Grab a Set of Dumbbells For This Total-Body HIIT Workout to Fight Belly Fat

If you want to lose belly fat, experts agree on three things: One, dialing in your diet is a must - you can't out-train a bad diet. Two, strength training is key. NASM-certified personal trainer Sam Altieri said three to four sessions a week is the sweet spot for most people.

That brings us to number three. Jade Jenny, head coach and owner of Champlain Valley CrossFit, told POPSUGAR that while crunches won't erase your belly fat, hours of steady-state cardio also isn't the best option. The most effective type of cardio that's proven to target belly fat is high-intensity interval training (HIIT).

Beachbody trainer Autumn Calabrese, creator of the 21 Day Fix and 80 Day Obsession fitness and nutrition programs, told POPSUGAR, "Eating clean, healthy foods is a huge step in the right direction, but if you want less belly fat, we need to burn calories and build lean muscle." She added, "If you really push during your workout, you can keep it to 30 minutes."

So while you're eating nutritious food and tracking your calories or macros (if you choose), you can use this half-hour workout to burn calories, build muscle, and fight belly fat. This workout combines dumbbell moves with bursts of cardio intervals. It's fun and fast-paced. Let's go!

Total-Body Dumbbell Workout

Equipment needed: One or two sets of dumbbells (five to 25 pounds).

Directions: Complete each exercise below for 45 seconds, followed by a 15-second rest. Repeat this 10-move circuit three times for a 30-minute workout. The goal is to keep moving for each 45-second interval, so choose an appropriate dumbbell weight that challenges you but also allows you to complete the reps without stopping. It's OK to use different dumbbells for different exercises.

  • Jumping jacks
  • Dumbbell thruster
  • Jumping jacks
  • Alternating forward lunge with biceps curl
  • Jumping jacks
  • Plank dumbbell row
  • Jumping jacks
  • Surrender
  • Jumping jacks
  • Deadlift with front row

Crowds Sang "Ave Maria" Together as the Notre-Dame Cathedral Burned

The devastation and heartbreak of the Notre-Dame Cathedral fire on April 15 could be felt through the reaction of the surrounding crowd in Paris. As the historic landmark burned, witnesses looked on in helpless disbelief as the cathedral's spire and roof collapsed - although its main structure has been preserved.

Yet, in the midst of such a tragic loss, the strangers surrounding Notre-Dame joined each other in prayer and song, adding beauty to the otherwise painful damage. Twitter users gathered clips of the crowd singing "Ave Maria" together in French as they watched the structure flame. The videos quickly went viral, with viewers commenting that the song is both "so beautiful and sad at the same time" and that they can "feel their pain but hear their love."

According to the Paris police, the fire is now contained. The original cause still remains unknown. French President Emmanuel Macron thanked firefighters for their tireless efforts, and said, "Thanks to their bravery, the worst has been avoided."

The Wisteria Flower Tunnels of Japan Look Like a Fairy Tale Come to Life

The wisteria tunnels at the Kawachi Fuji Gardens in Kitakyushu, Japan, are almost otherworldly in their beauty. While thousands of tourists flock to Japan to see the country's fabulous displays of cherry blossoms every year, the lesser-known wisteria tunnels remain a little off the beaten path, despite an increase in popularity over the past few years.

Wisteria is a climbing flower that blooms in the Spring with a variety of colors that make up a stunning Spring palette, including violet, light pink, and white. Every year at the end of April, the long-established wisteria at the gardens bloom and transform the man-made trellises into spectacular works of art. The combination of the aroma and stunning visual display make it a true sensory experience.

There are two tunnels to enjoy, each measuring about 100 meters long and consisting of up to 20 different varieties of wisteria, known locally as fuji flowers. If you want to visit, make sure to plan ahead - the display usually only lasts a few weeks. While the gardens are notoriously difficult to get to, the payoff is totally worth it. Look through to see stunning photos of this fairy-tale destination!

10 Reasons the Spark in My Relationship Hasn't Died (and Never Will)

Ah, the age-old question of how to keep the spark alive in a relationship. I'm by no means a credentialed relationship expert, but I can tell you that in my four years of being with my partner, we've done a pretty good job at maintaining that love momentum. Sure, there are times when we simply enjoy the quiet familiarity of each other, and even times when we quarrel or get frustrated with each other, but we also make a serious effort to keep the fire we have for each other burning. And while four years isn't very long in the grand scheme of the life we plan on sharing together, it is long enough to leave the honeymoon phase and enter real life together. And so far, that real life has been pretty amazing. Here's how we do it, and why I feel confident the sparks will keep flying as time goes on.

