This Support Band Was the Only Way I Could Work Out While Pregnant

After spending what felt like an eternity in my own version of the fetal position, riddled with an almost suffocating sense of fatigue and round-the-clock nausea, I could not wait to return to fitness in my second trimester. My prepregnancy workout routine had always been intense - five to six days a week of everything from competitive volleyball to boxing - and while I had zero expectations of returning to that level of commitment, I just longed to sweat again, to feel a few beads collect on my forehead . . . maybe even with a slight endorphine rush to boot.

But things didn't go as planned. I wasn't able to even think about working out until the nausea phased out, and that didn't happen until month five or so. But returning to running was miserable. Even the slowest jog - I'm talking trot - was painful. The joy of running was quickly eclipsed by a hybrid of thoughts centered around wondering if I needed to pee and realizing I definitely needed to pee, plus pelvic pressure that would not taper.

I'd seen pictures of the Bao Bei Maternity Support Band ($64) on Instagram and decided that, after speaking with my OB, this would be the thing I'd try next. It's advertised as a sports bra for your belly, and the concept made perfect sense. As soon as it came in the mail, I slipped it on and headed to the gym for a test run. The band made an enormous difference. I didn't feel any discomfort from it; rather, I felt that with every heel strike, my belly pounded less and the pressure on my pelvis greatly diminished. I still had to pee, but there was no solving that. The pain relief it provided me with in my third trimester, as well as the emotional benefit of being able to sweat again, was well worth another purchase. If you're in a similar boat and frustrated with not being able to work out, I highly recommend giving it a try.

Christian Bale Has the Most Adorable Nicknames For His Kids (Spoiler: They’ll Make You Hungry)

Celebrities have been known to give their kids unique names (ahem, Blanket, cough, Apple), but when Christian Bale, who won best performance by an actor in a musical or comedy film for the movie Vice, thanked his two children, "Banana" and "Burrito," during his Golden Globes acceptance speech on Jan. 6, I just about spit out my banana burrito my eyes nearly popped out from opening so wide. Of course, the first thing I did was google the actor's children, and I was relieved to find that they actually have very different names (that don't even start with B!).

Christian shares a 13-year-old daughter named Emmeline and a 4-year-old son named Joseph with his wife, Sibi Blazic. It's unclear as to which child is Banana and which is Burrito, but imagining Christian calling Burrito in from outside for dinner or asking Banana what they want for breakfast (banana slices, probs) is equal parts hilarious and insanely adorable.

Ahead, hear Christian thank Banana and Burrito in his acceptance speech (during which a surprising number of viewers realized the actor is, in fact, British) and see people's hilarious reactions to the nicknames.

OMG, You Are Going to Wish You Saw This Mom's Hack Before Taking Down Your Christmas Tree

I love putting up my Christmas tree at the start of the holiday season, but the idea of taking it down? Ugh. I put it off and put it off, and by the time I finally start the process, it seems never-ending. Prying each ornament off the branches requires a delicate touch, wrapping them all up takes forever, and I inevitably tangle all the garland into a giant knot as I try to unravel it from around the tree.

It makes me question why I go through the effort to put it up every year.

Well, another parent felt the same way and figured out a solution to the annual tree-detrimming torture.

Renae Krivitz, a mom of two from Minnesota, shared her "new time-saving Christmas tree invention" on Facebook, and warning: if you already took your tree down this year, you're about to become very, very jealous.

The method? Simply wrap it up with some professional-grade plastic wrap and store it!

A few caveats to note: this only works with artificial trees, and it's only possible if you've got a home with a storage room big enough to plop a full-size tree into for 11 months out of the year. You also might feel a little guilty when it comes time to put up the tree next year, and you discover that instead of thoughtfully hanging up meaningful ornaments with your family, you are simply hoisting it up some stairs and cutting away the clear wrapping.

But to that, I say: remember when your kids got bored after getting a sum total of three ornaments out of the box? Yeah, wrap that sucker up.

Incoming! Disney Junior Is Airing a New Show This Month, and It’s Going to Be DINO-Mite!

Disney Junior is already stacking its 2019 lineup with a new show airing on Jan. 18, and it's going to be DINO-mite! Gigantosaurus, a CGI animated dinosaur adventure series for preschoolers, is about four young dinosaurs - Rocky, Bill, Tiny, and Mazu - who "explore a prehistoric world of adventure where the most exciting mystery of all is Gigantosaurus, the biggest and fiercest dinosaur anyone has ever seen!"

