Magnum Just Released Dairy-Free Ice Cream Bars, and I'm Ready For That Crunchy Shell

Indulging in a delicious ice cream dessert is fun and all, until you realize that you forgot to take a Lactaid before the first bite . . . yikes. But thanks to Magnum, the ice cream brand's classic, chocolate-dipped frozen dessert bars got a non-dairy upgrade, and we our stomachs have never been happier. This week, the brand announced its dairy-free and vegan ice cream bars were coming to the US, and it's a dream come true for chocolate-lovers.

As Magnum's first-ever plant-based treats, we're happy to report that the two flavors, Non-Dairy Classic and Non-Dairy Almond, are delicious. (Seriously, the boxes nearly disappeared from the POPSUGAR kitchen about an hour after they arrived.) According to the press release, the creamy vanilla base is made with a combination of coconut oil and pea protein, and the bars are dipped in non-dairy Belgian chocolate. They're less than 250 calories each, but we promise not to judge if you accidentally eat the box of three.

This Year I'm Finally Conquering My Fear of the Treadmill, Thanks to These 14 Items

I've hated running for as long as I can remember. Mile day was the worst day in gym class, and I was always last in the 50-yard dash. As I got older, I discovered there were lots of ways I liked to be active - tennis, indoor cycling, and Pilates to name a few. Running just wasn't my thing. But my friends have become obsessed with Barry's Bootcamp, and unless I want to spend all my time on weights (spoiler alert: I do not), I've got to start learning how to run. I've been training myself for the last couple of weeks, and I have to tell you, I've gotten better! I couldn't believe it, and it would never have happened without these 14 products.

This Gymnast's Floor Routine to "Uptown Funk" Is So Impressive, You Won't Want to Blink

Sekai Wright FX Exhibition (2/2/19 at Oregon State)

Don't believe me, just watch 👀 Freshman Sekai Wright debuted her Bruno Mars floor routine today at Oregon State.

Posted by UCLA Gymnastics on Saturday, February 2, 2019

Collegiate gymnastics is in full effect, and we couldn't be more excited. A few weeks ago, Katelyn Ohashi amazed us with her skill and energy during her floor routine at a UCLA and Cal meet on Jan. 5. It didn't take us long to come across another exciting routine from one of Katelyn's teammates. UCLA freshman Sekai Wright impressed us with her exhibition floor routine to "Uptown Funk" from the Feb. 2 meet at Oregon State. Even if you aren't too familiar with gymnastics, one thing is for sure: she crushed this routine.

The "Uptown Funk" and "Me, Myself, and I" mix drew us in, and her insane airtime during the double back and the rest of her tumbling passes left us in awe. We can't wait to see what Sekai does next. Be sure to check out the full routine in the video above!

If You Hate Cardio, Experts Say Do These 9 Things to Lose Body Fat and Get Lean

If your goal is to lose body fat and get lean, but you'd rather go to the dentist for a root canal than do cardio at the gym, we have good news: you don't have to sweat for hours on the treadmill or bike to burn fat. Incorporate these nine expert-recommended strategies into your diet and workout routine and you'll not only spare yourself the agony of boring cardio, but you'll also get better results.

Here's How Many Minutes You'd Need to Walk Each Day to Lose Weight, According to a Trainer

Walking may seem too simple to be an effective form of exercise, but if you play your cards right, this familiar movement can be a lean, mean, weight-loss-generating machine. While a casual 10-minute stroll won't do it, you don't need to spend hours on your feet, either.

"You should aim for about three to five sessions of cardio a week that are around a half hour," Courtney Meadows, an NASM-certified personal trainer and fitness coach, told POPSUGAR. "For beginners, even walking 10 minutes a day is a great place to start. Increasing your walking time by just five minutes will get you there."

Courtney suggests walking at an easy pace for five minutes or more to warm up and get your body ready to burn fat.

"If you can, it's best to use a heart rate app when walking to make sure you're in the right zone for fat loss," Courtney explained. "After the warmup, you'll want to get your heart rate to 60 to 70 percent of your maximum heart rate," which you can find by subtracting your age from 220. "You'll want the majority of your workout to be in this stage with a five-minute cooldown," she said.

While finding a cardio regimen that gets results is important, Courtney noted that it should also be one you enjoy. When exercise becomes second nature, it's much easier to stay on track.

If Burpees Are Your Kryptonite, These Are the 3 Moves You Should Do Instead

There are two types of people in this world: those who love burpees and those who despise them. One person who truly cannot stand burpees, and is probably the president of the anti-burpee club, is celebrity trainer Ben Bruno. He dislikes them so much, he dedicated an entire Instagram post to explaining why he isn't a fan.

