You know you've found a perfect workout song when it makes you actually forget that you're working out. Some songs come up on your playlist and are just so on point that you feel like you're dancing instead of, say, running, or doing bicep curls, or gasping your way to the end of an elliptical workout.

That's what's going on in this amazing ab workout video set to "Sucker," the Jonas Brothers' catchy comeback song that brought us one of the most instantly-iconic music videos of 2019. Created by YouTuber Maddie Lymburner, the video totally core-focused (yessss) with challenging moves like bicycle crunches, leg lifts, and up-down planks. Every move is perfectly synced up to the music in the most satisfying way; I mean, seriously, even her ponytail is on beat. Check out the mesmerizing video above and get ready for the song (and choreography) to get stuck in your head all week.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Takes on Trump's Racist Tweets: "This Country Belongs to Everyone"

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez delivered a powerful speech on Monday, July 15, at a press conference with fellow Democratic Reps. Rashida Tlaib of Michigan, Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts, and Ilhan Omar of Minnesota, all of whom were the target of racist tweets by Donald Trump the previous weekend. The president recently tweeted that AOC and "this crowd" are "a bunch of communists" and "hate our own country." He said the four democratic congresswomen of color, who are all US citizens should go back to their own countries and "help fix the totally broken and crime-infested places from which they came." (Notably, Omar - whose family fled the Somalian civil war to seek refuge in America when she was an 8-year-old, is the only immigrant among them) His tweets immediately received widespread backlash.

At the press conference on Capitol Hill, each woman shared powerful words decrying the hateful language and calling for unity. AOC herself said a lot with a few words. She recounted the story of the first time she visited Washington DC as a kid, which was during a family road trip from New York to Florida. Her dad took her to the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool and told her, "This belongs to all of us," as they looked at the Capitol.

She said, "I want to tell children across this country is that no matter what the president says, this country belongs to you, and today, that notion - that very notion - was challenged." The congresswomen ultimately referred to Trump's explosive remarks as a "distraction from what's important" and agreed to stay focused on their work. Watch part of AOC's address above.

I Grew Up With Only Brothers - And I Wouldn't Have It Any Other Way

I grew up with three wild brothers - two older and my twin brother. A lot of the time, they acted like complete knuckleheads - yet I never, not even once, yearned for a sister. In fact, I loved every minute of it. While my childhood wasn't perfect, looking back, I really liked the dynamic of being the only girl. And no, I wasn't uber spoiled or treated like a princess. Instead, I was just treated like me - I just happened to be a daughter among three sons.

My parents never pampered me. They didn't dote on me, shower me with praise, or tell me just how pretty I was. While I wasn't treated exactly like the boys, I also wasn't treated that much differently. My parents encouraged me to play sports . . . I mean, they did see me roughhouse with the best of them in our living room. Especially my twin brother and I - we'd get into it a lot. But as a tiny little scrapper (toughed up by two older brothers), I could handle my own. And as we grew up, we all played daily games of soccer, basketball, and baseball together in the back yard, where they never took it easy on their baby sister, either.

Instead of coddling the only girl, they pushed me to want to be better every single day. We'd compete, compete, and compete some more. My twin brother and I raced on foot, on bikes, on scooters, on anything we could get our hands on. He wouldn't let me win just because I was a girl. But it wasn't all about competition. My two older brothers also served as my mentors. They both took the time to work with me on my soccer and basketball skills, without being asked. They told me exactly where to place my hands on the basketball to nail the perfect jump shot. They modeled how to juggle the soccer ball with my thighs, feet, and head so that I could regularly break my juggling record. They taught me work ethic. Because of their lessons, I eventually craved the time to practice - and probably wouldn't have played college sports without their initial guidance.

And when I didn't feel like playing sports with the boys, I learned to enjoy the my own company. I didn't need anyone else to have fun! As a child, I was content playing independently. When I was younger, I'd sit in my room making up stories with my Barbies. As I got older, I loved to read or write in a journal as I sprawled out on my bed. The fact that I didn't have a sister to play with never even crossed my mind. And over the years, I made some solid female friends who are still in my life today. So even now, I don't dream about having a sister to share this adult life with.

Today, my brothers and I group-text each other almost daily. We send around funny texts, GIFs, life updates (both the good and the bad), and more. But most importantly, we're there for one another through everything. Our father is aging and my mother endured advanced cancer a few years ago. Despite the fact that I'm the only one who lives in the same state as our parents, they stepped up to help. They flew home to be with our parents and to help my load. We carried each other through that difficult time. Although my brothers didn't know exactly how to deal certain things, we all helped each other tremendously - and I'll always be grateful that I can count on them.

Despite never having a sister to trade clothes with or help me out with boyfriend problems, I never wished my family looked different. Besides, I figured all of the girl stuff out either on my own, with the help of my mom and friends, or believe it or not - with the help of my brothers. Even after all this time, I'd never in a million years trade one of those knuckleheads in.

The Haunting of Hill House Cast Members Reunite For Season 2 - It's a Family Reunion!

Oliver Jackson-Cohen and Victoria Pedretti are gearing up to get haunted all over again. The actors played siblings in Netflix's acclaimed Haunting of Hill House series last year, and are set to the share the screen once more for the show's second season. This time around, they'll depart from the Crain family's storyline for a brand-new spooky adventure, based on Henry James's dreary tale The Turn of the Screw.

