A Trainer Says This Is the Biggest Difference Between a Strong Core and a 6-Pack

Abs are one of those things people love to obsess about. Whether it's talking about Halle Berry's intense ab workouts (yes, I'm guilty) or J Lo's ab workouts (guilty again), there's a greater conversation about abs to be had.

First and foremost, abs are one of the most important group of muscles you have - seriously. I know a lot of people only care about how to get their abs to show and how to get a six-pack, but your abs are way more important than looking good for the 'gram.

Having a strong core can prevent back pain, is essential for stabilizing your spine, and will help you perform explosive movements like sprinting and jumping better. You don't have to memorize this, but the muscles that make up your core are the internal obliques (they help with twisting), external obliques (they, too, help with twisting), transverse abdominis (a deep layer of the core that acts like a girdle), rectus abdominis (the six-pack muscles), and the erector spinae (muscles that help straighten the back).

These muscles protect your organs and are activated every time you laugh, sneeze, and have bowel movements. They also help you maintain an erect posture. Conversely, having a six-pack just means you have a six-pack.

While I think it's 100-percent OK to want to see your abs and get a six-, 10-, or even 12-pack, I don't think it should be your main focus. Why? Because a six-pack isn't synonymous with having a strong core. A six-pack is the result of genetics, clean eating, and a body-fat percentage that's low enough for your abs to show.

To get a strong core, you need to focus on strengthening all the muscles of your abs (scroll back up if you can't remember them). There are a lot of moves I love that target the core, but I recommend focusing on exercises like the side plank, pallof presses, deadlifts, low-to-high woodchops, and the farmer's carry.

Ahead, you'll find an extensive list of exercises I also recommend adding to your workouts. Be sure to mix them up so that you are targeting all the muscles of your core equally. FYI: this is not a workout. Instead, pick three to five moves to make a quick core workout. You can also follow this four-week ab workout plan. Having a six-pack is nice, but having a strong core is better! Check out some of my favorite ab strengthening moves ahead.

I Stopped Drinking For 30 Days, and It Felt So Good That I'm Choosing to Change My Habits

To be clear, I enjoy having a drink with friends as much as anyone else. For most 20-somethings, alcohol is the common denominator in just about any event on your social calendar. So when I first decided to give it up for a month, I was more worried about navigating after-work happy hours and dinner plans than I was about how my body would feel during the adjustment.

Still, I felt like I needed to step away from it, to quit living out my life on social media and take some time to realign. By the end of those four weeks, I could confidently ask for water at the bar and I had discovered new, booze-free ways to hang with friends, whether that was seeing a movie or going for an early morning hike. More importantly, I felt great - here's why.

I Didn't Lose Weight, but I Wasn't as Bloated

While the number on the scale didn't change, my stomach was noticeably flatter, and my face wasn't puffy like it usually is the morning after a night of drinking. These changes prompted me to eat healthier, too, because I thought so much more about what I was putting into my body. Based on the improvements I saw in just 30 days, and the way my habits shifted, I'd be curious what would happen if I gave up alcohol for, say, six months.

I Became a Morning Person

It wasn't uncommon for me to wake up, go to the gym, run errands, and arrive back at home before noon, only to get Snapchats from friends who were still hungover in bed at 2 p.m. I was no longer hiding from the sun under my sheets, and it felt great. I easily woke up before 9 a.m., even on weekends, feeling rested and ready to tackle the day.

I Felt Sharper

Alcohol is a way to let loose and escape from the world, but when I've had too much, my mind becomes a pinball machine, with thoughts bouncing from one place to another. I start questioning everything, and nothing seems to make sense. After giving it up, I was more efficient and hyperfocused than ever. I made some big decisions and got a lot done even on the weekends, instead of lounging on my couch, nursing a hangover and binge-watching Schitt's Creek.

After a month, I'm not ready to stop drinking alcohol completely - I still like cracking open a cold one, and there are health benefits to drinking - but I'm shifting my habits so it's a variable in my social life instead of a constant. I know now how important it is to strike that balance.

X-Men: Dark Phoenix Says a Tragic Goodbye to a Major Character

Spoilers for X-Men: Dark Phoenix are lurking below, FYI.

