"Grandma Gone Wild" Photo Shoot Features Woman Posing For Boudoir Photos in Bathtub Full of Yarn

When Lisa Bishop, a Georgia-based grandmother of five, wanted to give her husband a portrait of herself for Christmas, she turned to her daughter Samantha - a professional photographer - for help.

"The idea started as a joke," Samantha said. "My mom is actually very modest, so when I said she should do a boudoir shoot so that she can see what I do for a living, she joked, 'Only in a bathtub full of yarn.'"

Little did Lisa know that her daughter would make good on her requirement in the most hilarious way imaginable. When it came time for the shoot, Lisa – who loves to crochet – kept her word and climbed in the tub, filled to the brim with multicolored balls of yarn. Not only that, but she played along, posing seductively with a crochet needle and reading a knitting guide book.

Samantha called the hilarious series "Grandma Gone Wild" and turned it into a photo album for Lisa to give her husband, Mike, who was quite amused with the end result.

"Peep his adorable schoolboy reaction at the end," she told her followers on Facebook of the photos, which culminated with a handful of shots of her dad paging through the album. "Literally made this whole thing a thousand times better."

What's more: Mike isn't the only one is a fan of this silly-yet-sexy keepsake. Samantha's post went viral – it was shared more than 62,000 times! – and among the 15,000 comments were many from people wanting their own version. So, by popular demand, Samantha released a "Grandma's Gone Wild" calendar on Etsy for $25, and it comes with some extra, never-before-seen images of Lisa, this time in the bedroom.

But don't worry, the bed's filled with yarn, too.

Netflix's Sex Education Is Perfect For Any Fan of Big Mouth or Freaks and Geeks

Even though we'd never want to relive the painfully awkward everything that was adolescence, there's no denying we love a good coming-of-age story. There's something about knowing how that time is universally uncomfortable for us all that soothes our traumatized souls. So, of course, Netflix's newest series is perfect for lovers of shows like Big Mouth or the cult classic Freaks and Geeks.

The eight-episode series Sex Education follows English teenagers who decide to establish a clinic that provides answers to their peers' endless questions about sex. Asa Butterfield (Ender's Game) stars as Otis Milburn, a socially awkward teen who happens to be the only child of two sex therapists, Jean and Remi. X-Files star Gillian Anderson portrays Jean, Otis's larger-than-life mother who has absolutely no filter. (We already adore her.) Despite being woefully inexperienced, because of his sexually open upbringing Otis is much more of an expert in intimacy than his fellow students. He decides to team up with the school's "bad girl," Maeve (Emma Mackey), to set up an "underground sex therapy clinic" and help with his classmates' weird and wonderful problems.

Netflix describes the dramedy as a "modern portrayal of sexual and romantic experiences, friendships, and contemporary young-adult life" and a "British love letter to the classic American high school story." Considering how much success Netflix has had with the like-minded series Big Mouth (which was recently renewed for season three), we can only imagine how well received Sex Education will be when it debuts on Netflix Jan. 11. In the meantime, check out the trailer above, and then scroll through some photos from the series below.

MTV's True Life Is Back, and the Season Premiere Will Tackle a Common Celebrity Obsession

True Life is back for more modern tales. MTV is rebranding the respected docuseries, which first aired in 1998, as True Life/Now. The first episode will focus on the lengths three people will go to in order to look and live like the Kardashians - oftentimes to the detriment of their personal lives - as well as society's collective fascination with the famous family.

Though True Life really hits its stride in the early 2000s, the series has continued to release episodes in recent years, although with less consistency. Based on a recently released trailer for the forthcoming season, additional episodes will tackle social media, butt enhancement procedures, and other plastic surgery trends. The season kicks off with "Obsessed with Being a Kardashian" on Jan. 2 - watch the trailer above.

Kim and Kanye Are Expecting Baby Number 4, and You Don't Have to Wait to Find Out the Sex!

Kim and Kanye are going to need to pull another (high) chair up to their table. It's been confirmed that the couple are expanding their family in 2019 and that baby number four - their second child via gestational carrier - is due in early May. And it's a boy!

