Wondering If Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man Shows Up in Venom? Keep Reading!

Warning: This contains spoilers for Venom!

Venom has been released in theaters, which means we can finally discuss anything and everything that makes up the antihero film. There are a lot of familiar faces among the stellar cast, but Venom fans may be looking for one particular face in hopes of a classic comic-book reunion - Tom Holland's. Ever since it was revealed that Venom was in the works, fans have been hoping for a cameo by the current webhead. After all, Venom is known for being Spidey's nemesis, the two have a fairly interesting relationship in the comics, and the web-slinging hero is known for having cameos in other films. Unfortunately there isn't a single trace of our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man in Venom, not even in passing mention.

To be fair, this makes complete sense when you think about it. The 2015 collaborative agreement between Sony and Marvel allows Spider-Man, and only Spider-Man, to appear in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The MCU is different from the Spider-verse Sony is creating with Venom and other standalone films, like the Jared Leto-led Mobius. So Venom exists outside of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and without said webhead, which is why his Spidey-specific origins don't apply in the film.

While it's sure to bum fans out, there is an appearance by several other Spider-Mans in Venom's post-credits scene! And if that doesn't quite satisfy your Spidey craving, don't get too discouraged. The hope that there will ever be a crossover between the two universes is still alive. When asked if there would ever be an overlap, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige said, "We never say never . . . but not any time soon."

Bradley Cooper Breaks From A Star Is Born For a Sweet Family Stroll With Irina Shayk

Bradley Cooper took a family stroll with Irina Shayk in NYC on Thursday. The A Star Is Born actor and his model girlfriend were all smiles as they made their way down the street in Soho with their 1-year-old daughter Lea. It's been a busy few months for Bradley, who has been zigzagging the globe while promoting A Star Is Born with his costar and new BFF Lady Gaga. The film is expected to break records during its opening weekend, and award season buzz surrounding the movie is at a fever pitch.

Bradley and Irina have been dating since 2015 and welcomed Lea in April 2017. Irina has kept a low profile during Bradley's promotional tour, but we did see the two engaging in some hot and heavy PDA while vacationing in Italy over the Summer. Keep reading to see Bradley and Irina's sweet outing, then find out if he's really singing in A Star Is Born.

Kim Kardashian and Ashley Graham Are the Unlikely Friends You'll Want to Follow

Kim Kardashian is arguably one of the biggest celebrities in the world. With her beauty line, reality show, and 118 million Instagram followers, she isn't going anywhere. Ashley Graham is one of the most sought-after names in the modeling industry. She is a leading curve model and body-positivity activist and an all-around fierce person! So, what do you get when you put the two women together? A really great conversation!

Ashley Graham recently launched her podcast, Pretty Big Deal, on YouTube, and her very first guest was none other than Kim. The pair spoke about a range of topics, from dealing with fame to being proud of their curves. Here's what we learned about Kim and Ashley's friendship:

Ashley is a huge fan of Kim.

Ashley started the episode by telling listeners how she met Kim at the MTV VMAs in 2016. "Look, Kim, you have been such a staple in my life, like when it comes to TV, having a curvy body, and being a big sister; so I have always looked up to you. And now you're a businesswoman, and for me, it was like, 'I have to go meet my hero,' and you were so nice!"

They both struggled to break into the fashion scene.

It is no secret that curvy women in the high-fashion world have a tough time getting designers to dress them. When asked about it, Kim said, "I mean, nobody would dress me - like nobody. I remember Kanye taking me to Paris and bringing me into, like, an atelier and seeing all this stuff, and I was just so quiet and so nervous to sit at a fashion show!"

Ashley could relate to Kim's struggles. "Getting designers to dress me has been a mission!" she said. Adding, "But then, when I am actually there and they are dressing me, they slowly get it."

They are both skincare fanatics.

