This Couple Transformed a Dated Trailer Into a Dreamy Vacation Home on Wheels

Brianne, an RN, and Sean Walker, a firefighter and photographer, are a married couple living in San Diego with their three young children, and they also happen to be wizards when it comes to flipping trailers. Seriously, when you see how the Walkers transformed a "dark and stinky" RV into a bright and beautiful space that's both stylish and functional for a family of five, you'll be left asking, "When can I move in?" But as they'll attest, there was no magic involved, just a design-savvy vision and a helluva lot of elbow grease.

I asked the Walkers to share the story of how they got interested in renovating trailers (this isn't their first rodeo), what challenges they faced during the process of updating this one, the smart small-space tricks they incorporated, and their advice for anyone brave enough to take on fixing up a vacation home on wheels. Ahead, read what they told POPSUGAR via email, and see all the before and after photos of this mind-blowing renovation!

A Calorie Comparison of Your Favorite Beers

If you're watching your waistline and enjoying an ice-cold brew, then might want to do a little research and how beers compare (or you might just want to sit back and enjoy your IPA, in that case no need to read further). The calorie counts may surprise you. Here's the nutritional info for one glass, can, or bottle of beer (about 12 ounces). Keep in mind that even though there may be health benefits associated with drinking alcohol, they only come with drinking in moderation. For women, that means one drink a day.

There's an Antibiotic-Resistant Salmonella That Contaminated Chicken in 29 States

The Centers For Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) revealed on Oct. 17 that they were investigating an antibiotic-resistant salmonella outbreak linked to raw chicken products. So far, 92 people were reported to be infected from 29 states.

The report revealed that the effected people reported eating different types and brands of chicken products that were bought from different locations. Some of the reported foods that tested positive for the outbreak strain include raw chicken pet food, raw chicken products, and live chickens. The CDC also conducted antibiotic-resistance testing and found that the strain of salmonella in the chicken is resistance to multiple antibiotics.

Of the 21 people who have been hospitalized, no one has died. But, the CDC did note in their investigation that since this salmonella strain was present in live chickens and many types of raw chicken products, "It might be widespread in the chicken industry."

Fortunately, the CDC is not saying consumers need to avoid chicken altogether; properly stored and cooked chicken should be fine. Rather, it's a great reminder to handle raw chicken carefully and cook it thoroughly to prevent food poisoning. Some tips they listed to prevent food poisoning include:

  • Wash your hands
  • Cook raw chicken thoroughly to kill harmful germs
  • Don't spread germs from raw chicken around food preparation areas
  • The CDC does not recommend feeding raw diets to pets

Some symptoms of salmonella include diarrhea, fever, and stomach cramps 12 to 72 hours after being exposed, and it usually lasts four to seven days with most people recovering without treatment. However, in some cases, diarrhea may be so severe that it requires hospitalization. If a young child, older adult, or person with a weakened immune system gets salmonella, they should see a doctor if they have any of the following symptoms: bloody stools, dehydration, or an ongoing high fever, according to WebMD.

The 1 Move Every Woman Should Do (and It's Not Squats)

There's one word in the world of fitness that millions of women have grown to truly loathe: squats. Just saying it can elicit shrieks from some of the most mentally tough women around. So let's discuss one move every fit woman needs to do in the gym - and it's not squatting. In fact, the single most important exercise to master today for improved fitness, strength, and overall health is the deadlift.

After years of hearing nothing but "squat, squat, squat" from your trainer, you might be confused. The deadlift is similar to the squat in that it forces you to use many muscle groups simultaneously. More muscles worked means more lean muscle and less fat in the long run so that's a win for both squat and deadlifts. The added benefit with the deadlift is that it uses even more muscles in each rep. While the squat is great for your lower body, the deadlift forces your arms and upper body to work too.