When it came to the surrogacy process the first time, Kim and Kanye didn't opt to choose their child's sex; rather, Kim told Elle that she advised her doctor to "'pick the healthiest one,' and that was a girl." After welcoming baby Chicago in January 2018, sources close to the couple revealed that Kim and Kanye had one embryo left, and that it was a male.

That means that the newest West baby is going to keep the family's current girl-boy birth order intact, and we can only imagine he'll have a name as unique as his three older siblings'.

We can't wait to "meet" him in May!

Kim Kardashian's Tweet About Bird Box Inspired a Hilarious Response From Chrissy Teigen

According to Netflix, Bird Box is its most successful original film in the history of . . . well, ever. With 45,037,125 accounts reportedly watching the sci-fi horror flick within the first seven days of its release, you can bet that basically everyone you know has seen it. But you know who didn't watch Bird Box along with the rest of the world? One Kimberly Kardashian West.

On Tuesday night - 11 days after its initial release on Dec. 21 - she tweeted that she had just started watching the film and asked her millions of followers "Who has seen it?" To be fair, she's reportedly been busy getting ready to welcome her fourth child with husband Kanye West and likely doesn't have time to watch Sandra Bullock fend off invisible death monsters. That, however, didn't stop Chrissy Teigen from roasting her friend on social media, who replied, "kimberly like everyone in the entire world."

Naturally it didn't take long until everyone started sharing their own incredulous reactions to Kim's question, which are almost as funny as all those Bird Box memes that have been floating around the internet. (Almost.) Check out Kim and Chrissy's hilarious interaction ahead!

This Genius Hack Keeps False Lashes Looking as Curly as the First Day You Got Them

There's nothing quite like a fresh set of false eyelashes for a dramatic effect, but there's a trick to getting them to look just right. We know how to make them look expensive using just a spoolie, and now thanks to eyelash expert Loreta Jasilionyte, we also know the best (and cheapest) way to ensure your falsies stay as curly as possible. "Before you even put the lashes on, moisten them [using water], then place on a plain sheet of paper," said Jasilionyte. "Roll your wrapped lashes around a pencil and secure them with a rubber band. Leave for an hour or so until they fully dry out." Your lashes should look good as new, and so curly they're basically reaching for the ceiling - just how we like them.

Emily Ratajkowski Ended 2018 in a Sexy String Bikini - Would You Expect Anything Less?

Emily Ratajkowski ended 2018 much like how she spent a good part of the year - in a bikini. The model and actress recently shared a picture of herself vacationing on New Year's Eve in a strappy red bikini from her own swimwear brand, Inamorata. Both the bikini top and bottom feature a ruched look, a style which Emily often wears.

In other pictures from that day, Emily was joined by Instagram personality Josh Ostrovsky, commonly known as The Fat Jew. Since she's known for her supersexy swimsuit shots, it seems Emily tried to give Josh some tips as he posed in his denim-printed briefs. In his caption, he wrote, "AM I DOING THIS RIGHT?" Kim and Kanye Are Expecting Another Baby in 2019 - and We Already Know Which Month!

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are adding another little one to the family! The couple is expecting their fourth child via gestational carrier in early May, according to Us Weekly.

Kim and Kanye are already parents to 5-year-old North, 3-year-old Saint, and Chicago, who turns 1 on Jan. 15. Their fourth, which sources have confirmed is a boy, will be their second to be delivered via gestational carrier. After Kim experienced traumatic births with both North and Saint, the couple decided surrogacy was the best option for them moving forward.

"Although I have used the term surrogate in the past, a gestational carrier is actually the technical term for a woman who carries a baby that she has no biological relationship to. A traditional surrogate donates her egg, is artificially inseminated with the father's sperm, and then carries the baby to term. Since we implanted my fertilized egg in our gestational carrier, our baby is biologically mine and Kanye's," Kim wrote on her website in 2018.

Congrats, Kardashian-West family - we can't wait to meet this little babe in May!