If this were an assignment for class, we're sure he'd get an A+ on it. In his "why I don't like burpees" post, Ben made the following points:

  1. They put "undue stress on the wrists, shoulders, knees, and lower back."
  2. They're an "Advanced exercise masquerading as a beginner exercise. Most people lack the requisite strength and mobility to do them properly at all, let alone for high reps, which is how they're programmed since the goal is metabolic conditioning."
  3. "High reps + poor form = Recipe for injury"
  4. "They're often used in group settings and bootcamps, but most people suck at them, making it a bad choice."
  5. "Strong athletes and advanced trainees with good mobility can probably get away with doing them, but have you ever seen a pro strength coach prescribe burpees? Me neither. Success leaves clues."

Instead of doing burpees, Ben recommends breaking the movement down "into its constituent parts." This means performing push-ups and squats (or squat jumps) separately in a circuit. He also recommends using any cardio machine such as the bike, SkiErg, elliptical, Versa Climber, rower, sleds, StairMaster, and doing sprints for metabolic conditioning work.

In conclusion, "literally anything else besides burpees." Check out how to do the alternatives ahead:

If You're Struggling to Find a Diet That Helps You Lose Weight, Follow This Simple 4-Part Plan

Should I eat keto? Paleo? Plant-based? High-protein? The truth is, what you eat isn't as important as how much. Fat-loss coach Carter Good (@cartergood on Instagram) explained in a recent Instagram post, "Any diet can and does work . . . If, and only if, it gets one thing right - it creates a calorie deficit."

You can't be in a calorie deficit for just one day or one week and expect to see life-changing results - you have to be in a calorie deficit consistently over a long period. "And the consistency part is on you," Carter said.

How you fuel your body shouldn't be complicated, so don't stress if you feel like you should be eating low-carb but you can't live without bread. The best diet for you is the one that you can follow with as little effort as possible, while still reaching your goals.

If you're struggling to find an eating plan that's sustainable, that gives you enough energy for life and for workouts, that allows you to sleep well, feel happy, and lose weight, Carter shared this simple four-part plan you can apply to your diet to help reach your goals:

  • Most of the time, avoid processed junk, refined sugars, and sugary drinks. "Once in a blue moon is fine, but never is better," Carter said.
  • One to two times a week should be the max for drinking alcohol or eating not-so-healthy foods at restaurants.
  • When you're on the go, bring along light, nutritious snacks, such as protein bars, fruit, and protein shakes to prevent reaching for junk food.
  • Every single day, your diet should be comprised of healthy, whole foods, such as fruits, veggies, lean protein, whole grains, healthy fats like avocado and nuts, and zero-calorie beverages.

"The goal of it all is to help you eat fewer calories by default and eat more nutritious foods that make you look and feel better," Carter said. He recommends trying this simple four-part plan for three to six months, and you'll be on your way to reaching your weight-loss goals.

These Flatbreads Are Low-Carb . . . and They're 1 Foot Long

You may have heard of low-carb wraps made of egg whites or even cheese (yes, cheese!). One company is making low-carb flatbreads that feature just six simple ingredients - filtered water, whole wheat and unbleached flour, psyllium husk, yeast, and salt - and each is 12 inches long. This alternative to sliced rye and bagels is called Cut Da Carb. One foot of flatbread? Yes, please.

Each Cut Da Carb flatbread has 80 calories and nine grams of net carbs (14 total carbohydrates minus five grams of dietary fiber per serving). Cut Da Carb is certified kosher and doesn't "taste like cardboard," according to the company's website. See the full nutrition facts here.

Keep these flatbreads refrigerated for 20-40 days or frozen for up to six months. The best part? They can be used for a variety of different meals like dessert nachos, cheesecake, and breakfast pizza (you'd be surprised how creative people are when it comes to using Cut Da Carb in the kitchen). You can buy these low-carb beauties online today; a pack of 12 costs $16. Read on for some Cut Da Carb recipe inspiration.

Without further ado, these are the 12 sports bras perfect for your next run.

Morning Meditation Reminded Me Just How Hard It Is to Be a Beginner

My mind is like a four-way traffic stop. My thoughts fight for attention at the intersection with no regard for right-of-way laws (or any laws, for that matter). I'm only human, but finding clarity through the chaos would be nice. So, since meditation has long been used as a tool to quiet the mind, I figured I'd give it a try.

Casey Urban, a yoga teacher with 10 years of experience under her belt, told me over the phone that though she recommends beginners start with any form of meditation they're "actually going to do," whether that's in a classroom or online, morning meditation is best. It's when your mind is the most clear. "Don't look at your phone, don't have a long conversation with your partner, don't turn on the TV," she said. "I believe it helps the habit, too, if you just do it first thing in the morning no matter what."

