Dua Lipa Called Out Recording Academy President's Sexist Remarks in Her Acceptance Speech

Before the Grammys cut off Dua Lipa's mic while she was giving her acceptance speech for best new artist on Sunday evening, the "Swan Song" singer managed to slip in a subtle dig at Recording Academy president Neil Portnow, who made a sexist remark about female musicians in 2018.

Last year's batch of Grammys nominees and winners were made up of almost entirely men, effectively shutting out deserving female artists from the award show. When questioned about the backlash, Portnow told reporters female musicians need to "step up" to receive better representation in the industry, a comment which was naturally met with even more criticism. In addition to a group of female executives calling for his resignation, stars like Pink slammed Portnow's statement, saying, "Women in music don't need to 'step up' - women have been stepping since the beginning of time."

Now Lipa, who burst onto the music scene with hits like "New Rules" and "IDGAF," has joined the chorus of female musicians who want to make sure Portnow knows just how offensive his original comment was to all the hard-working women in the music industry. The 23-year-old British singer began her speech by noting how honored she is "to be nominated alongside so many incredible female artists this year." Then she added, "I guess this year we really stepped up," to loud applause and cheers from the audience. Her speech only got more inspirational from there.

"I want to say a really big thank you to the fans, who have allowed me to be the best version of myself," she said, before later touching on her own climb to the top. "For anyone who hasn't realized how special they are to have a different story or background, just know that no matter where you're from, never let that get in the way of your dreams."

Watch her speech in full ahead, as well as seeing some stunning photos from her night at the Grammys.

Dolly Parton and Miley Cyrus May Not Be Blood-Related, but Their Bond Is Pretty Damn Special

If you missed country queen Dolly Parton's epic tribute performance during the 2019 Grammys, during which she sang all of the best jams from the incredible Dumplin' soundtrack, then you better watch it before you feel left out. Along with a whole host of special guests - including Katy Perry, Little Big Town, Maren Morris, and Kacey Musgraves - Dolly was joined by Miley Cyrus, who - if it wasn't already clear - shares a pretty special relationship with the country queen.

Just the week before, Miley teamed up with Shawn Mendes for the MusiCares Person of the Year gala (which was held in honor of Dolly this year) to sing Dolly and Kenny Roger's 1983 song "Islands in the Stream." Before the event, Miley even posted a sweet photo of her and Dolly on Instagram with the caption, "It's YOUR night Aunt @dollyparton! Beyond deserved!" So it begs the question: are the two actually related?

As close as the two are (and as similar as they might sound at times!), Dolly is actually Miley's godmother, not a blood relation. We totally understand the confusion, though - Dolly even made a few cameo appearances playing Miley's godmother on Disney's Hannah Montana, though she was referred to as "Aunt Dolly" then, too. Her relationship with Miley stems from a long-lasting friendship with the pop star's dad, fellow musician Billy Ray Cyrus, and just as Miley always supports the music legend, Dolly always has her goddaughter's back in turn.

When Miley faced criticism for her provocative outfits and performances back in 2013, Dolly said Miley was smarter than people believed and needed a chance to find her own way, just as Dolly herself had. "She's just trying to find her own place and wings and learn to fly," she told Evening Standard. We'd say everything turned out just fine, so perhaps godmother does know best. Check out the gallery for pictures of the two talented ladies over the years.

If You're Wondering Who the Epic Pianist During Cardi B's Grammys Performance Was, Read This

The 2019 Grammy Awards have been a night of epic performances from female artists, from Janelle Monáe to Dolly Parton. One of the showstoppers of the night came from Cardi B performing her new hit "Money." While we certainly can't ignore the rapper's impressive regalia and high energy, there's another star in the showcase who took our breath away: Chloe Flower, the piano player who jump-started the song with attitude for days.