Want another reason? According to Toronto-based personal trainer Nathane Jackson, CSCS, author of Nathane Jackson's Whole Health Revolution (coming later in 2016), the deadlift is also the safer option. So, it's safer and works more muscles - we're all in, but how the heck do you do one properly? We covered the basics right here, but because it can be a hard move to truly master (just look at the folks doing them wrong at your local gym), we asked Jackson to pass along some pointers.

First, opt for a bar instead of dumbbells - even if you've got no weight on the bar - to ensure that your grip stays steady and you aren't waving your arms to move the weight. Then you should point your toes straight ahead or slightly outwards. From there, Jackson told us that you should "create a double chin, by pulling the chin back towards your neck and pull your shoulder blades back and down towards the hips and pretend you are squeezing an orange in your arm pits." The next step is the key in the movement: "Simultaneously hinge at the hips and bend at the knees until both hands are gripping the bar (overhand, hook grip) just outside the shins. From here, push through the mid foot and think about driving the hips forward as you stand up straight. Exhale (like you mean it - it's OK to make noise in the gym!) once the bar travels past your knees, being careful not to lean back."

If you nail the deadlift like this and keep it in your regular weekly routine, you'll find that you're sculpting your lower and upper body, while getting stronger and leaner all over. Sounds like it's a good time to do some deadlifts. You can thank us later. Enjoy!

How 1 App Helped Alex Lose Her First 70 Pounds, Without Ever Setting Foot in a Gym

If 25-year-old Alex Baca were to give advice to anyone trying to lose it weight, she'd keep it super simple: "Track your food." It was tracking everything she ate on an app called Lose It! that jump-started her weight loss and led her to shed 125 pounds since February 2017.

Alex was fresh out of college and nearing the 350-pound mark when she hit a turning point. "It had been years since I'd looked at the scale, and I was in shock. I was depressed after college, couldn't find a job, and was unsure of what was next for me. I knew if there was going to be a time for me to make a major lifestyle change, the time would be now," she told POPSUGAR.

She started with only tracking her food and cutting out everything processed. About eight months later, after losing more than 70 pounds, she began adding in workouts and found out that the gym isn't such a scary place and can even be fun. Since starting her weight-loss journey, Alex has learned a lot about meal-prepping and creating healthy recipes - and now she's helping her friends too. "I've started virtually meal prepping for friends now by creating grocery lists and recipes for the week for them and cheering them on through Lose It!, as part of their daily motivation," she said.

Keep reading for more about Alex's weight loss and to find out exactly what she keeps stocked in her kitchen to satisfy all her cravings.

It's Easier Than You Think to Take Too Much Allergy and Cold Medicine - Here's Why

It's a heck of a time when allergy season and cold season overlap. If you happen to be one of the unfortunate souls in this sniffly Venn diagram from hell, you'd likely do anything to find relief. Fortunately, you won't have to go much further than your medicine cabinet, but before you do, be sure to read this advice from Erica Patel, MD, of the University of Southern California, about whether it's safe to take allergy meds and cold meds simultaneously.

Because symptoms are similar for colds and allergies, you don't necessarily have to double down. "Many over-the-counter (OTC) cough and cold medicines and allergy medicines may have similar ingredients," Dr. Patel noted, including a pain and fever reducer, a decongestant (for stuffiness), an antihistamine (for sneezing), and a cough reliever. But that means it's also easy to overdo it.

"A good way to avoid overdosing on ingredients is to compare labels," she told POPSUGAR. "For example, if one medication has acetaminophen as an ingredient, then avoid taking other medications with acetaminophen in them." Common cold and allergy medication ingredients include:

  • Pain relievers: acetaminophen or ibuprofen
  • Decongestants: phenylephrine, pseudoephedrine, oxymetazoline
  • Cough Suppressants: dextromethorphan, guaifenesin
  • Antihistamines: diphenhydramine (Benadryl), loratadine (Claritin), cetirizine (Zyrtec), fexofenadine (Allegra)

Think carefully about what you actually need. "Only take medication that directly treats the symptoms you are having," Dr. Patel said. "If you have a cough, for example, then just take a cough suppressant. Don't choose a combination medication that also has a decongestant and a pain reliever if you don't also have those symptoms." That's especially true if you're already taking something that helps keep those symptoms at bay, like an allergy pill.