Rachel Brathen, yoga teacher, bestselling author, and creator of the popular Yoga Girl community, told me that she recommends beginners start with short meditation sessions. She too prefers meditating in the morning, but she says consistency is key. "Pick a time of the day that works for you and stick with it. As long as you do it consistently at the same time, it will be a lot easier."

There's a long list of physical and psychological benefits associated with meditation, Casey said. She's right. Meditation has been linked to reduced anxiety, stress, and pain as well as reduced blood pressure and cholesterol. On top of that, Rachel spoke of meditation as an "anchor to ground you" during troubling times. So, I went for it.

Here Goes Nothing: What I Used

Being a newbie, I knew I wanted to use an app for guidance. Headspace was one I considered, but I found the British man on the other end to be anything but encouraging (sorry, Fred . . . if that's your name). Instead, I used a 10-minute guided meditation at the beginning of Rachel's podcast, From the Heart (number 35 on this list).

I started on a Thursday and ended on the following Thursday. For eight days straight, I listened to Rachel's soothing voice discuss creating space between your thoughts and the importance of letting my breath be "what it already is." She didn't pressure me into inhaling, exhaling, or sitting a certain way, but she did challenge me to answer questions like, "What has life brought you today?"

During the work week, I got up at 5:45 a.m. to do the guided meditation, which starts at minute four of Rachel's podcast and lasts until about minute 14. Was I tired? Of course. Was it worth it? Yes, and you'll see why. As for the weekend, I meditated whenever I woke up; though, looking back, I should have been more consistent. (Would you have woken up at 5:45 a.m. on a Saturday?).

The Whole Truth: What I Learned

Somewhere in the back of my mind I expected to have a magical breakthrough after just eight days of meditation. Instead, I got frustrated when I couldn't stay relaxed. It wasn't an overwhelming sense of frustration, but it was enough to draw me away from my breath and toward the noises around me. There was my dog's relentless snoring (trust me, it's loud), a car starting outside in the cold, and the soft hum of my FitBit notifications.

Casey, though, told me this diversion is normal. "People wake up early to meditate and they get frustrated when they can't quite focus on the breath the whole time," she said. "But it takes years and years and years to build a strong, steady practice." One of her favorite meditation instructors, Tara Brach, PhD, describes the technique of coming back to the breath as a bicep curl. You have to flex this muscle of honing in your focus to become strong.

Going through this was humbling. It reminded me that skill won't get handed to you; you need to work for it, and starting something new takes a hell of a lot more practice than you're willing to give some days. You'll have moments when you're unsure of your capability to learn, and you'll struggle. A lot. But, like Rachel and Casey both said, it's simply about putting doubt aside and trusting that you'll find your way. Because growing into your practice, whether it be meditation, marathon training, or cooking a meal without burning most of its contents, takes time. And, as long as you're trying, nothing - not even navigating a busy intersection of thoughts - is time wasted.

Here's How Many Avocados (Er, Grams of Fat) You Can Eat and Still Lose Weight

When it comes to weight loss, knowing how much to eat is just as important as knowing what to eat. Your body needs certain nutrients to function at its best, including protein, carbohydrates, and fats. But just like eating too many carbs can sabotage your efforts, so can consuming too much fat, even if it's the healthy kind. So, just how many grams of fat should you eat in a day to shed pounds?

"This is a loaded question," Heather Shablin, RDN, LD, PTAG-CPT, told POPSUGAR. "Since everyone is very different, there is not one general recommendation of how many grams of fat you should eat in a day." That said, both the Dietary Reference Intakes and American Heart Association recommend that the average adult get 20 to 35 percent of their daily calories from fat - a helpful metric once you've determined how many calories you'll need to eat (and burn) to lose weight. One gram of fat is equal to nine calories.

The types of fats you eat are just as important. A diet full of saturated and trans fat, commonly found in cookies, chips, high-fat dairy products, and red meat, won't do your weight-loss goals any favors. "Trans fats are the worst type of fat you can eat," Heather said. "I recommend cutting out trans fats in your diet and limiting saturated fats."

That leaves monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, the "good" fats that aid in weight loss by keeping you fuller longer, which helps prevent overeating. These can be found in foods like avocado, nut butters, and fatty fish. (So, the next time you see guacamole, you know what to do.)

For a more customized eating plan, Heather suggests working with a registered dietitian, who can develop a weight-loss program based on your specific needs.

The Exact Makeup That Cardi B Is Wearing in Her Pepsi Super Bowl Commercial

Cardi B, without fail, manages to steal every show with a flip of her multicolored hair and snap of her lavishly manicured fingertips. This time, that show was the Super Bowl. During commercial break, she made a cameo in a Pepsi advertisement wearing the brand's signature colors across her nail beds and swept onto her lids. Her longtime makeup artist Erika La Pearl was the mastermind behind her berry red lids and rosy lips.

