This Hauntingly Beautiful Wedding Will Give You Chills and Inspiration at the Same Time
A Día de los Muertos-themed wedding couldn't have been any more perfect for high school sweethearts Samantha and Ramon. What began as a young romance between the goth girl and the football star blossomed into a unique love story over the years, eventually turning into a proposal. The two appropriately got engaged on their favorite holiday, so it only made sense to have a themed wedding to follow.
The Ancient Spanish Monastery in Miami beautifully captured the spirit of their nuptials. Details included "custom skull masks" and "a beautifully elegant black wedding dress," said their photographer Adam Opris.

Wedding Planning Experts Say This Is When to Arrive at a Wedding
Wedding experts seem to agree: arriving to a wedding 15 to 30 minutes before the start time stated on the invitation is proper form. Any earlier and you might get in the way; any later and you risk missing the ceremony or worse.
Anne Chertoff, a trend expert from WeddingWire, says 15 minutes prior to the start time is ample unless it's a big wedding. "You may want to arrive 30 minutes before to ensure seats together and in a good spot." Of course, sometimes forces beyond control prevent guests from arriving on time, and you probably have a slight cushion. Jessica Garda, a wedding planner from Pittsburgh, says, "You can't always predict weather, traffic, etc. So I definitely advise couples getting married to plan on starting their ceremony about 15 minutes after the time printed on the invitation, just in case."
Should you arrive late, find a seat quietly in the back so as not to disturb the ceremony. Believe it or not, arriving too early to a wedding can also cause a disturbance. Brett Galley of Hollywood Pop, who has worked with celebrities like Bon Jovi, Diana Ross, and Tony Bennett, cautions against exploring the venue while vendors are still setting up. He also recommends not seeking out the wedding couple. "[They are] most likely busy getting ready, taking photos, and going through prewedding rituals, such as signing the ketubah. Wait outside until the venue is open for guests to be seated."
The bottom line: don't expect everything to go smoothly en route to the venue. Krista Ostrander, wedding specialist at The Reeds at Shelter Haven in Stone Harbor, NJ, says, "It's important to have time to navigate parking and the layout of the property." She suggests allowing a few extra minutes to also feel settled before the ceremony.
When traffic or weather prevents you from being on time, Garda offers this advice: "If [you] are able to let someone know, great. But DO NOT call or text the bride or groom. They have enough to worry about that day."

3 Signs Your Child Might Have Anxiety
All parents can agree that they only want the best for their children. They want them to be healthy, strong, curious, and a million other positive attributes. But what do you do as a caretaker when you suspect your child might be having irrational reactions and responses to daily life . . . when you think they might be experiencing anxiety. And not just "normal" amounts of anxiety (say some jitters leading up to back-to-school season), but enough that it's started to get your attention and make you question whether or not it's time to see a therapist or child psychologist. Since it can be challenging for most people - let alone a child - to describe what it feels like to have anxious thoughts, we reached out to Dr. Kirsten Cullen Sharma, a clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist based in New York for some guidance.
"Anxiety is clinical condition, so in order to have an anxiety disorder a child must meet criteria for clinical significance," Sharma explained. "In these cases, anxiety impairs a child's normal (or would-be normal) functioning on a daily bases."
While there are a number of behaviors associated with anxiety, here are three big signs Sharma said you can look for that might indicate your child has anxiety.
7 Totally Valid Reasons to Consider Not Having Bridesmaids on Your Big Day
When my now-husband and I were just a recently engaged couple, we started our planning process by hashing out how we'd each describe our ideal wedding day. Words like "laid-back" and "modern" came up a lot (can you tell we're millennials?), and we agreed that we both wanted the experience to be as stress-free as possible. For us, it was clear that the tradition of including bridesmaids and groomsmen wouldn't fit into the picture we envisioned.
Some friends and family were initially surprised by our decision to skip out on having a wedding party, but we look back at it as one of the best choices we made about our day. Not having to pick out bridesmaids and groomsmen saved us major stress, spared our friends of any potential hurt feelings, and ultimately helped us to create a wedding that felt decidedly low-key. If you and your partner are also on the fence about having a wedding party, read on for some damn good reasons (if I do say so myself!) to consider going without one.