X-Men: Dark Phoenix had a daunting task to accomplish in its 113-minute runtime - wrap up the storylines of all the major characters in satisfying enough ways, while still leaving room for future spinoffs. (Now that Disney has control of both Marvel and 20th Century Fox, we know that's inevitable, right?) While the film does manage to give the arcs of characters like Hank/Beast and Erik/Magneto reasonable conclusions, others are left more ambiguous. And in the case of one mutant in particular, her arc is extinguished altogether - unfortunately Raven, aka Mystique, doesn't make it out of Dark Phoenix alive.

The character has undergone an admirable inner transformation, proving that her shape-shifting abilities extend beyond her appearance. Raven, played by Jennifer Lawrence since 2011's X-Men: First Class, has evolved from a cynical potential villain into a woman full of empathy for her fellow mutants, and who is deeply protective of the younger students at Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters. It's that guardian-like quality that actually gets her into trouble in Dark Phoenix.

The film begins with Xavier sending the team up to space to rescue an American space shuttle that's in trouble. They manage to get almost all the astronauts off the ship and back on their own save for one, so with time running out, Jean Grey (Sophie Turner) and Kurt (Kodi Smit-McPhee) teleport over to try to pull the last man out of the wreckage before a large, churning ball of energy can destroy it.

Kurt succeeds in saving the last astronaut thanks to Jean holding the ship together with her telekinetic powers, but he's not able to grab Jean in time - the Phoenix Force slams into her, but rather than disintegrating like the ship around her, her body absorbs it. She passes out after the explosion, but soon wakes up feeling better than ever. Though the Phoenix Force makes her stronger and almost all-powerful, she also discovers that she's incredibly volatile and unable to control herself. It's this unstable quality of her new powers that leads to the death of Raven/Mystique.

After an outburst at a party leaves some of her friends wounded (and scared of her), Jean decides to run away from the school to keep everyone safe. She also decides to track down the father she thought was dead all this time, flying straight to his house. Unfortunately, once she gets there and introduces herself, it becomes clear that he willingly handed Jean over to Charles a decade earlier because he didn't want her, and still blames her for her mother's tragic death.

This, unsurprisingly, pisses Jean the f*ck off, and she has one of her volatile outbursts. Before she can decimate her father's house, however, the X-Men arrive to stop her and bring her home. She refuses, still angry that Charles kept the existence of her father from her all these years, flipping over police cars and tossing her friends around in the process. Before Hank/Beast (Nicholas Hoult) can shoot her with a tranquilizer, Raven steps into the fray to try to calm Jean down.

Raven is able to make Jean float back down to earth, speaking to her in calming tones and reminding her that they're family, but the Phoenix Force coursing through Jean's veins is too much to withstand. Jean screams, letting loose a giant burst of energy that sends everyone flying backwards. Sadly when Raven is sent careening through the air, she lands on some of the wreckage from Jean's dad's house, impaling her.

Jean, horrified, flies away before she can destroy anyone else. Hank rushes over, and sobs over Raven's body as she tries to choke out one final "I love you." But it's too late - Raven is dead.

Team X-Men later holds a somber funeral for their fallen friend in the rain, but ultimately Raven's death proves to be a tipping point, shattering the bonds of the group. Hank, heartbroken and furious over Charles' perceived inaction toward Jean, leaves the school to team up with Magneto and kill the Dark Phoenix.

In the end, of course, Jean sacrifices herself to save everyone (basically becoming a god) and the X-Men are able to put aside their differences and move forward. Raven might not be around to see Hank in charge of the new school, which is renamed the Jean Grey School for Gifted Youngsters, but we imagine that it's a future she would've been proud of.

Here's Exactly When - and How - You Can Catch the USWNT's World Cup Games

As the FIFA Women's World Cup gets under way, the US Women's National Soccer Team is, without a doubt, the team to watch. They're the defending champions (relive their exhilarating 2015 victory here) and the top-ranked squad in the world, making them the favorites to take home the title again. Twenty-three other teams are determined not to let that happen.

Japan beat the US in the 2011 World Cup Final but lost to them big-time in 2015, 5-2; they'll be looking for redemption. The No. 2 ranked team, Germany, hasn't won since 2007 and is hungry for the prize. Australia has the top-ranked player in the world, Sam Kerr, and might just pull off an upset. (Here are 25 other players to keep your eye on.) And France, the hosts, have home-field advantage and beat the US 3-1 in a January friendly.