If you follow Kim on social media, you often see her mention interesting places like Sev Laser or Nurse Jamie's spa. The Kardashians often post videos of themselves getting these treatments done, but in this podcast, Kim tells us exactly what she swears by. When Ashley asked Kim what her go-to laser treatments are, Kim said, "I am all about tightening. Like, after the Summer, I will do, like, a texture one to get rid of sunspots." Ashley responded by nodding her head and saying, "I need to do that!"

They have each other's backs.

During the 2017 Met Gala, Kim and Ashley were chatting when Kim noticed that Ashley had spinach in her teeth - and Kim actually put her hand in Ashley's mouth and removed it. Kim laughed and said, "I'm not a hater, so if I see a girl with some food in her teeth - or a guy or anyone - I am like that. I will let you know, in a subtle way; I'll help you out."

Lady Gaga Lays Out How the Brain Locks Away Trauma - and Why We Need to Believe Dr. Ford

On Thursday night, Lady Gaga appeared on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert to promote her incredible new role in A Star Is Born. Interestingly enough, though, the two didn't talk a whole lot about the film. After pouring Gaga a nice glass of Rosé, Stephen asked her if she wouldn't mind talking about politics: how does she navigate the current fraught political stratosphere? Gaga seized the opportunity to bring up the testimony of Christine Blasey Ford against Brett Kavanaugh. Gaga spoke about sexual assault - she's a survivor, too - and how the body absorbs it and locks it away and why we absolutely need to believe Ford.

Princess Diana and Prince Charles Were the First Royal Couple to Do This on Their Wedding Day

Prince Charles and Princess Diana's marriage may not have worked out the way people had hoped, but things sure did look great in the beginning, right? Before the couple became embroiled in multiple stories of infidelity and public trash-talking, Diana and Charles were two young people (seemingly) in love. And on the day they were married in 1981, the newlyweds did something that would change British royal wedding protocol forever.

After tying the knot at Westminster Abbey, Diana, Charles, and the rest of their royal family members made their way back to Buckingham Palace to pose for official wedding portraits and greet the thousands of adoring fans and well-wishers cheering outside (not to mention the 750 million people watching worldwide). Once on the balcony, Charles and Diana waved to the throngs of people below. After he placed a sweet kiss on Diana's hand, the crowd began chanting, "Give her a kiss!," and Charles leaned in and kissed his new bride.

While Queen Victoria was the first royal to address the British public from Buckingham Palace after her wedding to Prince Albert in 1840, it wasn't until Charles and Diana's nervous smooch in 1981 that a pair of royal newlyweds had kissed for the world. Surprisingly, that wasn't the only way Diana made history at her wedding - during the ceremony, she became the first royal bride to omit the word "obey" from her vows. Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle would follow suit decades later in their vows to Diana's sons, William and Harry, respectively.

While still a touchy (ha) subject for the royals, Charles and Diana's historic move made it acceptable for royal couples to show their love for each other in a celebratory public setting. To this day, it is an expected part of royal wedding ceremonies and one that we've grown to look forward to over the years - just see Prince William and Kate Middleton's balcony smooch and the one between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle outside St. George's Chapel. Look back on photos of Charles and Diana's game-changing kiss when you keep reading.

As If The Nun Wasn't Terrifying Enough, a Third Conjuring Movie Is on the Way

The Conjuring won't stop haunting viewers anytime soon: the terrifying franchise recently confirmed that The Conjuring 3 is officially in the works with a new director. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the third installation will be directed by Michael Chaves, who recently wrapped the forthcoming horror movie The Curse of La Llorona.

The first two movies were directed by James Wan, who is behind this year's highly anticipated Aquaman. Wan also previously produced The Curse of La Llorona, which led him to finding his replacement. "Chaves' ability to bring emotion to a story, and his understanding of mood and scares, make him a perfect fit to direct the next Conjuring film," Wan said in a statement.

If it's seemed like a new Conjuring movie comes out every few months, that's actually a pretty fair assessment! The two core movies have since spawned two Annabelle movies - with a third on the way - as well as this year's frightening The Nun.

