The 1 Thing That Floored Me When I Swapped Coffee For Green Tea For 1 Week

Drinking apple cider vinegar every day or doing a detox won't make a huge, permanent difference to the scale - I know there are no quick fixes when it comes to weight loss. So when I decided to drink green tea for a week instead of coffee, it wasn't because of the weight-loss benefits I've heard green tea can offer.

I decided to swap my cup of joe for green tea just to make sure I wasn't addicted to caffeine. A small cup of coffee offers about 65 milligrams, and a cup of green tea offers about 20 mg. Would I be OK with less caffeine? I know so many people who HAVE to have two or more cups of coffee in the morning, or they'll be cranky, exhausted, feel dizzy, or have headaches. I wanted to make sure that I wasn't dependent on my cup.

For a little background, I'm one of those weird people who didn't start drinking coffee until I was 40 years old. Although I know have about a year of coffee-drinking under my belt, I still wouldn't call myself a coffee drinker. There have been mornings when I completely forget to drink it, and when I'm immersed in writing, sometimes it takes me hours to finish a cup.

So skipping out on coffee didn't seem like it'd be a big deal at all. I wasn't missing out on the ritual of sipping on something warm because I still had a mug of hot tea to wrap my hands around. And I wasn't missing out on the taste because instead of my usual black coffee, I chose a green chai tea, so it had a similar robust flavor.

The entire week of passing on coffee, I still felt energized, alert, and peppy. But what shocked me was that for the first three days, I experienced a weird, dull headache that lasted all morning long. The rest of the week, my head felt fine. I was surprised (and disturbed!) that missing out on such a small amount of caffeine caused withdrawal symptoms. It kind of freaked me out!

Another benefit I noticed had to do with my belly. Since I do intermittent fasting, and drink my cup of coffee on an empty stomach, sometimes it can irritate my belly - but my stomach felt great all week on green tea.

While this little experiment won't make me give up coffee forever, experiencing how my body felt off coffee has inspired me to cut down a little bit. So this week, along with my package of coffee beans, I picked up some new and exciting flavors of tea to sip on a few mornings a week.

21 High-Protein Dinners That Won't Break the Bank

Certain lean proteins like chicken, beef, and pork (especially when buying organic or grass-fed) require more funds than others, but you'll be happy to know that each healthy dinner on this list costs about $5 per serving! It's proof that with the right combination of ingredients, high-protein meals don't have to come at an exorbitant cost. Click below to see dishes that use your favorite choice of protein, or click through them all to find inspiration for your next meal.

I Practice Intermittent Fasting, and This Is What 1 Week of My Food Looks Like

When people find out I do intermittent fasting, where I only eat from noon to 7 p.m. and fast the rest of the day, and that I'm vegan, they always want to know what the heck I eat!

Although I don't eat breakfast, I eat lunch, a snack, and dinner. And just like any healthy eating plan, prepping food ahead of time is key. If I don't take a few hours each Sunday to plan out my meals, shop, wash, cut, and cook, then I'm likely to eat bowls of cereal for every single meal. I also find if I'm scrounging around for meals, I tend to overeat, so this helps keep my portions in check.

The entire process of meal prep is actually very calming for me. I love looking for new recipes on Instagram, writing out my detailed list, strolling through the grocery store aisles, and listening to music while I chop and prep. Meal prep is like self-care for me because it's the one time during the week I can devote to me, it ensures I eat healthy all week long, and it sets the tone for other healthy choices throughout the week.

Since I don't eat dairy or meat, planning ahead ensures I get my daily fill of protein, as well as healthy fats and carbs. Come with me into my kitchen, and take a peek at what I prep on Sunday afternoons so I have a week full of nutritious, delicious food for the next five days.

Build Your Booty With These Exercises You Can Do at Home

When I hear the mail being pushed through the slot on my front door, I am up and lunging for it before the envelopes and fliers even hit the floor. Let me clarify what I mean by lunging. My desk is at the back of the house, and I use my daily trip to pick up the mail off the floor as a workout. It takes about 40 walking lunges to reach the pile of mail, and my butt appreciates the attention. That is, my friends, just one way to work your butt at home.

You can take the following exercises and make yourself a kick-ass workout, and yes, I mean that literally. We have rounded up variations on bridges, squats, and lunges - all exercises that work your butt and can be done at home. Some require dumbbells and some don't, but no fancy gym equipment is needed to strengthen and tone your glutes. Make your own quick workout by picking three to six exercises and doing a couple of sets of each move after a quick warmup. Get at it! You have glutes to build.