La Pearl used MAC Cosmetics, and according to the brand, Cardi wore the shades Fashion Fanatic, Totally Fierce, and Outfitted from MAC Cosmetics Girls Palette in Risk Taker ($25), Smart Aleck from the MAC Girls Palette in Smarty Pants ($41), swipes of MAC Liquid Last Eyeliner ($22) and In Extreme Dimension Lash Mascara ($24). Her rose-colored lips were a mix of two Powder Kiss Lipsticks ($19) - Impulsive and Best of Me. See Cardi's makeup, ahead.

26 Makeup Looks If You're Anything but Tickled Pink by Valentine's Day

Have you recently walked into a drugstore, only to be ambushed by giant teddy bears, red ribbons, and candy? Or maybe your emails are now flooded with new love-inspired flash sales and "exclusive" gifts? This can only mean one thing: Valentine's Day is here. Ah, yes. The day for romantic gestures, heart-shaped everything, and pink galore. While the world could use a lot more love right now, sometimes the pageantry of Valentine's Day deserves one big eye roll. If you're looking for a head-turning, drawer-dropping, eyebrow-raising makeup look, without all of the pink and hearts, this one's for you.

Lucy Boynton Is Proving to Be the Queen of Bold Liner, and We Can't Stop Staring

Lucy Boynton's eye makeup looks are rarely cookie cutter (see this hot pink eye shadow look from this year's Santa Barbara International Film Festival), and she has makeup artist Jo Baker to thank for that. Baker's latest creation on the Bohemian Rhapsody star's lids is a double winged liner, for which she drew the shape of a typical cat eye around the perimeter of Boynton's lid, then followed it with a swipe floating above it. "Sharp + Graphic + Severe . . . is just our mood sometimes!!! 🔪🔪" she captioned her photo of the look.

Baker was also the mastermind of Boynton's floating liner at the SAG Awards. See her graphic liner looks, ahead.

We Didn't Think It Was Possible, but These Products Make It Easy to Apply Makeup in the Dark

Between the essentials - your keys, wallet, and cell phone - there probably isn't much room in your clutch for makeup on a night out. If you know it's going to be a long one, consider taking one of the products in Pur Cosmetics' new Out of the Blue Collection. Each of them has high-energy blue lights built into the packaging, making it easy to see where exactly you're swiping your lipstick and eye shadow.

Ahead, see the entire line - which will be available on Feb. 21 - shine.

These Click-Pen Gloss Sticks Are My Most Reached-For Lip Product Right Now

I am a complete sucker for cute packaging, but fortunately, the adorable Heart Melter Lip Gloss Sticks ($17 each) are more than just pretty. The click-pens are everything I'm looking for during a busy workweek: easy to apply, forgiving if I mess up, highly pigmented, and super moisturizing. The pens have a slight shine and are totally easy to use, while giving me a perfect amount of color to make me look pulled together.

Considering I don't often have the time to line my lips and then carefully apply a liquid lip, these babies have become my number one product, and I'm hoarding them in every hue. I have one to throw in my purse, a few in my desk at work, and two that I leave at my boyfriend's. Plus, these heartbreaker glosses aren't the least bit sticky, so you can smooch away.

Check out the colors ahead and a selfie of me wearing the Hunny Bun shade.

This Surprisingly Versatile Haircut Is Staging a Comeback, and It's Perfect For Winter

Bangs are a lot like baking a soufflé: one wrong move and it can all go south. Curtain bangs, on the other hand? This style, which is split right down the middle and swept to each side, is a little more noncommittal - and just as badass. Now, they're getting a big refresh for 2019.

"Curtain bangs are making a comeback because of the '70s inspiration in the current fashion scene," said Michael Bowman, a stylist at NYC's Rob Peetoom salon. (Remember the shag trend?) "A more modern twist would be to make the bangs a little shorter and textured in the center, so they can also be worn as a full textured fringe on days you want to change it up. This will also make it easier to grow out when the next trend hits."

Ahead, proof that standing divided has never looked so good.

Dream Kardashian Did Aunt Khloé's Makeup, and I'm Crying Over the Cuteness

At 2 years old, Dream Kardashian is already on her way to becoming a beauty guru in her own right. The toddler hung out with her aunt Khloé Kardashian on Wednesday night and spent some time adorably playing around in the reality star's makeup collection.