That said, you can safely take cold and allergy medications simultaneously if you ensure there's no overlap and check the labels for any contraindications. (That's when the package says, "Don't take this if you're also taking ___.") If neither is the case, "it should be relatively safe to take cold and allergy medication together as long as you're following the dosing instructions on the package," said Dr. Patel. *breathes sigh of relief*

String them together next time you think you don't have time to work out," she wrote in her Instagram caption. These moves will get your heart rate up in no time and can be done in 10 minutes or less.

This Fat-Loss Coach Reveals 4 Key Tips to Staying on Track While You Travel

Nothing can disrupt your weight-loss plan quite like traveling: being thrown off your routine, tempting airport snacks, no gym in sight, and eating out at every meal. It's no surprise many people have a "screw it" attitude while they're traveling and throw caution to the wind.

That being said, it is possible to stay on track while you're on the go. Fat-loss coach Carter Good laid out four steps to take to stay lean while you're busy traveling for business or on vacation. "First thing to note: no matter how hard you try, you're not going to be perfect with your diet and exercise while traveling," he wrote in his Instagram caption. "These strategies will help, but don't expect to drop oodles of body fat while you're on the go."

His first step is to use intermittent fasting. If possible, try to only eat within an eight-hour window. That means if you can, skip breakfast and have your first meal around 12 noon, and be sure to eat your last meal before 8 p.m. Also, plan ahead of time: look up the restaurant menu beforehand, and stick to simple meals with lean protein and veggies.

Don't forget to move your body; he suggests being "activity-minded," which means to walk as much as you can, and work out first thing in the morning if you are able to. Finally, don't beat yourself up; just focus on doing your best.

"Instead of stressing, focus on enjoying yourself and doing the best you can," Carter said. After all, vacation is all about relaxing and having fun!

You Won't Believe the Workout That Helped Me Drop 75 Pounds in 6 Months

Six months ago, I made the decision to reclaim my health. It wouldn't be easy, but it had to be done. I changed my diet and knew that, in order to keep making progress, I would need to exercise as well. When I lost weight many years ago, I worked out daily and spent hours doing intense cardio - I was addicted to the gym. I knew that wasn't the route I wanted to go this time, so I decided to keep it simple and do what I've always enjoyed: I began walking daily, and I haven't stopped since.

I walk for about an hour each day - sometimes a little less, sometimes a little more. And while that may seem like a big chunk of the day to dedicate to exercise, you'd be surprised how easily you can chip away at it, simply by going for a walk over your lunch or pacing around the house during a phone call.

While I don't like to focus on the number on the scale, I've lost 75 pounds, doing nothing more than eating healthfully and moving my body each and every day.

I'm proof that even something as simple as walking can transform your body if you stick with it, but that last part is key. Walking works for me because I enjoy it so much. I plan nature walks with friends and pick up the pace to a light jog during the day when my son joins me on his bike. (I can keep up a lot easier now, 75 pounds lighter and with hundreds of miles under my belt.) My daughter loves to walk with me in the evenings. We walk around our neighborhood for 30 minutes, one of my favorite times to talk and connect. I've always wanted to be a good role model for my children, and I love that we're spending time together in such a healthy and active way.

Other times I squeeze in all of my walking after everyone else has gone to bed. Being alone with my thoughts under the stars is a beautiful way to end the day.

I've learned that your weight-loss journey doesn't have to be about numbers or how heavy of weights you can lift. Exercise should be one of your favorite parts of the day, never something you dread. If walking isn't your thing, try to find something that is - when you treat your body right, it'll repay you. I know mine has.

