The Complex Citizenship Rules For Meghan and Harry's Baby
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are expecting their first child in a matter of weeks, and Baby Sussex will be the first child of a senior royal to have an American-born parent. Since Meghan is still an American citizen - and will be for the next few years - questions have popped up as to the child's citizenship status. There are actually a few options.
Like the US, the UK has birthright citizenship, so if the new royal baby is born in the UK, they will automatically hold British citizenship. However, it would be possible for the baby to hold dual citizenship, but it will depend on Meghan's citizenship status. The duchess is in the process of becoming a British citizen, but has not stated whether she intends to maintain dual American citizenship or not. If she does, that opens an avenue for her child to hold dual American citizenship as well, as the child of a US citizen married to a non-US citizen and living abroad.

Prince Harry Visited the YMCA, Hung Out With All the Boys . . . and an Adorable Baby
Prince Harry paid a visit to the YMCA on April 3, as part of his work with the campaign Heads Together, which he founded alongside the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge back in 2016. Harry sat down with staff and residents at the South Ealing branch of the YMCA, which is one of the largest in Europe, to find out more about how the organization provides support for young people, particularly when it comes to their mental health. Harry has been quite outspoken about his own struggles with mental health, and this latest outing was another opportunity for him to show his support to a cause that he considers particularly important. During his visit, Harry was pictured getting quite animated as he took part in a round-table discussion with representatives of a number of organizations that work with young people. He also met young people who have benefited from the YMCA's mental health services, watched a sweet ballet performance, and hung out with an adorable baby called Naz who seemed quite taken with the dad-to-be.
Harry is now only weeks away from becoming a dad for the first time, though no doubt he'll squeeze in a few more royal engagements before his paternity leave begins. Meghan is now officially on maternity leave, but that doesn't mean we've seen the last of her before baby Sussex arrives: she and Harry were spotted paying a visit to a wellness store in London at the end of last week, and no doubt there are still a few more preparations to be made before the new royal arrival.
Britney Spears Has Checked Into a Mental Health Facility Amid Her Father's Health Issues
Britney Spears has checked into a mental health facility, Variety reports. On Wednesday, the 37-year-old pop star shared a quote on Instagram about taking some time to take care of herself, and shortly after, it was reported that Britney checked into a facility about a week ago. The news comes a few months after Britney canceled her Domination show in Las Vegas and announced she was taking a hiatus to focus all her efforts on her father, Jamie, who is recovering from a life-threatening colon rupture.
According to People, Britney "just needed to focus on herself" and "her dad being sick has taken a toll on her." "He nearly died and actually had another surgery a few weeks ago. He's not doing well," a source told the outlet. "There is nothing dramatic going on with her - she just realized she needs to make sure to take time to care for herself."
Britney was previously hospitalized in 2008 after a string of personal and professional setbacks, including a public split with Kevin Federline and a lackluster performance at the MTV Video Music Awards. She was later placed under her father's conservatorship, which is still in effect today. We're glad Britney is taking the necessary steps to focus on her health.

Everything You Need to Remember About the Game of Thrones Season 7 Finale
As hard as it is to believe, it's been nearly two years since the Game of Thrones season seven finale aired on August 27, 2017. "The Dragon and the Wolf" set up season eight by finally uniting most of our favorite characters in one place. Unfortunately, it's been so long since the episode aired, that it's entirely possible to have forgotten everything that happened in the packed finale. Sure, no one has forgotten that the Wall falls - that's an image that's never leaving our minds - but do you remember Theon embarking on a mission to save Yara? Or Tyrion's suspicious conversation with his sister? How about the reveal of Jon Snow's birth name?
A lot went down in the supersized episode, but if you need a refresher before the long-awaited April 14 premiere of season eight, then look no further. Here's everything you need to remember about how Game of Thrones season seven ended.

I Didn't Have a Bachelorette Party and I Don't Feel Like I Missed a Thing
When my now husband arrived from Ghana as my fiancé, we had 90 days to get married or he would have to leave the country. Yep, we are a true 90 Day Fiancé-type story. Well actually, our engagement started months before his arrival, but we had a deadline. And fortunately for us, we were ready the moment we met to say "I do," so the quickness of our nuptials didn't scare us or have us second guessing ourselves. It did however, not give us time to plan or have certain traditional pre-wedding celebrations, like bachelor and bachelorette parties and a wedding shower. Do I feel a pang of sadness about missing out on this typical right of passage before getting married? Not at all.