Suffice to say it's going to be an interesting tournament. Group play has already kicked off and the US Women's Team is poised to start the tournament with a game against Thailand. The match you don't want to miss, though, is the rivalry matchup between the US and Sweden. Swedish coach Pia Sundhage coached the USWNT from 2007 to 2012, winning two Olympic golds and a runners-up trophy at the 2011 World Cup, before signing on to lead her home nation's team. And at the 2016 Rio Olympics, you may remember, it was Sweden who knocked the US out of contention in the quarter-finals. Here are more fascinating storylines to watch, straight from ESPN soccer analyst and USWNT legend Julie Foudy.

Here are the kickoff times for the US's group play matches, because you're not gonna want to miss a minute.

US Women's National Soccer Team World Cup Schedule

  • Tuesday, June 11, 3 p.m. Eastern/12 p.m. Pacific: US vs. Thailand
  • Sunday, June 16, 12 p.m. Eastern/9 a.m. Pacific: US vs. Chile
  • Thursday, June 20, 3 p.m. Eastern/12 p.m. Pacific: US vs. Sweden

All the games will be broadcast on FOX Sports and streamed on its website and mobile app if you have a cable subscription. Other streaming options all include subscription fees, of which SlingTV ($15.99 per month) is the cheapest, but you can also choose from FuboTV, Hulu with Live TV, PlayStation Vue, DirecTV Now, and YouTube TV.

After group play concludes on June 20, the top 16 teams advance to the knockout round. Just want to know about the big game? The final will be played July 7 at 11 a.m. Eastern/8 a.m. Pacific. Stay tuned.

ALL Proceeds of This Miley Cyrus and Marc Jacobs Sweatshirt Go to Planned Parenthood

Marc Jacobs and Miley Cyrus are teaming up again in the name of women's rights. The designer and the singer released a new sweatshirt benefiting Planned Parenthood with a simple message: "Don't f*ck with my freedom." The words on the pink sweatshirt are lyrics from Miley's empowering song "Mother's Daughter" from her recently released album, She Is Coming. Beginning on June 4, the hoodie is available for presale on Marc Jacobs's site, and 100 percent of the proceeds go to Planned Parenthood.

A press release for the new collaboration stated, "In the wake of states passing new bans on abortion, the design takes a stand to protect reproductive rights and shows solidarity with public support for abortion, currently at a record high with more than seven in 10 Americans saying they do not want to see Roe v. Wade overturned."

Miley is no stranger to being vocal about causes close to her heart, including HIV/AIDS awareness, cancer research, and a person's right to choose. In 2016, Miley and Marc Jacobs released their first collection benefiting Planned Parenthood in the form of t-shirts. Miley also spoke at the 2017 Women's March in LA and proudly carried a Planned Parenthood sign.

The release of the hoodie is especially timely for Miley because she was recently grabbed aggressively by a fan who tried to kiss her as she was making her way through a crowd with her husband, Liam Hemsworth. After it happened, Miley posted a powerful message about consent and "not asking for it" on her Twitter and Instagram - what better way to reiterate not f*cking with her freedom? Shop the new sweatshirt ahead.

If Changing Into Cozy Clothes the Moment You Get Home Were an Olympic Sport, I'd Win Gold

Not to get too cocky about it, but I'd go up against anyone in a race to change from work clothes into sweatpants at the end of the day. I'm so speedy in my mission to strip off the jeans, blouse, and blazer I typically wear in favor of a spandex-and-cotton combination that I truly impress myself. It's a feat. If you set a timer from the moment I pull my car into the garage to the moment I'm in my bedroom wearing yoga pants and a t-shirt, I imagine that most days, the clock would land at somewhere around 75 seconds. Maybe 90 if there's a bathroom stop.

This is, of course, a skill established and honed over time.

In grade school and high school, it didn't really occur to me to change when I got home. Maybe I was distracted by all the teen *drama* going on, or maybe it wasn't an issue since I usually came home wearing the practice clothes or uniform for whatever sport was in season. Or, most likely, I was just in a hurry to sit down at my family's shared computer to sign into AIM. Who had time to get comfortable when there was a crush's away message to check? Oh, and the college years, those don't even count because we lived, like, 80 percent of our lives wearing what I'd call Strategically Cute but Comfortable Clothes anyway.

