Dax Shepard Jokes Game of Thrones Is the "Foundation" of His Marriage With Kristen Bell
It's been nearly two months since the Game of Thrones series finale aired, and Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard are still mourning the loss of their favorite show, much like the rest of us. Dax reflected on his Westeros withdrawals on Late Night With Seth Meyers Tuesday night, admitting that the HBO show was "the second-longest relationship" he's maintained behind the one he shares with Kristen, whom he first met in 2007 and married in 2013.
"I gotta say, I think it was the foundation of our friendship and marriage because we're struggling now," Dax joked. "We're watching anything and everything." Seth Meyers added, "It really makes you reassess exactly how good your marriage was without a show," to which Dax responded, "It can really get you through a couple hours together." Hah!
Dax and Kristen were certainly not shy about showing off their Game of Thrones obsession throughout the HBO show's eight-season run. The megafans attended the season six premiere in Hollywood (wearing matching shirts, no less), they teamed up to make a hysterical music video set to the show's dramatic theme song, and Kristen shed actual tears over the Red Wedding episode. Oh, and let's not forget how all-out they went for the last season premiere - Kristen suited up in a shimmery dragon costume, Dax went into full-on Bran Stark mode, and they ate "Hodoritos" all night long. I mean, does it get much more dedicated than that?
Watch Dax's full late-night interview above to see what other show he and Kristen have been watching to fill the giant dragon-shaped void left by Game of Thrones.
Tiffany Haddish, Elisabeth Moss, and Melissa McCarthy Take Over the Mob in The Kitchen Trailer
If you're sick of all the superhero smorgasbords and monster-filled blockbusters that have been coming out this Summer, then might we suggest keeping The Kitchen on your must-watch list? In the latest trailer for the upcoming crime drama, which was released on Tuesday, three wives of NYC gangsters (Tiffany Haddish, Elisabeth Moss, and Melissa McCarthy) scheme to take over their husbands' criminal empire in 1970s Hell's Kitchen when their other halves are sent to prison. Watch the latest action-packed trailer above before the film arrives on Aug. 9.

I'm a Sucker For This Incredibly On-Point Jonas Brothers Ab Workout Video
You know you've found a perfect workout song when it makes you actually forget that you're working out. Some songs come up on your playlist and are just so on point that you feel like you're dancing instead of, say, running, or doing bicep curls, or gasping your way to the end of an elliptical workout.
That's what's going on in this amazing ab workout video set to "Sucker," the Jonas Brothers' catchy comeback song that brought us one of the most instantly-iconic music videos of 2019. The song on its own is a great choice for your gym playlist, and there's a reason it made it on our list of the top workout songs of the year. But this ab workout takes things to the next level.
Created by YouTuber Maddie Lymburner, the video totally core-focused (yessss) with challenging moves like bicycle crunches, leg lifts, and up-down planks. Every move is perfectly synced up to the music in the most satisfying way; I mean, seriously, even her ponytail is on beat. Check out the mesmerizing video above and get ready for the song (and choreography) to get stuck in your head all week.

Beyoncé's Uplifting Music Video With Blue Ivy Will Fill Your "Spirit" With Light and Love
If you thought listening to Beyoncé's latest single "Spirit" was a blessing, just wait until you watch her music video, featuring Blue Ivy Carter. Originally released by Disney on July 9, the song serves as both a feature on the official soundtrack for the live-action Lion King remake, as well as the title track for the 37-year-old musician's Lion King-inspired album, The Gift.
While the song itself is a beautiful gospel-pop ballad all about being ready to embrace your destiny, the music video takes things to another level. It opens up with two men singing in Swahili (a nod to The Lion King's African roots) and features Beyoncé against the picturesque background of the Havasu Falls in the Havasupai Reservation. Blue, 7, also makes a special appearance by her mom's side in an especially powerful moment.
Interwoven between scenes from The Lion King, Beyoncé belts out the inspirational lyrics to the song, singing, "Spirit, can you hear it calling?/ Yeah/ Your destiny is coming close, stand up and fight/ So go into that far-off land/ And be one with the great I am, I am." If the lyrics don't have you feeling a shift in your spirit, the power of the backing choir (also featured in the video) definitely will!
Watch the gorgeous music video above and watch out for the full Beyoncé's-curated compilation album, The Lion King: The Gift, out on July 19.

Wait, Did Shailene Woodley Just Reveal a MAJOR Big Little Lies Season 2 Finale Spoiler?!
Brace yourselves: Shailene Woodley might have just given away the biggest Big Little Lies season two spoiler yet, and it has me internally screaming like Mary Louise at the dinner table. With only one episode left to look forward to this season (and possibly ever), Big Little Lies fans, myself included, are desperate for any hints at what might happen in the show's season two finale - but I wasn't expecting it to happen like this.
Warning: Potential Big Little Lies spoilers ahead!
In an interview with Jimmy Kimmel on Tuesday, Woodley explained that she's been asked to stay tight-lipped about any spoilers for the season two finale, but surprisingly, there was one interesting tidbit she was allowed to share. "They did say I could say this: In the beginning of the next episode, it's a little bit of a cliffhanger, but all the women go to visit Perry's grave, and his body is missing." Um, excuse me?!
Look, I love a good zombie show as much as the next person, but a missing body is not the twist I expected Big Little Lies to take. Of course, if what Woodley says is true - and not just a faux spoiler meant to throw us off - then perhaps someone is trying to cover up the group's tracks by disposing of Perry's body, or at least exhuming it for investigative purposes. Who knows? Since the supposed spoiler happens at the beginning of the episode, Kimmel joked that it isn't really a "cliffhanger," but technicalities aside, this could mean serious trouble for Jane and the rest of the Monterey 5. Here's to hoping Sunday's episode doesn't make me want to throw an ice cream cone out of rage.

You're Probably Not Drinking Enough Water While Intermittent Fasting - Here's Why
It's surprisingly easy to become dehydrated while intermittent fasting. In fact, you may need to drink water more frequently than you even think.
Consider this: you hydrate the most when you're eating, either from a glass or the water-dense foods on your plate, like fruits and vegetables. So, "dehydration during intermittent fasting is definitely a risk, given that you have fewer meal occasions and potentially day-long stretches between these occasions," Allison Baker, RD, director of retail nutrition at Kroger, told POPSUGAR.
During those fasting windows, you can and should still drink water. "Water needs vary depending on the individual, but a good rule of thumb is 2.2 liters for women and 3 liters for men," explained Samantha Presicci, lead dietitian at Snap Kitchen. "Our actual hydration need is higher, but about 20 percent of it is met through food, assuming that we're eating adequate fruits and vegetables."
In order to stay hydrated and prevent pesky symptoms like bloating and headaches, Allison suggests making water a part of your routine, just as you would a meal or snack. So, if you used to eat early in the morning or late at night before you began intermittent fasting, make it a point to reach for water at those times. Filling up on water may even help prevent any hunger pangs you experience until your body adjusts to eating in a tighter window.
Of course, you can also just set a daily goal of two to three liters, and make a concerted effort to drink that much during the day. One thing that can help? "For the same reason we say to keep junk food out of sight, we say to keep your water by your side all day long," Allison said. "This will encourage passive intake and help you meet your hydration goals."