How Do You Calculate Net Carbs? This Formula Breaks It Down
Whether you're following the keto diet or just want to eat low-carb for weight loss, you are probably all too familiar with counting your carbs and staying within a certain threshold for the day. But what about net carbs? Usually reserved for people who are diabetic, net carbs can actually be helpful if you want to know how the food you eat will impact your blood sugar.
The most basic way to calculate net carbs is by subtracting the dietary fiber from the overall carbs. (Net Carbs = Total Carbs - Dietary Fiber.) For example, an apple has 25 grams of carbs and four grams of dietary fiber, which means a apple has around 21 net carbs. Another way to calculate net carbs is by subtracting the fiber and sugar alcohols from total carbohydrates (Net Carbs = Total Carbs - Dietary Fiber - Sugar Alcohols); a Quest Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough protein bar has 21 grams of carbs, 14 grams of fiber, and three grams of erythritol, so it has just four grams of net carbs. The problem with this is many foods don't list the amount of sugar alcohols on the nutrition label.
Since fiber isn't fully digested by your body, proponents of counting net carbs say it's a more accurate way of determining how food will affect your blood sugar. A high-fiber food, such as black beans, won't spike your blood sugar as much as a food made of more simple carbs, such as a slice of white bread. However, net carbs is not a term recognized by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or the American Diabetes Association (ADA).
While some diets, such as the Atkins diet, rely on calculating net carbs as part of the program, it's not typically advised for the keto diet. If you think counting net carbs would be helpful for you, be sure to speak to a registered dietitian or your doctor about it. Otherwise, it's best to stick to counting total carbs as part of your macros or calorie counting and staying within your daily target.
12 Things I Really Wish I Knew Before Running My First Marathon
A little over a year ago, I ran my first ever marathon. Prior to that, I had completed four half marathons, and I felt like I had become too comfortable with that distance. Sure, 13.1 miles is still a challenge - I'm not crazy - but it wasn't a new challenge. I wanted more.
I remember being 16 years old and watching my mom train for her first marathon. She had just turned 40 and wanted to accomplish something huge (in addition to all the other amazing things she had already done). She would be gone for hours every Saturday morning, come home exhausted but victorious, and groan her way into an ice bath. I admired her hard work, and simultaneously thought she was completely nuts. When I saw her cross the finish line that Fall, limping and teary and so incredibly proud, I knew I had to feel that feeling.
Fast-forward more than a few years, I found myself signing up for my first marathon (with my mom and brother, of course). We ran our weekday runs alone and met up just about every weekend for our long runs. The training was grueling, and more often than not, I'd find myself hobbling around for a day or two after my long run. There's definitely a certain level of crazy required to run 26.2 miles for fun.
After five months of training, the day was here. The weather was perfect, my playlist was set, and we had awesome custom tank tops. We ran and completed the California International Marathon. I didn't score an impressive time, but I finished, but not without some surprises. Here's what I learned along the way and wish I would have known before.

Gigi and Bella Hadid Have 1 Tip For Wearing a Blouse: Loosen Up Those Buttons, Baby
Gigi and Bella Hadid talk - duh, they're sisters. But they must've talked clothes before heading to the US Open. Both ladies showed up in deconstructed button-downs, Bella opting for a white Acler dress that she completed with ankle socks, Adidas sneakers, gold hoops, and a camo Dior bag, and Gigi in a Vivienne Westwood menswear top ($467) with stripes.
Gigi, who is making her opinion on biker shorts clear (she seems to love 'em), finished her outfit with a white pair, Dear Frances plaid slides ($295), and delicate jewelry, including her "Zayn" charm and custom BaubleBar earrings.
The commonality between these Hadid looks was the fabric pulled off the shoulder, all in the name of revealing a sexy slip of skin at Summer's end. If you, too, like the idea of loosening up your buttons, we found some designs that make that quite easy. Scroll to get inspired by Gigi and Bella, then shop.

We've Never Laid Eyes on Boots Quite Like Kendall Jenner's, That's For Damn Sure
We've seen Kendall Jenner wearing a minidress plenty of times, but we love when she switches things up. For the launch of Russell James's book Angels, Kendall found a new way to call attention to her leggy frame. She wore a chic Alexandre Vauthier black stain blazer dress that featured exaggerated shoulders. Kendall cinched in her waist by styling the mini with a light pink belt.