Kobe and Vanessa Bryant Are Expecting Their Fourth Daughter! See the Announcement

Kobe Bryant may have retired from professional basketball in 2016 as a five-time NBA champion, but his stats off the court just keep on growing. On New Year's Day, he and wife Vanessa Bryant announced that they're expecting their fourth child, a baby girl, later this year. The couple announced their addition in a glittery Instagram photo.

"Kobe and I are so happy to add another baby blessing to our family! Bianka will have a new baby sibling to play with and Natalia and Gianna are super excited to welcome another little baby sister to love," Vanessa cap 🎉❤️🎉tioned her post.

Since retiring from the league (and scoring an impressive 60 points in his final game as a Los Angeles Laker), Kobe has been busy with business ventures, family vacations, and coaching his daughter Gianna's basketball team. He even told James Corden in 2017 he runs Phil Jackson's famous triangle offense with the girls! Ahead, find Kobe and Vanessa's baby announcement and more photos of the growing family.

Hilary Duff Asked For Help With Her Daughter's Colic, and Yep, the Internet Delivered

Although the sweet coos and wiggly little toes are an unforgettable part of becoming a mom, the first few months of motherhood can be challenging and utterly exhausting. Hilary Duff, mom to a 2-month-old daughter Banks Violet, knows the struggle. Recently, she shared that Banks has been having issues with colic - loud, intense crying three hours or more a day, three or more days a week - on Instagram. Like most curious parents, she turned to the internet for guidance.

"Calling all parents of colic[ky] babies . . . this ends right?," she asked. "Can you ever set them down without them screaming OR waking up? We have read everything the internet has to offer . . . nothing besides nursing basically every hour or less helps! We have done all the obvious things. Please leave magic tricks in comments. Oh and happy new year lol."

Right off the bat, the Younger star got tons of advice. A few parents suggested she use gripe water, while others directed her to see a pediatric chiropractor. But it wasn't until she shared another photo of herself eating Brussels sprouts while breastfeeding an hour later that the advice truly poured in.

According to a few parents in the comments section, eating Brussels sprouts while breastfeeding can potentially make an infant supergassy and lead to colic. "Sweetheart that right there could be the reason for colic," wrote one woman. "Brussels sprouts are a very gassy food as well as cabbage and could be causing sweet baby a tummy ache." Another person chimed in, citing firsthand experience. "Brussel sprouts aren't good when you're breastfeeding – they give gas to the baby," she wrote. "I've learned that the hard way."

Fingers crossed Banks gets through her colicky stage ASAP!

Joanna Gaines Shares Her Inspiring New Year’s Resolution, but Not Without Throwing Some Shade at Chip

Joanna Gaines's first full year as a mom of five is going to be a good one, if her New Year's resolution is any indication. The mom, who welcomed her fifth child, Crew, back in June, is realizing that with this many kids constantly growing and changing around her, living in the moment is the only way to capture the essence of each moment.

"It's always been my nature to reflect on the past and linger there a while. I find myself thinking about what I will miss and how life is just moving too fast," Joanna wrote on Instagram (basically taking thoughts out of my brain, might I add). "Crew is already 6 months old and saying 'mama' (I had to throw that in there, sorry Chip). Drake will be driving in two years and off to college in four. And just like that I have found myself mourning the past but now in future tense. You see what I just did there? This whole time thing can feel like a thief if you let it."

Jo continued, noting that her challenge to herself this year is going to be to live more presently and to enjoy what's going on, when it's going on. "Not thinking about how the good ol' days have passed us by or how the best is yet to come. But that right now, this very second, this is the gift. These are the days. These are the moments. And I'm gonna breathe them all in. If there's pain and sorrow, or happiness and hope, let it in and then let it out," she wrote. "I want to enjoy the now because it's the only thing we can actually embrace. I want to hold it carefully. Hold it thoughtfully. I want to rid myself of the little distractions because I have found that these are the thieves that steal our moments and rob our days. But time, time is our most precious gift."

Ain't that the truth, mama.