I had never really dreamed of my bachelorette party. I always loved (and still love) a good dance party with my girls, but the importance of that "last single night" really held no weight with me. I've danced in New York City clubs until the early hours, been to burlesque bars, and even fell asleep in a taxi at dawn after a long night while celebrating other friends' bachelorette parties. But when it comes to my own kind of celebrating, I'm more of a go-to-sleep-early-with-a-good-book-or-Netflix kinda gal. I guess I could have invited my friends over for some rom-coms and seltzer, but that didn't seem like a necessary idea considering life and friendships go on after marriage and I would still have plenty of nights with my girls.
And honestly, a lot of my best friends are scattered all around the globe. From California to Fiji, it would have been really hard (and a lot to ask) to try to get everyone to fly to one place to make it work. Not to mention the cost. And for my husband who had just moved far away from every friend he knew, a bachelor party wasn't really an option for him, either. And we were both totally fine with that. Getting married and becoming a family was our biggest priority, and everything else - all those smaller details - just didn't seem necessary to us. Why put that pressure on ourselves and our loved ones?
We had no wedding either, just a tiny exchange of vows in an extra tiny chapel. I threw a bouquet to my mom and cut store bought cake in the back of my dad's car. And it was perfect. We did it all pretty unconventionally and in our own way, which is a lot like our love.
And now that I'm married, I look forward to having so many other nights out with my girls. I'm always down for more dance parties - I just might need to go home by 9 p.m. these days.
The 12 Easiest Ways to Keep Your Touchscreen Clean - Because It's Disgusting AF
Neglecting to clean your cell phone is a nasty tech habit that everyone should break. Cell phones have been proven to carry bacteria, germs, and even feces. Yes, feces. If there's one new routine to create for yourself this year, it should be keeping that smartphone shiny and clean (your health will thank you). Ahead, check out a few of our tech-friendly tips to clean that gadget.
- Clean your screen. Cleaning your smartphone's touchscreen is like cleaning your LCD monitor: you don't want to use any harsh chemicals or, even more damaging, water - we've all had to bury a dying phone in rice. Using a tried-and-tested (and natural) spray cleaner like Screen Mom Natural Screen Cleaner Kit ($20) won't damage your phone's sensitive bits. Use the included microfiber cloth to wipe away fingerprints and other oils without the risk of scratching like paper towel might. Good (and clean) as new!
- Check your bar cart for DIY disinfectant. If you don't want to pay for a special formula, a 50/50 isopropyl alcohol and distilled water mixture (about $4, if you don't already have at home) is an OK alternative. (Note: don't use any sort of aerosol sprays, solvents like ammonia, or harsh cleaning agents, as Apple warns, on your touch screen!) Be sure to only use the solution on solid phone parts; you can use a damp microfiber cloth and a foam or cotton swab for those small and hard-to-reach places.
- Or use Scotch tape. If you're in a pinch and want to quickly rid your phone of dirty crevices and fingerprints, use a piece of Scotch Tape to peel away dirt and dust. This trick is great for when you're without a microfiber cloth, but, unfortunately, it won't do much to help the germ situation.
- Invest in a antimicrobial phone case. While a phone case protects your phone, it does not protect you from all the bacteria it picks up along the way. An antimicrobial case like the Clic Air Antibacterial Case ($25) has antibacterial properties that kill bacteria, fungus, and mold and prevent the build-up of these germs.
- Protect your screen, too. Your dirty fingertips are scrolling through your email (and Instagram feed) all day. The BioArmor Antimicrobial Screen Protector ($30-$50) has antibacterial properties - thanks in part to silver - that break down bacteria and prevent the growth of germs, all while protecting your smartphone's glass screen when you accidentally drop it on the sidewalk.
- Or try a liquid "glass" screen protector. The Liquid Glass Wipe-On Screen Protector ($15) protects your screen (and hands) with a nano-coat of liquid solution that has antibacterial, plus scratch-resistant properties when it hardens.
- Sanitize (and charge) your phone in its own UV "tanning" bed. Serious germaphobes can ensure a clean device with the PhoneSoap Smart Phone UV Sanitizer and Universal Phone Charger ($60), which cleans, sanitizes (with UV light), and charges your device all at once. Just drop it in once a day for germ-free surfing and calling.