Since the blazer was super short, she styled a pair of black biker shorts underneath. While Kendall's outfit was sexy, it was her what was on her feet that truly caught our attention. Kendall paired her formal look with a pair of slouchy boots that were very interesting, to say the least. The knee-high boots came with green pointed tips. Read on to see all angles of Kendall's full ensemble ahead.

She cinched in her waist with a thin black belt and finished her outfit with what looked like sheer socks worn with strappy PVC sandals. Justin matched his fiancée in a white tank top, blue joggers, and a purple baseball hat. Read on to see all angles of their outfits.

I Chronically Sweat in My Sleep, and These Linen Sheets Changed Everything
Call it weird, but I love nothing more than bundling up in every blanket possible before bed. I almost always sleep in pajamas pants and a baggy old t-shirt that seems like it belonged in my high-school gym class. Add all my blanket layers on top of that, and yeah . . . you can say I sweat a lot in my sleep. No matter how much my boyfriend tries to convince me to sleep with just one blanket or in shorts, I can't do it. Maybe I'm alone in this, but I like being hot and sweaty in my sleep.
A little over a year ago, we invested in a Casper mattress, and it was the best thing we ever did; I'm a huge fan. Recently, I discovered Casper now has linen sheets ($200-$230), which are more breathable than the god-knows-what material my old $20 ones are. I jumped on the chance of trying them out. I know from articles I've written that linen sheets are much more breathable and airy and might help a sweaty person like myself.
I slept so well - like one of those nights where you wake up and don't remember falling asleep.
Upon arrival, I have to say, the material scared me a bit. It was a little rougher than my silky old mystery sheets. I gave them a quick wash and dry, which softened them up. After climbing into my fresh-out-of-the-dryer warm sheets, my mind completely changed and I fell in love with them. The texture was not something I was used to, but they were so cozy and lightweight and instantly felt airy.
I woke up the next morning for the first time in a long time without sweat-soaked pajamas. I slept so well - like one of those nights where you wake up and don't remember falling asleep. I was so warm and cozy but not sweaty. It felt like a miracle. Even my boyfriend can't stop raving about them (and I'm the sweaty one). I'm already planning on picking up the matching Casper Duvet Cover ($170-$230).
If you or your partner can relate to this sweaty story, do yourself a favor and try this sheet set. You won't regret it. Keep scrolling to shop the whole linen collection.

58 Celebrities We've Already Had to Say Goodbye to in 2018
We lost several celebrities in 2017, we've already had to say goodbye to many others. From legendary soul singer Aretha Franklin to chef and TV personality Anthony Bourdain, let's pay our respects to the stars who sadly passed away this year.
Does Bradley Cooper Really Sing in A Star Is Born? Here's the Deal
Bradley Cooper is set to make his directorial debut in A Star Is Born alongside Lady Gaga in October. The musical, a remake of the 1970s drama starring Barbra Streisand (also a remake of the 1937 and 1954 versions) chronicles the life of a small-town girl who moves to the big city to become a star. Cooper plays Jackson Maine, a has-been rock singer with an alcohol problem, to Gaga's Ally, the talented small-town girl in question. The plot will likely stay true to the original, showcasing the pitfalls and inevitable romance between Jackson and Ally along her rise to stardom.
Cooper opened up about his experience shooting the film in April, telling Vulture, "[Gaga] said right from the beginning that there would be a barter. [She said] 'I'm gonna rely on you to get a performance that's honest out of me' [...] 'and I'm gonna make sure that you're going to turn into a musician. Because we're going to sing everything live.' And I went, 'Wait, what?'"
That's correct: Bradley Cooper will be singing live in the movie! Gaga reportedly told the 43-year-old actor that she wasn't a fan of movie stars lip-syncing to a prerecorded song in films. "She's right!" he agreed. "[Singing live] was terrifying, and I really relied on her. I spent about a year and a half taking vocal lessons and preparing." Even though the movie took only 42 days to shoot, Cooper revealed it took three years for him to fully get into character.
"The broken love story in A Star Is Born kept haunting me. Shots kept coming into my head. I would dream about it. I realized I had to [direct it], whether it fails or not," he shared. "I knew I had to try, and I wound up absolutely loving it. You can't hide when you sing. The best way to express love is through singing and music. I knew if I could marry that in a way, it would be special."
The film is slated to hit theaters on Oct. 5, has released its highly-anticipated trailer as well as a few extra scenes, where you can get a taste of Cooper's singing. To be totally honest? We're impressed.
