I'm a Black Woman, and This Is How Working Out Has Made Me Love My Body
I was 8 years old the first time I noticed my body looked different than my friends. I had defined arms, legs, and abs and they didn't. As I began to get more involved in sports - dance, track, and soccer were my favorites - I really began to notice that my brown body stood out. I was never ashamed of how I looked, I just knew I was different.
Fortunately, I had coaches that didn't just teach me the fundamentals of sport. Whether they realized it or not, they shaped the way I perceived myself. They taught me how to fight through hard workouts, how to become mentally strong, and how to visualize my goals and dreams, and they also taught my teammates and me that our bodies were made for a special purpose. That our brown, strong physiques weren't anything to be ashamed of. In fact, it was just the opposite. We were taught that our bodies were an extension of who we were: strong, powerful, and beautiful.
I'll never forget asking my track coach Lucius about the then-mysterious marks that had begun to appear on my butt, thighs, and calves. My teammate and I were panicking because these marks were so foreign to us. It was then Lucius explained what stretch marks were. He also told us that they represented power and strength - part of the formula to become a great sprinter.
When I was on the track, running up and down the soccer field, or at dance recitals, I felt strong. But when I wasn't competing, there were moments where I felt uncomfortable with how I looked. Around that same time, my dad began expanding my knowledge of professional black female athletes. Once I saw images of Serena and Venus Williams competing and photos of Florence Griffith Joyner running, I was in awe. I wanted to emulate them. I wanted to be just as strong and as powerful as they were.
Over the years, I was offered scholarships to compete in college, I became a Division 1, All-American sprinter, and I've worked with top athletic brands. These are major accolades to be proud of, but I'm simply proud to have a platform where I can be my authentic self - where my body and my strength are embraced. I'm so happy that there are so many strong black female athletes, and black women in general, for young girls and women to look up to.
I'm so thankful that girls can look to athletes of the past and present like Laila Ali, Misty Copeland, and Simone Biles and feel represented and be proud of who they are and how they look.
So to all the black female athletes out there, thank you for helping me love every inch of my body.

Want to Lose Weight? Try This Celebrity Trainer's Simple, 4-Week Walking Plan
When it comes to weight loss, celeb trainer and New York Times bestselling author Harley Pasternak, MSc, has a catchphrase: "Strong in the gym, lean in life." The Fitbit ambassador, nutrition scientist, and personal coach to the likes of Amy Schumer, Kim Kardashian, and Rihanna has told POPSUGAR on numerous occasions that the best way to lose weight is easier than you think: just walk more. Here, Harley makes his compelling case and shares a simple, month-long plan to get you started.
Why Walking and Not Running?
"Walking is something that can be woven into the fabric of the day," Harley said. "With running, you need to book a time to do it; you need to dress a certain way, wear specific shoes, be in a specific mindset, have time to shower after and re-dress - you don't have to do that with walking."
Additionally, he told us that there's a "direct correlation" between intensity of cardio and appetite, meaning the more strenuous cardio you do, the hangrier you'll be afterward. "It's why we use the phrase 'working up an appetite,'" he said. So if weight loss is your goal, walking will be your way to lean out in 2019.
The Plan
Harley believes in this approach so much that getting a step tracker is part of his prescribed regimen to his celebrity clients. While adding in steps here and there will certainly add up over time, we asked him for a four-week plan, giving us a target to work with.
"This plan starts off assuming your current step count is 10,000 steps per day," Harley told POPSUGAR. The goal is that by the end of week four, you're walking an additional 4,000 steps per day.
- Week one: 11,000 steps each day, Sunday through Saturday
- Week two: 12,000 steps each day, Sunday through Saturday
- Week three: 13,000 steps each day, Sunday through Saturday
- Week four: 14,000 steps each day, Sunday through Saturday
Harley acknowledged that "jumping 1,000 steps per day each week can be daunting" and that not everyone is starting at 10,000 steps each day. If you're hovering somewhere closer to 5,000 steps daily, the goal is the same. Add 1,000 steps per day for week one, another 1,000 for week two, and so on until your new daily average is 4,000 steps above your start point.
"For those that are starting at a lower step count, don't stop at the end of week four," he said. "The optimum range of steps is different for everyone, but I haven't met anyone who hasn't been able to physically keep up with 14,000 steps per day unless they have an underlying medical condition."