With The Conjuring taking place in 1971 and The Conjuring 2 taking place in 1977, we think it's safe to assume the third movie will launch viewers into the '80s, which also falls in line with the trendy aesthetic recently exhibited in Stranger Things and the It remake.

American Horror Story: Did You Catch This Subtle Apocalypse Link Back to Coven?

American Horror Story: Apocalypse has finally reached the point that fans have been impatiently waiting for: the witches are here. Since the reveal that the witches of Coven would be part of the cast of characters featured in Apocalypse, people have wondered exactly how they would fit into the story and when they would come in. While the first episodes of the season managed to debunk several theories, they also proved to us that the minds behind American Horror Story are damn good at weaving their various anthologies into one story. Reddit user MrMapleBar pointed out a particular detail from Apocalypse's fourth episode that shows exactly how well AHS writers handle their stories.

In "Could It Be... Satan?" we learn more about Michael Langdon's background after he was last seen as a toddler in Murder House. Langdon's grandmother Constance gave him up and he was raised by a Satan-worshiping foster mother, whom Miriam Mead is actually based off of. When Langdon gets arrested for allegedly stabbing a man who insulted his foster mom, he's approached by Ariel Augustus, the Grand Chancellor of the Hawthorne School for Exceptional Young Men. We know, that sounds super similar to Miss Robichaux's Academy for Exceptional Young Ladies. That's because, as we theorized before, there actually was an all-male coven! Though Ms. Venable didn't run it, its housing was the original purpose for Outpost 3 before the apocalypse. Ariel breaks Michael out of his cell to take him there, where he is believed to be the "Alpha Warlock" who could replace the Supreme Witch.

Timeline wise, Michael is discovered by the warlocks a little after the end of Coven. It's revealed that Hawthorne is underground after the original house was destroyed by their neighbors when they discovered the school's true purpose because Cordelia told the entire world about witches and the magical community. While this decision led to Miss Robichaux gaining multitudes of young women seeking supernatural teaching, it went completely left for Hawthorne. Specifically, it was a "Molotov cocktail party" that drove Hawthorne underground.

As MrMapleBar points out, that's exactly what one witch predicted would happen, though not intentionally. In Coven's season finale, Madison throws a fit when tasked to use divination to find a hidden item. In her rage, she tells the witches that she's going to go right to TMZ to reveal their existence and that "torches, pitchforks, and Molotov cocktails" will become a real part of their day. Though Madison was obviously just lashing out in anger, her words prove true when Cordelia exposes the truth to the world and Hawthorne is the one to pay the price. It's just one of the things that show how deeply thought out these stories are and how well the writers pay attention to small details like that. Which is why we keep watching every episode of every season, even though we're usually left with more questions than answers.

Orlando Bloom Pens Heartwarming Tribute to His 98-Year-Old Grandmother: "Cherish the Memories"

On Thursday night, Orlando Bloom reminded all of his followers that it's important to appreciate their loved ones when he posted a photo of him sitting by his 98-year-old grandmother's side. "Cherish the memories and moments and celebrate and respect the life," he wrote in the heartfelt caption. "We all smile we live we laugh and we embrace a grandmother, a mother, a sister, an aunt, a wife, a girlfriend, a daughter, a friend, a child, a newborn, we are born, we grow old, we get sick, and we die. This we know so love and give love."

He went on to say that even though he knows his grandmother will pass soon, he's happy that he's been able to spend time with her. "98 years and I'm so glad I got to be a part of them and as I lie awake pondering and knowing that she too will pass soon now perhaps before I wake I pray I smile," he wrote. He also reflected on the shared memories that they had together. "I shed a tear or two at the memories of Sunday lunch with Yorkshire pudding (she made the best) and roast potatoes and beans from the allotment and pudding and humbugs and walks in the fields or alone the canals and knitted cardigans the love and history I am so grateful for my grandma Dorrie I love you."

He received a flood of supportive comments, including one from his girlfriend, Katy Perry. "Love you angel," she wrote under the picture.