The 1 Mindfulness Trick That Helps Me Control My Anxiety in Just a Few Minutes

I have been living with anxiety ever since I very suddenly lost a baby late in pregnancy a few years ago. I am doing better now than when it first happened, but I still suffer from bouts of extreme anxiety, and I don't always know what is going to trigger them.

The best way I can describe what an anxiety attack feels like for me is abruptly experiencing the sensation that my feet are no longer planted firmly on the ground and instead I'm floating away and my body has gone numb. It can be hard to breath. I often feel as if I can't focus on what is happening around me. If another person is talking to me, their words become background noise. I become disoriented, overpowered by this one idea: "This is not my life."

Living with anxiety has been extremely challenging, and I definitely don't have it all figured out. It's also not always possible to pull myself out of my fog right away, but I have developed a trick that helps me regain control of my feelings in most situations. It's all about checking in with each of my senses and doing my best to feel present.

I focus on feeling my feet on the ground. Sometimes I'll even stomp to convince myself I am supported by the sidewalk, the floor, the grass, or whatever surface I happen to be standing on.

The first thing I do is try to stop that feeling that I'm floating and instead focus on feeling my feet firm on the ground. Sometimes I'll even stomp to convince myself I am supported by the sidewalk, the floor, the grass, or whatever surface I happen to be standing on. Paying attention to all of my senses helps. I'll force myself to hear, see, smell, and feel whatever is around me. I make a conscious effort to feel the breeze on my skin. I smell flowers. I hear traffic going by or my dog barking. I notice the heat of the sun on my neck, the birds chirping, that there's music playing in a store. Perhaps my hand is in contact with someone else's, like my daughter's and I squeeze her hand. Maybe I can lean up against a wall or touch a tree trunk. If nothing else, I'll tighten my abdominal muscles to regain the sensation of being in my own body.

Next, I key into my breath. I listen to it go in and then out - in and out, slowly, in and out; one breath at a time. The goal of keying into my body and breath is to draw myself back into the present moment instead of letting my thoughts spin out of control. Usually, after this exercise, I am able to calm down at least enough to think more clearly and make a decision about what to do next.

I practice this mindfulness technique many times each day. If I had an upsetting thought on the way to school drop-off or one of my children asked me a tough question about our loss or if I saw something that triggered a difficult memory. Calling on my little trick is practically involuntary at this point, and I'm glad I have a technique that eases the anxiety and prevents it from freezing me on the spot. I hope trying it out can help you or someone you know who suffers from anxiety.

You'll LOL at This Video of Carrie Underwood's Family Helping Her With This Annoying Third-Trimester Task

There comes a time in every pregnancy when one seemingly simple task becomes all but impossible. Carrie Underwood, now in her third trimester, has shared an Instagram video of what it's like to reach that inevitable time - when you physically can't bend over enough to tie your own damn shoelaces - herself.

"I can no longer tie my own shoes," she professed in a caption alongside a video of her husband, Mike Fisher, tying one silver sparkly sneaker while her 3-year-old son Isaiah attempted to tie the other. "So glad I have such sweet helpers!"

What's also adorable about the video is how the singer and Mike navigate the typical parenting dilemma of letting their son try something versus just getting it done right.

After Isaiah was clearly diverting from a standard tie and exclaimed he was going to tie it a "cool way," Carrie sweetly said: "You're doing a good job, buddy. Let Daddy fix it a little bit . . . if you do it too cool, I can't get it off later. Daddy will fix it."

His response? "Nooooo, I can do it," before Carrie stopped recording. Here's hoping her shoes stayed tied, because if they don't, there's nothing she can do about it!

Frank Castle Is Back! Netflix Releases a Brief Teaser For Season 2 of The Punisher

In case you were worried that Marvel's The Punisher would follow the same cancellation fate as Luke Cage or Daredevil, Netflix is here to assuage your fears - at least for now. While we still don't have a premiere date for the series's second season, we do have a teaser!