This Is the 1 Exercise That Totally Transformed My Butt - and It's Not a Squat

When I first started training my glutes regularly, I actually wasn't trying to grow my butt. I have some lower-back issues because I have scoliosis, and doing functional training on your glutes is a sure-fire way to reduce lower-back pain. Watching my booty get bigger and juicier each month was the very sweet cherry on top.

There are countless lower-body exercises out there that promise to give you a bodacious butt. But there's one in particular that's rightfully hailed the king of all glute exercises - and that's the hip thrust. It isolates the glutes much more than squats and lunges, and it forces you to really squeeze your butt at the top of the movement. Doing hip thrusts twice a week totally transformed my booty, and I saw a big difference when I switched my focus from squats to hip thrusts.

If you've never done hip thrusts before, just know it might take a little while to get used to the movement. When I work on hip thrusts with my clients, I always tell them that the first challenge is learning to really engage your glutes, rather than relying on your quads to drive the weight up. But when you finally train your body to feel that tension in your booty, you'll see a big difference. Here's how to do a hip thrust.

Hip Thrust

  • Sitting on the floor with your legs extended, rest your back against a stable bench.
  • Place a towel or shoulder cushion on the bar for comfort (optional). Roll the barbell over your thighs until the bar is directly above your hip joints.
  • Brace your core. As you drive your heels into the ground, squeeze your glutes, lifting your hips up to full extension, meaning your hips are even with your knees.
  • With control, lower back down to the ground.
  • This is one rep.
  • Do four sets of 12 reps.

You may have to experiment with what weight to use when you start doing this exercise. Make sure the last two reps are difficult to do, and if they're not, increase your weight. Here's an important mechanic to keep in mind: make sure you're keeping your hips slightly tucked throughout this movement, rather than sticking out your butt and hyperextending. This will encourage you to really squeeze your glutes and get the full range of motion.

Start doing hip thrusts once a week, and if that feels good, you can increase it to twice a week. If you feel like you need a pair of expert eyes, don't be afraid to ask a trainer at your gym for some help.

Work That Booty (and Your Thighs) With This Strengthening Squat Variation

If you haven't realized it yet, there are a ton of squat variations. One of the many variations is the Smith Machine squat, and if you're just beginning to get into strength training, it can be a great tool to improve your squat technique.

The Smith Machine looks similar to a traditional squat rack with the main difference being that it assists with the movement. Instead of a 45-pound barbell, the Smith Machine bar is around 15 pounds, which means you can focus on form first, instead of how heavy you're lifting.

I don't recommend using the Smith Machine every time you squat, but if you want to become comfortable with squatting with a load on your back, it's a great place to start.

How to Do a Smith Machine Squat

  • Adjust the bar of the Smith Machine so that it's at shoulder height. Ultimately, the height will be different for everyone, and you may need to raise or lower it.
  • Start with a loaded bar; 10-pound plates on each side is a great starting point. Beginners should start with just the bar and gradually add weight as they become familiar with the movement.
  • Position your hands about shoulder-width apart on the bar, and lightly grip the bar with an overhand grip.
  • Step in front of the rack, and rest the bar on your trapezius muscles (the muscles closest to your neck/upper back).
  • With your feet about hip-distance apart, unlock the bar by lifting it up and forward.
  • Shift your weight back into your heels. Brace your abs as you begin to lower into a squat, keeping your head and spine in a neutral position. Your knees should be as close to 90 degrees as possible. Hold for one second.
  • With your core still braced, drive through your heels to stand back up. Be sure to squeeze your glutes at the top of your squat. That's one rep.
  • Complete three sets of 12 reps.

I Was Chronically Bloated and Drinking This Daily Cured Me

Ever since I can remember, I've had a problem with bloating. If I ate basically anything aside from a plain piece of chicken, my stomach would pop out and start to hurt. It's been an embarrassing problem my entire life, and worse than embarrassing, it's uncomfortable. I tried so many elimination diets that did nothing. I cut out gluten, sugar, and processed foods. I went vegan, vegetarian, Paleo. Nothing worked for my bloating issue. It got to the point where I no longer enjoyed going out to dinner with friends because it was such a problem.