- Practice proper phone etiquette. Just like you shouldn't put your elbows on the table, you shouldn't have your phone out either. Your hands come in close contact with your mouth and lots of germs at the dinner table. (Plus, it's rude!) Snap your #FoodPorn pic and put your phone in your pocket.
- Don't have a potty mouth. It's no wonder phones have been shown to carry feces when 75 percent of Americans uses their phone while on the toilet. Toilet texting not only puts your phone at risk of drowning in the toilet bowl, but exposes your hands to all kinds of germs. Grab a magazine instead.
- Wash your hands to the beat of the alphabet. Your hands carry tons of germs between scrolling through your phone (especially if you were on the toilet), touching someone else's screen, opening doors, shaking hands, and other hands-on activities. Keep your hands and phone to yourself whenever possible, and make sure to wash your hands with soap and water. A good hand-washing takes 15 to 20 seconds, according to the CDC - that's about as long as it takes to sing your ABCs.
- Bonus points: be prepared on the go. You should have a hand sanitizer on your desk and carry one in your bag for when you're rushing around town. You should also keep electronic-safe alcohol wipes, like these Zeiss Mobile Screen Wipes ($7), in your bag. And use them religiously; even if you let a friend borrow your phone, wipe it down after.
- While you're at it, wash your face, too. On top of dirty fingertips scrolling through your phone all day, oils and makeup can add to the gunk on your screen when you make and take phone calls (aka when your already dirty phone is pressed against your naturally oily cheek). Cleaning your face will keep your screen cleaner, plus help prevent breakouts.
10 Reasons the Spark in My Relationship Hasn't Died (and Never Will)
Ah, the age-old question of how to keep the spark alive in a relationship. I'm by no means a credentialed relationship expert, but I can tell you that in my four years of being with my partner, we've done a pretty good job at maintaining that love momentum. Sure, there are times when we simply enjoy the quiet familiarity of each other, and even times when we quarrel or get frustrated with each other, but we also make a serious effort to keep the fire we have for each other burning. And while four years isn't very long in the grand scheme of the life we plan on sharing together, it is long enough to leave the honeymoon phase and enter real life together. And so far, that real life has been pretty amazing. Here's how we do it, and why I feel confident the sparks will keep flying as time goes on.
I'm the Only Married One in My Friend Group, and Honestly, It Does Feel Weird
Let me preface this by saying that I have never once regretted getting married at 26. I have no question that I've found "the one," and I certainly don't have any wild oats left to sow. Since getting married six months ago, my life has barely changed at all, especially since my now-husband and I had already been living together for over two-and-a-half years by the time we tied the knot. But one thing has become obvious from time to time: I'm now a married woman, and I'm the only one in my friend group who can claim that.
If you had asked me five years ago what I would look like as a married woman, I certainly wouldn't have pictured myself still wearing dirty Converse and a ponytail everyday - perhaps instead a twin-set and some pearl earrings - but here I am. Being married doesn't mean I still can't go to bars and clubs and drink and dance and meet new people, but having a wedding band on your finger does change certain things. Most of my friends are single, and though I'm always happy to play wing woman, I have no desire to give the wrong impression. I don't wear what I used to consider "club outfits" anymore, and I'm definitely calmer in general whenever we're all out together. And all of that makes me happier. I'm inextricably bound to someone else now, and I do want others to recognize that.
Even my friends who are in committed relationships will sometimes make comments about not yet being ready to "settle down," and I feel a sting of shame.
Weekend trips feel different now, too. My single friends don't have a partner they feel obligated (or simply want!) to bring along, so to ask to bring my husband feels a little embarrassing sometimes, like trying to sneak a childhood blanket into a sleepover party. It's not that I can't have fun without him there (he's definitely not allowed on girls-only trips), but his desire to be welcomed into my friend group only makes me feel guiltier for saying maybe he should sit this one out. If all of my friends had partners, it would be different. To be the only one who brings a spouse along, however, is decidedly uncool.
I was never the one in a relationship in high school or college. When my friends would ditch plans or spend nights in with their significant others, I would roll my eyes. Now the tables have turned, and I have a husband who I cook dinner with every night. We have a dog. We have a shared bank account. He's the best friend I've ever had and every morning when I wake up next to him, I feel deliriously happy all over again, remembering just how lucky I am.