The hilarious show, which will definitely channel your child's inner dino (and give '90s kids some serious The Land Before Time vibes), features an adorable and catchy theme song, co-created by the LA-based children's band, The BeatBuds.

"As kids, the Cretaceous world always captivated our imaginations. As adults, and as songwriters in the children's genre, we had coincidentally previously explored various musical ideas to express our lifelong interest in this colorful and awe-inspiring time period," Matty of The BeatBuds told POPSUGAR. "When we were presented with the opportunity to write a theme song for a new Disney dinosaur series, we looked at each other, smiled, and started stomping our feet to our own dino beat! After that, the song flowed out like volcanic lava!" Jonny, the other half of the musical duo, added that he was inspired to "create a song that really thumps for the kids!"

Check out a clip from the new show above, get a sneak peek at the theme song written by The BeatBuds ahead, and tune into the first episode of Gigantosaurus on Jan. 18 at 9 a.m. local time!

These Congresswomen Brought Their Kids to Work on Their First Days, and Hell Yes, Working Mamas

The 116th Congress, which was sworn in on Jan. 3, includes 125 women - 18 more than the 115th Congress! Within that group, there are a hell of a lot of working moms holding seats, which meant that there were a number of young kids present in Washington DC on the day of the swearing-in ceremony.

From Rashida Tlaib, one of the first Muslim women to be elected to Congress (along with Ilhan Omar), to Ayanna Pressley, the first black woman to be elected to Congress in Massachusetts, these are some of the women of the 116th Congress who were joined by their biggest fans - their kids - to make history on Capitol Hill.

Father of 5 James Van Der Beek Said Baby Wipes Are a Scam, and His Alternative Is Too Easy

James Van Der Beek, one of the stars in Pose and a father of five kiddos, got candid when it comes to sharing some of the baby products new parents can live without. While speaking with preshow cohosts Missi Pyle and AJ Gibson on the Golden Globes red carpet on Jan. 6, Missi reminded James of something he'd once advised: "You told me, 'Don't bother with baby wipes.'" The 41-year-old dad replied: "Yeah, it's a scam. You don't need medicated baby wipes. Just water." Frankly, we appreciate the pro tip from the seasoned dad. After all, there's nothing wrong with sticking to the basics, right?

Deleting People Off of Social Media Made Me a Happier Person, and I'm Not Sorry About It

It started with an Instagram of a blogger. She wasn't doing anything particularly irritating or awful, but I just felt unhappy when I looked at the photo. I couldn't even tell you what exactly the picture was or what the caption said, but I just remember the feeling that came over me: annoyance, unhappiness, and discontent.

It happened again just a few weeks later with a photo of a girl from college that I remember as not being very nice. I decided then and there that I'd had enough. "I don't need to follow these people on social media. Why am I flooding my life with people that make me unhappy?" I unfollowed her. The world didn't end. She probably wouldn't even care. No one called me out for cutting off a needless form of communication with someone I didn't actually even like. I went back to the blogger's page and unfollowed her, too.

So began my mission to rid my social media platforms of people who didn't make me happy. That boy I'd dated for a few months? Gone. Girls who were just outright nasty to my friends and I in college? See ya! Fitness models who made me feel less than adequate in my own skin? Over it.

Social media doesn't have to be the toxic place everyone says it is, but you have to be willing to make the first move to make it that way.

Working as a social media strategist, it's hard to do a digital detox or just give up all social media platforms, but it also didn't need to make me unhappy whenever I was on it throughout the day. Plus, I actually really like social media when it's a healthy space for me. So instead of the extreme choice of giving it all up, I decided I'd fill my feed with the people and things that made me the happiest and didn't send my mood into a tailspin. I followed the people I'm actually still friends with, my family, my fitness instructors who inspire me, bloggers who post stunning photos, and meme accounts that make me laugh out loud.

Being selective about the people you surround yourself with is important for your health and self-care, and that extends far beyond who is in your friend group. For so long I let a fear of being accepted and liked control who I should follow and interact with. That pit in my stomach when I thought of unfollowing someone I didn't care for as a person was what kept me from purging my feed - all because I thought it would be awkward if they knew I unfollowed them or if they (gasp!) unfollowed me back. When I realized how much better I felt when I didn't see that blogger post a video that made me roll my eyes or a picture of my ex that brought me to tears, I knew I had made the right decision.

