Meghan Markle Found a Simply Elegant Way to Match the Royal Family Portrait Color Scheme
The official royal family portrait is here for Prince Charles's 70th birthday, and naturally, Meghan Markle put her outfit in the trusty hands of her go-to designer. The Duchess of Sussex stood alongside her husband, Prince Harry, and her in-laws, in a stunning Givenchy sheath dress and navy Manolo Blahnik pumps.
It's no secret the French fashion brand is a favorite of Meghan's. She even turned to Givenchy's artistic director Clare Waight Keller to design her wedding dress. Her simple yet elegant belted dress is the perfect balance to Kate Middleton's bold and beautiful polka-dot print in the portrait. I wonder if Meghan's affinity for navy had any influence on the color scheme? See another snap of the cute royal family below, then shop dresses similar to the duchess's for yourself.

Surprise - Kate Middleton's Perfect Polka Dot Dress Just Showed Up in This Royal Portrait
Abigail Spencer wore it first, but Kate Middleton is the style icon we'll forever associate with this polka-dot Alessandra Rich dress. After a first look at the Royal Family's portraits for Prince Charles's 70th birthday, the official photos are out, and Kate Middleton's polka-dots have the internet buzzing yet again.
Why do we love the look so much? Maybe it has to do with the fact that it's wearable and eye-catching, while still being modest and pretty. Maybe it's that it's just so Kate. Especially in an official portrait, where Meghan and Kate appear together, we love that she's stayed so true to her personal style. To that point, there's this sense that she could have worn the look before; but while it's similar in color palette and silhouette to some of our past favorites, we also love that it's brand new. The only thing we're not so enamored with? The fact that the dress is now sold out. In the meantime, we've curated a few of our favorite polka-dot options that have the same ladylike vibe. Read on to see the look in full and shop.

Believe It or Not, Iskra Lawrence's Funky Shoes Are Even Better Than Her Insanely Sexy Slit
Whenever Iskra Lawrence steps out on the red carpet, you can bet she's going to wear something that makes her feel sexy as hell. For the 2018 Glamour Women of the Year Awards: Women Rise, the British model wore a stunning floral gown by Prabal Gurung, which featured a high neck, long sleeves, and one of the sexiest thigh slits I've seen in a long time.
Iskra paired her feminine and flirty number with velvet mules in a beautiful shade of blue and finished her ensemble with a cage-like clutch bag. Of course, it's not the first time that the 28-year-old star has wowed us with her choice of footwear, but I couldn't help but be hypnotized by these fun, Marie Antoinette-inspired heels. 1 Editor Put Her Own Spin on This $87 Suit - Now You're Going to Want It Too
I'll be the first to admit that I'm not the biggest fan of wearing suits. Most trousers end up digging into my stomach, and I just end up feeling constricted like I can't move around at all. (Not that I'll ever need to break into dance or do somersaults or anything, but hey, I'd like to if the opportunity arises.)
I own a couple of really great blazers, but they aren't necessarily my first choice when it comes to picking out an outfit. When I initially saw the POPSUGAR at Kohl's plaid suit, I thought it was cute with the sporty blue side stripes, but it was the trouser's drawstrings that really caught my attention and made me take the plunge.
Since nine times out of 10, you can usually find me in a hoodie and sneakers, I decided to push myself to wear a suit three different ways: for work, the weekend, and date night. Read on to see how I styled it. (Spoiler alert: the trousers were super comfortable, so I can dance if I want to.)

Plus, there are plenty of kitschy tees here with crowns and Princess Diana graphics that she'll treasure forever. Read on for the "ultimate" in guides when it comes to the royals. If she's serious about Kate Middleton's pearl drop earrings, then we are, too.

5 Denim Brands Worth Buying, Straight From a Denim Specialist
Long before my days as a shopping editor, I spent my college years working in a department store. While most of my coworkers dreaded walking the floor, I yearned for someone to ask me what jeans they should buy. I worked in the designer denim department, and during my time there, they brought in a denim specialist who trained us on how to help people find what works best for them. I quickly learned the number one rule of denim: there is no perfect pair, because no body is the same. Ones that may seem perfect to you may not work for another person, and that's OK! I soaked up all the information we learned like a sponge and never forgot it.
Now as a shopping editor, I spend my days recommending the best of the best on the internet, including jeans. So if you're in the market for a new pair and not quite sure where to start, consider this your complete guide. Ahead, you'll find five popular brands that offer something unique and which one works best for you depending on your needs. You don't have to overspend on designer pairs, either, because there are a ton of affordable brands that work great too. Keep scrolling to find your match.