But that's not what single people want to hear. Even my friends who are in committed relationships will sometimes make comments about not yet being ready to "settle down," and I feel a sting of shame. I certainly haven't "settled" in my relationship, but being in a marriage does keep me grounded in some ways. Unlike my friends, I can't book a flight to Napa Valley last minute for a three-day weekend. The dog would need someone to watch him. The cost would need to be discussed with my husband. And my husband would need to be OK with me taking off for three days. It's not just me I need to consider anymore, and I genuinely love that.
Being the first one married rather than the last one definitely has its benefits, too. All of my friends could attend my bachelorette party, and not many of them needed plus-ones for my wedding. I can watch my friends swipe through dating apps, knowing I'll thankfully never have to go on another awkward first date ever again. I feel more comfortable and confident in myself than I ever have, not because I have the security of a man waiting for me every day, but because I'm in a partnership that makes me want to be better.
While most of my husband's friends are in serious relationships or on the cusp of marriage, not many of my friends are there yet, and that's OK. To a lot of people, I got married "young." I'm a firm believer that there's no right timeline for anything, and marriage is also definitely not for everyone. However, I'm still looking forward to the day when my husband will be invited on certain trips with my girl gang rather than feeling like a weird male interloper.

5 Things Everyone Is Afraid to Tell You About Getting Over Your First Love
I was 14 when I fell in love for the first time. We met on a warm Friday in May, shortly before our freshman year of high school ended, and by August, our parents were already warning us not to get too serious. Without the adult responsibilities of bills and jobs, all we had to focus on was each other. And we really, really did. We snuck out at night, laid underneath the stars, danced in the street, were each other's firsts for almost everything, and promised each other one chilly September night to never fall out of love. "It will always be you, kid," he said.
It was as if we were in on a secret that the entire world was naive to. We talked about getting married, thought seriously about finding a way to do it without our parents' permission, and mapped out our dreams for the future. He wanted to be a lawyer, me a writer. And while we knew we had not yet really entered the world, we relied on each other enough to want to tackle it together. I felt invincible, because I had found my closest, truest friend.
Of course, we broke up. We broke up several times. We fought about nothing and everything. But during our senior year, a few weeks after my 17th birthday, we broke up for the last time. And while we never got back together after high school, we followed each other to the same college.
The next four years were a blur. Being around each other without really being in each other's lives caused me more pain than I had ever known. My friends all offered the same advice, insisting that I just needed to give it time. But for me, time only made things worse. And while I was surrounded by so many people, I had never felt more alone. I knew I had to figure out how to move on on my own, I just had no idea where to start. Here's what I learned.
1. Sometimes time doesn't heal all wounds.
Despite what everyone told me, there was no special formula I could follow to get over him. Time just meant our past kept moving further away from me, alcohol made me emotional, and new relationships made me feel even more empty than I was before. After a few years, I even wept over the realization that the memory of the sound of his voice was beginning to fade. Instead of healing me like it was suppose to, time kept betraying me with every new day. Even today, when I think about it too much, it can be a little hard to breathe.
2. You eventually have to forgive yourself.
After we broke up, I punished myself because I thought I deserved to be hurt. I gave pieces of myself away to people who didn't deserve them and was reckless with my life because I stopped caring. I resented who I was, had no idea who I wanted to be, and buried myself under terrible things because of it. After four years of destruction, I knew I couldn't do it anymore. And as hard as it was, I started to forgive myself for the mistakes I made as a teenager. The person I was then wasn't there anymore, and I had to start acting like it.
3. Be alone. A lot.
I was born with an independent soul, but being on my own after my first heartbreak was more difficult than I had anticipated. It took me a really long time to realize that I had to stop searching for answers. Instead of trying to fill the void, I forced myself to feel every inch of it. And eventually, I started feeling comfortable not having anyone to call at night and started to enjoy the silence in between my thoughts.
4. Sometimes running away from your problems really is the answer.
We went to college 20 minutes from where we grew up, so by the time we graduated, I couldn't stand the sight of the city anymore. Everywhere I went was stained with memories and when I started to google things like "how do I survive this," I knew I needed to get out. Less than three months later, I packed up and moved to Ireland. I had studied abroad there in college and for some strange reason, Ireland felt like home to me. I knew next to no one when I moved back, but the second I stepped off that plane, my sadness suddenly lifted. I fell in love . . . with the people, the places, new friends, and most importantly, myself. I saw beautiful places not to share them with anyone else, but to make my own memories. And instead of wishing for happiness, I started insisting upon it. I brought myself back to life, and I will always be proud of that.