Around two years ago, I started hearing a lot about probiotics, aka the "good" bacteria. Taking probiotics can supposedly help your digestive system and keep your gut healthy and, as such, reduce bloating. I was skeptical. There are so many wellness fads out there that it's hard to know what's real and what's not. When I went to the health food store, there were quite literally hundreds of probiotics to choose from and I was overwhelmed.

At the time, I was living in San Francisco, which is known to be a bit of a hippie town. My friends had all been drinking kombucha for years, and I always disregarded it as a hippie thing that I wanted no part of. But when I mentioned I was on a quest to cure my bloating, my friends all insisted I try kombucha. They explained the nasty bits of gunk floating around in the bottle were actually fermentation and a natural source of probiotics.

I went to the store and bought the best-looking flavor I could find. A couple things that weirded me out were that it had a small trace of alcohol in it and, as I mentioned, there were unidentified bits of gunk floating around. But they had a strawberry flavor that the associate at Whole Foods told me was a good "starter flavor," and at this point my bloating was so awful, I was willing to try anything.

My friends has also warned me that it has a very specific, almost vinegar-like taste when you first try it. I'll be honest - I wasn't crazy about the taste at first. It definitely has a specific smell and taste to it. Not bad, just . . . unique. But it was really fizzy, which I liked. I drank the whole bottle and went on with my day. To give it a fair shot, I had one every day for three days.

I can't emphasize enough how shocked I was that after a few days of drinking it, my stomach was actually flat for the first time in years. I was shocked because it seems counterintuitive - drinking something so fizzy and bubbly that actually flattens out your stomach. Not only was my stomach flat, but I felt way better. I no longer felt like I had a rock in my gut.

I've become quite evangelical about kombucha. It may seem extreme, but I have one a day, sometimes more. It's not a low-calorie or diet food, but I've incorporated it into my life because it works so well for me. There are many ways to get probiotics into your diet (I've also recently become obsessed with yogurt, Noosa brand mostly, because yogurt tends to be high in probiotics), but kombucha has saved my life. I usually drink it in the morning, and it makes me feel a million times better. (Side note: it's also great when you're hungover!)

I don't discriminate, but my favorite brand is Health-Ade. Sometimes I opt for GT's. Health-Ade has a spicy cayenne flavor that I cannot get enough of and a grape flavor that I find heavenly. I have come to be completely obsessed with not just the positive effects on my bloat, but also the taste.

If you suffer from bloating, I hope you try kombucha! Don't be put off by the gunk in the bottom of the bottle - trust me, you get over it. And that gunk will change your life! Take it from a former bloater. It's worth a shot!

Celiacs, Rejoice: These Halloween Candies Are Gluten-Free

Holidays can be a real drag if you have dietary restrictions, and with Halloween being all about the candy, it can be downright scary. But there's good news for those avoiding gluten: although you'll have to steer clear of homemade mummy-shaped cakes and brownies decorated adorably with spiderwebs, most candy bars and hard candies get the green light - just stay away from Twizzlers, because they surprisingly do contain gluten! Now, we're not saying to go crazy with the candies, but when a majority of "fun size" bars are only 100 calories, a little indulging might be necessary.

First things first. Always read the label on your candy before consuming. Unless labeled "gluten-free," candy may contain traces of gluten, be produced in a facility that also processes products with wheat, or be made on equipment that is shared with products that are not gluten-free. Also note that a product labeled as gluten-free in one country may not be gluten-free where you live.

Companies are constantly changing the ingredients they put in products, so always double check just to be sure. When in doubt, you can call the 1-800 number located on the packaging to speak with a customer service representative to find out for sure if it's free of gluten.

Here's a list of popular candy that is currently gluten-free:

Chocolate

Candy

If you're wondering about M&M's, Snickers, Twix, 3 Musketeers, Starburst, Skittles, Lifesavers, and Milky Way, the company that makes these products, Mars Wrigley, urges consumers to read the labels directly on the package for allergy information.

