not, the two are coordinated, especially when they're traveling to, say, India to meet up with Priyanka's parents or Atlantic City for a fancy-shmancy wedding.
Ahead, scroll to see Nick and Priyanka's most memorable style moments, at least in our opinion, and just imagine the potential guest list at this duo's wedding ceremony. Priyanka's seen how the royals do it, and she wore quite the intricate outfit for that momentous occasion. Just try to picture how regal and thoughtful her bridal look would be.

For the Love of God, Please Gaze Upon These Pictures of Lady Gaga in Venice
Lady Gaga arrived at the Venice Film Festival on Aug. 30, and when I say she arrived, I mean she f*cking arrived. What other icon would show up, resplendent in a beautiful little black dress, a full face, hair curled delicately and delightfully in a flawless up-do, holding a flower for extra dramatic effect? Not a one, my dear readers, friends, and haters. Not a one. Did I mention that she was on a boat?! I know, many people arrive at the annual film festival on a boat, because Venice is a sea-surrounded city that is slowly sinking into the watery depths below. But few people can execute their entrance with such elegance, such effortlessness, such . . . Gagatry.
The timeless icon - Our Lady of Gaga, Mother of Monsters - was of course in attendance to promote her upcoming cinematic triumph, A Star Is Born, which arrives complete with a full soundtrack and far too many emotions for my frail, Gaga-addled body to handle. But I shall persevere. And now, without further ado, please, for the sake of all that is sacred, lay thine eyes upon these photographs, for they have the propensity to inspire just as much hope and healing as they do fainting and devastation.

Rob Reiner Almost Gave When Harry Met Sally a VERY Different Ending
When Harry Met Sally is one of Hollywood's most endearing romantic comedies, thanks to excellent performances from Meg Ryan and Billy Crystal, as well as an emotionally satisfying ending that wraps up with an iconic New Year's Eve kiss. But what if we told you that, at first, director Rob Reiner had another ending entirely in store for Harry and Sally?
While chatting with PeopleTV's Lola Ogunnaike, the famed director revealed that after all the ups and downs of Harry and Sally's friendship-turned-relationship, he was going to have them not end up together. Say WHAT?!
"I was single for ten years and making a mess of my personal life, in and out of relationships and not being able to make anything work," Reiner explained. "The first draft of the script - or the draft we were going to shoot - Harry and Sally weren't going to get together. They meet each other years later and then walk separate ways."
It's a bittersweet idea that would, to be totally fair, make a bit of sense - Harry and Sally don't exactly make things easy for each other. Then again, that's exactly why seeing them finally put aside their hang-ups and embrace the romantic tension that's been brewing between them for years so damn perfect. Fortunately for all of us, Reiner met his future wife while filming the rom-com, and his own romance inspired him to tweak writer Nora Ephron's ending to something more hopeful.
"We changed the ending and this is what we came up with," he said, noting that Crystal is even responsible for some of the dialogue in that final, epic scene. Now, if you'll excuse us, we're going to go re-watch When Harry Met Sally for the hundredth time, and forget we ever knew about this depressing alternate ending.
Will Princess Eugenie Take Jack Brooksbank's Last Name? The Choice Is All Hers
Princess Eugenie will gain a husband when she ties the knot with Jack Brooksbank on Oct. 12, but what about a new last name? Given that Eugenie is a royal and all, the marriage rules are a tad stricter. However, she still has the option of taking his last name if she wants to.
According to royal historian Marlene Koenig, after the wedding, Eugenie can decide whether she still wants to be addressed as HRH Princess Eugenie or if she wants to be styled as HRH Princess Eugenie, Mrs. Jack Brooksbank. She also has the option of completely giving up her title and becoming Lady Eugenie.
Jack, on the other hand, will probably not get a royal title like Meghan Markle did, and will likely remain Jack Brooksbank. "There is no precedent for giving a peerage to the commoner husband of a princess on the wedding day," Marlene added. Well, I guess we will all find out what Eugenie decides come October.

Mrs. Doubtfire Is Finally Getting the Broadway Treatment With a Musical Adaptation
Mrs. Doubtfire is headed to Broadway! The musical adaptation of the classic 1993 film has been in the "early stages" since 2015, which is when we first heard about the project. Alan Menken revealed to Entertainment Weekly that he was composing music with David Zippel writing the lyrics and Broadway veteran Harvey Fierstein writing the book. A year after that, the Oscar-winning composer told Digital Spy that a change of lyricist and convoluted schedules led to the project being put on a "creative hiatus."
Now, however, the creative team behind the musical adaption has officially been brought together. Fox Stage Productions and producer Kevin McCollum announced the news in a joint statement, saying, "Mrs. Doubtfire is such a beloved story, both laugh-out-loud hilarious and extremely moving. Getting this team together and crafting Mrs. Doubtfire for the stage has been pure joy. We can't wait to get into production."
Four-time Tony Award winner Jerry Zaks will serve as the musical's director with Something Rotten!'s John O'Farrell and Karey Kirkpatrick writing the book. Despite Menken's earlier involvement, music and lyrics will actually be handled by Karey and Wayne Kirkpatrick. The cast, remaining creative team, and production schedule are set to be announced at a later date. We can't wait to see what they come up with! Stay tuned for more details as the project comes together.