A Marriage Proposal Is a Dream For Some, but For Me It Was a Nightmare

I was 20 years old, studying abroad in Florence, Italy, when I fell in love for the first time. We met while I was out partying with my roommate at the time, and two young men stopped us in the middle of the street because one wanted to hit on her. In their broken English, they asked us to grab a drink at a bar nearby; I was reluctant, but my roommate was all for it. I ended up translating the entire time and didn't think I hit it off with the other guy at all, but at the end of the night, he asked me for my number and I said, "Yes." The next day, he gave me a call and asked if we could go out on our own for dinner and a walk around Florence. I said sure because I thought it would be great to see the city through a local's eyes. We had an amazing conversation during dinner and at the end, he asked if I wanted to see something beautiful and I jumped at the chance, so we took a cab and he took me to Piazzale Michelangelo. If you haven't been to Florence, the piazza has a spectacular view of the city center; you can see the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Giotto's Bell Tower, and so much more. Imagine that view at nighttime with all of the lights shining bright; it was the perfect backdrop for our first kiss, and in that moment, I knew our chapter together was only beginning.

We saw each other every day after that and even traveled around Italy together. I met his family, and he met mine virtually. We said "I love you" to each other during a trip to Sienna, and I didn't look back.

I fell head over heels for him, but I knew that my time in Italy was coming to an end.

I fell head over heels for him, but I knew that my time in Italy was coming to an end. We made plans for me to come back for the Summer and until that we would FaceTime, talk on the phone, and text every day. Fast forward five months and he was dropping me off at the airport and kissing me goodbye.

I was back home before Christmas with my birthday just a month away. I felt like something was up because he told me he had sent me a gift and was super excited for me to get it in the mail. I got it a few days before my birthday, but he gave me specific instructions not to open it until the actual day of my birthday when I received his call. I was so pumped to see what it was; I got his call and was ready to rip the envelope open. When he gave me the green light, I was stunned. It was a gorgeous vintage-inspired yellow gold diamond engagement ring. I heard him say "Will you marry me?" in the background. I was speechless because it was the last thing I expected for him to do. Yes, I loved him, but in the moment, reality hit me. We had only been dating for six months at that point, I lived on a completely different continent, and I was still in school.

He asked me again, and I started crying because I knew in my heart that I had to say "no."

He asked me again, and I started crying because I knew in my heart that I had to say "no." I told him that I needed time to think about it and he said, "Why? Don't you want to marry me?" and under my breath I said "no." He told me he couldn't hear me and so I said it louder. I told him that I did love him, but I couldn't marry him because it didn't feel right. I was still in school, didn't have a job, and didn't want to settle down just yet. Understandably, he was upset and told me he needed time to cool off and I told him to take as much as he needed and just call me back when he was ready. I didn't hear from him until the next day, and I immediately apologized and told him that I hoped he understood and if turning down his marriage proposal was a dealbreaker then I had no choice but to accept it. He said that it was because he wanted to be with someone who would have said yes immediately and clearly I wasn't ready for that. I told him I understood and wished him the best of luck; it was the last we spoke. I mailed back the ring and just hoped he received it.

Looking back now, I don't regret it one bit because in that moment in my life, I knew I wasn't ready for marriage, I'm still not ready, and it's been four years. I can't change what happened, but the time we spent together will always stay with me, and I wouldn't change it for the world.

Notre-Dame's Main Structure Has Been "Saved and Preserved" Following Massive Blaze

Update, Paris, 11 p.m. - Notre-Dame's main structure has been "saved and preserved," according to a Paris fire official. "We can consider that the two towers of the north belfry Notre-Dame have been saved," he told BFMTV. "The structure of Our Lady is saved as a whole."

Original post: Smoke filled the air in Paris after a fire broke out at the historic Notre-Dame Cathedral around 6:30 p.m. on April 15. While the cause of the fire was not immediately apparent, French authorities say it may be linked to ongoing renovation work, according to BBC. Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo announced the news on Twitter, writing, "The Paris firefighters are currently trying to stop the flames. I ask everyone to respect the security boundaries."

