Ever Since I Bought This Bomber Jacket, All My Other Outerwear Is Collecting Dust

As a POPSUGAR editor, I take inspiration from what everyone in the office is wearing day to day, and ever since the POPSUGAR at Kohl's collection came out, it's been a fashion show on the regular. The one piece I kept seeing was the POPSUGAR at Kohl's Athletic Bomber Jacket ($42). People with very different personal styles were all rocking this piece, and I decided it was time to take the plunge. I'm so glad I did.

The jacket comes in a sweatshirt-like material, making it impossibly comfortable.

The jacket comes in a sweatshirt-like material, making it impossibly comfortable. It goes with everything from jeans and a t-shirt to a feminine dress, and it really adds a cool, athletic vibe to any look. I've worn it to work, to brunch, and even out for a drink, and nobody knows how comfortable it is to wear. Plus, this jacket, like all our POPSUGAR at Kohl's pieces, comes in sizes x small to 3X. For reference, I go between a small and medium in jackets, and I took the small in this style. Last weekend, I was out shopping, and a salesperson came up to compliment my jacket, only he thought it was a pricey (think four figures) designer piece. It was my pleasure to inform him that it was from the POPSUGAR at Kohl's collection and he could buy one for himself without breaking the bank!

If Gigi Hadid's Shoes Just Look Like Socks With a Sole, That's Because They Kind of Are

As one of the most in-demand models in the world, Gigi Hadid is constantly on the move. So, it helps to have comfortable footwear. The 23-year-old model recently stepped out in New York City wearing a white long-sleeve top, striped trousers, and a pair of sneakers that are pretty much just socks with a sole.

The cozy-looking kicks come from the recent collaboration between Vetements and Reebok. Gigi has shared a partnership with Reebok for several years now, and she's often seen wearing athletic apparel from the brand. See pictures of her casual street style look ahead, then shop similar sock sneakers - in addition to the pricey pair Gigi wore.

The starlet accessorized with a matching brown clutch and hoop earrings. John matched his better half also wearing brown suede boots, jeans, and a cool black bomber jacket that had gold embroidery. Read on to see the duo's date night outfits, and buy similar versions of Chrissy's dress ahead.

Bella Hadid's Skintight Denim Outfit Looks Like It's Painted Onto Her Body

I don't know about you, but pedal pushers have never really seemed that appealing to me . . . until now. Bella Hadid attended the launch of her collection with True Religion wearing a head-to-toe denim ensemble. Bella wore a skintight, corset-inspired denim top with a pair of matching capris from the brand.

While her shorts were unexpected, they gave her look a cool '00s touch that made the trend seem more wearable. She accessorized with leopard accessories consisting of a minibag and lace-up heels, both by Christian Louboutin. While her exact outfit isn't available yet, you can shop similar versions of her shorts ahead.

I Found the Most Comfortable Bra at Urban Outfitters, and Now It's All I Ever Wear

I've had a roller coaster of a relationship with bras. When I was younger and far more insecure with my body, I did whatever I could to feign cleavage and mask the fact that I'm small-chested. Victoria's Secret bombshell bra, chicken cutlet-like inserts, padded sports bras - you name it, and I probably had it stashed away in my undergarments drawer, just waiting to enhance my mosquito bites. Hell, I even wore a real bra under my sports bra during my high school soccer games because I didn't want any of my teammates to know just how small my boobs really are. What a time, man, what a time.

Nowadays, I'm a proud member of the Itty Bitty Titty Committee. All those overly padded underwire bras that used to suffocate my tatas are now replaced by nude sports bras and bralettes that let 'em breathe and do their thing. My favorite one is, by far, the Out From Under Cindy Seamless Triangle Bra. As soon as I tried it on in the Urban Outfitters fitting room, I thought to myself, "Holy sh*t, this is so comfortable, it feels like I'm not wearing anything!" I excitedly snatched up the $18 bra in two different colors (black and white) and soon after bought it in beige, too. Since then, I've rarely gone a day without wearing one of them, much to the chagrin of my other now-lonely bras that don't get much action anymore.

As possibly the No. 1 advocate of this absurdly comfy bra, I'm here to tell you all the reasons you should head to Urban Outfitters and try it out for yourself. Watch out, underwire bras - you may get tossed in the trash after your owner reads this.

I Was an Overpacker All My Life Until I Did This 1 Thing

I'm not going to lie: I always pack more outfits than I need to for a trip. Always. Being a habitual overpacker is one bad habit that has stuck with me for as long as I can remember. So, when the Swedish clothing brand Ellos invited me on a four-day press trip to Stockholm to celebrate the launch of National Lagom Day, I went about my normal ways after reading the invite and immediately started dreaming up 20 different outfits to pack. What can I say? A girl needs options.