Whether You Belong to Gryffindor or House Targaryen, You'll Love This Bookish Wedding

If you dream of flying around the Quidditch pitch with Harry and Ron, or imagine traversing through the Seven Kingdoms, this bookish wedding will keep your attention until the very last page. Charlotte and Andrew made sure to highlight each of the fandoms they love during their North Carolina nuptials, and photographer Audrey Priel shared some behind-the-scenes details from their special day.

Audrey was blown away as soon as she met up with Charlotte and her bridesmaids on April 1, at the Marriott City Center in Downtown Raleigh. "Charlotte and her girls were already dressed to the nines and her DRESS was just absolutely breathtaking. A beautiful, flowy silvery gray color, that hugged her curves in just the right spot, had the perfect amount of princess pouff, and with a gorgeously matched shawl, she was inspiring to look at," Audrey said.

"With everyone in good spirits, we laughed and took pictures of details, including her homemade bridesmaid necklaces, her Harry Potter-inspired Head Girl pin, and her Matron of Honor's Game of Thrones-inspired Hand of the Queen pin (and yes, the Best Man had a Hand of the King pin as well). Their beautiful golden flowers were adorned with feathers and matched all of the glittery awesomeness!"

Charlotte and Andrew's ceremony and reception were held at the Bridge Club, complete with high ceilings, stunning windows, and tasty food. Throughout the celebration, guests were treated to pop culture references from The Office, Doctor Who, Star Wars, and The Lord of the Rings, in addition to Game of Thrones and Harry Potter. The festivities finished off with a murder mystery cocktail hour, video games, and of course, a fandom-friendly cake. Keep reading to see all the bookish details ahead!

I'm a Member of the "Mass Shooting Generation," and I'm Determined to Make a Change

At 18, I don't really remember the Sept. 11 attacks. I was less than a year old, after all. I learned about it later in school, but when parents and teachers describe that day, they talk about how it was this horrific wake-up call - a day when innocence was broken and Americans' sense of safety was forever shaken. I might not remember that day, but as a member of the "mass shooting generation," I know that feeling well, so I wasn't surprised when I read an article that called school shootings my generation's 9/11.

Shoes representing the 7,000 children killed by gun violence since the Sandy Hook school shooting are displayed in a silent protest at the US Capital in March 2018.

I have never known life free of gun violence. According to The Washington Post's recent analysis, more than 4.1 million students like me endured at least one lockdown during the 2017-2018 school year. We practice drills that may keep us safe, knowing that a shooting could come at any moment. This fear isn't unfounded. We grew up knowing that movie theaters, schools, and even our homes could become the sites of horrible tragedies.

Gun violence is the second leading cause of death for American children overall. Among black children and teens, it is the leading cause of death. This is a uniquely American crisis. Young adults age 15 to 24 in the US are 23 times more likely to be killed by guns compared to other high-income countries.

It is an unbearable reality. And it's one many of us are determined to end. A recent survey said that 68 percent of young people say school shootings are the most important issue facing the United States. That shouldn't be shocking - we live in constant fear that our school or community may be next.

This reality has essentially forced many of us to get political. When you feel your very life is under threat for simply getting up and going to high school, it's hard to just sit on the sidelines. It's motivating us at school, at home, and, last November, at the ballot box. It's the reason young people doubled our 2014 midterm turnout in 2018.

Before the shooting in Parkland, FL, I'd been concerned about gun violence, but I didn't know how I could make a difference. After Parkland, I jumped into this movement by founding a Students Demand Action For Gun Sense in America chapter in my community. Weeks later, there was a shooting at Santa Fe High School, barely an hour from where I live just outside of Houston. The Santa Fe shooting happened just 24 hours after my school had gone through a lockdown - thankfully a false alarm - but further enforcing just how common all of this is and motivating me to stop this from becoming our new normal.

So many of my classmates got involved with Students Demand Action after the Santa Fe shooting. We've already gone to our statehouse to advocate for stronger gun laws, and we're just getting started.

My generation will have to live with the decisions made by our elected officials for decades to come. That's why we rallied to support candidates committed to gun safety last year. We successfully paved the way for progress, and now it's time to push Congress to pass bipartisan legislation introduced this month to require background checks on all gun sales. The proposal is supported by 85 percent of Americans, including 79 percent of Republicans. It's also long overdue.