Here's How You Can Listen to That Gorgeous Song at the End of Sierra Burgess Is a Loser
If you've watched Sierra Burgess Is a Loser, then chances are you have the above song stuck in your head (and you're also swooning over that perfect cast). The simple, gorgeous track plays in the final few moments of the new Netflix rom-com and is belted out by star Shannon Purser (yes, Barb from Stranger Things can sing, y'all). The song "Sunflower" is written by Purser's character, the titular Sierra, after she royally f*cks up two of her closest relationships. It's catchy as hell, and we totally get why Veronica decides to forgive Sierra after tearfully playing it in her car. Listen to it for yourself as many times as you'd like (translation: a billion) by pressing play above!
Get a Glimpse of Emma Roberts and Hayden Christensen's Pizza-Themed Rom-Com, Little Italy
Much like peanut butter and jelly, mac and cheese, and avocado and toast, it appears there's no better combination than pizza and an adorable romantic comedy. At least that's what it seems judging from our exclusive clip from the upcoming rom-com Little Italy.
Emma Roberts stars as Nikki, an up-and-coming chef returning home to her family's pizzeria in NYC, which has developed a fierce rivalry with the pizzeria nearby, which happens to be owned by Hayden Christensen's family. Some Romeo and Juliet vibes quickly take over as Nikki falls for Christensen's character, and the pair have to hide their relationship from their families.
In the clip above, not only will you get to see how their relationship first starts to take shape, but you might also be convinced to order figs as a topping on your next pizza. Watch it above before Little Italy hits theaters on Sept. 21.
This Is the Only Way That Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, Will Become Queen
Queen Elizabeth II has been holding onto her title since she was 25 years old, but, eventually, another heir will take the throne in her place. We've all followed the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's love story, so it's natural to be curious about whether Prince William and Kate Middleton will ever become king and queen of the United Kingdom. The short answer is it's very likely that they will.
If Queen Elizabeth were to retire, abdicate, or pass away, the line of succession shows that the Prince of Wales, aka Prince Charles (Prince William's father), would become king. If one of those same events occurred to him, then Prince William would be next in line since he is the oldest son. Prince Charles is 69 years old, and if he takes the throne, he'll be the oldest heir to do so.
The line of succession only includes blood relatives, so Kate would only become queen if her husband becomes king. This would technically make her a queen consort, since she's the queen through marriage, not blood. The more you know!
After All the Shakeups Surrounding House of Cards, Find Out Who Is in the Final Season's Cast
The premiere of the sixth season of House of Cards is quickly approaching, and with the drama surrounding the Netflix drama, many thought the day would never come. Production was first halted on Oct. 31 last year after sexual assault accusations were made against the show's star Kevin Spacey. While many thought Netflix might cancel the show altogether, the streaming service decided the show would continue for one last season, this time with Robin Wright taking the lead. Naturally, when the main character is killed off on a show, there is bound to be some shakeups with the rest of the cast, so keep reading to see which stars will be returning and which newcomers are set to join the rest of the cast for the final season.
Drugstore Skincare Items That Have the Ridiculously Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid
I've always struggled with hormonal cystic acne and superoily skin, which usually left me with severe dry patches. I could never find a moisturizer that felt right on my face. What I didn't realize until doing a lot of research was that I needed more moisture. That's when I learned about hyaluronic acid, a chemical known for its hydrating properties. It acts as a filler for fine lines and wrinkles. It also has the ability to hold 1,000 times its water weight, making this a smart way to lock in moisture and stop producing oil. Using it changed my skin for the better by clearing it up.
If you've been interested in trying it out, you don't have to cash out hundreds of dollars. You can find this chemical in so many drugstore brands. Check them out ahead.

Everything You Never Wanted to Know About Anal Bleaching
To paraphrase 2010 Bruno Mars, "Your butthole's amazing, just the way it is." In a bare-everything world where our bits are often exposed, it's understandable to get curious about bleaching your booty. Rest assured, it's totally normal for that area to be darker than other parts.
Dr. Jessica Shepherd, a Chicago-based OBG/YN, put it bluntly: "It's your assh*le. It's supposed to be that color for a reason." Plastic surgeon Dr. David Shafer explained further: "Anus skin comes in all colors. That's because the skin of private areas experiences friction when walking and moving and is typically in a warmer environment, exposed to sweat, moisture, and anything else that could be irritating in one's stool."