Princess Diana's Most Thoughtful Quotes on Motherhood and Family
Princess Diana held many titles as a royal, philanthropist, and fashion icon, but her most important role was that of mother. Diana gave birth to Prince William in 1982 and Prince Harry in 1984 during her marriage to Prince Charles. She sadly passed away in August 1997 when her sons were just 15 and 12 years old, but she made it clear during her life how important they were to her. She further championed the importance of family with the causes she supported and the powerful messages she shared in her public life.
During those speeches and in a handful of interviews, Diana revealed her thoughts on motherhood, family, and her own children.

Kristen Bell Recounts the Hilarious Moment Her Daughter Realized She Was Famous
Although Kristen Bell is fiercely private about her kids, she is refreshingly candid about what it's like raising them in the spotlight.
In a recent interview, we asked the actress how she and husband Dax Shepard navigate fame with their two young daughters, Lincoln and Delta.
"You know, we've asked a lot of advice on this subject," she told POPSUGAR, adding that upon starting a family, she and Dax reached out to peers who were children of celebrities themselves. "Being friends with Jason Ritter [whose father is the late John Ritter] and people who have had a life similar to his, we've asked, 'What did your parents do that you enjoyed? What did they do that you didn't enjoy?'"
There was "one key thing" she says that they settled on.
"In public, when we are out as a family, we are fiercely protective of that family time," she told us while promoting her partnership with Old Navy and Omaze on a back-to-school shopping spree. "So I will not stop for pictures with people when I am with my kids. And it's not in disregard or disrespect to my fans - it's because it is very hard for a 5-year-old to understand why her mommy is paying attention to strangers and not her. And ultimately, her well-being is more important to me, so I find a nice way to say, 'Oh, right now I'm Ms. Mom' or 'I don't take pictures when I'm around my kids.'"
Still, her oldest daughter doesn't have "a full sense of what fame is" yet.
Kristen shared that the other day, 5-year-old Lincoln was with Dax while he and his best friend and producer Monica Padman were recording a podcast, and she had a surprising revelation:
Lincoln: "Do people listen to the podcast for you or for Monica? Do you think they like you more or Monica?"
Dax: "They probably like us evenly because we both work hard on it. But probably they tune into the podcast because I'm famous and they know my name."
Lincoln: "You're famous?"
Dax: "Well, yeah, sweetie. Why do you think people ask me and Mommy for pictures when we're out in public?"
Lincoln: "Mommy's famous?!"
To her daughter, fame is "just a word she hears as being a mutually agreed upon thing that everyone loves," Kristen said.
"Because my kids do, as any monkeys do, understand a hierarchy, and they understand that we receive special treatment sometimes or, rather, that things are easy for us," she added. "So we do remind them a lot when we receive special treatment, and say, 'This is special treatment, this is not normal.' We constantly remind them how lucky we are. We never let them take it for granted - not even the fact that we can pay our bills."
Author's Viral Tweet Proves Kids' Test Scores Don't Tell the Whole Story
This weekend I sorted through some papers my mom saved from my childhood. The top one is my 4th grade self evaluation. The bottom, my 4th grade state test score. Random House published my 6th book last week. #MoreThanATest pic.twitter.com/kzHFId258x
- Alexandra Penfold (@AgentPenfold) July 16, 2018
As a new school year begins, it's more important than ever to remember that not everything about your child's aptitude can be found in a report card or test score.
Author Alexandra Penfold made that sentiment wonderfully clear with a tweet after she had "sorted through some papers my mom saved from my childhood." She compared her own handwritten self-assessment from when she was in fourth grade with the results of state testing that same year.
Although she had scrawled in grade-school-level cursive that she loves to write and hopes "to become an author someday," her official holistic writing score was just a 4 out of 8. Based on the writing sample she'd submitted, the test decreed, "This student is minimally proficient in writing."
Alongside the hashtag "#morethanatest," she proved that she was more than that "remedial" score. "Random House published my sixth book last week," she wrote.
Alexandra, who writes children's books, just released her latest picture book, All Are Welcome, which just so happened to hit the second-to-top spot on the New York Times bestseller list.
When she's not writing successful stories of her own, she hopes that parents who read her tweet pass along her message: "Feel free to share my story with anyone who might be encouraged by it."
These Are the Workbooks Parents Are Using to Help Their Children With Anxiety