Damon Wayans Says He Plans to Exit Fox's Lethal Weapon: "To Me It's Just Not Worth It"

It's a rough time for Lethal Weapon fans right now. Shortly after the third season premiered, a video interview surfaced of star Damon Wayans revealing that he was planning to exit the show. "I am going to be quitting the show in December, after we finish the initial 13 [episodes]," Wayans told Electronic Urban Report. "So, I really don't know what they're planning but that's what I'm planning."

The news may come as a shock considering the show's recent retooling after the firing of Clayne Crawford for multiple on-set altercations and friction with Wayans. The tension between the two reached its breaking point when Wayans was injured during the filming of an episode Crawford was directing. When fans raised protests about Crawford's firing, Wayans took to Twitter to address the outrage, posting videos and photos of his injury. "[He] relished in making females cry. And stuck [sic] fear in cast and crew. #dontblameme," he wrote in one of several tweets describing what it was like to work with Crawford.

Crawford was replaced by American Pie actor Seann William Scott, who took on a new role in the show. Fox renewed the series with the desire to see how the change would go over with viewers, but there's been no word on whether they plan to order additional episodes beyond the initial 13. However, that doesn't seem to factor into Wayans's decision to leave. In the interview, the actor says that he's "too old for this," explaining that being a 58-year-old diabetic and working "16-hour days" is taking its toll on him and his family.

"It's hard for me to play this loving, supportive father, husband, friend on TV, but be the guy in life that is telling everyone, 'I can't I have to work,'" he said, seemingly frustrated. "You have to look yourself in the eye and ask, who are you? It can't be all about work. I'm from a big family, a loving family. I've been missing recitals and graduations. To me it's just not worth it. There is a better way to live life."

Though there's no word on whether Wayans will be let go from his contract or what the future of Lethal Weapon will be in his absence, he already has plans for what he'll be doing next. "I'm going to return to the stage and try to find my smile again."

Oscar Winner Brie Larson Would Like to Remind You About Her Disney Channel Original Movie

Despite her many accolades and accomplishments, Brie Larson isn't forgetting where she came from. Though the 29-year-old actress has starred in movies such as Room and Trainwreck and will soon lead the massive blockbuster Captain Marvel, Larson - like many celebrities - got her start in a Disney Channel Original Movie.

"This is your friendly reminder that this happened," Larson wrote on Instagram with a still from the 2003 classic Right on Track, based on the real-life story of drag-racing sisters Courtney and Erica Enders. The inspiring teen flick also starred Beverley Mitchell, who was appearing in 7th Heaven at the time.

Larson is one of many celebrities who appeared in a Disney Channel Original Movie, including America Ferrera, Kaley Cuoco, Mischa Barton, and many more. As it turns out, those corny movies weren't only our Friday-night obsessions - they were also some pretty amazing career-starters!

Christina Aguilera Felt Neglected After Madonna and Britney Spears's Iconic VMAs Kiss

Christina Aguilera doesn't want to feel left out anymore. The singer, who is currently performing on her Liberation Tour, recently sat down with Andy Cohen on SiriusXM's Radio Andy show to discuss just how underrated her smooch with Madonna was at the 2003 VMAs. The two pop stars were performing with Britney Spears as the show's opener, and as most people know, Madonna and Britney had a mini-makeout session onstage. But right when Madonna turned to also lock lips with Christina, the camera panned to Justin Timberlake.

"It was weird," Christina said. "And you know why they cut away for it? They cut away to get Justin's reaction. It was a Justin reaction shot." At the time, Justin and Britney were exes, so of course MTV figured people would be interested in seeing the look on his face as he watched his ex-girlfriend make out with another woman on stage. But to Christina, it was a "cheap shot."

"I definitely saw the newspaper the next day and it was like, 'Oh, well, I guess I got left out of that,'" she laughed. But she also mentioned that she at least had her own moment in the spotlight later on in the show. "I had my own performance that night. It was 'Fighter' and was with Dave Navarro. It was a kick*ss performance, so I was okay with that. She could have the kiss."