The cathedral's spire has since fallen and the roof has collapsed. "Everything is burning, nothing will remain from the frame," Notre Dame spokesman Andre Finot told French media. Built in the 12th and 13th century, the 856-year-old cathedral had its original spire removed in 1786, as it had weakened over time. "The building was evacuated, with no immediate signs of anyone being injured," Finot added. Hundreds of firefighters are directing all efforts towards saving what they can of the cathedral, which is one of the most visited tourist attractions in the world. See videos from onlookers and photos of the devastating event ahead.

At 17, I Had to Go to Court to Fight For My Abortion

When I was 17, I found out I was pregnant. I knew immediately that I needed to have an abortion.

I had just gotten into the University of Texas at San Antonio and was ready to change cities and start working toward a career in electrical engineering. I knew I definitely wasn't ready to start a family. But in Texas, the law said I needed my parents' permission to have an abortion.

I cried and panicked, unsure what I would do if I couldn't get the abortion.

My father is religious and conservative, and I knew I couldn't talk to him about it. I wasn't sure my mom would give me permission, and I was scared that even asking her would pull us further apart. I cried and panicked, unsure what I would do if I couldn't get the abortion.

Thirty-seven states require a parent to be involved in a minor's abortion: 21 require parental consent and 11 require parental notification; 5 states require both consent and notification. Florida is currently considering legislation that would require notarized parental permission, bumping parental-involvement states up to 38.

If they can't get parent permission, the Florida bill would require minors to appear before a judge and prove that they are "mature;" the judge gets to decide if they can get an abortion. The process is called judicial bypass, and I went through it in Texas.

In Texas, there is a nonprofit called Jane's Due Process that helps minors navigate the judicial bypass process. But most states don't have Jane's Due Process, making it harder to find a lawyer who can help you. Many teens must appear before the judge themselves, unprepared to face a legal proceeding about a private medical decision.

I reached out to Jane's Due Process and was fortunately able to meet with a lawyer, who walked me through the many steps I needed to get through before appearing before the judge, including getting a sonogram and working with my lawyer to compile evidence of my maturity.

I was nervous to appear before the judge; it seemed like anything could happen. I felt like if I messed up when I spoke or left out something for my case, the judge would rule against me and I wouldn't be able to get my abortion. It felt like I was being treated like a criminal when all I wanted to do was get an abortion.

Ultimately the judge ruled in my favor. But I still had to deal with cost and travel, barriers which are harder for young people - especially teenagers - to overcome. In some places, you have to wait for weeks and drive for hours to get an appointment at the nearest clinic. When you add the delay of having to appear before a judge, it's even longer before you can get the abortion, pushing it further into your pregnancy, and making the cost even higher.

Young people like me are responsible enough to make our own decisions about whether or not we want to have a child. I knew that if I couldn't have the abortion I might not be able to finish school and wouldn't be able to create the life I have planned. That's why Florida Bill HB 1335, and the many laws like it around the country, are so harmful and unjust. And the judicial bypass, which legislators claim is intended to help those who can't get parental permission, is actually designed to discourage minors and influence their decision.

I started sharing my story to try to change parental notification laws and others that threaten abortion access. We all have the right to end a pregnancy if we're not ready to carry it to term - and to make that decision on our own, without parents, lawyers, or judges.

9 Things Bridesmaids Don't Realize Annoy the Bride

Whether you're a first-time bridesmaid, or have 27 dresses hanging up in the back of your closet, it's good to keep in mind bridal-party faux pas. So we chatted with real brides to find out their pet peeves. Here are nine things you didn't realize were annoying the bride in your life, plus practical tips for avoiding these mistakes.

1. Being MIA

Why it's annoying: By not responding to emails, missing showers, or skipping out on favor-making night, you are slacking on your duty to support the bride and might make her regret asking you in the first place.

How to avoid it: You don't need to drop everything else in your life to be a bridesmaid, but you should make it a priority. It doesn't take much effort to reply enthusiastically to her emails with wedding details, and if you can't make a shower or bachelorette party, go the extra mile and send along a gift or card after picking up the phone to tell her why you won't be able to make it.

2. RSVP'ing For a Plus One Who Wasn't Invited

Why it's annoying: As VIPs, bridesmaids should have leeway to invite a guest. But it's not respectful to just assume if your invite is addressed to just you.

How to avoid it: Talk to the bride about it. Explain you have a guy in your life you think would get along well with everyone. If he's someone you're hoping to take things to the next level with, she'll likely support your quest to find love like she has.

3. Asking About the Same Details Over and Over Again

Why it's annoying: The bride has a long to-do list, so she doesn't want to tell you over and over that she doesn't care what you do with your hair or what the name of the hotel is. Once she's passed on some information, do her a favor and don't keep asking her about it.