Then it hit me - lagom. As Anne Stephenson, senior vice president of Ellos, said, "Life is about finding your happy medium. The message of 'lagom' is to discover peace in the simple things - a mantra that we have adopted at Ellos." I took a second to take it all in. Lagom is the Swedish word for "just the right amount." I decided that I shouldn't wait to get to Stockholm to find my happy medium when I could start right now.

Instead of trying to squeeze everything I owned into my bag, I made it my mission to be resourceful, without sacrificing style. I turned to pieces I love that could transition easily from activities and pull double duty on my trip. Here I was living the lagom life - and I hadn't even gotten to Sweden yet. Read on to see what I packed, and use these hacks to bring a little lagom to your life, too.

Mandy Moore on This Is Us Spoilers, Her Fossil Partnership, and What Kind of Bride She'll Be

Mandy Moore is winning. She stole our hearts as Rebecca on This Is Us, her Emmy's red carpet style made the internet's jaws collectively drop, and her newest role, as a brand ambassador for watch brand Fossil, was just announced.

We talked with Mandy about why she's so thrilled to work with Fossil and to get some sneak previews of her This Is Us wardrobe, learn more about the actress's own bridal style, and discover which '90s trends she's not so in love with. Spoiler alert: tiny sunglasses are going to be a no.

POPSUGAR: Why do you feel that Fossil is such a great fit for you as a brand ambassador?
Mandy Moore: I am really excited to be a part of the Fossil family. I remember Fossil growing up; it's a super iconic brand. But what resonated with me the most is the message, especially this season - the idea of celebrating creativity, authenticity, and optimism. They really just let me be my most authentic, creative self when we were on the set. They wanted to hear my story and what makes me tick, no pun intended. They celebrated my interests and my style; it was such a genuinely meaningful connection right off the bat.

They really just let me be my most authentic, creative self when we were on the set.

PS: Fossil's new mood watch was just released. Do you have any favorite details you love about it?
MM: What I love the most about it is that it's a throwback. I'm a sucker for anything that's '90s, and it makes me happy to see a trend like the mood watch come back. I was actually wearing it this morning at work and we were joking around that you could use it to get in character. We're like, "Let's gauge my mood from the beginning of this process until the end. Let's see if we're able to shift the dynamic a little bit." It was a fun experiment. But I started on green and I ended on green, which is relaxed. So that's a good thing, I think.

PS: Are there any throwback trends you could live without?
MM: I'm not into fanny packs. I'm not into those tiny sunglasses. There's a lot of the '90s trends outside of the mood watch that I'm not going to be participating in. But I applaud people who have the balls to wear bike shorts. Good for them. It's just probably not going to be me.

PS: Congratulations on your engagement to Taylor Goldsmith! What did you think of Rebecca's wedding gown? Is your personal wedding style anything like hers?
MM: I loved her wedding gown. That was a vintage dress that I felt was a nod to a different era, even though it took place in the mid-'70s. I love that about Rebecca. I think it's a little more traditional than I would tend to go for at my wedding. But I don't know. I certainly loved the lace aspect of it. I'm definitely a romantic at heart. So that sort of speaks to me. But I might do something that's a little bit less fussy.

I applaud people who have the balls to wear bike shorts. Good for them. It's just probably not going to be me.

PS: Can you give us any This Is Us spoilers on Rebecca's wardrobe for the upcoming season?
MM: Oh, we're starting an episode. We started it today, actually, and it fits nicely back in the '70s, during the early courting days of Jack and Rebecca. That to me, always signifies the most fun wardrobe and hair and makeup, because she's young and carefree, she's bohemian and is a singer. Rebecca wants to explore that more creative side of herself.

Hala Bahmet, our costume designer, is obsessed with sourcing vintage fabrics and building out really beautiful pieces, like a knit sweater that she patterns off of something from the '40s. In this particular episode, there are a couple of bigger scenes that we've had time to plan for, so she's built two dresses from vintage fabric. It's always the most fun when you have something customized and built for you specifically for a particular scene. It makes you feel that much more special like, "OK, she's put effort into this one."

Make sure to check out Mandy in Fossil's Fall campaign - we've got our eyes on that mood watch.

The Best Way to Roast Pumpkin Seeds

One of the highlights of Halloween is carving a pumpkin, both because it's a perfectly festive Fall activity, and because there's a delicious snack hidden inside these gourds. Instead of tossing out the seeds as you carve, reserve and then roast them; it's an incredibly easy process. All you need are the seeds, an oven, a half-sheet pan, some olive oil, and salt.

Does the Halloween Reboot Leave Room For a Sequel? Here's Why We're Suspicious

Warning: massive spoilers for Halloween lie ahead!

It's pretty common for horror movies to leave room for a sequel, but the whole ordeal can be very tricky. Some horror films work better as standalone films, but some are just screaming for a follow-up. Usually, filmmakers will tie up almost all of the loose ends but leave that one lingering question mark, just in case. This is pretty much the case for the new Halloween reboot, which is technically an alternative sequel for the original film in its own right. Even so, it seems director David Gordon Green couldn't resist leaving the door ajar, just the slightest bit, in case the world wants more time with the infamous Michael Myers.