Also known as Chloe Won, the 33-year-old Los Angeles-based composer and pianist has been in the music scene for some time, starting off as a classically trained pianist. In 2011, Flower opened during the Italian popera group Il Volo's US tour. While she has roots in classical music, her talent has been showcased in pop music. Her sound has been featured on rapper Nas's "A Queen Story," Celine Dion's "Lullaby," and Timbaland, JAY-Z, and Drake's "Know Bout Me." In 2018, she released the singles "Chopsticks," "Nocturne," "Radiance," and "LA LA Land," her signature style merging classical music with contemporary beats. She is currently working on her debut album.

In addition to her music, Flower is known for her commitment to speaking on human rights activism. In 2013, Jada Pinkett Smith and Lisa Ling presented her with the Creative Coalition Award for Outstanding Achievement for her work against human trafficking at the second annual CAST gala.

You can follow Flower on Twitter and Instagram, and check out some of her work ahead!

Lady Gaga Put an Unexpected Hard-Rock Spin on "Shallow" at the Grammys, and It Was WILD

Well, it's official: Lady Gaga is having the best month ever, and it's only just begun.

The pop superstar and Oscar nominee had barely made her way down the Grammys red carpet before it was already announced that she won two of the night's big awards: best pop solo performance (for "Joanne (Where Do You Think You're Goin'?)") and best song written for visual media (for "Shallow" in A Star Is Born). While sadly, her handsome costar Bradley Cooper didn't pop up on stage when Gaga picked up the award for best pop duo performance OR when Gaga belted out the song from their award-winning film, there's no question she brought down the house all on her own.

Whether it's on stage or on screen, Gaga never fails to leave audiences stunned with her passion and undeniable talent, and Sunday evening was no different. The eight-time Grammy Award winner didn't hold back while banging her head in the air and giving the typically emotional song a grittier edge. While it was an unexpected move, she sang her heart out (especially when she hit THAT note). Watch the memorable moment ahead, then check out reactions to Lady Gaga's performance and make sure you listen to the latest cover of "Shallow" that has the internet weeping.

Here's Your A to Z List of All the Celebs Who Attended the Grammys This Year

If you didn't get the chance to tune in, the 61st annual Grammy Awards aired Sunday, and what a show it was! The music event hosted all of the top-tier recording artists, songwriters, producers, engineers, and mixers who got a big round of applause (plus an award, if they were lucky) for their hard work this past year. The riveting show had some jaw-dropping moments, from Michelle Obama's surprise appearance to Dolly Parton's showstopping tribute and more! It goes without saying that the 2019 Grammys were hot, emotional, powerful, and definitely entertaining. Now, let's get you caught up! Here's your go-to list of celebs who attended the 2019 Grammys.

Cardi B Dedicates Her First Grammy to Mac Miller Following Ariana Grande's Angry Tweets

Cardi B had one hell of a night at the Grammys, to say the least. In addition to turning heads in a Disney-esque shell-like gown, the 26-year-old rapper took home her first Grammy for best rap album for Invasion of Privacy and made history as the first female solo artist to ever win in that category (Lauryn Hill was the last woman to win with The Fugees in 1996).

The late Mac Miller was also among the nominees for his fifth and final album, Swimming, and Cardi made sure to thank him after the Grammys invited his parents to the show. "I read an article that Mac Miller's family said that if he don't win, they want me to win," Cardi said in an Instagram video. "So I'm sharing this Grammy with you."

Even though Mac did not win, he was honored during the in memoriam segment. Still, this did not go over well with Mac's ex Ariana Grande. Following Cardi's win, Ariana tweeted and quickly deleted "trash," "f*ck," and "literal bullsh*t." Given that she's friends with Nicki Minaj, fans immediately assumed she was throwing shade at Cardi (you know, because she and Nicki have beef), but Ariana later clarified that it had "nothing to do with her." "She's not [trash] at all and that's not what I meant and u know that," she tweeted.

In another now-deleted tweet, Ariana explained that she was "very upset" that Mac lost after the Grammys invited his parents to the show. "This. This is what I meant. Karen was gonna have a green suit made," Ariana wrote in response to a tweet about Mac's mom. All of Ariana's tweets relating to the incident have since been deleted.