The goal is the same: "Get to a place where you hit a daily step goal that you can sustain without leading to mental and physical burnout." Sound good? Great. Let's do this.

I'm a Trainer, and This Is the Exercise That Leaves My Abs Sore For Days
If you haven't figured it out by now, I really like ab exercises. Not because I want my abs to pop (although that is a bonus), but because I know just how important a strong core is. Not trying to sound like that annoying trainer, but seriously, a strong core is essential. Without it, you won't be able to perform exercises like squats, deadlifts, and sprints properly and efficiently.
I have a handful of core-strengthening exercises I enjoy doing, and one of my current favorites is the plank with alternating arm and leg raise. I like it because it forces you to really focus on stability, balance, core strength, and core activation all at once.
How to Do a Plank With Alternating Arm and Leg Raise
- Come into plank position with your arms and legs straight and your shoulders above your wrists.
- With control, raise your right arm up as you simultaneously raise your left leg up off of the ground. Be sure not to rotate at your hip or upper body. Hold for one second.
- With control, lower your right arm and left leg back to the starting position. That counts as one rep. Repeat with the left arm and right leg.
- Complete three sets of 10 reps.
If You Only Have 30 Minutes For a Full-Body Home Workout, Do This
I love when my kids stop and take time to smell the roses (or count ants on a hill, or take 10 minutes to walk the 30-second walk back from our mailbox because they're following chipmunk tracks in the snow). I'm all for slowing down to appreciate the little things in life. But when we have five precious minutes in the morning to get their teeth brushed and their boots, coats, hats, and backpacks on so we can catch the neighbor's ride to school, I want to burn those frickin' roses. Because if we are running five minutes late, I can't get to my CrossFit class on time. And that's just what happened last Friday.
My sports bra and leggings were already on, so basically I was 98 percent committed to this workout. If I couldn't do it at my gym, darn it, I was going to work out at home. The workout of the day (WOD) is posted on my box's website, so I did that 15-minute workout, then added two more mini workouts that I made up, and boom - in 30 minutes, my entire body was toast! Here's what I did.
30-Minute Home Workout
Equipment needed:
- Bar to hang from for the knee-ups (or see ahead for the bodyweight modification)
- An eight- to 20-pound soft medicine ball and a wall (or a pair of lightweight dumbbells and no wall)
- Jump rope (or just pretend)
- Pair of medium dumbbells (10 to 25 pounds)
Directions: This 30-minute workout consists of three AMRAP workouts. AMRAP stands for "as many rounds as possible." For the first AMRAP, set a timer for 15 minutes and move through the three exercises as many times as you can (aim for four to five rounds). For the second AMRAP, set the timer for 10 minutes and do deadlifts and push-ups for as many rounds as you can (aim for 10). For the final AMRAP, do as many chest presses and diamond sit-ups as you can in five minutes (aim for three rounds). There's no rest between AMRAPS.
15-Minute AMRAP
---
10 knee-ups (or hip raise with leg extension)
25 wall balls (or dumbbell thrusters with light dumbbells)
100 jump ropes
10-Minute AMRAP
10 dumbbell deadlifts
10 push-ups
5-Minute AMRAP
10 dumbbell chest presses
30 diamond sit-ups
Keep reading for details on how to do each move.
An Expert Explains What You Really Need to Do to Burn Fat and Build Muscle
It's easy to oversimplify things, but when it comes to fitness, oversimplification and generalizations rarely ever work. If you're trying to build muscle, hitting the weights without a plan and eating a bunch of protein won't work. Instead, you've got to be strategic.
To find out what you should actually be doing to burn fat and build muscle, POPSUGAR spoke with Rondel King, MS, CSCS, an exercise physiologist at NYU Langone's Sports Performance Center.

Going Out to Eat? Here's the Best Thing to Order For Weight Loss, a Doctor Says
It seems like nothing can throw off your weight-loss plans like a dinner invitation. You want to socialize and try new dishes, but finding something healthy on the menu can be challenging, especially when even the cleanest-looking options can have hidden ingredients or huge portion sizes. And it's tough to settle for a plain side salad when your friends and family are wolfing down burgers.
John Morton, MD, weight-loss expert and chief of bariatric surgery at Stanford, told POPSUGAR that he recommends people eat at home as much as possible when they're trying to lose weight. If that's not an option, though, he has a workaround: when you're at a restaurant, order an appetizer as your entrée.