Curious how they set themselves up? Well, basically, the film goes as expected, with Michael dispatching victims left and right until he has his ultimate showdown with the one and only Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis). Anyway, this leads to that, and Michael eventually gets stuck in Laurie's basement, where she's set an elaborate trap. She pulls a lever that traps him in the basement with steel bars, and then a bunch of spouts spew gas into the basement and the house catches on fire. We're meant to assume Michael dies, but once Laurie has escaped with her daughter and granddaughter, Michael is nowhere to be found. The basement, though engulfed in flames, seems to be empty.

There's also that moment at the very end of the credits when you can hear Michael wheezing in lieu of a scene. Is this an indicator that Michael escaped the basement after all? Does this mean he's not all the way dead? Since we never see the charred remains of his lifeless body, we're left to wonder whether he actually dies. And with Michael still possibly on the loose, you can see why a sequel to the sequel may not be out of the question.

Related: Can You Stomach the Violence in Halloween? Here's Every Gory Death to Expect

In addition to the whole Michael situation, one small moment also had me wondering if we might not get the next generation of murder in the Halloween universe. As part of the aforementioned last sequence, Laurie's granddaughter, Allyson, ends up grabbing a big butcher knife and stabbing Michael repeatedly to get him to let go of her mother. At the very end, even after they've escaped and hitched a ride back to town, she's still tightly clutching the bloodied knife in her hand. Is it possible that Allyson felt something she'd never felt before after stabbing Michael? Did wielding the famous weapon give her too much of a thrill?

I mean, if there were going to be a sequel, it would be way more refreshing to see a new iteration of "The Shape," rather than the same old Michael Myers. But once again, both of these moments are just small hints, tiny threads that could be stitched into the fabric of a sequel, should the studio and creative minds deem it worthy. In the meantime, we'll be like Laurie Strode, nervously staring out the window and practicing our marksmanship on some very creepy department store mannequins.

Can You Stomach the Violence in Halloween? Here's Every Gory Death to Expect

Warning: Spoilers AND vivid descriptions of Halloween's horrors ahead!

There's a reason the new Halloween reboot is rated R. The film (which is technically just an alternative sequel to the original 1978 film) really is a tribute to the original in so many ways. And one of these ways is by making it a tried and true slasher film. There are no frills and no hesitations: Michael simply wreaks havoc on the small town of Haddonfield, and he's killing people left and right. In fact, he has a pretty astounding kill count this time around. Wondering if you can stomach all the blood and gore in this latest grisly addition to the canon? We've decided to break down each and every death that goes down during the film. Warning: there are a lot, and they are not pretty.

  1. Tiny Dancer: We can imagine Michael offs a few police officers as he escapes the bus, but the first victim we see him attack is actually a poor preteen boy who just wants to be a dancer. Michael strangles him and slams his head against the car window a few times before snapping his neck.
  2. Gas Station Cashier: After two podcasters come to the prison to talk to Michael, he happens upon them at the cemetery where his sister has been laid to rest. He follows them to a gas station, where he first attacks the attendant and rips out all his teeth. We don't see it happen, but the aftermath is pretty shocking.
  3. Mechanic: Obviously, Michael needs his old uniform, so he kills the mechanic and steals his jumpsuit. We don't see how the mechanic dies, but it looks like a pretty nasty head wound.
  4. The Podcasters: Michael begins terrorizing the female podcaster in the women's restroom; he shakes the stall door, then drops the cashier's teeth over the top. Enter male podcaster, who Michael grabs and slams into the wall repeatedly. First, he smashes his head against the bathroom wall a half a dozen times, then he hits it against the stall that contains the female podcaster. Next, he strangles the female podcaster, pulling her off the ground so that she's frantically kicking her feet, and snaps her neck. Whew.
  1. Older Woman: After retrieving his mask from the podcasters' trunk, he heads into town on Halloween night. He walks directly into one woman's house, steals her big butcher knife, grabs her by the hair, and stabs her straight through the neck.
  2. Old Lady: Michael moves into another house. He grabs a hammer and bashes some poor old woman's brains out. Luckily, we don't see it happen, but we do hear the sickening sounds of her brain turning to mush.
  3. Babysitter (Vicky): Early on, we meet the friends of Laurie Strode's granddaughter, Allyson. Vicky is kind of like the hot cheerleader type, and on Halloween night, she's babysitting a little boy. Michael finds his way into the house, hiding in said little boy's closet. When Vicky comes up to inspect the situation, he pops out and gets into a tussle with her. As she tries to crawl away, he slowly drags her back in and stabs her over and over.
  4. The Boyfriend (Dave): Vicky's boyfriend is over when Michael attacks, but he's no match for the scary serial killer. We don't see it happen, but Michael impales him, pinning him against the wall with a knife.
  5. The Sidekick (Oscar): When Oscar and Allyson take a "shortcut" through a neighbor's backyard, they come face to face with Michael. He stabs Oscar in the back multiple times, then impales him on the neighbor's spiky cast-iron fence.
  6. Dr. Sartain: By far the most gruesome death in the movie. Michael knocks him on his back, then stomps on his head, causing it to explode into a million tiny, bloody pieces.
  7. The Police Officers: Positioned outside of Laurie's house in the final act of the movie, these two officers are arguing about sandwiches when they sense that something's very wrong. Michael kills them (we don't see how), then hollows all the guts out of their heads, like they're jack-o'-lanterns. With their police-issued flashlights shining through the flesh, it's a pretty horrific sight.
  8. Son-in-Law: The last onscreen death is Laurie's son-in-law, who hears something outside Laurie's house and goes to investigate. Michael creeps up behind him, strangles him with a rope, and snaps his neck. Later, he shows up when Laurie's searching the house; he's been stuffed into the top shelf of an upstairs closet.