A pattern emerged: the tougher the workday, the quicker the transition.

That brings me to my early 20s, which is when my talent really began to blossom. It's as if I needed to transition from workday to personal life with a literal shedding of my office attire. A pattern emerged: the tougher the workday, the quicker the transition. From the beginning, though, I became adept at knowing when it was appropriate to exercise my skill. I lived with my now-husband, and I quickly learned that if I looked particularly cute one day, I could strategically delay the cute-outfit-to-sweatpants transition until he had a chance to see me looking my best. Years later, in fact, it would be him who identified my expertise.

"Nobody can change into sweatpants faster than you," he said one night after I'd immediately, and rather impressively, swapped my date-night dress for one of his baggy t-shirts and a pair of shorts. He was laughing. "I should honestly time you."

Until then, I hadn't been fully conscious of what I was doing, but I was intrigued: do other people do this too? This is definitely A Thing, right? Right? Yes. It absolutely is. When I mentioned my almost-daily habit to my coworkers, the vast majority said they do the same thing. "I change the second I get home," one said, adding, "Bra off instantly." Another joked, "Don't judge me, but my bra comes off in the car sometimes."

As a group, we agreed on several of the factors that go into it: whether or not we have plans (or think we could have plans) that night, how exhausting the day was, how "restricting" the day's clothes were - and, yep, whether or not a partner will be around to potentially see the cute outfit.

Turns out I may not be alone in my talent, but I'd still dare anyone to challenge me to a race.

Big Little Lies: Is Jane Chapman a Timothée Chalamet Fan?

Some things in Monterey have changed as Big Little Lies kicks off season two, but the HBO show's killer soundtrack and Jane Chapman's dancing are destined to stay the same. Much like season one, when viewers meet up with Jane again she's using her moves to diffuse stressful situations. This time, she's listening to the Oscar-nominated song "Mystery of Love" by Sufjan Stevens, originally written for Call Me By Your Name.

"OH. SOUNDTRACK." That's the message I received from my best friend (and self-proclaimed Timothée Chalamet fanatic) as we live-texted each other throughout the season two premiere, and Stevens' familiar notes floated from our speakers. In season one, Jane drifted towards metal and angry rock to deal with her trauma. Now that her burden has been eased (albeit, in a complicated way) she's leaning towards a more peaceful playlist.

"Mystery of Love" is not only the ideal song for a beachside dance session - it also set the scene between Chalamet's Elio and Armie Hammer's Oliver during an intimate Call Me By Your Name moment. I half-expected the 23-year-old actor to come gliding into frame with Jane, but alas, we're greeted by her offbeat coworker instead.

My BFF and I are definitely not the only fans who noticed the subtle connection between the easily acronymed BLL and CMBYN. For better or for worse, Twitter users were quick to call out the recognizable song. Keep reading to see a few of their reactions. Sorry Infinity War, this is the most ambitious crossover event in history.

How Brandi Chastain Came Back From Years of Adversity to Make THAT Iconic Victory Happen

Soccer legend Brandi Chastain had a career that spanned three decades, from 1988 to 2004, but she's best known for a single, unforgettable penalty kick. You know the one: the shot that captured the victory against China in the 1999 World Cup final and sealed the role of the US Women's National Team as a global phenomenon. (Relive some of their best moments here.) In the scenes of jubilation that followed, Chastain ripped off her jersey, pumped her fists - a moment that was immortalized in that iconic photo - and was swamped by teammates while the sold-out Rose Bowl crowd roared. Watching the goal now, two decades later, still induces goosebumps.

Chastain, now 50, is still active in the soccer world as a youth coach, most recently leading a soccer clinic for the Boys & Girls Club of St. Louis, sponsored by Cutter Insect Repellent. She's still an icon both in the sport and outside of it. But when she looks back on her career, the moment that stands out the most is not that World Cup victory or that final kick but a game that came nine days prior, in a quarter-final matchup against Germany.