Appetizers typically have smaller portion sizes, Dr. Morton said, making it easier to curb overeating. Beyond that, "a lot of appetizers are protein-based. That's really what you want when you're making your food choices is to have that protein." That's because studies show that high-protein foods are your best bet to fill you up and keep you full for longer. They'll also boost your metabolism, helping you burn more calories with the more protein you eat. Dr. Morton also recommends "fruits, vegetables, and fiber" as other satisfying appetizer choices.
So what kinds of appetizers should you go for? Soups and salads are great; a small study suggests that soups can be particularly filling. The protein element is crucial, though. Opt for a dish that'll fill you up, like a chicken soup or salad with tofu or salmon. Make sure it's something tasty, too; Dr. Morton said that appreciating and enjoying your food can help you feel more full. Try healthy vegetable appetizers like brussels sprouts, edamame, or artichokes, too.
Remember to tell the server that you're ordering your app as a main so that you're not left without a meal when the rest of the table gets served. And don't be afraid to ask about the ingredients, either - choosing the healthiest option means knowing exactly what's in it. Make smart choices at the table and you'll never have to turn down another meal invite.
Here's What Your Next Trip Should Be Based on Your Zodiac Sign

It turns out your zodiac sign can determine a few getaway locations that are right up your alley, so you'll want to make sure you get the full experience at some point in your life. The 20 Saddest Meals We've Ever Made Ourselves
It's impossible to be a first-class chef all the time, or most of the time, or even ever. Time can be scarce, and POPSUGAR editors are just as guilty of emptying a jar of peanut butter one spoonful at a time instead of eating a balanced dinner. If fact, we've eaten some pretty sad meals when left to our own devices. I put out an open call for the most depressing meals our editors have "prepared" for themselves, and the results are so shocking that I've removed all of their names from this list. Here is the definitive ranking of the 20 saddest responses I got - from slightly embarrassing to just downright heartbreaking.

Kid Says Dad Doesn’t "Want Another Living Thing," but I’ll Be Damned If They Don’t Succeed in Getting a Guinea Pig
A very goal-oriented fifth grader is doing the absolute most to make sure their dad really knows just how much they want a pet guinea pig. For a class assignment entitled "I Am . . . ," the elementary student managed to make every single one of the 15 prompts - which were open-ended and meant to be about anything having to do with the child - about guinea pigs.
"I wonder if my dad will let me get a guinea pig," reads the first prompt. A few others that follow read: "I hear Dad saying, 'I don't want another living thing,'" "I see Dad shaking his head," "I feel sad that I don't have a guinea pig," and, one of my personal favorites, "I understand why Dad says no, but I really want a guinea pig."
Listen, it's clear that this kid's dad does not want to add a guinea pig to their family, but I'll be damned if this assignment doesn't inspire some kind of compromise. We're wishing this fifth grader all of the luck in their endeavors - guinea pig-related and otherwise.

How The Haunting of Hill House Pulled Off That Incredible "Continuous Shot" Episode
If you've succumbed to a gut-wrenching binge of The Haunting of Hill House, chances are you're still trying to unravel all the tiny details that make the show so special. And yet, for all the subtleties contained therein - like the Crain siblings' metaphorical significance - there's one brilliant thing fans of the show seemed to have honed in on from the get-go: the sixth episode of the show. I'm sure you remember the beautiful drama of this particular chapter. In the present day, all of the Crain siblings have finally reunited for Nell's funeral. In the past, the family huddles together while a superstorm ravages the haunted house. But it's not just the beats of the story that make the episode that stand out, it's that the episode seems to play out through one long, glorious take.
As it turns out, this was a very deliberate move on the part of creator Mike Flanagan, who wanted to add a lot of gravity to the moment all the siblings are together under one roof. In a new interview with Entertainment Weekly, he went into great detail and explained how they pulled it off. As you might have guessed, they didn't just churn out the episode overnight. Instead, it took more than a month of careful planning, intense choreography, and hard work. And it's fascinating.
In the interview, Flanagan revealed that the idea had been a part of the project all along, even from the very first pitch meeting. When it came to actually executing the idea, the first order of business was rehearsal. Weeks and weeks of rehearsal.