Whew. That's it. If you think reading through it is bad, wait until you witness them firsthand.

Meghan Markle Proudly Wore a Pasta Necklace Given to Her by a Cute Kid

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have had no shortage of sweet interactions with kids during their trip to Australia, but the most recent one might just top them all. While greeting the crowds along Government House Drive in Melbourne's Royal Botanic Gardens, Meghan spotted a young boy named Gavin who was holding a sign saying "I made you a necklace." Crouching down to meet him, she happily accepted the handmade gift and put it on immediately.

According to News.com.au, Gavin made the necklace from pasta dipped in gold paint, and while it's worlds away from Meghan's usual accessory choices (which often come courtesy of Princess Diana's jewelry box), we reckon she pulls off the statement piece perfectly. Meghan continued to wear it as she and Harry worked the crowds, shaking hands and dishing out hugs in their continued efforts to wave goodbye to old-fashioned royal protocol. Take a closer look at her very special accessory ahead.

Meghan Markle Is Glowing on Her Australian Tour With Prince Harry - See All the Photos!

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are well into their first royal tour as husband and wife! After touching down in Australia over the weekend, Meghan debuted her growing belly in style as she and Harry met with Governor-General Sir Peter Cosgrove and his wife, Lady Cosgrove, at Admiralty House in Sydney on Tuesday. The couple were joined by representatives from Harry's Invictus Games, and Meghan was positively glowing in a white dress while Harry looked dapper in a navy suit. To make things even sweeter, the governor-general gifted Meghan with her first baby present: a kangaroo stuffed toy!

Meghan and Harry have had a busy few days. Not only did they get to hang out with some baby koalas at the zoo, but they also caught a ferry to the Opera House, where they watched a rehearsal by the Bangarra Dance Company. During their stop in Dubbo on Wednesday, Harry and Meghan were greeted by a group of schoolchildren and Harry delivered a powerful speech about mental health.

The royal couple landed in Melbourne on Thursday, where they met with some very emotional fans before attending a reception hosted by the Governor of Victoria at the Government House. There, Meghan received a little scare while watching a science experiment, but don't worry - it ended in a lot of giggles. Later, they visited Charcoal Lane and got a taste of Australian cuisine before heading to the beach. On Friday, Harry and Meghan visited Sydney, where they met with OneWave founders Grant Trebilco and Sam Schumacher at Bondi Beach. OneWave is a local surfing community group that raises awareness for mental health. The couple also paid a surprise visit to the Macarthur Girls High School in Parramatta.

Harry and Meghan's tour comes on the heels of Kensington Palace's announcement that the pair are expecting their first child! Even though we just found out about the news, Harry and Meghan reportedly told the royal family at Princess Eugenie's wedding last week. Congrats to Meghan and Harry!

Rihanna Reportedly Declined Super Bowl Halftime Show Offer in Support of Colin Kaepernick

When Rihanna isn't blessing us with beautifully chilly makeup collections or sultry lingerie pieces, she's taking stands for what she believes in. According to US Weekly, the mogul was the NFL's first choice to headline the Super Bowl LIII Halftime Show, but she turned it down out of support for Colin Kaepernick.

"The NFL and CBS really wanted Rihanna to be next year's performer in Atlanta," a source revealed to US Weekly. "They offered it to her, but she said no because of the kneeling controversy. She doesn't agree with the NFL's stance."

Kaepernick has been persona non grata to the NFL since he began taking a knee during the national anthem in protest of police brutality and racial inequality during the 2016 season. Athletes from various sports have joined in the protest, but the former San Francisco 49ers quarterback hasn't played since the controversy began. He has since entered free agency and filed a grievance against the league and its owners in November 2017, accusing them of unlawfully keeping him off the field. Notable celebrities like Beyoncé and Jane Fonda have publicly supported Kaepernick, and Rihanna is clearly adding herself to the list!