In videos posted to Kardashian's Instagram Story, Dream is seen giving her aunt a mini makeover and applying one of Kardashian's new Becca Cosmetics lipstick shades all over both of their faces. "Wow, I think you have enough on, mama," Kardashian says in one of the videos as her niece continues to smear bright red lipstick all around her mouth. Every makeup artist had to start somewhere, right? Take a look at a few adorable moments from their play date ahead.

Alicia Keys Will Look Hot Without Makeup at the Grammys, and Here's Proof

Alicia Keys stopped wearing makeup in 2016, simply because she didn't want to anymore. Fans have admired her conviction ever since and loved seeing her barefaced on The Voice, on red carpets, and presumably as the host at the Grammys. The 38-year-old singer has let her freckles shine through over the years, occasionally wearing a bit of makeup, but only when she feels like it, not because anyone expects her to. Ahead, you'll see some of the many times she's attended an event without so much as a coat of mascara and looked damn good doing it.

Wait a Sec - The Prices of These Tatcha Products Were Quietly Slashed in Half

While we were running to work, making our to-do lists, and going through the motions of our (very long) day, QVC discreetly made three Tatcha products available for purchase for half of the price. The retailer has released its Brighten and Hydrate ($125) set for a limited time, and it's a deal you won't want to pass up. In it you'll find a full-sized Tatcha The Silk Cream ($120), a lightweight gel moisturizer, Tatcha The Essence ($95), which plumps skin with moisture, and Tatcha The Deep Cleanse ($38), which exfoliates and brightens complexion. We've crunched the numbers for you: the total value of this bundle is $253, and QVC is offering it up for just $125, a whopping 51 percent discount.

Ahead, see the set, which will be available from now through 9 p.m. EST tomorrow.

Tarte Is Launching a New Face Tape Foundation in 50 Shades

Tarte has a new addition to its Shape Tape family. The Face Tape Foundation ($39) is a matte finish foundation that the brand promises will wear up to 12 hours while being water- and transfer-proof. It will be released in 50 shades and five undertones, and the brand hopes the launch will address customer concerns.

When Tarte Cosmetics released its first Shape Tape Matte and Hydrating Foundations, it was met with backlash for its limited range. "I read thousands of comments, and at the end of the day, the answer [was] there," Tarte founder Maureen Kelly said to those who attended the brand's launch event. "If you just listen, read, and watch the videos, [consumers] will tell you what you did wrong." To choose the specific shades and undertones, Kelly said that Tarte put together a panel to "make sure that [they were] really getting a great breadth of feedback." She also mentioned that the original launches will be pulled from shelves.

Apart from the shade range, updates to the new foundation also include a pump dispenser (different from the original launch's doe-foot applicator). Ahead, see the new foundation, which will hit the brand's website and Ulta on Feb. 17.

9 Goat Milk Soaps to Keep Your Skin Soft and Hydrated

If you've been struggling with dry, itchy skin, bouts of eczema or psoriasis, or just ultrasensitive skin, consider switching your soap to one made with goat's milk. The pH of the milk is close to that of your skin, making it gentle enough for even the most delicate complexions. Even more impressive is that the natural alpha hydroxy acids in the soap are perfect for sloughing away pore-clogging dry skin, and the fat content will keep your skin plump and moisturized. Ahead, you'll find some of the best goat milk soaps on the market that you can stock in your shower now.

According to Tinder, This Is What Valentine's Day Smells Like

Some think that the holiday of love is a celebration of flourishing relationships, and in a way, so does Tinder. The brand behind the dating app wants everyone to relish in their relationships with themselves with its new candle, appropriately titled Single, Not Sorry ($30). The freedom-inspired, soy-based candle is perfect for a night of self-care with its soothing blend of eucalyptus, sandalwood, amber, and citrus notes that transports you to a sunny day at the beach. See the relaxing candle ahead.

Cardi B Looks Like a Real-Life Rapunzel on the Cover of Harper's Bazaar

Cardi B's Harper's Bazaar cover was just revealed, and the rapper looks like she stepped right out of Disney's Tangled. The Rapunzel-inspired shoot features the star sitting in the window of a tower letting down her super long hair. Considering the countless times she's worn different wigs and extensions in her day-to-day life, we can only imagine how enthusiastic she was about the shoot.

This isn't the first time she's opted for super long hair either - the star adores having her hair down to her hips and is often seen with wigs with serious length in a rainbow of hues. Check out some of the times she's reminded us of Rapunzel ahead, and see the rest of the magazine photos.