The streaming service dropped the brief snippet on Tuesday, New Year's Day, giving fans a small taste of what's to come. The clip doesn't show Frank Castle's face (generally covered in bruises or a lush beard), but we do get to watch as he burns up the official presidential pardon he received, thanks to his agreement with Homeland Security from last season. Apparently he's done hiding because, as the tease says, it's time to go "back to work."

Punisher's first season follows Frank (Jon Bernthal) on his gruesome crusade for vengeance, as well as the tragic backstory that prompts it. This time around, Frank's out of the city and out of personal vendettas to declare war for. Somehow, despite being on a "vacation from violence," he finds his way back into trouble with the addition of a new teenage sidekick, Amy (Giorgia Whigham). Season two is going to premiere sometime in January, but until we have a set premiere date, the teaser is enough to assure fans that more is coming. Considering Netflix has already canceled three of its other Marvel series - including Iron Fist - the fate of Punisher and Jessica Jones, which was renewed for a third season back in April 2018, is up in the air. For now though, Frank has some work to do.

Rob Delaney Has "Mixed Feelings" About Welcoming a New Baby 7 Months After His Son Died

Rob Delaney and his wife, Leah, have had an emotional year. Just seven months after losing their 2-and-a-half-year son, Henry, to brain cancer, the pair welcomed their fourth son into the world this past August. In a new interview with The Sunday Times Magazine, the Catastrophe star said that the birth was bittersweet.

"We likely would've had a fourth anyway," he said of their decision to expand their family while Henry was still fighting cancer. "But I mean, there's mixed feelings. It's sort of like [Henry and the new baby] touch each other a little bit, but they almost exist in separate lanes."

Although Rob is eager to make new memories with his youngest child, it doesn't erase the pain of Henry's death.

"Having another child in no way, shape, or form eases the grief of Henry dying. But also having Henry dying doesn't make our new son any less magical," he said. "I want to gobble him up and he deserves our full attention and love, and he grew in the same womb as Henry."

On Dec. 26, the father of four gave an update on how his first Christmas went without Henry via Twitter. "Our first Christmas without Henry came and went," he wrote. "The day itself was okay, maybe because there were so many horrible, painful days leading up to it; we must have hit our quota or something."

He added in a follow-up tweet that: "I speak publicly about Henry in an effort to destigmatize grief," he explained. "My family is sad and in pain because our beautiful 2-year-old boy died after a long illness. Why wouldn't we be sad? Why wouldn't we be angry and confused?"

But this time, the masked killer is someone totally different and is not only trying to murder Tree but also all her friends (Israel Broussard, Ruby Modine, and Phi Vu are all returning).

So, will Tree finally be able to solve the mystery of why she got caught in the time loop to begin with? And if Lori (Modine) isn't the killer in the sequel, who is? Watch both trailers that have been released so far to see if you can pick out any clues before Happy Death Day 2U hits theaters on Valentine's Day.

Giving Birth Sure Isn't Easy - but For Kim Kardashian, It Was "Disgusting" and "Traumatic"

There's no denying that giving birth, as beautiful and miraculous as it may be, is a f*cking pain - literally. Kim Kardashian knows this fact well, as the 38-year-old mom endured some pretty horrific issues when giving birth to her first two children, North and Saint. After the reality star welcomed her third child, Chicago, via a gestational carrier in January 2018, she opened up about the gory details of her "traumatic" childbirth struggles, and her honest revelations will give you a whole new level of respect for her resilience as a mother.

While pregnant with North, Kim endured preeclampsia, a condition that only affects five to eight percent of pregnant moms which is characterized by high blood pressure and protein in the urine, which causes slower blood flow to the placenta. Complications of this risky condition include restricted placental growth and premature birth, although Kim also dealt with painful face and body swelling from her preeclampsia.

When it came time to bring North into the world, things got painful after her baby was delivered. Kim's obstetrician found that she had placenta accreta, which means her placenta was attached too deeply into her uterine wall. "After giving birth, your placenta is supposed to come out, but mine was stuck," Kim recalled to Elle magazine during an interview for the publication's April issue. "That's what women usually die from in childbirth - you hemorrhage and bleed to death and they can't stop it. To get it out - it's so disgusting - the doctor had to stick his whole arm in me and scrape it off. It was the most painful." Um, ouch!