Now, my feed fills me with joy when I see my friends post about their vacations, my family with their partners, bloggers whose outfits I draw inspiration from, and fitness accounts that motivate me instead of beat me down. Social media doesn't have to be the toxic place everyone says it is, but you have to be willing to make the first move to make it that way.

Coolest Newlyweds EVER Skied Down the Slopes Right After Saying "I Do"

Most newlyweds share a first dance after exchanging vows, but Bec and Dan replaced the tradition with their first ski as husband and wife. The bride knew she wanted to ski in her wedding gown, so when Dan popped the question, they immediately began looking for the perfect ski resort to host their alpine wedding. They decided on Mayrhofen in Austria, which allowed them to have a mountaintop ceremony and ski down the slope straight from their venue. These two definitely take the coolest couple award.

Did You Know? You Can Score 2019's Hottest Gadgets For Less Than $50!

We love technology because it makes our lives so much easier, and one of the most exciting parts of a new year is seeing all the fun, innovative gadgets to hit the market. The only thing better than new tech toys are ones that won't break the bank, and in 2019, there are plenty of cool finds for less than $50. You read that right. Just keep reading to shop our picks!

Attention All Parents! You Need to Know About the Awesome "Every Kid in a Park" Program

Traveling with kids is not easy. It always feels like more of a trip than a vacation, and one challenge my family usually runs into is finding a place that will make everyone happy while not breaking the bank. That's why it was a pleasant surprise when my son came home from school one day and told me about the "Every Kid in a Park" program.

"Every Kid in a Park" is a nationwide program that gives any fourth grader and their entire family free entry into any of the 59 beautiful national parks in the US for an entire year! In addition to being an excellent way to get kids outside and exploring nature, the program also makes a national parks vacation more affordable. According to the program's website, "'Every Kid in a Park' was created so fourth graders and their families could discover our wildlife, resources, and history for free."

My son received his park pass at school, but any fourth grader could also follow the instructions to receive their own pass online. When we traveled to Yellowstone National Park last Summer, my son was thrilled to be able to use his own special pass to get us into the park (your fourth grader has to be with you when you enter the park, because the rangers will check). And if you don't have a fourth grader but would still like to visit a national park for free, you could plan a trip on one of the free entrance days they offer every year. In 2019, free days are:

  • Jan. 21
  • April 20
  • Aug. 25
  • Sept. 28
  • Nov. 11

Franklin D. Roosevelt famously said, "There is nothing so American as our national parks. The fundamental idea behind the parks is that the country belongs to the people, that it is in process of making for the enrichment of the lives of all of us." Programs like "Every Kid in a Park" help make that possible for families, so spread the word!

Kristin Ess's Newest Hair Mask Smells and Feels Expensive (but We Promise You It’s Not)

Kristin Ess is a magic-maker - just take a look at this dreamy hairstyle she created on one of her celeb BFFs, Lauren Conrad. In 2017, she did us a solid by giving us the tools and tonics to get A-list hair at an affordable price, but we think her most recent additions to her line are probably her best ones yet.

Ess released a scalp care collection, a set of five products that are meant to restore the health in that area. A combination of this Winter's harsh cold air and my scalp's typical dryness made me reach for the new Kristin Ess Weightless Hydration Daily Scalp and Hair Mask ($14).

Everything from its forest green packaging to its scent is elegant. It's so luxurious, I feel like the richest person in the world when I massage the thick, creamy mask onto my scalp. You might wonder how you can work something so emollient past your hair to reach the skin underneath, but Ess thought of everything: she packaged the mask with a nozzle tip that allows you to part your hair and easily apply it straight to your scalp. It took a few minutes and a little muscle to work the cream from my scalp to the ends of my hair. Once I did, I let it sit there for 10 minutes before rinsing it out and then air-drying my hair.

It seemed to have done the trick in quelling the itchiness of my scalp, but what I didn't expect was how well it moisturized my hair texture, defining every kink and curl. By the time my hair dried, I was left with undone, beachy waves that smelled like a French parfumerie - and made me feel like the extra b*tch that I am.

The Bachelor's Makeup Artist Reveals Colton Underwood's $575 Skincare Routine

Before the world delves into which contestants are there for the "right" reasons, or whether it's harder to compete on reality TV than in the NFL, let's first address the elephant in the room with this season's The Bachelor: Colton Underwood is extremely disciplined . . . with his skincare routine. (Wait, that's where you were going too, right?)

This is in part due to good genes, but there's also a beauty godmother working her magic behind the scenes - and luckily for us, the show's longtime makeup artist Gina Modica isn't waiting until the Women Tell All to divulge her secrets.