Mac passed away last September from an accidental drug overdose. He was 26.

The New Trailer For Disney's Live-Action Aladdin Is Even More Magical Than We Imagined

Ever since it was announced that Disney was turning Aladdin into a live-action movie, we've been waiting on pins and needles for a first look at the film, and now the time has finally arrived! On Sunday, Disney released another trailer for the Guy Ritchie-directed remake, and it's even more magical than we imagined. In the clip, we get a glimpse of Aladdin inside the Cave of Wonder (where he obtains the magic lamp), a look at Agrabah, and Will Smith looking very blue . . . literally.

Mena Massoud stars as Aladdin, while Naomi Scott plays Jasmine and Smith takes on the role of Genie. Smith debuted the official poster for the movie on Instagram a few weeks back, captioning it, "LEMME OUT!! Can't wait for y'all to see Me BLUE!" Get excited for the film with the trailer above, and catch Aladdin in theaters on May 24.

We're Hoping to be at Camila Cabello's Next Family Reunion Thanks to Her Grammys Performance

Camila Cabello has done it again. She always manages to deliver some of the best live performances, and her Grammys production on Sunday night was no different.

The "Consequences" singer and Grammy nominee took the stage to show off her amazing moves and vocals, and we're still dancing in our seats. Sporting a bright yellow gown, the 21-year-old Cuba native mashed up her smash hit "Havana" with J. Balvin's "Mi Gente," who also made a cameo (along with Ricky Martin, Young Thug, and Arturo Sandoval!).

And, the cutest part of her performance? It was inspired by her family! Before her set, Cabello told E! News that her set would be based on her grandmother's childhood, when her family would just get together and jam out - and that definitely showed through in the colorful, upbeat set.

Cabello received two Grammy nominations in the categories best pop performance for "Havana (Live)" and best pop vocal album for her self-titled 2018 musical collection Camila. And considering how some of her tunes topped the charts last year, it's so well-deserved. Watch her sing and dance in the video ahead, and then keep scrolling to see the best pictures from the performance!

Diana Ross Has Been Making Music For 60 Years - Here's Her Net Worth Now

There's no doubt about it: Diana Ross is absolute music royalty. The Motown legend was honored on Sunday's Grammy Awards broadcast in honor of her milestone 75th birthday, and she showed up looking and sounding as fabulous as ever! You know Ross is one of the original divas, and you definitely know some of her songs, but do you know just how much she's made over the years of her enduring career?

Ross's net worth sits at a cool $250 million, according to Celeb Net Worth. She's been a highly valued singer since the earlier days of her solo career. After hitting it big with The Supremes in the 1960s, Ross split with her group and made her final performance with them in January 1970. Under the auspices of Motown legend Berry Gordy, Ross launched her solo career in the 1970s - the era included iconic songs like "Reach Out and Touch (Somebody's Hand)" and "Ain't No Mountain High Enough."

At the end of the decade, though, she split from the Motown label and moved to RCA, receiving a quarter of a million dollars' worth of severance pay from Motown and signing a massive $20 million, seven-year contract with RCA. At the time, Ross's was the biggest recording deal in history, for any genre and any company.

In the years since, Ross has had income from her thriving music career - and, ironically, from Motown Records itself: in 1989, she became a part owner of the label where she began. Her music has continued to be licensed and performed around the world, and she herself continues to tour and perform up to the present day. Ross certainly has done very well financially, but to borrow from another queen of the disco-pop era, she's worked hard for her money!

40 of the Most Memorable Moments From the 2019 BAFTA Awards

It was certainly a glamorous night at the BAFTA Film Awards this year. Celebrities flocked to the Royal Albert Hall on Feb. 10, wearing dapper suits and glamorous gowns, for a celebration of British and international film over the last 12 months. The night was filled with sweet moments from our favorite celebrity couples, a room full of talented BAFTA winners and nominees, and of course a special royal appearance from the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, who were guests of honor.

Read on to see the very best pictures from the night, which will make you feel like you were right there too.