Why the Royal Family Isn't Supposed to Share Their Political Opinions

The public is fascinated by everything from what the Queen eats to where Meghan Markle shops, so it's no surprise that there's interest in royal family's political preferences, too. But there's a reason this important detail isn't publicly advertised.

The official website of the monarchy plainly states:

"As Head of State The Queen has to remain strictly neutral with respect to political matters, unable to vote or stand for election, however Her Majesty does have important ceremonial and formal roles in relation to the government of the UK."

The official website of the UK Parliament further explains:

"Although not prohibited by law, it is considered unconstitutional for the Monarch to vote in an election."

This is why you won't see the Queen making public statements about political matters, voting, or even declaring her personal opinion outside of palace walls. But that's not to say she doesn't have immense influence. As head of state, the Queen meets weekly with the British prime minister to discuss important matters and, presumably, her stance on them. Plus, over the years, she's subtly and cleverly used her power to influence issues pertaining to the Commonwealth.

But while the Queen must officially maintain her apolitical position, does the same apply to other close members of the royal family? Yes and no. They aren't bound by the same formal constraints as her majesty, but they do follow similar rules. Prince Charles, for example, has never declared his political preference, but was accused of "meddling" in policy when a series of letters he'd written to then Prime Minister Tony Blair and other officials in 2004 and 2005 were made public.

Prince William, similarly, remains officially neutral, but has used his position to share his views on certain matters. In 2016, he seemed to show support for the UK remaining part of the European Union, though Kensington Palace quickly rejected that anything he'd said was politically charged. Even Kate Middleton stays quiet when it comes to politics, and earlier this year opted out of the Time's Up movement by attending the BAFTAs in a green dress rather than a black one.

13 Things You Didn't Know About Witches

The month of October culminating in Halloween is known as the season of the witch. And while we all might think we know what a witch is - thanks to The Wizard of Oz, Harry Potter, and other onscreen interpretations - the stereotypical green skin, pointy hats, and blood-red fingernails are more fiction than fact. A Wiccan herself, author Judika Illes knows a fair amount about witch folklore and the modern witch, and in her book, Encyclopedia of Witchcraft: The Complete A-Z For the Entire Magical World ($24), she explores the history and mysteries of witches. Here she shares 13 of the most unusual facts about witches paired with excerpts from the book.

This Día de los Muertos Wedding Shoot Was Inspired by a Mexican Artist

To celebrate her models' Latinx heritage and culture, photographer Christine Barker chose to orchestrate a gorgeous Día de los Muertos-styled wedding shoot at California's Santa Ana Train Depot. Día de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, is a Mexican holiday when friends and family gather to honor loved ones who have passed away.

This beautiful shoot was inspired by a 1910 illustration of "La Catrina" by Mexican artist Jose Guadalupe Posada. In fact, if you take a closer look at the invitation, you'll see that it is for Catrina and Jose. The women in the shoot are wearing gorgeous vintage-inspired gowns, and the bride carries a hand-crafted bouquet accentuated with a rosary and black feathers. The groom is wearing a thrifted coat with hand-painted skeleton detailing. Fun fact: that coat was originally worn by Daniel Craig in the James Bond movie Spectre, which explains the impeccable tailoring!

"From the precise makeup to the beautiful rosary on the bouquet to the intricately decorated Calavera on the top of the gorgeous cake, no detail was overlooked," said Barker. The huge effort clearly paid off for this beautiful shoot - keep reading to see the amazing pictures!

For the occasion, Beatrice wore a pretty, fit-and-flare blue metallic minidress, which she paired with elegant black pumps and a smart clutch. The star of the show, though? Her black Galvan jacket.

Thanks to its fringe detail, Beatrice's stylish jacket added a touch of fun to her high-neck, sleeveless dress while also keeping her warm. The forthcoming collection will be a departure from last year's edgier one. The supermodel stuck to her signature look as of late: what we'll call '90s working mom with a sexy twist. Kendall wore a ribbed turtleneck sweater, cropped to show off her abs, with gold jewelry, high-waisted, wool trousers, and a Prada nylon purse.