According to Entertainment Tonight, another source revealed that Pink - who sang the national anthem to kick off Super Bowl LII back in February - was also approached to perform but moved on because negotiations took too long. The NFL went on to extend the chance to Maroon 5, who "gleefully accepted." Cardi B is reportedly also in talks to join the band for the halftime show, though there are discussions on whether or not she will get a solo set.

Prepare Yourself: The Curse of La Llorona Trailer Is 2 Minutes of Pure Fear

Are you ready for an entirely new monster to take over your nightmares? Because the trailer for The Curse of La Llorona is here to do just that. The upcoming horror film - which is produced by Gary Dauberman, Emile Gladstone, and The Conjuring's James Wan - centers on a social worker (Linda Cardellini) and her two young children, who find themselves drawn into a supernatural fight for their lives when it turns out a horrifying apparition called "La Llorona" (or The Weeping Woman) is very much real. The movie takes place in LA in the '70s, and the two-minute trailer is already more than enough to send our blood pressure into overdrive (that car scene!). Watch it above, if you dare, before it hits theaters on April 19.

Does Michael Myers Survive the New Halloween Movie? Well, It's Complicated

Warning: Big ol' spoilers for Halloween below!

Lock your doors and hide your butcher knives, because Michael Myers is back.

The infamous serial killer makes a bone-chilling return in David Gordon Green's stylish, nightmarish Halloween, which is far smarter than most of the 1978 original's endless line-up of sequels while still paying homage to John Carpenter's film in a number of ways. From the reappearance of "final girl" Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis) to a recreation of a certain scene in a high school classroom, there are unmissable nods to the original film, including its treatment of Michael's fate. In other words, like many Halloween installments before it, the status of the serial killer is left uncertain.

First thing's first: this version of the story ignores everything that happened in the sequels to Carpenter's 1978 film. It picks up with Laurie 40 years after Michael brutally murdered her friends on Halloween night, and makes it clear that the incident irrevocably changed the fiber of her being. She went on to devote her life to preparing herself to face Michael again one day, turning her remote cabin in the woods into a booby-trapped compound and training her young daughter, Karen, as a mini-survivalist. Of course, Laurie's parenting methods lead to Karen being taken away by social services, resulting in Laurie becoming even more withdrawn and focused on killing Michael.

As she tells Officer Hawkins (Will Patton) in the new movie, she even "prayed" for Michael's escape from the psychiatric hospital where he was being held so that she could have the chance to take him down herself. No offense to Laurie, but we have to agree with Hawkins's response: "That was a dumb thing to pray for." Fortunately Michael's subsequent escape makes for a riveting showdown between the pair.

After killing just about everyone in his hometown of Haddonfield, Michael finds Laurie's cabin and the two begin to stalk each other. Meanwhile Karen (played as an adult by Judy Greer) and her own daughter, Allyson (Andi Matichak), take refuge in the home's secret basement, which is only accessible through a secret door under the kitchen island. Michael appears to get the drop on Laurie, literally, when he throws her out of a second floor window to her "death." He marches down to the kitchen and rips the island out of the floor to get to Karen and Allyson, but luckily Karen takes advantage of her mother's stockpile of guns and shoots Michael, who tumbles into the basement with them.

That's when Laurie miraculously reappears up in the kitchen and helps pull her daughter and granddaughter to safety, just as Michael is standing back up and crawling up the stairs towards them. Karen pushes a button at the last minute and metal spikes pop out to completely cover the opening to the basement, making it clear that Laurie always intended for Michael to get into it - the basement was a trap all along. Laurie then presses another button that releases gas into the basement and lights everything on fire, incinerating her nemesis, along with her home.

However - however - as any horror fan knows, it's not truly over until we see a body. The camera shows Michael standing amid the flames in the basement, and then follows Laurie, Karen, and Allyson as they escape. But when it pans back to the basement, the only thing visible is the raging fire - no charred corpse in sight. The film ends with the three generations of women being driven to safety by a passerby, lingering on Allyson's hand clutching Michael's bloody knife.

So, is Michael dead? It seems highly unlikely that he could've escaped Laurie's extremely secure basement, but we've been burned by this franchise before (pun most definitely intended). Despite the film's lack of a postcredits scene, this murky ending is unquestionably a way for Halloween to leave things open for yet another sequel.

Pippa Middleton is a mom! The 35-year-old welcomed her first child, a baby boy, with husband James Matthews in London on Monday, making her sister Kate an aunt! Following the happy news, Kate and Prince William released a statement via Kensington Palace expressing their excitement. "The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are thrilled for Pippa and James," the statement read.

While Pippa and James still have yet to reveal their baby boy's name, the tiny tot joins his cousins Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. James's brother, Spencer, also welcomed a baby boy with his wife, Vogue Williams, last month. Congrats to Pippa and James!