9 Times Miley Cyrus Nailed "Jolene," With and Without Dolly Parton by Her Side

One of the highlights of Sunday night's Grammy Awards was undoubtedly the star-studded tribute to music legend Dolly Parton. Katy Perry, Kacey Musgraves, Maren Morris, and Little Big Town all participated in a medley of Parton's biggest hits before being joined by the icon herself. Miley Cyrus also joined the tribute performance, which was extraspecial for her: Parton is not just her fellow singer but also her godmother!

Cyrus and Parton duetted on "Jolene," Parton's hit 1973 song. Their duet was far from the first time Cyrus has covered her godmother's song, though - over the years, it's become an established part of her set list, and Parton has even joined her on more than one occasion! You can check out some of Cyrus's amazing performances of "Jolene" over the years ahead.

The Secrets of Queen Elizabeth II's Famous Red Box

There are a few images that are indelibly associated with the British monarchy and with Queen Elizabeth herself: the famous royal crowns, the guards at Buckingham Palace, the queen's seemingly inexhaustible supply of handbags, and, of course, her corgis. Another image that is deeply associated with the monarchy is the famous "red box," a briefcase-style box covered in red leather that is used to convey daily dispatches from the government to the monarch. Like many elements of the monarchy, some information about the use and history of these boxes is available, though not everything.

Red boxes for governmental papers are nothing new. In fact, the tradition of using wooden boxes, covered in red leather, for government dispatches dates back to the 1860s. The red boxes weren't just used to send information to the monarchs, though: several government ministers would traditionally receive and carry the boxes for sensitive papers and important information. According to the Daily Mail, however, an initiative began in 2015 to replace the red boxes and hard copies of papers with digital copies and smartphones.

The Queen, however, still receives her daily red box, having one delivered every single day except for her two official days off: Christmas Day and Easter Sunday. These boxes contain important documents from her Cabinet and from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office for the queen to review in her role as head of state. While some of the documents contained in the boxes require her immediate attention or even her formal signature to move forward, others are simply information so that the monarch can stay aware of the proceedings in the government or be well-briefed prior to important meetings.

The details on who, specifically, prepares the Queen's red boxes are not quite as clear to the members of the public. Her private office, as well as representatives from government departments, handle the documents' selection, arrangement, and delivery to the queen's desk. On the semi-fictional series The Crown, for instance, King George VI instructs a young Elizabeth that she should open the box, flip it upside down, and then work from the bottom up, claiming that the boxes' preparers "hide" the information they don't want the monarch to see by burying it at the bottom. While it's a witty story, no one knows if the anecdote is actually true - although Queen Elizabeth did, certainly, learn a lot about the daily life of being a monarch by shadowing her father.

Red boxes, in their current iteration, have only been around for about 150 years. However, the tradition of sending a "despatch box" of some kind actually dates back to Queen Elizabeth I, according to the box manufacturers Barrow, Hepburn & Gale. The company also features some history on the reason for the red color of the box, offering two plausible explanations (confirmation of the true origin of the color has been lost to history).

"There are two possible reasons why the Despatch Box became the iconic red color. The widely-accepted reason relates to Prince Albert, Consort to Queen Victoria, who is said to have preferred the color as it was used prominently in the arms of his family, the Saxe-Coburg-Gotha. However, there is a school of thought with origins dating back to the late 16th century, when Queen Elizabeth I's representative Francis Throckmorton presented the Spanish Ambassador, Bernardino de Mendoza, with a specially constructed red briefcase filled with black puddings. It was seen as an official communication from The Queen, and so the color red became the official color of the state."

Regardless of how the boxes came to be, they've become one of the most visible symbols of the monarchy and of the relationship between the monarch and the government.

These Kitchen Before and Afters Are So Good, You'll Do a Double Take

Whether you order in, dine out, or stick to the snacks, the kitchen is an important, functional spot in our homes. The meal-prep space holds valuable tools and appliances that don't exist in any other room, and most importantly, it's where the food is stored. But if your kitchen is - for a lack of a better term - a total dump, then time spent cooking, meal prepping, and eating can (literally) leave you with a bad taste.