Kim's mother, Kris Jenner, was in the delivery room to witness North's birth, and seeing her daughter struggle with the complications still haunts her. "To this day, if you mention it to her, she'll cry. It was traumatic."

"To this day, if you mention [my childbirth] to [my mother], she'll cry. It was traumatic."

Though the star expressed anxiety over developing placenta accreta and preeclampsia during her high-risk pregnancy with Saint, she welcomed her second child in December 2015. When she and husband Kanye West chose to expand the family by having a third child, her doctors informed her that it wouldn't be safe to carry another baby herself, so she enlisted the help of a gestational carrier.

Not to be confused with a surrogate, who donates her egg and is artificially inseminated with the father's sperm before carrying the baby to term, a gestational carrier is implanted with a fertilized egg. "It's completely my and Kanye's DNA," Kim explained to Elle magazine. Kim and Kanye selected an embryo together, which she admitted was a "tricky" process. "What sex do you put in? I just said, 'Which one is the healthiest? Pick the healthiest one,' and that was a girl," she recalled.

Kim explained how she requested that the gestational carrier stick to a relatively organic diet, but she wasn't too strict with enforcing it. "I straight-up told her, 'Look, I ate doughnuts every single day. If you want doughnuts and ice cream, go for it. Do whatever you feel. I'm not going to be picky like that. That's just ridiculous.'" I mean, when those midnight glazed doughnut cravings strike, sometimes you just gotta give in - Kim knows the deal.

While Kim admitted that she "wished" she could've carried and given birth to Chicago on her own, she had a very positive experience using a gestational carrier and suggests the process for other moms at risk of developing similar conditions. "The control is hard at the beginning," she told Elle. "Once you let that go, it's the best experience. I would recommend surrogacy for anybody."

Mystery Solved - We Now Know What Justin Bieber's Face Tattoo Actually Says

Although Justin Bieber isn't scared of a little (or a lot) of ink, but we didn't see his most recent face tattoo he got with Hailey Bieber coming. Bieber got this particular (and strategically placed) ink back in July, but it was unclear what the tattoo actually said, until now.

The 24-year-old was seen on celebrity tattoo artist Jon Boy's Instagram, showing off the prominent ink properly for the first time. The photo revealed that the tiny word tattoo is just above Bieber's right eyebrow, and it reads "grace." Posted on Tuesday, the caption reads, "Thank you to my clients who have become some of my best friends. I love you all! Gods grace is sufficient in our weakness and it is by Gods love we here for 2019!" So it might not be a new tat, but now we can sleep easy knowing exactly what it says.

Us: The Plot of Jordan Peele's Mysterious Thriller Is Vague but Incredibly Foreboding

It's been well over a year since Jordan Peele made his directorial debut with the critically acclaimed horror flick Get Out, and fans of the Oscar-winning director are hungry for more of his work. Peele has been committed to giving them exactly that - the filmmaker has multiple projects in progress, including a reboot of The Twilight Zone, producing a new HBO series, and a role in Toy Story 4.

The one project we've been on our toes waiting for is Peele's first feature since Get Out, "a new nightmare" simply titled Us. Peele announced the project in May 2018 by dropping the movie poster and release date on Twitter, with the star-studded cast confirmations - Lupita Nyong'o, Elisabeth Moss - following soon after. While details surrounding the plot of the film have been scarce since Peele's announcement, /Film revealed a synopsis sent out with recent test screening invites that gives more information beyond our knowledge that the story focuses on two couples, one white and one black.

The story reportedly follows a couple (Nyong'o and Winston Duke) who take their kids to their beach house to unwind with friends (which include Moss and possibly her onscreen husband, Tim Heidecker). Their night "turns to chaos when some shocking visitors arrive uninvited." Though the synopsis is still pretty vague, it also manages to be hella ominous.