How to avoid it: Don't make the bride your go-to resource for information. Check her wedding website, reread emails she's sent, and check in with other bridesmaids before bombarding her with questions about minute details.

4. Waiting Until the Last Minute to Buy Your Dress

Why it's annoying: The bride will stress that the dress will sell out, or she'll worry your dress won't work with the others. If you accepted being a bridesmaid, you're prepared for the fact that you'll have to buy the dress, so what are you waiting for?

How to avoid it: Bite the bullet and buy it as soon as she gives you the details so you don't forget. If you can't afford it at the moment, be honest with the bride and see if there's a solution you can come up with together.

5. Not Getting Along With the Other Bridesmaids

Why it's annoying: The drama distracts from the bride's moment and casts a negative light on the wedding. Keep in mind that she values the other bridesmaids and she won't appreciate you complaining about them.

How to avoid it: Vent to someone else, preferably someone who is not connected to the wedding. And try to keep an open mind about the woman who seems controlling in the bachelorette email chains or the other one who can't seem to get her act together on paying you for the hotel.

6. Being Hungover While Getting Ready

Why it's annoying: When you're hungover, all you want to do is go to bed, and that's not how the bride wants you to feel on the morning of her wedding. Plus it's not a great look for the pictures.

How to avoid it: Of course, the bride wants you to enjoy yourself at the rehearsal dinner or welcome party, but save some of your energy for main event. Make sure you don't drink on an empty stomach the night before and alternate between booze and water all night to slow you down and keep you hydrated. If you do end up hungover, you need to fake it till you make it. Get your hands on some Gatorade, coffee, and Advil and hope the mimosa does the trick. And don't complain in front of the bride.

7. Telling Her Nonstop to Eat on the Wedding Day

Why it's annoying: It's likely everyone is telling her "don't forget to eat" leading up to walking down the aisle. You'll just add to the repetitive chorus.

How to avoid it: Don't overtly demand the bride eat. Instead, offer her a bagel when you're getting yours, grab some fruit salad for everyone to munch on, and keep a granola bar handy. Don't monitor her food intake, just do what you can to make sure some is available.

8. Making a Mess in the Bridal Suite

Why it's annoying: The bride doesn't want to worry about getting your makeup that's lying out everywhere on her dress. Nor does she want to come back to your rotting lunches on her wedding night.

How to avoid it: Keep your stuff neat. If you're getting ready in her room, make sure you do a final sweep of the room before you leave so she and her husband don't come back to a disaster zone.

9. Uploading Photos of Her on Social Media

Why it's annoying: You run the risk of having the groom see the bride on social media before the first glance. It's also likely the bride doesn't want poorly lit photos taken with your iPhone to be the first impression of her wedding on social media.

How to avoid it: Ask before you post - and never post before the groom and other guests have seen the bride. If you snap a quick shot on your phone, ask the bride if it's OK to share. And if you can't do that, at the very least make sure the photo is undoubtedly flattering.

If you're a bride, be sure to check out eight things you didn't realize annoy your bridesmaids, and 30 things that will drive your guests nuts.

The Mysterious and Badass Weapon Arya Asks Gendry to Make on Game of Thrones

Warning: Spoilers for Game of Thrones season eight below!

The final season of Game of Thrones is sure to be a devastating emotional roller coaster - but before we get there, at least we're getting some long-awaited reunions. One of the most anticipated reunions finally happened in Sunday night's season premiere, when Arya and Gendry finally share a scene for the first time since season two. The pair partake in some of their easy banter of old - albeit with a decidedly more flirtatious edge, now that they're older - before Arya asks her blacksmith friend for a favor: an elaborate new weapon.

We get a glimpse at Arya's request with a drawing she shows Gendry. The sketch shows a weapon that resembles a particularly complex spear: detachable in the middle, with a spearpoint made of dragonglass, which Gendry and the other smiths are already hard at work turning into weapons. It's an unusual weapon, one that's clearly meant to be able to be wielded as a long-range traditional spear or detached into a shorter spear and a staff (much like the one she was trained to use during her time with the Faceless Men). The staff doesn't appear to be any weapon that has shown up in the show's lore so far, we're as curious as Gendry is. In the end, it does make sense that Arya would trust only Gendry with her request: not only does she trust him as her friend with a request that's out of the ordinary, but she trusts his skill as a smith to forge a weapon that will work when she needs it.