If you have been craving a remodel, want to make some small upgrades, or simply enjoy a good before and after, then our friends at Sweeten (a free service that connects renovators and contractors) have hooked us up with some sweet kitchen rebuild photos to inspire you. This Inflatable Jacket Vacuum Dries Your Dog When They're Wet, and OMG - This Is Coming Home With Me Now

As someone who's been a pet owner for six years, I actually love the smell of wet dog. I don't necessarily love when our house smells like wet dog - that's actually kind of a stale, hot stench - I more enjoy when my dog is wet. It usually means she did something fun, like went on a walk in the rain or had a good bath. But my enjoyment fades fast because I know what comes next: I need to dry 60 pounds of Golden Retriever fluff.

Regardless of your dog's breed, everyone can agree that getting the dog to stand still while a loud dryer hovers around their fur is a harrowing task, which is where the Puff-N-Fluff Dog Dryer ($35-$65) comes in. Your dog steps into the leg openings, and it zips quickly, then you connect a blow-dryer to one of the hoses. It comes in four sizes, and because the air circulates inside of the jacket, they dry much faster.

Time to play in the rain!

Costco Sells Heart-Shaped Macarons For Valentine's Day, and We'll Take 20 Boxes, Please

Valentine's Day used to be pretty simple. Candy hearts, flowers, and a romantic dinner for two, right? Well, while that's still fine and dandy, we're pretty partial to the holiday's more recent trends, such as Oreo bouquets, cherry-flavored mochas, heart-shaped ravioli, and, yes, heart-shaped macarons.

Costco is offering what may be one of the greatest Valentine's Day deals ever: a box of 25 macarons by Le Chic Patissier for only $12. These heart-shaped treats come in two different flavors, strawberry-vanilla and raspberry, and look as good as they taste. With big-name baking companies such as Ladurée and Baked by Melissa selling the same amount of these delicacies for upward of $65, the Costco alternative is a total steal (not to mention totally adorable!). These macarons are perfect because they're a great Valentine's Day gift, for either a crush or office colleagues, that will not break the bank.

However, there may be a catch. Apparently, these gems may only be available for a limited time at Costco stores in Los Angeles and the Bay Area in California, so be sure to call your local store for price and availability before heading out.

A Coffee-Brewing Alarm Clock Exists, and I Think I Just Became a Morning Person

If you're one of those people who can spring out of bed in the morning, I don't know whether to envy you or fear you. If given the option, I could lie in bed for hours. I've even tried letting my phone charge in the bathroom, leaving me no choice but to get up to turn off my alarm. The problem with that is that I just fall back into bed. At this point, I'll try anything to make my mornings as seamless as possible; but in my dream world, I would be woken up to fresh coffee brewing, birds chirping, the sun shining, with exactly enough time to pick out an outfit I actually like. Well, Urban Outfitters must've been listening, because they've made one of my dreams come true with this Barisieur Coffee Brewing Alarm Clock ($445).

This is an alarm clock that wakes you up with freshly brewed coffee or tea. Yes, you read that right. It's even got a refrigerated compartment for your milk, so it's all ready to go. If this isn't luxury, I don't know what is. Simply set your alarm, and once it goes off, your drink will be ready within three to five minutes. I'm not the only one who thinks this is the coolest thing ever; when I showed this fun gadget to my coworkers, one said, "I want someone to propose to me with that alarm clock." Now, the only question is, can this fit on our bedside table?

There's No Greater Valentine's Day Gift Than a Bouquet of Breadsticks From Olive Garden

I'm no Oprah Winfrey, but I do f*cking love bread. So much so that I would take a bouquet of breadsticks over a bouquet of flowers any day, and lucky for me, Olive Garden is making that possible. The beloved Italian food chain is encouraging customers to ditch the roses this Valentine's Day in favor of something a little more creative - and a lot more savory - with the introduction of breadstick bouquets for your loved ones.