Cara Delevingne's Texts to Princess Eugenie About Her Wedding Outfit Are as Real as It Gets
Cara Delevingne didn't have to consult a dress code when she showed up to Princess Eugenie's wedding in a tuxedo, because she simply texted the bride to get the official OK. Cara reportedly told Grazia, "Eugenie has been a friend of mine since I was a kid and I've always wanted to wear tails. I texted her, as I wasn't sure about it and she was like, 'Of course, I expected nothing else from you!' . . . I found it interesting how many people came up to me and said, 'You're so brave to wear that!' I was like, really? I feel way more comfortable like this."
Cara's Emporio Armani design had a satin waist belt affixed to match with the trim on her cropped trousers, and her buzzy printed tie polished things off, fastened pristinely around the collar of her white blouse. Cara stood tall in her Chanel top hat and Casadei stilettos that came complete with a diamond heel. Are you tired yet from digesting what we consider to be the best outfit at the ceremony? Didn't think so. Read on to see Cara arriving with editor Derek Blasberg and her sister's husband, James Cook, completely owning this darn show.

Guy Fieri Cooked Dinner For First Responders Battling the Wildfire in Northern California
Guy Fieri rallied behind the community affected by the ongoing fire in northern California by cooking for officials battling the crisis. The Food Network host brought a pulled pork dinner to Butte College in Oroville, CA, to serve hungry first responders and law enforcement officials. Guy is no stranger to lending a helping hand and extending his support to people in need.
Just last year, he cooked for wildfire victims after he and his family were forced to evacuate their own home in Santa Rosa, CA, as fires broke out throughout surrounding counties. He once again showed up to feed evacuees during the Carr Fire that affected northern California in July this year.
"Guy Fieri made a surprise visit to serve dinner to everyone at the law enforcement staging area at Butte College. Thank you so much Guy for filling our bellies and lifting our spirits," the Butte County Sheriff Twitter account shared. Volunteers are rallying behind California as devastating and deadly wildfires take place in both northern and southern parts of the state (the Camp Fire and Woolsey Fire, respectively). Find out ways you can donate to the countless people affected, and see heartwarming photos of Guy Fieri's visit ahead.

40+ Appetizers to Nosh on While the Thanksgiving Turkey Roasts
It's easy to overlook appetizers on Thanksgiving Day - there are a lot of other dishes to manage, after all - but we'd argue this is a big mistake. Not only does that turkey almost always take longer to cook than anticipated, but the last thing that's needed on a (sometimes) tense holiday is a hangry family. Instead, bookmark (or pin) a couple of these appetizers that are perfect for the big day. Many can be made ahead, others are great last-minute options, and a few are more involved showstoppers, perfect for making when you're not in charge of the main spread.
What to Do With Your Turkey, From Now Until Thanksgiving
The time has come to start finalizing your Thanksgiving meal, and if you're most concerned about timing the defrosting and roasting of your bird, here's a quick calendar for reference. Consider using this calculator from Butterball and the following tips from Butterball's turkey experts to also help plan your timing.
Thursday (one week before Thanksgiving)
- Pick up your frozen turkey from the grocery store or schedule it for delivery on this day.
- It will take one day per four pounds of turkey to defrost.
- Once it's thawed, the turkey can be refrigerated for an additional four days before it needs to be cooked.
- When you are ready to thaw, keep the turkey in its plastic wrap and place it on a rimmed sheet tray or roasting pan to avoid any juices from leaking into your fridge. Put it in the coldest part of your fridge to defrost or better yet, store it in a spare fridge that isn't opened often (if you have one in your garage).
Wednesday
- Want to prep the bird the day before? Go ahead! Just pat the turkey dry with paper towels, season to your liking, and cover with foil before returning to the fridge.
- Remember to prep the bird and get it back into the fridge as soon as possible. Also, do not put the turkey on the roasting pan you plan to use. You don't want that pan to be ice-cold when it goes into the oven.
Thursday (Thanksgiving)
- Have a plan before the big day. Decide on a time you want to serve Thanksgiving dinner, and know how long your turkey recipe will take you.
- Remember: No matter your cooking method, make sure the bird reaches an internal temperature of 135°F in less than four hours of cooking. That's a food safety concern, as you don't want the turkey to hover in the "danger zone" of 40°F to 140°F for longer than that! For example, roasting a 16-pound bird at 325°F will take you between three and three and a half hours.
- Tack on an additional hour to your "cook time" for checking the internal temperature (which lowers the oven temperature and slows down the cooking process), letting the bird rest, and carving the turkey.
- Let's say the total cooking/prepping amount is four and a half hours and you want to serve at 3 p.m., then you'll need to get the bird in the oven at 10:30 a.m.
- Now, between the time the turkey is out of the oven and the time you have to carve, eat, and put the wrapped leftovers in the fridge is 2 hours. Plan on carving the entire bird in one go as a food safety concern (remember: even cooked meat has a "danger zone!").
Sunday
- Refrigerated turkey leftovers will keep for three days. After that, the turkey protein begins to break down.
- Either toss any remaining leftovers by Sunday or freeze them for up to two months.