This $65 Humidifier on Amazon Is the Cornerstone of Kendall Jenner's Bedtime Routine

If you watch Keeping Up With the Kardashians, or are one of Kendall Jenner's whopping 103 million Instagram followers, you know that the model has been vocal about her struggles with anxiety, something so many of us can relate to. In her March 2019 Allure cover interview, she mentioned that of all the calming products she loves, her favorite is this Everlasting Comfort Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier ($57, originally $65). Jenner told the magazine, "I liked it because it looked cool, honestly, and it had a good review on Amazon. I'll throw lavender or eucalyptus in it, then I'll sit and just chill out from the day with my crystals." If that doesn't sound relaxing, we don't know what does.

Humidifiers are a great way to not only purify the air but also inject some aromatherapy into your life. Scents Jenner mentioned, like lavender and eucalyptus, are known to make you feel more grounded and at peace. So the next time there's a crazy day at work, or your friends are driving you nuts, or you just feel like indulging in some self-care, this humidifier is an easy way to let your worries go.

Hallelujah, I Finally Found the Perfect Foundation - It Covers My Blemishes and Stays on Forever

I'm incredibly particular about my liquid foundation. I have spent over a decade searching for the perfect option that ticks all my boxes, and had very little luck - until now. When I was out of my own usual choice, I asked my sister if I could use some of hers for the day. She's a total beauty junkie, and I knew she'd have something great for me to use. She gave me just one pump of her beloved Urban Decay All Nighter Liquid Foundation ($40), and I thought she was being stingy, but it was all I needed for full coverage on my face.

The formula is creamy and smooth, yet it covers every blemish with just one layer.

After one day of wearing it, I ran out and bought a bottle of my own. The formula is creamy and smooth, yet it covers every blemish with just one layer. I use shade 0.5 because I have very fair skin. Fortunately, the product comes in a wide variety of hues, so there's an option for most skin tones.

One of the many reasons why I'm obsessed with this foundation is that it diffuses light to blur flaws as it mattifies and absorbs oil. Basically, it's the ultimate multitasker. I use a powder cover-up to set the product, and I'm good to go. After one application in the morning, my face looks flawless well into the evening.

If you're in the market for a new liquid foundation, I'm begging you to give this one a try. Just one bottle lasts me months, so it's an investment you can feel good about. I will certainly be running back for more!

I'm a Beauty Editor, and This Is What I Pick Up at Walmart

As a beauty editor, I get to see, try out, and review dozens of products monthly and do it for a living. It's definitely a dream job, but even a beauty editor has to make a Walmart run once in a while. There are certain drugstore staples I really don't want to have to go without, even if there are plenty of options available in my office to choose from. Some items I discovered as a teenager, and some only recently, but I make sure I'm never without these incredible and affordable products. Hailey Baldwin Went Makeup-Free on the Cover of Vogue

Hailey Baldwin bared all in the latest of issue of Vogue, where she graced the cover sans makeup with her husband, Justin Bieber, and gave a candid interview about becoming Mrs. Bieber. The raw article delved into Bieber's self-admitted trust issues and the challenges of being a newlywed couple.

"We're coming from a really genuine place," she explained. "But we're two young people who are learning as we go. I'm not going to sit here and lie and say it's all a magical fantasy. It's always going to be hard." On the cover, shot by Annie Leibovitz, Baldwin is barefaced with her sandy blond hair brushed back in loose waves. While Baldwin is frequently seen on the street without makeup, it's refreshing to see her on the cover of a major magazine looking so natural. Ahead, you'll see other times Baldwin kept it simple with her beauty look.

18 Black-Owned Beauty Brands That Need to Be on Your Radar

As a woman of color, finding makeup formulated for my skin tone can be difficult to say the least. A lot of brands see brown foundation and somehow think gray or orange is the perfect accompanying undertone (spoiler: it's not). And don't even get me started on "nude" lipsticks. Even though many popular drugstore brands have made efforts to step up their shade ranges and formulations, it's still important to celebrate and support black businesses that make products specifically for people of color. Keep reading to see which black-owned brands are slaying the beauty game right now.

11 Real-Life Towns That Are Pretty Much Stars Hollow Come to Life

There are a ton of reasons we've been obsessed with Gilmore Girls for almost 20 years now: its quirky characters, surprisingly great life lessons, and rapid-fire dialogue. But perhaps the best part of the entire show is Stars Hollow, the fictional Connecticut small town where the Gilmores (and a wide array of colorful townspeople) live. Stars Hollow is basically its own character; its quirks (Taylor), history (the gazebo), and longstanding businesses (Luke's) form the backbone of what makes Gilmore Girls so unique.

According to Gilmore lore, Stars Hollow was founded by early colonial settlers and even played a (roundabout) part in a battle in the Revolutionary War. It's as proud of its small-town charm as it is its centuries of history. And although some of the antics seem too silly to be real, there are actually plenty of small towns across America that are as historical, charming, and occasionally over-the-top as Stars Hollow. If you're looking to immerse yourself in a real Gilmore experience, add these real-life small towns to your bucket list.