5. It may never completely leave you.
I've been in love twice in my life, once with him and once now, with the Irishman I met eight years ago. And while I constantly question how I lucked into the life I have now, with the man I have now, there will always be a small corner of my heart that will remain closed. The corner that I sometimes still can't believe is standing after what it went through. The corner that still stings at the thought of what once was and what could have been. The corner that I know would surely shake if I were to ever see him again. But it's there, and I'm here, living out the dreams we had talked about accomplishing together. And while getting over him was the hardest thing I've ever done, when my future daughter asks me about the great, big, life-changing love of my life, I'll smile and say, "You're looking at her."

The iPhone Hyphen Trick Is Seriously Nerve-Wracking - Here's What You Need to Know
The amount of hidden iPhone tricks and hacks seems endless. From using your phone as a scanner to it tracking your exact locations, there's really nothing it can't do. But the latest iPhone hack - called the "hyphen trick" - might be the weirdest one yet.
For those not already familiar with the hyphen trick, it involves saying the word "hyphen" five times while using your phone's auto input via your home screen search or in notes. Many people have found that after saying the fifth "hyphen," their phone's iOs immediately "crashes" and either restarts their phone completely or closes their current screen and brings them back to their home one. Sounds kind of nerve-wracking, right?
Thankfully, although the trick is a bit anxiety-inducing (let's face it - any tech issue can feel daunting!), it apparently has no negative effects on your phone. People have reported that upon checking their smartphone afterward, nothing out of the ordinary was found and no information was lost. It just simply brought you to your home screen. It's also good to note that it only seems to affect those with iOs 12, so it may not work for those who are still operating with a lower iOs.
While this "trick" doesn't really do anything useful, people still seem excited to try it (maybe for the thrill?). So if you do, don't worry - your phone will be exactly as it was before you said "hyphen" five times.
Don't Worry, Being Married and Having a Crush on Someone Else Is Actually Totally Normal
You had the wedding of your dreams, your partner is your best friend, and you've finally found your groove with this whole marriage thing. Then, that sparkly feeling of being recently hitched starts to fade. You start realizing that your coworker is actually attractive and super interesting to talk to. Or that your friend's friend is cute and smart. You're still completely in love with your spouse, but you find yourself thinking of this other person sometimes and smiling, maybe even getting a few butterflies. Years (and sometimes even months) into a marriage, you're crushing on someone else. While you may initially feel guilty about it, don't worry. Here's why it's normal, what to do about it, and when it may be going too far.
Is It Normal to Have a Crush When You're Married?
Before you beat yourself up for checking out that guy in the gym, know that it's very common. "It's fairly common for married people, even happy and committed married people, to develop feelings for others," Dr. Lisa Marie Bobby, PhD, LP, LMFT, BCC and founder and clinical director at Growing Self Counseling & Coaching, tells POPSUGAR. "A crush, or 'romantic infatuation,' can happen with anyone who you spend time with and who has attractive or, interestingly, anxiety-producing qualities."
Why Do Happily Married Couples Still Develop Crushes on Other People?
"It's normal for married folks to wonder what it's like to have the freedom to be with someone else," Susan Winter, relationship expert and bestselling author, tells POPSUGAR. "Marriages can become routine, and a couple's interactions predictable. The 'sameness' of marriage allows for stability and security but also dampens excitement and spontaneity, and this double-edged sword is what creates the perfect recipe for a crush. It's a way to ponder a new and different romantic scenario without suffering its repercussions."
Sometimes, the qualities your spouse lacks are what draws you to another person who does have those desired attributes, causing attraction to other people. "For example, if you're enjoying the witty banter or increasingly emotionally intimate conversations you're having with an attractive coworker, you might come to realize that you and your spouse don't often have opportunities to connect in the same way anymore, and that you miss that," says Dr. Bobby.
When Does a Crush Cross the Line?
Admiring someone from afar is one thing, but actively pursuing someone who isn't your spouse is the type of behavior that experts agree could be detrimental to a marriage. "Crushes go from innocent to harmful when they cross the line of curiosity," explains Winter. "This occurs when direct actions are taken to engage the crush in a romantic manner . . . come-on's, sexual discussions, and pointed flirtations can quickly escalate into real-life consequences." Dr. Bobby also warns about just how intense a crush can become once those types of actions are taken. "When you develop a full-blown romantic attraction for another person, it's really all-consuming," she says. "It needs to be caught and snuffed out early, or it could easily destroy your marriage and possibly even the trajectory of your life."