We wrote all of the camera choreography into the script for the episode, back before we started production . . . We rehearsed it with our second team stand-ins, who basically performed the entire episode as actors for about five weeks straight, every day. We had shut down production and we just rehearsed with them, with the crew, and kept running it and running it and running it. After a month of that, we brought the cast in and we were able to show them the episode. We had shot it with the second team. So we said, "Here it is and this is what we're doing," and then the cast had two weeks with us in rehearsal. We kind of looked at it like live TV. Ultimately, it's five long shots and we did one a day for five days. It almost killed us. It almost killed everybody.
Flanagan also revealed that 200 people had a hand in making the episode happen, who all had to coordinate and work in perfect harmony with one another. "I'm really glad that it's being received the way it is, because that was the hardest and riskiest and scariest thing I think any of us on that stage had ever done."
For all the nail-biting and hand-wringing, Flanagan also revealed that the episode was a lot of fun. He spoke about one particular moment, when Hugh is in the funeral parlor and his adult children become little kids again before his eyes. "It was hysterical. If you step out of frame, it's hilarious, and the kids were all crouched down and hiding in the intake room right next to them, and they would just sprint into place. And while they're doing that, in the background you're watching crew frantically pull out this dummy of Victoria Pedretti from the casket to help little Violet climb in her place. So we were doing all these off-camera switches."
Then there was another fun one: when Olivia (the mom) is going through the halls and the statues appear to be turning their heads, watching her go around. "[It] looks really cool, except that when you see the crew members hiding behind the wall carrying statues that all have different head positions and frantically diving into frame to get them there before the camera turns back around, it's funny."
In another perplexing shot, the camera seems to be in the middle of the grand foyer, and it seamlessly floats as Olivia and Hugh, the Crain parents, descend from the second floor to the first. "We built an elevator and suspended it from the ceiling. It's out of frame for the rest of the shot, but it would have to lower in while we were with them in the hall, and then the steady cam op just steps onto it," Flanagan revealed. "It lowered into the floor. He stepped out and then it went right back up to the ceiling so he could turn around and it would be gone." Damn. That's wild.
"It was a circus, and it was the weirdest thing for me and for [cinematographer Michael Fimognari], because typically we're really involved in a given take," Flanagan continued. "But with this, all of our work was up front and all we could do was sit at the monitor and watch, and there was just nothing we could do anymore. Usually about halfway through a take, if it looked like we had a chance to get it, we would just grip the armrests and I think I held my breath for the last three minutes of that third segment, which is our longest . . . it was just panic, but it really worked out."
So, there you have it. Luckily, the hard work of Flanagan and the rest of the crew hasn't gone unnoticed. It's one of the most brilliant episodes of television that I've seen in a long time.
Yes, You Heard That Right - Ariana Grande Samples an *NSYNC Song in Her Latest Single
They say good things come in threes, and Ariana Grande has proven that right: the pop queen dropped her fifth studio album, Thank U, Next, on Feb. 8 and released the third single, "Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I'm Bored," along with a music video.
Not only does the video have us seeing double like a Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen movie, but it also stars Riverdale hottie Charles Melton, who is truly swoon-worthy. But the most important reveal Grande shook us with? A sample of *NSYNC's "It Makes Me Ill" in the bridge of "Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I'm Bored." One of the biggest pop stars of today utilizing one of the greatest songs by one of the most prominent boy bands in history? Her mind!
For those who aren't as well-versed in *NSYNC's jams (and honestly, why aren't you?), "It Makes Me Ill" is from the band's biggest album, 2000's No Strings Attached. Grande puts her own twist on the song's second verse, tweaking the lyrics to, "You can call me crazy cuz I want you / And I never even never f*cking met you / Say I'm trippin' and it ain't right / but you without me ain't nice (Ain't nice, yeah)." A true musical virtuoso.
*NSYNC disbanded in 2002 (with one break to perform together at the 2013 VMAs), but if anything, I feel like this is the perfect opportunity for them to get back in the game. Maybe drop in on one of Grande's tour dates for a surprise feature? I'm just saying.
Check out the two songs ahead so you can compare, as well as some reactions from Grande and *NSYNC fans who are probably overwhelmed by the greatness of this single and need several minutes to get their bearings.