In an interview with Insider, Peele said that much like how Get Out examines race and racism, Us will center around "these innately human monsters that are woven into the fabric of how we think and how we interact." While he says the movie will follow the same tone as Get Out, it will be a completely different film and not focus on addressing race. Which leaves us wondering which monsters will Us be focusing on specifically, and how dark will it get?

However the story takes shape, we have no doubt we'll be poring over ever detail - just like we did with Get Out - when Us hits theaters on March 15, 2019.

We All Know Captain Marvel Is Awesome, but Do You Know How She Got So Super?

Warning: Spoilers for Captain Marvel comics ahead!

We are finally getting into the thick of Captain Marvel mania and there is so much to cover. Marvel fans have been more than ready for the hero to make her appearance since the Avengers: Infinity War postcredits scene hinted that she would be playing a pivotal role in the next Avengers film.

One of the biggest theories on how the Avengers will defeat Thanos - and right the universe after his destructive snap - is that Captain Marvel will combine her cosmic powers with Scott Lang's knowledge of the Quantum Realm to save the world. While it's amazing to think that there's a superhero who can help accomplish what all the Avengers we know and love couldn't, it begs the question: what are Carol Danvers's powers and how did she get them?

In the comics, Carol starts off as a NASA security officer who was formerly an Air Force pilot and intelligence agent. She starts investigating various attempts by the Kree and Skrulls (two different alien races battling for control over the Earth) to disrupt America's space program. During her investigations, she becomes entangled in a battle between the original Captain Marvel, aka Mar-Vell (played by Jude Law in the film), and his rival. The battle causes a Kree device known as the Psyche-Magnitron to explode, with Carol caught in said explosion. According to her Marvel bio, Carol subconsciously envied Mar-Vell's powers and the Psyche-Magnitron answered those desires by rewriting her DNA to make her similar to him. Infused with Kree physiology that makes her a human-Kree hybrid, Carol gained numerous abilities that allow her to level-up in badass.

Carol's new powers include flight, enhanced strength, durability, and the ability to shoot concussive energy bursts (which we see a bit of in the movie trailer). We're not 100 percent positive on what the movie will incorporate from Carol's comic book adventures, but there's a good chance she'll gain her powers in a similar way. From what we've seen in the photos from the film, she does meet Mar-Vell at some point, and already possesses her abilities when we meet her. Since we know that Captain Marvel won't be exploring Carol's origin in a traditional way, we can only assume that the way she gains her powers will be told through flashbacks or at least alluded to, like in Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Either way, we're incredibly excited to see her story unfold when Captain Marvel premieres on March 8, 2019.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Are Expecting Their Fourth Child

Surprise! Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting their fourth child via surrogate. The soon-to-be family of six are expecting the baby early March, confirms Us Weekly. It was revealed back in August that the couple still had one embryo left, now confirmed to be a male.

The couple welcomed 11-month-old Chicago via a gestational carrier after Kim experiencing a "disgusting" and "traumatic" birth with her first two children.

The West's are already busy looking after North, Saint, and Chicago and with another baby on the way, we're sure they'll have a busy Summer ahead of them. Congratulations to the couple!

This Is How I Bullet Journal My Fitness and Nutrition Goals Every Day to Stay on Track

You have probably heard of a hundred different ways to track your fitness goals and progress electronically - OK, maybe not a hundred, but you know there are a lot of fitness apps, tracking bracelets, and even rings (like Prince Harry's Oura) that record your steps, weight, and sleep. I've tried a bunch of different tools myself, but sometimes you're just a pen-and-paper person, and a good bullet journal is what you need to stay consistent.

Bullet journaling has been a great asset to my fitness and nutrition goals. Not only does it allow me to be creative and offers a fun activity at the beginning and end of every day, it also gives me a wide visual representation of how I'm doing overall, in life, on my way to my target. It doesn't just include number metrics like weight or how many workouts I did in a week. It includes whatever else I want to focus on in my journey to better health, whether that's more self-awareness, more time meditating, or calories or water consumption.

A bullet journal can be overwhelming to start and requires some preparation, but I promise that after you draw out a plan (quite literally), you'll be happy you did it. This is how to get started.