What Should You Do If You're Married and Have a Crush on Someone Else?
When it comes to having a crush while you're married, honesty is the best policy. "Acknowledge the fact that it's happening, both to yourself and to your spouse," explains Dr. Bobby. "Saying it out loud, to both of you, helps keep you safe . . . it provides you with accountability and transparency that will protect you from getting deeper into romantic entanglement." It's also important to limit - or even eliminate - speaking with the person you're crushing on altogether. "Avoid contact with the person you have those feelings for as much as possible," continues Dr. Bobby. "If you must interact with them, keep it short and professional. Make it a point to spend more time with your partner and cultivate the good qualities of that relationship. Before you know it, the feelings for the other person will fade."
Can Developing a Crush While You're Married Actually Help Your Relationship?
It might seem a little counterproductive, but having a crush on someone who isn't your partner really can help your marriage. The grass isn't always greener on the other side - a concept that can be proven true when pursuing a crush outside of a marriage. "Developing a crush can sometimes be a positive thing for a relationship, particularly if you're self-aware enough to realize what your feelings for someone else might be informing you about what you'd like to be different about your primary relationship," advises Dr. Brown. "Using that contrast as important information about what you want to be different about your primary relationship could help you make important, positive changes with your spouse. And talk openly with your spouse about the changes you'd like to see happen."
How Often Do You Need to Turn Off Your iPhone to Let It Rest? Prepare to Be Surprised
According to research, American adults spend nearly half of their day consuming content from digital media - with almost one-third of this time designated to their smartphone. That's a lot of time spent downloading apps, surfing Instagram, and texting friends. But how often are we supposed to power down our devices when we're virtually always "on"?
As it turns out, there is no need to power down your cell phone often to let it rest and recharge. "You don't need to power down your smartphone to give it a rest," Tim Fisher, general manager for technology information and advice site Lifewire, told POPSUGAR. "Like laptops, smartphones can benefit from the occasional restart, the automatic process of turning it off and back on again, to clean up any leftover junk after closing apps and software, but there's no major benefit in and of itself to having it completely powered off." So, if you, like me, frantically charge your phone when the battery is low instead of letting it actually die and turn off, there's no need to worry.
However, if you're experiencing malfunctions with your smartphone, a power down may help get it back on track. "Powering off your iPhone is a good idea if you're experiencing app crashes, software glitches, or other atypical behaviors," Bree Bengle, a tech expert from Asurion, a global tech care company, explained to POPSUGAR. "Other other than that, you don't really need to worry about it. People ask pretty regularly about how often they should be powering off or restarting their phone, and the answer is pretty simple: as long as your phone is behaving normally, you don't need to turn it off."
Can You Hyperlink Text in an iPhone Email? We Have the Annoying Answer
One of the advantages (or disadvantages, depending on how you slice it) of having an iPhone is being connected 24/7. You can be reached by anyone at any time, and that includes work emails. If you use your smartphone a lot to send quick responses to coworkers and bosses, you've probably wondered if you can hyperlink text in the Mail app, which means highlighting certain key words for someone to click on to bring them to a specific website instead of having to click on the long (and usually pretty ugly-looking) URL. And the answer is, honestly, pretty annoying.
You can easily add websites to an email in your iPhone's Mail app. All you have to do is type out the whole URL, put a space after, and then send the message off. It should automatically show up in the recipient's email inbox linked and ready to be clicked on. Easy enough.
But when it comes to hyperlinking text, that's when things get a little confusing. You can't hyperlink text that's not the website URL. This means that if you would like to have the blue link show up as a fancier "Click Here" as opposed to a string of letters, periods, and slashes from a URL, you're out of luck.
After a lot of frustrating online research on ways to possibly get around this, and even a chat with someone at Apple's Genius Bar, it looks like this capability is not yet available for the iPhone's Mail app. So for now, all of those work emails containing URLs sent from your phone will have to look a little sloppy. In the meantime, at least we have the space bar hack!
Missing the Battery Percentage on Your iPhone Status Bar? Here's How to Find It or Get It Back
If you have a smart phone of any kind, you probably know that battery charge is very important. And if you have an iPhone, particularly an iPhone X, you might be wondering where the hell the battery percentage went on the top of your screen. But fear not, there's an easy hack so you always know how much time you have left until your phone dies.
On earlier iPhone models up to and including the iPhone 8, you can see your battery charge in the status bar on your home screen. All you have to do is go to your settings, scroll down to "Battery," and tap the button to the activated position next to the words "Battery Percentage."