Destroyer Is Slated to Be a MAJOR Oscars Contender, and Now There's a Trailer

There's a high chance you've heard very little about Nicole Kidman's next big film, Destroyer. That's because it's slated for a limited release on Dec. 25 and has only just begun to make its quiet film festival rounds. Rest assured though, it may just be one of the big contenders during award season. Nicole Kidman, who looks shocking in some realistic old-lady makeup, plays a cop who must reckon with her past when some very dastardly skeletons come out of the closet. Oh, and it also stars Sebastian Stan, Toby Kebbell, and Tatiana Maslany. Sounds like a season of True Detective, right? But don't take our word for it - the trailer above should be plenty to pique your interest.

Orange Is the New Black to End With Season 7 - Watch the Cast's Bittersweet Announcement

When Orange Is the New Black premieres its seventh season, make sure you cherish each episode, because it will be the long-running prison dramedy's last. Netflix officially announced the end of Jenji Kohan's series, which premiered its sixth season on July 27, with a heartfelt video of the cast bidding their loyal fans goodbye.

"Hey y'all, we got some news," Danielle Brooks says into the camera, before Taylor Schilling cuts in to say that "the final season is coming." Yael Stone also chimes in, confirming "season seven is the end," and Kate Mulgrew confesses that she's going "to miss playing and living on the edge of one of the most groundbreaking, original, and controversial series of this decade."

As viewers of the series can likely attest, the last few seasons have started to run out of steam. The three-day riot concept in season five was ambitious and creative but ultimately resulted in a slow-moving story that didn't do much for our favorite Litchfield inmates (to be fair, that can also be blamed on the show's 13-episode count, which is about three too many). Similarly, season six takes a while to build up steam, but when it finally gets going, the emotional twists just keep on coming.

For instance: What's going to happen to Blanca after that heartbreaking surprise? And Taystee after the result of that trial? Is Lorna's baby OK? Also, does the end of Piper's time in prison mean we're going to see her write the real-life memoir that inspired the show, bringing everything full circle?!

Details about season seven might be scant at the moment (other than the fact it's supposed to premiere in 2019), but hopefully more information will trickle in soon. In the meantime, we should all take some time to appreciate Kohan's incredibly raw, nuanced, and much-needed look inside America's deeply flawed prison system.

Meghan Markle May Be Royalty Now, but She Isn't Afraid to Work Up a Sweat and Play Sports

Meghan Markle may be a royal now, but she certainly isn't afraid to get her hands dirty and play sports. Meghan showed off her athleticism long before she married Prince Harry and became the Duchess of Sussex; however, now she gets to display it during her royal engagements. Most recently, Meghan proved that she isn't going to let pregnancy slow her down when she tossed around a football while visiting Melbourne, Australia (in heels, no less). Oh, what we would give to see her and Kate Middleton go head to head in a basketball match.

Congratulations Are in Order - Karlie Kloss and Joshua Kushner Are Married!

Karlie Kloss is officially off the market! On Thursday evening, three months after the 26-year-old model announced their engagement, Karlie and Joshua Kushner tied the knot. The pair were married in a small Jewish ceremony in upstate New York, with Karlie wearing a custom lace Dior gown. The Project Runway host shared the news of their wedding on her Twitter page with a sweet photo of the newlyweds, captioned, "10.18.2018 ❤️".

"The wedding was intimate and moving. The couple was beaming with happiness," a source told People.

The model has been dating the 33-year-old venture capitalist since 2012. Joshua proposed with a stunning cushion cut diamond with a diamond pavé band. Congrats to the newlyweds!

It's the Circle of a Live-Action Remake - Here's a First Look at the Cast of The Lion King

Ever since Disney announced the cast for The Lion King remake, we've been patiently waiting to get a few first-look photos of the star-studded team. Thankfully, Seth Rogen, who will play Pumbaa, gave the people what they wanted and posted a photo with a couple of his castmates: Donald Glover, who will play Simba, and Billy Eichner, who will play Timon. The three posed alongside director Jon Favreau in the snapshot. Rogen simply captioned the photo with lion and crown emoji.

Rogen, Glover, and Eichner will fight for Simba's kingdom in 2019 with Beyoncé as Nala, James Earl Jones as Mufasa, and John Oliver as Zazu. If ever there was an all-star cast, this right here is it. When we heard there would be a Lion King remake, we were really hoping it wouldn't ruin such an amazing classic, but with these phenomenal actors and entertainers, we can comfortably say hakuna matata.

Meghan Markle Only Just Announced Her Pregnancy but Already Has a "Long List" of Baby Names

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are going to be parents! The Duchess of Sussex is currently pregnant with her first child, and the royal family is "delighted" with the news. No other details have been released at this time, but Meghan and Harry do have several baby names to consider. "We've been given a long list of names from everyone," Meghan told a group of students during their stop in Melbourne, Australia, on Thursday. "We're going to sit down and have a look at them!"