This Riced Cauliflower Stuffing Just Made Our Low-Carb Thanksgiving Dreams Come True

Trying to eat healthy(ish) on Thanksgiving is like navigating a minefield of simple carbs: dinner rolls, pumpkin pie, and, my favorite, stuffing. The traditional Thanksgiving side dish is typically made with breadcrumbs and lots of butter. And while butter isn't a carb (sorry, Regina George), bread definitely is, which means it's off-limits for keto dieters and anyone else looking to eat low-carb.

We didn't think it was possible to have a low-carb stuffing alternative until we saw this Green Giant Riced Cauliflower Stuffing. Instagram user @reducingrhonda found a pack at her local grocery store, and it looks ah-mazing: riced cauliflower with carrots, celery, onion, cranberries, garlic, and herbs.

Unfortunately, the product hasn't been listed on Green Giant's website, so we're not sure of the nutritional info. But with cauliflower rice in place of breadcrumbs, it's pretty safe to assume this frozen medley has much fewer carbs and calories than traditional stuffing.

And while sweet potatoes (and pumpkin pie) aren't keto, Thanksgiving turkey certainly is. With this riced stuffing, you can totally build a keto-friendly Thanksgiving plate with turkey, roasted, nonstarchy veggies, and cauliflower mash instead of mashed potatoes. Need more keto Thanksgiving inspo? Check out our gallery of 11 keto-friendly Thanksgiving dishes.

We also don't know which retailers currently carry the riced stuffing, but keep an eye out in your local grocery store's freezer section, where you typically find other Green Giant riced veggies. Since it's packaged and frozen, it looks like an easy dish to whip up for all your low-carb Thanksgiving guests.

The Unlikely Place I Discovered the Most Valuable Beauty Lesson I'll Ever Learn

Take a trip to Memphis, Tennessee and you'll be overwhelmed by many things. For vegetarians, it's the extraordinary amount of barbequed meat; for travel-enthusiasts, it's the family of ducks who live at the Peabody Hotel; and for music lovers, it's the sweet sounds flowing from BB King's Blues Club on Beale Street. For me, as a beauty editor, it's that I learned the real meaning of beauty in an unlikely place: St. Jude's Children Hospital.

Let me back up a bit. A few weeks ago, I was given the opportunity to go to Memphis with Lancôme to learn more about the brand's partnership with St. Jude. When we landed, we were handed an itinerary full of events, including one that made my heart race: makeovers with the patients. As an emotional human who cries in the most benign situations, I was nervous. I worried I'd say the wrong thing, fail to make a patient smile, or worse, bring someone else to tears. I pocketed my favorite red-brown lipstick - the one that makes me feel my most confident. It just didn't seem important right now.

It was beauty that bonded us, but most importantly, I could tell that this little bit of normalcy made her feel comfortable and happy.

We all met at St. Jude to make DIY flower crowns, get makeup done, take photo booth pics, and pick out fun cosmetics bags full of Lancôme goodies. Eager to interact with the kids, I walked up to a young, teenage girl who was wearing a purple Love Your Melon hat and looked a little nervous. At first, she wouldn't make eye contact with me. I struggled through the basics like her name, her hometown, and her favorite television shows. But the moment I asked her about makeup, her eyes lit up. "I love it," she said, her eyes meeting mine. "I love that it's about creativity and that it's such a supportive community."

Once we covered all things beauty, including the 10 ten beauty vloggers she binge-watches daily, we stood in silence for a few seconds, finding comfort in the quiet. We chuckled when we heard a young girl request a "Kardashian face beat" makeover from makeup artist Alex Sanchez, and the way he diligently compiled his beauty tools to make it happen. We watched as a young girl with bright purple lips strutted across the room, and a baby smiled at its older sister assembling a festival-worthy flower crown. It was beauty that bonded us, but most importantly, I could tell that this little bit of normalcy is what made her feel comfortable and happy.