Breadstick bouquets aren't an actual menu item, but to create one, just order breadsticks to-go from the nearest Olive Garden location before wrapping them up in special bouquet paper that you can print out on your own. Each piece of wrapping paper features one of six sweet messages for your loved one printed on it, from "My love for you is never ending," an obvious nod to those Never Ending Pasta options, to "We belong together like spaghetti and meatballs."

Customers hoping to turn this romantic offering into a full meal also have the option of ordering a special Valentine's Day To-Go Dinner For Two, which includes breadsticks, soup or salad, dipping sauce (choice of Five Cheese Marinara or Alfredo), one shareable entrée (Five Cheese Ziti al Forno or Chicken Alfredo), and one shareable dessert (Black Tie Mousse Cake or Tiramisu). The deal starts at $36 and is available until Feb. 14. While you're taking all of that in, take a look at Olive Garden's special bouquet wrapping papers ahead, and download full-size versions of them here.

Ariana Grande Stirs Up Drama in the Sexy "Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I'm Bored" Video

We might not be getting an Ariana Grande performance at the Grammys, but at least we have a brand-new music video to obsess over, right?

The 25-year-old pop star dropped her fifth studio album, Thank U, Next, at midnight on Thursday, as well as the video for the last of the album's 12 songs, which also happens to be the track with the most hilarious title: "Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I'm Bored." The video sees Grande coming between The Sun Is Also a Star hunk Charles Melton and his girlfriend, played by Ariel Yasmine, who's styled to look exactly like Grande (the ponytail, the oversize sweatshirt), when they first meet in a dimly lit club. Meanwhile, Grande is rocking a bleach-blond wig and soon finds herself going all Single White Female on Melton's GF in an attempt to steal him away. (Or maybe Grande wants to steal her all along? You need to watch until the very end to see what I mean . . . wink, wink.)

As for who inspired the song, Grande previously insisted to fans on Twitter that the tune isn't aimed at any new guy in particular, since "all the boys in my life are gay (thank God)." Because of that, there aren't nearly as many Easter eggs as in her videos for "7 Rings" and "Thank U, Next," but Grande still puts on quite a show.

Watch it above, and then check out all the other songs on Thank U, Next now that it's available to stream!

12 Tips No One Will Tell You Before Switching to Morning Workouts

Like many people, I've become a morning person not by choice but by necessity. My new job requires a longer commute that takes night workouts out of the picture. I've always preferred working out in the mornings anyways, but to fit it in now, I need to wake up at 5 a.m. and be at the gym by 5:30. This coming from a girl who, two short months ago, was lucky to wake up by 9 a.m.

A 5 a.m. wake-up call is mostly terrible, but somehow I've made it to my third week without quitting. (Not that I don't take a day off here and there, because wow, 5 a.m. is early.) I know this is a cliché, but if I can do it, truly, honestly, anyone can. If you're in the same boat, here's what I've learned so far about making early morning workouts happen. Results may vary.

Who Is Kirpa From The Bachelor? 7 Things to Know About the New Front Runner

Kirpa Sudick finally got a one-on-one date on The Bachelor this week, to many fans' delight. She's been a smiling face on the show, but she hasn't gotten a ton of airtime before now, compared with the other contestants. (Kirpa didn't even get to explain on screen how she got that chin injury!) Outside the Bachelor mansion, though, Kirpa seems like a total delight.

Fans will remember from Kirpa's intro on the show that she's a dental hygienist. She also calls California her home, and she's a huge Grey's Anatomy fan. Kirpa also noted in her Bachelor profile that the best date she's been on was at Disneyland, and she finds Denver "the most romantic city in the U.S."

Kirpa seems like someone who's fun but down to earth, and it's great to see her spending more time with Colton. Just because she's not involved in the drama with the other ladies doesn't mean she's not serious about finding love on the show. And Kirpa's apparent plan to lie low seems to be working out pretty well for her so far.