The background check system was established over 25 years ago, and the world has changed a lot since then. Loopholes in the system have turned the internet into one big gun show, without requiring any checks to see if a buyer has a criminal history or is otherwise prohibited from owning guns.

The proposed legislation would close the background check loophole. This is a critical step to preventing gun violence in our schools and communities. You can contact your representatives and tell them to support this life-saving legislation by texting CHECKS to 644-33.

Every day at school, I worry about a shooting. We have to act now so that students who come after us don't have to live in this constant state of fear. Every student should get involved - before it's your community that's directly affected.

Annika Gallaway is a high school senior and leader of the Montgomery County Texas chapter of Students Demand Action.

A 101-Year-Old Man Went on a Reality TV Dating Show, and Everything He Says Is Quotable

Not all reality television is drunken disagreements and excessive displays of wealth - though that's fun and all, too. Sometimes, it brings people together. Such was the case on a recent episode of the British dating show First Dates. Now in its 11th season, First Dates - which also inspired a one-season American spinoff - is simple in its premise in that it facilitates a romantic blind date for two singles and films everything. One date that particularly delighted viewers, however, was between 101-year-old Eric and 84-year-old Norma.

See, every single thing Eric says is worthy of its own decorative pillow, embroidery hoop, or at the very least an Instagram caption. For example, when Eric is asked by a producer if he considers himself a catch, he said, "I'm a trap, not a catch!" When he's later told he doesn't seem like your average centenarian, Eric replied, "You haven't seen me getting out of bed in the morning, have you?" Watch highlights from the heartwarming episode above.

Could the Future of Skincare Shopping Eliminate the Need For In-Store Beauty Consultants?

If you're invested in skin care - and if you buy skincare products, you know it's often an investment - there's a few shopping options we've all grown accustomed to: purchasing online after reading or watching reviews, deciding to buy after seeing a post (or more likely, #ad) on Instagram, or taking a chance in a store. The latter has been somewhat of an alleged ghost town for consumers; in 2019, we have everything we need at our fingertips. I say "alleged" because many publications like to cover the trend of "dying retail," but if you go into retailers like Sephora and Ulta Beauty, the aisles are brimming with customers. Even mass retailers like Target have upped its beauty offerings, making them a legitimate contender in the space.

Pop-ups are also a huge part of the purchasing experience - people want to be able to physically engage with a brand. Benefit launched the Roller Liner Diner pop-up in Los Angeles for 10 days in January to promote its new product, Roller Liner; the Chanel Beauty House was a four-day affair around Oscars weekend on Sunset Boulevard to celebrate the brand's new Instagram page, We Love Coco; brands Too Faced and Jouer have also presented in the pop-up space. While these short-lived shops have been sporadic disruptors in retail, plenty of brands - from Glossier to CoverGirl - have opened up their own permanent brick-and-mortar locations. Needless to say, it appears consumers crave a brand experience, which could translate to more singular brand stores in our future.

In standard shopping environments, you may feel a few emotions: overwhelmed by the breadth of offerings; annoyed by salespeople, usually marketed as consultants or cast members, pushing certain types of products on you. You might even feel embarrassed by assessments from these "experts" about your skin. Then there's that moment when you get home: you physically have the product, and you're willing to try it, but will you keep up with it over time? More importantly, will you see results?

"It's a lot of pressure to shop in the skin care aisle. It's both the pressure to buy things that you don't necessarily want to buy sometimes, and also the pressure of being judged by the beauty consultants out there."

These were the concerns SK-II thought of when it came to the retail experience. The Japanese brand, famous for the Facial Treatment Essence, decided to take a risk and try their hand in the retail space, launching the SK-II Future X Smart Store - first launched in Tokyo, then Shanghai and Singapore in 2018. Describing it as a "phygital" experience - physical + digital - the store utilizes technology like facial recognition, computer vision, and Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) in conjunction with SK-II's proprietary skin science and diagnostics innovation. This, along with Instagrammable photo opps, is meant to take the nerves out of shopping for a skincare regimen.

"The starting point of this is that the physical shopping environment today is quite intimidating," said Sandeep Seth, vice president, global at SK-II. "It's a lot of pressure to shop in the skincare aisle. It's both the pressure to buy things that you don't necessarily want to buy sometimes, and also the pressure of being judged by the beauty consultants out there. What we want to achieve is to really remove that pressure. That is the end goal."