But our attention remained on her brown cowboy boots with a tall heel and sharp point, perhaps an unexpected footwear choice to cap off a groutfit. Nevertheless, they had to be the sexiest part of Kendall's ensemble. Maybe it's our newfound obsession with the Western style, but we feel like these are just sturdier than a pair of pumps, and for that reason, help you emit so much more confidence. Read ahead to zoom in on Kendall's shoes, then shop for similar picks.

Gwyneth Paltrow's Wedding Dress Might Have Just Been Revealed by a Family Member

Gwyneth Paltrow recently married Brad Falchuk in the Hamptons following their star-packed engagement bash in April 2018. The secret ceremony happened in front of guests like Jerry Seinfeld, Cameron Diaz, and Steven Spielberg, and it's only a matter of time before we find out for sure what Gwyneth wore. The actress and entrepreneur chose an oxblood one-shoulder Giambattista Valli gown for her engagement party, and according to a "family member" source of the Daily Mail, she went with Valentino for her big day.

Gwyneth has relationships with quite a few fashion houses including, sure enough, Valentino, Stella McCartney, and Calvin Klein (remember her #fullcircle Met Gala look from 2017?). What's more, no one can ever forget the Tom Ford cape that landed Gwyneth on best dressed lists everywhere after the 2012 Oscars. Based on her style history, we came up with a short list for Gwyneth's bridal look. Hopefully it's not long before we find out if we were right on the money.

Soon, You May Be Able to Swipe Right on Skin Care From Bumble

Cuffing season comes and goes, but the search for immaculate skin is never-ending - this much Bumble CEO Whitney Wolfe Herd knows.

Now, the dating app turned friendship finder turned job board wants to capitalize on this universal beauty truth come mid- to late-2019. Wolfe told Marie Claire that the company is working with dermatologists and psychotherapists to launch two face serums that address skin and "emotional" issues simultaneously. (In the same interview, she admitted to having "so much" anxiety, which may explain the focus on the mental health component.)

Like most modern-day love stories, unfortunately, the exact details of the Bumble skincare line are still shrouded in mystery. But Wolfe did allude to the name of the line's facial oil for acne-prone skin - Break Up With Bad, naturally - and that there will be more to come soon.

In the meantime, it might be worth preparing yourself for a new kind of love at first swipe.

These Adorable Panda Hand Warmers Will Make Typing So Cozy (and Cute!)

I'm pretty much cold year-round, but the second Fall hits I'm freezing, especially at the office. I often use my morning coffee as a hand warmer, but it doesn't last for long. I Tried the Internet's Favorite Pillow - It Gave Me the Best Damn Sleep I've Had in Months

I have always been a terrible sleeper. I'm a night owl, I'm generally anxious, and I constantly wake up in the middle of the night. I've tried everything from sound machines to melatonin, but I never uncovered anything particularly effective for me. Not until I put my head on the Casper Pillow ($65), that is.

No exaggeration, this pillow has been a total game changer for me. Who knew such a simple switch could finally be the key to good rest? The first night I used it, I had zero expectations. The next morning, I woke up shocked - I had slept through the night without a single disturbance. I thought it was just a fluke, but night after night, I was sleeping soundly and feeling energized the next day. I was even naturally waking up earlier.

The next morning, I woke up shocked - I had slept through the night without a single disturbance.

So what makes this pillow so special? It's made with two layers of fabric, so it adapts to your movement throughout the night.

"Its pillow-in-pillow design wraps an internal supportive pillow in an outer layer of fluff that stays evenly distributed in any position," the brand explains. It feels like a fluffy hotel pillow to me - it allows my head to sink in without being too soft or too firm. I love it so much, I'm considering getting a few more.

If you have sleep problems, it truly could be as simple as what you're lying on. Give this little puff of heaven a try for yourself.