Meghan and Harry may not have a baby name picked out just yet, but it's likely that the tiny tot will be given a name with some royal history. If it's a boy, the couple could opt for Albert, Henry, or Charles. However, if it's a girl, Harry and Meghan could choose to name her Doria, Diana, or Elizabeth. Guess we'll find out when the time comes.

Consider This Wishful Thinking, but What If Nicky Is Actually Still Alive on This Is Us?

This Is Us has been full of crazy twists over the past three seasons, but one of the biggest curveballs was that Jack Pearson (Milo Ventimiglia) actually has a younger brother named Nicky (Michael Angarano). In the latest episode, "Vietnam," we got a closer look at the Pearson boys' bond, and the whole thing is incredibly bittersweet. Just like with Jack's storyline, we're slowly falling in love with a character that is no longer alive in present day. While Jack tells Rebecca that his younger brother died in the war, what if the show is actually setting us up for another shocking twist?

Consider this wishful thinking, but maybe Nicky is still alive. Since episode four aired, a few theories have been circulating about the fate of the younger Pearson brother, and they're pretty convincing. Perhaps when Jack says Nicky died, he means that the brother he knew died, and the war ultimately changed him. Reddit user dweigle27 even suggests that Nicky went AWOL or MIA after the war, and Jack tells people he died to protect him. He is always being his little brother's Superman.

Nicky could actually still be living in Vietnam for that matter. Not only could it connect to the theory that Nicky has a relationship with the Vietnamese woman wearing Jack's necklace, but it would also set up Kevin's upcoming visit to Vietnam. Maybe while learning about Jack's past, he actually finds his uncle. Talk about a crazy family reunion! Whether Nicky is alive or not, we definitely can't wait to see how his story unfolds in the coming episodes.

Remember Those Horrifying Monsters in A Quiet Place? John Krasinski Played One of Them

John Krasinski and Emily Blunt hushed us into complete suspense in A Quiet Place. Not only did John direct and costar in the film, but as revealed in an interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live, he also played the sound-sensitive monsters. Donning a motion picture suit, Krasinski crawled around exactly how he imagined the scary beings would move. And if you have any doubts about the validity of his dedication to portraying the monsters, Kimmel whipped out a hilarious photo of Krasinski in full character as an other-worldly beast.

"Yeah . . . that's embarrassing," John joked as soon as he saw the photo. "They took that picture, and I thought I was auditioning for Lion King. I don't know what's going on in that. I was there, though, just dialed in."

Krasinski also talked about getting to star alongside his wife, calling her the "classiest, smartest, most dedicated actress I've ever known." Watch him talk more about costarring with Blunt as well as suiting up to play a terrifying fiend in the clip above.

Roseanne Barr Is Not Pleased With the "Morbid" Way The Conners Killed Off Her Character

The Conners premiered its first episode on Tuesday night, finally putting to rest any speculation about how the Roseanne spinoff deals with the absence of Roseanne Barr's titular character.

Barr's initial reboot of the show was of course axed by ABC after a string of vile, racist tweets and abrasive behavior from the 65-year-old, and she revealed during an interview a few weeks before the The Conners premiere that the show planned on killing off Roseanne Conner via opioid overdose. Now that we know that is indeed how the character dies - she overdoses on medication prescribed to her following knee surgery - Barr is speaking out about how disappointed she is with the twist in a joint statement with her Rabbi, Shmuley Boteach.

"While we wish the very best for the cast and production crew of The Conners, all of whom are deeply dedicated to their craft and were Roseanne's cherished colleagues, we regret that ABC chose to cancel Roseanne by killing off the Roseanne Conner character," the statement reads. "That it was done through an opioid overdose lent an unnecessary grim and morbid dimension to an otherwise happy family show. This was a choice the network did not have to make. Roseanne was the only show on television that directly addressed the deep divisions threatening the very fabric of our society. Specifically, the show promoted the message that love and respect for one another's personhood should transcend differences in background and ideological discord."

Dan Conner mourning the loss of his wife.

While Roseanne Conner might have been liberal-leaning and embraced her LGBTQ+ friends in the original run of the sitcom, Barr's reimagining of the character saw her values more closely aligned with her real-life views - supporting Donald Trump and irrationally fearing her Muslim neighbors, for instance. The fact she ended up spewing hateful, racist garbage on Twitter should not have come as a surprise to anyone. Despite that, the statement also tried to bring up Roseanne's history of bringing together "characters of different political persuasions and ethnic backgrounds in one, unified family, a rarity in modern American entertainment."

The statement concludes by calling for forgiveness for Barr, describing her character as "a strong, matriarchal woman in a leading role," and declaring that "Our society needs to heal on many levels. What better way for healing than a shared moment, once a week, where we could have all enjoyed a compelling storyline featuring a witty character - a woman - who America connected with, not in spite of her flaws, but because of them."