"I only saw Colton a few times a week for the rose ceremonies, so he was on his own when it came to day-to-day grooming."

"Before every new season, I always go over with the Bachelor or Bachelorette which looks they're comfortable with, and we talk about how we're going to maintain them," she told POPSUGAR. "I'm with our Bachelorettes every day, so it's easy to keep the look, but the Bachelors are on their own during dates. I only saw Colton a few times a week for the rose ceremonies, so he was on his own when it came to day-to-day grooming."

That means keeping up with his facial scruff and skin regimen was key ("The better they are at maintenance, the easier it makes my job as far as makeup is concerned," Modica said), which she claims Underwood handled with aplomb. Maybe the ex-football player noticed the antioxidant-packed serum reduced his stress-related redness, or maybe he just felt fancy slathering on $575-worth of products at the Bachelor Mansion.

Either way, it sounds like he's on the right path to following Chris Harrison's footsteps, who - spoiler alert - "will not age this season . . . again."

9 Celebs Who Walked the Golden Globes Red Carpet in Drugstore Products

You might think that celebrities walking the red carpet at award shows are only adorned in the most expensive products to achieve their glam looks, but there's a surprising number of stars whose beauty teams prefer drugstore staples. Golden Globes attendees used everything from Dove dry shampoos to CoverGirl eye shadow palettes to get ready for the night's festivities, looking just as great as the celebs wearing luxury brands.

Check out the photos ahead to see what products the night's guests were wearing to elevate their beauty game.

CoverGirl's New $7 Eyeliner Outlasted a Full Workout, and Here Are the Pics to Prove It

I love exercising. I love eyeliner. Somehow, CoverGirl found a way to intersect the two, making it possible for me to go through an entire workout without smudging or smearing my winged liner.

When I'd first heard that the brand was coming out with a "sweat-proof" makeup line, I thought, "Like hell it is." It's not that I don't have faith in CoverGirl (and its awesome formulas), it's just that I've found very few liquid eyeliners can live up to such a loaded claim. I got my hands on the new CoverGirl Get in Line Active Eyeliner ($7), and decided to apply it right before a workout.

The liner's formula was thin, but not at all watery, and stark black, while the applicator's point had a lot of precision. Both aspects allowed me to make the tips of my wings ultra sharp - just the way I like them - and uniform in color. Once I painted on my signature cat eye, I ran out my door and jogged to my morning fitness class.

My workout that day included the following: rowing, box jumps, weighted kettlebell swings, and pistols (if you don't know what these are, take my word for it, they aren't easy). I was sweating up a storm, and because my gym doesn't have mirrors (just a tiny one in the bathroom), I was convinced I either looked like a raccoon or my oily lids had eaten up the liner. I pulled out my phone and turned on my front cam to peek at my eyeliner.

My wings were still pointy and hadn't budged. Through 55 minutes of me sweating my face off, my makeup stayed put. Amazing. Ahead, check out more images of the liner at work.

Rowan Blanchard Chopped Off Her Hair and Debuted a Pixie Cut For an Empowering Reason

If you were already considering a pixie cut, Rowan Blanchard's new hair will inspire you to take the plunge. The A Wrinkle in Time actress debuted a brand-new look at the Golden Globes on Sunday night after chopping nine inches off her lob, and it couldn't look better.

Not only does Blanchard look incredibly chic, but the 17-year-old also revealed that the style had a deeper impact on her. She told hairstylist Laurie Heaps, who gave Blanchard the cut ahead of the Globes, that it "actualized her identity." Heaps shared the cut on Instagram and wrote, "That's when I knew I had done something really special. These are the moments I live for in my work." There's something about getting the perfect haircut that makes you feel your best from the inside out. See more photos of Blanchard's new look ahead, and then find out why it'll be one of the most popular hair trends of 2019.

Emma Stone's Hair at the Golden Globes Had the Prettiest Detail You Probably Missed

Emma Stone always looks elegant on the red carpet, and this year's Golden Globes were no exception. While viewers admired the star's soft waves by hairstylist Mara Roszak and peachy makeup, there's one piece of her look you may have overlooked. Check out her look from the show ahead, because you don't want to miss this exquisite detail again.