Before leaving the event, I helped my new friend pick out a makeup bag (she chose a lavender glittery one, a favorite of mine) and it all hit me - hard. It wasn't sadness, like I initially thought it would be, but rather an understanding that beauty is more than just a collection of products to hoard on your vanity. It's simple joy in life that, prior to this trip, I took for granted.

I came into this event worried how makeup played a role in all the love and support of a place like St. Jude, but it turned out to be exactly what these children were missing: a fun-colored lip gloss to make their parents smile, a full-face beat like the Kardashians just for the thrill of it, or a community of beauty-lovers to chat with and take their minds off of the day-to-day.

We may have given them makeup, but the children at St. Jude gave me a reason to fall in love with makeup all over again. As I pulled out my red-brown lipstick on the flight back home, I smiled, knowing that back in Memphis, a young beauty-lover at St. Jude is doing the exact same thing.

I Found a Concealer That Instantly Erases My Under-Eye Bags

When it comes to concealer, I've always had trouble finding a product that truly covers my under-eye bags. Most options crease, come right off, or just don't have enough coverage. Then, a makeup artist applied Lancôme Effacernes Waterproof Undereye Concealer ($31) to my face. I was in total awe. With a few taps of the product, those pesky bags instantly vanished.

The long-wear waterproof formula stays on from morning till night - I never have to reapply. Its silky consistency melts right into my skin for a natural look that isn't cakey or drying. Still not sold? Just check out the amazing reviews on Nordstrom. Of the 375 customers who reviewed the product, almost all of them give it a perfect five stars.

"To date the best full coverage concealer I've found," one buyer wrote. "Does not crease or get blotchy as the day goes on. I have terrible undereye circles and this covers them almost perfectly. I have tried just about every high-end and drugstore brand concealer and this is by far the best."

Consider your hunt over. Once you get your hands on this formula, you'll never want to try anything else again. I promise.

Ever Since I Bought This Bomber Jacket, All My Other Outerwear Is Collecting Dust

As a POPSUGAR editor, I take inspiration from what everyone in the office is wearing day to day, and ever since the POPSUGAR at Kohl's collection came out, it's been a fashion show on the regular. The one piece I kept seeing was the POPSUGAR at Kohl's Athletic Bomber Jacket ($42). People with very different personal styles were all rocking this piece, and I decided it was time to take the plunge. I'm so glad I did.

The jacket comes in a sweatshirt-like material, making it impossibly comfortable.

The jacket comes in a sweatshirt-like material, making it impossibly comfortable. It goes with everything from jeans and a t-shirt to a feminine dress, and it really adds a cool, athletic vibe to any look. I've worn it to work, to brunch, and even out for a drink, and nobody knows how comfortable it is to wear. Plus, this jacket, like all our POPSUGAR at Kohl's pieces, comes in sizes x small to 3X. For reference, I go between a small and medium in jackets, and I took the small in this style. Last weekend, I was out shopping, and a salesperson came up to compliment my jacket, only he thought it was a pricey (think four figures) designer piece. It was my pleasure to inform him that it was from the POPSUGAR at Kohl's collection and he could buy one for himself without breaking the bank!

If Gigi Hadid's Shoes Just Look Like Socks With a Sole, That's Because They Kind of Are

As one of the most in-demand models in the world, Gigi Hadid is constantly on the move. So, it helps to have comfortable footwear. The 23-year-old model recently stepped out in New York City wearing a white long-sleeve top, striped trousers, and a pair of sneakers that are pretty much just socks with a sole.

The cozy-looking kicks come from the recent collaboration between Vetements and Reebok. Gigi has shared a partnership with Reebok for several years now, and she's often seen wearing athletic apparel from the brand. See pictures of her casual street style look ahead, then shop similar sock sneakers - in addition to the pricey pair Gigi wore.