The Backstreet Boys Turned the Grammys Into a Giant Group Date With Their Beautiful Wives

The Backstreet Boys are back, alright - at the Grammys, that is. After almost 20 years, the boys made an exciting return to the ceremony on Sunday - can you believe it's been that long?! Clad in color-coordinated suits, the boys looked sharp as they arrived at the event with their beautiful wives. Nick Carter was accompanied by Lauren Kitt, AJ McLean was joined by Rochelle DeAnna McLean, while Brian Littrell brought Leighanne Littrell. But the fun didn't stop there! Kevin Richardson had Kristin Richardson by his side, and Howie Dorough had the support of Leigh Boniello.

It was a special night for the Backstreet Boys; not only did they celebrate the release of their tenth studio album DNA, but they scored a nomination for best pop duo/group performance for "Don't Go Breaking My Heart." Unfortunately, Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga won for "Shallow," but they'll always be winners to us.

Diana Ross's Family Steps Out For Her Historic Grammys Night, and We Are Not Worthy

Diana Ross was the guest of honor at this year's Grammys, and you better believe her family stepped out in full force to cheer her on. The 74-year-old music icon - who will ring in her 75th birthday on March 26 - gave a special "75th Diamond Diana birthday performance" to commemorate her "profound impact in the world of music." Diana was joined by some of her children - Rhonda, 47, Tracee, 46, and Evan, 30 - as well as her grandson Raif-Henok Emmanuel Kendrick, 9, and daughter-in-law Ashlee Simpson, 34. OK, can we just take a second to admire all the gorgeousness in this family? We are not worthy! Of course, this isn't the first time Diana has been honored at the fete. Back in 2012, she received the Lifetime Achievement Award. What a legend!

Drake's Grammys Acceptance Speech Was SO Raw That He Was Cut Off Mid-Sentence

Every once in a while, a stud in a turtleneck appears on our TV screens and we turn into the heart-eye emoji. On Sunday night, that stud was Aubrey Graham, aka Drake. The rapper surprised everyone when he appeared on stage to accept the award for best rap song for his work on "God's Plan," but it was his reflective acceptance speech that had everyone tuned in. In fact, the speech was so poignant that it was cut off, and both viewers and audience members were left confused.

"We're playing in an opinion-based sport, not a factual-based sport," Drake started his speech. "The point is: you've already won if you have people who are singing your songs word for word. If you're a hero in your hometown . . . you don't need this right here, I promise you. You already won." Watch the video ahead, and see how everyone's reacting to Drake's acceptance speech at the Grammys.

How a Family of 7 Lived on a Boat For an Entire Year

Erik and Emily Orton, a dad and mom with five kids from New York City, knew they wanted to shake up the humdrum of their daily routine. But as parents, they also knew that uprooting their children's lives - including a daughter with Down syndrome - and going on an adventure would be challenging. Regardless of the obstacles, Erik and Emily agreed to take their family on a year-long sailing trip throughout the Caribbean after years of careful thought, documenting the ups and downs of their trip in their book Seven at Sea: Why a New York City Family Cast Off Convention For a Life-Changing Year on a Sailboat ($28), and believe it or not, things went a lot smoother than they ever expected.

"I would describe [the process] as gradual. It wasn't like, 'Hey, we're just going to go buy a sailboat and go do something crazy.' It was very incremental," Erik told POPSUGAR. "We started learning to sail when our oldest daughter was 11 and our youngest was 1. And we just wanted to do something that was new and different, and we thought sailing was kind of beautiful."

"At a certain point, you just need to go and trust that you'll be able to find the people and the things that you need."

Although Emily and Erik always thought the water was gorgeous, they were newbies when it came to boat life at first. But rather than chalking his passion up to a pipe dream, the father of five did something about it.

"I really wanted to learn how to sail, and I couldn't get a class that fit my schedule unless there were four people," Erik said. "So I recruited Emily and our two oldest girls, who were 9 and 11 at the time, so that I could take the class. And we did one sailing class down on the Hudson River, down by the Statue of Liberty. And we said, 'We should go sailing one time as a family.'"