Just When You Thought You’d Heard It All, Bird Box Makeup Swoops in to Confuse Us More

Netflix's Bird Box meme game is strong - it has almost been a month, and we're still seeing them sprinkled through the Explore page of Instagram. Kris Jenner Can't Stop Copying Her Daughters' Hair, and Her New Cut Is No Different

Kris Jenner is the ultimate momager with quite the extensive list of offspring. What does a "cool mom" do with all these stylish relatives? Copy their beauty looks, obviously. The mom of six and grandmother of nine shared a photo on Instagram of her latest hair look, styled by Andrew Fitzsimons.

Fitzsimons, who's also the hairstylist for Jenner's daughters, placed her hair up in a bun with layered curtain bangs, brushed to each side of her head. The style looks awfully familiar and is similar to many of her daughters' looks over the years. We rounded up a few photos for you to check out ahead - consider it proof this family knows what works for them.

9 Beauty Treatments Worth Trying in 2019

From magnetic eyelashes to "penis facials," there's no end to the imaginations of the people who come up with every viral beauty trend. The actress recently debuted on her account stark blond hair, cut into an asymmetrical bob and parted to the side. The stylist who gave her the new 'do, Chris McMillan, captioned a photo of Blair, "Change is good." We couldn't agree more.

When Blair traded in her pitch black hair for her dirty blond in 2013, we were here for it. But her most recent chop makes us all want to head straight for the salon. See the look on Blair ahead.

Confused About Carol Burnett's Ear Tug During the Golden Globes? Here's the Story

Image Source: Getty / Steve Granitz/WireImage

If there's anyone worthy of receiving the Golden Globe Awards' first lifetime achievement award, it's Carol Burnett. During the 76th annual award show, the iconic comic and actress became the first recipient of the Carol Burnett Award, which will recognize a performer for his or her career in the world of television. After Burnett paid tribute to her childhood heroes and her years spent on The Carol Burnett Show, she ended her speech with one of those blink-and-you'll-miss-it moments: a quick ear tug. If you're not familiar with Burnett's trademark move, here's the story behind it.

Back in 1955, when Burnett shared the news with her grandmother that she was cast on The Paul Winchell Show, her grandmother, Mabel, asked if Burnett could give her a shout out on TV. The actress knew she wouldn't be able to get away with actually saying hello to Mabel, so instead she decided to tug on her earlobe as a secret salutation. Burnett continued the tradition on The Carol Burnett Show even after her grandmother passed away, and the move has become the stuff of legend.

During last year's Golden Globe Awards ceremony, Jennifer Aniston even asked if she could do the honor of pulling Burnett's ear herself while the two women presented the best actress TV awards for both comedy/musical and drama. "If you must," the actress replied with her usual dry humor. Here's hoping we get many more years of Carol Burnett's incredible wit and trademark ear tugs.

Sandra Oh's Speech About Representation at the Golden Globes Will Have You Clapping So Hard

Sandra Oh made history at the Golden Globes! On Sunday, the Killing Eve star cohosted the star-studded ceremony with Andy Samberg, making her the first-ever Asian American actor to ever do so. In her opening monologue, Oh revealed the reason she "said yes to the fear of being on stage," and it'll move you to tears. "I wanted to be here to look out into this audience and witness this moment of change," Oh told the crowd. "Next year could be different. It probably will be. Right now, this moment is real."

Related: She Did It! Sandra Oh Makes History With Her Golden Globe Win For Best Actress in a TV Drama

This year, the Golden Globes also made history by shattering its record of diverse nominations. Four out of ten nominees in the two best picture categories have non-white directors; Spike Lee's BlacKkKlansman, Ryan Coogler's Black Panther, and Barry Jenkins's If Beale Street Could Talk all received nods for best drama motion picture, while John M. Chu's Crazy Rich Asians was nominated for best musical or comedy motion picture. So, where do we sign the petition to have Oh and Samberg host the Globes next year?

Taylor Swift Made a Surprise Appearance at the Golden Globes, and I'm Audibly Gasping

We were all casually watching the Golden Globes, distracted by Idris Elba's handsome self as he came out to present original song, and then we noticed . . . Taylor Swift? Plot twist! The Reputation singer was not on the red carpet, but she accompanied Idris to the stage to present the award. Idris and Taylor will costar in the Cats movie adaptation, which will premiere in December of this year.

Fans on Twitter immediately lost their cool at this iconic duo and Taylor's surprise appearance. On top of it all, Taylor looked incredible in a black off-the-shoulder dress with a thigh-high slit. Will she be singing "Dress" tonight to her boyfriend Joe Alwyn, who's at the Globes with the rest of the cast of The Favourite? Probably. To top it all off, "Shallow" from A Star Is Born won the award, so that means Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, and Idris Elba were on stage at the same time. It was all too much.