This Couple Had a Spectacular Wedding With a View (and a Slide!), and the Photos Are Breathtaking

Why walk down the aisle when you can slide down the aisle? That's right, when Heather and Jordan decided to say "I do," they chose to celebrate their union at the OUE Skyspace in LA. This unique venue is an open-air observational deck with a panoramic view of Los Angeles and a glass slide on the edge of the building that is roughly 1,000 feet in the air!

"You don't see too many weddings taking place 'in the sky' like this," photographer Monique Dao said. "It provides a unique scene for romantic photos of the bride and groom, and an unforgettable experience for all."

With such an amazing venue, the wedding included some cool decor such as an installation of colorful angel wings on the glass of the observation deck, which provided guests with the perfect backdrop for an awesome Instagram photo. There was also a map of the world on which guests could mark where they live; because the groom is Australian and the bride is American, this showed the merging of family and friends from two different continents.

Anne Hathaway Just Noticed This Crazy Detail About Her Favorite Gown in The Devil Wears Prada

The outfits that Anne Hathaway's character, Andrea Sachs, wore in The Devil Wears Prada were all pretty stunning, so it's no surprise that when the actress was asked which of them was her favorite, she couldn't pick just one. Anne sat down with Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live, and when a fan asked which of the ensembles she loved the most, she replied, "Oh, so many. So many. I loved that green coat with the leopard collar in the montage - Andy's makeover montage."

Anne also talked about her second-favorite pick, a black v-neck gown that Andy wore in Paris, and the significance of the dress's neckline to the film's overall plot. "It was on recently, and yeah, I watched it, but I didn't notice it until that time that the neckline of my outfit and Meryl [Streep]'s outfit was exactly the same." That similarity wasn't a coincidence, as it was apparently a creative decision made by costume designer Patricia Field. "She was just such a genius. It was just this subtle thing that she put in there to show Andy was becoming Miranda." Watch Anne's full clip, and keep reading to get a look at the outfits she's referring to from the film.

Camilla Proves That Even Other Royals Aren't Immune to "the Meghan Effect"

It seems even other members of the royal family are not immune to "the Meghan effect," as the Duchess of Cornwall proved this week. Just about everything Meghan wears becomes a bestseller, and even her in-laws aren't immune to her fashion prowess. When Camilla visited the Malmesbury Residents Association in London on Jan. 23, she was dressed in a dark green ensemble teamed with a very familiar handbag. The Mini Venice bag, by DeMellier, a London-based luxury leather good brand, was also carried by Meghan Markle back in January 2019, when she and Prince Harry paid a visit to Cardiff, Wales.

The bag was something of a departure for Camilla, who usually shops from more established, traditional labels, rather than those also loved by Beyoncé, Emily Blunt, and Amber Heard. This led people to wonder whether she actually borrowed it from Meghan for the occasion? They even carried it the same way, ditching the detachable crossbody strap and using the top handle instead. Keep reading to see more photos of both duchesses sporting this chic green bag, then shop it for yourself before the rest of the royal family clears the stock (we see you, Princess Beatrice).

70 Rarely Used Baby Names to Set Your Child Apart in 2019

With each passing decade comes a set of popular baby names ranging from classic monikers to those that are more trendy, but what about those names beyond the top 10? Beyond the top 1,000? According to the Social Security Administration (SSA), there are hundreds of names given to babies each year that never see the top of the popular lists.

Based on data from the last complete SSA names list from 2017, we've compiled 70 baby names given to 50 or fewer babies - that's one per US state or fewer - that might pique your interest if you're looking for a not-trendy name for your baby boy or girl.

Chelsea Clinton Is Expecting Baby Number 3! Read Her Sweet Announcement

Chelsea Clinton is expecting her third child! Already mom to 4-year-old Charlotte and 2-year-old Aidan with husband Marc Mezvinsky, Chelsea shared the news on Twitter on Jan. 22, where she wrote that she and her family "cannot wait to meet our newest addition later this Summer." Although Chelsea is Bill and Hillary's only child, the 38-year-old is thrilled to be growing her family and making her mom and dad grandparents three times over. Plus, she can't wait to see how her two older kids transition, particularly Aidan, who will become a big brother for the first time. "Marc and I have loved watching Charlotte be such a wonderful big sister and we're excited to watch Aidan become a big brother!"

Congrats, Clinton family!