After doing this, the percent of battery life you have left will show up next to the battery charge icon in the status bar, along with the time, your reception signal, and WiFi connection.
On all models, the percentage of battery charge you have left will automatically show up when your phone enters "Low Power Mode," whether you have the "Battery Percentage" option ticked on in your settings or not.
If you have an iPhone X, which Apple has said has the "longest battery life ever in an iPhone," the percentage of battery left on your device shows up in the Control Center, not in the status bar. You can see this by swiping down from the top-right corner of the phone screen.
American Idol: Alejandro Aranda's Post Malone Cover Is Guaranteed to Make You Fall Apart
Alejandro Aranda continues to amaze American Idol audiences and the judges with his powerhouse performances each week. The 24-year-old proved his talents on the guitar and piano during his audition earlier this season, and it's clear the judges have had a sweet spot for his sound ever since. Aranda made it into the show's Top 20 on Sunday night and followed up the exciting news with a rendition of Post Malone's "I Fall Apart" the next day. Once again, prepare to be floored.
Aranda gave the hip-hop slow jam his own twist and embraced his signature acoustic element. At the end of his performance, judge Luke Bryan simply shook his head and said, "I am not worthy to critique you." Wow! That's basically the highest praise you can get without being crowned the winner (although Katy Perry already predicted that, too). Watch a full video of Aranda's cover above, and see why Bryan, Perry, and Lionel Richie are always in awe of this musician.
La Reina del Sur Is Back, and This Preview Will Have You on the Edge of Your Seat
You know a show left a lasting impression when it ended eight years ago and fans are still asking for a second season. Yes, I'm talking about Telemundo's La Reina del Sur. In all honesty, I don't know why a follow-up season wasn't planned when the show was originally released back in 2011. You've got Kate del Castillo as the most powerful drug trafficker in southern Spain, plenty of action, plenty of drama, and an attractive storyline that keeps you coming back for more.
Our prayers have been answered, and not only will we get a second season, but we just got a sneak peek into the first episode with the release of the "First Act" - the beginning of the show before they go to the first commercial break. If that small clip is any indication, this season already promises a lot. Kate del Castillo returns to her iconic role of Teresa Mendoza, and it seems she hasn't forgotten her old ways.
"We see the high anticipation from La Reina del Sur fans as they continue to increase their social engagement with the brand," commented Karen Barroeta, Telemundo's senior vice president, marketing and creative. "As the premiere date draws near, this First Act is a great way to give them a taste of what is to come, showcasing the amazing production quality and high-action viewers can expect from this series."
Shot on location in eight countries, the second season of La Reina del Sur takes place eight years after Teresa first disappeared into the US Federal Witness Protection Program after bringing down Mexican presidential candidate Epifanio Vargas. She leads a quiet, anonymous life in Italy as Maria Dantes, peacefully raising her daughter Sofia, played by Isabella Sierra, in the Tuscan village of Massa Marittima.
Just a few minutes into the episode, Teresa must embark on the most important mission of her life - she must save her daughter. This event leads Teresa back to the life she thought she had left behind, and once again she must confront the past she buried all those years ago.
Tune in to Telemundo on April 22 at 10 p.m. ET/9 p.m. CT to catch the premiere!

If Mushy Brownies Are Your Worst Nightmare, You Need This All-Edges Baking Pan
It's a divisive question that's pitted dessert-lovers against one another for centuries: do you prefer crispy brownie edges or those gooey middle pieces? If you're a diehard advocate of the former, then boy oh boy, do we have a nifty treat for you: a brand called Baker's Edge created a genius baking pan that makes every brownie an edge brownie. Designed with three interior sidewalls rather than just a square or rectangular shape, the bakeware guarantees every serving has at least two crunchy, chewy edges.
Technically speaking, Baker's Edge has been around since 2006, but our eyes have just recently been opened to its existence, thanks to a heated Twitter conversation sparked by Chelsea Peretti. The Brooklyn Nine-Nine actress took to social media to declare her anti-mushy-brownie feelings, thus prompting one of her followers to inform her about the all-edges baking pan. What can I say? The internet can be a lovely place sometimes.
Shop the glorious piece of bakeware below, and get ready to welcome perfectly crisped brownies with open arms (and stomachs).