Justin Hartley Pulls a Total Jack Pearson as He Fixes His Wife's Dress at the Golden Globes

Justin Hartley makes us swoon every Tuesday night with his role as Kevin on This Is Us, but his role as husband might be our favorite. During the Golden Globes on Sunday night, the actor made our hearts flutter as he walked the red carpet with his wife Chrishell Stause. While posing for the cameras, Justin stopped what he was doing to help Chrishell properly bustle the flowing train on her dress. Total Jack Pearson move!

Why Making the Bed Every Single Morning Can Transform Your Whole Day

As the mother of a toddler, I'm constantly impressed at how quickly the day can become overwhelming. Even before having a child, there were days where I felt like if I wasn't careful, the whole world would spin out of control. Between juggling work, exercise, and keeping a house somewhat clean, the day can feel like a series of falling dominoes. While some people like to prep for their day with yoga or by listening to some uplifting music, the one thing that is transformative to my day is making the bed.

Much like making the perfect pot of tea or pouring a cup of coffee, there is a ritualistic aspect to making the bed. It signals to my exhausted body that sleep is over, even if I wish I could crawl back into bed. As I bring the blanket to the headboard and stretch it across the mattress, I am committing myself to a productive day, one removed from slumber and ready for new experiences.

Even though I'm sure this is partly eye-roll inducing, since it's probably something your mother tells you to do, sometimes mama is definitely right. While it's easy to scoff at a task so simple, making the bed can seriously change your whole mood. After a bad day where nothing went right and I'm exhausted, at the very least I managed to do that easy task of making my room look and feel more put together.

At least I managed to accomplish this task, and sometimes that's enough to make the day feel more successful.

There is nothing worse than coming home to an unkempt house. It just feels icky, and I'm not even a clean freak. However, the simple act of making my bed helps me be more productive. I've noticed that the mornings when I make the bed I am more likely to actually hang my towel up instead of draping it over the door knob or leaving it on the floor. My dishes magically find their way to the dishwasher instead of the sink. In short, my whole apartment benefits just by focusing on one manageable task.

The best part about this simple act is that you get to choose how much effort you put into it. Some days, OK most days, I'm still feeling lazy and I'll just pull the blankets and sheets up, smoothing out the top. Other days when I'm feeling super fancy, I'll tuck the blanket and sheets back for a more polished look. Pillows, throw blankets, and decorative folds are all personal elements that help create a put-together bed. Regardless of your style, making the bed takes only a couple minutes and can transform your whole day.

Life can be pretty challenging at times. But I know that if I've done nothing else in my day, at least I managed to accomplish this task, and sometimes that's enough to make the day feel more successful.

New Year, Same Coat! Kate Middleton Picked an Old Favorite For Her First Appearance of 2019

Kate Middleton sure knows the value of a perfectly tailored coat. The beloved royal is known for donning a mid-length coat dress as the weather cools, keeping things chic and modest during her many outdoor events. Case in point: Kate's festive red Catherine Walker coat that she wore on Christmas Day. On Sunday, she chose yet another chic pick by the same designer for her first public appearance of 2019 - and it's an old favorite.

Kate stepped out for church with husband Prince William in Sandringham on Jan. 6 wearing a cerulean Catherine Walker coat over a black and white polka dot dress. Fans last saw the Duchess of Cambridge wearing this bright outerwear in February 2018, during her royal tour of Sweden and Norway, while she was still pregnant with Prince Louis. This time around, she ditched the fuzzy hat and traded it in for a headband to match her bold blue look, and paired the ensemble with a Jimmy Choo clutch and Kiki McDonough earrings.

E! News Flubbed Jameela Jamil's Name and Savagely Burned Tahani at the Same Time

Either there's a superdedicated fan of The Good Place handling the chyrons for E! News, or they all just earned some serious bad points.

During an interview between Ryan Seacrest and Penélope Cruz - who is nominated for best supporting actress - at this year's Golden Globes, the camera panned over to actress Jameela Jamil on the red carpet. Jamil, who plays Tahani Al-Jamil on The Good Place, was channeling her superposh, self-absorbed character in a Monique Lhuillier ballgown when a chyron referred to her as Kamilah Al-Jamil - which happens to be the name of Tahani's sister on the show. For those who don't watch the show, Tahani and Kamilah are deeply resentful of each other, forever locked in a competition for their parents' affection that eventually caused Tahani's death. It's a grave understatement to say that Tahani would NOT take being mistaken for her sister well at all.