The reasoning behind Arya's request hasn't been made clear yet. It's possible that the detachable weapon is based on something Arya encountered during her time as an assassin with the Faceless Men, whose methods were highly secretive and often creative. What we do know is that Arya, a veteran warrior at this point, is clearly planning on being involved with the final battle(s) against the White Walkers and possibly the Lannisters as well. After all, she's not one to run from a fight, and she does still have some names on her list to cross off. However it turns out, it's clear that some things never change: Arya's ready for battle, and she trusts Gendry more than almost anyone else.

Game of Thrones: Why Sansa and Tyrion's Marital Status Is . . . Complicated

Warning: Big spoilers for Game of Thrones below!

If you completely forgot Sansa and Tyrion were ever married on Game of Thrones, then don't feel bad, because even the characters seem to have blocked that part of their history out. In the season eight premiere, Sansa is reunited with her first husband, and in no time flat she's informing him that he's not as clever as she once thought he was if he really thinks his sister will send her army North. Despite the Lady of Winterfell bringing next level sass to the proceedings, it's an amicable reunion, and not exactly what you might expect from an estranged married couple. So, are they divorced or what?

First, a reminder of how those two ended up married in the first place. Originally, Sansa is in King's Landing to marry Joffrey, but their engagement is called off shortly after he beheads her father. Joffrey's second fiancée, Margaery Tyrell, briefly tries to have Sansa marry her brother so that she can be sent to the safe haven of Highgarden. Those plans fall apart once Cersei and the rest of the Lannisters discover the plot, and instead they force her to marry Tyrion.

For his part, Tyrion's no happier about the plan than Sansa is, but he goes through with the wedding out of a sense of duty to his family, in particular his father. Sansa and Tyrion last see each other at Joffrey's wedding in season four, an occasion that ends in the young king's death and Sansa fleeing King's Landing.

Now that Sansa and Tyrion are both in Winterfell, don't expect her to change her last name to Lannister. Divorce in the traditional sense doesn't appear to be a thing in Westeros - although annulment is, as Rhaegar proves when he sets aside his wife to marry Lyanna Stark. But even if it was, Sansa and Tyrion wouldn't need to hire whatever passes for a divorce lawyer in Westeros, because their marriage was never valid in the first place.

As Littlefinger explains to the despicable Ramsay Bolton in season five, the marriage between Sansa and Tyrion was never consummated, which in Westeros means it's null and void. That's how the eldest Stark sister could legally marry Ramsay. Since he's now dead, she's technically a widow, although since she fed her monstrous husband to his dogs, it's safe to say she's happy about her current relationship status.

They may not be husband and wife anymore, but Tyrion is impressed by how powerful Sansa's become, and while the two aren't legally married, it's good to see that they're at least on good terms after everything they've been through.

Game of Thrones: Why Theon Deserved That Not-So-Warm Welcome From Yara

Warning: Big spoilers for Game of Thrones below!

Over the years, Game of Thrones has whittled down its great houses to just a handful of remaining power players: the Starks, the Lannisters, and the Targaryens, plus each of their allegiant smaller houses. It's easy to forget that we've got a whole storyline still going for the Greyjoys, a divided house whose younger members are on the side of the Targaryens and Starks, while the current head of the house is loyal to Cersei Lannister. In the season eight premiere, the long-suffering Greyjoy siblings, Theon and Yara, reunite, but it's more headbutts than hugs and happy families - and here's why.

In the premiere, we see Theon and his crew invade the ship where Yara is being held captive and rescue her, but it's partially his fault that she was there in the first place. Back in season seven, the Greyjoy siblings were headed to Dorne with Ellaria Sand when they were overtaken by their uncle Euron. Yara is taken captive, even though she and Theon both put up a good fight, and Euron dares Theon to try to stop him. Upon seeing his soldiers being tortured by Euron's men, Theon's old despondent, cowardly self resurfaces and he jumps overboard, leaving his sister behind. He eventually reunites with Jon Snow, with whom he shared a childhood, and attends the parlay with Cersei. At the meeting, Euron again tries to force Theon to swear fealty by dangling Yara's fate in front of him, but Theon again refuses.