Dunkin' Donuts' Flavored Signature Lattes Are Here, and They Sound Damn Delicious

According to a release from the brand, all three Signature Lattes are on sale now at participating locations nationwide. The lattes are now available to purchase hot or iced. See descriptions of each flavor ahead.

This Hack Will Change the Way You Dry Dishes, and We're Mad We Didn't Think of It Ourselves
How many times have you thought to yourself while placing your just-washed dishes on the drying rack, "Wow, I wish I had more counter space"? Or maybe you're someone, like me, whose clean dishes never fully make it from the rack to the cabinet. Your perpetually "drying" tableware instead becomes a permanent fixture on the kitchen counter until they're picked up and used again.
Thankfully, there's a brilliant Finnish life hack to drying your dishes, cups, and utensils that can majorly cut down on time and energy and help remedy all of the above. Maybe the best part? It can easily create more space in your home (why are apartment kitchens so notoriously tiny?) without making any major changes.

The cleaning gadget is called astiankuivauskaappi, which roughly translates from Finnish to "dish drying cabinet" in English, and it cleverly utilizes an over-the-sink storage cabinet that has a drying rack built in. The simple trick? The bottom of the cabinet is open, so you can skip a step and put the wet dishes right into the cabinet and let it drip-dry into the sink or onto the counter. Just be sure to leave the cabinet doors open until the items are fully dry so it doesn't become an ideal place for mold to start growing.
Interested in giving this helpful cleaning hack a go? While this way of getting dishes done hasn't become hugely popular in the United States just yet, you can still pick up some simple Amazon products to help re-create your own dish-drying cabinet alternative at home. For instance, this iPegtop Over-the-Sink Drying Rack ($21) is great for small spaces, and this Probrico Dish-Drying Rack ($45) can easily be installed in your kitchen cabinets.

Trader Joe's $4 Grapefruit Candle Is Back to Make Your Home Smell Like Citrus Heaven
There aren't too many things I love more than a scented candle, which is why I have a bone to pick with everyone who never let me know that there's a grapefruit-scented candle available at Trader Joe's. The candles were introduced in 2018 and are part of the grocery store's small selection of scented candles, which includes the Honeycrisp Apple candle that was sold last Fall.
According to a product description, each delicious-smelling candle is hand-poured into a tiny, convenient tin, and made from a coconut-soy wax blend with an added grapefruit scent. The candles are also paraben-free and made with lead-free cotton wicks that can burn consistently for up to 55 hours - just think of all the bubble baths you could take in that amount of time!
Trader Joe's grapefruit candles were available for a limited time last year, but according to a few recent posts on social media, they're available again in certain locations for just $4. Read ahead to see a few photos from users who've spotted them, and head to a Trader Joe's near you to grab one.

Carl’s Jr.'s Bacon Truffle Burger Is Like Luxury Fast Food - There Are Truffle Fries, Too!
In the mood for an elegant night on the town? Caviar? Champagne? Violin music? Well, Carl's Jr. can't promise you all of that, but the restaurant is shaking up its menu with a pretty fancy ingredient: truffles! While mushrooms are a super versatile ingredient that can be used in everything from ramen to coffee, Carl's Jr.'s Bacon Truffle Angus Burger has taken one of the most extravagant fungi of all (black truffles) and casually infused the flavors into its cheese sauce - and you might actually need a fork and knife to eat it.
"Truffle is traditionally viewed as a rare indulgence, and we're bringing it to the everyday dining experience by infusing the distinct truffle flavor into an entirely new offering for our burger-loving customers," Owen Klein, vice president of culinary innovation, said in a statement. While I've never had a burger with truffle shavings on top, I have to say it does sound pretty intriguing.
Currently available nationwide, the Bacon Truffle Angus Burger ($6) is topped with a creamy white cheddar truffle sauce, applewood-smoked bacon, caramelized onions, swiss cheese, crispy onion rings, and mayonnaise. The truffle cheese sauce itself includes natural and artificial truffle flavors, as well as a hint of garlic, toasted onion, and parmesan - pretty gourmet for a fast-food restaurant, if you ask me. Needless to say, this burger packs a lot of flavors into every bite . . . if you can manage to take a bite of everything at once. There are so many toppings!
Carl's Jr. is also rolling out Bacon Truffle Cheese Fries ($3) for a limited time beginning on March 27. Just like the burger counterpart, the fries are topped with rich truffle cheese sauce and crumbly pieces of bacon. So give 'em a try while they're still available and keep reading for more photos of the new cheese-covered creations.