Intentional or not (though we're hoping it is because it's not even the name of her character), Twitter caught the flub immediately. The Good Place's Twitter gave the perfect response, simply tweeting out, "TAHANI FOUND DEAD." Well technically, dead again. Check out more hilarious reactions to E! News' flub ahead!

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban Arrived at the Golden Globes Looking Mighty, Mighty Fine

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have shown yet again why they're one of Hollywood's hottest couples! On Sunday night, the two came in sizzling on the Golden Globes red carpet. While Nicole modeled a sparkly, fitted purple gown, Keith looked dapper in a tuxedo. During an interview with Variety at the event, Nicole talked about Hollywood's Time's Up movement, saying, "I think there is change happening."

Keith was also at the award show to support Nicole, who is nominated in the best actress category for her role in Destroyer. In the film, Nicole plays a detective for the Los Angeles Police Department who embarks on a journey to confront her dreadful past to find peace.

Thankfully, Keith and Nicole's romance is much less tragic than the events in Destroyer. In fact, according to Keith, it was love at first sight when he met Nicole. And now, 12 years after getting married, the two still have the look of love. Whether they're showing some hot PDA on the beach or applauding each other at award shows year-round, Keith and Nicole seem to have a rock-solid relationship.

Feel free to gawk at their Golden Globes red carpet chemistry in the pictures ahead!

Michael B. Jordan Reacted WAY Too Casually When the Globes Hosts Publicly Flirted With Him

What would you do if you were hosting the Golden Globes? Take the opportunity to publicly flirt with Michael B. Jordan, of course. That's exactly what Andy Samberg and Sandra Oh did when they took the stage on Sunday night. While mentioning the nominated film, Black Panther, Andy gave a lovely introduction to Killmonger and said, "Michael B. Jordan? More like Michael B. Buff AF." The camera immediately cut to the supersexy actor and Andy praised him again, calling him a "snack." Andy is far from wrong, but the host is neglecting the fact that Michael is a whole freakin' meal. Ahead, find the lovely interaction and see how both Michael B. Jordan and Sandra Oh reacted to the hilarious moment.

Is Cardio Interfering With Your Ability to Lose Fat? Here's What an Expert Has to Say

We know that fitness often gets oversimplified, especially when it comes to losing fat and building lean muscle. With that being said, one thing we know for sure is that clean eating combined with some form of consistent strength training can be beneficial for most. To find out how you can lose fat faster (no, this won't happen in a few days), POPSUGAR spoke with Rondel King, MS, CSCS, an exercise physiologist at NYU Langone's Sports Performance Center.

Rondel explained that there are charts and information at the gym that explain fat-burning zones and where your heart rate needs to be to burn fat. According to Rondel, "There's a lot of variability there because we are all different and will require different heart rates to be in a particular heart-rate zone for you to utilize fat as your fuel source."

He explained that these heart-rate zones are "somewhat directly related to burning adipose tissue as opposed to free fatty acids." Instead of relying on a chart to lower your body fat percentage, Rondel said, "The best thing for you to do is to create an environment that's conducive to weight loss or to utilizing adipose tissue."

This environment doesn't require an elite gym membership or fancy equipment. Rondel said it simply "requires you working out and developing lean muscle mass." Having more lean muscle will increase your resting metabolic rate, which will help you burn more calories at a rested state, Rondel explained.

If you're wondering what types of workouts you should be doing, Rondel said resistance training is a great starting point. "The more muscle you have, the higher your calorie expenditure will be," he said. Rondel also recommends high-intensity interval training to lose body fat because "it produces precursors to things like testosterone and growth hormone and things that will potentially help you increase your lean muscle mass."

HIIT workouts also create an environment that is anabolic, "sparing your muscles, [as] opposed to if you're doing long-distance/steady-state cardio that's more catabolic - breaking down [muscle] tissue." Cardio isn't bad to do, but Rondel explained that it does increase stress hormones like cortisol that are "very catabolic in nature and do not promote tissue growth to an extent." According to Rondel, "Cardio actually breaks down muscle tissue, which can be counterproductive to someone who is trying to lose weight."

At the end of the day, Rondel said, "it all comes down to the individual's goals and where they are in their training" when trying to lose fat. Fat loss is often oversimplified, but it's important to remember "there are a lot of variables that come with it."