Theon's cowardice finally turns around again when he's forced to face off against Harrag, one of the last remaining captains loyal to Yara. Harrag blames Theon for Yara's imprisonment and fights him when he comes looking for supporters to rescue Yara. However, he's able to defeat her when she relies on attempting to kick him in the groin (it doesn't have the desired effect, since he was long ago castrated by the sadistic Ramsey Bolton), and he earns the respect of the remaining loyalists, rallying them to his mission. It is, presumably, these same Ironborn loyalists who accompany Theon to free Yara in the season eight premiere. While we can definitely appreciate Yara's mildly violent reaction to seeing her wishy-washy brother again, we have a feeling that both Greyjoy siblings might be pivotal to helping turn the tide for the new Stark/Targaryen alliance in this final set of episodes.

Arya and the Hound's Last Meeting on Game of Thrones Was . . . Hmm, Guess You Could Say Intense

Warning: giant Game of Thrones spoilers ahead! Proceed with caution!

At long last, one of the Game of Thrones reunions we had all been waiting for happened: The Hound and Arya have reunited and it all went down just as we had hoped it would - with zero bloodshed and a dash of begrudging respect.

In the season eight premiere of the show, Arya spots The Hound as he's riding into Winterfell with the rest of Jon Snow and Daenerys's army. At first, she seems slightly shocked and maybe not entirely happy that he's alive. After all, the former Lannister soldier is on her list for killing her friend Mycah, the butcher's boy, way back in season one. However, since then, the duo has been through a lot.

As The Hound explains to Brienne in the season seven finale, he wanted to keep Arya safe in the wake of the Red Wedding, even though his initial interest in taking care of her was for monetary gain. Deep down Arya knows that he doesn't wish her harm, and that surely means more to her than she's willing to let on.

For her part, Arya's never going to entirely trust The Hound, but she doesn't appear to want to kill him anymore either. In season four, she leaves him for dead after his hard-fought battle with Brienne to keep the youngest Stark girl safe, but she refuses to kill him, even when he begs. It's unclear whether she's conflicted about taking his life because of the time they've spent together, or whether she wants him to die a slow death. Either way, she leaves his life up to fate, and if not for a Septon named Brother Ray, The Hound never would have lived to fight alongside Jon, Gendry, and the rest of the men who make the trek beyond The Wall to capture a White Walker.

Now, Arya and The Hound are in the same place once more, and she seems to accept the fact that the God of Death isn't ready for him just yet. Although she warns him away from Gendry, she sees that he appears to be genuinely happy to see her, even if he expresses it by telling her she's always been "a cold b*tch." It's not exactly a warm embrace, but it's just enough of a mutual understanding to make the idea of these two former enemies being somewhat reluctant allies seem plausible. At the very least, The Hound's place on Arya's list appears to be erased, at least for the time being.

Iskra Lawrence's Sexy Neon Bikini Is Brighter Than Every Highlighter in My Pencil Case

Iskra Lawrence continues to light up the Maldives with her neon swimsuits, so I guess I'll have what she's having! Shortly after the 28-year-old model shared snaps of a bright pink two-piece from her tropical getaway, she followed it up with another eye-catching bikini, this time in a shade akin to your fave yellow highlighter. She shared a series of pictures from her photo shoot with the ELIYZ Gallery on Instagram and sent me into swimsuit-envy mode.

This exact sporty set isn't available online yet, but it's fair to assume it'll be hitting Aerie shelves soon, since Iskra is a brand ambassador. In the meantime, shop similarly bold neon bikinis ahead. You'll be spotted by the beach or pool in no time.

10 Tips For Planning the Most Stylish Disney Outfits of Your Life

I've been going to Disney World twice a year, at the very least, since I was born. Rather than travel from country to country, my parents have always preferred to travel from Disney hotel to Disney hotel. When you're with my family, you have to clarify whether you're referencing actual Japan or Japan in Epcot. Of course, this doesn't make me feel as cultured as I know I could be, and while I'm now attempting to accrue more stamps in my passport, I also understand why Disney has remained so significant in my life.

I love everything about planning a trip to good ol' Orlando, FL, including packing my suitcase. I'm a fashion editor, so if you think I'm not strategically planning out my outfits, you've obviously gone as mad as The Mad Hatter. Here's me and my younger sister in Disney years ago, and do you see that look on my face? That's the look of a very pleased little '90s princess who remembered to put on her stretch choker.

As I've gotten older, I've collected some really good bomber jackets, biker shorts, and hoodies that help me profess my love for Disney. Most of them even happen to be indicative of my favorite characters. I don't only wear them when I'm running around Magic Kingdom but also to the POPSUGAR office, the grocery store, and dinner with friends. I'm not embarrassed by my Disney obsession; I own it in the chicest, most elevated way I possibly can.