For Netflix's second installment, The Haunting of Bly Manor, Pedretti will play a governess who's hired to watch over two children in a remote estate. Much like Hill House, this manor is not what it seems. The governess becomes convinced there is supernatural mischief afoot, leading to her descent into madness.

Details on Jackson-Cohen's role are still scarce, but the actor spilled a few tidbits about his character "Peter" through a Twitter video on July 15. According to Jackson-Cohen, Peter is a "charming young man who lives at Bly" but he's a troublemaker. "He makes life very difficult for everyone there." Welp, if that doesn't have you on the edge of your seat, what else will? Stay tuned for The Haunting of Bly Manor on Netflix in 2020.

Lashana Lynch Is the New 007 - but She's Not a Female James Bond

The (fictional) world of MI6 is getting a serious shake-up with the news that the upcoming Bond 25 will introduce a brand new 007. It was previously announced that Captain Marvel star Lashana Lynch was joining the cast of Daniel Craig's final James Bond film, and now an insider has revealed that she will actually be taking on the code name that James Bond used for so long. According to the news, the new movie begins with James Bond coming out of retirement to face a new villain.

"There is a pivotal scene at the start of the film where M says, 'Come in 007', and in walks Lashana who is black, beautiful and a woman." a source said. "It's a popcorn-dropping moment."

The script of Bond 25 has been through a number of changes since it was first conceived, and most recently, Fleabag and Killing Eve writer Phoebe Waller-Bridge was brought in to bring a little of her wit, irreverence, and feminism to the franchise. However, whether this new casting decision means that future films feature the new female 007 remains to be seen. Lynch is definitely not a female James Bond but a new character with the same job. The source also said, "Bond is still Bond but he's been replaced as 007."

This could still mean a female-led 007 franchise is on its way, but it could also imply that in future movies, James Bond will appear with a new job or a new employer. Or perhaps, as is so often the case (we're looking at you, Spider-Man), we'll see the franchise completely rebooted?

Meghan Markle Is the Epitome of Class in a LBD at The Lion King Premiere With Prince Harry

Leave it to Meghan Markle to attract just as much attention on The Lion King red carpet as Queen Bey, who wore an incredible Alexander McQueen gown to the LA premiere days before and a stunning slitted Cong Tri gown in London. But Meghan's appearance with Prince Harry is an important one - it marks her first movie premiere as a royal (though, as a former actress, we bet she knows a thing or two about these things). The royal couple attended the event not only to meet the cast and crew of the film, but also to acknowledge Harry's conservation work and his support of the communities near endangered wildlife in Africa.

Meghan showed off a long-sleeved little black dress from Jason Wu upon her arrival, which she accessorized with a matching Gucci clutch and Aquazzura slingback heels, emitting all the glamour that's to be expected at such a star-studded spectacle. Read on to see every angle of her look.

What Did Meghan Markle Say to Beyoncé? Something About Her Glam Slit Dress, I Hope

Leave it to Beyoncé to show up to the Lion King UK premiere in London looking like an actual golden goddess. The 37-year-old singer, and voice of Nala, walked hand-in-hand into the showing with her husband JAY-Z wearing a drop-dead gorgeous dress. Queen Bey stunned in an off-the-shoulder custom Cong Tri gown, complete with a sexy hip-high slit and a train fit for royalty. Seems pretty appropriate, since she rubbed elbows with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle behind-the-scenes.

She tied the look together with metallic silver Jimmy Choo heels, Lorraine Schwartz jewelry, and a neutral clutch, while JAY kept things classic with a sophisticated black tux. Keep reading to see more photos from their glamorous night out. We like to think Meghan had plenty of compliments to give Beyoncé over this jaw-dropping ensemble.

Well, we looked to the pros, the ladies who have been managing to pull off this not-so-easy task for years, and we discovered a few tricks they all seem to use.

Whether you're posing in front of your bathroom mirror or for a personal photographer, there are tactics you should know about to capture the perfect angle that seems to invite all the double taps. Say you're wearing a trendy item that you're debuting for the first time - you'll want to think about zooming in on the details so that friends leave comments like "Where did you get that bag?" and "obsessed with this skirt."

Of course, mastering this process every single time takes practice, and we don't blame you for saving these stylish shots to your collections so you can look back at them and remember how it's done in the future. On that note, happy posting!

Mac and Cheese Pringles Are Now on Shelves, So Move Over, Regular Cheddar!

Cheesy Pringles are an obvious contender for one of the best orange snacks, but what about mac and cheese Pringles? They're real, folks, and you can decide how they compare for yourself. Mac 'N Cheese Pringles were first released as part of the Thanksgiving Dinner Pringles set in 2017, but now they're on shelves in their own packaging for a limited time, according to the Junk Food Aisle.

Back when the flavor was first released, POPSUGAR editors tried it and agreed it does indeed remind us of macaroni and cheese. When two of the best comfort foods combine, the result can only be a good thing. So far, Mac 'N Cheese Pringles have been spotted at Dollar General, so keep your eyes peeled at other grocery stores and grab them while you can.