The Simple Reason Jane the Virgin Decided to Bring Michael Back From the Dead
The cliffhanger ending of Jane the Virgin's fourth season finale really was, just as the show's Latin Lover Narrator likes to say, straight out of a telenovela: Michael, the supposedly deceased husband of star Gina Rodriguez's titular Jane, seemed to be back from the dead - albeit in a more bearded and burly form.
All of this will most certainly be addressed when The CW show returns for its fifth and final season on March 27. But there is a question of whether this storyline is too extreme, even for a show whose very premise is about a virgin who gets pregnant through an accidental artificial insemination (by her Baby Daddy's sister, no less).
Jennie Snyder Urman, the series' creator, told journalists at the show's Television Critics Association press day on Jan. 31 that she was encouraged to go for the shocking twist by Carolina Rivera. An experienced telenovela writer who also works on the show, Rivera said that this was exactly the kind of thing that happens in this genre. Those who pay attention may have noticed that the writers have been building to this storyline for quite some time. Urman said she "knew it was a trope that we were going to save up till the end," but that it was crucial to do it "in a way that is both believable enough and also true to the tone and the spirit of the show."
Still, this isn't the first time the Jane writers have toyed with Michael's fate. In a 2017 episode, Michael "dies" suddenly when he collapses due to undetected side effects from a gunshot wound he sustains earlier in that season. How does all of this impact Brett Dier, who plays the character?
Snyder said after the panel that "he knew it was a telenovela and there was always a possibility, but I also knew that his death had to land and that the show had to exist without him for a certain amount of time."
Also in on the reveal? Rodriguez herself. She said at the panel that Urman told her the twist way before everyone else knew and then swore her to secrecy.
The Cast of Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark Is Ready to Scare the Sh*t Out of You
If you think R.L. Stine's Goosebumps series is terrifying, you're lucky you never stumbled upon Alvin Schwartz's Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark. The three-book series achieved cult status thanks to its macabre tales of horror and violent accompanying illustrations (which were provided by Stephen Gammell), and now, it's coming back to haunt us as a film produced by The Shape of Water director Guillermo del Toro. Four teasers were shared in short bursts during the 2019 Super Bowl - the Dream, the Red Spot, the Jangly Man, and the Big Toe - and if those didn't pique your interest, then maybe the cast for the film will.

16 Black Cosplay Queens Who Will Give You Inspiration For Comic-Con and Beyond
The best part of being in any fandom is seeing how your favorite books, movies, and TV shows spark the creativity of the fans that love them. There are some truly creative souls out there who can take inspiration from anything and put their own unique spin on it to show their appreciation of it. I love seeing cosplayers put their creative skills to use by crafting their own versions of iconic costumes - whether they be a warrior princess, your favorite witches and wizards, or the legendary Toadette. As a black nerd, I especially love seeing cosplayers of color who challenge the idea of who participates in cosplay and what they can do.
It's a popular myth that the "nerdier" aspects of fandom - like cosplaying and LARPing - are male-dominated and reserved for non-black fans. But that's never been true and, in the age of social media, it's been hugely debunked by the large presence of black female fans who finally get a chance to show off their love for all things nerd and cosplay to the world wide web. Now, I'm not personally a cosplayer (there is not a creative bone in my body, sorry not sorry), but I am more than happy to share these 16 cosplay queens everyone should be following on Instagram.

5 Reasons We're Betting on Cassie to Win Bachelor Colton's Heart
Amid all of the drama that went down in this week's episode of The Bachelor, there was one connection that went majorly right. Colton and Cassie's relationship is definitely taking a few steps forward, which has fans wondering if the California-based speech pathologist is going to be the winner of this season (and of Colton's heart).
Cassie hadn't received a ton of screen time before this week, but that doesn't mean she and Colton haven't hit it off. And during their one-on-one date, the chemistry was undeniable, cementing Cassie as one to watch this season. Colton couldn't keep his hands or his eyes off Cassie, and she seemed to feel the same way, too. It looks like the fortune teller's comment in Singapore about them having been brother and sister in a past life didn't put a damper on the romantic feelings between them!
Here are some of the clues that Cassie, who is also on another reality show, might be getting that final rose. Fans are still a ways away from finding out who won Colton over in the end. But Cassie is definitely one contestant worth keeping an eye on - especially after their super romantic date in Thailand on this week's Bachelor episode.