I keep my ears open for major collaborations (my favorite to date is Disney x Levi's - how iconic is that combo?!), and I spend my money on accessories that may not even be official park merch but are totally worth it. I'll do anything to amplify my Disneygrams, and I'm willing to share my magical styling tips with you along with my current must-haves list, in exchange for your FastPass to Pandora World's Avatar Flight of Passage . . . just kidding.

This SNL Skit Came For My Whole Closet When It Called Out "Fashion Cowards"

If you count yourself among the fearless minds in fashion, then putting together an eye-catching outfit is easy-peasy. Mixing patterns? No problem. Electrifying colors? Bring it on. Yet, many shoppers don't fall into this bold and breezy approach to dressing. Instead, they belong to a stylishly shy caliber. Emma Stone helped bring these "fashion cowards" to life during her Saturday Night Live hosting gig on April 13.

This all-too-relatable sketch will resonate with anyone who has a brown cardigan or navy t-shirt hanging up in the closet - yep, you know the ones. In SNL's fictional store, you can find shirts only halfway covered in buttons, "pants for legs," and big gray zip-up sweatshirts that double as invisibility cloaks. Uh, is it bad if I want one for myself?

The store may be fake, but the laughs are real. Watch the full skit above to get a glimpse into what a Fashion Cowards location would be like - fitting rooms and all.

Perfect For Petite Frames, These 95 Spring Dresses Are Fitted and Flattering

As a 5'2" shopping addict with a passion for small, fitted clothing, I'm often on the hunt to find flattering pieces that highlight my petite figure. Jeans, jumpsuits, and even swimsuits don't always fit my frame the way I would like them to, and this is especially true when it comes to dresses. As a petite shopper, dresses are one of the trickiest pieces to find for more reasons than one. If a dress is too flowy, it can completely swallow up a small figure. If a dress is even an inch too long, short legs can look even shorter. That's why finding a fitted and flattering dress is absolutely essential for small-framed women. And because Spring calls for dresses, dresses, and more dresses, there is no better time to stock up on seasonal essentials.

We rounded up the most formfitting, flattering, and fashion-forward dresses that little ladies can live in, love in, and play in all Spring long. All of the dresses on this list come in either petite collections or sizes XXXS, XXS, XS, and small, and many have adjustable features such as ties and belts. These picks will remind you of some of the (little) perks that come with being petite.

We're Bound to See Selena Gomez's Sheer and Sexy Coachella Suit in Our Dreams

Selena Gomez's surprise Coachella appearance will stay with us for a long, long time. The 26-year-old singer and actress gave her first-ever performance at the Indio festival on Friday night, and naturally, she chose a spot-on outfit for the occasion. Selena wore an all-white ensemble featuring plenty of ruffles and lace, as she sang "Taki, Taki" alongside Cardi B, DJ Snake, and Ozuna.

Her sexy suit pairing included pieces from Versace and Ralph Lauren, starting with an oversize blazer and matching trousers, over a romantic sheer blouse with a plunging ruffled neckline. She tied the look together with plenty of gold jewelry and pointed cowboy boots - a nod to the traditional Coachella aesthetic. Ahead, see more snaps of Selena's angelic look, and catch up on the rest of our favorite style moments from the festival so far.

These Cargo Pants Look Great on Every Woman Who Wears Them

I officially fell in love with cargo pants when Emily Ratajkowski wore them on the street with a crop top, Prada bag, chunky sneakers, and teddy coat. They actually looked kind of sexy. I gave up skinny jeans on the spot and married my Dickies Girl Carpenter pants, which I tried because of the affordable price point (they're just $50!) and because Emily was also wearing Dickies, a brand that reminds me of my youth (hell yes, I wore those overalls in preschool. You know the ones).

I channeled Spice Girls vibes in my new pants - even my boyfriend was on board. He told me I looked like Emily Ratajkowski in them: "I feel like you think you're Emily Ratajkowski." (That's the same, right? It was if I wanted it to be). I made the executive decision that I should collect all the colorways. But then I thought, "Wait. I love how these pants are slightly baggy, comfy, and flattering all at once. I wonder if other women will feel the same way."

I have a petite frame, and I personally love to wear platform sneakers or boots, but how would my friends style them, and most importantly, how would they feel in them? Would they also turn around to admire their shape in front of the mirror like I did in these pants, approving of the way the structured slacks trace and define the figure, but don't grip tightly at every curve?