I Could Watch Ina Garten and Seth Meyers Day Drinking on a Loop For the Rest of My Life

I wouldn't exactly say that I needed this 10-minute video of Ina Garten and Seth Meyers getting wasted in a New York City bar in broad daylight, but I'm damn glad I got it. The chef and Barefoot Contessa host appeared on an episode of Late Night on Wednesday for the return of Meyers's "Day Drinking" segment and, needless to say, hilarity ensued. The two kicked off the segment by chugging cocktails before hopping behind the bar in NYC's Corner Bistro to make each other some classic concoctions, including a whiskey sour and a cosmopolitan.

Later on, over an enormous plate of french fries, Garten quizzed the already-drunk host to see if he could tell the difference between one of her own specially-made dipping sauces and that of a famous fast-food chain. (Spoiler: He actually did a pretty good job.) The duo played a handful of other games like matching a quote to a famous chef and matching photos of bare feet to their celebrity owners. Watch the full video above and try as hard as you can to get through it without cracking up.

Ariana Grande Stirs Up Drama in the Sexy "Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I'm Bored" Video

We might not be getting an Ariana Grande performance at the Grammys, but at least we have a brand-new music video to obsess over, right?

The 25-year-old pop star dropped her fifth studio album, Thank U, Next, at midnight on Thursday, as well as the video for the last of the album's 12 songs, which also happens to be the track with the most hilarious title: "Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I'm Bored." The video sees Grande coming between The Sun Is Also a Star hunk Charles Melton and his girlfriend, played by Ariel Yasmine, who's styled to look exactly like Grande (the ponytail, the oversize sweatshirt), when they first meet in a dimly lit club. Meanwhile, Grande is rocking a bleach-blond wig and soon finds herself going all Single White Female on Melton's GF in an attempt to steal him away. (Or maybe Grande wants to steal her all along? You need to watch until the very end to see what I mean . . . wink, wink.)

As for who inspired the song, Grande previously insisted to fans on Twitter that the tune isn't aimed at any new guy in particular, since "all the boys in my life are gay (thank God)." Because of that, there aren't nearly as many Easter eggs as in her videos for "7 Rings" and "Thank U, Next," but Grande still puts on quite a show.

Watch it above, and then check out all the other songs on Thank U, Next now that it's available to stream!

A 10-Song Introduction to the Infectious Power of Lizzo

Like everyone else who has a brain and two functioning ears, I've decided to dedicate my life to spreading the gospel of Lizzo.

The 30-year-old rapper, singer, and talented flautist - if playing flute and twerking on stage isn't instantly iconic, I don't know what is - dropped her debut album, Lizzobangers, in 2013, and she's been pumping out bop after bop ever since. Although it's long overdue (in my not so humble opinion), Lizzo is finally getting the mainstream shine she deserves, from flawless appearances on Ellen and The Tonight Show to seeing her latest single, "Juice," chart on Billboard's Hot R&B.

Like many others, a lot of what appeals to me about Lizzo, other than her infectious beats, is her inclusive, empowering message. But in an age when feminism and self-acceptance are often hollowed out by big brands in order to sell everything from body wash to pink hats with the help of a cheeky hashtag, Lizzo continues to prove that her message is authentic. She lives what she raps; she puts immense thought into her lyrics, ensuring that they're not empowering for empowerment's sake.

For instance, in her 2017 track "Truth Hurts," she sings, "I will never ever, ever be your side chick," but that wasn't the original lyric. During Allison P. Davis's recent (and fantastic) profile of Lizzo in The Cut, the musician notes that the original lyric was "I could never ever, ever be a side chick," but she decided to tweak it to be more inclusive.

"B*tch, what about side chicks! I don't want to exclude them! I don't want to make them feel bad. I think that's why this feels brand new. I'm trying to be inclusive," she explains. "Could this song ["Like a Girl," her new track that's about throwing dollars at strippers "like a girl"] be in a Dove commercial? Yes, but it won't. They aren't thinking about everybody. . . . The old heads aren't ready for that."

While "the old heads" might not be ready for Lizzo's brand of confidence just yet, there's nothing standing in the way of falling in love with her yourself (if you haven't already). Check out her most essential songs ahead before her next album, Cuz I Love You, drops in April.

Will Jane End Up With Michael or Rafael? Jane the Virgin's Creator Says "Both are Worthy"

Fans of The CW's Jane the Virgin have many questions as we prepare for its upcoming final season, but the biggest one might be how this telenovela will end: will Jane (Gina Rodriguez) wind up with Rafael (Justin Baldoni), the handsome and sensitive reformed bad boy who was about to propose in the finale of last season? Or will she resuscitate her romance with Michael (Brett Dier), her recently returned husband who promised to love her the rest of his life? (And then, we thought, died.)