Forget the Pie and Make These Brie and Fig Bites Instead!
I don't know where I was or what I was looking for, but I stumbled upon a Joy the Baker recipe that sent my heart in a flutter of wild palpitations. It involved puff pastry, brie, and preserves, and I knew I had to create my own version.
Instead of puff pastry, I opted to use pie crust. I envisioned creating little Pop-Tarts pastries, filled with brie and fig preserves. Rather than cut the rectangular shapes by hand, I used a round cookie cutter, because it makes for an easier, faster prep than measuring and hand-cutting the dough squares.
Pie dough thaws fast, so you really need to cut it quickly and throw the pieces back into the fridge to firm up before stuffing and closing them.
The round shape, fork crimping, and "X" on the top give the impression that these are miniature pies! Upon biting into the flaky, layered crust, the salty brie and sweet fig preserves ooze out. It was everything my fluttering heart had hoped for, and these bites disappeared quicker than they were made. Now it's your turn to make these adorable brie bites.

Anyone Who Has Terribly Behaved Pets Absolutely Needs This Christmas Tree Cage
How to protect the Christmas tree from catsNot this year....
Posted by Life is Good on Monday, November 12, 2018
As a person who already has the Christmas music station on at work, I revel in the time I get to spend decorating my apartment for the holiday. I recently pulled all my Christmas decorations out of the closet - two full weeks late! - and started sprucing up my space with holiday cheer. After cursing my fiancé for making me wait so long to put them up, I scampered off to bed to count sugarplums.
It was 2 a.m. when I realized I really f*cked up. I immediately woke up to the sound of glass hitting the floor, ran to the living room, and saw my two 11-month-old cats - Mrs. Dumbledore and Gandalf - scaling the tree with all my not-very-expensive ornaments at the foot of the tree. Yup, those two birds knocked every single bulb off the lower branches of my fake Christmas tree.
But you know what could've prevented the hours of cat "hockey" I heard at 2 a.m.? This ridiculously easy hack for your Christmas tree. All you do is take a dog cage, flip it on its side, and voilà! You've got yourself a tree cage that protects your holiday spirit from the most notorious offenders. Read: cats, dogs, and little kids alike. Oh, how I wish I figured this out before putting my own tree up!
Parents, Please Don't Give Your Kids a Puppy on Christmas Morning
Nothing compares to watching the excitement on your kids' faces when they open their gifts on Christmas morning. They eagerly rip open the boxes and their eyes instantly light up when they see that Santa has brought them the thing they've wanted more than anything. And for some on Christmas morning, that means a puppy. Those lovable creatures, with their floppy ears and giant feet, are a guaranteed hit. I mean, who wouldn't want a puppy? They're a great addition to any family. But just because everyone loves them doesn't mean they should be given as gifts. Keep reading for why you shouldn't give a puppy as a gift on Christmas morning, and how to safely bring one home if you do get one during the holiday season.
1. Christmas Is Too Overwhelming
Christmas is a notoriously hectic day. From opening gifts to cooking to having family over or going to someone else's house, Christmas just isn't the time to introduce a tiny puppy into your home and family. Kids, especially little kids, can also get emotional, scream, or grab at the puppy, which could scare them. This is especially true if your new pet isn't house trained yet. Getting a new animal on Christmas will add a whole new level of stress for you and for the puppy.
Dog expert Cesar Millan points out: "You've just thrown [them] into a completely alien environment with no direction, and these early associations are going to stick. The place is unfamiliar, it smells different, and there doesn't seem to be any way out." Unless you're going to stop the whole Christmas gift-giving process and devote your whole day to the dog, chances are you're going to really stress out your new pup.
2. Pets Are Family Members
Living, breathing creatures like puppies and kittens aren't toys - they're new members of the family that will require love and attention for the next 9 to 15 years. Puppies should require a great amount of thought and preparation. They need a fleet of supplies, from crates and beds to food and toys, and they need the time and space to acclimate to their new things and home.
3. Children Might Want to Have a Say
When I've adopted animals in the past, the shelter workers always ask if every member of the family is present and OK with the adoption of a pet. One shelter wouldn't even let me adopt my pup until I brought my roommate in to confirm that she was on board. Largely, this process should hold true for kids. If you're expecting children to love and take care of a puppy for the next decade at least, they should have some say in which puppy they get, otherwise this is just a gift for you, and that's not the way gifts work.
4. Instead, Plan a Family Trip
That being said, you can still "give a puppy" for Christmas. Instead of putting a puppy in a box or stocking, give your kid the puppy toys, the crate, or a leash. Explain to them what this gift means, and that they'll be able to help pick out and rescue their new pet. They'll feel more invested in the process because they get to help. As part of your gift, pick a day as a family to go look at puppies, and after Christmas has died down, come up with a plan. This way, your family is happy and prepared, and a puppy has the best shot at adjusting to their new home and family with ease.