But at the end of the day, like Dr. Shepherd said, it is your assh*le. "If you want to [bleach] it, and it makes you feel comfortable and better, do it," she said. Before you lighten up, here's what you need to know (and more, probably) about the treatment.
What are you bleaching, really?
Let's be clear: unlike bleaching your butt hair, this process dyes your actual skin. "Anal bleaching is aimed at lightening the pigmentation in the skin, not the hair," Dr. Shafer said.
Plus, this is strictly a cosmetic procedure - should you lighten the area, you're not really treating or fixing anything. "Anal bleaching treats pigmentation, a symptom, not friction or irritation, which is the cause," she added. Because of this, if you want to ride off into the sunset with a forever-lightened tuchus, you're going to have to keep going back for appointments, like you would with waxing or sugaring any other body part regularly.
What can you expect from the appointment?
The first step is to get thee to a professional. While there are over-the-counter anal lightening serums and creams, we beg you to not put those on your body. "If used on the wrong skin type, condition, or concentration, the skin can actually get darker," Dr. Shafer said. Worst-case scenario, a bad reaction to those products can lead to scarring or contracting on the anus.
"It's your assh*le. It's supposed to be that color for a reason."
Dr. Shafer's practice offers a bleaching peel, which takes 30 minutes total. As for how to prepare for such a procedure, the surgeon's in-house esthetician Graceanne Svendsen tells us you should book an appointment either five days before the start of your period or five days afterward. It also helps to shave your booty beforehand, and Dr. Shepherd advised to keep everything "clean and dry" immediately before your appointment. Just like you would with a Brazilian wax, wear loose-fitting clothing and cotton underwear to let the area breathe after the appointment.
If you have any skin condition - even if it lives on your face, far away from down there - speak up. "You want to ensure that there's nothing [the technician is] missing that might increase your chances of having a complication," Dr. Shepherd said. It begins with a lactic acid peel, which exfoliates the skin. As the name implies, lactic is often found in sour milk or dairy products like kefir, yogurt, and cottage cheese and works well for sensitive skin. After that comes a brightening peel, which lightens skin pigments. You'll go home wearing a butt mask you can wash off later.
Will it hurt?
According to Dr. Shepherd, the actual process itself won't hurt - but its side effects might. "I would definitely refrain from any sexual activity for three to five days if you have an irritated anus," she said. "This is because you don't want to keep irritating it or potentially expose yourself to other infections."
If your anus feels irritated in the hours following your peel, you can apply a cold pack. If it's burning, you can smear on some petroleum jelly to help things calm down. Keeping the area dry will help to heal things quickly. However, if things have not improved in a week, you should see a healthcare professional. "If you have a fever, discharge down there, feel tender to the touch, or can't go to the bathroom or feel pain while doing so, then you definitely want to go to a doctor to have it looked at," Dr. Shepherd said.
Who should not try anal bleaching?
"You don't want to solve one problem but cause another," Dr. Shafer said. Because of that, you may want to skip anus lightening treatments if you have an active infection in the area, an STD, or other rectum medical conditions. The main takeaway? This is a personal choice that you shouldn't feel pressured into doing, but it won't hurt. "Most doctors initially would say, 'Oh, don't do it,' but if you probe further, they'll admit there's no real harm to your health with anal bleaching," Dr. Shepherd said. "It's just not necessary." It's kind of like what Bruno Mars said: "If perfect's what you're searching for, then just stay the same."
I Found a Concealer That Instantly Erases My Under-Eye Bags
When it comes to concealer, I've always had trouble finding a product that truly covers my under-eye bags. Most options crease, come right off, or just don't have enough coverage. Then, a makeup artist applied Lancôme Effacernes Waterproof Undereye Concealer ($31) to my face. I was in total awe. With a few taps of the product, those pesky bags instantly vanished.
The long-wear waterproof formula stays on from morning till night - I never have to reapply. Its silky consistency melts right into my skin for a natural look that isn't cakey or drying. Still not sold? Just check out the amazing reviews on Nordstrom. Of the 375 customers who reviewed the product, almost all of them give it a perfect five stars.
"To date the best full coverage concealer I've found," one buyer wrote. "Does not crease or get blotchy as the day goes on. I have terrible undereye circles and this covers them almost perfectly. I have tried just about every high-end and drugstore brand concealer and this is by far the best."