Part of this anticipation is that creator Jennie Snyder Urman and her writers are particularly good at not playing favorites. She said, while speaking at the show's Television Critics Association press day on Jan. 31, that they made a point to build up one suitor or another each season as a way to bring "the audience along with us."

"In constructing the love triangle, we knew that we had to make both men worthy of Jane," Urman said. "We couldn't vilify one or make one seem less-than, because that is immediately going to reflect back on your heroine [and make people ask,] 'Why is she choosing this one when this one is so obviously the choice?'" (Not that we don't do that anyway on social media. #TeamRafael.)

She added that Carolina Rivera, one of the series' writers, described telenovelas as the "pornography of emotion" because "you juice it to the max and you feel everything. And then you ground it after that . . . so we go through all of the feels this last season, certainly."

After the panel, Urman also confirmed that the ending of the series is the same one she planned when she first pitched it to The CW, albeit with some new twists and turns (we'll find out who the Latin Lover Narrator, voiced by Anthony Mendez, is, for example). And while she's tight-lipped about who exactly will win Jane's heart, she said that fans will feel "closure."

"You should hold out for a romantic ending in some way," she promised. "What that romance is is going to be TBD."

Angelina Jolie Stands Up For Rohingya Refugees: "The Way You Have Been Treated Shames Us All"

Angelina Jolie is continuing her mission to make a difference in the world. The 43-year-old actress and Special Envoy for the United Nations High Commissioner For Refugees (UNHCR) touched down in Bangladesh on Monday for her official three-day visit in Cox's Bazar. The country has been home to more than 730,000 Rohingya refugees from Myanmar since August 2017, and Angelina is on hand to help those in need and assess the challenges Bangladesh is currently facing as a host country. On Tuesday, Angelina visited a school at Kutupalong refugee camp and hosted a press conference ahead of a new appeal for nearly $1 billion to look after the refugee influx.

In her speech, Angelina touched on "Bangladesh's generosity in giving Rohingya people a place of safety" and urged Myanmar authorities to "show the genuine commitment needed to end the cycle of violence and displacement." "I am here to see what more can be done to ensure Rohingya children can gain education with recognized qualifications that they need to retain a clear vision for their futures, and, when conditions allow, rebuild their communities in Myanmar," Angelina added. "To the Rohingya refugees, I want to say I am humbled and proud to stand with you today. You have every right to live in security, to be free to practice your religion and to coexist with people of other faiths and ethnicities. You have every right not to be stateless, and the way you have been treated shames us all."

Angelina is also set to visit Dhaka, where she'll have meetings with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and Foreign Minister AK Abdul Momen to discuss how the UNHCR can support the Bangladeshi government. This marks Angelina's first visit to the country and comes ahead of the launch of the 2019 Joint Response Plan, which aims to raise $920 million to help the Rohingya refugees.

Cameron Monaghan Confirms Ian Is Returning to Shameless, With or Without Mickey

Despite an emotional, shocking goodbye in the middle of Shameless's ninth season, Cameron Monaghan is indeed returning to the show as his beloved character, Ian Gallagher.

After announcing his exit last year, telling fans that "all good things come to an end," Monaghan has since reversed his decision and will once again be a part of the cast for the Showtime dramedy's 10th season. It's especially exciting news considering the show is already losing its leading lady, Emmy Rossum, so now fans won't have to go without Ian, too.

While appearing at the TV Critics Association press tour to discuss his role on Gotham, Monaghan explained to a room full of reporters what went into his initial decision to leave, as well as why he's decided to come back.

"It got to the point where I wanted to step away for creative reasons as well as business, which many other actors had done on the show years earlier," the 25-year-old actor said. "But I took some time away, and I talked to John Wells, the showrunner, about possible things we could do with the character in the future, and we got to a place both creatively and financially where I felt comfortable coming back, and much of that had to do with what we were going to do with the story."

As for what we can expect to see from Ian in the coming season, Monaghan remained tight-lipped, saying the writers haven't even started on the script, so he doesn't "even fully know" where his character will be headed. He also noted that he's not sure if his character will continue to have a relationship with his on-again, off-again boyfriend Mickey (Noel Fisher), whom we last see in the same prison cell as Ian.

"That is a question for Noel and the producers," he said, before going into why he hopes Ian will be able to expand as a character beyond his many romance woes. "I think that now we've really torn him down. I think it would be really interesting to see him, instead of just looking for a relationship or resolving relationship conflict, to instead be working on himself and focusing in that capacity. So I'd like to see something outside just him searching and being single and hooking up with people, that kind of stuff."