I Can Only Sleep on a Superflat Pillow, and This Adjustable One From Amazon Is Life-Changing
Staying in a hotel is a nightmare for me. Almost every room features the fluffiest and thickest pillows, which is great for some people, but I always wake up with a neck ache the next day. Because I only like superflat pillows, the process of finding the perfect one usually consists of waiting two years for it to wear down and become my ideal thickness. This all changed when I discovered the Sleepgram Adjustable Hypoallergenic Pillow ($50) on Amazon.
The hypoallergenic pillow zips open and features two different-size inserts that you can remove or add, depending on what works best for you. The various inserts give you the opportunity to choose between three options: soft, medium, or firm support. So, you can choose what's best for you, depending on whether you sleep on your back, side, or stomach.
I have to admit I was hesitant to try this pillow because I'm so picky, but I was totally blown away.
I have to admit I was hesitant to try this pillow because I'm so picky, but I was totally blown away. Since I normally wear down my already flat pillows, they always end up feeling old and lifeless; this pillow gave me a fluffy, soft, and supportive feeling I had never really experienced before. Not only did it give me the best night's sleep I've had in a while, but I could also give the thicker insert (which just feels like an actual pillow) to my boyfriend, and he loves it. Win-win.
Have a king-size bed? No problem; it also comes in this larger option ($78). Plus, you can even clean it in the washing machine, making it a long-lasting pick. It's time to stop sleeping on that pillow you hate and treat yourself to this one. It's available on Prime and will be delivered within just two days.
Looking to Get Fit After 40 and Live Longer? You Just Need to Start With These Small Steps
Getting fit seems overwhelming at any age, but especially after you hit age 40. As your metabolism starts to slow down and your schedule becomes overwhelmed with work, kids, and social obligations, making time for and sticking to a fitness regimen may seem impossible.
Luckily, Strauss Zelnick, founder of Zelnick Media Capital, chairman and CEO of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and author of the book Becoming Ageless: The Four Secrets to Looking and Feeling Younger Than Ever, shared his tips with us on how to start getting in shape at any age. Since he has been dubbed "America's fittest CEO" by Men's Health and Best Life, Strauss knows what he's talking about. Spoiler alert: it doesn't require a complete lifestyle overhaul.
"The best way to make change that is lasting and meaningful is to start slowly and gently," Strauss told POPSUGAR. "If you can ask very little of your body initially, then your mind is more likely to follow." He recommended to first assess some of your unhealthier habits: if you're still drinking soda or fruit juices, cut those out. If you still smoke, quit. If you live a mostly sedentary lifestyle, grab a buddy and try walking for 30 minutes once a week.
"When you realize that's actually fun and not hard, make it twice a week," he said. "And then when you realize that's fun and not hard, start doing very simple calisthenics for 10 minutes once a week. And then maybe make that twice a week; now you're moving four days a week." After you do that for a month or six weeks, Strauss suggested doing more bodyweight exercises at home or even joining a gym.
Another simple step to ensure better health in middle age? Go to your doctor and get a physical. Just assessing a baseline of your overall health is a great place to start to figure out what you need to do next, and listen to your doctor for his her or recommendations. Strauss is also a believer in finding a spiritual connection, but that doesn't have to be a religion necessarily.
"Everyone should have some program of self-care," he said, "One that seems to work is some time for quiet, internal reflection with no or as little outside stimulation as possible once a day. And for some people, that's an hour of meditation, or two hours of yoga, or spin class, or prayer, or a quiet walk. It all depends on what makes you feel meditative and connected."
In addition to getting your body moving and assessing your physical and spiritual health, Strauss said nutrition plays an important role. His book is full of healthy, simple recipes you can whip up in no time that are much more nutritious (and not much more expensive) than hitting up a fast food drive through. In general, he recommended cutting down on refined carbs, alcohol, and added sugar, since these are all empty calories that can spike your blood sugar. Although you may not be able to give them up entirely, the less often you eat them, the better off you'll be.
"We all age, but you can you live your best life at any age," he told POPSUGAR. "The four pillars are: your health, your fitness, your diet, and some spiritual connection."