I enlisted associate trending and viral features editor Kelsey Garcia and senior social media editor Fabiola Lara to try them out with me. All three of us have different body types, and we took different sizes and colors to find the most satisfying fit. They were generally easy to create an outfit around - we just thought of them as another pair of jeans and each one of us added her own original flavor. (Now you're probably like, "OK, who do they think they are, the Fanta girls?"). It's probably pretty obvious that we felt like total babes in the cargos, because our body language says it all.

I figured since cargos are having a moment in fashion, it would be downright rude for me to keep this secret from you: I found a universally flattering take on this very popular trend, and I want you to try it too, in the name of girl power. Ahead, check out the Dickies we tried, then shop the exact pairs, along with similar cargo pants if you prefer slightly different details.

Elizabeth and James joins Kohl's roster of trend-driven fashion collabs, including Nine West launching in Fall 2019 and our own POPSUGAR collection at Kohl's, which launched in September 2018. As we gear up for the launch and anticipate what's to come from one of fashion's most beloved design duos, we have a sneak peek. I Want to Be Wearing That: Lily-Rose Depp's Bodysuit and Mom Jeans

Yes, yes, YES, Lily-Rose Depp! This is such a '90s mom summertime outfit that I'm doing double-takes. First, I'm seeing Vanessa Paradis (her mom), then I'm blinking back to old photos of my mom. It's crazy. And I love the compact visor sunglasses, too, a nod to all the dads out there. Lily-Rose has a knack for making any ensemble look effortless, even on the red carpet at the Met Gala or in the front row at the Chanel show. But it's her relaxed street style that I like to muse over.

Lily-Rose makes you think she's got no more than 10 items in her closet from her pared-down combination. I like it when she throws vintage vibes into the mix with a faded, compact top-handle bag or brushstroke florals. Even her worn-in Levi's have a magic touch. They flatter her figure, grazing her Reeboks in such a way that I want to cut all my jeans to this height. It's OK to make this your go-to uniform for brunch this season if that's what you were thinking. Let's just make sure we're not booking bottomless mimosas at the same place, because I'll be at the table next to you in an identical outfit.

Shop clockwise from top left: Racil Fonda Floral-Print Bodysuit ($327), Oakley Eye Jacket Redux ($143), Nico Giani Tunilla Square Leather Shoulder Bag ($390), Levi's Made & Crafted Slim Fit Jeans ($139), Reebok Women's Princess Sneaker ($31-$100)

Mother of Dragons! This Gorgeous Game of Thrones-Inspired Wedding Has Details Straight Out of the Series

Sonia Melendez is an extremely big fan of Game of Thrones and also a very talented photographer. So she decided to combine her two passions and put together this gorgeous Game of Thrones-themed wedding. You might be wondering what faraway land this photo shoot took place in after seeing the breathtaking castle in the background, and the answer might surprise you: the shoot took place at Newman's Castle in Bellville, TX.

"We couldn't help but notice that a lot of [modern wedding] trends may have come from this series - the long sleeves, the organic dramatic florals, and even the braids!" Sonia said about the reason behind this idea. "Naturally, with the last season upon us in April we wanted to pay homage to one of the shows that has inspired a lot of us. All the little details came together so well, we were very excited to be a part of this inspired day."

There are so many intricate details in this shoot that are directly from the series, from the bride's snowy blond hair - taking a style cue from Daenerys Targaryen - to the epic dragon egg cake, which they aptly cut with a dagger. Look out for all the other references in these beautiful photos!

Missing the Battery Percentage on Your iPhone Status Bar? Here's How to Find It or Get It Back

If you have a smart phone of any kind, you probably know that battery charge is very important. And if you have an iPhone, particularly an iPhone X, you might be wondering where the hell the battery percentage went on the top of your screen. But fear not, there's an easy hack so you always know how much time you have left until your phone dies.

On earlier iPhone models up to and including the iPhone 8, you can see your battery charge in the status bar on your home screen. All you have to do is go to your settings, scroll down to "Battery," and tap the button to the activated position next to the words "Battery Percentage."

After doing this, the percent of battery life you have left will show up next to the battery charge icon in the status bar, along with the time, your reception signal, and WiFi connection.

On all models, the percentage of battery charge you have left will automatically show up when your phone enters "Low Power Mode," whether you have the "Battery Percentage" option ticked on in your settings or not.

If you have an iPhone X, which Apple has said has the "longest battery life ever in an iPhone," the percentage of battery left on your device shows up in the Control Center, not in the status bar. You can see this by swiping down from the top-right corner of the phone screen.