Think Outside the Bun With These Keto Options From Taco Bell

Everybody has a love-hate relationship with Taco Bell. It tastes so good in the moment, and you can get so much food for a small price, but sometimes that sick feeling hits you suddenly after taking down a Cheesy Gordita Crunch and Chalupa Supreme. If Taco Bell is your jam, find a way to enjoy it on occasion without it taking you away from your goals. It may seem difficult at first going to a fast food joint that sells tacos and burritos while on keto, but the key is to customize the heck out of your order. My tips are never be afraid to ask for extra, and I mean anything extra. Ask for extra chicken, extra steak, extra guacamole, or extra lettuce, or ask for everything extra. Whatever will make you feel satisfied and energized at the end of your meal. Still doubting that you can eat at Taco Bell and not be kicked out of ketosis? Keep reading for menu suggestions!

Power Menu Bowl

Skip the seasoned rice, and ask for extra romaine instead. You're going to want to skip out on the black beans as well and opt for double protein or more guacamole because there is no such thing as too much chicken or avocado, right?

Fiesta Taco Salad

This may not look keto at first since the salad comes in a huge fried tortilla shell, but all you have to do is ask for it in a bowl instead. Skip the rice and black beans again on this one, as well as the red tortilla strips that come tossed in the salad for crunch. Go for extra sour cream, pico de gallo, cheese, or veggies.

Beefy 5-Layer Burrito

Pass on the tortilla, and ask for it in a bowl without the beans. If meat and nacho cheese sound heavenly enough for you, then you're all set. If you want something a little more, add some lettuce, jalapeño peppers, and tomatoes and now you got a beefy five-layer burrito salad bowl. Why not also get it to go and take it back home to add into a low-carb keto tortilla option for Taco Tuesday?

Naked Egg Taco Bundle

Running on the go for breakfast? This is the perfect option for those on keto because instead of a tortilla, the wrap is an egg. Swap the potatoes for a protein like chicken or steak or choose to add something like guacamole and pico de gallo. You can even add scrambled eggs into the mix if the wrap isn't enough egg for your morning.

Grande Scrambler

All you need to do is get rid of the burrito and potatoes and ask for it in a bowl. It comes with scrambled eggs, protein, shredded cheese, nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, and pico de gallo - everything you can ask for in a balanced keto breakfast!

This Beautiful Keepsake Helps Mothers Preserve the Memory of Breastfeeding

Motherhood is a unique, often hard-to-explain experience. It's fairly common to see people hold onto the nuanced memories of motherhood through tattoos or monogrammed jewelry, but the latest trend highlights a specific aspect of the journey that can, depending on your personal experience with it, be something you want to truly remember forever.

If you're someone who is breastfeeding or has breastfed their baby, then you know the ups and downs that come along with it. For that reason, people are capturing that memory by purchasing breast milk rings, which are exactly what they sound like - rings containing your actual breast milk in solid form.

Often mistaken for opal jewelry, these keepsakes are a dainty way to preserve the memory forever. Here are a number of styles you can order.

He was 26.

We're Calling It: Michelle Obama's Surprise Appearance Was Our Favorite Grammys Moment

Surprise! Michelle Obama had everyone shook when she showed up to the Grammys on Sunday night. The former first lady popped up on stage in a sparkly suit at the start of the ceremony alongside host Alicia Keys, Lady Gaga, Jada Pinkett Smith, and Jennifer Lopez following Camila Cabello's energetic performance. Michelle talked about the importance of music, and to be honest, we almost missed the whole thing because we were too busy gasping for air.

"From the Motown records I wore out on the Southside, to the 'Who Run the World' songs that fueled me through this last decade, music has always helped me tell my story," she said. "Music helps us share ourselves, our dignity and sorrows, our hopes, our joys. Music shows us that all of it matters." Michelle is currently in the midst of her Becoming press tour, but we're so glad she took time out of her busy schedule to bless us with an appearance.