Chastain Scored on Her Own Team in the Quarter-Finals

After the '99 victory, what many people forgot about Chastain were the self-described "fairly messy" years in the middle of her career. Her college career was interrupted by reconstructive surgeries on both knees, which led to two-and-a-half years of rehab. Three years later, after winning the first Women's World Cup in 1991, she was cut from the national team. She moved out of the country to play professionally, because once she was off the team, there was no other way for her to pursue soccer for a living.

"I don't know why I didn't waver from soccer when I had two ACL reconstructions or when I was cut from the team," Chastain told POPSUGAR. "I guess because I was relentless. I don't have fear about failure. I only see the great opportunity in front of me."

On July 1, 1999, she had to rely on that strength like never before. Six minutes into that game, a quarter-final matchup against Germany, Chastain scored an own goal, flubbing a back-pass to goalkeeper Briana Scurry and accidentally putting the ball in the back of her own net. That was exactly what it sounds like: a nightmare.

"That really was a life-changing moment," Chastain said, not just because of the mistake but also what happened right afterward. "Carla Overbeck, the captain of our team, came over to me and said, 'Hey, don't worry about it. Let it go. We're going to win this game, and you're going to be a part of the reason why.'" Chastain trusted Overbeck immensely. "Carla didn't say things she didn't mean. I believed her, and I trusted her."

The words of support brought Chastain back into the game mentally, and she ended up atoning for her mistake by scoring a goal - "this time for our team, thankfully!" The US won the game 3-2, breezed past Brazil in the semifinals, and of course ended up winning the whole tournament, but that game in particular served as "a very valuable life lesson" for Chastain.

"You're going to make mistakes, and you're going to fall down, and you're going to do the absolute wrong thing," she said, but that lowest moment also gives you the opportunity to learn, grow, and improve. Overbeck, her teammate, "gave me that for the rest of my life. I will never forget that moment."

Chastain's World Cup-Winning Penalty Kick

Those setbacks - the injuries, losing her spot on the team, scoring the own goal - are what made that penalty kick a moment of ultimate triumph. The picture of Chastain's famous celebration "says something different for everyone," she told POPSUGAR. "For me, it's a reminder that it's a journey. That you don't get to those moments overnight, but with honest, hard work, they're achievable."

That moment was about "power, strength, determination, being unapologetically myself." And last but not least: release. "That was a long 120 minutes in about 120-degree heat against arguably the best team in the world," Chastain remembered. For it to simply be over "was a huge relief."

With the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup fast approaching, there are many more amazing goals, triumphant celebrations, and inspiring journeys coming our way; get familiar with our top players to watch here. But Chastain's moment and the years of dedication behind it will always stand as legendary in women's sports.

10 of the Wildest Rules the British Royal Family Has to Follow

The British monarchy practically oozes pomp, pageantry, and glamour. It also beats with a strong pulse of history, and nothing proves that more than the list of rules that members of the family must adhere to (seriously, it's like a Walgreens receipt). While many official laws have been done away with - like male primogeniture in the line of succession and divorcées being prohibited from remarrying - there are still a host of requirements that Queen Elizabeth II has in place, especially for royal women. We've rounded up 10 of them that may come as a surprise. Scroll through to see them now, then find out which rules you have to follow should you be in the presence of royalty.

The Only Thing I Want to Wear For Summer Is This Comfortable and Flattering $45 Linen Dress

There are a lot of things I look for in a dress for Summer: a smart yet comfortable silhouette, preferably in a midi or maxi, and cut from a lightweight fabric like linen that's casual enough to wear with sneakers and Birkenstocks, but feels appropriately dressy for the office or a Summer party. If it just so happens to be an affordable style that costs less than $50, is super flattering on my figure, and looks a lot more expensive than it actually is, well, consider me sold. But that type of dress probably doesn't exist, right? Wrong! So, so wrong.

Say hello to this darling, fetching, flattering, festive, fun, feel-good, $45 dress from the POPSUGAR collection at Kohl's. I'm talking a big game on behalf of this dress, but for good reason. A standout piece from the new June delivery, this mango-colored midi checks all the aforementioned boxes (like, actually all of them). Plus, the warm and sunny hue is the exact shade of yellow that complements every single skin tone (no lie).