Feeling Feverish? Here's What Works Best to Treat It, According to Doctors
If you have a fever, there's a handful of viable options that can help you find relief fast - but is one fever-reducer better than the other? According to doctors we spoke with, it depends.
"Both Tylenol and NSAIDs like Motrin and Advil can be used to reduce fevers, and the medical literature does not strongly support one over the other in terms of efficacy," said Erica Patel, MD, at the University of Southern California. "There is also conflicting data about whether or not alternating between the two medications is more effective than using either one alone."
When it comes down to it, it really depends on the person. "Generally I recommend one depending on the patient's symptoms overall and general health," said Dr. Patel. Here are some suggestions:
- NSAIDs: Does your fever come with a nice side of inflammation? Reach for ibuprofen. "If a febrile child has a lot of inflammation in his or her throat, making it difficult to swallow from the pain, I usually recommend NSAIDs because they're an anti-inflammatory medication," said Dr. Patel.
- Acetaminophen: Do you have kidney or heart issues? Skip the NSAIDs for now, and consult your doctor. "For people with a history of heart or kidney disease, I recommend Tylenol if they have a fever because NSAIDs can actually cause more damage to their affected organs."
- Natural remedies: Looking for a more holistic approach? "Tanacetum parthenium (known as feverfew) is a medicinal plant that I've recommended for the treatment of fevers and generalized aches," said Habib Sadeghi, DO, author of The Clarity Cleanse. That said, you should see your doctor to figure out why you have a fever, and to learn whether a natural remedy is safe for you. "I always recommend a clinical evaluation to determine the root cause of the problem," he said.
The 1 Thing I Never Board an Airplane Without (Hint: It'll Minimize the Germs)
I'm the type of person who will gladly spend hours planning a trip, looking for hotels and Airbnb options that will provide the most authentic experience, and creating an itinerary full of adventure. As much as I enjoy traveling, one thing I don't like is the actual flight. I don't have a fear of flying, I can sleep through the takeoff and landing, but I cannot handle the germs.
Germs are inevitable, but I try my hardest to reduce the potential of getting sick. No matter how far I'm traveling or how great the airline is, I always travel with a pack of disinfecting wipes.
This habit started years ago when I would travel for track meets. My coaches would advise us to wipe down our seats, arm rests, and tray table before getting cozy in order to eliminate the germs. Initially, I thought this routine was silly, but years later it's something I still do. And before you go calling me paranoid, you should know that The Wall Street Journal reported that the Federal Aviation Administration doesn't regulate or inspect aircraft cleanliness.
If that made you cringe, do yourself a favor and before you board your next flight, purchase a pack of disinfecting wipes. And if you're feeling extra nice, share one with the people sitting next to you.
I Drank Celery Juice For a Week, and Here's What Happened
If you're a health-conscious individual who's been on Instagram lately, you've probably seen or heard of someone drinking celery juice. It's everywhere: influencers and holistic health gurus alike are all toting their green juices like it's 2011, and I was curious as to why. For a little bit of context, the celery juice trend was popularized by a man named Anthony William, also known as the Medical Medium. He is not a doctor, but an author of four books including Medical Medium: Secrets Behind Chronic and Mystery Illness and How to Finally Heal, and a holistic health practitioner who simply raves about how celery juice is a magical cure-all. Intrigued? I was too.
If you're going to drink celery juice, it needs to be first thing in the morning, and it needs to be juiced. I haven't been a big fan of juicing since it takes all the fiber and much of the nutrients out of the produce you're consuming, but celery is different. According to Anthony, in removing the fiber and putting celery through a juicer, you're getting access to something called cluster salts, which help flush toxins from the liver, hence why it needs to be consumed on an empty stomach. The benefits of celery juice are reportedly astounding, and include lowering blood pressure and reducing inflammation. With the way everyone raves about it, I was ready to be a brand new person by week's end. And the short version is: I do feel different. These are the three key takeaways I've learned in my week on celery juice.
Firstly, I have SO. MUCH. ENERGY! I have Hashimoto's, an autoimmune thyroid disease, and one of the side effects is that I get tired easily. I spend a lot of time exhausted, but I have to say, I've never had more energy than this past week. Those classic walls I hit three to four times a day are only coming around once, and I am so much more productive, it's crazy. I'm a skeptic, but it's literally the only thing I've changed in my routine, and I feel amazing. I also get bloated easily, and feel like I go to bed and wake up as two different people. Well, since I've been drinking celery juice, my bloating has subsided significantly. Yay! And lastly, I'm not breaking out. My skin is GLOWING. And during dry, chilly months, that's a win.
Here's the deal: I tried this trend ready to call BS. How could juice really be this magical? But after a week, I'm convinced. My increased energy, decreased pimples, and flatter stomach are all I need to say, "I'm hopping on the bandwagon!" Want to know what I'm asking for this holiday season? A juicer.