Consider your hunt over. Once you get your hands on this formula, you'll never want to try anything else again. I promise.

Find Out Which Astrological Sign Has the Best Sex, According to a Recent Survey
Love is in the air for Aquarians. It seems those born under the 11th sign of the zodiac are enjoying the best sex, according to a new survey by sex toy company Lovehoney. The retailer polled 3,500 people from all 12 signs about their lives between the sheets and found that not only are Aquarians having the most frequent trysts with lovers, but they are also the most satisfied with their sex lives.
If you were born between Jan. 20 and Feb. 18, your love life must be hot, hot, hot. According to the survey, you are exciting and unpredictable in bed and the most likely of the signs to buy a whip. If that sounds a little too Fifty Shades for you, take heart that according to the survey, you are also a loyal partner. Did you know Jennifer Aniston and Justin Timberlake are Aquarians? Just sayin'.
So who's having the most sex? The top five signs getting busy are:
- Aquarius
- Taurus
- Pisces
- Virgo
- Leo
Interestingly, the survey also found nearly half of the participants believe what astrology says about our lives and one in five people think one's sign is important for compatibility in a relationship. Other fun findings from the sexy survey include that most Pisces enjoy dressing up in the bedroom and Aries are the most likely to have experimented with (soft) bondage. Meanwhile, those born under the Cancer sign make sensual lovers and Libras like to get spanked!
Every Single Guest Dressed as a Disney Character at This Picture-Perfect Wedding
I don't care if your heart is as frozen as Elsa's castle - it's about to melt into a puddle of emotions when you see the lengths this couple went to to throw their ultimate Disney dream wedding. Garrett and Jason, aka Woody and Buzz, went all out with their Disney-themed big day, and no detail was ignored. The best part? Every single guest (including their dog) dressed in costume as a different Disney character. Honestly, we can't get over it. And coming in at a close second in our books is the themed tablescapes, each based on a different Disney movie (complete with VHS tape).
Garrett and Jason met at a friend's New Year's Eve party, and what they didn't know until their wedding day was that Garrett's parents and grandparents also met on New Year's Eve! It was meant to be. Here's what else Jason told us about their big Disney day. See all the photos (including their sweet wedding video!) ahead!
POPSUGAR: What was your favorite decorative or event detail of the day?
Jason: Probably the table decorations we made by hand. We obsessed over every detail for the past year. We used those classic Disney VHS clamshells to signify the table name and theme. We chose the VHS clamshells since we both had them and watched them so much they got wore out when we were kids. For the newer movies that were never released on VHS (such as Moana and Up), I designed the VHS covers for them. Each table had elements from the movie; it looked like the movie came to life on the table. There was at least one light-up or glow-in-the-dark element at each table to make it extra magical.
Another one of our favorite parts is our choreographed first dance. It was arranged and instructed by our great friend Alesha Bales, who weaved together a jazz version of "You've Got a Friend in Me" with a Spanish version of the song. She mixed elements from foxtrot, salsa, tango, and paso doble into the dance.
POPSUGAR: What was the most emotional moment of the day?
Jason: The ceremony, because Garrett cried, and he never does that! During our ceremony we had a mixing of the mai tai to signify the good, the bad, and all that comes with a marriage. We went with a mai tai since we love tiki drinks and we travel the country visiting tiki bars. The mai tai was also our signature drink for the wedding.
POPSUGAR: What inspired the overall look and theme of the wedding?
Jason: We had both been fans of Disney and Disney parks growing up. Garrett would frequently visit his friends who worked in the park, while I was inspired by the artists and Imagineers who influenced me to pursue a career in graphic design. But it wasn't until our first trip together to Disneyland that the love for Disney became more of an obsession.
POPSUGAR: Why did you decide to do Disney costumes?
Jason: We love Halloween, and we throw an elaborate themed party every year. We also enjoy Disneybounding and cosplay at Comic-Con. Family and friends must have thought we were crazy to have a costume wedding in the middle of August. But we were happily surprised that most all of our guests were really into it and dressed for the occasion, even our dog!
Garrett wanted to dress as Buzz and Woody because "You've Got a Friend in Me" is one of his favorite Disney songs, and he has known for a long time he wanted that to be the song he danced to as his first dance. So, of course, I had to be Sheriff Woody. Both characters are reminiscent of each of our personalities.