At 5'4", the silhouette (in a size small) hits me right at the knee, featuring a trendy square neckline and figure-shaping seams at the bust and waist. A comfortable stretch panel on the back ensures that the structured shape doesn't feel at all restricting or stiff. With wide straps, the dress is still shoulder-baring, but feels a lot more supportive than slinkier styles I've worn (and often don't support those with busts much larger than mine). If there's one more element I know every woman loves in a dress, it's pockets, and this baby has 'em! The final, sartorially satisfying touch is the tortoiseshell buttons, which give this affordable frock an expensive-looking finish - this is exactly why is works just as well in casual settings as it done when dressed up for occasions from Summer parties to weddings.

So, now you understand my seemingly dramatic but not-at-all-incorrect declaration that this is, in fact, one of the most flattering and comfortable dresses I've ever worn, yes? Ahead, witness me wearing the $45 POPSUGAR Button Up Midi Dress on a sunny day in the park and shop it, along with the warm-weather accessories that make it extremely Instagrammable, before it sells out. If that's not enough to sell you, I don't know what more I could say. Compliments and "likes" await.

James Corden and Ben Platt Sang Annie During an Impromptu Karaoke Session at the Tonys

James Corden enlisted Ben Platt to do some Broadway-themed karaoke at the Tony Awards on Sunday. During a commercial break, the host and the 25-year-old Tony-winner put on a show-stopping performance of "Tomorrow" from Annie. Even though the performance wasn't televised during the actual show, a few lucky people in the audience were able to snap the cute moment on video. Elton John and Taron Egerton's Live Performance of "Your Song" Is a Gift, Truly

You can tell everybody that we never recovered from Elton John and Taron Egerton's surprise "Your Song" duet. The two performed John's famous tune together as part of his farewell tour stop in Brighton on June 9. You'd think we'd be emotionally prepared to see the duo sing together after their "Rocketman" and "Tiny Dancer" renditions, but alas, we're still taken by surprise when they belt out the classics.

This song specifically holds a special place in Egerton's heart, and not only because of his Rocketman role. He sang "Your Song" as an audition piece to get into the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art when he was 19, according to Yahoo! Entertainment. His opportunity to play John brought him full-circle, and it's a tender fact to remember each time they share the stage together. Watch their full performance above, and then check out all the dazzling songs featured on the stellar Rocketman soundtrack.

Rihanna and Boyfriend Hassan Jameel Look Positively Smitten on Their Italian Vacation

It's a good time to be Rihanna: she just launched her first luxury fashion line, she's officially the world's richest female musician, and from the looks of it, she and Hassan Jameel are still going strong! On Wednesday, the 31-year-old singer and the 30-year-old Saudi billionaire were spotted taking in the beautiful sights of Italy as they went on a romantic boat ride and lunched at Lo Scoglio restaurant with a group of people believed to be Hassan's family. Despite recent breakup rumors, Rihanna and Hassan looked positively smitten as they cuddled up, whispered sweet nothings in each other's ears, and exchanged heart eyes.

Rihanna and Hassan have been dating since June 2017 - perhaps they were celebrating their two-year anniversary? While the couple are extremely private with their relationship, it's clear from their few public outings together that they make each other incredibly happy. Just look at Rihanna's smile, and check out that gorgeous dress!

The 1 Thing Everyone Is Wearing in The Handmaid's Tale That You've Never Noticed

Anyone who watched (or, sorry, bit off all your nails while watching) the last episode of The Handmaid's Tale knows that season three is going to be a little. . . different - and that extends to the hair and makeup.

To recap, Offred (played by Elisabeth Moss) stayed behind in Gilead to save her daughter Hannah, which means one thing: "She's in fight mode now," said Burton LeBlanc, the show's makeup department head. "We wanted to establish more of a Sarah Connor-from-Terminator look. That's a loose reference, but I just mean we made her face more angular, using makeup to create shadows underneath the apples of her cheekbones and under her jawline - like a tougher look, but without making it obvious that she's wearing makeup."

So yes, that's one piece of the chaotic puzzle you can expect in season three. But because this is The Handmaid's Tale we're talking about, you know that sometimes the best things come in unexpected moments. LeBlanc is breaking down those surprising behind-the-scenes beauty moments ahead - and the fruit is, indeed, blessed.