Staying on track with your goals may be challenging at times, but follow these 10 easy tips for staying motivated to put your health first throughout the entire year.
There Are New Exercise Guidelines For Americans, and They Are Totally Achievable
You know exercise is good for you, and it has so many health benefits beyond weight loss: it can help prevent disease, relieve anxiety, give you more energy, and help you sleep. But how much should you be doing a week? The new exercise recommendations, published on Nov. 12 in JAMA titled "The Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans," were created by the Department of Health and Human Services and outline how much exercise the average American adult should do for overall health.
The 2018 Physical Activity Guidelines Advisory Committee came to these guidelines after conducting a "systematic review of the science supporting physical activity and health," according to the article in JAMA. The new guidelines, which are the first to be updated since 2008, say adults should do at least 150-300 minutes a week of moderate-intensity exercise, or 75-150 minutes a week of vigorous-intensity aerobic activity. They also recommend doing strength training activities (such as weightlifting or resistance training) two or more days a week.
"Recommendations emphasize that moving more and sitting less will benefit nearly everyone," the report said. "Individuals performing the least physical activity benefit most by even modest increases in moderate-to-vigorous physical activity."
If up to 300 minutes (five hours) of exercise a week sounds like a lot, the advisory committee defines moderate-intensity activity as brisk walking, playing volleyball, or raking the yard; basically, anything that gets you moving and gets your heart rate up from its resting pace. The minutes you spend walking quickly to your car, taking the stairs, and doing yard work all count.
Vigorous-intensity activity depends on the level of effort you put in, but is generally more intense exercises such as Spin classes, running, swimming, or doing a HIIT class, and you only need to do 75-150 minutes of this type of activity a week for overall health. But even light-intensity physical activity, such as walking slowly (2 mph or less) or light chores, add up and can provide health benefits, "especially if a person replaces sedentary behavior with light-intensity activity," the report states - just not as much as moderate or vigorous physical activity.
If you hate going to the gym or are dreading that HIIT class every morning, you could dial back your exercise and focus more on activities you actually enjoy: hiking with a friend, biking around the neighborhood, or swimming laps at the local pool. It all adds up and improves your overall health as opposed to just sitting on your couch.