If you're new to strength training and not sure where to begin, consider following one of these plans:

What You Need to Know About Chris Harrison, Your Bachelor Boyfriend

Relationships on The Bachelor and The Bachelorette come and go, but Chris Harrison has stood the test of time. He's been the host of the franchise since the very beginning - and we've trusted him with telling us that "it's the final rose tonight" ever since. But how much do we really know about the guy? Not enough!

In case you've been wondering over the years, Chris is currently 46 years old. He has been playing matchmaker for the past 16 years, but he's currently . . . single. If there's one thing Chris is good at, it's keeping his personal life under wraps. He was married to Gwen Jones for 18 years, but they ultimately split in 2012.

It was reported in 2013 that he was dating Kelly Sarac. As of now, we don't really know what Chris is up to in the love department. He had two kids with his ex-wife, and they even accompany him on those exotic Bachelor trips from time to time!

Now, you would think that a man who meets at least two dozen pretty women every season would consider going for one who didn't get the final rose. The rumor mill has tried to tie the host to various contestants over the years, but none have ever been confirmed. When asked by YourTango if he ever would ever go for a franchise alumnus, Chris said, "I'll never say never to anything - you get in trouble when you do that - but definitely while the show is going on, whether it's Bachelor or it's Bachelorette, I never really look at it as an opportunity."

Here's to many more seasons with Chris Harrison! We're sure the next installment will be the most dramatic one yet.

Sure, Kourtney Kardashian's Coat Covers Her Bikini - Until She Turns Around

After Kendall Jenner caused a stir with her bikini moment in the snow, Kourtney Kardashian decided to get in on the fun. The sisters spent time in Aspen with their family, and posing in swimsuits and snow boots was included on the agenda. While Kendall opted for a pink triangle design with tie strings and a glitter effect, Kourt's Meshki two-piece was the silver version of the look. Kourt even completed her ensemble with a matching metallic puffer.

Now, it's not the first time Kourt and Kendall showed off matching swimwear on Instagram, nor is it the first time Kourt tried to re-create an iconic pose (remember when she tried out Victoria Beckham's leg lift?). Even though styling a bikini in Winter weather wasn't her original idea, we do like her particular combination. Scroll to shop the essentials - whether you coordinate your coat with or without the sexy suit is your own prerogative.

Idris Elba Had an "Awks" Run-in With Daniel Craig at the Golden Globes

Rumors have been circling for months suggesting Idris Elba is going to take over as James Bond after Daniel Craig hangs up his tuxedo, and at the Golden Globes, the two came face to face. Idris shared a photo of the momentous meeting on social media, tagging it "awks . . ." One fan joked that Idris seemed "both shaken and stirred" to be in the company of the current 007, but it was obviously all in good spirits, as that's definitely the beginning of a smirk on Daniel's face.

Daniel attended the awards alongside his wife Rachel Weisz, who was nominated for an award for her work in The Favourite, though he seemed to skip the red carpet, letting Rachel pose solo. Idris, meanwhile, was less shy of the cameras: not only did he present an award, he also took great delight in playing escort to his daughter Isan, who was this year's Golden Globes Ambassador. They were joined by his fiancee Sabrina Dhowre, who also shared the photo of Idris and Daniel, joking "Not to add to the fire but....play nice guys". It looks like the family had an amazing night hanging out with a whole host of stars. Keep reading for a closer look at Idris and Daniel's funny moment, and to see a few more of the people Idris rubbed shoulders with during the evening.

Richard Madden Gave His Parents a Shout-Out at the Golden Globes, and It'll Make You Swoon

Getting bruised, bloodied, and battered in Bodyguard has officially paid off for Richard Madden. After the 32-year-old Scottish actor got tongues wagging with his suave red carpet appearance at the Golden Globes, he hit the stage to accept the award for best actor in a TV drama on Sunday night.

"Thank you very much to the HFPA, I didn't see this coming at all," he began, before thanking his parents (who he noted flew all the way from Scotland for the big night), saying, "I wouldn't be here without you." So sweet!

Madden, who previously starred on Game of Thrones, made a splash in Netflix's UK-set thriller, which went from a sleeper hit to a serious awards contender over the past few months. In it, Madden plays a veteran with PTSD who's assigned to protect a controversial politician who has received negative attention for her controversial policies. Fortunately the high-stakes thriller will return for a second season (hopefully) soon!

Improve Your Endurance With This 15-Minute Treadmill Workout For Beginners

The treadmill has a reputation for being extremely boring, but in my opinion, it all depends on the workout.