You'll Need Shades to Stare Directly At Kylie Jenner's Cheeky Pink Bikini

Kylie Jenner is kicking off Summer in classic KarJenner fashion: wearing a jaw-dropping bikini. The 21-year-old reality TV star celebrated her BFF Anastasia Karanikolaou's birthday on June 9, and the crew wore matching neon pink swimsuits for the occasion.

Kylie is known for her expansive wardrobe, which must include an almost endless swimsuit drawer. She's no stranger to a sexy bikini, and her longline spaghetti strap top and high-cut bottoms certainly fit the bill. Kylie found a look that shows off all her, ahem, assets, for some fun in the sun with friends. Ahead, see photos of her swimwear from every angle, but warning: it might steam up your screen.

Holy Sith! The Custom Lightsabers in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Will Blow Your Mind

There's no shortage of activities and entertainment in Disneyland's Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, but one of the land's biggest draws has to be Savi's Workshop. It's the place everyone was buzzing about when I went through for the first time. Inside the mysterious outpost building on the fictional planet of Batuu, park guests over the age of 5 can build their own lightsabers and pledge their loyalty to the Dark or Light Side.

While in Galaxy's Edge, eager builders can meet one of Savi's Gatherers to begin assembling their desired lightsaber. The first step is choosing a hilt. Are you drawn towards Peace and Justice, Power and Control, Elemental Nature, or Protection and Defense? This will help in selecting your hilt, and aid the Gatherers as they pick your kyber crystal (aka the "heart" of your lightsaber) which comes in red, blue, green and violet.

Once you have your hilt and kyber crystal, you can choose two sleeves, an emitter, a pommel cap, and a set of activation plates and switches. The Gatherers will then connect your hilt to a 31" lightsaber blade and send you on your way with a carrying case included. At $200, this is not the most wallet-friendly souvenir in the park, but its one-of-a-kind qualities may make it worth the splurge. If you're interested, make sure to rush straight to Savi's since reservations are sometimes needed and appointments fill up quickly!

Sunday Night Was Supposed to Be Boring, Then Comes Emily Ratajkowski in This Dress

Right after Instagramming a barely there purple bikini on her 28th birthday, Emily Ratajkowski went and proved that a dress can be even sexier - like, way sexier - than a cheeky swimsuit. The star accompanied Michael Kors to the Tony Awards at Radio City Music Hall on Sunday night, wearing a cutout dress from the designer's collection.

The Spring 2019 number was actually debuted by Gigi Hadid as the finale look of Kors' show in September 2018. It features a black sequined bodice that meets a long, flowing skirt at the center, with two wide slashes at the side that dip into a very low cutout at the back. The neckline plunges down to the top of the stomach, essentially classifying this dress as one of the most risky outfits you could ever choose to wear in front of a whole bunch of cameras flashing.

While Gigi Hadid was styled in the piece with a messy, wet hairstyle, Emily went the glamorous route in a Jackie Kennedy-esque bob, and she wore silver bangles and a diamond pinky ring to top it all off. Ahead, see the Michael Kors silhouette on the runway, then get an all angles glimpse of Emily Ratajkowski posing on the red carpet.

Oh Shell Yes! Panera Just Launched Its Summer Menu, and OMG, Do I See Lobster Rolls?!

If you're craving a lobster roll, Panera Bread might not be the first restaurant to come to mind, but the chain is kicking off June with a Summer menu fit for all lobster-lovers.

Panera is already enticing with all of its fresh pastries and soup-filled bread bowls that make us feel like the woman in the logo caressing a baguette. But the restaurant's new Summer menu might have just made this my new favorite lunchtime spot. Available in select Northeast cafes, Panera's lobster roll is packed with fresh knuckle and claw meat tossed in a lemon and tarragon mayonnaise dressing - and my mouth is already watering.

Also available in the Northeast is a Summer version of a homemade classic: Lobster Mac 'n' Cheese (topped with breadcrumbs!). The full seasonal menu, available nationwide through the end of Summer, also features a Summer Strawberry Caprese Salad and Frozen Cold Brew available in mocha or caramel. See Panera's website for the full beverage and salad menu, and check out the lobster rolls and ooey gooey mac 'n' cheese ahead.