Despite Her "Genderless" Approach, Kate Hudson Says Raising a Daughter Has Been Different

Kate Hudson may have recently welcomed her third child, but she's not done learning a thing or two about parenting. The actress recently spoke with AOL while promoting her fairly new partnership with WW and opened up about what it's been like to raise her daughter, Rani Rose Hudson Fujikawa, after previously raising two sons. (Kate's first child, Ryder Russell Robinson, is now 15 years old, and she also has a 7-year-old, Bingham Hawn Bellamy.)

"It doesn't really change my approach, but there's definitely a difference," Kate said in the interview. While Kate feels as though Rani has a pretty "feminine" personality so far, she tends to gravitate toward a "genderless" parenting approach. "I think you just raise your kids individually regardless," Kate said. "We still don't know what she's going to identify as. I will say that, right now, she is incredibly feminine in her energy, her sounds, and her way."

That being said, Kate said shopping for her daughter has offered a different experience. "It's very different from the boys, and it's really fun to actually want to buy kids' clothes. With the boys it was just like onesies . . . actually, I did pretty good with the boys," she joked. "But with her it's a whole other ball game. There's some stuff that I'm like, 'I can't do that to her, because it's so over-the-top.'"

Speaking of "over-the-top" children's clothing, Kate did dress Rani up in a bold, bright red onesie with some floral ruching over the holidays, which she said was partially inspired by witnessing Bob Mackie design for her mother, Goldie Hawn, as she was growing up. "I have a bit of an affinity for the embellished and sequined," Kate wrote on Instagram. Hey, everything in moderation.

Kate Middleton Gets Candid About the Fact That She, Too, Has Parenting Struggles Sometimes

Kate Middleton might be the mom of actual princes and a princess, but she's still a parent with many of the same stresses and concerns as others. As part of her royal engagements, Kate visited the Family Action charity in London, where she launched a service called FamilyLine. The confidential helpline is set up for any parent struggling "with any aspect of family life, such as parenting challenges, family conflict, relationship difficulties, or mental health and wellbeing."

When Kate met with FamilyLine volunteers, she got candid about the fact that she is not immune to parenting woes. "Everybody experiences the same struggle," she said, according to E! News. "You get a lot of support with the baby years . . . particularly in the early days up to the age of about one, but after that there isn't a huge amount - lots of books to read."

A volunteer weighed in and said, "Why she's a great supporter of our service is that she does recognize that families have the same pressures and struggles and she's no exception. She may have slightly different circumstances to the rest of us but, you know, being a parent is being a parent." Truth. Prince George, 5, Princess Charlotte, 3, and Prince Louis, 8 months, may be adorable, but the 37-year-old Duchess of Cambridge is probably tired just like you.

Shanghai Disney Announced a New Zootopia Land, and I, a Grown Woman, Am Delighted

Shanghai Disneyland just announced some news that would even make Flash the sloth - and, ahem, DMV's finest - race over to the park: a Zootopia-themed land is in the works. According to the Disney Parks Blog, the expansion will recreate the adorable animated movie's bustling metropolis, and will feature a major attraction, unique menu items, and appearances from Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde. Construction will begin as soon as late 2019.

When it opened in 2016, Shanghai Disneyland offered six different areas: Mickey Avenue, Fantasyland, Adventure Isle, Treasure Cove, Tomorrowland, and Gardens of Imagination. In 2018, the park also added a Toy Story land, making the forthcoming Zootopia area its eighth. The park is also part of the larger Shanghai Disney Resort, which includes two hotels and a Disneytown complex. At this rate, Shanghai Disney will have more to offer than the parks that have been around for over half a century!

You've Been Carrying Your Baby's Car Seat Wrong the Whole Time

One of the most universal pain points of parenting is carrying a baby car seat. There's just no way to do it that isn't awkward or uncomfortable.

Dr. Emily Puente of Bridge Family Chiropractic, however, just revealed a genius way to carry them, pain-free.

"It's not going to hurt your shoulder, it's not going to hurt your hip, and you're not going to have to use your knee to swing like I had to do with my two [kids]," she said of the technique before demonstrating it in a Facebook video. "Someone taught me this before, and it's been the greatest thing."

The traditional way people carry car seats puts undue strain on the body because it doesn't distribute the weight evenly across the body. Her go-to maneuver looks almost too good to be true: "I will guarantee you this is going to be easier for you to carry."

Still, in her post, the chiropractor recognizes that "due to so many different makes and models of car seats, it is likely that this method won't work for all seats."

Here's hoping it works with yours!