Barr also decided to tweet out another respectful, rational reaction to the news, in case anyone missed the point after reading through the statement:

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Just Reinvented the Art of Hand-Holding, and We're a Wreck

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's royal tour of Australia is starting to look more like a Nicholas Sparks movie, wouldn't you agree? To top it all off, during the couple's stop in Melbourne, Australia, on Thursday, Harry and Meghan shared another tender moment that you probably missed.

As the pair were being shown an Aboriginal art mural, Harry, who was already holding one of his wife's hands, reached behind his back with his other hand and lovingly stroked hers with his thumb. Aw! We're only four days into their 16-day tour, and something tells us there will be even more cute moments to come.

The Philogynist Pledge - 10 Ways Men Can Support the Women's Movement

The following post was originally published on Medium.

phi·log·y·nist (fəˈläjənəst) A Philogynist is a person who is fond of, or admires women. Philogyny is the antonym of misogyny.

I believe that in order for the women's movement to be effective, a corollary men's movement must be present. I take this pledge as a way to state my conscious support in moving forward to change a broken system.

1. I Will Lead by Example in the Way I Talk About Women

I know that my children and friends pick up on the generalizations I make about women, whether positive or negative. Intentionally or not, I shape their identity about what it is to be a woman, and how to expect to be treated for being one.

2. I Will Not Accept Traditional Role Models

I believe that a true partnership between the sexes demands a different concept of marriage, an equitable sharing of the responsibilities of home and children, and economic support of the family.

3. I Will Raise My Children to Believe in Gender Equality

I will encourage children to embrace their individual interests and passions, regardless of their gender. The things they can't do will become obvious on their own, and the rest will become possible if they are allowed to dream and have role models.

4. I Will Not Stand For Violence Against a Woman

If a relative, friend, classmate, or teammate is abusive to women, I will not look the other way. I will try to talk to him about it, urge him to seek help, or consult a friend, a parent, or counselor.

5. I Will Mentor Women and Offer Equal Access

If I am in a position to help, I will find at least one woman (and ideally, several) to mentor. Give her thoughtful input on how she can advance and put her name forward for challenging assignments and promotions.

6. I Will Call Out Qualities Other Than Physical Beauty

I will remind her that it is not only appearance that matters. I will focus on positive things about women without pedastalizing. I won't pretend that her looks will never matter, but I will encourage her not to judge herself or let herself be judged only on looks.

7. I Will Make Sure There Is Always Clear Consent

I will be aware of the implicit power dynamic that are often present in sexual relationships between men and women. I am aware that consent is clear, unambiguous, and involves the word yes. It is not the absence of a no.

8. I Will Not Support Politicians Who Marginalize Women

I will not support politicians at any level of government who betray or ignore the principle idea of equal rights and opportunities for all sexes.

9. I Will Learn About the History of the Women's March

I will learn about the history of the women's movement so I can educate youth on what the women of history have done, and how their sacrifices made possible the rights and freedoms we enjoy today.

10. I Will Accept Discomfort

I understand that changing a broken system takes work, and it won't always feel good. Conversations about sexism, racism, transphobia, privilege, cultural appropriation, and other social issues are all related. I will accept discomfort as an important sign that we are making progress and we still have a lot to learn.

Venus Is in Retrograde Right Now, and Here's How It Will Affect You

Venus is currently in retrograde for 2018. If you've been feeling a shift in your life lately, this is likely the culprit! Venus in retrograde began on Oct. 5 and will be continuing until Nov. 16. This can impact your life in many ways. Whether it's feeling more impulsive, changes in your love life, or bringing things to light . . . we can blame it on the stars! POPSUGAR reached out to Jinn, an astrologist from Angels Oasis, via email to find out more about Venus in retrograde and how it will impact your life. She warns that some of us may be in for a bumpy ride, but the good news is we will be riding out to fix potholes in the road.

Love Life

Since Venus is known to stir things up, your love life may be affected. Whether this is an old lover resurfacing or a committed relationship with problems arising, something may come to light that causes uncomfortable tension. This can be the perfect time to work these past issues out and move forward in a positive way.

Personal Life

Jinn says this will be a time to clear the air and have understanding, compassion, and respect. The next few weeks might be emotional and uncomfortable, but they are necessary.

Work Life

While Venus is in retrograde, we may find interpersonal relationships to be strained. This may cause issues with business interactions, as it can be harder to connect with others. Be careful with your words.

Your Well-Being

Things may be coming up to the surface that affect your well-being. Jinn suggests that you stop and take a breath when you feel your stress and emotions rising.

Making Changes

Jinn says that the retrograde begins in the sign of Scorpio. She refers to Scorpio as the Sherlock Holmes of the zodiac. She warns that if there are things to be uncovered, Scorpio will find them. In the end, however, the changes that will happen will be in your best interest. Make them wisely!

Misunderstandings

Jinn advises that you have an opportunity to find out why others react the way that they do. It can help you and others to tell your truth, but be mindful not to cause unnecessary harm. You will be rethinking your own actions, and it may bring unknown intentions out to light.