Who Set Up Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger? The Answer Is Adorable
It was only a couple of weeks into 2019 when the first big celebrity engagement news of the new year broke: actor Chris Pratt revealed he had proposed to girlfriend Katherine Schwarzenegger, the 29-year-old author also known as the daughter of Arnold Schwarzenegger. The couple had been dating for less than a year when they made their big announcement, and aside from a few photos snapped of them together, they've pretty much kept their relationship details private. While obsessing over potential wedding details, there's one detail that has had everyone wondering from day one: how exactly did this couple meet in the first place?
As it turns out, Pratt and Schwarzenegger apparently owe their relationship to none other than her mom! Schwarzenegger's mother, journalist and author Maria Shriver, reportedly was behind the couple's meeting.
"Maria helped set them up," an anonymous source close to the couple told People in June 2018. The revelation came on the heels of the duo's relationship becoming more public, when Schwarzenegger was spotted spending Father's Day with Pratt. Shriver and Pratt, both being media figures, had some mutual friends, which apparently led Shriver to reach out and try to set him up with her daughter. Specific details as to the timeline or the exact nature of the setup haven't been revealed publicly.
Although the June 2018 date was the first time the general public realized that Pratt and Schwarzenegger were an item, the couple had apparently been dating for a little while before they were first seen together. E! News reported (again from an anonymous source) that they had been on "multiple dates" prior to then and had been "talking consistently . . . for about two months or so." The source also added that they "both really like each other." Plus, Pratt already had the mom stamp of approval!
"Maria is very excited for Katherine. Everyone has their fingers crossed that this is going to work out long-term. They think Chris is an amazing guy and a great catch," the E! source continued. "They are really perfect together and have similar goals and values. They have gotten serious quickly."
Schwarzenegger was Pratt's first public relationship following his split from ex-wife Anna Faris. Back in 2017, Pratt and Faris announced their separation after nine years of marriage, and their divorce was finalized in early 2018. The former couple do share custody of their son, Jack, and it seems like Schwarzenegger has already integrated into their family unit: she and Pratt, along with Faris and her boyfriend Michael Barrett, all took Jack trick-or-treating together on Halloween.
Pratt and Schwarzenegger's relationship has moved pretty quickly. In January, People reported that the couple had moved in together, and a post on Pratt's Instagram (captioned "I love moving!") seemingly confirmed that piece of news. Only a couple of weeks later, he announced their engagement, with another Instagram post that read, "Sweet Katherine, so happy you said yes! I'm thrilled to be marrying you. Proud to live boldly in faith with you. Here we go!" If Pratt and Schwarzenegger's love story can teach us just one thing, it's to never discount the person your mother wants to set you up with!
It Doesn't Sound Like There Will Be a Third Season of Big Little Lies, but Don't Freak Out Yet
For those of you who are hoping Big Little Lies will live to see a third season, we have some slightly somber news. It doesn't sound like the HBO drama will be renewed after its second season - at least for the time being. On Feb. 8, the show's creator and executive producer David E. Kelley - joined by two of its stars Reese Witherspoon and Nicole Kidman - discussed its future at the Television Critics Association press tour in Pasadena, CA. When asked if there are any arrangements for a third go-around, Kelley answered, "No such plan now. It's one and two, and we like our closure with season two, but that will probably be it."
But our hopes aren't completely dashed. Although Big Little Lies was originally supposed to be a limited series, its huge success with season one led to a second installment - after Kelley insinuated there wouldn't be a season two in 2017. Witherspoon even pointed this out during the press tour when Kelley hinted that the second season would be the last. "You sat here [years ago] and said that," she quipped, followed by a laugh from the crowd.
Kidman - who is also an executive producer on the show - took a more mild approach to addressing the show's fate. "There's no plan for it to end, specifically," she said. "This was a long shoot for us, and it was an enormous amount of work, and we're just amazed that we can be here. Not to compare it to the first one because artistically it's a wonderful thing to take something and go and the success of the first one was so massive, so we go, 'OK, let's jump off the cliff.' But at the same time, it is its own entity and hopefully it will be taken that way. It was definitely made with an enormous amount of love."
So we're not hearing any definite answers for now, and only time will tell. Until then, we'll just look forward to the upcoming episodes - and Meryl Streep's debut - in June when we'll see the aftermath of season one's major cliffhanger.