People Are Starting to Order Gender-Reveal Lasagna, and I'm in Carb Heaven

Gender-reveal parties aren't exactly new anymore. Once you've popped one balloon filled with pink (or blue!) confetti, you've popped them all. For soon-to-be parents, finding a unique way to announce the sex of their future child is getting a lot harder, especially since a now-traditional "Is It a Boy or Girl?" secret-filling cake just won't cut it. Luckily for them, there may be one surprise left untapped.

You can now order "gender-reveal lasagna" for your next party!

Villa Italian Kitchen, a quick-service pizza brand, announced the addition of a new catering package that features one cheese lasagna with a secret pink or blue interior. The made-to-order lasagna includes pasta imported from Italy, a classic Italian alfredo sauce, and both creamy ricotta and melty mozzarella cheeses. The spread also comes with enough garlic rolls and salad for a party of 12 for $140.

So, if you want to add a fun - albeit a little cheesy (literally!) - twist to the growing gender-reveal party trend, cut into some lasagna, reveal that dyed cheese, and dig into a hearty meal, without a frilly cupcake in sight.

Woman Goes Viral For Swaddling Herself For a "336 Month" Birthday Photo Shoot

Throughout my baby's first year, I religiously staged those popular monthly blanket photo shoots - you know, the ones in which I plop my 2-month-old on a well-ironed sheet next to a letter board and some scattered seasonal flowers before posting to Instagram? Well, when she hit the 12-month mark, I took my final snap and retired the blanket to a memento box in my closet.

Little did I know, I should be doing these indefinitely. At least, that's what Nicole Ham would have me believe. The 28-year-old has recently gone viral thanks to an adult version of the tradition - a photo shoot complete with a full-size swaddle and a sign announcing that she's officially 336 months old.

"Her mom and I attempted to swaddle her with the blanket, and I proceeded to hang over the top ledge of a ladder to attempt to get the shot."

Woman Goes Viral For Swaddling Herself For a "336 Month" Birthday Photo Shoot
The photos were captured by Nicole's childhood friend and professional photographer Stephanie Smith, who owns Southern Stitched Photography in South Carolina. The two came up with the idea after Nicole talked about wanting to do an "epic" birthday post.

"Being 28 and single is a different world, especially when you grow up in a small town - one day you wake up and your news feed is flooded with nothing but engagements, pregnancy announcements, and baby birthdays," Stephanie told POPSUGAR. "Nicole told me of her idea to re-create the common 'baby milestone' photos, and I was sold."

A trip to Michaels and $150 later, the two got to work. "Her mom and I attempted to swaddle her with the blanket, and I proceeded to hang over the top ledge of a ladder to attempt to get the shot," Stephanie said.

The images, which she posted to Facebook, weren't just epic. They went viral, amassing 42,000 shares.

"These photos were nowhere near my best work - the lighting was not ideal, the angles were weird, and neither of us could keep a straight face," Stephanie admitted of the surprise exposure. "But seeing how much others have enjoyed our humor has kept us laughing since. We've always thought we were pretty funny - or hopelessly basic. We knew the photo shoot was silly, but that was the whole point!"

Silly or not, you only turn 336 months once!

Girl Who Went Viral After Getting a Taco Bell Gift Card For Christmas Gets a Taco-rific Birthday Party

For Christmas, all Natalie Grove asked for was a Taco Bell gift card - and Santa delivered. In a video that went viral in the days after Christmas, Natalie can be seen sitting in front of the tree opening her gift, and once she realizes what it is, her scream of "TACO BELL GIFT CARD" could for sure have been heard by Santa all the way up in the North Pole. In the weeks since she earned viral fame, Taco Bell has made Natalie's dreams come true even further by throwing her a fire (sauce) fifth birthday party in her local T-Bell restaurant.

The restaurant provided decorations for the party, including hot sauce packet balloons, photo props, and a giant taco hat for Natalie, and there was even a birthday cake with the famous bell logo on it. "Natalie had a wonderful birthday party at Taco Bell this past weekend," her mom, Sarah, told POPSUGAR. "She was so surprised . . . and we are so thankful to [Taco Bell]. Since the party, she tells everyone she knows about it and asks nightly when the next trip to Taco Bell will be!"

At her party - midway through enjoying a few tacos - Natalie was asked what she wants to be when she grows up, to which she replied, "A Taco Bell person."

Don't we all, Natalie. Don't. We. All.
